The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Professional,knowledgeable and courteous.
We came out to diagnose an issue with an outlet that was not working. The outlet was tied into your master bath outlet, which had damage inside due to old wires and an old outlet. We replaced the outlet in the master bath and the outlet in the garage and waived the troubleshooting fee. Because of the age of the outlets in the home, it is likely more outlets will begin to fail, and we highly recommend replacing all outlets. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
For this job, I worked on adding an outlet in the closet
Customers water heater was old and the expansion tank was unsupported. We replaced the water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem. We installed a new shut off valve for the water heater along with a new expansion tank strapped to the wall. We also installed a leak alarm inside the pan for precaution in case the water heater ever leaked.
Provide and replace the delta monitor cartridge for the master shower. Remove showerhead and remove scale buildup if possible. Water heater is from 2010. I strongly recommend replacing this in the near future. Left estimates to do so.
Costumer had a leak on a gas line, we capped the line right at the gas meter
Customer garbage disposal wasn’t turning on at all. Upon arrival. I diagnosed the issue and saw that the air switch line wasn’t connected and after I plugged it up, it was working, but the air switch itself was giving issues turned it on or off sometimes so I’ll let them know that I recommend replacing the air switch and also Replacing the garbage disposal due to age, another issue the outlet for the garbage disposal was reading a open ground, so I have electrician coming out to inspect the electrical, after I connected the air switch cord and plugged in the equipment. The disposal was turning on, the air switch itself is having issues turned it on and off on top of it wasn’t plugged in as was , customer wanted to have the electrical inspected first before going with replacing the disposal and the air switch

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: outlets in bathrooms not working, outlets in living room not working LOCATION: master bath, basement bath, and living room FINDINGS:upon arrival I removed and inspected outlets in all locations. The master bath outlets were GFCI receptacles that were tripped. Upon removing the outlet, I saw the ground wire touching the neutral screw on the line side of the GFCI. The basement bathroom outlets had 124 volts and the connections were made properly and I could not recreate the power loss, The living room outlets by the fireplace also had 124 volts. The outlet on the bookshelf side was reading varying voltages due to internal failure caused by age. RESOLUTION: in the master bathroom I removed the ground wire from the neutral screw and reset the GFCI. Power was restored. In the basement bathroom I did nothing because for the entirety of my visit there was no issue. In the living room, we replaced the one outlet that was failing.
We installed customer supplied tub spout, shower head, and drain for upstairs bedrooms shower. We also resealed customers drain for them. We are also replacing the customers water heater tomorrow.
Provided and installed (2) new bath fans and vented both of them with no access. Replaced breaker and as a courtesy replace can light trim in bathroom.
We came out to investigate ann issue with the lights flickering and eventually not working any further. After diagnosing the problem we found that there were wires that had melted inside of the box of the switch for the dining room. We repaired those wires and installed a new switch. Because this breaker did not trip with the wires melting, we went ahead and replaced that breaker. We are including a price for replacing the switches and outlets in your whole home. These switches and outlets are original to the home and very old. I gave you a price for the whole home, You can just do this one room at a time if it’s more within your budget. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Fixing wiring, replacing breaker
I performed a leak search in the kitchen ceiling below the master bathroom. After further investigation, I had found that the leak is coming from, the master bath toilet. The wax ring seems to have failed. The customer also has a main line blockage which is causing water to back up to the toilet flange and seep out. I referred the customer to the drains department since they will be doing a pull/reset of the toilet to clear the blockage.
Deposit for special order material
Install a dedicated circuit and outlet for an additional dryer.
He came out to investigate an issue with a breaker repeatedly tripping. This breaker is tripping randomly, which is the sign that this breaker has gone bad. We checked the amperage on your refrigerator freezer and coffee maker and you should have plenty of power for this breaker. We do usually require a dedicated circuit for your refrigerator however, you seem to have enough power. We replaced your Arc fault breaker with a new breaker. It looks like you got these art faults all at the same general time and those used to be much more fragile so if more start tripping randomly, they will need to be replaced.
Estimate to replace melting sub panel
Replace upstairs toilet. Installed a new kohler toilet. After install I turned the water on and checked for leaks and proper function. Everything is good to go. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Homeowner has 4 year old garbage disposal that was making a loud noise when in use. I could not see anything in the unit. The sink in the master left was draining slowly. Additionally the water heater is almost 15 years old. Gave options and advised to replace. Homeowner decided to repair the garbage disposal and clear the sink drain. These carry no warranty which homeowner was made aware of. I removed the disposal and located a plastic bottle cap. The drain in the master was cleared. Everything was reassembled and tested for proper operation.
Blake did a terrific job fixing my leaky shower. He even noticed an issue with my hot water heater that needs fixing and will fix in the near future. Blake is very good at his job!
Faucet Replacement
Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Alberto showed his skills in problem resolution, proceeded with the work, and then tested and retested it.
