Found lennox unit on communication lock out. I checked all low voltage wire connections. I recycled power. Unit was running at the end of service call.

Inspection Customer called in about an odor admitting from his ductwork while the system is running. Performed a visual inspection and found what appears to be biological growth inside the supply Plenum of the main floor system. As well as there is a lot of of dirt, dust and debris inside the return Plenum. Plenum are duct board fibrous and original to the home. Therefore it’s highly probable they’re holding odors. Recommending some indoor air quality enhancements as well as new metal plenums.

We will replace the fan receiver for a new one. Note: Customer provided fan receiver did NOT work with the existing fan.

Came in today because there was water on drain pan. When inspecting system found that ductwork was sweating due to high humidity level, crawlspace is encapsulated but does not have a Dehumidifier to regular the humidity in the space causing humidity to leak in the main floor and also ductwork to sweat and create biological growth that is spreading. System also uses duct board which is absorbing the water and will fall apart if not solving issue soon. Let costumer know bout this issues and presented options. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor garbage Disposal failed and was leaking water into the basement drop ceiling And she is worried if the ductwork was compromised by water. After Complete troubleshooting I check the ductwork and insulation and I did not Find any moisture or damage on ductwork test cooling mode check system Test condensate pump check filter ok test outdoor unit check pressures are ok at manufacture specifications. After final inspection system is ok at this moment. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

Water service line was leaking at the penetration into the house. We removed the HDPE through the foundation wall and replaced it with 3/4” Type L soft copper. We reconnected to the existing water service line and distribution system. We sealed the inside and outside of the penetration with hydraulic cement and tar. Water pressure is at 68psi. Met with the owner and was shown to the master bathroom. Their master shower has been slow to drain. Service was on site repairing the water main so I could not initially test but I could clearly see hair and debris in the drain. With the owners approval, I ran my flex shaft down the drain, pulled back hair and grease. Once the water was back on, I was able to test and confirmed the line is open and flowing. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Today we returned to repipe the kitchen hot and cold water lines. The work included installing new supply stops for the kitchen faucet, ice maker, and new dishwasher, as well as a new shutoff valve located under the kitchen sink for the backyard hose bibb. We also replaced the dishwasher’s 1-1/2” PVC P-trap. The new dishwasher itself was not installed by us, as the company that delivered the unit will be completing the dishwasher installation. Upon completion of our work, we restored the water supply and thoroughly tested all new piping, valves, and connections for proper operation and leaks. All connections are secure and leak-free, and everything is working properly at this time.

12 years parts warranty

Received call regarding request for kitchen faucet installation. Discussed whole home and reverse osmosis filtration with homeowner, and also performed thorough evaluation of home before preparing options. Identified some issues during evaluation, and prepared options ranging from complete resolution to only replacement of kitchen faucet. Homeowner approved all work to be performed, and has put down a deposit for future work. Work tentatively to be scheduled for end of October. - For today, replaced kitchen faucet and (2) stop valves underneath kitchen sink. Tested for leaks and found no issues at this time. Bled air and debris out of system. Cleaned work area and disposed of all waste materials prior to departure.

Dig at county meter and then start trenching towards the home to replace main line entirely. Once the penetration at the house is excavated I will run soft copper through the home and seal inside and outside. Will have 1 inch high density polyethylene piping from county meter to the transition point right outside of the home. Add a new courtesy shutoff valve in a separate box after county meter. This will more than likely require cutting some drywall in the basement where the main line will be reworked. Existing line was galvanized that finally started to leak and I capped line inside of home. Update: all work has been completed, system is pressurized with no leaks. Put pinestraw down near the penetration of the home, new courtesy valve box after county meter with new valve, reworked main line inside of home and added a new shutoff valve before the existing pressure reducing valve

5 patches and sanding, applied one coat of primer to both repair areas. Homeowner will repaint.

System not running on arrival. Board flashing an e6.2 error code (bad grounding). Found loose grounding screw/wire on the gas manifold that grounds the control board. System was having intermittent communication failures. I shook the wire and screw and the system started running and the error code went away. I tightened down the screw so this would not happen again (system intermittently failing). The unit was running when I left.

Homeowners toilet was occasionally run. The flapper had failed. Replaced the flapper, fill valve and toilet supply line. Insured no other leaks occurred.

Today we came out to complete quoted repair consisting of replacing dryer exhaust flue pipe. Initially, piping was thought to be going all the way up and out through the attic. However, vent was terminating on side of house next to one of the ac units. We removed old flue pipe which had mixture of water and lint. Installed new piping, cleaned out flex dryer exhaust, sealed exterior vent with silicone, and tested dryer. Dryer is operating and blowing out lint as designed.

We troubleshot outlets, not working in the bathrooms

Installed 10” return on upstairs system. Confirmed operation. System is cooling at this time.

For this job we installed a skirted toilet, customer supplied pedestal and new faucet, replaced stop valves and replaced the toilet flange. Secured the pedestal with bolts and caulked around the sink. I also caulked around the toilet base for a proper seal. Tested all work and left work area clean. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Met with the owner and set up to rebuild all the toilets. I removed each tank, replaced the fill valves, flush valves, gaskets and supplies. Filled, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors at this time. Informed the homeowner who was no longer on site. I cleaned up the work spaces and closed up the home.

Install new 4 wire circuit to dryer, gfci breaker and outlet

Found bad capacitor. Outdoor unit needs to be cleaned. Homeowner declined homecare and condenser coil cleaning. System running when I left.
