The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Came out and replaced customer supplied toilet with Kohler extra tall toilet , also replaced angle stop valve. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
The scope of today’s work included: diagnostics on two toilets and noise coming from internal pipes. We found that both toilets are over 30 and recommend replacing them however we included an estimate for rebuilding them. We found the likely source of the noise was caused by a failed thermal expansion tank. We replaced the tank and repiped the heater by removing all of the push-to-connect fittings and replacing them with higher quality, stringer pro-press fittings. The tank was installed per local code and strapped properly. Once finished we pressurized the home and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Shower on 2nd floor was leaking into the basement ceiling, cartridge on 3 handle shower failed making so water would not shut off all the way, and tub spout was also failed and making it drip inside of the wall, replaced the hot and cold cartridges and the diverter, took tub spout out cleaned it and sealed it up so would stop dripping into the wall. All work is tested no issues! Thank you for trusting and choosing TE certified with your plumbing needs!
Compressor wasn’t operating upon arrival for service call **condenser fan was running but not compressor** did pressure check and found unit operating under standing pressures ** checked capacitor 35/5 mfd within range ** 11.5 RLA off nameplate / recorded 4.6 amps during operations ** ….refrigerant in system **plenum looks good and sealed ** client stated unit was working fine up until last night / this morning ** outdoor condenser is dirty ** did recommend 2 system homecare agreement ** client declined as in the past Provided an estimate to replacement of compressor ** will include filter drier and recovery of refrigerant **parts ordered via APEX in Lawrenceville Will return Thursday Morning **to complete repairs **
Performed approved repairs and maintenance, including a thorough cleaning of the blower assembly to restore proper airflow and system efficiency. Replaced the outdoor contactor and run capacitor due to component wear, and installed a hard start kit to reduce compressor startup strain and improve reliability. Upon completion, all repairs were tested and verified for proper operation. System is operating normally and cooling as designed at time of departure. Thank you for choosing us for your HVAC service needs. If you were happy with today’s service leave a review and share your experience with my service!
Installed gas line for an outdoor grill on the back deck. Branched off of the meter and added a valve at the start of the brand line. We then ran the line vertically to the bottom of the deck joists and ran across the bottom to the grill location. We added a second valve at the grill connection. We installed the supplied quick connect fitting and hose feeding the grill. We tested our fittings with leak detection bubbles. All exposed iron piping has been painted to prevent rust. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
For this job I worked on panel replacement, labeling, installing generator inlet
Homeowner wanted gas stove installed, but installers could not due to improper gas line installation. Technician cut open floor as per homeowner request and removed old gas line and replaced with new one. Newly installed gas line protruded through floor with gas shut off. Checked and tested for leak.
John is a stand-out technician when it comes to hvac customer service. I plan to request him in the future when possible.
Courtesy check on new main floor system. The condensation pump should be taking apart and cleaned. The main floor system does not have an emergency drain pan so in case of pump failure or clogged drain the system would continuously run and make water. I’m recommending having a wet switch installed at the base of the furnace that would detect water and shut the system off if needed. I’m also recommending a single bulb UV light above the coil to prevent any biological growth. The upstairs system has a 2023 Lennox furnace with a 2002 R22 AC. The upstairs system is not sealed in air is leaking into the attic. There is biological growth on the upstairs coil and the system is low on R 22. There are other issues with flu venting and do not recommend any repairs on the system that is this old replacement of AC and coil with all other upgrades that are needed is advised. . I recommend when your ready to schedule a TE certified install supervisor to go over equipment options for upstairs.
Performed full home inspection of 2 systems . Checked all electrical, ignition and refrigeration components. Changed filters and cleared drains. Systems are working properly.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Leaking indoor coil R410a , capacitor is weak and contactor / ..insufficient flood protection ** ..found leak on,left side on the bottom and some small huts on the right side of coil ** previous company stated capacitor was weak and suggested to add refrigerant without a leak // did courtesy leak search and found leaks on r410 carrier coil ** ..Ductboard plenum could be inadequately sized for application upon visual examination ** drainage pitch needs to be addressed …related my findings to client ** client opted for replacement options opposed to immediate repairs at this time **
We will install four new 6 inch wafer lights inside the living room, and have it be controlled from a standard switch

Homeowner has a leak coming from the master bathroom. Leak appears to be coming from the bathtub in the master bathroom. Homeowner stated they do not use the tub Cut into Sheetrock in living room and located drain piping. Located source of leak as waste arm for bathtub. Unthreaded and removed lift and turn. Found the waste arm for the lift and turn to be cracked along the threads. Cut Sheetrock in sunroom below tub drain. Cut out and removed cracked tub drain. Installed new 1 1/2” waste arm for bathtub. Cleaned bathtub flange. Installed new chrome lift and turn and new gasket. Installed new putty seal. Filled bathtub 2 times and let sit for approximately 10 minutes to test putty seal. Drained bathtub to further test for leaks. No additional leaks found at this time. Water pressure is 55 PSI Water heater is a 50 gallon natural gas from 2021 Thermal expansion tank has failed at time of invoice, homeowner has been made aware of this, but declined any action at this time.
Upon arrival customer stated she had a gas leak coming from the laundry room area. Performed a gas leak search and noticed a gas leak above the sediment trap for the water heater on the copper flare fitting. Took out old copper line and ran a new gas line to the water heater with a new shutoff valve. After work was completed I pressurized the system and checked water heater for proper function. Everything is working as it should. Thank you for choosing TE Certified
Inspection / client selling home **R22 unit / 22 years old ** ASBESTOS tape around duct joints hard pipe SUPPLY AND RETURN ** SEE PHOTOS ** outdoor condenser and blower wheel dirty needs cleaning, capacitor/ contactor weak ..one inch filter , condensate pump hard wired and not on dedicated circuit as it should , no drip / drain pan under furnace ….insufficient flood protection ** Provided options : ultimately recommend system replacement and ductwork modifications due to age ( R22 obsolete refrigerant ) and what I noticed on inspection today ** Cleint stated he’ll talk to his wife *
The scope of work included: removal of the 4X3 drain 90, installation of a 3” pvc 90 and new toilet flange. Due to the improper height of the existing flange we had to put cement around the new drain to allow the new flange to sit at the proper height. The flange was anchor3d to the subfloor, the toilet was reset and was tested for proper operation with no issues.
Replace tank to bowl bolts Replace gasket Customer called us out for a leak in a toilet. Upon arrival we tested for a blockage and toilet/mainline blockage, but there was no blockage present. Other fixtures had proper flow. Water leak is coming from tank to bowl bolts. Replaced tank to bowl bolts and gasket. Old gasket was warped. Connected tank to bowl, and checked all areas for leaks. No more leaks present in toilet. Clearing successful! Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Customer had a slow draining bathtub upstairs due to hair being clogged up in the drain so I snaked the drain out to remove the hair and after removing the hair, the drain is backflow in properly with no backups and no slow draining present
For this call, we returned with the navien parts to replace the pump and PCB board to the tankless unit. We were here the previous week to diagnose the issue of it taking longer to get hot water throughout home. Talked with navien tech support throughout the process to ensure that the issue was what we suspected. Navien sent the parts and once received, we scheduled to come in today to replace those parts. After taking off the face plate of the tankless and removing the old pump and board, we reinstalled the new board and new pump with new gaskets we also received from navien. Added in the drain down, ball valve, and a check valve for the recirculating line included wither the existing price. Ran water throughout home to bleed lines of any air before running the pump and afterwards tested again to make sure the pump was properly working by checking the readings screen in the tankless. Everything is leak free and properly working at this time. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with
