Main floor drain was clogged. Cleared drain and added TE standard flood protection. Flushed the evaporator drain pan and added pan tabs. Tested pump multiple times and checked for leaks.

Client has us out today because they have a leak above their water heater, the kitchen sink backs up and the toilet in the upstairs bathroom runs constantly. The water to the home is currently off at the main because of this I need to do the work that would able me to turn the water back on so I can see if the issue at the kitchen sink is drain related or venting related. I presented options and today we went with replacing the expansion tank, fixing the leak under the kitchen sink as well as replacing the studor vent under the kitchen sink. Water is on with no more leaks.

Customer supplied a new nest thermostat to install on the system supplying for the whole home. Completed install and fully tested the system from the new thermostat. Also completed setup with customer and linked sensor. No failures at this time.

Today we replaced a capacitor and installed a hard start kit for the outdoor condenser unit. We also installed a wet switch into the upstairs pan for best flood protection. Completed repairs and found no failures at this time.
