Installed two client supplied pressure assist toilets and replaced thermal expansion tank.

Full duct out with plenums for the upstairs unit. Two Apco-X and replaced flue pipe for the downstairs.

Remove coil and clean. Cleaned coil and indoor unit .Removed from unit and reinstalled.

Install two new hose bibbs one on the front yard and one in the back. I will also install two new ball valves so the hose bibbs can be drained for the winter time also replace shower valve in upstairs hall bathroom in this I will also remove an old PRV on the mainline that a previous plumber had stacked a new PRV onto. This old PRV is causing pressure issues in the home

For this job I did a repair on a hosebib that kept dripping even when turned off. I was able to remove handle and replace washer on the stem to allow for a full seal. Washer on hosebib is caused by normal wear and tear from the age of the device.

Called out to address an issue with a power vent water heater that would not light after gas company had shut off gas at home to repair a gas leak then re-introduce gas to the system. Upon arrival found that there were two power vent heaters in series. The first one in series was working fine, but the second one was not kicking on to heat the water. Spoke with Bradford white tech-support and they walked me through doing a full inspection of the gas control valve and blower motor. Found that everything on the electrical component side was working properly, tech-support stated that potentially due to the gas company, shutting off the gas, there could’ve been a small air pocket in the gas line. Tech-support walk me to the process of bleeding the gas system to make sure there was no more air in the system. Installed smart switches throughout home, replaced regular breakers in panel with dual function breakers, replaced damaged old work box in garage.

Replace damaged foyer ceiling chandelier and install customer provided dimmer

Homeowner had Moen faucet that was broken. Homeowner had contacted Moen and had part on site. We verified that the part was correct and would repair the problem. We also gave recommendations for additional repairs. Once everything was completed we verified that everything was functioning properly. In addition we discussed the recommendation to replace the original water heater.

Diagnosed leaking tub drain. Prepared and emailed estimates to replace client supplied toilet, client supplied lavatory fixture, also sent estimates to install a new tub spout after replacing the CPVC the current one is connected to. In addition I will be replacing two push to connect fittings that connect CPVC to copper.

Upstairs and downstairs systems are both operating at this time for fall maintenance. Tech checked over all computers and connections… tech noticed immediate repairs needed for both furnaces at this time. Customer only wanted to move forward with one band-aid repair for main level system… please see via email for other immediate and all necessary repair options. I replace two new wall sconces in the exterior side of the house, fix a front light and install a new TV outlet in the basement.

Homeowner noticed water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen above the refrigerator. We determined that the toilet upstairs was leaking and needed to be pulled. Once pulled we found that a previous subpar repair had been made. We removed and made the necessary repairs to properly restore the drain line to standards. We had to open access from below to replace section and install new flange. Once this was completed we set the toilet and verified proper operation.

Perform a 5 systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around systems, highly recommend to add a germicidal device to the units to stop the spreading and purify the air. Customer called us out for a blockage in master bathroom and in powder room next to master bedroom. I recommended removing the toilet and running a drain machine down the line to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I removed the toilet and the angle stop did not fully shut off. I ran the cable machine down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I reset the toilet and checker for any leaks or clogs and none were present tested the line by running the shower for 20 minutes.

Service visit on Generac 22kw standby generator

Called out to inspect a garbage disposal. Homeowner informed me that the garbage disposal had a broken blade inside and needed to be replaced. Gave the homeowner solutions for this issue. Homeowner agreed to go with a new three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal. Removed old half horsepower garbage disposal and replace with a new badger three-quarter garbage disposal. Once work was complete turned the power back on at the breaker and tested all work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is working properly. No cool. Upon arrival found upstairs system calling for cooling but condenser not turning on, checked electrical components and found disconnect in but still not sending high voltage to ac unit, plastic of disconnect is warped and melted and metal is corroded which stopped voltage from reaching unit. Replaced disconnect per customer request, tested system after repairs, ac operating as it should at this time.

Remove damaged section of vent replace with new vent . Remove old caulk going in wall . Secure vent to dryer and going outside the wall to metal pipe. Seal around vent after installation.

Customer ordered and installed shower trim for delta monitor shower valve. Cartridge is style that has separate handles for flow and temperature. Customer stated the water wasn’t getting as hot as it was. Took apart shower trim and adjusted temperature setting on the cartridge. The trim plate previously would not sit flush to the wall due to the mounting bracket not being able to be screwed on both sides for a flush fit. Discussed with customer and decided to mount trim plate and seal around it for a better flush fit Tested work and everything is working as it should at this time Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Run new switch leg for new ceiling fan, replace old round box for fan rated box and install customer provided switch Separate double tapped neutrals in the panel

Quoted repairs. Before completing quoted repairs with customers permission Attempted again to get gauges to hook up to suction side port. Was able to connect and trouble shoot this time. Upon trouble shooting found outdoor txv locked down causing system to trip on low pressure switch. Tested in AC and system looked good. Informed customer of findings and explained repairs. Quoted and went over repairs changes in pricing. Customer agreed to do repairs as materials were available. Removed old txv and filter dryer installed new txv and filter dryer, pressure tested, pulled vacuum and performed decay test. Passed pressure tests pulled vacuum below 600 microns and passed decay test. Recharged system to manufacture specs in air conditioning and tested system in heating. System performed properly in heating.
