Install 10 two Romax from panel in the attic all the way to the outside of the house. Once I penetrate the outside of the house, I installed a weatherproof box which I then ran THHN all the way to the mini split disconnect and three-quarter conduit PVC also installed a whip for the mini split. Installed a 30 amp QO breaker. Installed a Tesla charger next to the panel with a 60 amp breaker TE provided the Tesla charger.

Return visit due to breaker for main level furnace set to OFF position not allowing power to board ** ( NO WIRES WERE LOOSE !!!!) unit was operating when I left the first time so it’s not my fault breaker was set off in the home ** client is unaware who shut it off … we both agreed it wasn’t ON at is should ** restored power and checked heat and cooling ** used gauges under operating pressures ** HOMEcare was done the past recently ** unit under 3 years ** instructed client to keep occupants in home away from indoor panel **to prevent nuisance service trips **. Breakers are older and don’t have fault indicators ( ie if it trips I explained to client that it would be set to “ middle position “ of course it wasn’t tripped upon my arrival just set to OFF , don’t know why but most definitely wasn’t off because system was working when I left **03/30/26** System we installed **2024

Performed a two system hvac inspection. Technician checked heating and cooling operations, tested the condensation pumps and drains, tested the safety components for the furnaces, checked bypass humidifiers, observed system performances, and the filters are clean. Technician noted that the 35/5 capacitor is below recommended levels for the outside fan. The blower motors are in need to be clean to reduce stress on the component and systems. The humidifier pads need to be changed and is recommended every 1-2 years. The system can benefit to have added flood protection. The homeowner will have the capacitor and humidifier pads changed on a later date. The homeowner is a new member of our Homecare Membership. This will include an electrical and plumbing inspection

Upon arrival, I. Eat with the owner. The master bathroom toilet recently started clogging. I tested and confirmed, but found it is slowly draining. I tested other fixtures and the other bathroom was unaffected. I was able to auger and plunge the toilet to clear the blockage. I ran several fixtures and flushed the toilet 10 times to confirm it is now open and flowing. They also noted that this toilet will intermittently run every 1-2 hours. I checked the canister gasket, fill valve and found no indications of what would cause the leak. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Arrival customer notified me that the wire feeding the main electrical panel has a screw that has been sent through one of the conductors. While on site, I tested to see if the screw was energized and it currently is. We are reading 120 V from the nail to ground. We will need to either replace the feeder altogether or do a splice inside of the electrical cabinet of the existing feeder. Spliced feeder wire and landed it on main breaker. Tested voltage after installing a 4/0 rated Polaris lug. Received 240 V across L1 L2 conductors. Received 120 V across L1 to ground L2 to ground. All lights and outlets in the home are operating as intended after the repair.
