The customer had us come out to inspect a running toilet that was running her water bill up. We discovered that the chain was getting tangled due to slack in the chain. We untangled the toilet chain in the hallway bathroom and cut the slack. Tested thoroughly ensuring proper function. This is our standard trip fee for plumbing service.

Customer had us back out today to complete sold work. Installed wet switch at indoor unit in the attic and tested wet switch to make sure it turned off system. Also installed new outdoor capacitor. Made sure drain is draining properly. System is working properly at this time.

No cooling call on 10 year old system, checked refrigerant charge and found that unit was running at a high head pressure at 116/320 psi with a subcooling of 20 degrees, subcooling is a little high due to dirty condenser coil, recommended cleaning condenser coil, filters that are installed are not the correct size the filters should be 2-16x25x1 filters, there’s is also no filter rack installed on one side of the furnace, added strap to hold filter in place however filter rack will need to be added at some point, customer would like to hold off for now, a lot of return and supply vents are blocked off by furniture, recommended moving furniture to get better airflow across home, it would be best to replace ductwork as ductwork is likely original to the home recommended cleaning blower wheel as well as condenser coil, explained to customer that cleaning blower wheel and condenser coil will help until cool more efficiently, however it would be best to get install supervisor out to give qu

Arrived on site. Homeowner approved to replaced water service. Brand new water service and installed new dual check valve and ball valve. Installed new meter box. Ran approximately 60 feet of Endo poly. Penetrated with copper and ran copper through home all the way to water heater. No leaks at this time. Replaced both toilet shut off valves and supply line.

Arrived on site. Homeowner showed me to kitchen faucet where pressure is very low. Homeowner stated that pressure reducing valve was previously replaced at around September. Checked water pressure and noticed water pressure was at 35 psi. Informed homeowner that we could start with adjusting PRV to proper setting by putting gauge on water heater and increasing pressure. Water pressure was increased to 65 psi. Expansion tanks are working properly and still full of air. Recommend replacing water heater on left side due to water heater being original to home Installed in 2002. Gave options to replace water heater with a standard water heater and tankless water heater.

He truly cared about our family having hot water, explained everything clearly, and even drove back to the Jonesboro office to retrieve a needed part.
