For this job, I replaced bath exhaust fans and added whole home surge protection

Installed new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. Install included a safety pan, audible leak alarm, thermal expansion tank, flex gas line and hot and cold ball valves. Heater was pressurized and tested for proper operation. TE will register the 6 year warranty with Rheem

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Upon arrival found that the drain line was clogged, causing the SS two switch to shut down system. Customer elected to do a drain line cleaning. Clear the drain line with mighty pump and 2 gallons of water. System is draining properly and AC is back up and running and cooling properly. Also recommended to clean the other drain line as the systems are about the same age systems do have float switches and SS two switches on the system. Recommended to also sign up for home care maintenance as well.

Replaced leaking garbage disposal. Also preformed pressure test on the system to make sure there were no pressure issues. The water damage from the disposal had leaked into the kitchen floor causing it to buckle. I recommended at least using a dehumidifier to help. But that mitigation may be needed.

Replaced light fixtures throughout home, installed wafers throughout home, installed circuit and Tesla charger.

Recessed lighting in living room

Customer stack coming from upstairs, was overflowing the vanity sink downstairs. The only thing that was affecting it was the showers upstairs and the sinks. None of the toilet toilets was affected at all. When running in the shower upstairs it will come up through the sink so I ended up running my tub gun going through the sink. Customer do have cast-iron in the slab after running my cable my cable got stuck, but I was able to retrieve it and after testing, it was flowing perfectly with no backups. We have a camera inspection scheduled to come out tomorrow to run a camera to give a quote to blow out the cast-iron or replace it.

We replaced the foyer chandelier and left estimates for other projects

Customer called us out for a slow draining sink next to the shower and shower in the master bathroom. The sink needed the stopper and the p-trap cleaned and the shower needed the lime scale scraped and the p-trap cleaned. Customer agreed to both. I cleared both and tested for any leaks and cleaned up. The shower drain cover was grouted in place and broke during removal. We got a replacement for the customer.

The toilet in the master bathroom was running constantly. Found the fill valve would not shut off completely. Replaced the fill valve with a new unit and supply line. Pressurized and tested.

Replaced bad breaker

For this job the customer wanted a home care plumbing inspection. The home care showed there was 9 compression stops that had failed. Further inspection showed deterioration of gas line in the crawl space. The customer decided to do a partial crawl space gas repipe of the house as well as remove the old stops and replace with new ones. Work was performed and thoroughly tested. Replaced old water heater with a new 6 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon water heater. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

We put a metal box where the wire comes in the bottom of the cabinet and installed an outlet. We also installed a GFCI breaker and a new appliance whip on the dishwasher.

Replaced 4.5 gallon thermal expansion tank and brought new one up to current local code. Purged air from the lines, water heaters were run through heating cycle with no notifications of high pressure being sent to clients phone via MOEN Flo device.

For this job installed a new dedicated 40 amp circuit in the basement for a sauna being installed in the right hand room of the basement. We installed the circuit and a new disconnect. Will complete the install on the next visit while the sauna builders are here and tell us where to install disconnect. We also installed 3 new dedicated 20 amp circuits throughout the basement for the cold plunge, dehumidifier, and safe. We installed the new 20 amp circuits on dual function breakers in the main left hand side panel. Installed piping and 1900 boxes for the cold plunge outlet and safe outlet. Also installed a large, customer supplied light fixture in the dining room. Also looked at the ceiling fan speed controller in two rooms as a courtesy while I was here. Coming back on December 2nd to permanently install the sauna disconnect and a living room fixture with a new fan rated box as the fixture weighs 150lbs.

Upon arrival customer stated that home lost power for about two hours and when it came back on the upstairs system did not come back on. After inspection found no voltage going to thermostat. Turned off all power and reset system and system came back on, checked system in heat and ac and found no issues with parts at this time. Upstairs system is back heating and cooling. Recommended speaking with electrician about adding a surge protector to main electrical panel. Customer will speak with husband and call in when ready to proceed forward.

Provided and installed a new Moen 1/2 HP garbage disposal in kitchen. Checked for leaks and tested new unit. Everything is working properly.
