Perform three system home care, I replaced one 1 inch filter today on the basement system 16 x 20 x 1. I cleared all drain lines to ensure proper functionality. At this time, all systems are operating in cooling mode. I did find on the upstairs system had multiple faults in the past, I tested the system thoroughly to ensure that it is operating properly. Also installed flood protection on the upstairs system. At this time, all systems are operating properly.

Installed a new 50-gallon electric water heater with a 10-year warranty, along with a new recirculating pump. Adjusted and set the pressure reducing valve (PRV) to 65 PSI. System was fully tested for proper operation, and all work was completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction.

Replaced 50 gallon water heater, thermal expansion tank, fittings and recirc pump. Temperature set to standard 120 degrees. Recirc pump timer set to 6a-10a and 6p-10p. All work was tested and checked for leaks

Customer called us out for a clogged shower in the master bathroom. I turned the shower on and it immediately backed up. I recommended cleaning it out with a flex shaft, scraping the sides of the drain and a bottle of Endure for drain maintenance. Customer agreed. I removed the cover and cleared the hair from the drain. I then scraped the edges of the drain and ran a flex shaft down the line pulling back more hair. I cleaned up and tested the shower for 10 minutes.

No cool. Found two wire from condenser not connected to Y and C. Connected wire to correct terminal and system started up fine. Found system slightly low on refrigerant, added about 1lb of r410a refrigerant and got refrigerant levels to proper range, everything running as it should at this time.

For this job, we completed a troubleshoot for a water heater not working.

Diagnosed a residential gas water heater with no hot water. Identified a thermal pile low-voltage error code on the gas control valve. Replaced the gas control valve, which subsequently exhibited intermittent blinking -indicating internal failure. Installed a new gas control valve, restoring normal operation and hot water supply to the home.

Removed drywall as needed to gain access to existing tub/shower plumbing. Installed customer-supplied Delta tub/shower valve and made all necessary water supply connections. Verified proper operation and checked for leaks after installation. Installed customer-supplied Kohler toilet, including new wax seal and secure mounting to flange. Installed a new isolation shutoff valve for the toilet to allow for future servicing. Tested toilet for proper operation and checked all connections for leaks. Work area was left clean upon completion.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about her garbage disposal that was leaking. Gave the customer options. Customer decided on a 3/4 hp model. Removed old unit and strainer basket. Installed new strainer baskets, sleeved electrical wire with water tight connector, installed new disposal and connected to drain system. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

Customer had a leak in the garage wall after my inspection I found that the pex going to the house bid has split causing it to leak with customer approval I install a new hose bid and replace damaged section of pipe. No other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Costumer signed estimate to put new pipe insulation and insulation around the pipe on a outside tankless, replaced the shower cartridge and rebuilt a kohler toilet, tested all the work no issues

Home inspection

Called out to address issues with thermostats on an electric water heater that is five years old. After running diagnostics with help from the manufacturer tech-support found that we needed to replace both the thermostats in the elements. Unfortunately, no local supply houses have the parts so they will need to be ordered. Parts have been ordered under warrant and they will be shipped to the homeowners residence. I replaced a GFCI device and troubleshot a fountain not working.

Troubleshoot tripped arc fault breaker for kitchen lighting. Removed broken bulb from kitChen table light. Replaced CS smoke detector in lower level and replaced CS bulbs in every under cabinet light in the kitchen.
