No cooling call, upon arrival system was not running, outdoor breaker was in the off position, checked refrigerant levels and found that system was running 229/287 with a subcooling of 1 degree and a superheat of 16 degrees, compressor is not compressing refrigerant, Indoor TXV is also stuck in the open position, filter was last changed June 2024, system not being maintained is likely the reason on why compressor and TXV have failed, condenser coil is also dirty, dual capacitor is also bad reading out of tolerance, customer stated that she would review estimates and get back with us as far as repairs goes.
Replace light fixture with ceiling fan in living room
Upon arrival, I performed a complete diagnostic of the second-floor air conditioning system. The system is a 2018 AirTemp 3-ton R-410A split system equipped with an indoor TXV metering device and services approximately 1,500 square feet of the home. The return duct system consists of two 20-inch flex return ducts, which is appropriately sized for a 3-ton system and appears capable of providing the required airflow. During the electrical inspection, I found the compressor operating at 8.85 running amps, which is within the manufacturer’s rated load of 13.6 RLA, indicating the compressor is currently operating within its normal running range. The contactor tested within manufacturer specifications; however, the dual-run capacitor tested out of range and should be replaced. I also recommend installing a compressor hard start kit to reduce startup amperage, minimize electrical stress during startup, and help extend the life of the compressor. The condenser coil, evaporator coil, and blow

As we arrived today, Dexter explained to us he needed a new Tesla charger, which he had already purchased installed in his garage. We ran power from the outside meter base directly outside the garage down the outside wall over to the garage area where we installed a junction box so we can enter the wall. We ran the wire up inside the wall to the new Tesla car charger that we installed inside the garage. We made all connections in both of them meter base on the breaker and the tested charger. The tested charger worked properly after all updates were installed and power was engaged. We also installed a surge protector on the meter base which will protect the house along with the Tesla car charger. It was great meeting you today, Dexter! If we can ever help you with anything else, please let me know. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan
