After arrival, we exposed the drain leaking in the master shower. The shower cup drain was leaking due to the rubber gasket being broken. We replaced the shower drain along with brand new seals. Tested and checked for leaks

Installing a new 50 gallon natural gas atmospheric vent water heater. We also performed a minor toilet rebuild on the toilet in the master bathroom. As a courtesy we snaked the shower drain in the master bathroom. We pulled back what appears to be the knock out for the drain when it was originally installed. After performing work we walked through the home with the customer to inspect the work and to also receive a satisfactory approval.

Found refrigerant leaks in the suction and liquid line service valves. Returned to replace valves. Recovered refrigerant, replaced valves, pulled a vacuum, charged the equipment and verified temp drop was acceptable. -Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Home buying inspection, Panel is overloaded. Has tandems breakers in non tandem accessible slots. No surge protection. No smokes. No grounding. Open taps in garage and attic. Pool panel needs to be reran due to wiring not being suitable for outdoor and needs to be trenched and reran in PVC with new sub panel in shed. Ac disconnect is coming apart with exposed wiring. AC breaker is oversized. No gfci protection besides bathroom and one small appliance circuit. Outlets and switches are backstabbed which is technically code but recommend redevicing due to connections coming lose overtime compared to set screw connection. Recommend rerunning dryer circuit to 4 wire as it is only 3 wire right now. Open tap on water heater as well as romex is not sleeved.

Came out for leak found toilet in hall running continuously gave estimate customer agreed replaced fill valve,flush valve,tank to bowl bolts,gasket,supply line. Tested no failure at this time.customer asked if we could print the invoice and mail it.

I needed a submersed sump pump replaced in my basement, which was in the process of being remodeled. Zack came out and thoroughly explained the process and gave me an estimate. After a couple minor issues -- regarding my older pump set-up, Zach and Vincent got it all cleared and operating correctly. The prior install was not professional, resulting in more work for Zach and Vincent. I would highly recommend TE Certified to anyone; they will be called when service is needed in the future.
