Tightened water connection under kitchen sink

Today I took down the existing chandelier in the dining area and demoed that box. I was able to cut a new hole to be able to relocate the fixture. (Location per customer request) I put in a new brace box and hung the new chandelier also we installed three customer supplied dimmers one for the top floor vanity, third floor, vanity and bottom floor vanity.
Sam was very professional him and his partner did an acceptable and excellent job putting in the hot water heater. He’s very smart polite and knows what he’s doing. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you so much for your service. I will be in touch for more work, thank you John Adams.

Customer had new toilet and supply line that they had us install in upstairs guest bathroom. The flange was fine when we removed the toilet. Set the new toilet and sealed around base with silicone. The powder room toilet was constantly running and filling into the overflow tube. We replaced the fill valve, supply line, and flush seal. Pressurized and checked for proper operation.

For this job we removed and replaced tankless water heater pan brought the new tankless up to current code. Moved the heater over about 15 inches and rerouted water & gas pipes. Also removed and replaced PRV as a courtesy for homeowner. Also advised customer to get heat tape for the pipes and a back up battery for the tankless in case of shortages. Also warned him about freeze breaks since the tankless unit it’s outdoor & TE does not cover freeze breaks.

Tech was out today for upstairs level having a weird smell. Performed 2 inspections. Upstairs level system was installed by a home warranty company. New 2025 carrier. While checking system tech seen the following. Return plenum was not sealed . This is pulling in hot attic air into return Plenum. There is no filter rack in Plenum, not even a filter. Supply Plenum is not sealed this needs to be mastic, sealed to keep it air tight. Reason for dirty sock smell in system is due to Plenum’s are not sealed correctly. Also, there is bacteria growing on the evaporator coil. A UV light needs to be installed to kill the bacteria. Tech recommends duct cleaning to also eliminate smell and have better air quality. Please note that adding a new return plenum is not going to get rid of the smell. You will still need to get the ducts cleaned and add a Uv light to kill the bacteria that is growing on the evaporator coil. There is no safety switches on the evaporator coil. Drain line needs to be clear

Customer called us out to their salon for a salon style hair, tub sink drain that is clogged. I’ll have to access the drain and attempt to remove stoppage by using snake. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the sink. I tested with lots of water in the presence of the customer and everything is draining properly. Customer is very satisfied.

Replaced two upstairs toilets & angle stop for both toilets. Also replaced the pressure regulator.

Estimate is to replace main HVAC System, run new lineset and permit all work with Cobb County. Lineset will be ran in line hide up the exterior of home. Insulation in attic has to be installed for home to properly cool. Customer is going to install new insulation in attic.

Customer was advised and recommended to replace his main waterline leading to his house due to excessive leak on his old waterline

Rebuilt sink waste for new kitchen sink and reinstalled existing garbage disposal.

Upon arrive we Replaced fan and switch in master bed room

When I arrived I found where the leak was at cut open the wall found pex that blew apart that another company did two years ago wasn’t crimped completely and it blew appart and flooded their den room so I referred remediation charged the leak search and just did a small repair checked for leaks no leaks

Tech was out for no cooling. Found system not coming on. Checked voltage found light switch to furnace bad. Checked and found light switch broken with wire detached. Hooked wire back up for testing. Checked system found capacitor failing. Please note that with the capacitor failing it is causing the blower to overwork , over heat and over amp. This will also cause premature failure to the blower. No safety switch on evaporator coil. On condenser low voltage was bear at any time the wire will touch will cause a fuse to blow. Contactor is pitted and making loud noise. Spoke with customer about repairs that needed to be done. Customer stated that they will change out the light switch as well as capacitor. Customer declined other repairs expected for contactor and low voltage wire. Tech made repairs checked work before leaving. At this time system is operating.

