The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Performed a troubleshoot for a tripping breaker on the refrigerator circuit.
We install multiple light fixtures in the master bathroom and master closet
Diagnosis of the whole house water system found that the water pressure regulator and the thermal expansion tank had both failed. This allowed water pressure to exceed 120psi. This high pressure is likely the cause of the fixture leak. We replaced the water pressure regulator and set the pressure to 65psi, we replaced the thermal expansion tank and properly secured it, we replaced the cold side cartridge on the left side lavatory fixture. The house was pressurized, air was removed from the lines and everything was tested for proper operation with no issues. Client is aware that due to the existing high water pressure prior to today’s repair, other fixtures may develop issues as well.
Today we were called out due to a failed gate valve shutoff on the main line located within the meter box. We gave options to relocate the valve into its own meter box but the customer declined. We added a ball valve style main shutoff and a dual check valve. The customer states she has a leak that is inside but declined to have us enter the home to check it out at this time.
For this job, we replaced a dual function breaker that went bad. We tested the wires and checked the connections and did not find any issues that would be causing the intermediate tripping.
Customer had a main line blockage that was affecting upstairs and her son‘s bathroom also whenever she ran the master bathroom upstairs, it made the kitchen sink downstairs gurgle so I ended up running my keyboard down, both drains around my flex shaft down the kitchen sink to clear any blockage or grease restriction and also pull the toilet upstairs and ran my K 400 down and I was able to clear the blockage and after testing I was able to get the water flowing properly with no gurgling downstairs either, I had the customer stand by the sink downstairs as I ran water, and she confirmed that the gurgle was gone, I scheduled for a camera inspection due to water sitting at the end of the pipe, even after clearing the blockage, I’ll let the customer know that camera inspection will let us know why it backed up if it was due to just something in stuck or something wrong with the system itself
Mainfloor system: no cool (emailed estimate for updated flood protection). Temporary repair. System has a refrigerant leak. Refrigerant will leak out at an unknown rate. System is 14 years old and in poor condition. No refunds, warranty on repairs. Homeowner should consider replacing the system. Will roll over a portion of the money spent on this estimate towards the costs of a new system if purchased from TE if done within the following 5 days (7/1/2026).
Homeowners master bathroom stopper was leaking when water was ran. Gave price to replace the stopper and the P trap. Removed failed parts and cleaned area. Installed a new stopper and P trap and tested. Everything is working properly at this time
For this job we replaced 4 supply lines to the master bath sinks, also replaced 4 stop valves for the same sink. When we checked the pressure of the home it was reading 102 psi which is higher than maximum allowed. We replaced the pressure reducing valve and set new pressure to 65 psi. Tested all work and left work area clean.
Homeowner smelt gas upstairs and had gas company come out They found a small leak at one of the fittings in our unit and the ball valve They tightened fitting and changed ball valve and told homeowner to have us check our unit before turning back on I soap bubbled every fitting and I had no leaks or smell of gas anywhere Determined it is safe to turn unit back on and AC is running as well Offered our Homecare membership to homeowner which he is going to look over it and let us know. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
No cool: Upstairs system: homeowner had home warranty company replace the system. We had been here previous before the unit had been replaced and we gave the homeowner details on all the issues with the unit along with details about other issues with the duct work, gas lines flood protection ans zoning and had give the homeowner estimates for system replacement. The system that has been now installed still doesn't fix all of the issues we had advised the homeowner about. 1) system should be a variable speed. 2) flue pipe is touching the roof line 3) gas line entering the furance is not to code 4) gas line to the furnace doesn't have a gas line sediment trap 5) refrigerant lines (where the exit the house) need a cover. 6) breakers are not labeled in the breaker panel and the breaker for the outdoor unit was not down sized to the correct size 7) The existing supply plenum is undersized for the new evaporater coil and doesn't have a transition and is not seal properly. 8) The zoning
Today we installed new drain line for main level and signed client up for homecare service.
Upstairs system severely low on refrigerant. A common occurrence with a particular date range and manufacturer. The decision was made to discuss replacement options with the project manager. Secured main floor, indoor refrigerant line Armaflex into coil to prevent dripping onto furnace. Main floor and basement systems cooling properly upon departure. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Homeowner has a skirted American standard toilet with a fill valve that is constantly running. The toilet is from 2012. Informed the homeowner of this, and advised replacing the toilet, homeowner declined at this time. Unthreaded and removed failed fill valve. Unthreaded and removed old supply line. Installed new brass shank fill valve. Installed new stainless steel braided supply line. Adjusted fill valve to appropriate fill level. Flushed toilet multiple times to test for leaks and proper function. Homeowner has been made aware that this repair has no warranty due to the age of the toilet. Water pressure is 55 PSI Water heater is a Rheem tankless from 2013
System shutting off and on during hot temps Homeowner stated he would shut it off for a couple hours when that happens and it’ll work for a while Checked compressor amp draw and fan amps and all were good cold and at running temps after 30min of running Capacitor is good Checked inline safety which is very sensitive and there was water in the pipe I had homeowner stand in his office where he can hear unit turn off and on and I triggered the safety as if there was water setting it off and he said that’s exactly what he’s been hearing. I noticed there is a small belly in the drain line which I adjust with the strap there to have a fall and I flushed drain line and system is working and nothing happening now. Homeowner opted to join our Homecare membership for 3 systems so I pumped the drain line as well for that Thank you for choosing TE Certfied!
We removed the tank from the toilet, replaced the attachment plate, installed a new tank to bowl gasket, new fill valve and new flush gasket seal. Once reassembled the toilet was tested several times with no issues. Client was made aware that the toilet fill valve cannot be warrantied due to a failed thermal expansion tank which is not being replaced at this time.
We troubleshot outdoor light feature is not working in the backyard
Very knowledgeable
At arrival on 06/30/26 Issue: no cool System: whole home Finding: bad outdoor capacitor and contactor. Microbial growth in the plenum. Potentially dirty pump. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade system. Replaced the outdoor capacitor and contactor, cleaned drain pump, replaced air filter, installed an APCO-UV light. Added a hard start kit.
1 system cooling diagnostics: evaporater coil was dripping water (flooded the utility room) due to a clogged drain line. The customer signed up for the homecare. I flushed the drain line and used the mighty pump. I rinsed the outdoor unit and recovered some refrigerant (unit of charged with refrigerant). The AC system was cooling when I left. I also replaced the air filter. First AC visit done today.
Install exhaust fan in the garage
Installed EV charger Customer declined to have surge protection installed
Received call regarding low water pressure throughout the home. Upon arrival, the homeowner explained to me that when multiple fixtures are in use (even something as simple as a dishwasher in use during a shower), water pressure would fall almost completely to zero, I.e., no flow. After touring the home and witnessing this phenomenon firsthand, I more or less concluded that the pressure regulator had likely begun to fail and requested that the homeowner bring me to where the water enters the home. While in the basement, the homeowner also brought me to the water heater. Noticed several items and raised all to the attention of the homeowner. They are as follows: 1. Main shut-off valve was a gate-style valve prone to failure. 2. A shark-bite fitting was in use connecting the pipe immediately following the pressure-reducing valve (PRV). 3. The tankless water heater condensation line employed a brass female fitting off the unit. Explained to the homeowner that the corrosive discharge fro
For this job we replaced the faucet in the half bath sink. Installed a customer supplied faucet, replace supply lines as well and reconnected to drain. Tested all work and left work area clean. I spoke with customer about the cpvc piping in his home and the risk with the age of piping. Customer is not interested at this time but left a quote on how much the project would cost.
