Today is I arrived I was shown a ceiling fan that did not work. And I also was shown and outside light that did not work. Both switches controlling the light and fan were working properly. Both the light and fan were defective. Today we moved forward with replacing the outside light with a new floodlight that I purchased. I installed a weatherproof box and they purchased floodlight outside. Once that was done, the floodlight worked properly. The floodlight has a dust sensor on it so it will come on at night and go off in the morning. I’ve attached the estimate for the soothing fan just in case you decide not to do it yourself. Today I came back to install the estimate for the Tesla universal car charger. I installed a 60 amp double pole Siemens breaker in the electrical panel and then ran wire from that just to the right of the electrical panel where I installed the Tesla universal car charger. Made all wiring connections and the Tesla charger worked properly. I also set up the Tesla charger to the 60 amp charge on the Tesla One app. It was very nice meeting both of you today! Found that the old ice maker line busted in the crawlspace causing water damage and high water bill. Cut out and remove old icemaker line. Installed new icemaker, lawn and icemaker box in wall behind refrigerator.

Replaced 2 pop up assemblies, one in the downstairs half bath, also replaced the pop up assembly on the upstairs jack n Jill bathroom, also noticed the lav sink bowl was cracked, notified homeowner and provided options for replacement.

Performed spring homecare on daikin fit heat pump, checked tstst, with thru all settings, cycled to ac mode, went to crawlspace to inspect air handler, checked blower wheel, evap coil, recommend replacing filter, flushed drain line and verified condensation pump is working, inspected outdoor unit, checked pressures and temp split, recommend uv protection, customer declined, had to go pick up AprilAire 110 filter from supply house, returned and installed new filter, unit working properly at time with no issues

Called out for an issue with the drain from the crawlspace out Ran a hydrojet through the clean out in the crawlspace Blockage was heavy, grease and a bit of rust Tested the line with the tub and the washer box Line is open and flowing at this time Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Cut out original cast piping from bathroom grouping near laundry on main floor and replace to vertical before going underground. Replace washer box and run new piping from washing machine to drain below. Replace 12 year old water heater with new 50 gal tank to code and replace toilet

Replaced washing machine connections with a new washer box with hammer arrestors, cut Sheetrock and ran a new drain for the washer box, tied into the existing cast iron vent and stubbed down a new drain to be tied into. Secured the box and put back insulation.

3SEP2026: Today We Came Out To Replace The Electrical Panel Previously Quoted During The Last Visit. We Met With The Customer And Informed Them GA Power Will Be Disconnecting Power Shortly. GA Power Arrived And Dropped The Power. I Removed The Existing Electrical Panel And Prepared To Install The New One. I Put Up The New One And Terminated Connections For The Service Cable So I Could Call The Inspector. We Had A FaceTime Call And He Confirmed To Pass The Temporary Power Release. GA Power Came Back Out After I Finished Terminating All The Connections On The Breakers To Re-Connect Power. I Turned All The Breakers On And Confirmed Correct Voltage. I Had One Dual Function Breaker Tripping Which I Will Be Troubleshooting Tomorrow. I Replaced The Furnace Circuit Breaker With A Standard Breaker. While I Replaced The Panel TJ Installed The Grounding System. I Verified The Grounding System And It Was Done To Perfection. Once He Completed The Grounding System He Ran The Wires For The Smoke Dete

Replaced compressor, pressure tested entire system at 400 PSI, pulled deep vacuum on entire system down to below 500 microns, recharged system with factory charge, delta T temperature drop looks good, all units and electrical components are working properly at this time.
