Full system installed for main floor with: New safety switches New smart thermostat New supply plenum New return plenum New 10” return duct with boot added New flue pipe New drain pan Surge protector for outdoor unit New whip New condensate pump New media AprilAire cleaner
Upstairs system 4 ton single stage zoned. Zone design is incorrect. It seems many alterations have been made from damper closing setting to bypass being removed and used as a dump zone. Return needed of 4 ton is 1600 cfms. System is at 1080. System was 2 lbs low on refrigerant but after searching in the coil I don’t believe it’s leaking in the coil. A nitrogen leak search can be performed to find the leak and repair options can be given but I’m not recommending this course of action. Moving forward I believe having a TE install supervisor go over the proper design and create options that will provide equipment that your home truly needs.
TE is the best! I’ve used them for HVAC, plumbing and electric. They have the best technicians- very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I wouldn’t get anyone else to service my home!
Water was leaking steadily from the water meter when I arrived. The meter box was full of water so I stuck my hand in to feel for water flow. I could feel water rushing in from just outside of the meter box. I dug 2 feet in front of the box and found a broken PVC male adapter. I cut the PVC fitting out and replaced it with glue and press fittings to prevent breakages. I pressurized the line and check for additional leaks. I filled the hole and spread the mulch out in the area to cover all work. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Dylan tackled 4 plumbing issues. The most pressing was an outdoor spigot which was spewing and required me to cut off the irrigation water at the street. That taken care of he adjusted a faucet bathroom sink handle and replaced a leaking faucet in the laundry room. His last repair was a small leak at the irrigation system near the street, but it required digging out the container box and replacing pipes...what a chore! Thanks Dylan for your expertise in correcting my plumbing problems.

Contactor was blown apart on contact side. Bypassed to test and refrigerant is in the system but the valves on the compressor have failed. Unfortunately the type of refrigerant (r22) and the age of the unit was discussed and homeowners are aware. They are selling the home as is and aren’t interested in system replacement options at this time.
Performed homecare and customer needed outside disconnect box repair. I repaired the disconnect box. Also found no flood protection and customer explained they had a flood previously in the garage basement area. Added wet switch. Checked all electrical ,ignition and refrigeration components. System is working properly at the moment.
For this job, I came to look at a system that was leaking water. Once I arrived, I noticed that the P-trap on the drain was clogged. I proceeded to show the customer, present the estimate, and get the repair done. I cleared the drain line several times and proceeded to put pan tablet treatment. Everything is currently working as it should at the moment. I sent an estimate for the customer to join our homecare plan. As well as an estimate to clean the blower wheel, condenser, and add a safety switch, which I highly recommend.
I came out to install a new circuit for the refrigerator as well as a new circuit for the freezer in the kitchen. I pulled both from the panel to the kitchen and install installed new boxes and new outlets. I also installed two new circuits for your servers and because your panel was full. I had to install a subpanel as well. I installed a new 100 amp subpanel as well as the two dedicated circuits for your AI servers. I also separated out your neutrals as we discussed earlier so that you would not have so much heat in your panel. I do not think you’ll have any further issues with your kitchen, but please don’t hesitate to call if something does come up.
Installing four new circuits
He was very knowledgeable, good communication. Provided several options and completed the project quickly and professionally.
On this visit, I evaluated the smoke detectors to pinpoint which one was the culprit, causing all of them to go off. I identified the issue to be the one on the main level hallway. I gave a few options which included replacing all the smoke and carbon detectors, only replacing the two carbon detectors on each level as well as just the culprit. My customer decided to replace the two smoke/carbon combo detectors on each level. They appear to have gone bad after a lightning strike about a mile away. I also recommend an offer the customer to do a complete lightning inspection. Everything is tested and working.
Complete panel replacement
Today we came out for the basement unit leaking water 2005 weather king 2 ton heat pump split. Evaluated complete system found evaporator coil impacted, rotted out and leaking refrigerant. In addition system uses r22 refrigerant that is no longer being manufactured. Due to condition of equipment, system being low on refrigerant and refrigerant being obsolete scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment.
10 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 10 years with Homecare).
Hose bib was not secured to the wall, also piping under the kitchen sink wasn’t sized correctly and there was no hammer arrestor on fridge line. Replaced everything for the customer left some quotes to replace main shut off to home and expansion tank, tested all the work no issues!
