Attempt to clear 4 sink blockages in the home Customer called us out for bathroom sinks that are clogged. Upon arrival the customer stated they had four bathroom sinks that were experiencing a slow drain and a master toilet that was difficult to flush. They also stated they had some faucets that were leaking. We have our service department coming out today to further investigate. We tested each fixture individually and we did notice a slow drain to each sink. The toilet in the master was difficult to flush because the nut was not secured and we tighten it up and the customer is satisfied with it and there is no warranty on it. We recommended to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We performed a trap cleaning on each sink to remove any buildup. We tested each sink throughly for any backups or leaks and we were successful. The customer was present throughout our whole visit and they’re satisfied! Thank you for choosing Te Certified.

Performed 1 system inspection for main level unit. Found supply plenum not sealed, no te flood protection, uv light non operational, growth in supply plenum, drain pan bent under filter rack, there is some rusting under the inducer motor. The return is also short for a 3 ton system system is operational however will struggle. There is plenty of supply but will struggle. Due to the cost or repairs and amount of duct work recommend an install supervisor redesigning duct runt nd plenums. Also recommend adding IAQ upgrades due to the failed uv light and the presence of growth in the unit. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Today we worked on installing the brand new meter and panel. We replaced the meter base and hooked up all the wires to the new meter. We also cut in the brand new panel, reinstalled the surge, installed all new safety, breakers, and tested to make sure power came back onto the home four breakers tripped, so we will have to make a return trip to troubleshoot those I informed the homeowner about this and we scheduled it for this Wednesday.

Install 4 new light bulbs in garage door openers

Customer was having an issue with a toilet constantly running. We identified that this was due to a failed fill valve. We gave several options and ended up performing a complete rebuild on the 8 year old master bath toilet. No warranty on toilet porcelain or parts for rebuilds. This project included the replacement of the fill valve, flush tower, flapper, tank bolts + rubber seals and a tank to bowl gasket. After inspection, we also noticed the supply line rubber seal that connects to the fill valve was starting to disintegrate. This builder grade component was integrated into the stop valve that served the toilet, requiring us to replace the stop valve for a long term solution. We opted for replacement. Water pressure is at 70 PSI. Checked everything for leaks and tuned the toilet for a strong flush. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

On today’s visit I made a return to jet the mainline from the closet bend. I jetted the mainline and ran a camera to verify no remaining solids are left inside the pipe. The mainline is now clear and draining properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified plumbing!

Trouble and quote for repairs on panel

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a mainline clog effecting a guest bathroom. I took a look and put together estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my cable and was able to clear the clog at this time. I ran water in the upstairs and the bathroom I was in to confirm restoration of flow. The house is back to draining at this time. I scheduled a camera tech for 11/2/26 to scope the line to determine possible cause of clog.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Completed system inspection, check all mechanical and electrical component found a crack heat exchanger refrigerator leaks at the evaporate coil after starting the heat. Got a 6PPM of carbon monoxide reading.

Today we worked on running the new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms, replacing the existing carbon smoke detectors in the hallways, replacing 2 fans which ended up needing fan retro fit boxes as well because they were hung on nail in light boxes originally. We also installed the grounding system, and left the ground wire coiled below the meter for after the new meter is installed.

Dig down by the water meter and expose piping to cut and remove cracked fitting. Replace section of cut pipe with new pipe and and fittings. Test and clean up.

Replaced half bathroom faucet, and both shut off valves.

I worked on inspecting a leak in the yard which is under the slab so we quoted a few estimates customer will look over estimates with his wife and will let us know by tonight

For this job, I completed a one system inspection. I proceeded to test the unit and measure all its electrical components. I inspected the blower, burners, and heat exchanger. I got temperature readings and tested all of its functions. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. It’s important to note that the system is 10 years old with a rusted heat exchanger. I explained that I highly recommend that he gets a free estimate to replace the system in which the customer declined at the moment. System is a 20 year old furnace when put into heating igniter try’s to kick on but won’t run, due to the gas valve failing, after around 30 minute of the system, turning on and off in heating operation the, burners finally kicked on, gas valve is intermittently failing, would need to be replaced, customer does not want to put money into home as house does not belong to him and is trying to contact land lord to see if he will resolve the issue and do the repair.

Arrived at home due to fan not working, to solve the issue we disconnected fan controller and wired directly to wall switches. We also provided options to replace either fan or controller.
