The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Joshua was excellent and extremely professional. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the plumbing but everything was put back together neatly when he was finished, even the books on the bookshelf. Above and beyond.
Homeowners recently purchased the home and wanted an inspection of the plumbing. Found numerous issues and gave options for new and repair. Shut off the water to the home and drained down the system. Connected to the main water coming into the home and installed a new ball valve, PRV, ,and Streamlabs whole home water monitoring system and ran a new 1" water line to the entrance of the crawlspace. At the entrance of the Crawlspace set up and installed 2- Halo 5 Whole home filtration units in parallel with the discharge running to the exterior of the house. Removed the existing ¾" water lines running to the water heater and increased it to 1" until the split to each of the water heaters for hot and cold. The recirculation return line was connected to the hot outlet at the water heater. Disconnected and ran the return line separately connecting to the water heater. Troubleshoot no power to office and living room
We installed new wafer lights in the living room connected with a smart switch dimmer. We hardwired the dimmer in the attic so we did not have to run wires through the wall and we used the remote next to the existing light switches. Because we extended the wire on the new circuit, we had to update the breaker and we installed a safety breaker and re-labeled it in the electrical panel.
Excellent Service!

Customer had leakage coming from the washing machine box. I ran my cable down the line to help remove buildup. I remove a little bit lint build up, customer has the back of the wall exposed. From what I can see the drain is PVC customer do not know if they have cast-iron. I tested the washing machine and ran three loads on a heavy load. I have no back ups if it happens again I’ll recommend having the supervisor team to come out to further investigate to see if cast-iron is underneath the slab.
Completed a fall maintenance on one HVAC system. I expected the heat exchanger, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I adjusted the gas pressure to manufacturers specs. I checked blower assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. The outdoor condenser is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Also, the capacitor has failed. I replaced customers dirty filter and collected payment. No other issues. Customer is happy. Also, I forgot to mention to customer, but hopefully he reads this invoice. The system lacks indoor air quality and I just remembered that he just had a newborn. Untreated, indoor air allows, allergens, bacteria, and odors to continuously recirculate through the home and HVAC system, contributing to poor air, quality and internal system contamination. The APCO-X Purification system is recommended to neutralize these contaminants at the source and prevent ongoing buildup . Without air pur
Upon arrival and approval, we began the previously quoted work of installing the new customer supplied kitchen faucet. During installation, we noticed the P-trap and tubular on the disposal side had a little bit of water that appeared to be seeping from a couple connections. We replaced the P-trap and got rid of the accordion tell peace extension. After replacing the faucet and installing the new p-trap, we tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
To further identify the problem, let’s cut open the drywall behind the washing machine in the garage, te is not responsible for putting back the drywall. Found the leak is coming from the washing machine drain line experiencing a partial back up, drain tech scheduled for today 11-2. There appears to be some drywall damage from this drain blockage that has built up over some time, called property medics to reach out and look further into this issue.

Heat pump - Only system - Not heating System not heating properly due to a refrigerant leak, the system is almost completely empty of refrigerant. This is a single stage 3 ton heat pump that is zoned to condition all 3 floors at this town home. The system has developed a major refrigerant leak and is only operating in emergency heat mode at this time. This equipment is not designed to operate zoning, due to this, multiple premature failures may occur. The compressor is not in the best of health due to 2 factors. The compressor has been choked down and restricted from the zoning system, and the compressor has ran on low refrigerant / low oil levels. At this time the homeowner wanted to have an install supervisor come out today to give a quote on updating the system with equipment capable of zoning, and he wanted to also secure a spot for repairs tomorrow if not getting new equipment. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
For this job I installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit for a new tankless water heater in the basement. Installed a new GFCI device for the heater as well. Also disconnected the bonding strap from the neutral bar in the main panel as it is not the first means of disconnect.
My sincere appreciation to Andrew for great work. He recommended an improvement to my kitchen sink faucet setup and pointed to a problem developing with the water cutoff valves. I appreciated his patience in resolving my faucet problem.
Ben called me to tell me when he would arrive. He was 5 min early. He went to work and did the service I needed done. He checked the transfer box. I told him I hoped I don’t see him until next year. I’m all set for this hectic icy weekend coming up. And another big thanks to Tiffany or Amy who scheduled him on the same day. I’m getting older so I couldn’t remember her name but she was very helpful in getting the service scheduled.

Tony did a great job. He was friendly and explained everything well. He checked the systems, replaced filters, etc and did a great job changing the thermostats.
Martin was very personable and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of what he was doing in each step of diagnosis and repair .
Both service technicians worked quickly to identify the cause if the leaky faucet. They quickly replaced the pressure regulator valve in hopes that was the cause of the leak. When the leak remained unresolved, Steve identified the parts needed to repair the faucet. Unfortunately, that didn’t work (no fault of his workmanship), and he presented options for us. Both technicians were polite and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
Easy to schedule, quick response, timely, and detail oriented! Will call again!
We recently got two plumbing jobs done from Stephen Matthews. Both were large jobs… heater replacement and a new gas line to the kitchen. He took his time to do a thorough job, no rush, no cutting corners and has the perfect demeanor. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are after completion of both. He also went over and above what he had committed to do. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!
