Customer had a blockage in the toilet and the master bathroom, I ran test in the entire bathroom to test the main line and after testing, they didn’t have any issues in the main line, so I gave them options to snake the toilet after snake in a toilet that I was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet flushing properly, I’ll let the customer know that it is the original toilet to the house that has a weaker flush so I recommend replacing the toilet if it keep giving issues to help resolve soft blockages from happening as often

Standing pressures at 149 with outdoor temperature 49 degrees. Capacitor testing 5.1/40.6 at 100% capacity Contactor is worn but working and is normal for age of system. Replacement is recommended to keep up on maintenance of system. Drain line appears to be steadily dripping even though system is off Condenser is not level on pad. Changed customer supplied air filter Vacuumed drain line and treated with enzymes. Checked cooling. 1500 sq ft ranch house with 2.5 ton AC system. On 90+ degree days this system is too small to achieve 70 degrees. Should be a 3 ton system. Install supervisor could run a heat load calculation if interested in upgrading system. ***Noticed pressure relief valve on water heater is leaking and needs repair. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Arrived spoke with customer said over the past couple of weeks unit has not been cooling properly. Checked furnace and found extremely dirty filter dated 2022. Found evaporator coil frozen and line set to outdoor condenser. No in-line safety. Blower capacitor out of manufacture specs. Blower wheel dirty cannot access gas lines running in front of blower. Will have to return to check pressures.

Replaced cartridges for the master bathtub. Replaced the seats and springs. Tested with no further leaks.

For job of the leak troubleshoot for the homeowner using Thermo diagnostics, I was able to determine that there is a leak underneath the slab on the hot side. It looks like they’re actually may be multiple leaks, however, to determine the extent of damage on the plumbing system I would need the floors to be removed so that I could do a sonar leak detection. This would be done putting compressed air through the system on the hot side of the washer box and compressing the hot side of the supply piping under the slab, and then using a sonar probe on the concrete to listen for where the leak, or leaks are present.

Attempt to clear the blockage using the auger Customer was experiencing a blockage in the hallway toilet. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to test for a mainline issue after running water only the toilet was being affected. I went ahead and tested all the other bathroom groups to ensure we had proper flow and they were draining good. I used the auger to attempt to clear the blockage and after multiple attempts we were successful. I tested the toilet to ensure we had proper flow.

For this job we replaced multiple bulbs, in the kitchen, master bedroom fan and in bathroom two switches and one bulb. We also installed a new whole panel surge protector at the main electrical panel.

For this job, it was required of us to replace a sump pump that wasn’t quite defective, but was not reliable for our client. The old unit was uninstalled and a new one was installed and tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. We did mention to our customer that he had a water heater that was 20+ years old and recommended to be replaced as soon as possible. A couple of estimates have been left with a client and a follow up Call will be conducted on March 8

Performed three system homeowner, upstairs lacks flood protection. Mini split has big refrigerant leak. Upstairs furnace capacitor is below spec, blower wheel is dirty. Replaced both filters today, one homeowner provided. Cleaned out mini split filter. Called Dalcna and gave recommendations, filter for main floor was approved today.
