The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Home inspection
Performed 2 system homecare. Check filters did not need to be replace. Left spare filters, cleared and treated drain.found failed run cap upstairs, failed dual run cap for the main, and wiring needing to be addressed for the upstairs unit. Customer opted for the bandaid option. Unit is cooling at this time time but there are other things that need to be addressed at a later time. Flue for the main is also single wall. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Replaced and installed PRV, main shutoff and water heater shutoff. Also removed water heater, capped cold/hot and gas supply for water heater. Replaced stop valve and supply line for main level half bath. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Pressure was set to 65psi
2-$59 Inspections Checked Heating and Cooling. Upstairs system is 23 years old and completely out of R22 refrigerant. Created estimates for a leak search, but advised the customer that repairs to this system should not be done due age and the cost of those repairs Main Floor system has a 38 year old furnace and coil with a 22 year old AC. System does cool, however, the coil is badly rusted and full of biological growth. The blower capacitor is failing and the contactor for the AC is very worn. We discussed both systems and customer decided to talk to a Project Manager on 4/22 when her family is available to be there.
Install a new outlet for a garage door opener on an existing circuit
Customer just wanted the capacitor changed today and will call in when they want the coil cleaning. Replaced weak capacitor with new one.
We did a home care inspection of the house and did a thorough evaluation of the electrical grid, installed new led lights in the garage
Replace lights in the garage with customer provided led fixtures
Surge protection
Home inspection on two systems. Replaced filters and cleared drain lines. Upstairs system is newer and working properly. Main level system (24 years old) has multiple issues. Heat exchanger very rusted and compromised, draft inducer motor case is cracked, igniter is weak and chalk, blower wheel very dirty, biological growth on the evaporator coil pan , system is low on Freon (r22), high head pressure, high compressor amperage and no in line switch installed. Due to the age and conditions of the main level system, the best option would be to upgrade the system, with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the main level system, for Tuesday morning.
Performed evaluation on the 2017 Lennox single-stage 5-ton, 3-zone system. Overall equipment is still in fair shape, but the system design is not ideal for zoning since it is a single-stage setup serving three zones. Observed a flat-pitched drain line, which can create drainage problems over time. Found rust on the heat exchanger and rust in the supply plenum. Also found the supply duct is lacking approximately 1/2 ton of airflow to the upstairs, which can affect comfort and balance across the home. Customer also mentioned seasonal allergies in the home. Discussed indoor air quality improvements, and customer approved installation of a wet switch for added condensate safety protection. Also found the outdoor coil is impacted and the contactor is in poor condition. Recommended Repairs • Install iWave and APCO-X UV • Replace outdoor unit contactor • Install condensate pump to correct the flat-pitched drain issue This work helps improve system reliability, adds protection against w
For this job I replaced the stems inside of the master bath shower, I replaced both stems on hot and cold side, I also replaced the trim/handles as a courtesy. I tested and left work area clean. Shower no longer drips. House psi is 65.
1 System Inspection- Checked Heating and Cooling Changed filter and flushed drain. Checked air temps and found the temperature split very high. Checked airflow and heating airflow was set to 434 cfm on a 80k btu furnace. I adjusted the airflow to 1200 cfm. Cooling airflow was set correctly. Customer had very high gas bills and some rooms were very cold in the winter. The airflow adjustment should help both of those issues. Outdoor unit electrical and refrigerant charge was inspected. The outdoor unit was extremely dirty and needed cleaning. Customer agreed to clean unit while I was completing my inspection. Verified system was operating after unit was cleaned.
Returned to perform a condenser coil cleaning for the upstairs unit and replaced a 7.5 run capacitor for the blower to the main level system. Technician removed panels of the outside unit and applied coil solution to the coil. Technician let the solution soak on the surface of the inside and outside portion of the unit and rinsed off the solution with water. Technician replaced the capacitor after coil cleaning.

Today we came out to install 2 Ecobee thermostats and add flood protection to Air Handler. Thermostats were provided by Dan. I removed old HoneyWell thermostats, added new thermostats, and tested both heating and cooling. We installed a wet switch in the drain pan under the unit and a float switch on drain line. Both were test and everything is working properly. It was a pleasure to meet you today and we hope you have a great weekend!

My customer was having issues with bathroom faucets periodically spraying the counter tops, and floors this happens at most bathrooms and showerheads most notably the master and upstairs guest bathroom. Candace mentioned that this started occurring after the water filters were replaced/serviced. There is a 5 stage RO system under the sink and a whole home filter a Fleck 5600stx. I was unable to get a production date on either units. I tested every single bathroom, checked all toilets for a potentially failed fill valve. Checked for cross connections at both filters. Checked water pressure, water heaters, and expansion tanks. We were able to recreate the issue once in the upstairs guest bathroom sink. But not at any of the other fixtures I tested. I’m not 100% sure what exactly is going on here, but I speculate it’s related to thermal expansion and the style of the faucets. These faucet are designed where the opening points to the edge of the sink and not the bowl. I recommend repl
