I met with the owners and was shown the faceted lav sink. Based on the layout and potential damage, we agreed to not remove the vanity and instead I would cut an access in the drywall opposite of the vanity. I removed the Sheetrock, exposed the 3x2 cast iron santee. I cut it out, removed the copper outlet, retrieved the piece of the flex shaft. I installed a PVC 3x1-1/2 santee, ran the camera up to 10’ where it connects with the neighboring shower. The visible cast iron is heavily compacted with buildup but is flowing. I ran new PVC into the vanity cabinet, tied the sink back together and ran water to test for leaks or errors. I also provided a bottle of Endure. I will be following up with our supervisor and assessing what needs to be done further to fully resolve this issue. Install 2" or 3" clean out tee if the drain pipe has to be cut to clear the drain. Neatly cut and remove tile, fiberglass, drywall, cabinet backing or other material to access area behind for diagnostics or

Homeowner has a toilet that is constantly running. The fill valve has failed. I found that the expansion tank on the water heaters has not only failed, but is also undersized. The water heaters are also from 2011. Disconnected supply line, removed failed fill valve, and Kohler flush piston seal. Installed new stainless steel braided supply line. Installed new brass shank fill valve. Installed new Kohler flush piston seal. Homeowner has dual 40 gallon natural gas heaters. The house is a 3.5 bathroom, 4 bedroom house. Homeowner would like to go back with one heater. Rheem FHR sizing chart states that 1 50 gallon heater should work fine. Cut out and removed old water heaters. Disconnected and removed T&P lines, as they are currently running into a hub drain. Disconnected gas lines. Disposed of old heaters. Installed tough pan. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon water heater into tough pan. Installed additional anode rod inside heater. Capped 1 gas line. Installed new gas shutoff valve. Insta

Client directed us to the kitchen where water leaking from side sprayer spread across the counter and down into the cabinet. Leak seems inconsistent. Tested water pressure and found very old water heaters as well as a failed and undersized thermal expansion tank. Advised client of the issue with the faucet and recommended they reach out to the manufacturer for replacement parts since it’s relatively new. Also advised replacement of the water heating system and quoted options.

Perfomed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2010 lennox system that cools the mainfloor of the home. I found that the capacitor on the outdoor unit had failed. I replaced the capacitor with the homeowners permission. I ran the system and found that the AC system was low on r22 refrigerant due to a possible refrigerant leak. The homeowner said that they will have another company come and add the r22 refrigerant to the system. Homeowner will have a 1 year warranty on this capacitor starting from today's date (7/24/26)

Upon arrival, we met with the owners and set up in the backyard where Adam marked the line. After excavation and exposing the pipe, we found it to be 2” PVC. We cut a section out, allowing standing water to drain from the basement floor drain. We ran our camera both ways, but found this line did not attach to the sewer. It cuts across the gravel path, comes horizontally out the side of the hill and just ends, however it was buried and filled with roots which caused the blockage. From our hole, we hydrojetted both upstream towards the house and down out of the outlet, removing the standing debris. Once the line was cleaned, we ran water inside to confirm flow. We installed a 2” cleanout, buried and packed the area and installed a grate on the end of the pipe to keep debris/animals out. While on site, it was raining heavily. Water appeared on the basement clear around the HALOs and utility sink which are on an outside wall. It appears ground water is entering these areas, but the owner

Came out today for the second visit of the bathroom remodel. Installed shower trim. Sealed around trim. Tub spout that came with the delta trim kit was faulty and would not divert to the shower head when actuated. Removed tub spout and tried a slip on spout of my truck to verify and tub diverted as it should. Customer has a replacement on the way and will install on the final visit. Installed new wide spread faucet, pop up assembly, p trap kit and supply lines. Tested sink for 15 minutes to verify no leaks were present. Installed new kohler Kingston, wax ring, bolts caps and supply line. Sealed around of base and added an escutcheon around the supply valve. Removed widespread faucet, pop up assembly and drain in the upstairs bedroom hall as new sink/counter tops will be installed. Capped off drain and put brass caps on the service valves. Will return for a final visit to hook up two faucets, drains and install the replacement tub spout. All work was thoroughly tested.

For this job, I provided labor and materials for the installation of two new bathroom vanity sconces. I Installed three new GFCI receptacles, one in each bathroom, to provide updated ground-fault protection in accordance with current electrical safety standards. I removed and replaced the existing, approximately 40-year-old Sylvania GFCI circuit breaker with a new 15-amp Eaton BR standard circuit breaker, which serves the bathroom branch circuits, to improve reliability and compatibility with the existing electrical panel. As a courtesy, I replaced one standard duplex receptacle at no additional labor charge. Upon completion, all installed devices and circuits were tested and verified to be operating properly.

This option is to troubleshoot and evaluate the electrical system to figure out why the 2 garage outlets aren’t working and why the homeowner smells smoke when the fan is turned on Neither panel has a surge protector, this option is also to add surge protection to better safeguard against future storm damage. I will also be leaving the customer with a quote to change both panels and a quote to change just the panel that is burning.

Service had us come out due to a clogged sink in the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom. Sink was holding water on arrival.toilet and shower were not. Condensate drain from the HVAC runs through this pipe. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the line cleared with a flex shaft. I ran the flex shaft down the line and successfully cleared the blockage. I then throughly tested the sink and cleaned up the area. Sewer supervisor is scheduled to come out tomorrow.

Pull toilet and run cable machine Set toilet on new wax ring Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting garage bathroom branch. Upon arrival, we ran water in faucet and toilet started to gurgle indicating that there is a blockage further down the line. There was no clean out access so we had to pull toilet. Ran cable for a long duration of time to clear blockage in cast-iron drains. We were eventually able to clear and relief branch of blockage. After clearing blockage, we ran water for a long duration of time and we did not see any signs of system backing up again. Set toilet on new wax ring. Joshua Reyes delivered one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any home service company. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our water heater, clearly explained what he found, walked me through my options without any pressure, and completed the work with outstanding attention to detail. What impressed me most was his pride in his craftsmanship and his commitment to doing the job right—not just quickly. He treated my home with respect, answered every question patiently, and left the work area spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. Joshua represents exactly what every company hopes for in a field technician. If I were in leadership, I’d use him as the standard for training and customer experience. TE Certified has earned a customer for life because of professionals like Joshua. I will absolutely request him for future service and recommend both Joshua and TE Certified to family, friends, and neighbors.

Bryan was on time and very polite. He is listed as a drain specialist but when I asked if he could fix a drain PVC issue, his response was that he’d need to call a supervisor. Why would a supervisor be needed if Bryan is a qualified drain specialist. I declined that, assuming an upcharge would follow. So for unclogging 2 drains but not fixing anything else I was billed $444 Needless to say, I won’t be calling TE again.
