The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I worked on replacing a 19 year-old 50 gallon gas water heater with a new 50 gallon Rheem. After I went ahead check and tested for leaks
12/29- Reached out to schedule- CP Install halo ultimate whole home filtration system. This requires a post filter to be installed that will require maintenance every year. After installation everything was checked for leaks and functionality. Everything works properly and the whole home now has filtered water. Ferguson was the only place I could find that sold senate fill valve hose lines. Other than that Home Depot sells fill valves with the fill valve hose and that is the only other separate way I could find to get a fill valve supply line.
Customer was experiencing a clogged sink drain, we ran flex shaft and was able to clear the blockage.
Provided customer with options to update the electrical system in his home
Install Halo Ion units in the water system. Descaler the water heaters in the basement prior to installation of the Ion units. Install the Ion 20 in the 1" main water supply after the filtration system, and the Ion 6 in the recirculation line for the tankless water heaters. Pressurize, remove the air from the system and put back into service.
Canice called us out to her home because she has had issues with her outdoor lights, not working. On doing a troubleshoot, I did find that it was the outdoor fixtures and not the light switch. We also had talked about how her garage fridge has tripped the GFCI outlet. Today I gave her options on how we can handle these issues. We will be returning Monday to replace the outdoor wall sconces and floodlight.
Home care inspection on one system (2 zones). Filter (20/25/4) is clean, drain line cleared. System is new and working properly in heating and cooling mode. All zones and thermostats are working properly, as well. Recommend to install a blue tube uv light, to give better air quality to the house, and to prevent equipment from growing biological growth in it. Installed blue tube uv light for the system.
Install new toilet flange in 1/4 bathroom adjacent to entryway
Homeowner has multiple hose bibs that she wants replaced. The master bathroom shower handle had failed and was loose. Gave price for replacing the hose bibs and will perform work at a later date. Replaced the master shower delta cartridge and seats and springs. Reinstalled handle and sealed properly. Tested and is now working properly
Installed ion 6 on water heater, installed new pop up assembly and new drain for tub
We install two new outdoor sconce garage light, new dining light, new can light trims in the kitchen, new ceiling fan with new switch leg in bedroom, and install a bathroom vanity. We also re wire an electrical outlet in the bedroom. Left Estimates for future panel work.
Fantastic Service
Customer had a garbage disposal and an air switch that was given them problems so we ended up replacing the garbage disposal with the three-quarter horsepower insinkerator , and replace the air switch with a brand new one and after testing the garbage disposal is working properly and the air isn’t giving them problems. Also, the line is draining properly with no backups and no leaks.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that he would like to have his high floodlight replaced. Unfortunately, there is a pergola that prevents an extension ladder from being able to reach that location safely. We are providing the customer with an additional option to come off of the GFCI receptacle near back porch and install a new RAB floodlight with dusk to Dawn features.
During our visit, the air test was removed from the gas system and the tankless was turned on. The air gauge was removed and the tee was capped. We located the water main coming up out of the ground in the pillar that’s in the kitchen. Considering the existing shutoff valve was on the exterior or the home, we added a new shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve. I do believe there is a second prv somewhere but I was unable to find it. We dug up in front of the water meter and only located an isolation valve. We removed the water line that were previously installed for an outdoor tankless. These water lines are capped in the attic. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion.
Appreciate Dylan- knowledge, explanations and education, friendliness and attentiveness to our needs. Don’t lose him!

We will also go through and redo connections and fix the connections with broken wiring
Installed two client supplied lavatory faucets. We also replaced the supply stops u def the same sink. Everything was tested for proper operation with no issues.
For this job, I worked on replacing a bad photocell
Removed a cup cleaning fixture for a kitchen sink, gave an estimate for installing a new customer supplied shower head, expansion tank and trap primer, or for installing a expansion relief line (approved by Zach)
We installed landscape lights a few years ago. Now one of those lights was flickering. I came out earlier this week to look at it and noticed the bulb did not sit right in the socket. I got it to not flicker but told her we might have to replace the fixture if it keeps flickering. Well, it flickered again. I replaced the path light and now it doesn’t flicker.
Install (3) 20a 120v dedicated circuits for gaming PCs in basement, install quad outlets at each computer. Install dual function breakers on circuits.
I replaced the kitchen faucet, replaced cartridges in the hall bathroom sink, and performed a leak search, during the leak search I found that the tub shu was leaking so I replaced it with also a new gasket. I tested thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks and everything is working properly
Town house 3 zone heat pump. When we arrived the heat strips breaker was off. From there we broke down the main air handling unit to do a full system evaluation. Upon looking we found the breakers mounted in the unit where dangling, after further searching we also found the heat strips wired in junction with 60amp breaker. With 15kw heat strips or above it needs a dedicated breaker circuit also W2 and E/Aux heat have to be wired independently at low voltage from air handler to thermostat or zone board. We notified tenants and performed the repairs of properly mounting breakers inside unit and rewiring heat strips. The unit is now able to use heat strips for the internal safety defrost board and can now properly operate heat/cool. —Notes besides main problem of heat pump/air handler not working— -spray foam attic with no moisture control (needs dehumidifier and or conditioning the space) photos have been attached of the biological growth occurring inside and outside of air handler in t
Installed iWave Air Ionization System
(No warranty on existing circuit power failure or fire)

Faucet Replacement
Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Alberto showed his skills in problem resolution, proceeded with the work, and then tested and retested it.
