No heat on the main level system. Wasn’t getting 120 volts from the board. I unwired board and heat works. Circuit board has intermittent issues and should be replaced, with the pressure switch, as well. Also, heat exchanger is very rusted with some hot spots and blower wheel very dirty. No wet switch or any type of water protection installed, in case of drain line, or condensate pump fails. Furnace is 23 years old and it’s on its last legs. Highly recommend to upgrade the furnace, and bring safety, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Sent estimates for the potential repairs (not recommend). Set. Lead to quote upgrading for Monday morning. Also, signed up customer for home care maintenance for both systems in the house.
