Came out to quote duct cleaning, quoted duct cleaning, customer would like to move forward with duct cleaning, collected payment for duct cleaning, we will reach back out to schedule a good day for ducts to be cleaned, customer is also interested in getting dryer vent cleaned however they would like to hold off on that for now. customer is also interested in homecare services as well as UV lights however would like to wait for ducts to be cleaned before servicing system.

Called out for kitchen sink drain to be installed properly gave estimate to repair kitchen sink drain and to clear bathroom sink drain customer agreed installed new basket strainers on both sides of the kitchen sink and new tubular pipe. Going to main drain tested working properly at this time with no leaks, then ran cable down drain for bathroom sink cleared blockage enough to allow sink to drain tested working properly at this time.

Today Mark has called us out here because he has an issue with one of the toilets that is 20+ years old that is constantly running water. Said that recently just started running water not too long ago and is looking to replace it. I had mentioned that about the other and he said that one of them had replaced in the primary bathroom, but not the one in the powder room. I recommended that we replace both of the remaining two toilets that have not been replaced. Today I replaced the two toilets in the powder room and upstairs hallway bathroom. Cleaned up work area and tested toilets for functionality and checked for leaks. Toilets are working properly and performed a walk-through with Mark and is happy with the work.

These two guys were great. Went above and beyond. Dug up some dirt cut the root, which was the problem and attacked it with haste. I even came outside gave some sodas and helped out. These guys were awesome. I definitely give them a 10/10 and would absolutely hire them for any future jobs I have.
