Replaced supply stops at upstairs hall bathroom. Tested with no issues.

For this job I came out and replaced a cartridge. After performing thorough diagnostics I concluded that the existing cartridge has failed and wasn’t heating up the water properly causing water to be like warm. Also replaced pressure balancer.

Replaced fill valve on powder toilet, drained, replaced, filled up, flushed 3 times, adjusted water level, cleaned up, no leaks.

Customer sink upstairs for daughter was backing up due to hair buildup in the sink, I cleaned the sink drain by hand to remove all buildup and hair after testing. It was no leaks and sink is draining perfectly, also the bathtub and that shower in that bathroom was also backing up due to hair so I used my tub to remove all hair from the drain after testing. The bath tub was draining perfectly., I went to the bathroom upstairs in the daughters room to clear the tub in her bathroom that was also backed up with hair after removing the hair that bathtub was draining perfectly as well

Upon arrival I was pointed to the kitchen sink where we found the garbage disposal was leaking. After providing options for replacement of the garbage disposal, and upon approval, we replaced the garbage disposal. While doing a safety inspection of the water heater, I observed some drywall damage inside of the laundry room and upon inspecting the attic, which was directly above, we discovered a roof leak. There is a condensate line for the HVAC unit running above the damaged drywall. But directly above that you can see some discoloration of the plywood for the roof. After completing a safety inspection of the water heater, we discovered it is 16 years old we advised replacement due to age. We also discovered a leak small leak on an unused needle valve that is right above the water heater. This valve would be removed when the water heater is replaced. We left options for replacement of the water heater. Tested everything for leaks and proper function. No further issues at this time.

In the master bedroom I removed the single gang box that has a decora stack switch and I made it into a 2g box. I dropped the ceiling fan down above the bed and complete a switch leg extension from the fan rated box over to a new location 1900 deep box. I utilized the red wire as the new switch leg for the fan and the black wire for the chandelier. I supplied and installed an eyebolt in the rafters rated for 80lbs and manufacturer minimum requirement is 60lbs I also supplied a D ring rated for 80lbs as well. This configuration is how the fan is installed per manufacturer requirements. I wired in a duplex receptacle and the customer supplied fan speed control switch in the 2g switch box. After installation I tested the fixture and the fan and everything is working. I installed a 15 amp duel function breaker on #2 in the panel and moved the up lighting circuit from the tandem breaker to the duel function and closed the circuit and everything is holding. Arrived on site and Flushed Customers Tankless Water Heater in the Basement. While heater was being flushed, I discussed our Home Care Program with customer, in which he did sign up for our yearly program. Customer has been set up on home care program and tankless flush has been complete with no issues.

Repaired toilet flange. Raised flange above existing tile and secured it to the cement floor. Set toilet and tested with no issues.

For this job we installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit from the main panel in the basement to the front porch and installed a weather rated outlet and bubble cover. Installed the circuit on a GFCI breaker. Also moved the breakfast area light over and installed a new box. Also installed Lutron caseta on the kitchen can lights with a pico remote mounted on the other side of the kitchen. Put blank covers on 1900 boxes in the attic and swapped a dimmer for a regular switch as a courtesy.

Installed new 6 inch wafer light and (2) 6 inch led trims in the master bathroom.

Install outlet for car charger

For this job we replaced the main water line going to the meter to the house. I installed a spring check valve at the meter and I also installed a courtesy valve and box in front of the meter. I sealed the entry point of water line with hydraulic seal amd tar. Everything was tested for leaks. Inside the home I also installed a new PRV and main shut off valve. Set PSI to 65 and purged the water lines. Left work area clean after testing for leaks again.

Replaced a 3-handle shower valve with a Delta single-handle valve in the upstairs guest bathroom.

Replace smoke detectors

Customer recently had new gas range installed. The gas line stuck out too far and didn’t line up with the recess on the back of the newly installed range. Reconfigured the gas line behind the range in order for it to be pushed back against the wall Customer stated that he original company that installed the range had a leak present after install. She had the gas company out to examine the issue and they found a leak and fixed leak from the original install Tested all exposed gas fittings and found no leaks. Relit pilot light in water heater. Repair kitchen faucet

Install an outlet, dimmer and new light fixture.

Install Rheem light duty commercial 40 gallon water heater multi phase capable in storage unit underneath staircase of building. Will repipe hot and cold lines above unit while adding isolation valves to both sides. New expansion tank along with vacuum breaker per code. Drain pan underneath unit will be replaced as well as drain line running to it due to it being piped in pvc which is not code compliant. Will run drain line in 1 inch cpvc as far as I can go without opening up the wall. If inspector sees an issue with this down the line we will need to replace remainder of line which will be an additional charge to the customer. Update: all work has been completed and water heater is working properly. Temp is set to 120 degrees and system is aired out.

Install dedicated circuit for dishwasher

Upon arrival, customer notified me that he needed to have a dedicated circuit ran for his dishwasher. The dishwasher will not be 240 V. I asked the customer if he had the specifications for the dishwasher when I arrived and he stated that he did not. Once I brought a dedicated circuit he stated that’s what the contractor said is required. The existing outlet at this location is pulled from kitchen GFCI. Is my recommendation to have a dedicated circuit installed for the dishwasher. While I was on site, I also noticed there is a double tapped breaker in the bottom right corner of the electrical panel. My recommendation is to have this properly installed with a tandem breaker to ensure each connection point is properly fastened. Customer’s electrical panel is full and he stated that he does not plan on adding any additional circuits after this one is installed.
