Pull and reset toilet on 2nd floor and below is a water stain Customer called us out for water damage in the ceiling on the main floor. Upon arrival the customer stated they had this issue before. There is a master bathroom above and laundry drain near by. The customer stated they had the master bathroom redone a while back . We tested the bathroom group to ensure there was not a blockage present. We recommended to the customer to perform a pull and reset on the master toilet to determine whether the leak was coming from the toilet or not. They agreed and we inspected the condition of the flange and everything was in great condition. We reset the toilet on a new wax ring and added caulking around the base of the toilet. We also ran a quick cycle on the washing machine , and we saw all the water drain with no issues. The customer was present during our testing. Replaced all 3 toilets in home. Installed new wax rings, bolts, and caulked all toilets. No leaks.

Rebuilt shower that was dripping. And replaced tub spout

Performed a water leak search in the crawlspace of the home. Checked plumbing lines. Water supply and drains. Upon inspection noticed the a/c ducts were sweating and dripping water into the floor. The copper lines looked old but still in decent shape. Nothing on the drains nor the water supply lines were leaking, a condensation line was ran out from heat pump to middle of crawl space area and a lot of water was pooled up there. Multiple of the older and some of the newer duct lines were dripping water. The plumbing looked reasonably good. No leaks

RETURN VISIT FOR SECOND FLOOR SYSTEM: Replaced and install 2 new oem control boards for Daikin fit unit. Test heat and cooling Mode plus flush drain line with water. Recommend new media filter After final inspection system is working ok at this moment. Thanks for Choosing T E certified.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second floor system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the second floor communication system Daikin fit failed due to power surge damaged the outdoor power board and damaged the communication board. Customer approved repairs and I will place the order for new boards and return Saturday to complete repairs. Customer sign up for HOMECARE maintenance plan. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

Homeowner says he has issues with water coming from the HVAC. Found bad capacitor, reading out of spec. Found system low on charge. Found poorly configured drain line which was backed up. Evap pan full of water. System only cooling 13 degrees. Actively dripping from air handler into drain pan. Unit has emergency drain line and a float switch. Poor water safety configuration. No flood protection. Recommended replacement due to the extent of repairs.

4702660714 wife’s number add to contact list on service titan. arrived to appointment and upstairs unit is not cooling. systems outdoor unit was not communicating with indoor unit. Tested outdoors compressor and fan motor and they are working. Compressor is not grounded and also fan motors ohms are well at this time. Took the unit apart to access PCV board and it is currently fried. Both outdoor boards are damaged at this time so system can not communicate to be able to cool the upstairs home. This occurred after the storm a power surge damaged both control board to the outdoor unit. Notified homeowner that they are not on the Homecare maintenance plan so they don’t have parts and labor warranty anymore so they will have to pay for the labor for this repair. Daikin comfort is closed when diagnosis was complete. Tech will call tomorrow morning once Daikin comfort opens to see part availability. Tech will also update customer once they find out the ETA of both boards.

RETURN VISIT: Return to complete Quote repairs for second floor system Replace and install new oem control board kit for gas furnace Lennox 22 years old plus install new control board new hot surface Ignitor with new Wires harness plus test heat mode test outdoor condenser unit r 22 Lennox and I found the dual run capacitor failed by homeowner approval Install new dual run capacitor 40/5 uf test refrigerant charge pressures r 22 Are low but this type of refrigerant is already phased out check condenser coil is highly impacted check contactor is pitted system is 22 years old And poor maintenance conditions. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system I recommend to upgrade complete system. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY ON ANY OTHER COMPONENTS ON THE SYSTEM. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

Troubleshooting tripping range breaker

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor hvac system Is not working and the nest thermostat is blank. After complete troubleshooting I found the system is in poor maintenance conditions unit Is Lennox 2004 model about 22 years old the main control board failed Plus outdoor condenser unit 2 ton capacity 22 years old is R 22 refrigerant type and is already phased out by epa. Complete system already past Life expectancy from manufacture which are 10 to 14 years. Customer approved only minor repairs I will order the the control board kit and return tomorrow from 12 to 3 pm to complete repairs. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

I spoke with customer he stated system has stopped, cooling blowing warm air. On arrival noticed water in auxiliary drain pan which customer said he vacuumed up as much as possible. No water safeties. Dirty blower wheel. Failing run capacitor. Rusted evaporator coil. Rusted heat exchanger. Leaking auxiliary pan. No gas sediment trap. Has flex gas connection going into unit. Checked outdoor unit. Found low refrigerant. Failing dual capacitor. And all safeties have been bypass. Unit 2002. R 22. Recommend system replacement. TE certified will not do any repairs. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
