Estimate for camera install
For this job, we worked on replacing customer provided ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom along with installing a ceiling fan rated box. left estimates to install a new Switchleg, that way customer has second switch to operate the light separate from the motor. also to change outlets and switches in the home that customer will provide as well. Last estimate left was to change the panel due to current panel is CH and having a slight overheated mark on the bottom of the panel.
Water main leak
My Client is experiencing issues with a leaking disposal, we fixed this today with a new 1/2 HP badger disposal. Triple checked for leaks My client has a water heater from 2017 and high water pressure. We decided to replace the water heater, PRV, and recirc pump (up10-16) sold for friday
Troubleshoot dinning room circuit due to treadmill causing it to trip, no issue was found at the time of troubleshooting
12 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 12 years with Homecare).
Replace smoke and carbon
Replaced Tesla connector for a GM car charger
Replaced controller for fam In master bedroom
Performed 1 system one time inspection. Offer homecare for one system as well. Found completely dirty filter customer stated they’ve never changed the filter and have been living in the home since sept, found blower motor slightly dirty, no condensation drain cleaning access and improper pitch,no te flood protection, drained into hub, system is zone but does not have. Dats sensor or bypass, coil does show rusting . Some signs of growth present. Recommended repairs, and IAQ. Customer will buy their own filter and replace it.
Customer called because the garbage disposal was not operating and it stop working To to age of unit. When tech arrived technician noticed that was the problem ,also customer had a back up at the master shower and kitchen due to garbage disposal not working. Technician installed anew badger 1/2 hp garbage disposal in kitchen and also took care of the clogged shower.
Customer said she heard a gurgle in the tub whenever she flushed the toilet in the master bathroom, upon arrival I tested the upstairs mainline to see if I could replicate the noise, and I wasn’t able to replicate the noise, but I did pinpoint that one toilet was not filling properly, so I gave her the option to replace that fill valve and after replacing it, the toilet is now filling, and after flushing a few times we still couldn’t replicate the noise that she was hearing. I’ll let her know if it keeps happening in the future to give us a call will come out and further investigate, but everything was fine with the main line after I ran all of my test
Replaced the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom. Panels were checked and I noticed a lack of surge protection at the main and sub panel and I also noticed double tapped neutrals in the main. The homeowner did not want me to write up options for repairs so none were given.
They did a wonderful job installing my new hot water system. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
Installed 50 gallon gas power vent water heater, expansion tank and PRV
Provide and install 240v in-wall heater unit. Install 2-pole 20amp breaker. Everything tested and working properly. No drywall had to be cut.
Tankless troubleshoot- CODE 10 1- inspection of exhaust vent and air intake vent. Exhaust was great, air intake has lint/debris partially covering the intake cover. 2- inspection of burner- burner is clean and in perfect working order 3- inspection of condensation drain, it is working perfectly 4= water flow, with no yearly maintenance, I guarantee the water flow is less than expected. Maintenance will not help 5- gas flow. Only reading 4.6 inches of water column. 7.0 is required
Replaced handles on two toilets
Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. Homeowner had purchased home recently and had concerns over humidity. Humidity levels in home are roughly 20% in home and was interested in humidifier. Both systems are located in attic and humidifier installation in attics are not recommended. Spoke about IAQ options concerning home and homeowner agreed to add APCO X and EAC filters to both systems. Tech added IAQ products to systems and verified options after repairs. Explained how products work, in case of issue concerning UV lights in home and how to change filters. Systems are operational. Homeowner declined options concerning flood protection. Troubleshooting a fan not working properly, controller has failed and needs to be replaced.
Bathroom outlets.
Customer originally called because their toilet was leaking could not get any leaks to occur from the toilet. The tank tub bowl boats were slightly loose. I tightened them and customer requested if I could re-caulk the toilet, which I did customer then elected to move forward with halo H2 zero install Which has been fully installed today and is soaking for 24 to 48 hours. I will return on Monday in order to perform the activation procedure and turn on the filtered water to the house.
Customer has an outdoor kitchen with an older faucet that needed replacement. Homeowner supplied a new faucet and requested installation only. Today we removed the existing outdoor faucet and installed the customer-provided faucet. All connections were secured, unit was tested for proper operation, and no leaks were present at this time. Faucet is functioning properly.

Replaced cartridges in Roman tub faucet in master. Fixed leak in tub overflow by replacing gasket and removed sharkbites on hot and cold risers for said tub.

Nathan showed up on time and did an excellent job. I really appreciated him giving estimates for different smoke detectors and explaining the differences. He installed the ones I selected, tested them, and spent time explaining how they work. He also inspected the electrical panel and made recommendations. Nathan is friendly, customer oriented, and very patient in answering questions. I would definitely ask for him to do work in the future.

Luis provides friendly, quality service. This is the second time we've relied on Luis at TE Certified. Previously was for the main water pressure valve in the house. This time was to install a whole-house water filtration system and replace the water heater.
Luis gave a detailed quote and installed 3 toilets within a few hours. Both on the crew were respectful and cleaned up everything.

We had heard of TE Certified on WSB radio and checked their reviews and needed 6 receptacle repairs completed so we scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic / quote. John, the TE certified electrician made contact and was available to arrive a little earlier than the initial window provided. Upon arrival we explained the 6 needed outlet repairs to a house built in 1996. As we walked the house and identified the locations he explained specific requirements related to each issue and how he would have to trouble shoot the issue. He did his review and provided the initial project quote. John then went about troubleshooting each location issue and as mentioned previously, the house was built in 1996, he identified additional issues that we previously thought may have been an issue but the switch or outlet appeared to be functioning correctly but in reality was in process of failing due to the methods used in 1996 backstabbing versus pigtailing or Shepard’s hook. This added to the scope of the project and cost but also removed any concern moving forward with a potential arc issue that could cause a fire. John was thorough in diagnosing each issue and provided updates as to when each location/fault was corrected. The job ended up taking about 5 hours but was finished completely. Upon completion he thoroughly cleaned up any wiring debris from each area he worked as well as vacuumed the carpeted areas around the different work zones. On the post repair walk thru he made sure he explained/ repeated the locations that had new GFCI outlets and what appliances would be affected if the outlet was tripped. This was important because the refrigerator was one such appliance and you don’t want to think your refrigerator is broken and call for a repair if it was simply the receptacle requiring reset. We would recommend John from TE Certified to address any electrical concerns you may have on your house.
