For this job, we worked on install a car Charger outlet in the garage.

Customers upstairs bathtub was draining slow due to hair in the drain so I ran my cable to remove the hair and also removed hair directly from the drain waste and ran the cable through the overflow and removed here majority from the wayside that the customer know they had a smaller drain hole so that could also make the water seem like it was draining, but the hair was clogged inside of the drain as well. Customer said he will see how it goes and then think about replacing the drain waste. After testing the drain is flowing normally now.

Customer has two master bathroom toilets that were constantly running one located in the first floor, master suite and the second located in the second floor master bathroom. Performed a thorough plumbing evaluation of the home. Water pressure was tested and is currently at 60 psi, which is within proper operating range. Based on findings, the cause of the failing toilet fill valves was due to normal wear and age, not excessive water pressure. Both toilet tanks were fully rebuilt. After completing repair repairs, both toilets were tested multiple times and are now operating properly with no continuous running or leaks at this time. Additionally, during the evaluation, noted that the home has 250 gallon gas water heaters that are approximately 10 years old. Units are currently operational, however, due to age, replacement should be considered in the near future to avoid unexpected failure. All work completed and functioning properly at time of departure.

Came to the home to address leaking hot and cold supply stops located at the second floor master bathroom vanity in the customer’s son‘s room. Upon inspection, both angle stops were actively leaking and in need of replacement. Performed the plumbing evaluation and took a water pressure reading at the home, which measured 60 psi, within acceptable operating range at this time. Going to evaluation, I identified additional supply stop in the home that are aging and showing signs of wear and potential failure. I informed the customer of these findings and explain the benefits of proactive replacement to prevent future leaks and possible water damage. At this time, the customer elected to move forward with replacing only the leaking hot and cold supply stops in his son‘s bathroom. Work completed, tested for proper operation and leaks. All repairs in the addressed area are functioning properly at this time.

Troubleshoot power outage in Primary bathroom

Performed customer 1 system HVAC INSPECTION customer has two units but other new system is under a maintenance contract with another company. Did full evaluation for furnace only today. System is 10 years old. Inside system is clean, blower wheel is clean, cleaned flame sensor, made sure pressure switch tube port was clean, condensation pump is in a pan and is working properly. System has a 16x25x1 electronic air cleaner media pad inside it. Amps on blower motor and inducer draft motor tested good with no issues. Did not find any issues with system performance everything with system is working great. System does need a Uv light installed on equipment customer declined recommendations today sent estimate via email

Completed task pointed out by buyers inspection report. Properly grounded outlets, installed GFIs, and fixed double tapped breaker in panel.

Change out corroded three-quarter inch copper line in basement approximately 10 feet with 290° elbows pro press and new pro press ball valve for mainline water cut off

Recall ; reset 2- 3” inch toilet flappers (old residue on the flush tower seal/removed and greased up seat for flapper Seal (x2) //remove and reset one toilet and quarter bathroom with new flange //rebuilt, one toilet in the upstairs master bathroom //checked the meter three times with the owner to ensure there was no issues….

Tech completed a home inspection on both furnaces upstairs and downstairs. Tech cleared drain, checked all safety and electrical connections. Return visit to finish generator inlet.

Came in for a no heat call. System is has been cycling on and off costumer stated. When testing system found that gas valve had failed due to age of the system. Also found airflow issues due to bio growth spreading inside the system. Let’s costumer know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the unit. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs. Work was done and tested. System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified! Performed diagnostic on 9 year old 80% furnace, customer stated that there was a squirrel in attic that may have chewed up duct, found small rip in return duct, as well as 6” supply duct that was disconnected from supply plenum, recommended replacing 6” duct, we did give a bandaid repair option on reconnecting duct, however it would be best to replace duct. Unit has float switch however float switch looked like it has been damaged likely due to an animal chewing switch, recommended adding wet switch in system to avoid any water damage, homeowner was in and out of meetings blower wheel is a little dirty filter will need to be replaced, recommended homecare as well as UV protection for system, we did not pull any tools off of the truck, homeowner stated she was not interested in homecare or any UV protection and that she was going to call around for different prices to repair/replace duct
