Today I came out because customer thermostat was blank. After looking into the system, I came across the float switch triggered, which caused the thermostat to go blank. The float switch was basically doing this job. The reason why that the float switch got triggered was because the condensate drain line hasn’t been cleaned or treated properly. I disassemble the condensate pump cleaned it and cleaned the condensate drain line. I tested condensate pump three times and put condensate tabs in the pump so it can keep cleaning itself. I tested system. System is cooling at this time. I also sent estimates to customer on cleanings that we discussed if he was in ever interested.

Today’s visit came out to inspect a garbage disposal that was jammed. Upon arrival was able to unjam it, but still gave the homeowner options for replacement due to the age. Homeowner agreed with replacement option and work was started. Replaced old half horsepower garbage disposal with a new half horsepower garbage disposal. After all work was complete. Tested off work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly at this time. In the process of checking the pressure in the hot water heater in the home found that there was a lot of water on the floor in the water heater room and it was coming from a leaking expansion tank. Give the homeowner multiple options as far as doing a temporary repair today or replacement of the heaters. Homeowner agreed. The replacement was the better option and we will be returning Friday to replace the current water heaters with new electric water heaters. For the time being, we shut off the water to the water heaters to pre

Homeowner has a kitchen faucet that is leaking from multiple places. Homeowner also has a shower head in the master bathroom that has had a noticeable pressure drop in the past couple months. Upon inspecting the kitchen faucet. I found that the sprayer head has begun unthreading itself from the hose, most likely from usage. I reattached the sprayer head onto the hose. Dried the faucet and ran it. The faucet no longer seems to have any leaks. The homeowner also does not like the sensor feature on the faucet. This faucet is of Kohler make, and Kohler touchless faucets can be bypassed via the control box. Homeowner confirmed that they wanted the touchless feature bypassed. Informed homeowner that the sprayer head should not come undone on its own, and if this is to happen again, it will probably be time for a new faucet. The homeowner stated that they notice the shower drop in pressure a few months prior. The only part of the shower that seems to be affected is the left hand side rain h

Technician replaced spigot by outside back door with a new quarter turn as requested by client. PRV was also replaced in basement near incoming water main to bring pressure back within a safe and optimal range. Sheetrock was cut out to a minimal as discussed with client and new icemaker box was added behind the downstairs refrigerator. Water was left off to the ice maker due to the refrigerator leaking water from supply within the fridge. As technician was working on the system, he noticed that there was rain water intrusion around the drain and water line. Client was notified and estimate sent.

I attempted to perform repairs on sub panel on this visit, however this sub panel is a 12 circuit max panel and does not accept homeline twin breakers. A panel replacement is needed to fix issues. I did however replace one non listed breaker in this panel. I also inspected customer’s condensate pump outlet and furnace circuits on this visit as a courtesy. HVAC tech is needed for repairs.

Dylan tackled 4 plumbing issues. The most pressing was an outdoor spigot which was spewing and required me to cut off the irrigation water at the street. That taken care of he adjusted a faucet bathroom sink handle and replaced a leaking faucet in the laundry room. His last repair was a small leak at the irrigation system near the street, but it required digging out the container box and replacing pipes...what a chore! Thanks Dylan for your expertise in correcting my plumbing problems.

Vincent was great to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and with little exploration found the leak. He offered solutions and we decided on a course of action. He performed the desired work at a price that was acceptable although a little on the high side. Vincent even suggested a remediation company to repair damage caused by the leak. All in all, a very positive result!! I would use Vincent again

You missed the originally agreed upon service window, rescheduled for the next, and still arrived after the agreed upon window. While Jeremiah was very soft spoken and nice, it was obvious the goal was to inflate this invoice as much as possible. I shared the invoice with a friend in another state who is a licensed hvac technician and he literally laughed.

I had an HVAC repair done today and wanted to compliment the technician Albert Nah and the TE company for an excellent experience. The technician arrived promptly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity, which is hard to come by these days and very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, handled the repair efficiently, and never tried to upsell or recommend anything unnecessary. It was refreshing to deal with someone so trustworthy and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company and will gladly use them again in the future.
