Replaced Toto fill valve in upstairs hallway bathroom toilet to stop inconsistent on/off fills. Brand new stainless steel supply line as well.

For this job we installed a customer supplied shower head and shower arm. We tested work for leaks and left work area clean. Walked job with customer and verified pressure was sufficient. Also spoke with customer about home filtration system and emailed over the quote for the one with zero maintenance.

Came out today for the last visit of the remodel. Installed two widespread faucets with new supply lines. Install new trap kits for both drains. Installed new tub spout on the upstairs bathroom. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

Replace switches customer provided ran wire for fan. Have to come back to hang fan when under decking is put back up.

Cut and remove 25 feet the concrete slab through 4” concrete slab in order to access corroded cast iron kitchen sink drain and permanently replace the corroded cast iron kitchen sink drain. We will replace the drain with new 3” schedule 40 solid core PVC from the kitchen sink to the main line located near back door of basement. TE Certified is not responsible for repairs of flooring or concrete. Homeowner will need to pour back concrete and repair flooring themselves. Removed Rinnai tankless water heater that was having inconsistent heating issues and installed new Navien 240A2 tankless water heater. Modified existing water, gas, condensate drains, and exhaust piping to accomodate the new water heater. Installed WiFi controller and set schedule for recirculation per client request. Also replaced master shower cartridge as a courtesy and tested system for leaks and verified proper function. All exposed water piping is insulated as required by code.

Insulate supply pipe downstairs that is missing insulation. Performed repair on vent pipe downstairs .

For this job we pulled the fan off of the tankless heater due to customer having error 61. We also checked vent for any blockage. There were debris in vent that could possibly be causing the issue and giving code 61. We cleaned out fan with water and compressed air to get rid of all debris in it. We put back together and did not have any error codes after running hot water. Left work area clean

Quoting for a panel and troubleshooting some flickering lights

For this job we performed a leak search, we cut drywall in ceiling to see where water leak was coming from. We finally were able to recreate the leak by continuing to spray water all over the tub. There is no plumbing issue. We found water penetrating through tile of shower in several places. Informed customer to reach out to a professional tile expert/water proofing. Left work area clean.

For this job, I Removed the existing 20-amp, high-voltage, heavy-duty 3-way switches that had recently shorted out due to water intrusion inside the electrical boxes. I Inspected the affected boxes and wiring for damage before installing four (4) new 20-amp, heavy-duty, high-voltage 3-way switches. I Installed new weather-resistant bubble covers on each box and applied a continuous bead of exterior-grade silicone around the outside perimeter of each box to help prevent future water intrusion. I Tested all newly installed switches for proper operation and verified that the 3-way switching system was functioning correctly upon completion of the work.

I removed a failed lavatory fixture and replaced it with a new one. This is a temporary measure until client begins remodeling this area. The fixture was tested with no issues.

I came out to investigate an issue with your low-voltage lighting on the front right half of the yard tripping the Gfci protection inside your transformer. After troubleshooting the issue, I found that there was a deep gouge in the wire where one of the previous electricians had use a clip on to attach a light. This had come free so that light was no longer attached and had left behind a cut for water to get in. I was able to cut and splice the wires correctly so that it fixes the damage as well as reattaching the light. Also, while I was looking at your panel, I did notice that you have a couple of issues in the panel. So it’s older it isn’t very good condition and is a home line which is a high-quality brand. However, this was done around 30 years ago, and at that time they did not know that double tapping the neutrals would cause heat in the panel, which could shorten the lifespan and cause damage to the panel. Received call about leak coming from garage line feeding hose bib. Upon arrival, found that homeowner is selling home (to be listed starting tomorrow). Homeowner noticed signs of water in garage utility room while cleaning out area and is looking to have issue resolved quickly. Additionally, noticed that the pipe in question is Red Uponor Pex-A. Found house water pressure to be approximately 70 psi. Raised both issues with homeowner. Approved quote for fixing of pipe today. T.E. UL system drain clogged, backed up into the return plenum and then filled the lowest return duct which also soaked into the duct insulation as well as the return plenum insulation. Drain line is not configured properly for heatpump system and requires a clean out for the ptrap. There is insufficient flood protection devices and I recommend adding a secondary coil pan switch and upgrading the auxiliary drain pan float switch to a wet switch to reduce the concern for the pan leaking onto the ceiling below. I drained the water out of the insulation by increasing the height of the flex duct allowing it to drain as well as the plenum insulation. Once the water source has been removed, the remainder of the moisture will evaporate and dry out on its own. There will be no concerns for any type of organic growth occurring. For this job, I provided labor and materials for the replacement of the SYCOM surge protector and the installation of a new Eaton Surge Pro whole-home surge protection device at the main electrical panel. Device was properly mounted, wired, tested, and verified for correct operation to provide whole-house surge protection. I Removed the existing front porch recessed light to accommodate the installation of a new front porch chandelier. I Accessed the attic to perform the work, demolished the existing recessed lighting housing, and installed a new fan-rated bar hanger electrical box to provide proper structural support for the new fixture. Installed, secured, connected, and tested the new chandelier to ensure safe operation and proper functionality. Existing water heater in garage had catastrophic internal failure and leaked a significant amount of water on the stand and likely into the surrounding walls. Removed failed water heater and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater in code required drip pan. Secured new thermal expansion to the structure via a bracket and updated venting to meet current requirements. Set expansion tank pressure to 70psi and tested system for leaks and proper operation. Water heater temp set to factory recommended 120°F and all waterlines are insulated with fiberglass insulation. Hauled away and disposed of old equipment.
