Arrived on site to perform work previously started. We completed the redevice of home. We were unable to replace all devices in the back bedroom due to furniture being in the way and not able to be moved. We informed the homeowner that we will come back in the future once the furniture is clered and install the rest of the device. This will come with a small fee. We finished the installation of breakers. We made sure that all circuits are properly protected. We labeled the panel so the homeowner knows exactly which breaker controls which parts of the home. We installed new 20 amp 240 volt circuit and outlet for new living room ac unit. We set new ac unit in window and advised the homer to complete the seal and install supports for the unit. We tested the unit and it is working as it should. Everything is working upon departure.

We will install new switches, outlets and plates throughout home. We will wrap all connections around device terminals. This will include all exterior outlets as well. We will install new safety breakers for all circuits in home. We will separate double tapped neutrals at the main panel. Install a new 20 amp 240v circuit for a window unit in the living room. We will come from the main panel, through the garage, and into the living room. We will install a new box, 240v 20 amp outlet, and plate. We will install a new 20 amp 240v breaker

1998 furnace 2011 coil and condenser 2 1/2 ton system For other states that system will run and then shut off after a little bit and turn back on and off constantly, but never stay running On arrival noticed the system had a SS two safety on the secondary drain line which I checked, and there was water inside there, causing the float to trip the system With homeowner approval, I checked the drain line and cleared it and added a clean out to it, which drain line was completely clogged After that, I had system running and performed a thorough check of the system which blower wheel is very dirty and can benefit from a cleaning System is R 22 refrigerant charge looks OK Airflow could be better, but blower wheel being dirty can have an effect on that Discussed options with homeowner System is running normal at departure Thank you for choosing TE certified!

For this job the customer stated that the water pressure to the home was 100 psi. Further inspection of the home showed high pressure due to a failed pressure regulator and expansion tank. Piping in the crawlspace also showed signs of corrosion which I showed to the customer. The customer agreed to replace the pressure regulator, expansion tank as well as redoing some of the piping in the immediate area. Water was shut off to the home and the old regulator and expansion tank was removed and replaced with new. Water was turned back on to the home and pressure was adjusted to 55 psi. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.

Salah called us out to his home because one of his rental houses has an issue with the breaker tripping for his water heater. He had another company replace the elements and thermostat and the breaker tripped once after that. With that being said I preformed a troubleshoot for the electrical components After testing the wire for continuity, and testing the insulation on the wire there were no issues with the wire. After I was able to get the water heater to turn on I tested for amperage and everything came back good. We replaced the breaker to eliminate it being an issue.

Austin was right on time and wasted no time breeding what he would be doing. Austin and his helper were very polite and trustworthy, so much so I left to attend a meeting with no worries of them being in my home. The work looks great and operates even better. Austin took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat and all of the features of my new system. I always chose TE and will continue to do so any time I need HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical. Hopefully I won’t need you guys for a while but when I do, I know the work will be excellent and my appointment will be soon.

The guys came out and quoted a job with a great explanation of why and what they would be doing. They were very friendly and personable which made me feel comfortable and that is something you rarely get when hiring someone for any services. Cory and his helper were very knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of residential plumbing from installation to system operations. They educated me on how to make adjustments to my system as well as how to bring my self installed water heater up to code for my area. I will be using them again and I will ask to have Cory come back. Absolutely trust his knowledge and his copper work is down right beautiful.
