The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Excellent and thoughtful service and analysis.
Brian is great, very friendly professional, and on time.
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2011 Trane system that cools the upstairs. Furnace is a 90% 2001 model 80k btus. Checked cooling components and refrigerant pressures. Found that the system has a refrigerant leak. Homeowner approved a leak search. The leak is on the outdoor condenser coil (see video). I have the homeowner repair options emailed those options to them as well. The homeowners wanted to get an estimate for a new HVAC system and setup a time with an install supervisor. ***399$ (Leak search costs) will be deducted off the costs of the repair or system replacement.**** Left the outdoor disconnect off (got permission from the homeowner)
Troubleshot flickering dining room can lights. Replaced the dimmer and. 3way for the can lights and they stopped flickering ever since. New floor outlet was installed and a new homeowner provided bath fan was installed. I noticed they have a sycom brand surge protector. I notified her of the safety concerns of having this in the panel and offered to either delete it for no charge, or to replace it with our surge protector. She declined to do anything with it at this time.
Today we came out for 2 system Home Care. One furnace is in the attic controlling upstairs level. We inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coils heat exchangers, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. The evaporator coils have dirt and debris build up on coils. The gas shut off valve is leaking gas. We sprayed bubbles to confirm and area it’s leaking at was producing bubbles to form. The other furnace is located in the basement controlling both main floor and basement levels. We inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coils heat exchangers, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. Both the blower wheel and evaporator coils have dust and debris build on them. The evaporator also has biological growth on it and on drain pan. Th
Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no cooling. Found that the furnace has an open fuse error code. Found that the 3 amp fuse for the furnace is tripped. Replaced the fuse and tested the system, and it tripped the fuse again after around 45 seconds. Found no low voltage shorts on the low voltage wiring. Found that the contactor was measuring poorly (0.5 ohms) and likely shorted itself out. With approval from the customer, replaced the failed contactor. Replaced the fuse once more and tested operation.
Install customer supplied batteries and check the connectivity of all the alarms.
I returned to the customers home to finish up a project from March 16th. Pulled wires in basement to reconnect all the circuits that were separated. All wires are in junction boxes. Installed new dual function breakers in the panel for all the circuits I worked on.
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (main floor and basement). Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the air filters and replaced the 1” filter for the basement. Replaced the 4” media filter with approval from the customer. Reported findings to the customer.
Run new dedicated circuit from main panel to bar outlet.
One system completed for crawlspace single system 2 zones Honeywell / Carrier HVAC 2018 ** changed filter ( customer supplied ), verified drainage terminations ** replaced 2 yr bulb same day while completing inspection ** verified system operations other immediate issues found *
For this job, I worked on adding an outlet in the crawlspace and an additional light from scratch
Troubleshoot for a hot tub not working properly, we discovered breaker is defective, to resolved this we replaced the breaker
Blake repaired my toilet in record fast time. It’s working perfectly now!
Performed minor toilet repair of replacing fill valve that had failed and would consistently run water non stop. Turned water back on to the toilet and checked for leaks and functionality of new fill valve inside the tank and set to proper water level. Found no issues with the work that was performed here and are all set.
No cool for the main level system due to a low voltage wire short. Repaired wires and system works. Inspected system. Furnace is 22 years old , heat exchanger very rusted, biological growth in the evaporator coil and dual capacitor weak (reading 43 on a 45 microfarad). Also, did inspection in other two systems , as customer requested. All other systems are in great condition and working properly. Customer replace filters and drain lines are clear. Highly recommend to upgrade the main level system, and bring comfort and efficiency back to the house. Also, recommend to install a blue tube uv light, to prevent evaporator coil from build up biological growth and to improve the air quality in the house. All systems are working properly at this visit, but highly recommend to upgrade the main level system. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the main level system, for next Tuesday morning. If customer decided to replace the main level system, we will credit back 383,00 spent today.
Provide whole home inspection. Replace 2- 2 pole 30 amp breakers in panel.
Excellent Service
Tested system not cooling for upstairs level. Tested heat and cool from thermostat. Coil was frozen, defrosted and tested pressures. Found evaporator coil is restricted and causing pressure issues. This is likely due to the lack of return air on the system. 2 ton system with only one 12” return duct. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Performed minor rebuild on toilet in the master bath that wasn’t filling properly. Also left quotes and options for replacement of aging water heaters.
Run auger and clear blockage Customer was experiencing a slow draining toilet. Tested fixtures for mainline but toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran closet auger to clear blockage. Pulled back soft tissue. Cleared blockage and tested multiple times with and without toilet paper. Clearing successful. Leaving estimates for toilet replacements, and replacement for fill valve.
