Excavate area in front yard marked with white flags where separation is located and new 6” clean out will be installed down to expose existing piping. Remove defective section approximately 15’ and install new 4” sch 40 pvc, connect back to existing pvc, and extend towards street with new 6” pvc clean out at tap. Test for operation and cover area back to grade. Customer would like us to salvage any grass if possible to put back in place. The water line crosses the sewer up near the water meter and I told customer if we need to remove a section of the water service to perform work, we will include this in the scope of work depending on the age and piping material. Homeowner called us out due to dripping master shower constantly dripping. I removed and replaced the shower cartridge new. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Informed homeowner that this particular shower cartridge does not have great reliability or longevity with usage.

Replaced 2 generation 2 Eaton breakers

Homeowners Pressure Reducing Valve was leaking and water pressure was high. Also wanted to replace the laundry faucet. Shut water off at the street and drained system down. Removed old faucet and cleaned surface area and installed new faucet with new supply lines. Cut out failed PRV and cleaned copper piping. Installed new watts PRV and secured. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Set water pressure to 65.

Troubleshoot

Moved 40 gallon gas water heater due to water heater being way too close to vent and not being able to attach ductwork. Let homeowner know that drain is PVC and it should be CPVC and if inspection comes to find out, they might fail when he tries to sell the home and he would have to contact us to install new drain line.

Install a customer supplied video doorbell and rebuild the existing indoor chime and transformer.

Responded to call for two leaking 50-gallon gas water heaters. Provided multiple replacement options; homeowner selected two 50-gallon gas water heaters with 6-year manufacturer warranties. Removed old units and installed new heaters. Tested for leaks, verified proper operation, and set temperature to 120°F. Homeowner satisfied with completed work.

Troubleshoot lighting and outlets and a tripping circuit breaker.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance in whole home system. Checked the filter checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. System is not cooling due to bad defrost board. After replacing the defrost board, system was still acting. The thermostat was only giving 24v to the Heatpump Orange wire on cool mode, causing system not to cooling due. After diagnostic found that the neste thermostat was bad. Bad Nest Thermostat Dirty air filter. Dirty condenser coil due to dryer vent blowing straight on Heatpump. We replaced the thermostat and the defrost board. Tested system for normal operation, system is heating and cooling pro at this time.

Completed homecare visit today in single gas system in attic. Inspected ductwork, filter, flushed drain line and tested heating operation. Checked gas pressures and adjusted to manufacture specifications. Tested electrical components, took amp draws and verified system operation from thermostat. Inspected outdoor unit electrical, refrigerant levels and checked condenser coil overall condition. Thermostat on second floor for zoned system is displaying double image. Daikin thermostat display appears to be faulty and could not get rid of double display across screen. System is fully operational at time of service. Replace Daikin One touch thermostat under warranty. Installed new thermostat, tested equipment.

Installed a new ring doorbell, installed a new floodlight and installed a smart garage door hub for video garage door.

Customer called us out for a tub drain in the upstairs hall bathroom that was draining when stopped up. We tested and examined the drain and found that spots of corrosion were causing it to have a slight gap allowing the tub to drain. We recommended replacing the drain and overflow cover and the customer agreed. We removed the old drain and over flow. Put putty around the new drain and installed them both. Tested throughly. Cleaned up area. Customer is satisfied.

Replaced supply lines to toilets at request of toilet. Resolved a leak on the drain to the laundry sink. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Came on 02/16/26 and tested basement system. Furnace will intermittently come and off within seconds. Not steadily heating. At 1st we diagnosed the pressure switch and found that pressure switch was intermittently loosing power. We replaced the pressure switch, but system kept acting the exact same way. When we disconnect the flu pipe, system heats up properly with no fault. So we know problem was coming from that flu pipe. We run a scope and did not see anything clogging flu pipe. We vacuumed and put pressure in the flu pipe to see if anything was on the way. We noticed that there are more than 3 elbows in the flu pipe and flu pipe is more than 30 feet with a 2” pipe. Per manufacturer, if there more than 2 elbows in flu pipe, and pipe is over 20 feet, the flu pipe should be run with 3” pvc pipe. Additionally, there is no fresh air run to the system. Furnace is in a tight spot. Consequently, the flu pipe needs to be upsized and fresh air vent should implemented. We need to send a

Current circuit for furnace is ungrounded. Running a new circuit will insure it’s grounded, however this will give no change to the current state of the furnace.
