Today we came out due to water heater not producing hot water, found the wiring for the thermocouple to be loose. Removed clip and clean and tightened to resolve issue. Leaving estimate for new water heater, PRV and repipe.

Replace outlet for garbage disposal under sink

Replaced both basket strainers, continuous waste outlet and master trap at the kitchen sink, filled and tested both sides multiple times.

Upon arrival, customer informed me that they were not looking for a repair. They just needed a certified technician to clear the drain line that they repaired themselves for an inspection. Drain line is functional and installed properly. There is no leak currently based on evidence of past water damage and Customer and inspector testimony I can say that there is again no longer any leak and no cause of excessive water damage or leaking behind the unit. Also, just confirming that the access water previously was from that drain line. I inspected the refrigerator lines back there and there is no there’s nothing that wouldn’t have led to that much conversation being produced from the refrigerant lines.

Came out today because the customer was concerned that the home was not cooling properly. After performing a complete diagnostic evaluation, I found that the outdoor compressor has failed. The compressor was not compressing refrigerant, and electrical testing confirmed that it has open windings, indicating an internal compressor failure. Due to the failed compressor, the system is unable to circulate refrigerant and provide cooling to the home. I tested the capacitor and contactor, and both components are operating within manufacturer specifications. The air filter is clean and is not restricting airflow. During my inspection, I found that one of the refrigerant service valve locking caps is stripped and should be replaced to properly protect and seal the service port. I also found that the outdoor electrical disconnect is damaged. The pull-out handle has broken off inside the disconnect enclosure. Came out today to complete quoted repair repairs. At this time completed cleaning the outdoor condenser coil, replaced outdoor capacitor, installed flood protection, both in-line and drain pan water sensor, redesigned the drain line to have proper slope to exit the home. At this time, no water is currently holding inside of the drain line and drain is draining properly. Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool service call. Upon arrival found carrier gas furnace from 2021 and straight AC from 2021. Upon inspection, found that the drain pen was full of water, and the bulldog float switch was triggered. On today’s visit customer approved full system diagnostic. At this time found that the outdoor pastor was weak, the condenser coil had buildup, there is no TE standard flood protection, the drain line ran flat across the attic floor and is a reason for blockage. At this time, customer approved middle option, but had to leave and wants to schedule for tomorrow for the remainder of repairs. At this time, left the system working and temporarily cleaned out drain line.

Today we installed a new expansion tank and check valve for the water heater to stop water from being hot at the other fixtures, as well as replaced the crossover tee under the kitchen sink. We also repaired two sections of the sewer line to remove a pressure fitting 90 and a sanitary T installed improperly.

Upon arrival customer wanted to hook ac unit back up, we came out during November due to transformer blown, explained to customer he had a failed contactor and customer wanted to unhook ac due to winter time, spoke with customer about new contactor and explained there could be other issues once unit is back up and running, customer approved, installed new contactor, secured all wires, went back to furnace and hooked up low voltage, cycled tstat to ac mode unit started up, recommend replacing filter, unit has no flood protection, recommend wet switch, blower wheel heavily impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, blower capacitor reading bad bad, recommend replacing blower capacitor, inspected outdoor unit, recommend coil cleaning, checked capacitor, checked ok, checked amp draws, pressures and temp split, explain to customer system is cooling but not properly due to cleaning and some parts failing, customer was also upset about pricing of part, explained estimates are only good for 30d
