Technician replaced toilets in the third-floor bathroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, and downstairs half bathroom. Existing toilets were removed and hauled away. Angle stops and supply lines were replaced at each toilet. New toilets were installed, secured, and tested to verify proper operation and ensure no leaks were present at this time. All toilets were sealed around the base with silicone. A StreamLabs water control monitor was installed in the closet located in the garage. A new water pressure regulating valve (PRV) was also installed and adjusted to 60 PSI. Water to the home was shut off and the plumbing system was drained down as needed to perform the work. Once all installations were completed, water was restored to the home. All connections made during the installation were leak tested, and air was purged from the plumbing system. The existing water recirculation pump located near the water heater was removed and replaced with a new Grundfos ALPHA recirculation pump. T

I did a troubleshoot for panel not working correctly in garage.

I was called out today because the unit was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found water in the auxiliary drain pan, which had activated the safety switch and shut the system down. I removed the water, and the system resumed operation. I cleaned the P-trap and condensate drain line, flushed the drain with approximately 4 gallons of water, and added Endure drain treatment. After restoring operation, I performed additional system checks. Refrigerant readings showed approximately 25°F superheat and 25°F subcooling. The system also has airflow concerns, with the supply approximately 300 CFM short and the return approximately 200 CFM short. Based on the system performance and refrigerant readings, the metering device is not feeding properly. I discussed my findings and provided recommendations to the customer. For this job, I installed a level 2 Tesla EV charger on a 60amp breaker with 6/6/8 cable which has a 75amp capacity. The cable was strapped underneath the house in the crawl spaces and landed in the main panel. Voltage output, functionality, and registration have all been verified and confirmed with the customer. Customer had a toilet with a very deteriorated flapper, the toilet also had a noisy fill valve, I wrote up multiple replacement and rebuild options, the customer requested we do the minor rebuild at this time, I turned water off to the toilet, I then disconnected the supply line and then loosened the not for the fill valve so it could be removed, I then took out the flapper, disconnecting it from the chain so it could be fully removed, I then put the gasket on the fill valve before putting into place, I then tightened the nut to seal it to the tank, I the cleaned off the flush valve to clear any debris from the old flapper before installing it, I put the flapper into place and set the chain to the proper height to ensure proper function, I then connected the new supply line to the old stop valve, I connected the other end to the new fill valve, after completion I turned water back on to the toilet and tested to make sure everything was functioning properly

I came out to install a new light in the laundry room, fix the fluorescent lights in the garage by bypassing the ballasts and installing the new type B ballast bypass tube led bulbs, install two surge protectors: one for the main panel and one for the subpanel, and install a switch for your back porch fans so that you could turn them off without having to use the pull chains. For that switch, I installed a switch on the back porch using conduit, but I installed a smart switch so we could install the remote half of the smart switch inside your home. Homeowner required about hot water coming from cold fixtures. Technician just installed new comfort pump and after install issues arose. After further diagnosis, technician found that cartridges in master bathroom had failed. Technician could not remove cartridges so homeowner opted to replace shower valves. Technician replaced shower valves and install installed. Customer supplied showerhead as a courtesy. Technician restored water to home and power to comfort pump, which worked flawlessly. Issue has been resolved.

Upon arrival we tested all toilets for mainlines, interior parts and tested pressure to the house. House is set at 95psi. Three of the four toilets are from 2011, and all three had problems with their fill valves. Problems will continue if high pressure is not addressed. Sewer supervisor scheduled to come out and provide permanent solutions for high water pressure inside the home and 2 original water heaters from 2011. Replaced all three malfunctioning fill valves inside the house, and replaced one flush tower gasket in basement. Replacements successful. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Upon arrival we met with the customer who showed us to the master bathroom. Chief complaint of low water level in the toilet. Upon inspection we found the fill valve tube not set properly in the flush valve. We placed the tube back in the proper position and the water level in the bowl went back to normal. No errors at this time. Customer also mentioned issue with kitchen faucet not shutting off properly. Due to age and issue of faucet we recommend replacing the faucet with a new one. Customer will be sent estimate for replacement.

Condenser coil replacement UL system part under warranty and labor fee is applied. Replaced condenser coil and tested system for proper operation at this time.

Cleaned upstairs condenser coil. I ran the system after the cleaning and found that the unit was OK on refrigerant. System was operating when I left. I flushed the drain line for free on last visit.

Clear blockage in kitchen sink drain. Customer is aware of high water pressure in the home (125psi), they will call in when ready to address issue

For this job, I worked on securing an electrical junction box

Customer was having issues with water flow in the faucet we installed last week. I removed obstructions in the sprayer hose connection and tested the faucet. Full water flow has been restored. Customer also had us look at the master bathroom toilet which was making a trickling sound this morning. After inspecting the inside of the tank, I found that the toilet was overfilling and losing water through the flapper. We completed a minor rebuild which included a new flapper, fill valve, and supply line. We set the water level and tested the toilet thoroughly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Bathroom Exhaust Fan

Customer stated that the he had a leak under the sink, he mentioned he replaced the p-trap but the leak still persisted, upon my arrival he had the p-trap taken out, I let him know that would need to install a new p-trap for further diagnostic, I wrote up a quote and he accepted, I installed the new p-trap and went to test, when I did water started pouring out around the base of the faucet and leaking down below, I made the customer aware and wrote up options to replace both faucets, he is picking out faucets and going to have us back out to install them

This was a home care inspection, and after further inspection, we are doing safety upgrades, which include hardwire interconnected smoke detectors a whole home surge protector, as well as a whole home redevice with proper wiring, wrapped and torque around the screw.

For this job customer had ordered breakers from Eaton. We replaced the customer supplied breakers, which are generation 6. Everything functions as it should. Left estimates for whole home surge protection.

Installed wet switch. I verified that it was working before I left. Unit was working when I left. I flushed the drain line very well when I was here just a few days ago.

I came out to investigate an issue with some fluorescent lights, not working. This is an issue with the ballast in the fluorescent lights so for the kitchen, I bypassed the ballast on both fluorescent fixtures and installed new direct wire type B lightbulbs. If you ever decide to change out these lightbulbs and they should last quite a while you will need to make sure you install direct wire type B lightbulbs. I also replaced a broken switch for the kitchen that had the toggle broken off. Last we discussed the load on your system for your house and that you will need to upgrade your meter if you have any other additions as well as the possibility of adding a car charger. I will give you the price for upgrading your meter base however, for your car charger we would need to see what you end up doing with your driveway in order to give you a reasonable price for that. Basement System - Not Cooling System not cooling due to multiple component failure in the cooling system. This TXV has failed and it’s not allowing refrigerant to flow through the evaporator coil. The compressor is making a grinding sound when running due to internal failure, most likely from in-condensable’s in the refrigerant circuit and the failing TXV was the final blow. There is also a TXV in the outdoor unit that appears to intermittently work when I cycled the system into heat mode. This system is 6 years old and no longer in warranty. I have created a few estimates to address the issues but with major component failure, high repair cost, and the system operating on a refrigerant that is currently being phased out by the federal government, I also recommended getting a quote on updating the equipment.
