The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

We provide toilet Customer was experiencing an overflowing toilet due to flapper not closing fully causing toilet to continuously run. Ejector pump outlet had tripped due to power outing earlier in the night. Ejector then overflowed and back flow of water overfilled toilet bowl. Replaced toilet with Kohler. Clearing successful.
Upon arrival client showed us the ceiling of the main floor office which had multiple wet spots on the ceiling. Spots are directly below the master shower and tub. Shower shows discoloration on the grout lines and is also backing up causing the pan to fill with water. Opened Sheetrock below to try and locate the leak source. No visible signs of water below or around the drain assembly. Water damage is likely caused by a failed shower pan or pan liner. Advised client about water mitigation and the drain backing up. Client opted to leave the plastic down until the mitigation is completed.

I came out to install a new outlet for your tankless hot water heater. You had a dedicated unused circuit nearby so I was able to pull a wire from that circuit, run it through conduit, and add a new box and outlet. I did not replace your breaker with a safety breaker since your intent is to replace the entire panel very soon. We discussed upgrading your panel with new arc fault breakers to bring it up to code however there is not enough room in that GE panel with those slim line breakers to install arc breakers. The solution is to replace that panel with a larger panel, which will be bringing in the house up to code. This will include installing new smoke detectors in the bedrooms, as well as install installing surge protectors on the panels. I will also be replacing your very old smoke detectors with new ones of the same brand. Thank you for using tea certified electrical! Veaya
Furnace with new flue pipe, April aire, and a transition. Replaced disconnect on outdoor unit due to the breaker being to large for the system. Added a dog house and uv cover to the lineset.
We did a troubleshoot for customer that had a bad light in his cabinet with low voltage switch install left estimates for repairs
Leaking PVC joint on Lennox 2018 90% furnace / @ptrap *** wasn’t glued looked to be dry fitted ** bird screen out flue vents outside ** dirty blower wheel and no flood protection on primary drainage for system , pan switch in drip pan was installed but wired incorrectly ** provided options for blower cleaning, flood protection on drainage and condensate pump replacement ** client signed up for homecare and repairs to be completed today ** Verified proper drainage after repairs and verified system operations afterwards… Existing water safety prior to my arrival / repair was wired to AC ( Y& C ) instead of be wired in series with R ( thermostat) ** First homecare visit will be summer / spring 2026 ** PREFERRED TECH ** As always thank you for choosing TE certified **
Replace (1) mismatched breaker.
During our visit, a previous job was completed. The gas line was installed to the new tankless water heater. The venting was installed through the roof. A roofer installed a new boot and painted the termination black. The tankless was fired up and tested. Everything worked accordingly. The gas line was isolated and pumped up to 15 psi for inspection. An appointment was scheduled for Friday after the inspection is completed to remove the air test and turn the tankless on.
I was called out to Sherry’s house to install 2 bluetubes, clean the coil, hp, and wheel, and replace the capacitor.
We performed a troubleshoot a found a loose connection in a gfci that had caused the outlet to burn. We replace the gfci and everything is functioning as intended
Homeowner found standing water in the basement. The water was shut off at the curb stop and the water stopped running into the home. We dug down where the water main enters the home and found were the water was coming from. A fitting inside the foundation wall failed allowing water to run into the foundation wall and flood the basement. We were able to connect to the 3/4" piping in the wall, run new piping exiting the foundation and connecting to the 1" HDPE in the yard. The system was then pressurized, the air was removed from the system and put back into service. The hole in the foundation was patched, sealed with tar, and backfilled.
Today we came out for main level not heating 2016 trane 3 ton heat pump split. Client was not on site and housekeeper let me into house. Performed full system evaluation found condensation pump did not have any power. Scheduled electrical department to come out to diagnose and unwired low voltage from pump and advised client not to use cooling for main level. Uninsulated *space over kids room ** thoroughly checked system ** we replaced coil In 2025 ** no evidence of refrigerating leaks indoor or outdoor at this time…checked heating at outdoor unit and verified emergency heat operations / capacitor is fine ** 1stage heat pump , cold attic ** signs of biological growth outside of airhandler and on indoor coil drain pan ** showed client MR and Mrs my findings as a result of today’s check ** unit is operating currently **
Met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me inside and stated that her exterior hose Bibb on the front of the home began leaking after they had some work done on the exterior of the home. Customer states this has caused a moldy smell in their son’s bathroom on the main level of the home because of the leak from the hose Bibb. Customer would also like a new kitchen faucet installed, master shower drain cleared, and a new pop up assembly installed for the hall bathroom sink. The rear hose Bibb also has a small drip. I inspected the crawlspace and found where the front hose Bibb exits the home. Hose Bibb exits directly out of the front of the home from the crawlspace. There is a small leak on the gate valve shutoff for the hose Bibb and a coupling past it. I was unable to confirm that this is causing the moldy smell in the bathroom above and believe it is likely a grout issue with the tile shower where it meets the fiberglass tub. A s
New furnace installed
Replaced supply plenum, added UV blue tube to evap coil and replaced 6in return duct. Sealed all necessary connections and verified system operating. Flushed drain line. System operating as designed at this time.
Troubleshoot lights not working main room
Customer called us out for the basement toilet that was not flushing right. On arrival I tested the toilet and it was flushing well. I inspected the septic clean out and it was not holding water. I tested the toilet multiple times with lots of toilet paper. No issues at this time. Customer said that she noticed the toilet had been filing slower and the tub to fill the bowl was popping out. Customer also had a slower drain in the utility sink of the mechanical room. I recommended doing a minor rebuild on the toilet, cleaning the p-trap of the sink and a bottle of Endure drain maintainer and septic booster. Customer agreed. I removed the old fill valve, flush valve gasket and supply line and replaced all with new parts. I then tested them throughly for any leaks and cleaned up. I then removed the p-trap and cleaned it but there wasn’t much in there. I put it back together and plunged the sink to clear any minor debris from the further down the line and had a decent amount come back up. T
Customer had a bathroom toilet on the main level that was slowly leaking and running through the night sometimes, a pinpoint that it was a seal that was deteriorated that was letting water leak through so we went with toilet rebuild and replaced all the components on the inside of the toilet, and after testing the toilet is working perfectly with no leaks and no backups, customer also said he had a leak at the bottom of the toilet while flushing the toilet I was not able to replicate the issue. Customer did not want to pull the toilet. I’ll let him know if it keep happening and have us come back out to further invest

Faucet Replacement
Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Alberto showed his skills in problem resolution, proceeded with the work, and then tested and retested it.
