For this job I made a spot repair on the main water line right after the meter box. I cut out section that was cracked and also removed section that has a shark bite fitting as well. I installed new PEX fittings and pipe to make connection. I tested and had no more leaks. Customer asked for ,e to not back fill area. Left work area clean.

For this call, we had originally come out to replace a garbage disposal in the kitchen, and upon doing a courtesy inspection of the water heaters we found that in the mechanical room in the basement where the water heaters were located that that there was an excess amount of water on the floor. Upon further inspection, we found that the expansion tank for the water heaters had burst and cause significant amount of water damage to the basement floors. Due to the excessive amount of water on the floor the homeowner reached out to a remediation company to come and inspect the severity of the damage. Advised homeowner that it would be best for us to replace the water heaters since there was a lot of water damage to the casing of the water heaters themselves. Homeowner agreed and we went ahead and replace the water heaters. Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with the, regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside to the master bathroom toilet on the main level of the home. Customer states toilet was clogged 3-4 days ago. They were able to mostly unclog it with a plunger but it is still flushing/draining slowly. Upon inspection I confirmed that this issue is isolated to the toilet. Customer also states that they have occasionally had issues with the left bathroom sink draining slowly as well. I presented the customer with options including Endure and using a closet auger on the toilet. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Made several passes with closet auger and then tested toilet. Flushed toilet several times with and without toilet paper. Toilet is flushing stronger now and took the toilet paper away every flush. Toilet did not clog again. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Outdoor capacitor failed. Drain line, clogged and painful of water. No water safeties. Several other issues noticed. The decision was made to take care of the immediate issues today. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Homeowner had T.E. install a new water heater on May 27, 2026. Today, the toilet is not filling properly. I found that the toilet’s fill valve has failed. The fill valve is older, and most likely failed due to age and normal wear and tear. Removed failed fill valve and old supply line. Removed kohler yellow seal on flush tower. Installed new stainless steel braided supply line. Installed new brass shank fill valve. Installed new OEM Kohler flush tower seal. Adjusted fill valve to appropriate water level. Flushed toilet approximately 10 times to test for leaks. Toilet is functioning as intended. Water pressure is 55 PSI. Water heater is new, 50 gallon natural gas from 2026. Thermal expansion tank is functioning at time of invoice.

Today I came out due to water in pan of main level system. Main level system is Lennox furnace with Rheem AC coil. Upon arrival main system was running but there was water in secondary pan, filter rack, and inside furnace compartment door. I got all water out that I could. Condensation pump drains as it should and no water was built up in evaporator coil. Looks like water has been dripping through flue pipe. I went in the attic, but I couldn’t see any water marks around flue pipe, but more than likely dripping from top straight down it. Inducer motor is rusted and well over amping itself. It’s rated for 1.2 FLA (Full Load Amps), but is actually pulling 3.46 amps. Blower wheel has dust and debris build up on fan blades. Heat exchanger has a crack in it and several eye lits starting to separate. After going over all findings and options, Matt and Lauren are going to get back to me on how they would like to proceed. Replace outdoor outlet with new outdoor rated outlet and bubble cover. Replace gfci outlet in garage

We met with the owner and did a walkthrough before beginning the work. There are two ABS stacks in the basement with cleanouts and the basement toilet for access. The stack in the crawlspace is where we began. From there, we ran the kitchen sink and hydrojetter up to a point where we believe that section tied with the basement bathroom group. We could not get past that point. Once that section was cleared, we removed the basement toilet and ran the hydrojetter up to its total length. We made several passes while also running water from several fixtures. We finished that section, reset the toilet and continued to run water. We moved to the final cleanout and ran the hydrojetter to its total length, made almost a dozen full passes. We have a follow up inspection scheduled tomorrow.

Customer had a pin hole leak on a piece of copper pipe in his basement. We cut out 2 tees and replaced them along with the piece of copper that had a pin hole leak.

Replace old damaged breaker panel, add more room , smoke detectors system, dual function breakers and surge protection as per existing electrical code. Replace and wire correctly all the switches and outlets in the house Rewire kitchen recessed lights Run new circuit and install a car charger

I performed a pull and reset on the basement bathroom toilet and also replaced the flange. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

Install new customer supplied charger just left of the panel in garage. Install wiring, breaker and charger. Separate neutrals in the main panel. Install whole home surge protector at main panel.

Arrived for 1 system homecare. Found two systems. The customer wanted to add the second system to homecare. I performed a 2 system homecare. Checked all electrical, ignition and refrigeration components on both systems. Cleared drains and tested pump . Both systems are working properly at the moment.

This option is to run a new outlet from a kitchen outlet for irrigation, and to run an outlet outside for outdoor use on the backside of an indoor outlet, and to add 6 wafer lights to the living room room with a dimmer Upon inspection of the panel, it was found to be a split bus panel. so this option is to get it replaced, and bring the home up to code.

Arrived spoke with customer he said over the past week system has not been cooling properly. Checked indoor unit. Checked electrical and amperage. No in-line safety no wet switch. Run capacitor, failing. Checked evaporator coil and the blower wheel. Checked outdoor unit found tripped breaker. Reset breaker and system cycled on. Compressor is failing. Low subcool. Highly recommend system replacement.

Toilet replacement Customer called us out for a toilet blockage in the hallway bathroom. We were out here yesterday to attempt to auger the toilet to restore proper flow. We attempted multiple times but we were unsuccessful, the customer agreed to go with a toilet replacement. We came back out today to install the new toilet. We first started by removing the old toilet and inspecting the flange. The flange was in good condition and we removed the old supply line as well. We set the toilet on but the toilet would not sit flush due the back of the toilet was hitting the trim. We let the customer know about this issue, and they agreed the make a notch of the trim to allow the toilet to sit flush. We made a notch to the trim and the toilet was sitting flush to the floor. We provided a new wax ring and supply line. We tested the toilet any for leaks around work and we were successful. Customer is satisfied and thank you for choosing Te Certified!

Redoing the wiring in an old box

While the internals are functioning, they are original to this 9 year old toilet. I recommend replacing the flapper, flush tower, fill valve, and tank bolts in a preventative maintenance standpoint. Tested for leaks and verified the toilet was flushing great. We ran into an issue with the bidet connection as the original seal had disintegrated and was lodged in the old fill valve. I replaced this with the same size wedge shaped seal we find in supply lines. Tested for 15 minutes and I did not see any signs of a leak. Notified homeowner of this fix.
