Clear laundry line blockage Ran k45 cable to clear blockage in laundry line backup . This is the second time that Laundry has backed up within 2 years. Drain is cast iron. Customer states that laundry sometimes backs up into kitchen sink. We were able to successfully clear blockage. We tested drain multiple times by running draining cycles with laundry machine. Clearing successful. Sewer supervisor scheduled for tomorrow to investigate further and provide permanent solution.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that they would like to have the overhead on the fourth floor attic replaced and install a dimmer switch. The light fixture that we will replace will be customer supplied, and the dimmer switch that we will be replacing will also be customer supplied. The outside light on the deck is not working Basement light is not working going down the stairs Upstairs hall, light flickers, and doesn’t always come on when the switch is flipped Fan/chandelier in the breakfast area does not operate as intended. The customer stated that the light will work, but the fan will not work. Fourth floor, lower light at the stairs, flipped the computer receptacle on and off. Customer stated they would prefer it to be on constantly. We returned to replace customers.Sewage ejection pump in the basement. I cut out the vent and turned off the shut off valve for the pump side and then removed the Check valve lid and pump. I then installed a new ejection pump and put a wee pole on the new two inch p v c leading up to and through the lid. Installed new quiet, check valve, shut off valve combo. Glued the remaining plumbing back into the system. Before tightening the lid down, I ran the fixtures within the basement. And made sure that the pump turned on by itself five times. Arrived on site for a 1 system Homecare on a 2023 Rheem heat pump serving the HOA clubhouse. We changed filters, flushed/cleaned drain lines and tested all system operations to ensure the system is safe, effective and perming within all manufactured specifications. We have all active safeties, no performance concerns and the system is heating and cooling as designed. I did discover the outdoor condensing unit was beginning to accumulate dirt and dust from normal operation and we recommended getting it cleaned. The UV bulb they have installed is also out of commission but looks to have been this way for awhile. There are opportunities for indoor air quality improvement but we agreed to thoroughly deep clean the outdoor unit today with a professional chemical wash inside and out. Upon completion we uploaded photos collected payment via the credit card in file and completed close out summary. System is fully operational upon departure and squeaky clean. Call complete!

Arrived on site and customer stated the fixtures were puttering. I went ahead and ran a diagnostics and found that the whole house had air coming through the pipes. I went ahead and purged the house completely by relieving all fixtures inside the home for 45 minutes. Once the house was purged I went ahead and closed up the valves and ran the sinks again individually to sure no air was coming through the lines.

2 system inspection . Customer signed up for home care on this visit . Home care has been done on both units . Checked operation of both systems no issues with heating and cooling. There was minimal flood protection. Gave estimates on flood protection.

Replaced defective breaker in main panel.

Water heater inspection nothing was found wrong with water heater left estimate for replacement due to age. Thank sitting for choosing TE certified.

Collected deposit for shower cartridge replacement.

Installed new 50 gallon 6 year gas water heater in the garage. Modified all water, gas, exhaust, and relief lines to accomodate the new water heater. Unit was installed in a code required drip pan. Installed and mounted new thermal expansion tank to the structure. Expansion tank set to 70 psi and water temp set to 120°F per manufacturer instructions. Tested system for leaks and proper function and hauled away old equipment for disposal.

Performed 4 system one time insoection. Check and tested electrical component,inspect filters , inspected safeties, and humidifiers. Also check charges Upstairs unit is 21 years old for the ac and coil and furnace is newer at 9 years old, no proper gas connection and sediment trap dirty blower, low charge R22, pitted contactor m. And no te flood protections. Has special medical grade filters system. Basement unit has cracked heat exchanger found with inspection camera, single wall flue , no te flood protections failed dual capacitor and pitted contactor. Recommend replacement of system. Also has special medical grade filters that are $400 for a pack of 4. Mai level unit is the main reason custom contacted up. Found failed blower motor and failed blower wheel improper flue vent as well. Outdoor unit has a band dual capacitor. Has 2 16x25x 4 filters. Took video of my diagnosis of the ejection pump for the basement. The pump on an extension cord, running from another g fci from the basement kitchen was able to pump and run multiple times but if ran off of the gfci next to the ejection pump within the utility closet, the g f c I would automatically trip the second the pump attempted to kick on again.I have taken video recording of this happening and have had dispatch schedule an electrician to come out tomorrow to see what's going on. While at the residence, I informed the customer that their pressure regulating valve was 10 years old. And of a lower quality and also under sized. I recommended replacing the pressure regulating valve. Customer agreed to my recommended quote. I turned the water off to the house from the basement and drained all the water out of the line. I then replaced the pressure regulating valve with a new twenty five a u b. Afterwards, I slowly primed all of the air out of the lines.And tested for leaks no leaks.

Found bad furnace control board for basement system. Replaced and tested. Changed air filter and treated drains. Thank you for being a valued customer.

Removed wiring for 2 sconce lights and reran the switch leg for the other 2 sconces. Had to cut the drywall to run the switch leg. Painters are currently fixing the drywall. Replaced the switch for the sconce lights. Painters are rehanging the sconces, but I did test to make sure power was at the light boxes, Replaced the breaker with a dual function breaker. Replaced a light box in the kitchen for a gimbal can. Gimbal light works.

Customer wanted a new hosebib installed inside of one of his leased out suites. We ran a half inch copper line from underneath the sink and ran it behind the toilet and anchored it on the other side of the wall. We also had to rework the angle stops under the sink and replaced those.
