The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Customer was experiencing mainline blockage that affected main floor bathroom and leaked through the ceiling of the basement. Located exterior cleanout and found that it was holding water indicating a blockage in the mainline. Ran sewer machine and successfully restored flow in drain. Identified major root intrusion as cause for backup. Camera inspection is scheduled for Tuesday to provide options for repair/replacement.
Professional, detailed job done reconfiguring the piping system of our water heaters.
Installed halo 5 with new Prv and whole home shutoff valve. After install I pressurized the unit and checked for leaks. Then I did the regeneration process before turning the filtered water on to the home. After I turned the filtration system on to the home I went to each fixture and ran water for two minutes to let air out. I tested every faucet for the chlorine and the pH. everything is good to go. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Trench new Watermain service from existing water meter up the right side of the driveway drill new penetration on right side, garage, interior wall, adjacent tankless water heater install new pipe in trench through penetration to the interior of garage, redirect, plumbing from right side of garage up overhead and down to left side of garage and tying into existing plumbing system. install a new what’s 25AUBPRV, install new courtesy valve in front of existing water meter tie into existing irrigation system, test, new service filling excavation holes/trench cleanup
Upon arrival, I was pointed to the basement where there was a freeze break. This freeze break happened to the hose bib line that goes to the hose bib that is attached to the deck. This freeze break was after the isolation valve. I was also pointed to the old gas line that was for the grill on the deck. This gas line was broken off and not capped outside. After providing options and upon approval, we fixed the freeze break installing a tee which allowed a drain valve to be installed. We also removed a section of gas pipe in order for us to cap off the gas line right after the isolation valve and the gas line going outside. We silicone the gas line outside in order to prevent dirt, moisture or debris to get into that line. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
Remove fan and build and install chandelier in living room, replace light switch with dimmer Mount ring camera on side of home Replace switches
For this job I replaced 2 old water heaters. One gas and one electric in 2 different locations of the home. I installed both Rheem 50 gallons both with 6 year warranty. I installed pans with water alarms in both, I raised the water heaters so that they are not sitting on the bottom of the pan. I installed new expansion tanks and set psi to 70 on both. I made new gas connections amd I set temperature to 120 degrees on both water heaters. I also relocated the main shut off valve and the shut off valve for the front hose bib. I also replaced the front hosebib. In the master bath I replaced the fill valve, flapper and installed a new supply line, in the half bath I replaced the flapper. I tested and left work areas clean.
Cleared blockage in basement toilet. Left quotes for future replacement of toilet as it is missing a part. Toilet is flushing properly at this time.
We installed a new outlet for the dishwasher in the sink per code. We replaced the breaker for it to make it ground fault protected. We made some repairs in the electrical panel, including separating the neutral wires. We also replaced multiple non-listed breakers in the panel.

Upon arrival I was pointed to the master bathroom shower where the shower cartridge had failed. The customer also had a shower head they wanted installed. While doing a safety inspection of the homes water system we discovered a failed vacuum breaker and a 10 year-old water heater. After providing options and upon approval, we replaced the shower cartridge and the shower head as well as the failed vacuum breaker. We are leaving options for replacement of the water heater due to age. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
I replace a dimmer switch in the kitchen customer supply.
Performed minor rebuild on existing toilet in the back bathroom. Replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line and tested for leaks and proper function.
Customer’s Daikin Fit system loss WiFi connection. Recommended contacting internet provider to troubleshoot connection issues. System is currently working.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that he has a generator that has a maximum peak lots of 13,500. Customer stated that he would like to maximize the generator’s ability so he can power up more loads throughout the home in case of an emergency. We originally installed a 30 amp inlet because that was all that we had in stock and we were doing it before the storm. We are going to give the customer a long-term solution with a 50 amp inlet that is tied into the electrical system.
I replaced a bath fan in the master bathroom
Bathroom outlets.
Replace breaker for the kitchen outlet
Replaced old sewer pump with a new 1 hp grinder. Installed a new lid. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Due to the location of the pump being outside of the heated envelope of the home, there is a risk of freezing and damage to the pump. No warranty on pump or piping. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Ryan and team did great upgrading our water heater.
Install three way switch at other entrance of mechanical room, install switch leg between each switch, install box and keyless fixture at new lighting locations, install dual function breaker to provide arc fault protection of extended circuit

Installed 75 gallon Bradford White gas water heater, repiped hot and cold lines, replaced check valves, expansion tank, isolation valves, gas whip, drain pan and venting. Everything is on and working properly.
Gave estimate for generator interlock kit Install an interlock kit at the panel. This will allow your to power anything on your homes electrical system. You will have to manage your own electrical load by turning off and on select breakers that you would want to use
Today we came out for main level heat pump system system not heating Goodman 3 ton air handler with 2 ton Goodman heat pump 14 seer found blown low voltage fuse. Inspected all wiring found wires going into air handler rubbing housing, burn marks on defrost board and pitted contactor. Inspected addition found hole in drain pan, minimal flood protections and service valve caps missing. Line set is way to long damaging compressor and shortening life expectancy. Repaired wires and left quote for new contactor and defrost board. Cycled equipment multiple times and left IAQ options. Left all equipment operational.
Upstairs system not blowing air due to a bad blower motor. Also, heat exchanger is cracked and filter is located inside the furnace. It’s a high efficiency motor and very expensive and system has a crack in the heat exchanger. System is 13 years old. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). The best option would be to upgrade the system with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for tomorrow after 10 am. Customer also wants to zone the system and install a dedicated thermostat in the room above the garage.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the upstairs closet lights have not been working properly. They have changed the bulbs out at the light fixtures and they’re still not coming on. Customer stated that they have checked the electrical panel to ensure that none of the breakers are tripped. While on site, we also confirm that none of the breakers are tripped so we are going to proceed with a diagnostic of this location. A diagnostic includes going through and determining why power has been dropped, and if there is a simple repair applicable, we will make sure to do it correctly for the customer. This estimate includes replacing, both switches upstairs in the closet for the daughters bedrooms
Conducted home electrical inspection.
