Customer is having issues with his system not keeping up when it’s hot outside. Noticed 16 x 25 x 4 filter was dirty, attic insulation is poor, condenser coil is very dirty, no drain safety on system, and recommend upgrading float switch to wet switch to ensure no water issues. Customer approved to replace filter and chemical clean condenser coil. System is functioning properly at this moment. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Not a recall, Came in today because system was not cooling. When inspecting system found that electrical components mentioned to costumer in prior visit had failed in both systems. Proceed to showed item quoted in prior visit and gave costumer also the option to upgrade systems considering the age. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs at this time, however costumer understands that systems had been over working for years now from lack of maintenance and that could need more repairs in the future. Troub,e shooting tripped breaker

Finished running service wire from meter to main panel. It is up to Georgia Power to come back and restore power for the time being.

Leak search and minor water leak repair, home owner did not want to cut Sheetrock in kitchen ceiling to be one hundred percent certain. You can see the bubble that was formed in ceiling. Upon investigation the shower noticed shower arm very loose. Took video of leaking out from shower head arm at the drop ear elbow. Removed and reconnected shower head properly and is tight no leaks. Ran shower for fifty minutes to ensure nothing was dripping. Again, I am not one hundred percent on this because I have no access to the plumbing above. I don’t see any water leaking out. Tested tub also, filled 1/2 way then released water to drain. No leaks, then tested lavatory filled bowl three times and drained. No leaks at this time that I can see. No leaks

For this job, I came to inspect a unit that was not cooling. After performing a diagnosis, I was able to determine that the ECM blower motor has failed. I presented my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. They agreed to have the blower motor replaced. I proceeded to pick it up from the supply house and install the new blower motor as well as properly test the unit and check its pressures to ensure that everything was working. Installed new watts PRV, main shutoff valve and (4) water stop valves for the H/C, DW, IB supplies. Replaced ptrap in kitchen sink. Shut down water at meter, drained house, removed damaged fittings in kitchen sink, Prv and gatevalve in basement mechanical room. Installed new fittings, stops, and Prv and ptrap. Turned water on at meter, pressurized house, purged air out of lines, adjusted pressure to 62psi. Tested fixtures, no leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated they are just moving into home, they had the duct system cleaned and after that system froze, filled drain pan with water and thermostat had no power. Gas furnace is 16 years old, ac and coil 16 years old. Did full evaluation of system found that system had a bad light switch disconnect and bad blower motor capacitor. Blower motor stopped and caused unit to freeze. Advised customer of issue, customer wanted to install new light switch and capacitor to get temporary cooling. Installed parts tested system and unit does have a lot of failure occurring. While ac was running the heat was trying to activate at the same time and inducer draft motor kept coming on. The control board has a ,out of water marks and corrosion on it. Relay on board keeps clicking. Blower wheel is very dirty, blower motor is pulling high amps and about to fail. System does not have the proper flood protection. System has two zones, and does not have a by pass, zone dampers are older and

Large commercial facility. Units are residential however per Coleman we are not set up to take on their business. It is a rock quarry. We need to sign insurance waivers and an engineer must be on site with the technician per management in order to service unit. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Tub and 2 bathroom sinks on the 2nd floor ( NOT THE MASTER) Customer called us out for two sinks in hallway bathroom on the 2nd floor that were experiencing a slow drain. Upon arrival customer stated they have been dealing with this issue for a few months. We went ahead and tested for a potential branch blockage and after running water there were no signs. The tub in the bathroom was experiencing a slow drain along with the two sinks. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We performed a courtesy drain cleaning on the right side bathroom sink. We removed the master traps and stoppers to remove any obstructions to ensure proper flow. We performed a machine drain clearing on the tub to remove any debris and we were successful. We tested all fixtures to ensure proper flow and we tested for any leaks around our work. Complete system evaluation found a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil compressor outside won’t start system. We need a compressor and an evaporator coil Client agreed to get a quote for a new system. Also, client would like three different options to downsize the system or to install two mini split. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Changed out water heater

Arrived on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Set into call for cool. Could hear refrigeration running through line set, fan came on and felt supply vent, could feel air just not super cold. Went outside to condenser, system is from 2018, checked capacitor. Capacitor (40+5 úf) reading 40.1+4.9, it’s good. Took pressure reading, showing 93.6/ 170.4 with a sub cool of badness. System is super low on refrigerant, need to check for leak and fix if there is one, and add more refrigerant to system to get to factory standard. When giving customer explanation on what’s going on, per customer “he had a basement contractor put system in last year, the furnace is 2024 and the condenser is 2018. It hasn’t been working right since he put system in and thinks that it wasn’t filled correctly with refrigerant.” Wants to just top of without leak search even though that was my recommendation.
