Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and stated that he noticed water coming out of the basement bathroom last night after coming home from dinner and it appears to be sewage that overflowed from the toilet bowl. I began inspecting. No sewage ejector pump in basement. Ran lavatory sink which caused toilet to bubble confirming blockage in main sewer line. No cleanout found outside. I recommended pulling the toilet to clear the line and then having a sewer supervisor out to camera inspect the sewer to ensure there are no further issues. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Removed toilet and set to side on trash bag. Ran k-400 machine roughly 45-50’ downstream and cleared blockage. Did not pull anything back on cable. Ran water through sink and toilet drain for ten minutes. No further backups. Drains are functioning properly at this time. Left toilet drain stuffed with shop towels so that sewer supervisor does

Replaced bad zone board. Tested system in heating and cooling with no issues. System is working properly at this time.

Completed HC inspections Basement Thermostat failed to operate in cooling. Replaced thermostat and equipment is functioning properly. Lacking proper flood protection and IAQ Main Equipment appears to be overcharged, but condenser coil is also in need of a cleaning. Will need to clean coil to properly access refrigerant levels. Lacking sufficient flood protection and IAQ. Upstairs Significant rust inside the air handler and in the drain pan. Both service valves are leaking refrigerant. Recommend replacement due to period of time the equipment has operated with low refrigerant levels. Also recommended flood protection and IAQ enhancements

Light replacement

Arrived and met with customer. Spoke with customer regarding her slow draining kitchen sink. Customer states her septic was pumped about a month ago and the kitchen has been draining slowly for quite some time. Customer had another plumber out attempt to snake it but was unsuccessful and now the sink is backing up. I inspected the drains from the basement. All drains are PVC. Blockage appears to be near the sink and made of soft grease/food. I presented the customer with estimates to clear the sink without a machine and a bottle of Endure. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Plunged sink and removed p-trap and trap arm and cleaned out any debris. Filled sink roughly halfway with hot water and allowed to drain. Sink is draining properly now. Ran hot water for several minutes to flush out any grease remaining in the line. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

No cooling . Reason for tech coming out his system is not cooling properly. Take check the indoor found cracked heat exchanger induced motor over amping , safety switch and emergency Drain pan is not working not shutting system off. Blower wheel is dirty and needing to be cleaned. Outdoor unit contactor is pitted, terminals to the capacitor are broken tech went ahead and repaired high voltage wiring to capacitor at no charge found system low on refrigerant system is a R 22. As of 2018 R 22 has been banned and is no longer available for repairs. Only option for customer is replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed customer supplied lavy faucet in the man level powder room of the home. Tested the new faucet for leaks, no leaks found.

Homeowners kitchen faucet had failed and was leaking from the faucet neck water line. Homeowner had purchased a new faucet to replace. Shut water off and removed failed faucet. Installed new faucet and tested. Tightened the master bathroom faucets to secure and tightened the upstairs toilet tank to bowl bolts.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance on a whole home system. Replaced the filter, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations.

Install Kohler Kingston with slow close seat and mini hydro jet the toilet drain line in powder room. Removed toilet, ran camera down the line and found that there was a blockage, cleared blockage with jetter, confirmed using camera and set new toilet.
