Job Locations and Reviews
For this job I replaced a pressure regulator that that failed and was allowing close to 100 psi of water into the home. Customer was having faucets and valves drip. I installed a new pressure regulator and set pressure to 65 psi. Fixtures are rated to a maximum of 80 psi. Dripping seems to have stopped, if it continues we’ll move forward with replacing cartridges that could have possibly gotten damaged with the high water pressure.
Installed new Navien 240a2 tankless water heater in the basement. After install I pressurized the system, bleed air, checked for leaks and proper function. Due to an electrical issue in the basement I was not able to use the outlet nearby. Electrical department came out and spoke to the homeowner on what needs to get done with the electrical. Tankless is on dropcord and customer understands that the electrical will need to get done to plug the unit up the right way. Thank you for choosing te certified
Removed existing tankless unit, sealed vent holes on the exterior with hydraulic cement, removed all venting underneath back porch. Installed new dual 80 gallon Rheem Pro Terra units, Ion 6 filters on each cold side to units, leak guards on each, isolation valves for cold, hot, and recirculation pump. Installed Halo 5 whole home filtration system with a bypass and drain discharge ran to the exterior. Everything is working properly but will return Monday for additional work and to touch up a few things on units.
I came out tonight due to plumbers working on the home the plumber had his drill plugged into a receptacle located in the basement by the tv/right of the door and and his bit made contact to the A/C outside and created a spark. I found that the Equipment Grounding Conductor on the receptacles is energized posing a very dangerous situation. The circuit controlling devices these is in the sub-panel located in the basement on #2 of the panel board. This circuit also controls the (17) recess lights and it also has an S/O cord leaving a junction box and going into the wall which is a violation of the NEC as well. For safety purposes I am removing the wire off the breaker so it cannot be turned back on and pose a danger to someone. I left an estimate for the repairs. Wire in just beneath the sub-panel a 15 amp GFCI device for the tankless.
Install a customer supplied tv bracket and hand a 55” tv in the living room above the fireplace. After installing we tested the tv to ensure it is working.
Install a new outlet in the pantry
For this job I came to see a leak in the ceiling. I replaced the shower drain that was leaking from the master bath upstairs. I used an access panel to cover hole that was cut. I tested for more leaks and did not find anymore leaks. I also advise home owner to have hvac take a look at the dryer vent that got separated. I will also be returning next Friday to replace 3 toilets.
For this job we installed three customer supplied bath fans in the upstairs hallway bathroom and connected it to the existing vent. We also installed two more customer supplied bath fans in the master bathroom above the toilet and above the shower. We installed new vents for those fans as they did not have any existing ventilation. Those fans were installed on customer supplied button timers mounted next to the toilet. Plumber is coming Wednesday to re route a water line for the installation of the bath fan in the main level hallway bathroom. Did a split job so we can come back and install the fan once the plumber is finished.
Replaced dryer vent and duct from dryer to termination
HomeCare electrical inspection
Cleaned outside coil and installed flood protection. Ran all systems from heat mode to AC mode and system is working properly. The outside fan motor is an ECM motor and showing signs of slow start up and wear. It’s working currently but wanted to add this as I find it’s a concern.
Dani was on time. He was professional and pleasant. He cleaned up before he left. I would definitely use TE certified in the future.

Customer states that laundry sometimes backs up into kitchen sink. We were able to successfully clear blockage. We tested drain multiple times by running draining cycles with laundry machine. Clearing successful. Sewer supervisor scheduled for tomorrow to investigate further and provide permanent solution.
Upon arrival, customer notified me that they would like to have the overhead on the fourth floor attic replaced and install a dimmer switch. The light fixture that we will replace will be customer supplied, and the dimmer switch that we will be replacing will also be customer supplied. The outside light on the deck is not working Basement light is not working going down the stairs Upstairs hall, light flickers, and doesn’t always come on when the switch is flipped Fan/chandelier in the breakfast area does not operate as intended. The customer stated that the light will work, but the fan will not work. Fourth floor, lower light at the stairs, flipped the computer receptacle on and off. Customer stated they would prefer it to be on constantly. We will provide the customer with an estimate to install recessed lighting in the living room location After removing the customer’s light fixture from upstairs, we noticed that the wire that comes into the fixture will not work properly wit

