Following up on a previous visit by the initial technician, issues were identified with the men’s wall mounted toilet located in the warehouse near the vending machines. The observed problems included water leakage from the wall mounted flange as well as from the tank. Upon arrival today, we met with the warehouse manager on site, who was already aware of the issue. The manager indicated that the toilet has been in place for approximately 9 years, providing an estimated age of the fixture. Homeowner called found a stain in the foyer ceiling. The laundry room and guest bathroom are right above. After running water to test the drains, I didn’t find any evident sources of a leak. I also tested the area of the stain and its surroundings for moisture using a moisture reader. I recommended the homeowner isolate the laundry room and using the guest bathroom behind it and watch the stain for growth,

Arrived on site for a 1 system home care. We installed the system last year and the client had no concerns about performance, other than thinking the filter needed to be replaced. We checked all functions of the heating and cooling system, completing a comprehensive evaluation to determine performance, safety, efficiency and safety. We changed the filter and ensured all mechanical and electrical components were operating with manufactured specifications. No issues are active and the system is fully operational, call complete.

Customer had sewer smell, very strong. Coming from the basement level bathroom, more specifically from the shower drain.And this is because there is no p trap installed underneath it. The sewage ejection pump is working.Just fine at this time. I have recommended our drains department to come by. And inspect via camera the exact problem that they are having. I have talked to the homeowner and let him know that The toilet will at least need to be pulled to make sure that both the shower and the plumbing for the toilet are all meeting up correctly. Homeowner called us out for a suspected leak. During previous visits, we determined the leak was on the hot-water line beneath the slab and located it in the powder bathroom. We broke the concrete, excavated approximately 2 feet below the slab, and found a pinhole leak on the hot-water line. The damaged section was cut out and repaired. The repair was tested for 30 minutes with no leaks found. The area was then backfilled and the concrete patched.

Returned and replaced outdoor fan motor. Tested system after making repairs. Checked refrigerant levels as well. System may be a tad low on refrigerant. System has a piston metering device. Once house has stabilized, the customer will call if they need our assistance again.

Customer had a running toilet in the women bathroom with customer approval I rebuild the Sloan valve with new diagram. Once installed the toilet stop running. No other issues was found at this time thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Customer called us out for a back up into the ground floor bathroom group. On arrival customer showed me to a septic lid that had an alarm going off. I recommended calling a septic company out to clear the tank. Customer also had a leak under the kitchen sink caused by both basket strainers being improperly installed. Their master bedroom bathroom also had the shower head arm fall off and hot water lasts about 30 seconds in the tub. I recommended redoing both strainers reusing the old parts and having a service tech out for the bathroom issues. Customer agreed to the work under the sink but wanted to wait on the bathroom issues. I removed all tubular piping, cleaned them up. Then removed the basket strainers and reinstalled them with plumbers putty. Then reinstalled the tubular. Due to the back up I was only able to test each side one time but I had no leaks. I cleaned up throughly.

Returned to the house to install a return plenum and return line. After job is finished, turned system on but pressures were fluctuating a lot and compressor making weird noise. Possible this system has never been vacuumed or whoever installed mixed refrigerant, according to the customer. I recovery old Freon, pressured tested for leaks and vacuumed system to 400 micron. Recharged system and checked pressures. System is cooling properly with 20 degrees temperature differential. Head pressure is little high due to liquid line being halfway too small. System is cooling properly at this visit with no other issues. Recommend to install an wet switch and in line switch, to prevent water damage, in case of drain line get clogged.
