TE certified will pull a toilet, and perform a camera inspection to determine the source of the draining issues in the home. Upon performing a camera inspection, no issues were found within the drain lines apart from typical “sludge” buildup inside the piping. The customer has five bathrooms in the home and four of the five have build a great toilets which may not have an adequate flush strength. The customer was recommended to start drain maintaining along with upgrading the builder grade toilets to kohler Kingston toilets

Troubleshoot for sanctuary lights not working

Customer called us out for a clogged sink in the kitchen sink. I inspected the sink and it backed up fairly quickly. I gave the customer multiple options and she choose to start with cleaning the p-trap. I disassembled the trap and there was minimal debris inside of it. She then choose to have a flex shaft ran down the line. I removed the p-trap and ran the cable down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I put everything back together and tested the line throughly. No more backing up and no leaks in the basement or under the sink.

Added 3 outlets in the hall and replaced breaker with a dual function breaker. Added a GFI in the garage.

Replaced stops and supply lines to all toilets. Tested for leaks and function, all good. No warranty on work due to missing expansion tank. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Completed one system maintenance verified filter filter did not need to be changed. Checked all safety and components clear drain line checked outdoor seeing that the condenser is needing to be cleaned. Also debris around condenser spoke with customer about chemical cleaning. Customer gave the approval to do so cleaned outdoor condenser and cleaned around condenser for proper operation..

Call out to address a running toilet causing a high water bill. Upon arrival found that the toilet in the powder room was running slightly and that the tube to fill the bolt was broken. Gave the homeowner multiple options from rebuilding the toilet to replacing the toilet. Homeowner chose to do a full rebuild of the toilet and work was started. Began by shutting off water supply to the toilet and removing the tank. Once the tank was removed, removed all old toilet parts and replace with new Kohler provided parts. Once I work was complete, reconnected the tank and re-connected the water supply to the toilet. Reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. For this job customer pressure regulating valve was leaking and causing t&p relief line to trigger. I removed and replaced existing pressure regulator. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

For this job, we replaced several ungrounded outlets with new GFCIs, we replaced three ceiling fans and ceiling fan boxes, we replaced six light fixtures with LED wafers, and replaced an outdoor outlet and bubble cover.

Troubleshoot why the powder room and hallway lost power.

Excavate area in front yard marked with white flags where separation is located and new 6” clean out will be installed down to expose existing piping. Remove defective section approximately 15’ and install new 4” sch 40 pvc, connect back to existing pvc, and extend towards street with new 6” pvc clean out at tap. Test for operation and cover area back to grade. Customer would like us to salvage any grass if possible to put back in place. The water line crosses the sewer up near the water meter and I told customer if we need to remove a section of the water service to perform work, we will include this in the scope of work depending on the age and piping material. Replaced master trap under lavy sink in powder room on first floor. Installed new water supply lines on existing faucet in powder room. Restored water to faucet and it leaked. Provided options to repair faucet as well as to replace it.

Correct the wiring, arc fault protect it and install the chandelier again.

Homeowner called us out due to dripping master shower constantly dripping. I removed and replaced the shower cartridge new. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Informed homeowner that this particular shower cartridge does not have great reliability or longevity with usage.
