Pull toilet and reset on a new wax ring Customer called us out today for a toilet that was possibly leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated they noticed discoloration on the toilet close to the toilet in the basement. They stated this is the first time they are experiencing this issue. We first started by testing the bathroom group to ensure there was not a blockage present but after running water for a long period of time there were no signs and we saw really good flow at the cleanout. We recommended to the customer to perform a pull/reset and they agreed. We pulled the toilet and the whole flange came off. We let the customer know right away about this issue. They agreed to install a new one, and we installed the new flange and secured it to the flooring. We set a new wax ring, closet bolts, and a supply line. We added caulking to the base of the toilet and they customer was satisfied. Thank you for choosing Te Certified!

Install a car 6 run from the main floor to the basement by running down the exterior of the home in 1/2” conduit. We also terminated the ends on 4 existing cat 6 wires