Rebuild master bathroom toilet, replace shut off valve for same toilet, replace emergency shut off in crawlspace, replace prv in crawlspace, replace expansion tank in crawlspace. Customer agreed to this option. Replace the emergency shut off valve in the crawl space with a quarter, turn ball valve as well as installed A25A. U. B prv. Also replaced full and failed thermal expansion tank above the water heater and bracketed. Get to the water heater. I then went to the master bathroom toilet and replaced the stop valve and replaced supply line, fill valve and flapper for the toilet. As well as tank to bowl bolts. He turned water back onto the house and tested work. No leaks and up the toilet is flushing. With all stop valves working. pressure is set to 50 psi. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

7 year old Goodman system not cooling. Observed there was bad wiring connections at main high voltage and low voltage for main control board. I repaired the wires and replaced the 14-25-1 filter with the homeowners permission. System is now operating properly. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Today I replaced a total of 10 devices. There were five outlets, three single pole switches and two three-way switches. Three of the switches are located on your right hand side before you enter the living room from the hallway in a three gang switch box. The other two switches are located by the back door. The outlets are located as follows; one down to your right in the hallway on the main level, one under the window on the back wall, one on each side of the TV on the left hand wall and one down to your left as you enter the living room from the hallway. The diagnosis on circuit number 11 was waived due to more work being performed. Note: The outlets were replaced due to the stab in the back method of installation. Which can easily trip a dual function breaker. TE certified is not responsible for existing wiring in the home tripping the new dual function breakers?

Today we came out for high energy bills. Evaluated complete 4 ton rheem 2012 with matching furnace. Found completely impacted condenser coil, weak duel capacitor, system low on refrigerant due to leaking evaporator coil. In addition found flue piping not up to current code and minimal flood protection. Compressor is over amping and could fail at anytime and there is no warranty on refrigerant and it could leak out at anytime.
thank you, good job

Upon arrival the homeowner showed us to the crawlspace where Atlanta gas light had located a gas leak at a union on the 1/2” gas branch. We turned on the gas to the home in order to test and confirm the leak. With the home owners approval we removed 2 sections of pipe and installed a new section of 1/2” black iron and union. After installing the new pipe and fittings we tested to confirm proper function and relit the water heater. No further issues detected at this time.

Inspected the whole home HVAC system to find the cause of no cooling. Tested cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked and replaced the 1” air filter. Ran duct load calculations. Reported results to the customer.

For this job we came out and replaced a 12 year old water heater that was leaking , we replaced it with a 50 gallon short and added an expansion tank last water heater didn’t have one. We triple checked our fittings and tested for leaks, we did a super clean up.

Main level not cooling due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor, and system works. Checked entire system, cleared drain line and filter is clean (customer just replaced). No other issue with the system. System is well maintained, heating and cooling properly. Recommend to sign up for home care maintenance. Most of this kind of issues can be caught on home care inspection visits.

I was called out to Bob’s house to replace the thermostat. Once I began replacing the thermostat I saw that the flue pipe was badly corroded and had visible holes making it unsafe to use. I replaced the flue pipe with b vent to get the system safely working. Bob mentioned he wanted a bath fan as well but we will need to get electrical out to install the fan and the appropriate electrical to go with it and then I would finish the install by installing the vent piping.

No cooling on upstairs system. Checked system seen no safety switch on drain line , drain would need to be cleared to verify proper drainage , drain pan has a safe guard float switch but only will detect water once drain pan is full then it will shut system checked outdoor is low on Freon. Also while checking outdoor unit tech noticed compressor amps are extremely high . Capacitor is failing. Contactor is pitted , condenser is needing a chemical cleaning. Checked for leak found leak in the Evaporator coil . Spoke with customer about repairs that needed to be made. Customer declined repairs and wants a quote on partial system, We will credit back 98$ towards system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Installed 8” return to the upstairs room. System is working properly. It should move the air better in the room and make it more comfortable.

Prompt , courteous service
Great job
We’ve been using TE for HVAC and electrical projects for years now and we’ve never been disappointed with the results. Our recent lighting project installed by Cody and Brandon was another example of the professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and ability to communicate effectively, explaining any adjustments to the project. Thanks both for the great work and I highly recommend TE!
Michael is a true professional: knowledgeable, efficient, extremely thorough, concerned and friendly. I would like to make a strong recommendation: I think it would be a strong positive step for TE Certified if there was some way that the plumber could be more closely involved in the communication with the company which has the warranty on parts. It is difficult for a non-professional to know what to say when the warranty company asks questions about the nature of the problem with an identified fixture.
