Replaced toilet flapper for gerber toilet on main level half bathroom. Tested and ensured new flapper is holding water level at appropriate level. Flushed toilet multiple times to ensure flapper is sealing properly.

Came out to customer’s house due to an airflow issue. Noticed that the vent the customer was having issues with was not connected to the upstairs system, but was connected to the first level system. I also noticed that the float switch in the pan is defective, no water safety on drain, run capacitor for blower motor is out of manufacturer specs, condensate drain doesn’t have enough pitch, zoning is very old and can possibly fail at any point, flue pipe was disconnected (I turned off the shut off valve to prevent the heat from coming on), gas sediment trap isn’t up to code, condenser coil is dirty, contactor is burnt, and system is low on refrigerant. Arrived on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and he showed me attic access where unit is located. Per customer “ so yesterday I had a maintenance done on the unit with another company and he told me I needed the float switch replaced. He did the work then after he left the unit stopped working. I noticed the pump for the water had filled so I emptied it and it started working again. After about an hour it had stopped again” Went into attic space where air handler is located and found condensation pump to be full and the emergency drain to be full as well. The wet switch for emergency drain has tripped and is preventing the unit from working. Unit does need a new condensate pump. Customer signed for a new condensate pump, took off older pump and replaced with new one. Made sure wiring was correct and after the 5 min compressor safety was done, unit started up in cooling. System is working properly at this time.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second floor hvac system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the Lennox system 2 ton capacity 13 years old is in poor maintenance conditions no Safety flood protection plus check indoor blower motor it’s dirty check run capacitor is out of spec from manufacture. Test outdoor condenser unit is completely out of refrigerant r 410a which is already phased by EPA. No refrigerant that’s indication of mayor leak Performed courtesy leak search and I found the indoor evaporator coil is rusted out and is leaking refrigerant system is 13 years old the life expectancy from manufacture are 10 to 12 years I called distribution center and they don’t have the indoor coil available only the compressor the waiting time will be approximately 10 business days. Customer says compressor is making a noise. Inspected start up amperage and operation amperage. Inspected starting components. Inspected operating pressures. Tech did not hear noise but compressor may be failing internally. Found system low on charge. Recommended leak search. Customer opted out on leak search. Customer moved forward with topping off charge. Equipment is zoned but zoning does not have static bypass. Recommended installing bypass.

On this visit we installed a new 60A circuit from the meter breaker space outside to the garage. We ran conduit and installed the Tesla Wall Connector and configured it to the app with the customer. We check for proper power and tested. We then signed for satisfaction and received payment.

Leak search

Correct the attic furnace wiring by cleaning up the existing wiring, add necessary circuits for the separated wires, and install lighting and service outlet in attic.

For this job, we worked on installing 2 customer provided exhaust fans.

Customer called about a leaking water closet. TE arrived and inspected toilet. Advised to repair or replace Flushometer. Water pressure is safe at 55psi. Advised to prepare for a replacement of water heater given age is 12 years old. Customer stated they will proceed with a repair for now and will defer on other options for now.

23 year old electric water heater with signs of failure. Removed and replaced. Made all plumbing code adjustments. Turned on the water heater and tested.

Toilet rebuild on master bathroom toilet and powder room bathroom. Major rebuild on both toilets, new fill valve, flapper, and seals.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was leaking. Once I arrived, I noticed that the drain pan was full of water. I proceeded to test the system and its functions and noticed that the system was low on refrigerant. I noticed that the Schrader valve had a leak. While inspecting the system, I also noticed that the zone system was outdated, and I created an estimate to replace with the brand new zoning system, as well as replacing the capacitor that’s bad and upgrading the flood protection. I also created an estimate for the customer to join our home care. Today she went with the Band-Aid option and I was able to complete the repair.

Arrived spoke with customer he stated system has not been cooling for a couple days. Checked indoor unit. Found dirty evaporator coil and dirty blower wheel. Bad run capacitor. No in-line safety no wet switch. Checked outdoor unit. System low on refrigerant. Found failing dual capacitor. Capacitor already has been changed once indicating failing outdoor fan motor. And the compromised compressor due to system running on low refrigerant. Performed quick electronic leak search. Found refrigerant leak at evaporator coil and TXV. Recommend system replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Attempt to clear kitchen sink blockage Customer called us out for a kitchen sink that was not draining and coming back up on the other side. Upon arrival customer stated this started happening in the morning. They have experienced this issue a few years ago and had the line snaked. We went to the basement to ensure there were no signs of water damage in the ceiling under the kitchen line. There was no signs of damage and then we went to the main floor to perform some tests. We ran water on the right side of the sink and we noticed the water started to puddle and we saw it come back up on the left side with the disposal. The customer agreed to attempt to restore proper flow by using our cable machine. We went to cable the kitchen drain line and after multiple attempts we were successful in restoring proper flow. We did multiple tests to ensure there was not any leaks or backups around our work. Customer was satisfied and thank you for choosing for Te Certified!

Customer had 2 slow drains , the sink down stairs was clogged with a little build up after snaking the line and cleaning it the drain is flowing properly , I recommend having a pop up assembly if the drains start backing up again , also the hair filter in the shower was clogged after removing it the drain is flowing properly

Unit 3 Main Right Furnace 2006, Ac 2007 Replace both, and 4 Main Right

Upon arrival customer stated that main level system was not working. Stated they were having water issues that we came out for yesterday but it was plumbing related. Found that light switch to furnace was turned off, customer accidentally did this while cleaning up water in the area of water heater. Turned switch on and system came on, customer wanted to only have this system inspected today. Did full evaluation of system, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor capacitor is bad, inside the system is dirty. Unit does not have flood protection on primary ac drain line. Checked outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor tested good, condenser coils were clean. Recommended blower wheel cleaning, flood protection, Uv light and blower motor capacitor. Customer declined recommendations at this time, recommended homecare maintenance for two units, customer declined recommendations at this time, system is cooling at this time.

Perform two out of three system home care maintenance. I was unable to check the outdoor AC for the upstairs equipment. The wire whip that comes from the condenser to the subpanel ties into a Generac box and does not have its dedicated breaker. I was unable to cut power to the upstairs unit therefore, I’m not able to check the electrical components. Informed homeowner we have to reschedule checking the upstairs equipment. While checking the capacitor for the main floor unit, I was shocked. Even with the 35 amp breaker off that supposedly is for the main floor condenser unit. I was still receiving 120 V to ground on each leg. Once I turned off the 20 amp breaker that was above the 35 amp breaker I no longer received 120 to ground at each leg on the contactor. Only then was I able to replace the capacitor today. Gave homeowner additional $40 discount on the capacitor because of the inconvenience. Replace April air filter for the main floor today. Also perform condensate drain line repair

Ran a dedicated 15 amp circuit to master bathroom for one outlet for a bidet.
