The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

The scope of today’s work included: removal of existing toilet, replacement of cracked/broken pvc flange, assembly and installation of a new comfort height Kohler Kingston toilet, and a new braided supply line. The toilet was filled and flushed several times with no issues.
Performed two system maintenance. Cleared drain lines and changed both filters. Systems delta T and pressures are good. Main units outdoor dual capacitor was also bad. Homeowner decided to replace it today as well. Systems are cooling correctly at this time. Collected signatures and collected payment for the AprilAire filter and also the capacitor.
Replace condensation pump and cleared drain line for main level unit. Replace wet switch under warranty. Cleared and treated drain line and unit is now cooling.
HVAC Leak When the system was replaced, the secondary drain was converted to the primary drain resulting in water dripping at the front door. Replaced the drain and ran it near the condensers and down the exterior wall. Replaced all of the single wall flue vent to double wall. Installed flood protection. Installed ann iWave air ionization system. Remove the flexible gas line from inside the furnace cabinet, replaced it with black iron pipe, and proper sediment trap. Also replace the gas shut off with a ball valve shut off making and safer to disconnect the gas. Setup HomeCare plan today and apply membership pricing and discount towards repairs.
Replaced garbage disposal
For this job I arrived to a noise issue. Homeowner stated the ODU for upstairs was making a loud noise. Came across a failing fan motor. Checked capacitor and proper incoming high voltage to ensure proper operation, everything checked out. Removed the top of the condenser and the fan motor was extremely loud. Fan motor would make loud sharp noises when it would run. Homeowner also stated the main level unit was not reaching temp. Checked all electrical and refrigeration and came across an extremely dirty air filter restricting air flow. Informed the homeowner about all my findings and homeowner proceeded to move forward with filter and fan motor. Lennox supply is closed at the moment, technician will have to call parts store tomorrow and inform homeowner about the availability on the fan motor to get appointment scheduled. Thank you for choosing TE Certified. If you were happy with today’s service leave a review and share your experience with my service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
At arrival on 06/25/26 found upstairs system not cooling properly. After diagnosis found that compressor was not running due to overheat. Cooled off compressor and tested back system. Low refrigerant charge. System has a potential leak. Gave option to perform a leak search, but offer declined. Homeowner only wants to refill the system back and clean their drain line. Properly added 3lbs of refrigerant R-410A to upstairs system and brought all pressures back to specs. The drain line is not properly draining, no slope, sitting flat in the attic floor. Clogged up drain line. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
John purchased five switches from Home Depot and would like to have existing switches replaced with the ones that he will be providing. We will not warranty the switches if they go bad because TE certified is not providing the parts. Two of the switch locations were three-way, and John only purchased single pole switches. We provided two three-way switches for this job. One is located near the garage and the other is located near the main hallway to the bedrooms. We provided a bulb as a courtesy at the wet bar location because the existing bulbs John had did not operate as intended
Ricky did a great job! Would highly recommend him.
Gentleman was very nice and polite. Did a great job and then cleaned up everything including cardboard from new light fixtures.
Replce lights on front porch
Homeowner called us out to install instant hot at kitchen sink. I suggested a recirculation pump. Ended up replacing the PRV, main shutoff, thermal expansion tank, repiping water heaters in parallel, installing recirculating pump at heaters and the comfort tee underneath the kitchen sink. All work was tested and checked for leaks.
Call out today because the main floor was not cooling. Found a low voltage short coming from a bad contactor and when the system would call for cooling it would pop a fuse. Homeowner just installed a new nest thermostat. Continue to evaluate equipment found that the high and low pressure switches were bypassed, but I did not see a refrigerant issue so faulty pressure switches replaced with exterior pressure switches on the service valve. System tested and cooling and drains have been cleared.
Very happy with the service today from Cesar and his assistant. Knowledgeable and hard working
For this job I arrived to a noise issue. Homeowner stated that the IDU would make a weird clicking noise and the ODU would kick on then off about every 4 minutes, and when the unit would shut off it would sound abnormal. Ran system in cool mode and checked all my electrical components and unable to replicate noise. System would run properly without any issues. I did come across an under tolerance blower capacitor and dirty condenser. I also informed homeowner the equipment he has isn’t optimal for the 3 zone system he has for his home. System is also lacking a ton of return air, but due to location of unit and finished home no returns would be able to be added. Informed homeowner about homecare and his options, homeowner declined to go with any options today. Unable to replicate noise issue but system is working properly upon departure.
