Today we came out to make repairs. The main cause of the problem was a failed wire in the thermostat wire that which in return shorted out the circuit board in the air handler and the thermostat. Ran new thermostat wire, installed new circuit board in air handler and installed new ecobee thermostat. Installed new 14X20X1 filter, started system up checked operations and left all equipment operational.

I came out today to complete the following work: -Lighting- At the bottom landing of the stairs I wires in a new location 4” LED wafer light at the bottom of the stairwell off the existing 3way switch. I pulled the switch leg from the attic can and came down the wall and center of the ceiling. After installation of the fixture I supplied and installed a 15 amp CH duel function on circuit #4. The customer is aware that I had to cut the drywall due to the floor joists. I tested both the safety feature of the breaker along with the lights and they are working. -Stove- The customers stove would not push back against the all all the way and this was due to the surface mounted 3 pin range outlet. I went into the crawl space and found the wire. I pulled it down and drilled up into the wall I secured the wire to the bottom of the floor joists. Today we came out for only system not cooling 2005 amana 2.5 ton heat pump split. Found failed blower motor in air handler located in crawlspace. There is not flood protection on equipment will attach flood note. Checked refrigerant pressures found system low on refrigerant r22. This refrigerant has been mandated by the federal government and they no longer manufacture it. Contactor on ac unit is burnt up and hard start kit has been installed on compressor meaning the compressor is on hospice. Due to the condition of the equipment it needs to be updated Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

We came out today to complete the following work: *Back Porch* Install a weather proof bell box on the back porch where an existing switch leg is. This existing 14/3 switch leg goes down into the 3g switch box inside by the door. The center was being used for switched receptacles and with the homeowners permission we made them constantly hot. We used that switch and the switch on the right for the porch. The right switch controls an overhead receptacle for string lights and the center switch will control the fan with a remote. We installed a weather resistant receptacle and bubble cover at that location and we also installed a small conduit from the box to the ceiling for a new location ceiling fan. We installed a new fan rated pancake box with a wire coming out of the bell box to the center of the porch and left a loop and due to the ceiling not being completed we capped the wires off. During our visit, a new Halo 5, whole home water filtration system was installed. A new main shutoff valve and expansion tank were installed as a courtesy. The old pressure reducing valve was also replaced. The new Halo was flushed and turned on after installation. Each repair was tested for leaks after completion.

Today we came out for no cool 2022 Lennox 18 seer heat pump split 3 ton. Found ss1 open due to backed up drain line. Flushed drain line and cleaned out, started up system checked all operations and left equipment in service.

Replace 50 gallon electric water heater (10 year manufacturer warranty) replace PRV

Customer had a 9 year old 40 gallon electric water heater that was leaking from the compartment for the top element. This leak had caused damage to heater. Recommended replacement as the solution Installed 6 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Had electrical department come out and install a new disconnect next to water heater. There was no disconnect present and it is required for a water heater in an area that is removed from the electrical panel. Turned water on, tested everything and cleaned up. While running water to purge air from plumbing system, noticed a leak coming from the shower valve in the back bathroom. Leak is coming from the valve. Recommend replacing old three handle style shower valve with a modern one. Provided customer with an estimate to replace shower valve. Homecare inspection, replace bad switches, install whole home surge protection, replace outdoor gfci with bubble cover.

We came out today to complete a minor kitchen rewire. The tile was removed so we were able to complete the work. Where the microwave was inside the cabinet to the left of the stove we completed a circuit extension from that box and into the the cabinet above a stove also installing a new box, decora receptacle with a plate for the new microwave that is going above the stove. We installed a new 20 amp duel function breaker on circuit #2 to protect the wiring. The devices left and right of the stove had 14g wire mixed on with a 20 amp circuit. We removed the the 14g wire and installed new 12/2. On the box location left of the stove we installed a new box and reinstalled the existing device. The device on the right was removed and we installed a 2g box for the gfci device along with a new switch for the under cabinet lights. We installed new 12/2 wiring from the 2g box to (2) locations, (1) to the left of the stove and (1) to right of the stove and used a fixture wire extension to go

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Install flood protection upstairs, apco x ultra air cleaner and uv bulb inside the air handler.

Installed a 6 year warranty 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new expansion tank. Ran t&p line to exterior hole. Removed several shark bite fittings and repaired with proper fittings. Installed customer supply vanity. In order to install vanity, cold water line and drain had to be moved. Replaced both stops for hot and cold. Replace one water stop as courtesy. Installed old lav faucet temporarily as a courtesy until customer purchases new faucet. Sent customer estimates for installed new faucet as well as an estimate for a water filtration system.

Install three customer supplies skirted toilets, replace water stop in half bathroom, replace toilet flange in half bathroom

Customer was having issues with hot water getting Luke warm while showering. They also had a leak on the T&P. After some troubleshooting I determined the prv had failed and caused T&P to fail. And there were no check valves installed on the recirculating line causing bleed over. I replaced prv, thermal expansion tank, T&P, and added two check valves to the system. One before water heater and recirculating branch, and one after the pump itself. Purged air from system and checked for leaks. No leaks.

Complete a full panel rejuvenation on the CH main breaker panel located by the front door. We will add a new ground bar, breakers, clean all wiring up and label the panel. Install a new $75,000 lifetime warranty surge protector with a new flush mount kit and breaker By completing this option we will also install a new customer supplied ceiling fan in the living room at no additional charge. We will also install a blank plate in the attic for the open junction box and install connectors on the attic fans. Go through the home and check all the devices for proper bonding and replace switches as needed. Install customer supplied scone on front porch.

Wire in a new location receptacle in upstairs closet for the Dyson vacuums to be plugged in and charged. Supply and install AFCI protection for the circuit. Troubleshoot power loss of the carbon/smoke circuit. Install (2) smokes up stairs and (2) carbon/smokes
