For this job, I did a troubleshoot for two switches, not working and landscape lights not working provided homeowner with options to replace bad timer.

On this job customer had some minor issues. back hose bid wasn’t working due to valve being turned off. Customer stated since we installed new water heater the guess bathroom only got warm I removed the handle to find that Cartridge was set very low causing lil to non hot was to be produced to that shower. Also as a courtesy I removed an old stuck hose from front hose bid. No other issue was found thanks for choosing TE certified.

Replace customer supplied under and above cabinet lighting in the kitchen

Today we installed a new 60 amp circuit feeding a new Tesla charger, provided by the customer, that we installed in the garage. We also installed whole home surge protection in the main panel.

Return to install kitchen faucet after the new back splash was installed.

For this job I performed a leak search, there is no plumbing related issue, water is coming from a penetration in the tile/shower base. Home owner will be remolding his shower soon and fix issue.

We replaced the customers tankless exhaust from single wall vent to schedule 40 pvc going out through the roof along with a new roof flashing for the exhaust.

HomeCare electrical inspection

Called out to replace a kitchen faucet that was giving intermittent issues with leaking. Homeowner had received a replacement faucet from the manufacture, and I am here to install the new faucet. Began by shutting off water to the system. Once water was shut off, removed the old widespread kitchen faucet and replace with a new manufacture provided kitchen faucet. Once installation was complete, reintroduce water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks in the new faucet is functioning properly. Arrived on site and customer stated that she had a shower in the downstairs Bonus room that she would like to be replaced. She had a couple of plumbers come before who stated that they would have to cut behind the valve, which was red oak wood, in order to put in a new valve. She wanted to avoid cutting the red wood, and was OK with us cutting the tile in the shower, and whatever necessary, in order to put in a new shower valve. we successfully removed the tile and was able to install a new shower valve. We went ahead and re-pressurize the house checked our connections and tested the shower.

Installed 2 Cat 6 runs with punch down jacks

Removed failed Rheem tankless unit in closet of garage. Installed new Navien 240A2 unit with all new piping, isolation valves, expansion tank, condensate pump, Halo Ion 6 filter, gas line and reworked venting into the attic. Installed crossover tee in master bathroom and enabled recirculation on unit. Everything is working properly and temp is set to 125.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no cooling. Found that the thermostat has failed. Temporarily installed a replacement Pro1 thermostat and confirmed the new thermostat works. The customer would like me to come back out tomorrow and install two brand new Ecobee thermostats.

Today we came out for only system not cooling Rheem 2001 3 ton with 2015 carrier furnace. Found no refrigerant in circuit system has major refrigerant leak damaging compressor. Will have install supervisor give options on updating ac and coil. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

For this job, we returned to finish smoke detectors, and the labeling of electrical panel.

Electrical panel replacement

Homeowners water pressure was at 110 psi and max per code is 80 psi. The thermal expansion tank had also failed. Shut the water off and replaced the PRV and the main shut off valve. Cut out the failed expansion tank and secured new one to a stud. Set water pressure to 65 psi and tested.

Customer believed that lightning struck near is house and had a few things not working. When I arrived he showed me his retaining wall where the lightning had blown out a few bricks, then the garage floor were the lighting had also broken the concrete. We believe the lighting traced through the metal frame of the garage door and fried the garage door openers. It the. Melted the plug to the opener cord and fried the GFCI in the garage. I replaced the outlet and the GFCI. The circuit is working properly and the homeowner is now gettting new garage door openers. It seems the lighting also messed with a led light in the pantry and the light kit on the fan in the master. The customer is going to order a new light kit and a new light for the pantry. Customer had surge protection on the panels. We did not install these surge protectors. The customer bought the house with the protectors already installed. For this job I replaced section of failed pvc fittings that was leaking. I installed new pvc pipe and fittings to make connection and eliminate leak. Tested and left work area clean.
