For this job I came out and installed a ball valve for customer on irrigation Line as an emergency in order to get water back on for the customer, I explained to customer that this is a temporary fix and will need an irrigation company to come out and connect back to main water line.

Today we added a new outlet on a dedicated circuit in the master bathroom, replaced the junction box and two light switches with a 2 switch combination device in the master bathroom, installed a new outlet in the office, installed a new outlet in the hallway, installed a new exterior outlet on a new circuit, and ran a new circuit for two new kitchen outlets to be installed on Monday.

For this job the customer stated that the pilot light on their 6 year old water heater will light and stay lit but will not ignite. I contacted Rheem to diagnose the problem and they stated that it was a bad thermostat. Since the water heater is only 6 years old Rheem informed that the part was still under warranty. Rheem shipped the part which I obtained this morning. For the repairs I swapped the old thermostat out for the new one and checked for leaks and proper function. However, the issue persisted. I explained to the customer that there was not enough volume of gas getting to the water heater due to the old gas line being undersized. I gave options for a gas repipe which I will follow up with on Monday.

Removed and replaced flex runs damaged by water. Patched all other flex runs with tape and mastic. Capped off bottom of flue. Installed new drain with float switch. Installed combo switch. Checked operations.

Replaced mainfloor ODU service disconnect box with a breaker style service disconnect box. Also checked total static pressures for the basement system which measured .73” WC

We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater with a new expansion tank supported to the wall and a new quarter turn ball valve. We installed the heater on a pan with a leak alarm inside of it. We also replaced the customers Prv and main shut off valve.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The washer box was replaced and service found the drain was backing up during testing. The box transitions to cast iron with a cast iron p-trap in the crawlspace that ties to the kitchen line. The p-trap has a PVC cleanout plug I was able to remove. I ran a cable up towards the box and down past the kitchen tie in. Pulled back black sludge. Reset the plug, we drained the washer twice while running the kitchen faucet. The line is open and flowing at this time. I advised planning to replace the cast iron as there are several sections with multiple holes and showing signs of leaks. A supervisor can also run a camera from a toilet flange access to determine the condition of the sewer through the front yard, up to the tap. Perform drain cleaning for laundry drain with cable machine. Drain cleaning only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Replaced failed recirculating pump. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

I replaced 2 Gen 2 breakers with new CH Dual Function breakers

Completed system maintenance verified and changed filters cleared drain lines with 2 gallons of cleaner each. Checked all safety and components while maintaining the system take notice the following. Filters are needing to be replaced. Customer gave the ok to do so.

Install a new circuit to refeed the damaged circuit and address issues in the attic.

Upon arrival to the property we spoke with the homeowner in regard of removing the dialysis tubing connected to the cold inlet of upstairs primary bathroom faucet and the drain hose connected to the sink drain extension tube. We started with isolating the water valve to the fixture, removed the adapter and supply line connected to the cold inlet and also the drain tube. Once removed, we disconnected the extension tube and p-trap; installed a new extension tube and reinstalled the existing p-trap. Removed the anchors securing the tubes from the flooring and disposed of the tubes. After the installation we ran water from the faucet for about 10 minutes to ensure no potential leaks. We also informed the homeowner of the age of the water heaters and verified the house pressure which is at 50 psi. Installed a new chandelier with 192 crystals in the breakfast area over the table and put in a new LED Diva dimmer for the chandelier.

Arrived on site to perform task found on an electrical inspection. I Installed GFCI protection for the kitchen countertop outlets. I had to install a GFCI outlet in the basement for the sink side outlets due to accessibility issues. I also discussed other safety concerns with the homeowners. Due to them selling the home, they are going to hold off on these other options at this time. Everything is working upon departure.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. In the master bathroom, the throne room has had an intermittent sewer odor since the toilet was replaced two years ago. They approved to pull and reset the toilet. I shut off, drained and removed the toilet. Half of the wax was stuck so I couldn’t throughly check its condition. However, I also found a steel repair ring was installed and was not sealed. I cleaned and sealed the flange, replaced bolts, wax and supply line. Reset, filled and tested toilet. Also in the master shower, I removed hair from the top of the drain and provided Endure to assist with drain maintenance. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, set new wax gasket on flange, install new nylon bolts, reset wc on flange and tighten bolts, install new supply line shim to prevent wc from rocking, finish with hygienic seal at base, allow wc to seal for 4 h

For this job, I repaired connections on splice boxes

Customer had water stain on living room ceiling, coming from the kids bathroom sink, cut the ceiling open ran all fixtures on the bathroom but couldn’t recreate the leak, customer haven’t seen water coming from the ceiling just the stain, there is a good chance that the kids could be playing with water on the sink and the water made its way down, advised homeowner to leave the ceiling open and just keep an eye on it!

Customer had leaking valves on laundry box and a leaking main gate valve, took the union apart on PRV and replaced with a new one as well replaced the main shut off valve. Installed new laundry machine box and did all the piping reconnect. Note that house is on cast iron whenever I went to test the laundry machine box it was not draining properly, scheduled drain department to come out tomorrow! Hose spigots were leaking water when turned on. Found that the vacuum breakers had failed. Replaced both vacuum breakers. Checked the water pressure and got a reading of 60psi. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Upon arrival spoke with customer about multiple issues with her plumbing system. The hose on the right side of the house was seized to the bib. Applied penetrating oil and was able to use a large wrench to get it to release. I installed a new faucet for the kitchen as well as a new master trap kit as there was a leak under the sink. The upstairs lav faucet was wobbly. Upon investigation the faucet was missing a mounting new. Installed two new mounting nuts and rectified the issue. Rod for the pop up assembly is broken and customer will have it replaced at a later date. The part that needs ordered is a brushed nickel tub spout.

Finished Service Upgrade

Homeowner has a toilet that is leaking from the rear and around the base. Homeowner also has a toilet that is constantly running. Upon inspection, I found that the water pressure was about 105 PSI. I also found that the water heater was 20 years old. Removed and disposed of toilet that is leaking. Cleaned and inspected flange. Flange is in good condition, no warping on the wings, no cracks visible at this time. Installed new wax ring. Installed new nylon closet bolts. Assembled and installed Kohler Highline arc. Flushed toilet approximately 5 times to test for leaks. Caulked around base of toilet with clear caulk. Removed failed fill valve from toilet. Removed old flush actuator. Removed old supply line. Installed new stainless steel braided supply line. Installed new brass shank fill valve. Installed new 2” Korky flapper. Flushed toilet to test for leaks. Set appropriate fill level. Toilet is functioning as intended. Removed failed pressure regulator and old multi turn shutoff valv

Replaced 50 gal power vent water heater and prv. Also replaced flange for upstairs toilet as it was broken. Water heater: installed new shut off, new thermal expansion tank, new gas supply and valve, new water heater pan and leak alarm. Restored water and tested for leaks and proper function. For this job, I worked on troubleshooting and correcting electrical box on kitchen countertop that can power up an outlet and control the disposal. It was not wire correctly to begin with. Also took out a 20 amp breaker and installed a 15 amp breaker due to contractor putting 14 gauge wire on 20 amp circuit. left safety recommendation and estimates they were interested in

For this job, I came out for a leak in the wall. Leak was showing up in the garage and was coming from the first floor. After a thorough evaluation, found that it was coming from the main waterlines going to the upstairs bathrooms. After an evaluation, went ahead and cut sheet rock where I thought the leak was coming from and found it. Also created the options for expansion tank. Due to expansion tank being undersized. Went ahead and completed work, tested and checked for leaks.
