Install High Ceiling fan in master Install dining room chandelier

Complete system evaluation found a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil compressor outside won’t start system. We need a compressor and an evaporator coil Client agreed to get a quote for a new system. Also, client would like three different options to downsize the system or to install two mini split. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Changed out water heater

Arrived on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Set into call for cool. Could hear refrigeration running through line set, fan came on and felt supply vent, could feel air just not super cold. Went outside to condenser, system is from 2018, checked capacitor. Capacitor (40+5 úf) reading 40.1+4.9, it’s good. Took pressure reading, showing 93.6/ 170.4 with a sub cool of badness. System is super low on refrigerant, need to check for leak and fix if there is one, and add more refrigerant to system to get to factory standard. When giving customer explanation on what’s going on, per customer “he had a basement contractor put system in last year, the furnace is 2024 and the condenser is 2018. It hasn’t been working right since he put system in and thinks that it wasn’t filled correctly with refrigerant.” Wants to just top of without leak search even though that was my recommendation.

Performed Inspection on main level unit found compressor non operational. Compressor is ground would recommend replacing full ac and coil due to the cost of repairs and type of failure. Also did a complimentary check on the upstairs and the unit does have a restriction as well as the compressor drawing high amps. Main unit is non operational and upstairs is cooling however cannot keep up. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Trcalloway89@gmail.com

Arrived on site for quoted repairs. Checked in with customer and waited for the room to be clear before going into attic space. Installed insulation (armor flex) on condensate line so it would not drip into drip pan or on wet switch. System turned on while I was upstairs and cooling is definitely working properly.

Replacing main disconnect, right side of the meter

Arrived on site for hvac callback/ install recall. Only outdoor condenser and furnace coil were replaced and installed on August 14th, 2024. Checked in with customer and checked thermostat for power and functionality. Thermostat is off( no power being supplied to thermostat) Per customer, “it has only stopped working since yesterday evening” Went upstairs into attic, and noticed there is a very small puddle underneath the wet switch. Wet switch has been tripped causing system to shut down. Took wet switch and dried it off, system turned back on after a couple mins. Went outside and took pressure reading, have 136/ 332, with a sub cool of 9.4. System is working properly at this time.

Run cable machine in laundry drain Customer called us out for a blocked up drain in the laundry room. Utility sink next to drain was not having any problems draining indicating blockage is inside laundry drain only. Ran k 45 cable in drain to remove HVAC gunk/ lint hair buildup. Ran cable several times. Tested drain first by running water directly into drain. No signs of system backing up, we then secured waterline back to washer and ran a couple of test loads inside washing machine. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Clearing successful. Called out to replace customer supplied toilet. Found out that the toilet that the customer bought will not work for the toilet they wanted to replace upstairs. Customer decided to put that toilet downstairs and purchase one of our toilets to put upstairs toilet toilets have been installed and are working properly. There was a leak that had been present in the home in the ceiling on the main floor below the upstairs toilet that the customer did not disclose to the technician leak began to drip from the ceiling when testing upstairs toilet customer plans to call to schedule someone to come assess the leak. Had leak in main floor hallway that came down through smoke alarm. Cut section of ceiling out to observe any noticeable water damage. Found moisture accumulation in the trusts and under a vertical 3” pvc elbow. Cut out bigger section of ceiling and found water coming from unknown source where elbow went into subfloor. Pipe is more than likely a vent stack potentially catching upstairs bathroom groups. Ran water in all upstairs fixtures and could not consistently recreate the leak. Ran two loads in washer and drained and could not recreate the leak. In order to continue diagnosing where leak is, both washer and dryer will have to be pulled out of room to reasonably be able to cut out wall and do any sort of drain repairs if leak is due to the washer drain.

Today we replaced the master bathroom shower mixing valve and diverter valve using customer-supplied materials. We also installed all customer-supplied trim, including a new shower slide bar. After installation, all water lines were purged, and all connections were thoroughly tested for proper operation and leaks. The system is functioning properly at this time, and all work was completed successfully.

Arrived spoke with customer he stated unit in basement is not cooling. Checked indoor unit found no in-line safety or wet switch. Oversized breaker. Short CFM on return and supply. Unit in finished basement. Failing run capacitor. Found breaker for outside off. Switch to on position. Outdoor unit came on by the time I walked outside compressor blew out compressor harness. Could be additional repairs upon completion of compressor replacement. Recommend system replacement.

Came in today because costumer was having issues with thermostat. After inspecting system found that thermostat were failing, also outdoor electrical components had failed too and found biological growth inside the system restricting air flow and making system over work damaging components one by one. Also costumer hasn't have maintenance in system since moving into home so recommend to add home care maintenance. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Customer changed out his own kitchen faucet and the shark bite stop broke… I cut out all the fittings underneath the kitchen sink replumbed it with quarter stops and 1/2 inch X ball valve

Replaced stop and supply line in master bath lavatory left sink on the cold side.

Adding outlets for the water heater and water filter

Water coming through wall next to the garage. Cut open Sheetrock to find leak coming through a screw hole. Cut out damaged section of pipe and replaced. Tested with no leaks.
