For this job the customer stated that they had a hissing noise coming for inside the wall. Further inspection showed that the sound was coming from behind the water heater. Cutting a hole in the wall behind the noise showed a leak coming from the flo control connecting the main service line to the copper in the home. I also noticed the water was leaking from the temperature and pressure relief line as well as a leak coming from the gate valve for the hose bib. I informed the customer of my findings and she agreed to replace everything mentioned. All work was plumbed in according to code and thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function. Lines above the water heater were insulated, the expansion tank was strapped to the wall and the water pressure was set to 65 psi.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and the fixtures and found the clog was only in the toilet. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the toilet cleared with a closet auger. I also checked the water heater and the house pressure. Water heater looked good but the house pressure was 90 psi. I informed the customer that this would cause damage to water supply fixtures in the house due to excess pressure. Customer did not want this fixed. I ran a closet auger down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the toilet with lots of toilet paper and had no back ups. Cleaned throughly.

Performed leak search. I cut two holes in the stained foyer ceiling. I found plumbing for the laundry room above and tested the drain for water loss. At this time, I was unable to find anything evident of a leak at this time.

Tech was out for no cooling. The following is what tech came a crossed . System is a 2023 , zoned application. Bypass was installed but it acts a as a dump zone for the upstairs hall way. This was closed causing the bypass not to open or close when zones are calling. Return is lacking cfm . There is no safety switch’s on drain line or wet switch in emergency drain pan. However there is a safe guard float switch . This will only shut system down when water is full in emergency drain pan. . Compressor has completely failed. This will need to be replaced. Along with other repairs needed. Please note This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying We cannot guarantee that

No Cool- 2018 Carrier System Found pan full of water and a clogged drain line. Removed water from pan and cleared drain. Inspected system and found large amounts of biological activity inside. Inspected outdoor unit and found system slightly low on refrigerant. Added 1lb of refrigerant and recorded drain line draining. Sent estimates to customer for water safety and biological growth remediation.

arrived on site to troubleshoot both hvac systems that aren’t cooling. Both system are original to the home and were manufactured in 2000 when the home was built. Clients said they bought in 2022 and the systems haven’t cooled very well the last couple years. We began with a visual inspection had discovered upstairs and downstairs are around 82 degrees and aren’t cooling at all. Both systems are low on r22 refrigerant, both have failing motors, cracked heat exchangers and major issues top to bottom. The systems are both 26 years old and since refrigerant is phased out, parts are obsolete and repair costs are so steep, upgrading equipment is the best option for comfort. We have a project manager scheduled to go out tomorrow to discuss upgrading equipment. Systems are not cooling upon departure, call complete.
