The previous plumber installed a shower drain for a client. That particular plumber work was not a solid repair. Correct items have been installed. The work has been tested for leaks and no leaks. I’ve been found. Clients water pressure 60 psi.

I did a leak search in the garage and found that the master toilet flange was installed into a broken pipe and it was not glued

Performed diagnostic on 28yr old Rheem furnace with a 3yr old heil ac unit, upon arrival customer stated unit has been out about two weeks, stated it just blows warm air, checked tstst, cycled to Ac mode, customer showed me furnace, noticed no flood protection, fan is on and running but copper lines not getting cold, customer showed me outdoor unit, found not running, checked voltage, getting 240v, upon checking 24v noticed wire had been pulled out and wire nut came off, explained to customer looks like wire was chewed or hit with weed eater, pulled wire back thru cabinet to continue diagnostic, rehooked up 24v and unit started up, went to get tools to continue diagnostic while explaining to customer husband my findings, checked capacitor, contactor, while getting ready to check pressures, customer came back out and stated they had to be somewhere where else, explained I was done checking the system, explained I have not did a thorough evaluation and there could be other issues, custom

Called out for a back up. Lifted the mat and open the cleanout and ran the jet, inbound and outbound to clear the line. Blockage was soft tissue and paper towels. Tested thoroughly line is open and clear. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Arrived at customers home to address no cool. Starting in the attic during the explorer step and the Customer walk-through the unit was running and operating moving to the outdoor to see the condenser immediately noticed that the condenser was not running at all. No fan motor no compressor no nothing. I then opened up the condenser and found that the capacitor had bubbled over, indicating that it had gone bad. I checked all the other components of the furnace and condenser as well Contactor and compressor are operating the manufacture specifications at indoor unit again everything is operating to manufacture specifications. I did notice that the blower wheel and Evap coil were dirty as well as a heavily impacted filter. The condenser coil outside as well is very dirty. The system is also showing to be low on refrigerant. My sub cool is between 1.5 and two. Recommendations: -replace capacitor -clean blower wheel -clean evaporator coil -clean condenser coil -replace filter -perform

Customer called us out for a back up in the master toilet. Ran a cable throughout the toilet to clear a blockage. It was unknown tested thoroughly with about 6 to 7 flushes line is open and flowing. Will re-clear within 30 days if it’s the same issue. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Service Summary – No Cooling Diagnosis I arrived today for a no-cooling service call and performed a complete diagnostic evaluation of the HVAC system. Overall, the equipment is in good condition for its age and is relatively clean. Although the system was running, it was not producing cooling. I connected refrigerant gauges and found that the system had normal standing pressures; however, the high and low side pressures remained equal after a cooling call, indicating that the compressor was not starting. I tested the dual run capacitor and found that the hermetic (compressor) side of the capacitor had failed, preventing the compressor from operating. During the inspection, I also found that the contactor was damaged and physically separated into two pieces. While it was still attempting to engage, its condition makes it unreliable and it should be replaced. No Cooling call for upstairs system, filter was very dirty, recommended changing filter every month due to homeowner burning candles inside of the home, checked capacitors and found that both capacitors were bad reading out of tolerance, changed 1-35/5 mfd and 1-5 mfd capacitors, washed condenser coil, checked amp draw and found that not compressor and condenser fan motor are overamping, blower wheel is dirty, flushed drain line, system is a little low on refrigerant, system also does not have Te standard flood protection installed, recommended wet switch and inline float switch, cleared and flushed drain line, unit is cooling properly at this time however system is not cooling at 100% efficiency, customer understands that system can fail at any point due to lack of maintenance on systems.
