Customers master bathroom lyft. In turn, in the tub was completely corroded through. Customer agreed to have the tub strainer replaced. I had to cut the old one out. And afterwards installed a new crow, one. The customer is aware beforehand that the trim color does not match as the new one is chrome and the rest of the trim.For the tub is oil rubbed bronze. For this job I came out and replaced a garbage disposal that was jammed , customer accidentally dropped glass in the disposal and I recommended to replace because there was no certainty that I would of been able to remove every piece of glass. Came out today to perform one system HVAC inspection at this time customer agreed for the home care membership. Upon inspection of the gas furnace located in the attic found train 100 KBTU furnace from 2003 and a Lennox AC and coil from 2015 4 ton. Upon inspection of the indoor system found there is no TE standard flood protection, the indoor blower wheel is dirty, the indoor blower capacitor is bad, the heat exchanger has large amount to rust and around the inducer motor. There is large amount of rust, the flu pipe is broken and take back together with duct tape, all ductwork at this time appears to be in good condition, the indoor coil is very rusty and dirty. Upon inspection of the outside system found that the condenser coil is very dirty and compacted, the system is very low on 14 a refrigerant, the contactor and capacitor are both in fair condition, customer stated that for the last couple of years they have had issues out of the system, also they mentioned a few years back they

Came out for no heat call on 2008 Concord 80% Furnace. System also has 2021 Lennox Evap coil with 2023 Goodman Condenser. Upon inspecting found board giving high limit error code. Tested high limit and found it is bad. Bypassed for testing purposes and found furnace is overheating reached 169 degrees in less than 10 minutes. Found blower wheel with a lot of build up and very weak capacitor. Also found severely rusted heat exchanger with small holes. Confirmed with CO detector getting 8ppm out of vents after running less than 10 minutes. Let customer know it is no longer safe to run heat with this current heat exchanger. Needs to be addressed immediately. Made customer aware of findings and strongly recommended having install supervisor come out to discuss new furnace options. Customer agreed. Set up for Monday 2/16/26 8-11am.
