Call out for backed up toilet on main floor. Ran water and the sink to test for a mainline blockage. After running water, it appears that there is something stuck in the toilet, causing the clog. for this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I proceeded to perform a thorough diagnosis and noticed that the thermostat had failed. While here I proceeded to check every other component of the system and found several things. I noticed that the blower wheel was dirty and the blower capacitor was bad. I also noticed that there was single wall flue pipe, which is not up to code. I noticed that some of the ductwork was inconsistent and damaged, and I also recommended to upgrade the flood protection. The system is 21 years old and I explained to the customer that I highly recommend replacing the system due to the age and wear and tear. The disconnect for the condenser is also hot wired and is not protected outside. Thank you so much for choosing TE certified.

Called out for a back up in the upstairs hall bath shower Took overflow off and ran cable throughout line. Tested thoroughly line open and flowing at this time. Thanks for choosing TE Certified
Performed 1 system diagnostic for unit number 7. Found unit to be 19 years old with R22 and a restricted metering device causing unit to freeze and pressure to not equalize when system is off. Unit does not have te standard flood protection, and has water in the pan as well as a rusted evaporator coil, the condensation pump for the secondary drain is also in an aluminum food tray. Also does have some dry cells in the evaporator coil. Due to the age of the unit and type of refrigerant used we will need to replace system. No repairs available due to type of refrigerant used. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Performed 2 system diagnostics for main and upstairs systems. Upstairs being the priority and only 13 years old. Found unit shirt cycling because of a restriction in the evap coil and a completely compacted outdoor unit causing unit to trip out on high pressure, unit did not have the flood protection, a dirty blower wheel, the compressor has been drawing high amps. The unit upstairs is also an 80% unit with a spray foam attic me he spray foam all around the flue pipe as well causing a potential gasps are for combustion. Recommend replacement due to age and cost of repairs and upgrade to a 90% unit. Main level unit is 29 years old, dirty blower, no filter in unit,no te flood protection, single walled flue pipe with tap all, over, evaporator rusted and frozen with a restricted metering device. Unit is r22 . No quick repair option available . Recommend replacement of the system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Found no te flood protections, improper gas connections, dirty blower, dirty condenser, failed capacitor, pitted contactor, compressor drawing high amps, ofm drawing high amps, restricted refrigerant cycle, high head pressure. Unit is kicking off on high head pressure during the hottest parts of the day due to a restriction and a dirty condenser coil, compressor is drawing high amps and struggling at this time and extremely loud. Due to unit being r22 and over 20 years old there are no permanent repairs other then replacing system.and also recommend joining homecare. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Today’s visit was for humidity issues. When u arrived the customer said that the humidity is staying high especially upstairs. I proceeded to inspect the units. Found no flood protection present. Notified customer and gave estimates. Inspected the indoor units and evap coils. Not a lot of moisture removal present. I checked the outdoor units and found the condenser coils very dirty and both units running over 370 psi head pressure. I informed the customer I needed to chemically clean them to be able to finish my diagnostic. He approved my estimate for flood protection and coil cleaning. Went and got supplies and returned and cleaned the coils. After cleaning I was able to determine that the upstairs unit was low on refrigerant. I informed the customer that I’d have to add refrigerant to the system. He approved. Added 3lbs of R410A. I performed a electronic leak search and found the evaporator coil is leaking. I installed flood protection on both units and verified operation. Both units
System is a ten year old 410a system, system was cooling when we got there when we got into the attic I noticed the filter was wet, the return plenum was soaked, the evaporator coil was restricted with dry cells.no te flood protection, Disconnect couldn’t be accessed was jammed into the box. Upon making my way outside the coils were dirty. Tested pressures and electrical. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Today’s visit was for the upstairs unit not cooling. When I arrived the customer said the system won’t cool during the day. I proceeded to inspect the indoor unit. The unit doesn’t have flood protection and gave estimates for it. I checked the blower motor and capacitor. Checked return ductwork. It is too small for the system. It has 1-14” and 1-10”. Checked the evaporator coil and it’s severely deteriorated. It is visibly leaking refrigerant. Checked the outdoor unit. I found the condenser coils extremely dirty. It also low on refrigerant. I highly recommend replacing the system. The customer just wants the bandaid repair at this time. Chemically cleaned the condenser coils. Added 3lbs of R410A. The system is cooling at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Carlos was patient, polite and professional. An absolute pleasure to work with.
I called TE for an electrical inspection. So with worry being the reason for calling I am glad I had the experience I did so from two of what seemed like maybe two of your top and best employees. There was no hesitation in explaining each and every thing needed and why the replacements were necessary. I have never seen contractors work so hard and steady during the time on the job. They worked constantly for hours without delay. Amazing to me, The TE Electricians certainly put my mind more at ease because it is difficult when spending on my house to make major necessary replacements. Glad I called TE.
Jason did an excellent job of explaining the issues that he noted throughout the house. I felt comfortable with the service call and do think I will have a quality experience.

I mean this young man did a perfect job and then made water of another situation!! So professional and respectful of my home and property
Hubert is efficient and knowledgeable. He is always a pleasure to work with, and I request him every time.
Here’s a cleaner, more polished version with tighter flow and wording: Our home is more than 25 years old and still has several original plumbing fixtures that are no longer available in their original color palette. I was able to find a suitable modern replacement for our double sinks and hired TE Certified for the installation. They arrived on schedule, assessed the project, and also reviewed the condition of other plumbing throughout the home. After providing a competitive estimate, we agreed on a clear plan of action. The technician promptly began work, installing the new fixtures and shutoff lines. He worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and completed the job exactly as estimated.
I had T E certified come out today. My toilet was running. So the tech Martin Mitchell came in checked. At this time not running. But to be save had certain parts replaced.
