Replaced gas line in crawl space. Replaced gas line to the furnace in the attic. Pressure tested new system. Will need to return after inspection to hook gas back up to the meter. Did not have to cut drywall
Tech is out for no cooling. Customer stated that system is running but the upstairs stays hot. Checked system and found the following. Ducts have all manually dampers. All but 2 are broken. This would need to be taken out completely removing the dampers. Heat exchanger has cracks on the eyelets. Burners are rusted. Blower is needing to be cleaned. No flood protection on system. Capacitor is failing. Condenser is needing to be chemically cleaned. Compressor is over amping. Hard start is needing to be added . Electrical whip is needing to be replaced and correctly installed . System is a little low on Freon. Spoke with customer about having an install manager come out and give quote. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Came out to a noise issue. After looking into system, I found multiple screws missing from the fan motor blade assembly. Causing the fan blade to be unbalanced and start hitting metal. I added screws and tested system. System is not making that noise anymore, but blade has got damaged and needs to be replaced. Also the indoor furnace blower wheel is also dirty with a lot of dust dirt and debris and that will cause the floor will to be unbalance and restrict airflow.
Installed 10yr Water Heater w/ in-line ionized filter. All work was tested and checked for leaks
Customer had leak in ceiling found that the over flow was loose and had a gap so when tub was being use water was leaking between over and tub in the ceiling below with customer approval approval reseal it and tighten the over flow back down issues is resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Home inspection on two systems. Customer replaced filters, drain lines are clear. Both systems are working properly in heating and cooling mode. Reconnected to install an in line switch, to prevent water in the drain lines, and install a blue tube uv light, to give better air quality to the house, and to prevent evaporator coil from build up biological growth inside.
Installed 5 wall sconces Installed a dining room light Installed a fan Replaced 4 smoke/co alarms Removed the one in the garage and blanked it off Added GFCI protection to dishwasher and disposal by installing dual function breakers Replaced an outlet in the laundry room with a GFCI outlet Everything has been tested and works properly
For this job I came out and installed a customer supplied faucet. Tested and checked for leaks conducted a super clean up.
The diverter for the outdoor shower was not fully closing. Removed the push button diverter and installed a threaded 1/2” ball valve in its place. This will provide easier operation and longevity. The sprayer in the kitchen was leaking from the joint between the handle and the nozzle. The washer installed between the two pieces was torn. I installed a thicker washer in its place to tighten the tolerance between the pieces and to prevent leaks. The union on the recirculation pump had a very slow drip. I tightened the union and checked back after 30 minutes to make sure no new drips formed. I completed this is a courtesy. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Inspection of electrical service after previous contractor was terminated.
Customer called us out for a toilet in the upstairs kids bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and ran the bath tub with no signs of a larger issue. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the toilet augered and replace the flapper, fill valve and supply line. I ran an auger down the line successfully clearing the blockage I then removed the flapper, fill valve and supply line and replaced them with new ones. I set the fill valve to the right height and tested the toilet throughly.
Install new Rheem 2ton complete system Mastic seal equipment connections Install new drain pan with water safety switches Clear hub drain for system to drain properly Flush clean and pressure check existing Lineset Install new outdoor pad and electrical disconnect Move outdoor unit System check and start up
No cool whole home. Found 2022 Lennox 3 ton ac and 2023 Lennox furnace to be operational upon arriving. Customer had system off. Noticed drain pump constantly running upon arrival. In speaking with customer he stated he just had condensate tubing replaced. Upon inspection found condensate tubing shoved into downspout and had kinked inside downspout causing system to short cycle. Contactor was burnt due to this. Ac is dirty, house is under construction at this time causing lots of dry wall dust to have covered blower wheel as well. System lacks a wet switch and evap coil is inaccessible as it now has a wall built directly in front of the coil. Also noted control board was damaged by another contractor who broke off a termina, screw and wedged another screw into its place. Quoted repairs and spoke about Homecare. Due to Lennox being closed for end of day at this time warranty costs for control board could not be accurately quoted. I will call Lennox in the morning and get cost
Upon arrival, I was showed to the “seniors” classroom where the bathroom toilet was clogged. The toilet clogged and continued to run causing the bowl to overflow and flood into the bathroom and hallway. The water was shut off to the toilet when I arrived and the water had been dried. I presented customer with an estimate to auger the toilet and after getting signature approval began work. Ran toilet auger and cleared soft blockage. Toilet is flushing properly now. I noticed the toilet continued to run and found that the rubber flapper inside the toilet tank had split and broken allowing water to continuously run into the toilet bowl. I installed a 2” Korky universal flapper as a courtesy to the customer at no extra charge. Tested toilet several times and flushed with and without toilet paper. Toilet is flushing properly and is no longer leaking into the bowl and water is not continuously running anymore. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
Troubleshot: Installed a new LED Dimmer for the dining room chandelier.
