No heat due to bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Supply plenum and evaporator coil are covered by biological growth, blower wheel dirty, sequencer very rusted and no drain pan under the system. Air quality in the house is poor and contaminated. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). At this age and conditions of the system, best option would be to upgrade the system, and install an uv light system, to give better air quality to the house. New systems come with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Customer denied any quoting at this time and wants only to replace the capacitor.
