Job Locations and Reviews
I arrived today I was told that a section of the outside parking lot area would not work and it is believed that one of the timers is defective. After getting to the panel room and examining everything, I found that the main breaker in the switch gear controlling panel SLN1 was tripped. Once the main breaker or panel SLN one was reset and the timer was turned on manually the outside parking lot lights worked properly. The canopy lights on the front of the building I found one of the timer adjustment pieces that tells the timer when to come on,had come off and fallen on the floor. Once I reinstalled that piece, the lights came on properly. If I can ever help you with anything else, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon
Today we installed surface mounted weatherproof boxes for each of the outside lights that are gonna be installed. We also installed a weatherproof box directly behind the switch inside so we could run wires between the two boxes. We ran PVC pipe and plastic weatherproof PVC flex between all boxes to connect everything. We received power from a downstairs receptacle for the light switch and lights. Once all wiring connections were made power for the lights worked properly. He is going to install his own lights. We installed two new Singapore switches on the inside. We also installed a GFCI receptacle and weatherproof box with a bubble cover on the front of the house for the new landscape light so they’re going to be installed by himself. It was good meeting you! If you have anything else you would like for us to do or any other questions please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon
Today, as I arrived, it was explained to me that there was no power on outside lights for the front porch. It was also explained that a bathroom that had been renovated had a funny sound in one of the outlets. After doing a troubleshoot in the bathroom area, I found stabbed in the back switch with loose connections. Everything else in the bathroom was in good condition and made up properly. I remade all of the wire connections properly in that junction box along with putting the wires on the screws properly on the switch. I’ve also left an estimate for installing new power for the front porch lights. It was great meeting you today! If you have any questions about the estimates, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon
Came out today to complete one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that he has had several companies out, including our electricians to determine why his power bill is so high. Upon inspection of the system found 2023 carrier air handler paired with a 2023 carrier heat pump. Upon today’s visit, customer approved full diagnostic. During the diagnostic found that the heat strips would run continuously without getting a call. Because the heat strips were running was causing the system to run longer than need be and pull higher power than recommended. At this time found all refrigerant levels to be good, found airflow as size for a 2 1/2 ton system, but this is a 3 ton system, there is no TE standard flood protection, and there was no filter inside of the system at this time. Also found the insulation was hanging down on top of the heat strips, creating a fire hazard where it was burning the insulation and sparking off of the heat strips, also found kink and liquid line
Troubleshoot customer having a higher then normal electrical bill.
Came out today to complete one system HVAC no call arrival customer state that he had had other technicians out. And they could not figure it out. Upon inspection, found carrier gas furnace, and coil from 2009 located in the attic with zoning. On the outside found 4 ton carrier straight AC in the system was running when I got here. Customer approved full diagnostic of system. I found that the refrigerant pressures were very low, the contactor and capacitor are without a range and burn and pitted, customer stated he had just had his outdoor coil washed yesterday, upon inspection of the furnace located in the attic found there is no flood protection for the system, the drain line comes straight out and down to the ground and run across the attic floor, the blower motor is very dirty, they return airflow as low, the indoor evaporator coil is very rusty, the blower capacitor is bad and out of range. Upon doing further diagnostic over the system, found that the compressor is pulling high amp
Performed diagnostic on 22yr old upstairs carrier unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling it was icing up, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, went to attic to inspect furnace, recommend better flood protection such as wet switch, evap coil rusted, checked blower motor, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, checked capacitor, flushed drain line, inspected outdoor unit, coils impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked capacitor and contactor, amp draws, upon checking pressures found system low on r410, recommend leak search, highly recommend install supervisor for system update, customer opt to add refrigerant and is aware no warranty on repair, added 3lbs, rechecked pressures and temp split, unit working properly at time, customer is aware refrigerant will leak back out at some point The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Installed customer supplied chandelier, 15’
Upon arrival, the customer stated that the rear hose bib would not turn on. After inspection, I found that the hose bib handle was seized and no longer operable. I provided the customer with multiple repair and replacement options, including repairing the hose bib, replacing the garbage disposal, and replacing the existing water heater. Water heater options included both a standard tank-style unit and a tankless water heater system, with bundled pricing available for the combined services. After reviewing the options, the customer elected to replace the water heater, replace the garbage disposal, and repair the hose bib. A discount was applied to the hose bib repair, and all work was completed during today’s visit. Upon completion, the system was tested and operating properly. Water pressure was adjusted and verified at 65 PSI, the expansion tank was charged to 78 PSI, and all faucets throughout the home were flushed. The customer was satisfied with the completed work.
Frank was my technician and was superb! I highly recommend him.
Technician was very friendly introduced said very well. He did very good work. I appreciate the service thank you.
“I am a satisfied customer
Technician came out to inspect my heater units. During the inspection, I observed excessive drilling. I called out to him to ask why drilling. He stated it was apart of the inspection. He continued the Inspection and came down to brief me on on one unit and show pics. He resumed with Inspecting the other unit and also briefed me on that one as well. I work from home so after my shift was over, I proceeded to lock the attic door, but it would not close since the lock had been compromised. The technician was well aware the attic door wouldn’t close and did not say anything to me. He left it as it was and left. I don’t understand why he would break the lock. I hired the tech to inspect the units- not to break my locks. Now I question the technicians work and the reason he was in my home?
We are very sorry to hear expectations were not met. We take your feedback seriously and will definitely look into this. Please reach out to us at 770-229-5566.
Technician Jay Gomez provided outstanding customer service. He explained step by step what he was doing to rectify the problem. Very professional in helping me to understand exactly what was going on with my plumbing situation; in terms that I could understand!! Thank you Jay!
