We separated the wafer lights from the fan to be controlled with two different switches.

Annette called us out to her home because she wanted a few electrical upgrades. She wanted a fan installed replacing one of her can lights. She also wanted some floor outlets to get rid of the extension cords in the living room. Lastly there was a gfci outlet in to light fixture by the crawl space entrance that went bad. Today we solved all her wants and also installed a whole home surge protector.

Today we came out for main level heat pump system not coming on after lightning strike on Goodman 3.5 ton heat pump split. Diagnosed system found shorted variable speed blower motor, burnt up heat strip and failed transformer due to lightening strike and power surge. Was able to engage contactor on heat pump to get compressor to energize.
