For this job I was able to sign the customer up for a two system homecare maintenance plan. I was able to perform the maintenance today and properly check both systems. I tested the units and heat and cool . I inspected the blower wheel, burners, and heat exchanger. I measured all the electrical components. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and all its electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained my findings to the customer and provided estimates. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Came out to customer’s house due to her system not cooling. Noticed thermostat wire for thermostat and outdoor system are defective and blowing the fuse. Finished running wire for the thermostat and run a temporary wire to the AC to turn on. Need to come back to run AC wire tomorrow. 09/18: run wire for the outdoor AC system. Replaced hot side stem for 3 handle price pfister shower valve. Turned water on and tested for leaks.

Return visit to replace trip lever. Replaced flapper on toilet last visit and ,while testing, handle was not functioning properly.

Customer called about a high water bill. TE inspected home for leaks and fixed issues on three toilets.

Replacing a floor heater thermostat

Upon arrival found high pressure and PRV leaking. Swapped out existing PRV with new. Set pressure to 65psi. Purged system and tested for leaks.

Performed low voltage repair main system.

Installed new fill valve and angle stop for toilet. Turned water on and tested for leaks with homeowner. Found toilet base is very loose, suggest a reset. Found flush valve ear broken and will not hold flapper. Client will discuss toilet replacement options with landlord. Client has had leaks in the past from this bathroom drip thru the light fixture in the kitchen below in the past.

Troubleshoot/Change out GFCI’s

Removed and replaced the water heater located in the basement of the home. Tested with no leaks. No further sounds being heard upon completion.

Performed home care on two systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain lines. Flushed and treated condensate pump. Cleaned flame sensors. Changed filters (2) 16×25×1. Checked evaporator coils and blower wheels. Both heaters operating. Check outdoor units. Checked capacitor, contractors and pressures. Adjusted pressures for second floor system added 1 pound of R 32. All systems operating. Recommend customer get plumber out has water leak leaking onto water heater from water heater line. Informed customer.

I replaced a horizontal HVAC system in the crawlspace, ensuring optimal airflow and efficiency. The old unit was carefully removed, and the new one was installed, tested, and balanced for peak performance.

Today’s visit was for the system leaking water. The water leak was the vinyl tubing was broken outside the crawlspace and the customer wanted it replaced. I gave estimate to run new vinyl tubing. Customer approved the quote. Replaced the vinyl tubing. Checked operation. Checked the cooling operation the system is cooling. The system also has flood protection. Arrived performed visual inspection. System not cooling off on float switch due to clogged drain line. Customer approved drain line clean. Cut PVC and flushed drain line. Treated drain line. Added union to PVC. Cycle system on. System now, cooling and draining as should. Customer stated we’ve been out multiple times. System is two years old. Gave customer complementary filter 20×20×1.

Found faulty dual cap. Recommended replacing dual cap, contactor and adding a kickstart for compressor. Customer moved forward with only dual cap. Replaced dual cap. Replaced filter. System is slightly low on r410. System is cooling at this time.

I performed a troubleshoot on two gfcis that were not working properly. These devices were not weather rated and had been affected by recent storms that passed through. I replaced the back porch Gfci with a new Wr Gfci and bubble cover. I also replaced the switch, gfci, and bubble cover at the pool pumps. I left estimates to replace the remaining outdoor outlets as well as to replace the meter and panel. It also appears that the extension cord she has running to a pool pump has a fault and will trip the Gfci. It needs to be replaced.

For this job, we worked on replacing a broken switch. Customer provided switch.

Complete system evaluation found both damper motor overheating campers are staying close not allowing any airflow throughout the house blower speed would not crank up. System is not equipped with any flood protection switches.
