I have only had my TE Certified HVAC for 10 months and have had over the top positive experiences since my first contact with the sales person, the installers, and now my first service call tech, Jaron. I needed help with several issues, and I am totally satisfied with the service provided.

Homeowner signed up for Homecare plan today which consists of a heating check, a cooling check, an electric check, and a plumbing check each year. Membership also provides 10yr parts and labor warranty on hvac system. Did not change AprilAire 310 filter today, it is not a size we carry on the truck, homeowner ordered some today and will ask us to come out and change it when it arrives. System is clean and performing well. We set the thermostat to auto heat/cool, keeping the temperature in the house between 68 and 77 year round.

Devin did all he could to get my hot tub working. I have use TE before and have no complaints. If I need electrical service, I will call these guys again.
