Attic splice for kitchen light.

Replaced pressure reducing valve in outside meter box to home. Set pressure to 65 PSI. No leaks. Insulated piping with pipe wrap to prevent freezing.

Replaced existing PRV with new and set house pressure within safe range.

Inspected a 1992 gas furnace, cracked heat exchanger, needs a new inducer motor, new gas valve, would need to replace a limit switch, replace thermocouple, install a new blower motor along with a blower wheel cleaning. System outside was completely flat on r22 refrigerant. Based on conditions of the system and age of the system I would recommend looking into getting a new system. Install supervisor schedule 11-2pm 10/22/26 Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed warranty part for Rheem 50 gal gas water heater. The TRD valve was shattered causing he botttom draft plate to close a safety device that was triggered when heater became too hot inside and needed to cut off flame due to leak that was causing the airflow to stop. Leak was repaired earlier visit. Ordered part for water heater Monday 10-19-2026. Part arrived today and installed, tested heater fired up ensured home has hot water turned down temp to get water heater to flame off and go back to piolet working properly, turned temp back up to 120 heater fired back up working properly, water temp now is like warm will test with thermometer to ensure proper hot water is being delivered. Remodified upstairs furnace flue vent to specs with proper pitch. Customer needs to get a roofer and seal boot on roof. Remodified main floor flue vent for water heater and furnace with proper pitch. Turned water heater back on. Furnaces and water heater are venting properly at this time.

Customer had a disposal that anytime that he would turn it on the motor would just make a humming noise, he also tried on jamming and resetting the disposal, which did not work. It was about seven years old, so I recommended replacing it. I installed a new badger 5 1/2 horsepower and tested for proper operation, no issues!

Replaced prv and main house shut off valve

Customer says furnace is not heating. Found clogged inducer draft orifice restricted. Cleared tubing and orifice. Found combustion motor over amping. Found flue vent with a broken adapter. Found return with no filter rack. Found supply plenum not properly sized for coil. Informed customer system has gone over life span. Other components are highly likely to fail. Customer moved forward with bandaid repair.

Replaced 2 customer supplied ceiling fans

For this job, we worked on installing a fan rated box and reinstalled ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom. Also, ran the wire for and installed a customer provided dimmer switch and light fixture for a downstairs bathroom.

No hot water. Upon inspection noticed that the main water service line was leaking at the cpvc 90 running down the insulation and into the water heater pan. The pan filled up enough that if clogged the vent fresh air intake and caused the heater to overheat and the trd safety valve broke due to extreme heat and that caused the trapdoor to close to cut off the oxygen into the heater. Repaired the cpvc cracked 90 with copper and changed out the ball valve. Troubleshooting on the water heater. Will order part for homeowner Monday and inform them when said part will arrive. No leaks

Today’s visit was to perform a 2 system hvac inspection. Checked thermostats. Replaced filters. Checked the main unit. I found it to be a 20+ year R22 system. Inspected heat exchanger. It has a lot of rust. Inspected the evaporator coil. It is severely rusted. Performed an electronic leak check and confirmed it is leaking refrigerant. Inspected the furnace. I found the ignition control board is burnt. Tested heating operation. It is heating. No flood protection present on either system. Also no fresh air is available for the furnace as well for combustion. Checked the outdoor unit. I found the condenser coils very dirty. Checked capacitor. It checked bad. Checked fan motor and compressor both are pulling high amps which is signs they are bad. Checked refrigerant pressures. It is low at this time and due to being R22 I cannot offer any refrigerant repairs for this system. I did schedule a consultation with customer approval to get a quote on replacement. New 30 amp circuitry and outlet for clients battery back up system

Came out to customers house due to his system not cooling. Noticed condenser coil is dirty, dual capacitor/run capacitor are out of manufacture specs, contactor is failing, no water safety on drain, float switch in pan is defective, arma flex is poor, and blower wheel is dirty. Customer approved to clean condenser coil, replace dual capacitor, replace run capacitor, and replace contactor. Noticed after doing the repair the system is low on refrigerant. I added refrigerant for the meantime (system possibly has a leak). System is cooling properly at this moment. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not Working properly . After complete troubleshooting I found the thermostat Display was completely blank due to wet switch was open and cut off the 24 volts power to the unit. System is 2 years old and 1 months the pleated Filter was completely stopped up and main drain line was partially clogged due to lack of maintenance. Customer replaced and install new p,rated Filter 20x25x1 and I clean and flush drain line plus add one cup of endure Solution and add some pan tabs to condensate pump test heat and cooling Mode check refrigerant charge pressures are ok at manufacture specifications. Run cable snake and attempt to clear blockage Pull toilet, auger toilet from other end Set toilet on new wax ring Customer called us out for a blocked up toilet with a foreign object stuck inside. We tested bathroom for branch backup, but toilet was only fixture affected. We attempted to auger toilet and bring back item but we were unsuccessful. We then took toilet off and augered from other end. We were eventually able to retrieve foreign object.Set toilet on new wax ring & Secured toilet to floor. Tested for leaks. Clearing successful. Performed home care on one system. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain line. Cleaned flame sensor. Changed filter 16×25×1. Evaporator coil and blower wheel dirty. Bad ecobee connector kit not allowing voltage through on cooling side. No in-line safety no wet switch. Auxiliary panel and poor condition. Evaporator coil and blower wheel dirty have dust buildup. Ducts are dirty. Single wall flue pipe. Checked outdoor unit. Check capacitor, contactor, and pressures. Dual capacitor failing. Condenser coil dirty. Such in line has small kink. Missing Arma flex on suction line.

Installed new straight stops for both water fountains. Installed new customer supplied water fountain for upstairs hallway. Re installed existing water fountain downstairs. Carl will wait at least 24 hours to turn power on to unit due to compressor being laid flat. Turned water on to both units and tested for leaks and proper operations.
