We hardwired the sauna. We also installed a GFCI breaker for it and a pull out style disconnect.

Replace mainline from the meter to the house with 1” pex piping, including new main shut off ant the meter and inside the home and replaced pressure regulating valve. Performed a walk through with Karin of the work that was done and is happy with the work. I mentioned of few issues I found with their current water heater and faucets inside the home that I recommend needing attention. I will be leaving them with qoutes to take care of those issues.

Performed minor toilet rebuild on the upstairs office toilet in the home. As a courtesy I tightened the hot side faucet handle in a separate bathroom on the upper level.

The customer called us out because they had a sink hole their yard. They were under the assumption that it might be a cracked sewer line leaking into the ground. they had to clean out in their backyard that they did not know where it came from. I ran a camera inspection through there and traced out the line for them to show that it was not in the location that they were having the sink hole. Out of courtesy I also camera the French drains to rule that out. I’m under the assumption The sink is unrelated to the plumbing.

I removed an old Sattle valve for an ice maker line and installed a new ice maker box. Also I replaced a hose Bibb for the front of the house. I thoroughly tested everything and ensured there were no leaks

We left estimates to replace the main meter, the subpanel below the meter, and we replaced the breaker that feeds the AC unit in the sunroom

Troubleshoot no power

Tech arrived to no heating call for garage system. System is approximately 3 years old. Inspected system. Found thermostat set to emergency heat yet temperature was roughly 58 degrees. Found heat strips not running and outdoor unit not running with only indoor fan. Pulled thermostat off wall and reset thermostat, verified settings were correct for heat pump. Watched operations after resetting. Both indoor and outdoor units came on as intended and emergency heat came on as intended. System was pushing roughly 115+ degree air. Verified heat strips are operational. Refrigerant pressures are within specs. Noticed system lacked adequate flood protection. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer did not approve any repair today. No permanent repairs were made today. Made customer aware of flood protection. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.

We did a troubleshoot for a bedroom with no power. Got power back on to rest of outlets and switches at no warranty

Installed new lights in storage rooms, and replace lightbulbs. Installed a dedicated circuit to humidifier.

Install new 50 amp 4-wire circuit from panel to range location, install conduit, install outlet box and outlet with plate, install 50 amp GFCI breaker

Costumer mentioned that system cycles overnight and thermostat shuts down. When I got to costumers home system was working properly, however when testing system there is a possible board and blower failure. Performed homecare on 2 systems. Checked all electrical and ignition components on the heating system as well as electrical and refrigeration components for AC system. Found dirty 4inch filter on main system . Customer approved for replacement. System is working at the moment.

Client recently had basement bathroom redone. It appears the plumber forgot to crimp the downspout plug for the tub which was removed. I crimped the plug and tested with no issues.

No heat basement mini split. Previously had warranty tech out and he found system void refrigerant. He informed customer system not under labor warranty and the call was moved to service. Upon arriving today verified system had no refrigerant and informed customer to find leak nitrogen leak inspection would have to happen. Customer agreed to leak search. Found system to be leaking at suction flared fitting outdoors. Customer stated he recently had pool equipment added and people were working in the area. Ran warranty information with daikin as courtesy system no longer under parts warranty either. Informed customer of concerns with system that is completely empty of refrigerant such as compressor compromised. Customer agreed to get quote on replacing system. Collected payment for leak search and scheduled install supervisor Anthony G. to come out today between 2-5.

Installed customer supplied floodlight on left corner of garage. Homeowner requested the camera be angled in the direction of the gutter knowing the camera will be obstructed, homeowner stated the gutter was gonna be relocated soon.

Arrived on site for a reported leaking hose bib and a leaking kitchen faucet. Upon evaluation, the home water pressure was tested and found to be 90 psi, which is above the recommended operating range and can cause leaks and premature fixture failure. The high water pressure issue was addressed, and after pressure. Correction, the whole bib leak stopped and is no longer leaking at this time the kitchen falls. It continues to leak due to warm specialty cartridges that are not standard stock items. These cartridges will need to be ordered from a plumbing supply house. We will return once the correct cartridges are received to complete the kitchen faucet repair. All findings the next steps were discussed with the homeowner.

We converted the old vent hood wire to a receptacle for the new microwave

Replaced customer supplied 1/2 HP disposal. Previous disposal leaked from the bottom when water was ran. This was due to age and rust. Tested and checked for leaks.

We troubleshoot the upstairs bedroom light and figure out the electrical connections, we replace the plastic box for a metal fan rated box and install a new ceiling fan.

Installed sub panel in basement in order to move circuit from overloaded main panel. Installed Tesla charger in garage and installed 3 whole home surge protectors.

Replaced master bathroom exhaust fan motor. Reset tripped GFCI outlet in upstairs bedrooms bathroom.