for this job, I worked on replacing two check valves above lowboy that’s sitting on the floor in the utility room. Went ahead and replaced two check valves, one going to the recirculating pump and the cold inlet going to the low boy. Due to bathroom in the upstairs mixing and also not getting hot enough. After turning water back on tested bathrooms that were were having issues and everything was back to normal. Also reminded customer that the unit needs expansion tanks.
Estimate for electrical repairs
For this job, we had to check out ejector pump and tested it to see functionality of pump, it seemed to be working fine but the pit is bowed on the inside causing the pump to not be able to lift due to it hitting the wall that’s bowed in. The resolution to this issue would have to be the removal of old pit by breaking up concrete, digging it out and properly installing a new pit with ample room as for it to be level and properly secured. This will also entail the removal of the water heater as it is too close to where the concrete will need to be removed and left options for that and reinstalling said water heater or with a new one. Water will need to be turned off during some of the work but will work on scheduling it during the weekend as we know the dental office needs water on for business. Most likely starting prep work on a Friday. Thank you for choosing TE Certified for all your plumbing needs.
For this job, I worked on troubleshooting circuit and repairs. We also took advantage of the visit and performed a much-needed electrical panel maintenance. Is includes replacing all breakers, including 100 amp main breaker, separating neutrals and grounds, re-labeling entirety of panel and providing and installing a whole house surge protector. Warranty is limited to workmanship and one year for parts. No guarantee on live expectancy of 40 year-oldelectrical panel.
Install new Navien 240 A2 tankless water heater. Installed ion6 water filter in tankless. Installed all code compliant upgrades. Ran tankless vent through chase and out through roof. Ran HVAC vent through chase and roof. Repiped gas lines. Installed gas regulator at gas meter for future installation of 2 psi system. Installed new PRV and set to 65psi. Checked and tested for leaks and functionality.
5 patches and sanding.
This option is to add electrical in closets. Customer sent me plans per closet. We will be adding outlets to space and re locating switches
No cool on the only system (5 years old). Turned thermostat on cool mode and system works. Inspected entire system. Customer replaced filter and the old filter was super dirty, and it could have caused system to stop cooling and freeze over. Filter has been replaced by customer. System is working on cooling and heating mode. Outside condenser is dirty and dual capacitor is weak (reading 37 on a 40 microfarad), and head pressure is higher than supposed to be. Recommend to replace dual capacitor and do a chemical wash on the outside condenser, to lower head pressure and make system works freely. Also recommend to install an in line switch ( to prevent water in the drain on, in case of drain line get clogged and/or condensate pump fails.) and install a blue tube uv light, to protect evaporator coil from build up biological growth. System is heating and cooling properly at this visit.
Located multiple leaks on gas system after performing a whole home gas pressure test. Will be replacing all of the gas system from the gas meter outside into the crawl space to all of the gas appliances. Scheduled for Wednesday 4/29.
Troubleshoot why a circuit stopped working.
Great service! Devin was fantastic!
We greatly appreciated the good work done by Andrew Lewis at our house these past few days. He correctly identified the outage problem here as due to a failing power meter. Then he worked with Georgia Power and the City of Smyrna to install a new meter and obtain a permit for it. He is very pleasant to work with, smart and dedicated. Thank you, Andrew, for getting us back and running so quickly and so solidly!!!
Issouf provided excellent service. He quickly was able to troubleshoot and identify the root-cause issue relating my air unit and resolved it. And he was able to complete another recommended maintenance item within the same visit.

Great service, arrived on time and completed project within a hour. Pricing seems excessive for the work done….when you break it down to hourly rate charged over $500/hour.
Your team is amazing and you got 5 stars but one got 4 stars because you guys are bit expense for a small job but you saved me a lot of time if I did it myself.
