Cleared blockage in main floor hallway toilet with closet auger. Provided estimates for toilet replacement.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Came out for a no heat. Customer stated she had a different electrician wire up her thermostat to the unit. Thermostat system was completely wired wrong. Rewired thermostat and also all the wires at the furnace control board plugged in the flood safeties and the outdoor unit. Turn the system on the thermostat. System is now heating properly. Also found that the flue pipe is in Porsche has lots of tape and some sagging recommend re-running with new pipe. Also found that the filter door is not there on the system. Cardboard is being used and the correct filter is not in there would recommend Getting a new media filter rack to ensure that the filter is acting as it should system is now heating properly on departure.

Came out today due to system having no heat. Upon arrival, found payne gas package unit from 2006. Upon inspection of the system found the control board was flashing error code that was inducer motor fault. Upon further inspection found the blower motor is very dirty, the inducer capacitor is a 4 MFD and currently reading .1, also upon inspection found blower capacitor week, the heat exchanger has currently failed and has holes inside it, the ductwork is in good condition, but is low on return. Due to safety concerns, turn the gas to the system and the opposition and left the system in the off position as well. System has currently failed and customer would like to receive a quote to replace system. On today’s visit, customer did sign up for the home care where they are qualified for a 5% discount and if they purchase a new system, today’s service fee will be reimbursed off of the price of the new system.

Installed a dedicated circuit for a new washing machine located in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Ran wiring from the basement electrical panel to the upstairs location using an existing access hole from a recently installed dryer circuit. The new laundry circuit was completed on a 15A dual-function breaker, providing adequate capacity for the washing machine’s 10A load.

As we arrived today, Josh explained to us that his five recessed lights in the kitchen and we’re not working anymore. He said they’ve gone out periodically over the last year. After removing one of the lights, we realized that it was only the trim that was not working and power was good. Going to the light. Left him an estimate for replacing those lights and also replacing faulty breakers in electrical panel along with installing a new grounding system for the house. It was nice meeting you today, Josh!