I replaced the master bathroom shower cartridge. The set screw for the handle was stripped so I had to cut the handle off in order to make the needed repairs. I left estimates for replacement trim as well as a new shower valve but the customer declined at this time. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues
Installed Tesla wall connector and replaced 2 incorrect breakers in the panel.
SERVICE CALL : Upon arrival homeowner stated the first hvac system Is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the Heat pump system Lennox 2 ton capacity 9 years old The indoor evaporator coil is completely ICE UP. and this condition Is creating airflow restrictions on the evaporator coil. I performed courtesy electronic leak search and I found the indoor evaporator coil is leaking Refrigerant unit is 9 years old check blower motor is highly impacted Test run capacitor is out of spec from manufacture is reading 6.7 uf DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS VS COSTS OF REPAIRS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. Customer wants to get a Quote for new Complete system for first floor appointment is set for tomorrow at 8 to 10 am to discuss different options for complete replacement.
UL system compressor had an electrical surge blow a high voltage pin from the compressor and lost all refrigerant. Compressor is under manufacturers warranty still and a labor fee is required. Homeowner approved repair and wants to start a homecare maintenance plan to apply a 10% discount to the repair cost.
No cool upstairs unit. 2018/2019 rub 3.5 ton ac/ furnace. Upon visual found indoor equipment running but outdoor equipment not. Heard unit attempt to start. Upon inspection found failed dual capacitor on outdoor equipment. Replaced capacitor with temporary capacitor to finish inspecting equipment. Upon further inspection found minimal flood protection, drain line runs into ground, and a slight high amp draw on condensing fan motor. Customer is selling home and closing is today. They choose capacitor option to allow for ac to run for new home owners.
Zach and Lucas did really great work, were friendly, worked hard to make sure my problem was resolved. They even came back the following day to make sure things were squared away. Would highly recommend to anyone.
At arrival on 06/25/26 found basement system not cooling. After diagnosis found that the air handler’s transformer was bad. Replaced transformer and system started back running. Dirty condensate drain pump No wet safety switch Noisy contactor Weaker outdoor capacitor
Upon inspection, dishwasher was found to discharge water from the sump assembly area immediately when the drain pump was activated. Drain hose exhibited no water flow during drain cycle. Visual inspection revealed water exiting through the sump assembly. Recommend replacing this part. Also installed two customer supplied shower heads.
For this job I replaced a shower cartridge and a faucet cartridge in the master bathroom that was leaking and not properly mixing water. I checked the water pressure and found it at 94 psi, which is well above the limit the pressure should be per fixture in the home. Reason why cartridges were failing. We replaced the pressure regulator to the home and set the psi to 70 per home owners request. I also replaced the main shut off valve as a courtesy. I tested for leaks and left work area clean.
Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me upstairs and to the master bathroom shower. Customer states the shower drains very slowly and has for the last few weeks. I also ran other fixtures to confirm that nothing else was draining slowly or affecting the rest of the bathroom. I presented the customer with options to clear the shower drain and after getting signature approval I began work. Broke up hard water deposits inside shower drain and ran tub gun roughly 10’ downstream to fully clear the drain line and p trap. After clearing the drain I flushed it with a few gallons of hot water and the shower is now draining well. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
Kevin arrived a few minutes early which was perfect. He was thorough and knowledgeable.
On today’s visit I met with the customer. The customer expressed an issue with a clogged basement toilet. The toilet instantly backed up when I gave it a flush. I wrote up options to perform work. I received approval to start. I was able to plunge the toilet and clear the clog. I flushed several times to verify the toilet was back operational. The customer is happy and satisfied at this time. *clear clogged toilet

Our efforts to clear a stopped up double sink with disposer didn't work. Erik was on time, located the issue, explained how he would address it, & provided a couple of estimates based on the extent of the work that might be required. The first approach was successful. He put everything back together & left the area dry & clean. Erik was efficient & pleasant & took care with our home.
