Tested sump pump
Customer has 9 y/o Lennox system that operates for upper level. System was not cooling properly due to very dirty filter. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Noticed during inspection that blower wheel cleaning is needed. Recommend water protection upgrade. Drain line is clear. Tightened all terminals. Recommend Apco Ultra for air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.
Replace the failed 4” PVC backwater valve located in an access box in concrete slab of basement in closet behind bathroom. Replaced 3” pvc back water valve and installed a new back water valve and cleared out toilet paper that was stuck in pipe due to failed backwater valve. Ran water for several of minutes and flushed the toilet several times and checking that everything was flowing properly.

Provide wire screen for Daikin Mini Split
Replaced 6 gallon electric water heater.
Today we replaced the prv and piping and set the pressure to 65, also replaced the side and back shutoff for the spigots and the first floor toilet shutoff. All connections were tested, purged and checked for leaks. All is working properly.
Cleared partial blockage in upstairs guest bathroom with tub gun, also provided a bottle of Endure drain maintenance cleaner to help with smells in shower drain.

Performed thermostat replacement. Customer wanted thermostats replaced which he provided. Replaced thermostat for main floor and upstairs system. Tested work and everything is properly working right now. Recommend customer signing up for home Care for all three systems.

Minor rebuild on first floor, toilet hallway
Completed one time home care inspection
For this job, I conducted lead detection services. TGL original technician been at Lawrenceville. During my investigation, I realized this service line is deep. It runs from the left side of the front yard under some brick steps that go up to the front of the house over to the service penetration at the right side of the home under underneath a window behind the bush and the flower bed. I had to put compressed air on the plumbing system in order to locate it because of the depth, and the fact that it runs under these brick steps I discovered the leak about halfway up the brick steps under the landing, I’m not sure how deep it actually is, but it is directly underneath the landscaped brick steps
Clean out dishwasher clear out drain plug that connects to dishwasher line Customer called us out because she had a dishwasher that was not draining well. Upon arrival, we ran kitchen sink fixture for a very long duration of time and did not see any water backing up into dishwasher. We removed drain hose from the plug that connects into PVC drains. We stuck a small cable inside drain to break up any sorts of blockages inside P-trap. We then connected drain hose back to plug and tested draining on dishwasher by pouring a lot of water inside the unit and starting a drain cycle. We also tested by running a regular cycle. We tested these method multiple times and there was no standing water inside unit even after numerous runs. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified plumbing!
Troubleshoot
Troubleshoot/ Replace bad arc fault breaker
Arrived on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Thermostat has been working since I’ve been here found the condensate line to be extremely clogged used mighty pump and vacuum pump to try to pull the clog from the bottom, no luck. Went to top of condensate line to try to blow clogged out, no luck. Need to run a new condensate line for system..
Troubleshot Gfci in basement that would only trip when it would rain. Homeowner said it’d happened a few times before but it’s gotten much worse especially during heavier rains. I checked the circuit at the panel, checked the Gfci and the switches by the back door, and. 4 outdoor outlets. I found that the four outdoor outlets were all regular outlets that are 20 years old with bubble covers and boxes that are falling apart. We replaced the outlets and bubble covers to brand new Wr gfcis and bubble covers with silicone around the boxes.

Smoke detectors won’t turn off
Toilet wobbling in unisex bathroom Pulled toilet and found broken flange and very uneven floor Remove and replace toilet flange and secure flange to floor Install new wax seal and nylon toilet bolts Set toilet and properly shim Caulk toilet. Please allow 6-8 hours for caulk to dry
Perform one system diagnostic. Found outdoor capacitor to be failed reading zero on both sides. Homeowner has not had maintenance done since we installed the capacitor in 2022. A full inspection was not performed. No drain lines were cleared during this visit. Informed homeowner that system is due for replacement due to its age.
Flushed and descaled RHEEM Prestige tankless water heater. Removed lot of carbon in system after homeowner receded the filtration. Advised that homeowner keep the filter in bypass mode for at least 2 days to allow for the carbon to soak into system. Restored water flow to home and water is getting hot.
