The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

The line has been damaged and needs replaced. The floodlight in the back had been completely painted over inside the sockets and the bulbs could not make connection. For this job I performed a leak search, I opened up drywall to see where leak was coming from in ceiling. Water looks like it is coming from shower base, the liner is compromised. I also looked in the attic near water spots in the upstairs ceilings, looks like there’s a potential roof leak, need to have roofers some out, home owners recently had roof re done. Possibly through vent penetrations, no other plumbing runs in ceiling, there’s HVac units near one of the stains.
Upon arrival, I was pointed to the upstairs hallway, bathroom shower. The shower wind turned on, was not putting out a lot of water. The cartridge also did not move very smooth. We quoted options for replacement of the entire shower, rough as well as replacement of the cartridge. Upon approval, we moved forward with replacement of the shower cartridge. After installing the new shower cartridge I checked for proper function and leaks. No further issues at this time.

Customer had a water efficient toilet that had a weak flush and was causing multiple blockages so we ended up recommending to switch it out with a stronger flush and toilet so the customer went with the pressure assist toilet so I went to go pick up the Kohler toilet today from Apex in Lawrenceville and upon arrival, I pulled the toilet up remove caulk and wax ring , next I put together the new toilet and put a new wax ring and new plastic bolts and removed all the old caulk and added new caulk I tested everything to make sure no leaks was present, after installation everything is working normally with no leaks, also took the old toilet and will dump it off for the customer .

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the water heater that had a leak on it. The leak was coming from the temperature and pressure relief valve drain valve. After checking the pressure to the home, we discovered that it was 85+ psi indicating a failed pressure regulator. There was worked on previously by the city where they had to turn the water off to the home. When they restored water to the system, dirt got into the plumbing system. After they restore the water to the home, the customers observed higher pressure. After approval, we replaced the pressure regulator setting it to 65–67 psi We confirmed that the thermal expansion tank had not failed due to the high pressure and confirmed that the temperature and pressure relief valve was working correctly. Checked everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time (In order to confirm our theory that the pressure regulator failed due to dirt getting into the system from the city doing maintenance, I took apart the ol

We will replace the bubble cover as well and make sure that the GFCI receptacle is properly silicone

Customer called about a concern with the pressure in the plumbing system. Checked pressure and water pressure was at 60 psi. Pressure regulator is older but is workin at this time Ran water in home and found air present in the plumbing system. Ran water at fixtures throughout home until no air was present. Check water meter for any potential leak and no leak present. Ran water again in upstairs bathrooms and found no air present.
