Today we came out to install a customer-supplied skirted toilet in the master bathroom. Prior to installation, we replaced the toilet supply stop and inspected the existing toilet flange, which was found to be in good condition at this time.We then installed the customer-supplied skirted toilet and tested it several times to ensure proper flushing, drainage, and operation. All connections were inspected and no leaks were found. We also caulked around the base of the toilet bowl to provide a watertight seal. The toilet is installed, secured, and working properly at this time. Customer-Supplied Fixture Disclaimer: The toilet was supplied by the customer. Also, quoted for installing vanity, 8” spread faucet, PRV valve, replace gate valve main shut off, and new expansion tank strapped to wall. Removed old toilet installed new toilet, caulked and shimmed securely to floor, new 12” braided steel supply line. Tested fixture. No leaks

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor hvac system is not working at all. After complete troubleshooting I found the 3 ton capacity 21 years old TRANE r 22 refrigerant type which is already Phased out by epa system is in poor maintenance conditions the metal auxiliary drain pan is full of water due to failed variable speed blower motor Inside the gas furnace is lot of rust the outdoor condenser unit is in poor conditions. DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS VS COSTS OF REPAIR AND REFRIGERANT R 22 is phase out I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. Garage ceiling leak, hot water line. We opened garage ceiling and bedroom wall above garage. Repaired hot water pipe, pressurized system and checked for leaks all is working well at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated unit is cooling but unit was having issues with water building up downstairs. Did visual inspection of area with customer and found that all three systems downstairs are ran into same drain line and drain line is unleveled causing water to back up. The dehumidifier is leaking at joint and does not drain properly. The main level system does not drain properly. The basement/master bedroom does not drain properly. The master/basement and the main level need to be converted into condensation pumps with new tubing and drain into sump pump downstairs. The dehumidifier needs to be raised and then drain line will have to be rebuilt so system has the proper fall and is not leaking at the joints. Customer had the builder of home here as well. Due to system potentially still being under warranty with company who installed customer would like to follow up with them first before approving estimates sent today. Customer declined recommendations today. Customer signed up

Arrived to appointment system will have a six degree temperature difference. Systems pressures looked good but a little higher than usual on the liquid pressure due to the condenser outside being dirty. Also systems dual capacitor outside that gives power and a jolt of energy to kick on is currently bad. System is a single stage system in a zoned design which design which is not recommended. Missing flood protection at the moment. System is missing 220 CFM on the supply side and does not have a bypass right now. Today only a diagnostic was done. Collected pay,ent and signatures and confirmed email.

For this job, we worked on replacing a gfci in the master bathroom nd replaced a transformer for the ring doorbell.

Customer says upstairs AC is not cooling. Inspected AC which was not installed by TE. Found faulty dual cap. Recommended a coil cleaning and drain line cleaning. Recommended a contactor and kickstart for compressor. Parts are under manufacture warranty. Customer did not move forward with repairs.

Came out to customers house due to his upstairs system not cooling. Main issue is that the condenser fan motor has failed. I also noticed there is no water safety on drain, recommend wet switch due to pan being rusted through, run capacitor is out of manufactured specs, condenser coil is dirty, gas sediment trap isn’t up to code, flue pipe isn’t up to code, evaporator coil is very rusty (potentially leaking), and system is low on refrigerant. For this job I performed a troubleshoot on multiple areas of the house after a recent lighting strike. I found that the meter only had one ground rod, there was no surge protection, one switch was cracked and broken, neutrals in the panel were double tapped, and the grounding system was not done properly. Today I installed two new ground rods and connected it into the meter, added a hot/cold bond jumper at the water heater, ran a new #4 ground from the panel to the prv, installed surge protection, replaced the kitchen switch for the cans, separated neutrals in the panel, and I replaced one outdoor Gfci and bubble cover.

Arrived spoke with tenant. Found system not cooling blowing warm air. No in-line safety no wet switch. No bypass damper. Not enough room on return Plenum to add would need new return Plenum. Found failed dual capacitor. Single stage system with zoning. Dirty condenser coil. Customer tenant approved dual capacitor only. Installed dual capacitor. Unit cycled on. Checked amperage and pressures. System now cooling. Highly recommend system replacement need variable speed system for zoning. Need new return plenum and bypass added.

For the job I conducted lead detection services for homeowner. During my investigation, I noticed that the leak was coming from the area in the middle of the yard halfway between the meter and the water service penetration at front foundation wall. Location has been marked with blue flags

On main service in basement, we will install a new stream labs leak detection/leak stop device/. Once installed, we will check the new system for leaks, and clean up.