Today I came out to customer‘s home to help him out with his thermostat. He had messed with the wrong function on the thermostat, causing a reset. I reset the thermostat and set it up to what it needs to be. System is now showing the cooling function. I tested the system and cooling. System is cooling well with no issues. Refrigerant levels are good. There are no other issues here. Customer is happy. Also customer has signed up for home. Care plan.
Clear blockage in toilet with closet auger Customer was experiencing a slow draining toilet. Ran an abundance amount of water to test mainline, only toilet was being affected. Ran closet auger and cleared blockage. Tested toilet multiple times with and without toilet paper. Clearing successful.
Repair the broken ice maker line and replace the valve with one that has a water hammer arrestor built in. Insulate this line with 1” thick fiberglass pipe insulation. The water pressure currently sits at 120 psi. This is very high and can damage plumbing. No warranty on this unless a new PRV (Pressure regulating valve) and expansion tank is installed. Gave estimates for a new water heater and PRV. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING TE CERTIFIED
Provided options for indoor air quality ** found signs of biological growth on indoor coil drain pan / relayed to client my findings via inspection camera upon visual inspection ** ..client stated no issues with system ** no inspection needed **
Full system insoection. Tested heating and cooling. Changed customer provided April aire 501 filter. Visually inspected equipment. Checked electrical components and safeties, cleaned flame sensor and vacuum tubing. Checked refrigerant. Found weak dual capacitor and high in rush amp draw. Spoke about media filter upgrade kit. Customer replaced dual capacitor with turbo capacitor and added hard start kit today. We tested functions afterward seeing improvement in in rush and draw and running amp draw.
Rerout basement bathroom and wet bar along wall then down below slab and tie in under slab with new penetration to exterior. Excavate area and extend new piping to current clean out location and tie in. Cap existing cast iron piping.
3 system home care. Replaced filters and checked equipment vitals. Flushed chemically all drain lines and pumps. Installed indoor air purification equipment and need to schedule 3 system duct cleaning.
Upon inspection of the Basement Heatpump System, found that the Fan Control Board was shorted and had a burnt electrical component smell. After receiving approval from customer, replaced the control board. After the new board was installed and verified it was sending voltage to the ECM motor, it has been proven that the ECM motor is also faulty internally and will not run. Which leads to the heat pump short cycling. The ECM motor will need to be replaced. This will need to be ordered, and we will need to return to replace the motor.
Excellent service

Ben, with TE Certified was great! Easy to work with. Very pleasant.
Noah and Brenden were both super friendly and helpful with keeping me informed and educated on the new electrical devices and updates. They worked really hard and were very patient with teaching me how this worked. I feel much better and safer with the new system. Cannot recommend them enough!

Cory was great. He immediately identified the source of the leak under my kitchen sink and retrieved the replacement part needed to remedy it. Cory answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend Cory and TE Certified.
Great job by Rusty and Cruz! They were very thorough, and explained everything.
Took great care of us
Jon came to the house because replacing my thermostat batteries did not go well. We finally concluded that there was something wrong with the thermostat (could not clear why it was "holding"). Next day he was able to install new thermostats. These were Honeywell and were only three years old so very disappointed in the lifetime of these units! Trying Ecobee!
Very personable, friendly, competent and thorough. We appreciated his review and suggestions.
Great service
Was friendly, Reviewed potential, future issues, explained clearly and didn’t try to over sell or pressure. Gave us the facts for us to decide. We appreciate that.
Polite guys, but they suggested a lot of unnecessary work for my A/C problems. I’m looking for minimum, basic, budget friendly repairs, and was left reeling at suggestions of over $4,000 worth of repair and/or replacement costs some of which, when discussed, were unnecessary. I will likely call an independent heat and air guy who will identify my problem and address only that.
We are sorry to hear of your frustrations. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so we can work towards a remedy.
Agustin did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to have in our home. He replaced our leaking and problematic kitchen faucet which we were told could not be fixed. He fixed it!
Nate was able diagnose, explain and resolve the impact of the lightning strike that had our home. He noticed that I had recalled circuit breakers in my panel that needed to be addressed. He went above and beyond and provided the company’s warranty number, the breakers needed. Thanks for your help Nate! I won’t use another company for my electrical and plumbing in my house.
Dani was excellent and took care of everything we needed very efficiently! We will calling TE again in the future!
Great experience, our second with this technician, Stephen. Professional, thorough & helpful explanation of the problem & solution. Left the surrounding area in better shape than when he arrived. Have now had experience with five TE Certified technicians over the past years, all for different electrical & plumbing repairs & replacements. Consistently excellent results. Easy to schedule. Prompt, pleasant, experienced, & trustworthy.
