I came out to install five new recessed lights and replaced two old recessed lights, as well as start installing all of the wiring and a new switch leg for both the lights and for a fan. On Monday, I’ll be back to install the fan itself, as well as installing the second switch for the fan and a new outlet for the TV and mounting the TV. SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is leaking water from attic into the ceiling the damage is very significant. After complete troubleshooting I found this hvac system Bryant horizontal position 15 years old 3 ton capacity is in poor maintenance conditions Check pleated filter is Highly impacted check return grill for second floor is highly impacted check the metal drain pan underneath the evaporator coil is complete rusted out check outdoor condenser unit is extremely low the refrigerant charge that’s indication of mayor refrigerant plus condenser coil is highly impacted check the pvc drain line is leaking water into the wall And is creating mildew the system is r 410a refrigerant which is already Phase out by epa system is 15 years old and already past life expectancy from manufacture DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. HOMEOWNER IS AWARE OF THE CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND NOT TU RUN SYSTEM TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES. Custom

Update the homes electrical service to include a new outside safety disconnect. A new electrical panel relocated out from behind the dryer in the basement. Install the required smoke detectors inside and outside of the bedrooms, whole home surge protection, arc fault and ground fault protection on the entire home, and a new electrical grounding system. With this option, we will also add three new 240V circuits for the mini splits that will be added in the bedrooms.

Returned to complete replacement of evaporator coil and outdoor coil cleaning for basement unit. Old coil was removed and new coil installed. System was pressure tested and then vacuumed to below 500 microns. New refrigerant was added to bring refrigerant levels to manufacture specs. Installed new refrigerant locking caps and tested drain. Will return next week for a 3 system inspection.

At arrival on 08/28/26 Issue: no cool System: upstairs Finding: clogged up drain line, water in drain pan, drain line does not have proper slope, no ss2 and wet safety switches, bad indoor capacitor, weak blower motor, dirty blower wheels and ductwork, undersized ductwork, rusted heat exchanger, microbial growth in the plenum. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade your furnace System is 3T AC designed for 1,200 CFM Return 1,240 CFM 4x8” 2x10” Supply 940 CFM. Missing a 10” supply run 4x8” 4x6” Set a lead for furnace replacement, new drain line, replace both plenums, install a Media filter.

Customer recently installed a faucet, afterwards they noticed a leak under the sink that she believed to be from the trap, upon inspection, I found that the leak was coming from the threads on the pop up assembly and was just collecting in the hub of the existing trap, I removed the pop up assembly, cleaned the area, put putty around the flange, put it into place, I then put teflon tape and dope on the threads to the body, I threaded them together and then tightened the nut after that was complete I reconnected the trap and ran water to test

Full system changeout for main floor and basement system. New plenums and duct modifications for each system as well.

Today we came out and installed customer supplied nest thermostat. Removed and disposed of old thermostat and installed new one. Set up thermostat, started system up, verified refrigerant levels, checked operations and left all equipment operational.

Client had a few plumbing issues that I corrected today. The front hose bib and hose bib shutoff, located in the garage, were replaced. The main level half bath toilet received a new fill valve and a new supply line and the supply stop for the dishwasher was replaced. Once installed the system was pressurized, air was removed from the lines, all fittings were checked for leaks then tested for proper operation with no issues.

For this job I performed a minor faucet repair but replacing the sprayer hose underneath the kitchen sink . Customer supplied the parts. The old hose was spraying water every time the faucet got turned on. Tested all work and there are no leaks. Left work area clean.

Today we came out for the main level not cooling properly 2010 trane 2.5 ton single stage with 2015 carrier 45k natural gas furnace. Upon arrival client advised me that he had recently replaced duel capacitor and cleaned condenser coil. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked options, inspected all electrical components and connections. Found melted wires coming from compressor and melted duel capacitor. Gave client band aid repair options and scheduled install supervisor for tomorrow morning. Installed new duel capacitor and repaired melted wire for temporary cooling started system up verified refrigerant level, checked amp draws found compressor pulling high amperage. Left equipment operational although equipment could fail at anytime.

Customer requested to replace and the old supply lines feeding the old bidet for the two toilets one in the second floor restroom and one in the basement. The technician replaced both supply lines for the toilet and we also performed a repair on both toilets. Water is on and everything tested ok.

Customer had a bathtub upstairs that was slow draining, customer had a $73 special coupon that he called and inquired about, I ran the snake down his tub and cleaned out all hair and buildup in the drain and after testing the drain is flowing perfectly with no leaks and no backups present

For this job, I worked on installing seven smoke detectors. Four of which were from scratch.

Layer down B-armor and plastic. Made sure everything was covered. Cut out cast iron pipe (4”). And replaced with new 4” pvc pipe. Used coupling and waist adapter. Also used furnco. Tested multiple times for leaks. Cleaned up plastic and B-armor.

For this job we installed a full home water filtration system. We ran 2 new water lines to the closet where filter tank is installed. We tied into the main water line for that the entire home is running through the filter. We installed 2 service valves and a spigot to drain the unit. We installed a new pressure regulator, set psi to 65 psi. We also installed a customer supplied toilet. Toilet was installed in the basement. Flange was inspected and is in good condition. We performed a water heater flush. Drained entire system and performed 2 cycles for filtration. Tested all work and left work area clean.

This option is to replace the cieling fan, troubleshoot a switch the homeowner replaced herself, and change an outdoor outlet to a GFCI with a new bubble cover and silicone

For this job that came to look at a system that was leaking and the plumber mentioned that it’s very likely that it’s from the HVAC unit. Once I arrived, I proceeded to thoroughly inspect everything and noticed that the vent stack where the drain line is terminating to was clogged. After speaking to the plumber, he mentioned that he highly recommends that I reroute the drain because unfortunately, due to the gunk that the condensate drain line produces will constantly cause that vent to get clogged. After speaking to my manager, I explained that the best solution would be to run a new drain line terminating from the attic, running down the outside wall. I explained how this will be ran to the customer and the estimate was sent to him. While Here I looked at the main floor unit that was having issues starting up, and I explained that the capacitor can temporarily help it but ideally, he will need a quote for a new system due to the age, wear and tear and condition of that system. Replaced 2 shower cartridges and finished rough in from last week. I tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

On today’s visit I ran a new wire and conduit from one exterior outlet to another and installed a dual function breaker on the circuit. While I was here I put in a missing smoke detector with a customer supplied one as a courtesy.

Customer had two broken flush valves in the men’s and women’s restroom. The technician replaced both flush valve and one fill valve. Water is on and everything tested okay.

We completed several repairs including: new whole house water pressure regulator set to 64psi, leak repair and repiping at and above water heater, 2 toilet flange repair pull and reset.

For this Job I installed 2 Customer Provided Sconce Lights, 3 Dimmers, Added a Garage GFCI Outlet for alarm, Replaced a bad GFCI on main bathroom.

Replaced smoke/ carbon detectors, separated neutrals and installed whole home surge protection.
