No Cool Visit The likely cause of the thermostat going blank is most likely due to the SS one drain line safety tripping. It may have been left unbalanced due to the recent condensate pump that was replaced. There is a significant amount of biological growth on the equipment and in the crawlspace. I strongly recommend some additional indoor air quality enhancements to prevent biological growth accumulating within the equipment and making its way into the living space. The equipment is otherwise cooling properly at this time with no issues.

Cut into ceiling in kitchen. Found copper water line with 2 different leaks. Repaired pipe and tested for any additional leaks.

For this job, I conducted leak detection services for the homeowner, during my investigation. I did witness the drip indicator on the meter spinning when I arrived on the scene. I isolated the main service between the shut off in the basement and the meter and it still continued to spin leading me to believe this was a main service leak. Then Drained the entire house down and put compressed air on the plumbing system and shut the meter off. I listen to the entire trajectory of the line for over an hour and a half and did not discover any sound of a leak anywhere along the service, at which point I went and checked my compressor only to realize I had not lost any air pressure. I made a time stamped video of my findings at my compressor and what the gauges were reading. 40 minutes later I made another video and had the same outcome. I had not lost any pressure whatsoever in the main service lead me to believe this is not a main service leak but a faulty meter issue.

Lights strike inspection

Performed 1 system diagnostic for the upstairs unit found unit drain line clogged, no te flood protection, outdoor unit is dirty, pitch for drainline incorrect. Signed Custimer up for 3 system homecare and cleared and treated drain line, check pressures and made sure unit was operational. Will need to schedule a return visit July 30th 8-10 for all necessary repairs.

For this job, I worked on adding two outlets and hanging in a chandelier

2025 furnace and 2018 Goodman/daikin. Found drain clogged and recommend anything over 5 yrs to have capacitor replaced on the outdoor unit. Standard flood protection for a unit in the base,ent. Recommending having advanced flood protection installed in the drain line and a water detection switch to shut off the system is water is detected. It would also be a good idea to tape and seal coil to furnace. A lot of air is escaping into the basement. Maintenance is highly recommended.

This option is to properly wire the new heat pump with the existing wire and disconnect, and just transfer the wire over to the new heat pump. This option is also to change the outdoor outlet on the back patio because it is old, falling off the wall, and not weather proof. And they use this outlet a lot. This option is also to move an existing outdoor outlet by the heat pump over about a foot to make it more accessible because the heat pump is right up against it as it is

Returned to install new components for a Navien tankless. Installed a new blower motor, dual Venturi, and gas control valve. Rerouted the intake and exhaust to the side of the home, also properly repiped everything beneath the tankless. All work is tested no issues. Advised customer that a roofing contractor will need to install a 90 degree fitting on the intake and exhaust on the roof.

Arrived today to diagnose a water leak in the front yard. The customer stated they noticed a consistently wet area in the lawn and contacted us for service. I excavated the affected area to locate the source of the leak. Once the damaged section was exposed, I completed the necessary repair and restored the water line with the proper connections. After the repair, I pressurized the system and thoroughly inspected all connections for leaks. At this time, all connections are leak-free and the water line is operating properly. The customer is satisfied with todays service.

We removed the existing stand alone tub, cleaned the area under the tub footprint including removing caulking and standing water. An inspection of the drain line in the slab showed it was in good working order. We installed the toe-touch foot-actuated drain assembly, set the tub to get the feet to the proper height, installed the tailpiece drain and set the tub. We then tested the tub with running water to make sure it was draining properly, we filled it twice and drained it then filled it a third time to hold all with no issues. Once the tub was filled we applied 100% silicone around the base of the tub per manufacturer’s instructions. Client needs to let the tub stay filled for 24 hours for the silicone to cure before emptying and normal use.

Current fill valve has failed so once a new one is installed we will test everything

Breaker for the 3 back rooms and garage trips immediately when trying to reset it. This option is to troubleshoot it and figure out why.

Today we came out for main and second level not cooling 2017 Lennox 3.5 ton single stage with matching single stage furnace zoned. Found wet switch tripped in attic from water in emergency drain pan. Installed new wet switch due to old one not resetting and brought system back online. Checked operations found system critically low on refrigerant, system had two pounds added a few years ago by different technician. Performed electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil called Lennox to verify warranty and equipment was not registered taking it to a five year parts warranty. I will note This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying demands of multiple zones. Gave c

Called out for backing up shower with slow drain. After running water for a couple of seconds the shower drain started backing up. Ran Sewer Machine throughout shower drain to clear blockage. Cable came back with hair. Blockage is cleared and shower drain is now clear and flowing after testing thoroughly with water for 5 min. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Minor toilet repair on three toilets. I replaced the fill valve, supply stop and supply hose. Also installed an owner supplied kitchen faucet. All connections were tested and are working properly now.

Troubleshooting overloaded breaker from Reno company and replace main breaker to subpanel

Installed new customer supplied Kohler kitchen faucet and hauled away old fixture. Connected supply lines to existing service stops and tested for leaks. Also installed code required 3/8 compression hammer arrestor on dishwasher supply line and service valve. Client mentioned the master bath toilet was filling very slowly and after further inspection we determined the internal fill valve was failing and needed to be replaced. Performed minor rebuild on toilet and installed new flapper and fill valve. Shut water off to the home and pulled shower trim in main floor guest shower to access the internal components. Client opted to not replace the shower cartridge and instead asked us to flip the existing cartridge to restore proper function of the shower. Also replaced a check valve on the tankless water heater that was installed improperly. Tested all work for leaks and proper function. Purged air from the system and cleaned work space.

Troubleshot bathroom outlets not working. Found a bad tap in a bad junction box in the attic. Some of the wire was 14 instead of 12 so we replaced that wire. We replaced all the bathroom outlets with USB outlets that the customer provided. I put that circuit on a dual function breaker to GFI protected. Replaced two outdoor outlets on that same circuit. junction wires underneath deck ran conduit in a trench that the customer did to a pond outlet that is on a switch. Can it was 18 inches below grade.

We removed the basket strainer, trap assembly and part of the 2” drain line. We reworked the drain from the back of the cabinet so that the tailpiece was straighter and less likely to put stress in the strainer. The basket strainer was installed, the trap assembly was connected to the new drain then we tested with running water for several minutes. We then filled the basin and emptied it twice with no issues.

Came here for a three system tuneup/inspection. Upstairs system was a 2007 2008 train AC and furnace main level system was a day and night two 2020 AC furnace basement system was a 2023 heat pump and air handler. I checked all the capacitors I tested heat and cool. I checked the blower motor and blower wheel of every system outside check pressures for every system. Upstairs system is going to be replaced. I scheduled for a project manager to come out here Friday between three and five and he better sell the system.

We replaced the pop up assembly and p-trap under the sink. After replacing we noticed and informed the customer of the continued slow draining. We are leaving an estimate for diagnostic to access the drain in the wall to determine why the drain is slow.

Customer had leaking going down into the drop down ceiling of their basement, with one panel being messed up. This was coming from the kitchen.After further evaluation was able to see that the dishwasher was leaking.Anytime that it was filling up.But as soon as it was done filling up, it stopped leaking altogether. Customer needs a new dishwasher. I expressed to them that their shut off valves were older and may need to be replaced. The customer stated they will revisit that. If necessary, when they replaced their appliance
