Customer called about a leak on hot water valve to washing machine. Found water pressure to be high at 100psi. Advsided to correct pressure and replace washing machine box. Shut water off to home and drained system. Replaced PRV and main home shut off. Replaced washing machine box. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. TE cut Sheetrock for install and homeowner is responsible for Sheetrock repairs.

Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool service call. Upon arrival, customer stated she had just recently replaced the evaporator coil for the main floor system. On today’s visit customer approved full system evaluation. During evaluation found system was turning on and off, but not cooling. Upon evaluation found that the reversing valve wires had came disconnected, causing the system to run in heat mode. Also found that the system is a 2023 3.5 heat pump paired with a 2004 70,000 BTU three ton gas furnace. At this time found refrigerant levels low, the airflow for the system is low and currently only has two tons of return and 2.5 tons of supply. At this time, customer is aware that airflow can only be adjusted so much due to the furnace is smaller than what is required for the size AC. Also upon inspection found the condenser coil to be dirty, the filter is dirty, which I washed and cleaned, there is no TE standard flood protection, there is no UV protection, there is no

Replacing (1) Garage Outlet to GFCI Customer son is looking over the estimates

Called out for clogged toilet. Resident mentioned that they flushed a toilet brush sponge down the toilet. Attempted to flush the toilet and it backed up immediately. It does in fact seem that there’s something stuck in the toilet. Pulled the toilet to attempt to clear and found a toilet brush sponge along with waist and paper clogging the toilet. Blockage was removed and toilet was reset. Toilet is now flushing and flowing properly after testing thoroughly with multiple flushes and paper. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 5 y/o Trane heat pump system that operates for whole house. Noticed water in pan. System was not cooling due to clogged drain line. Drain line was improperly pitched. Repaired and cleaned drain line. During inspection noticed that blower wheel is dirty. Evaporator coil cleaning needed. Recommend wet switch for water protection upgrade. 16x20x1 filter was replaced. Return airflow is inadequate. Recommend 8” return add-on. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are fair. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Called out for backing up toilet. Upon arrival, the entire basement is flooded sewage water has come up and out of the toilet and shower and flooded the entire basement. Checked the exterior cleanout and it is holding water. When removing the cap to the clean out water and paper began to come out. There is a green lid covering a basin that is housing a pump. The cleanout leads to the inlet into the basin and then it appears that the pump pumps the sewage back up towards the septic tank. Ran a K 400 sewer machine through the cleanout to attempt to clear the blockage but was unsuccessful. Ran a K 60 sewer machine through the cleanout and immediately cleared the blockage the water drained out, but the water did not flow much faster into the basin. Pushed the cable out further and met resistance that seemed to be a disconnect in the line or some sort of compromise in the line that is not allowing the water to fully flow out. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 24 y/o Goodman furnace matched with 12 y/o Carrier AC that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Noticed that blower wheel is dirty. Water protection is poor. Drain line not properly pitched. Condenser coils are dirty. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Came out today for a leak underneath kitchen sink, homeowner had attempted to replace gaskets and reinstalled the pipe upside down. Flipped it to correct orientation.

Arrived to appointment system was cooling just wasn’t keeping up. Has a six degree temperature difference. Homeowner wanted to try out if a pound of refrigerant could help short term. Put my gauges on Subcool was a 2 on a TXV unit. 16 degree delta T. Put a pound of 410A into the unit Subcool is now a 10 and has a 18 degree temperature difference. Recommend long term to replace the system, add better insulation to decrease heat load or turn the unit on early so he can get ahead of the hot temperature outside to balance it out for the mean time. Fan is also drawing high amps on the condenser motor and also flue vent pipe is single wall. Did notify that the pound is a short term and it could help out but it can’t be promised since a diagnostic was not done. Collected signatures, confirmed email and collected payment.
