Upon arrival, I met with the owner. Their kitchen sink recently started backing up but does slowly drain when the water is shut off. We discussed the options and today they are moving forward to Hydrojet the line. There is a test cap on top of the santee they allowed me to saw off for access. They will cap it off when I am done. I first ran my flex shaft to clear the blockage and help break up debris standing in the line. I then ran my hydrojetter, performed several passes to ensure the line is cleared. I ran the faucet as well and ensured no leaks or errors. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

arrived on site and customer was experiencing a dripping faucet in the upstairs bathroom. My first step was to check the pressure of the house which I got a reading of 50 psi while diagnosing the pressure. We ran a faucet in the house and while the faucet was running, the pressure dropped by 12+ psi. Customer was experiencing pressure regulator issues, which was the main cause of the cartridge failing. I also noticed that the tankless water heater had no thermal expansion tank. The cartridge was a special type, which customer wanted to replace the cartridge initially , however we could not identify or locate the valve type . I also noticed that underneath the bathroom faucet cabinet there were no shut off valves. Customer stated that they did not use that bathroom faucet and just wanted to isolate the bathroom faucets. Customer agreed to remove the backing and the drywall underneath the cabinet and installed shut off valves for the bathroom fixture, which I was able to stop the dripp

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. Over the previous weekend, they experienced a sewer main blockage. They found the basement shower had backed up with sewage. I tested and ran water throughout the home and found no indication of a clog at this time. There is a cleanout in the basement wall as well as 3x cleanouts in the backyard leading to a manhole by the lake. A supervisor has been scheduled today to perform a camera inspection. I also provided the owner with a Home Care Maintenance Plan. HomeCare Preventative Maintenance Plan for 3 systems. Customer signed up for the Homecare plan. Performed the Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Tested heating, auxiliary heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 1” air filters. Treated the condensate pumps and indoor coils with pan treatment tablets. Treated the upstairs drain line with enzymes. Reported findings to the customer. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Scheduled for a project manager to arrive between 2 and 5 today to build a quote for replacing the downstairs system.

Replace 2 toilets, customer provided Reset 1 toilet Customer called us out for 2 toilet replacements on the main floor. Upon arrival customer recently had the bathroom floors renovated. Customer supplied two kohler high line arc toilets to install in the hallway bathroom and the master bathroom on the main floor. Customer also wanted to reset an original toilet back on that was on the 2nd floor. We installed the toilets and checked for leaks and we were successful. We cleaned our area and are taking the old toilets with us.

Was called out to flush water heater. Also did home care inspection left some quotes for some items.

Service visit on Generac 26Kw standby generator

Today we inspected electrical work performed by a third party who removed a fixture. This electrical work has been de-energized and removed from the circuit, and all accessible wiring from this work has been physically removed.

Re installed the silonoid on kohler kitchen faucet

Today we installed a new fan in the primary suite enclosed porch

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a leak at the kitchen faucet , which I located under the sink, and the shower head ,outside, near the deck was dripping. I put a pressure reader on the back hose and found that the pressure was over 90 psi. I explained to the customer that the issues were caused by high water pressure. I replaced the Pressure regulator, shower cartridge, and kitchen faucet . Once work had been completed, we turned the water back on to the house , set our regulator to 65 psi , tested our shower , and kitchen faucet.

Wire in and install a new generator inlet utilizing a #6/3 NM-B cable on the right side of the home through the crawl space and into the panel. We will have to double up on a 4 circuits in order to create enough space for the new breaker. Provide and install a CH manual transfer switch (interlock kit). Wire in and install a new location receptacle outside of the home where the generator I let is located. This outlet will be used for the trickle charge for the generator

Service visit on Generac 26kw standby generator

Arrived on site and installed a new ice maker box for the kitchen refrigerator, as well as ran a new water line. Customer also wanted their garbage disposal installed. After ice maker box and disposal were installed , customer asked to be quoted to move his electric water heater further back in the wall cut out in the basement. customer agreed to do the work today , so I cut back the heater set it further back in the wall, and strapped the expansion tank, as the tank was not strapped. I also found the main line house shut off valve was leaking, so customer had me replace the shut off valve as well.

Afci breaker for upstairs bedroom and office tripping breaker, sold troubleshoot to figure out what’s going on. Found issue in bedroom closet light where neutral was stripped poorly and making contact with ground. Repaired nick in insulation and remade connections.

Install a new circuit for sewage pump and pump alarm Separate grounds and neutrals and bond neutral bar to enclosure

Provide and replace existing sewage ejector pump in exterior pump can to the left of the home. Will install new ball/check valve with riser lid assembly. TE is not responsible for any pump malfunctions or failures as this pump is undersized for the whole house.

Install 1 new outlet in the garage for freezer