Install new meter main disconnect, run new service wire to panel, install new grounding system, Replace main panel, bring GFCI up to current code, bring smoke detectors up to current code, install surge protection
Today we came out for main level not cooling 2011 trane 5 ton 16i. Found disconnect on top on condenser. Started system up found compressor pulling LRA 155 amps on start up compressor could fail at anytime. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found severe metal fatigue and hot spots. Equipment is at full life expectancy and could fail at anytime. Scheduled install supervisor and left band aid repair options.Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
For this job, I worked on replacing breakers inside of panel, breakers were installed by a different company and voided warranty of the panel
Replace fans and lighting
Arrived on site for a 2025 trane not operating properly. They had a power outage and ever since that, the upstairs unit will actively run the heat when the indoor unit has power. This occurs whether the thermostat is calling or not. We began troubleshooting inside by disconnecting the thermostat and tracing voltage. We discovered that the A2L mitigation board has failed relays and is energizing everything, even without an input. With thermostat plug removed from A2L board, the furnace is getting a call for heat, cooling and indoor fan independently from the board. We called Trane and there are no boards locally or domestically. Their factory receives new shipment in “early June” and will ship them locally with expressed shipping as soon as it’s in. For now client has no cooling, we are unable to keep the board bypassed for safety and legal reasons. I was able to cycle the system for testing purposes and found no other issues with the system in cooling. Once board is in, we will reach o
Erik noted the problem of the drain and removed the lint that was prohibiting the water to drain effectively. He was able to start a bit earlier which was also greatly appreciated.
Run cable machine in laundry drain to clear blockage Customer called us out because she was experiencing a blockage in her laundry drain. Tested house for mainline blockage by running water in bathroom across laundry room, but laundry drain was the only fixture affected. Ran K 45 cable to clear blockage. When bringing cable back we brought lint and hair back. Ran cable multiple times. After running cable, we tested drained by running water directly into drain for a long period of time. There were no signs of system backing up. I I also tried to run a cycle in laundry machine, but laundry machine had no configuration to just drain. Customer stated that this is normal with washing machine. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
No cool whole home. Furnace is 2021 te installed Rheem 2 stage furnace. Ac is 2016 Lennox 3 ton system. Found failed blower. System cannot be fully inspected until motor is replaced. Customer approved replacement of motor for tomorrow between 11-2. Once motor is replaced system will be fully inspected. Upon return replaced blower motor and finished inspecting unit. System operating well at this time. Equipment is at end of life expectancy. Replacement is in future.
2 system homecare completed on systems under 6 ** upstairs Daikin fit , flushed drainage ** AprilAire filter is fine ** flushed drainage and verified condensation pump operations ** system looks to be in good shape. ** cleaned indoor coil for downstairs/ basement AC ** verified pressures and tested system after coil cleaning for indoor ** as always thank for choosing TE certified **
Customer sewage dejection pump was able to be manually pumped whenever I showed up by unplugging it from the float switch and plugging it into a free socket. After draining the pump down, I was able to see that there was a large amount of root growing in from the sewer line into the well. This was causing the float switch to not be able to engage properly. Customer has signed off and agreed to have a slab repair done on the sewer line connecting to the well as well as having a cameraman, come out and pull and reset the toilet to inspect the rest of the sewer line before work commences on next tuesday. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
For this job, I worked on doing a thorough evaluation on plumbing system. Found a couple things that needs addressing. Also created options for repairs and maintenance for plumbing system. Fixed venting on left water heater. Checked work and cleaned work area.
This option is to move the vanity light in the master bedroom and possibly make a junction for the wire if it isn’t long enough to reach the new location
Devin was very knowledgeable, polite and helped me understand exactly what he was doing. 10/10 experience and very happy with the outcome.
Great service, fro, professional and on time.
Vincent was great to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and with little exploration found the leak. He offered solutions and we decided on a course of action. He performed the desired work at a price that was acceptable although a little on the high side. Vincent even suggested a remediation company to repair damage caused by the leak. All in all, a very positive result!! I would use Vincent again
Andrew and his team came in after I expressed concern with a previous appointment. I felt everyone at TE really heard and understood my concerns and offered viable solutions. They went the extra mile to earn my business and give top customer service.
You missed the originally agreed upon service window, rescheduled for the next, and still arrived after the agreed upon window. While Jeremiah was very soft spoken and nice, it was obvious the goal was to inflate this invoice as much as possible. I shared the invoice with a friend in another state who is a licensed hvac technician and he literally laughed.
Great service
I had an HVAC repair done today and wanted to compliment the technician Albert Nah and the TE company for an excellent experience. The technician arrived promptly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity, which is hard to come by these days and very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, handled the repair efficiently, and never tried to upsell or recommend anything unnecessary. It was refreshing to deal with someone so trustworthy and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company and will gladly use them again in the future.
Wayne was a nice guy but it’s disappointing that no more economical fix was offered. Overall he seemed more interested in selling a new unit than trying to solve my issue.
The guys spent most of their day here working on the plumbing for the tub and did an amazing job!
Great service
