Arrived on site to look through the system to check performance. Client thought there might be a leak no hasn’t had anybody out to service equipment since 2024. He is diligent filter changes on both systems. Upstairs was installed in summer of 2024 by us. It’s an inverter driven daikin with communicating equipment. The main floor is controlled by a 2019 Goodman/Daikin system and a smart thermostat. Both systems were tested in heating and cooling and we completed a thorough evaluation of system performance. We found no mechanical issues with either system but so,w major cleanliness concerns were discussed for each system. Blowers, condensers, duct work and plenums all had a ton of buildup, affecting overall system performance, airflow and indoor air quality. We also noticed their Homecare expires. We offered Homecare, indoor air quality improvements and restorative cleanings. The Morgan’s wanted to clean the main floor condenser and had no interest in Homecare and want to shop duct clea

For this job, the customer wanted the trim on the showers, and faucets replaced for her to sell the home. We could not get all trim for valves, we replaced the handle shower head, and tub spout. We also installed two new lab faucets and pop up assembly’s. We performed work, tested everything, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

For this job, the customer showed us a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. We cut Sheetrock in the ceiling, and found that the leak was coming from the snug offs under the kitchen sink. The customer stated also that the guest bathroom toilet was making a loud noise as well. We checked the pressure, and thermal expansion tank in the home. The pressure was good, but an aged Prv. The expansion tank was failed. We gave options, and the customer opted to go with option 1 we replaced the 10 year old water heater, pressure regulator, installed a new toilet, and replaced all three shut offs under the kitchen sink. Work was performed, and tested. Once done we cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Austin was right on time and wasted no time breeding what he would be doing. Austin and his helper were very polite and trustworthy, so much so I left to attend a meeting with no worries of them being in my home. The work looks great and operates even better. Austin took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat and all of the features of my new system. I always chose TE and will continue to do so any time I need HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical. Hopefully I won’t need you guys for a while but when I do, I know the work will be excellent and my appointment will be soon.

The guys came out and quoted a job with a great explanation of why and what they would be doing. They were very friendly and personable which made me feel comfortable and that is something you rarely get when hiring someone for any services. Cory and his helper were very knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of residential plumbing from installation to system operations. They educated me on how to make adjustments to my system as well as how to bring my self installed water heater up to code for my area. I will be using them again and I will ask to have Cory come back. Absolutely trust his knowledge and his copper work is down right beautiful.
