Performed diagnostic on 13yr old duel fuel Goodman unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling , checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, inspected furnace in basement, no secondary drain on, no flood protection, recommend wet switch, gas flex line running thru cabinet, recommend hard piping to bring up to code, blower capacitor bad, recommend replacing, blower motor pulling very high amps, explained can fail at any moment, recommend replace lower motor, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning blower wheel, ductwork is hard piped with old insulation, inspected outdoor unit, found fan running but not compressor, checked capacitor, capacitor failed, installed new capacitor to continue diagnostic, recommend replacing capacitor, contactor burned and pitted, recommend replacing contactor, compressor over amping on start up, recommend hard start kit, explain compressor can still fail, condenser coil heavily impacted, recommend coil cleaning, checked pressure and temp split

Lights on dining room , kitchen, back patio, upstairs hall not working

Found that the pilot went out from a storm on Friday. Relit pilot and tested. Everything is working properly. Gave estimate to replace water heater.

Inspection of the BX wiring in the home.

Called out for dishwasher not draining, and sink and shower in master bath draining slow. Troubleshooted dishwasher and was able to get it to drain properly. Cleared out sink trap and stopper of blockage of hair. Cleared out shower drain of hair and calcium buildup and ran sewer machine to break up any remaining build up. Sink and shower have been tested thoroughly with water and are clear and flowing. Dishwasher has been tested with multiple cycles and is operating as it should and draining. As we arrived today Syan explain to us that he needed a new microwave and possible oven circuit installed. After looking everything over, we did install a new 20 amp microwave circuit directly above the stove in the cabinet along with a new white duplex receptacle and cover. Installed a 20 amp, dual function Square D Homeline breaker to control power for the microwave. Last we installed a 40 amp circuit for the oven. We installed a 40 amp square D double pole breaker in the electrical panel which fed power to the new oven outlet we installed at the bottom of the existing gas oven. Once all connections were made all receptacle outlets and breakers worked properly. It was great meeting you today Syan! If I can ever help with anything else, please let me know. Thank you, Brandon

Arrived at home perform two system inspection. Both units inside and out were checked. All components were checked, and drain. Lines were checked in flushed. Attic unit: – capacitor is low. – contactor is poor reading at 19 – Blower wheel is dirty. – evaporated coil is dirty. Recommendations for attic unit: – replace capacitor – replace contactor – clean blower wheel – clean evaporator coil Crawlspace unit: – blower wheel is dirty. – evaporator Coil is dirty – capacitor is low Recommendations for crawlspace unit: – clean blower wheel – clean evaporator coil. – replace capacitor Customer elected to go with both capacitor replacements as well as the contactor replacement. They also decided to go with the blower wheel and evaporator coil cleanings all were performed and completed today.

Bottle of endure for preventative Customer called us out for weird smells coming from dishwasher and washing machine appliances. Upon arrival, we ran water in home, we did not notice any sorts of blockages or slow draining. I ran water in kitchen line drains for a long duration of time did not see any water backing up into dishwasher. All of the pipes in crawlspace were PVC and switched out in 2019. Mainline goes through the front of the home, Could not find a clean out in the front yard. Recommended Endure to help with smells coming from dishwasher/washing going down on same branch. Extend cold water supply and tie onto inlet side of water heater. Extend 1/2” gas piping over to water heater and connect. Extend piping for backyard hose bib and tie in. ESTIMATE IS BASED OFF PICTURES PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER
