Came in for a no cooling. When testing system found electrical opponent at outdoor failing, then found that system did not had proper ductwork making system over work and damaging component and there were sings of bio growth creating blockage. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer will proceed to review quotes and schedule work for a weekend. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Performed deep clean on evap coil, pump down unit, removed coil clean coil, reinstalled coil, and pressure tested. Pulled vacuum under 600 microns and charged unit to manufacture standards. We also cleaned the outdoor coil. Will need to address the blower wheel and lack of te flood protection another time time. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Customers, kitchen sink wasn’t draining upon arrival. I got to the house and inspected the sink and saw it was no water being drained through the sink due to grease. So I gave the option to run our cable down the line and have to run the cable. I was successfully able to clear the blockage and have to run out a bunch of water. The water is flowing properly with no leaks and no backups present the customer didn’t know that Grease clogged the pipe. I let the customer know to not pour the grease down the drain to help prevent these blockages from happening over the years.
