Arrived on site and customer stated they had a possible leak in the upstairs bathroom, which caused water to leak into there master bedroom bathroom/ laundry room. Customer allowed me to cut into the ceiling to expose the area, which I found a 1/2 water line with a crack in it. I went ahead and proceeded with a spot repair ,pressurized the house and checked the area.

Leak on polybutylene piping in the basement. Water off to home. Significant water event occurred due to break in polybutylene water line. Estimate includes performing a spot repair and restoring water to the home. We will check water pressure once water is restored. No warranty whatsoever on polybutylene repairs. Referred customer to Propert medics for water cleanup and remediation Performed work as per estimate