I then installed a new ejection pump and put a wee pole on the new two inch p v c leading up to and through the lid. Installed new quiet, check valve, shut off valve combo. Glued the remaining plumbing back into the system. Before tightening the lid down, I ran the fixtures within the basement. And made sure that the pump turned on by itself five times. Cleaned up area and tightened lid down. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Arrived on site for a 1 system Homecare on a 2023 Rheem heat pump serving the HOA clubhouse. We changed filters, flushed/cleaned drain lines and tested all system operations to ensure the system is safe, effective and perming within all manufactured specifications. We have all active safeties, no performance concerns and the system is heating and cooling as designed. I did discover the outdoor condensing unit was beginning to accumulate dirt and dust from normal operation and we recommended getting it cleaned. The UV bulb they have installed is also out of commission but looks to have been this way for awhile. There are opportunities for indoor air quality improvement but we agreed to thoroughly deep clean the outdoor unit today with a professional chemical wash inside and out. Upon completion we uploaded photos collected payment via the credit card in file and completed close out summary. System is fully operational upon departure and squeaky clean. Call complete!

Luis is fantastic. We hired him for another electrical repair and was again impressed. He’s always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
10 out of 10 hands down!!!
Jesus was as amazing as all the TE techs have been for our home repair needs. He went above and beyond and worked with us to make sure we understood the issues and costs associated with the repairs. Excellent service and work.
Kyle and Chris did a great job. They gave us 3 separate quotes so we could be sure of all the work we wanted done. They were professional and personable and did excellent work!
Tony did a great job. He was friendly and explained everything well. He checked the systems, replaced filters, etc and did a great job changing the thermostats.
Martin was very personable and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of what he was doing in each step of diagnosis and repair .
Both service technicians worked quickly to identify the cause if the leaky faucet. They quickly replaced the pressure regulator valve in hopes that was the cause of the leak. When the leak remained unresolved, Steve identified the parts needed to repair the faucet. Unfortunately, that didn’t work (no fault of his workmanship), and he presented options for us. Both technicians were polite and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
Easy to schedule, quick response, timely, and detail oriented! Will call again!
We recently got two plumbing jobs done from Stephen Matthews. Both were large jobs… heater replacement and a new gas line to the kitchen. He took his time to do a thorough job, no rush, no cutting corners and has the perfect demeanor. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are after completion of both. He also went over and above what he had committed to do. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!
Excellent service !
I called this morning due to a defective circuit breaker and an appointment was made for the afternoon with a heads up to where the technician was prior to my home. Cole put in a new breaker and installed a home surge protector. Excellent job and quick service!
TE Certified always comes through! The staff is professional, timely and friendly. What I appreciate about TE Certified is that they consult with you about the repair or updates, provide multiple options to tackle the situation with carried price points. I also appreciate that they leave the space clean and tidy after they have completed their work. This time Adrian completed some electrical work for us. He was so friendly and completed the job quickly.
It was valuable for me to have an electrical report card on my house (40 yrs old. Even though things are OK for now I have an awareness possible future issues. The outlet replacement was nicely done.
Stephen Matthews was fantastic! He knew exactly what to do and was very efficient and thorough. I appreciated his punctuality and friendliness.
We lost all power around 7:30, after contacting TE, Jeffrey arrived about 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the solution, and went to work resolving the problem. Jeffrey worked through the night and our power was restored about 8am. We were very fortunate that he was the on-call tech - he is smart, courteous, and very detailed. We highly recommend both TE Certified, and Jeffery.
Excellent service

Guillermo Clemente was terrific he's an asset to your company you should be proud to have him
Great service
Ricardo came out today from TE Certified Heating, when we woke up to our furnace not blowing any warm air. Our appointment was originally for mid-afternoon, but Ricardo was able to arrive earlier than that. He came late-morning, quickly identified the problem, and our furnace was back to operating normally and warming our house within an hour. Just like all the other TE Certified technicians we’ve used over the years, he was courteous and professional. We appreciate his help today!
