Came back on 04/17/26 to replace upstairs compressor. Properly replaced the upstairs compressor under warranty. Pressure tested system Pulled a deep vacuum up to 480 microns Recharged the system with 6.5lbs of refrigerant R-410A Cleaned the condenser coil System is back cooling properly at this time. No issues or concerns The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Estimate is to replace upstairs system, replace plenums, upsize 3” flue to 4” with our roofer, upsize returns and permit all work with Roswell. This option does not have the free 0% financing but is available with removal of the cash discount line item.

Install new customer supplied fixtures in place of the original lights

Main panel replacement, landscape lights, grill area outlets, ceiling fan replace, flood lights, utility room switch, and dining room light.

2 system Homecare completed. Drains flushed. Capacitors checked. Filters checked they still have life left and homeowner will get new ones. Refrigerant checked. Upstairs system was very low on charge causing upstairs to not cool at all. Discussed all options with homeowners which they decided to add refrigerant needed to get to cooling conditions for time being. They will monitor. Charged 4lbs and system is now cooling. Furnace outlet was broken nd losing connection. Replaced outlet and it’s working now. Inspected system. Low on Freon (r22), head pressure and compressor amperage are way too high, system making very loud noise. System is on its last legs and highly recommend to upgrade the main level system, due to the age (23 years old) and conditions (low on Freon R22). Upstairs system is helping to maintain the house cooler and it’s overworking, also, humidity level will be higher on the min level, specially on hotter days. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the main level system for tomorrow.

Troubleshoot lights not working

Replaced both 50 gallon gas units, repiped hot and cold lines completely with new copper, new check valves for dedicated return line, isolation valves for each unit as well as expansion tanks and drain pans. Both units have the four year anode rod extension kit bringing the tank warranty to 10 years. Replaced the pressure reducing valve and set house pressure to 65 psi. Installed new Grundfos Alpha recirc pump and put temperature controlled settings on through app. Customer can download the Grundfos app at any time and pair the device to their phone to change the settings of the recirc if they want to. Everything is functioning properly and zero leaks.

Costumer had an outside faucet with a burst stop valve, replaced the section of cpvc to pex and insulated the pipe this way costumer can turn it off and drain it on winter time, lol work is tested no issues. Thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs!

Install two new ground rods outside with wiring back to panel. Install grounding electrode conductor from these back to panel with ground bridge outside Install new water bond where water enters the home including garage. Jump hot and cold water lines at water heater.

Assessed pool equipment with corrosive damage due to pool chemicals being stored with electrical equipment. Provide estimates as solutions to resolve this issue. Customer is relocating pool chemicals, outside of electrical equipment room. Replace electrical equipment with chemical corrosion

On arrival, system set at 70 and cooling to 72. System completely iced over. Noticed filter to be extremely dirty, and unable to see any light passing through. Advised homeowner that we would have to charge to defrost the system to ensure no further issues. If the decision was made to wait, And there were still further issues, there would be an additional service charge fee. The decision was made to wait and see how everything works once the ice is naturally thawed. Recommended to leave unit off for at least two hours. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Costumer originally called us out here for a faulty tub spout, looked at there water heater and saw water in the pan coming from a pin hole on the expansion tank, damaging the bottom of water heater and rusting out some electrical components, pressure was also high. Costumer is selling the home so needed this taking care of. We replaced water heater with the plumbing code upgrades and installed a new PRV in the system, water set to 60 psi, tested no leaks. Return / 8 inch / 10 inch / 12 inch duct runs ** 940- 3.5 Ton AC - needs 480 cfm for sufficient airflow .. indoor coil is a piston with high superheat ..38 degrees and VSAT in the 20s …** TRANE 2019 system ** performed leak search and found leaks inside after using leak detectors*** R410 indoor coil* tried to verify location of coil from Trane in Alpharetta , only had R454B in stock currently ; waited for Trane to call me back on while here ..part has 3-5 business day window time ** did explain to client that replacement options due to magnitude of repairs would be a great idea** Lead booked for 04/20/26** as result / Client still signed immediate repair estimate as well ** System lacking airflow and leaking indoor coil for immediate issues** both need to be rectified in order for system to operate currently ** The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

No cool system is 15 yrs old. Fan motor is not working. Gave estimate to homeowner to replace blower wheel motor to get the system running told him I couldn’t diagnose further until the blower motor was replaced. Also set a lead. Homeowner approved of repair to have cool air until then.

For this job, it was required me to provide a couple of estimates for a kitchen remodel and a couple of items for a home that’s about to be sold. A followup call will be conducted on Monday if our client does not accept the estimate over the weekend

Diagnostic completed. Several issues noticed with the upstairs and main floor systems, both immediate and potential. Estimates attached to take care of repairs. Came back on 04/17/26 To install 2 Apco-X up lights and schedule air duct cleaning for both units. Properly installed both uv lights. Tested uv lights and they are working properly at this time. No issues or concerns.

Today we came out for only system not cooling 2001 nordyne 3.5 ton ac r22 with matching 90k furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat found blower motor failed do to bad capacitor. Blower motor was in thermal overload, there is not enough return air for a 3.5 ton system and flue piping is not up to code single wall piping must be double wall. System uses obsolete r22 refrigerant that has been mandated by the federal government as 01/01/2020. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating and left band aid repair option.
