Repipe all PVC drains in exposed basement and crawl space area. Install the proper fittings and shorten runs for a more sufficient flow. Replace with new schedule 40 PVC. Provide a lifetime workmanship warranty!
Customer called us out for a clogged disposal in the kitchen. On arrival I checked the sink and the underside in the basement. Customer did inform me he tried using a chemical to clear the blockage. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to try plunging it to start. I was unsuccessful and this caused a leak in the disposal. I cleaned and contained the leak quickly. Then we moved on to running a flex shaft down the line. I had to remove the disposal to do this and found that the gasket to the disposal waste arm is where the leak originated. The gasket had been melted by the chemicals. I ran the flex shaft down the line successfully clearing the blockage. Due to the rust, and the other potential damages from the chemicals I suggested replacing the disposal. Customer agreed. I removed the disposal collar and installed the new disposal and collar. I then tested the line throughly. No leaks and the sink is not clogged anymore. Cleaned up throughly.
Homeowner inquired about leak in dining room ceiling. After cutting holes and ceiling to diagnose, technician could not find where leak was coming from. Technician checked flange and other surrounding plumbing fixtures. Technician also found pressure greatly drops when a fixture is turned on. This indicates failed PRV. Technician also found main shut off is above PRV, this will not allow for main water to be shut off if PRV leaks.
I came out to pull a new wire for an oven since your old wire is a three wire with no ground and you need a three wire with ground. The four prong oven plug requires two hots and neutral and a ground. I pulled a new six gauge wire from your panel and hooked it into your current 60 amp breaker. I also installed an oven for prong outlet in the wall with a plate. It is on and ready to go. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya

Client had no hot water when returning from vacation. When I arrived I found the gas meter had been locked by the gas company. Client has contacted the gas company and they are coming out to remove the lock and turn the gas on to the home.
Homeowner inquired about fluctuating pressure when one or more faucets are turned on. Technician found PRV filter dirty. Technician remove filter and cleaned and also raised pressure to 70 psi. Issue is resolved. Homeowner also inquired about flushing water heater. Technician flush water heater and restored function to home. Homeowner inquired about toilet seal in guest bathroom. Toilet seal has been replaced several times. Technician recommended replacing toilet.

The technician was through with his job and explaining the steps in the process. He was very polite.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about her master toilet that was continuously running. Water was off to toilet upon arrival. Gave options. Rebuild toilet with new fill valve, flapper and supply line. Restored water to toilet and adjusted water level. Tested thoroughly. Toilet has a side handle so advised customer that handle must be held momentarily for toilet flapper to fully actuate for a proper flush.
Install recessed light in hallway and steps
For this job we re lit the water heater in the laundry room utility closet. The FVS was tripped. Customer mentioned they have a couple of paint cans stored next to the heater. Also brought up to customer attention of improper gas connections on water heater. Recommend is to replace the unit and bring everything up to code. Work performed today has no warranty.
Replaced fill valve for master bathroom toilet as well as cleaned the aerator for a slow running faucet. Recommended thinking about fixture replacement due to the age of existing one that’s having issues. Left options for water heater replacement due to the age of the unit (16 years)
Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater in garage closet. Removed old water heater and set new tank in a drip pan. Reworked water and gas lines to accommodate the new water heater and replaced both the water and gas shutoff valves for the unit. Installed code required thermal expansion tank and bonded the water lines per code requirements. Ran proper T&P relief discharge line to the exterior of the home and sealed penetration. Tested unit for leaks and proper operation. Water heater is set to factory recommended 120°F and expansion tank is pressurized to 70 psi. Insulated all hot and cold water lines in the water heater room with fiberglass insulation and hauled away all old equipment.

TE came out the same day I called them. Fixed my AC and was very thorough.
Initial observations of ML system revealed a clogged filter and the blower door was not installed properly. The bottom was not secured and may have been causing the blower door switch to intermittently disengage. Secured doors and removed filter. Temperature/pressure correlation of R22 refrigerant revealed there are non condensibles in the system. This is causing superheat to drop below zero and flood compressor with liquid refrigerant flushing oil out of the compressor. Due to age and condition of this system replacement is required to operate safely and effectively as it has expired it’s life expectancy.
Client stated the main area zone is not cooling but the master bedroom is. The main are zone was not cooling due to the damper being stuck closed. Once I removed the cover the motor opened. It may have been getting hung up on the clip that holds the cover on. Tested the damper multiple times and it is opening and closing as it should now and the zone is cooling again. There is no guarantee the damper won’t get stuck closed again due to its age and replacement of damper would be required. During other zone testing the basement level damper is also not functioning properly. I had to force it open. I recommend replacing zone 1 and 3 dampers to reduce the risk of this occurring again. Zone 2 appears to be operating properly at this time. Temperature /pressure correlation of refrigerant revealed. Dry low refrigerant suggesting a leak. It appears there may have been a previous leak due to the dye that is in the refrigerant I observed when connecting my gauges. The evaporator coil also has a
