After completing diagnosis found the outdoor unit fan motor was would not spin freely also I can hear refrigerant leaking out of the condensing unit after removing the fan to inspect the outdoor unit. Noticed the leak is coming from the compressor terminal plug. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer called about installing a new Moen flo device after the main shut off and PRV as well as a new kitchen faucet to replace the existing unit with a sticky handle and loose base.
Customer had a mainline blockage in the sewer line outside that was backing up in the basement whenever using the fixtures upstairs so I ended up opening a sewer cap and it was a two-way cleanout so I ended up running my cable backwards into the house and have to run my cable about five or six weeks. I hit the blockage in the garage and after clearing the water flowed through properly. After testing, the water is draining properly and no backups. I had a camera inspection came out and we saw concrete in the line. That was the reason why it was backing up. We let the customer know that it is no drain warranty due to the concrete in the line.,
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 14 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 11 y/o Lennox AC that operates for master bedroom. System was not cooling properly due to very dirty media filter. Replaced 20x25x5 media filter. Drain line was cracked at union. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working. Customer has 19 y/o Lennox system that operates for nanny room. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Bad evaporator coil. System is n longer under warranty. Charged 9 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Customer has 13 y/o PremiereOne HEPA 500 Filtration System that has bad motor. Filters for system has not been replaced since 09/22. Must research product and develop estimate for customer. System is currently not working.
Came in because thermostat was having issues and costumer noticed that condensate pump at unit was not working. When inspecting system found that condensate pump had failed causing thermostat to shut down. Proceed to test the rest of the system and found bio growth spreading out of the system and a refrigerant leak coming from evaporator coil. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options including system replace. Costumer would only like to proceed with the pump repair at this time. Work was done and tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Run cable machine in shower drain to clear blockage Customer called us out because he was experiencing a blockage affecting his shower drain. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage, but shower was only fixture affected. Tested by running water in other fixtures for a long time. Ran cable machine inside shower drain and removed calcium buildup from drain. After clearing blockage, we tested shower drain by running water directly inside drain for a long duration of time. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Attempt to clear basement blockage Customer called us out for a toilet blockage in the basement. Upon arrival customer stated they noticed the toilet was not flushing properly and they smelled sewage in the garage. We first went into the garage and we found a sewer ejector pump and beside it was a condensation drain, which the customer stated they noticed sewage coming out from there. We took a look inside the ejector pump and it was not full. We went to the basement bathroom group to test for a potential branch blockage. We ran water in the fixtures and we then noticed the toilet start to gurgle. We let the customer know about this issue and I recommended to the customer to attempt to clear the branch blockage. The customer agreed to attempt to restore proper flow, we first started by removing the toilet and we found standing water in the drain. We ran our cable machine in the drain multiple times and we were successful in restoring proper flow. We tested by running water in the oth

Full system with zoning communicating
Overall, the work performed was good, on time, etc. Only complaint is prices on 2 of 3 projects were REALLY high. To put on a simple TV wall mount$350…..to simply move 2 fans to another room….$600. We have another company that will do them both wall mount and moving 2 fans for $400, which is less than half of what TEC quoted
