With 25 years experience dealing with a multitude of field technicians the ones that excel are few. For HVAC and heat pump repairs I highly recommend Antonio and TE Certified. Spending a lot of money to repair a system is very difficult. Watching Antonio analyze and work was a great experience. He knows what he is doing and when to get help. Time will tell but I believe his repair work will be better than replacing the whole system.

Came today to troubleshoot system that customer stated was still having issues. System is 6 years old. Found that customer did change TXV and system was still not cooling. Found same issue that TXV was not regulating properly. Did pump down on compressor and compressor did pump down. Compressor did find, customer approved new evaporator coil. Installed new evaporator coil with TXV, pulled Vaccum on system, pressurezied system with nitrogen and found no leaks. Recharged system and found that suction pressure was running high. Spoke with tech support in regards to issue and they did confirm that coil and compressor needed to be changed out. Once compressor is changed system will be back up and cooling. System does have the proper air flow for a 5 ton unit.

Arrived spoke with customer. He stated he changed the TXV. He recovered refrigerant by engaging contactor. Due to the recovery method he damaged compressor. Compressor no longer pumping as it should. Suction line and liquid line are the same temperature. Ohm’s out compressor and numbers are jumping all over the place. Recommend system replacement.

Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!
