For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I was able to determine that the issue was with the transformer. I proceeded to replace the transformer and inspect all the low-voltage wiring. I noticed that the outdoor low-voltage low pressure switch wire was rubbing against a Lineset. Unfortunately, since the unit is caged, I wasn’t able to remove the top fan, so I tried my best to the bottom compartment to remove that wiring from touching. After this was fixed, and the unit was running, I proceeded to perform one system Homecare . Tested unit and heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I inspected the blower wheel, got amp readings on the heat strips, and cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I explained all my findings to the customer provided estimates. For this job, we worked on providing an installing six 6 inch LED wafers throughout the living room and dining room. We had to expand two different switch boxes to accommodate the new switch and wiring for the new lights. installed a dual function breaker to protect the existing circuit that we extended over 6 feet. Tested lights and voltage after completing, lights are working properly and look amazing! left estimates with homeowner for future recommended work.

No-Cool Diagnostic & Repair Summary Came out for a no-cool call after the customer reported a loud noise coming from the HVAC system. After performing a full diagnostic, I found that the indoor blower motor had seized and was extremely hot to the touch. I also found that the blower wheel was compromised. Based on the condition of the wheel and the customer’s description of the noise, it appeared the blower assembly had been out of balance and shaking the system before the motor eventually locked up. Repairs Completed * Removed the failed blower motor. * Removed the damaged blower wheel. * Installed a new blower motor. * Installed a new blower wheel. * Installed a new blower wheel. * Installed a new blower motor capacitor * Verified the blower assembly was properly secured and operating smoothly. * Checked system airflow and overall cooling operation. After completing the repairs, I ran the system in cooling mode for approximately 30 minutes. The blower is now operating properly

For this job, we worked on installing a brand new 30 amp dedicated circuit to water heater that is currently being replaced by TE certified. We left the breaker off and left the wires coming out of the flex capped off for safety reasons. Plumbers will connect and test water heater once they are done with their job..

Austin was absolutely amazing. They couldn’t have sent a better tech. My AC breaker switch had tripped and we thought that after replacing it that the air would come on but unfortunately it didn’t. At least He still diagnosed my entire electrical panel for any foreseen future problems. He also gave me a one on one electrical overview and explained how each wire and component worked together to keep electricity in the household. In my opinion he went above and beyond. I am in customer service and just his first initial approach he greeted me not only with a handshake but a smile. In my book that goes a long way.
