Today we installed two Moen widespread faucets in the second-floor master bathroom, including new pop-up assemblies. We also supplied and installed four new water supply hoses. After installation, all connections were thoroughly inspected and tested for leaks. A water pressure reading was taken at the time of service and is currently holding at 55 PSI, which is within a normal operating range. Additionally, we provided the homeowner with an estimate to replace the existing 84-gallon electric water heater due to its age (10 years old). The unit is currently functioning properly with no active issues at this time; however, the estimate was provided as a proactive recommendation to help avoid unexpected failure in the near future.

Installed new front hose Bibb and vacuum breaker. Secured with anchors and sealed with clear silicone. Turned on water and tested for proper operations.

Water heater inspection / minor repair on AO Smith Gas 50 gal Cleaned thermal couple, vacuumed filter screen free of debris, also minor kohler faucet trouble shooting issue possible debris in line may have to get another faucet or H/C cartridge bad will need replacement, lines have great pressure up to faucet, no debris in aerator, minor repair on toilet, changed out fill valve had debris in side reducing pressure to fill up properly. Also, changed out to water stop valves hall bathroom lavatory, during inspection they would not shut off to be able to remove the cartridges. Drained house, installed valves, pressurized system, purged lines of air, tested fixtures no leaks. Will need to order cartridges for faucet per customer will notify when they arrive. No leaks

I arrived to the customers home and he had an issue with a backups on his drain lines. A septic company confirmed it was a collapsed drain field line. He is scheduled for a septic repair. He did not want to go forward with the camera inspection, but I pulled and reset the toilet.

Removed non-functioning garbage disposal and replaced it with a new unit that the customer provided during installation. I noticed that the face plate on the electrical outlet was missing. Customer actually had a face plate and provided me with it so I installed it as a courtesy thoroughly tested for leaks and functionality of the garbage disposal. Everything is good. Customer asked if I was able to change a filter underneath their sink. We later discovered that it was incorrect filter and I asked the customer if they would like to not have to change filters for the next 10 years and she loved the idea so we discussed options of where to put a halo whole house filtration system in the basement.
