Found that the water service line is busted and leaking in the front yard. Dug down till pipe/ leak was located (about 4ft), cut out and replaced busted section of pipe. Pressurized system too check for any other leaks. No other leaks at this time. Backfilled hole and cleaned up work area.

Came out because the customer concerned about airflow on her 2016 gas line system. Upon diagonals in the system. We found that the fifth filter was completely restricted, causing airflow issues. We continue to inspect the system. She found that the blower motor was completely clogged up as well as the evaporator coil. These issues can also cause air flow issue. We also found that the system did not have TE protection, nor did it have any UV protection. Upon inspecting the outside unit we found that the capacitor was testing out of range. We also found that the system was amping high at the compressor and that the contactor was slightly buzzing. The customer noticed us that her utility bill was higher than usual. These issues can cause the system to work inefficiently and cause a spike in the utility bill. Overall the system is mechanical working but will need the repair options listed to perform at a higher efficiency.

Performed diagnostic on main floor 25 yr old Lennox unit, Upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating, checked tstst, cycled to heat mode, upon going in attic found unit heavily rusted in secondary drain pan as well as inside furnace cabinets, burners are heavily rusted as well as evap coil and heat exchanger, control board giving pressure switch code, upon inspection found pressure switch and high limit switch jump out, explained to customer that is a safety hazard, checked high limit checked ok, but pressure switch is failed, inducer motor heavily rusted and pulling high amps, recommend replacing inducer motor as well, blower wheel heavily rusted, recommend replacing blower wheel housing and blower motor, explained with all repairs furnace can still fail due to age and conditions, also explained r22 is obsolete as of 1/1/2020, unit is not safe to run at time, turned off a tstst and recommended customer not trying to run unit, highly recommend system upgrade and having install su

Came out for no heat. Found the control board to bad and not firing up in heat mode. Replaced board and system fired up. Ran for about 4 minutes then tripped on high limit found the filter to be very dirty and need of replacement. Replaced filter system ran for 45 minutes with no trips (run time pictured) system is now heating properly on departure.

Replaced water service. Attempted to replace the dielectric nipples on water and the cold side crushed so the water heater had to be replaced. Discussed with customer and agreed that she would cover the parts cost. Installed new 50 gallon gas water in basement. Tested and inspected. No leaks and everything is working properly.
