Today a new fridge 20 amp dedicated circuit was added with outlet and plate installed with a DF 20 amp breaker, new dryer circuit and new dryer outlet were ran and installed, new fireplace outlet was added in the family room, existing light was taken down and the box was recentered where the homeowners marked it.

Replace main panel and meter to safer setup

For this job, I completed a quoted repair. I began by removing the blower motor and thoroughly cleaning the blower wheel with water and chemicals, drying it off and then properly installing it back and testing to ensure that it works. Then proceeded to turn off the outdoor unit and carefully remove all of the shrouds to properly be able to deep clean the condenser coil. Once everything has been cleaned and reinstalled, I proceeded to add a flood protection to the system, and then added 2 pounds of refrigerant. I let the system run and everything is working as it should at the moment. There’s no warranty for the refrigerant added due to the fact that since there could potentially be a leak in the system, it could eventually leak out.

Completed homecare maintenance for 2 systems in the home. Thoroughly tested in heating and cooling from their thermostats. Found ductwork extremely dirty along with biological growth in the supply plenum. The outdoor condenser coils were dirty and could use cleaning to keep system running at best efficiency. Today the customer decided to make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns which included cleaning outdoor coils, installing smart thermostats on each level, and installing uv protection for upstairs level system. We are also scheduling a duct cleaning for both systems in the home. After completing repairs today I tested the system fully from thermostats and no immediate failures at this time.

TE certified will reline the sewer line from the vertical stack in the garage up to the county tap. We will ensure full function of the story line upon completion and perform thorough testing. There will also be a permit pulled with Gwinnett County. The work performed by TE certified comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Ran jetter machine through cleanout to clear space for camera inspection clarity. Was able to get water flowing. Pulled back roots. Camera inspection scheduled for today.

Today we installed four new vanity faucets along with a new kitchen faucet. All fixtures were properly connected, tested, and inspected to ensure they are functioning properly with no leaks at this time. During the installation, I observed that the existing supply stops are original to the home and are showing signs of wear. I advised the homeowner that, due to their age and condition, they may be at risk of leaking in the future. At this time, the homeowner has elected not to replace the supply stops. The homes water pressure was tested and found to be at 90 psi at the time of inspection, which is above the recommended range and can contribute to premature wear on plumbing fixtures. I informed the homeowner of my findings and recommended installing a pressure reducing valve (PRV) to help regulate and protect the plumbing system. The homeowner has elected not to move forward with installing a PRV at this time. Additionally, the water heater is approximately 12 years old. While it is

Completed system evaluation found evaporated coil packed with ice due to the low refrigerator in charge in a leak at the evaporated coil. Client would like to get the evaporated coil replaced. I will need to contact Goodman Monday morning to check for availability and price of the coil.

Customer has 11 y/o 2-zone Goodman heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor caused by dirty condenser coils. Replaced 40/5 MFD capacitor. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Pressure levels were normal. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Evaporator coil cleaning needed. No water protection present. Recommend water safety and wet switch. Noticed no bypass damper present. Recommend UV BlueTube for mold prevention. Informed customer of all findings.

Replace stair landing light fixture with customer supplied chandelier

Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet to stop leak from spray hose. Installed new fill valve inside toilet to stop constant running.

Replaced all three hose bibs on house installed new expansion tank on water heater

Replaced front and rear hose bibbs. Replaced 1/2” shut off valve for rear hose Bibb inside crawl space. Removed dead end sections of copper inside crawl space as courtesy.

Replaced and installed a new kohler Kingston Toilet in Master Bathroom. Installed new wax ring with horn, new nylon bolts, and china caps. Thoroughly tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Super clean up

Customer wanted a toilet replaced on the second floor of the house, upon arrival, I pulled the toilet and noticed that the flange was too high and had a lot of shims underneath to make it stable, I brought it to the customers attention that the flange that high will make the toilet rock scheduled for a service tech to come out to address the flange, I said the toilet so he could still use the bathroom let the customer know I don’t recommend sitting on the toilet just strictly doing the number one, customer agree with that, and after selling the toilet, the toilet flushes normally and works normally only concern was the flange being too hard. We have a service tech coming out Friday between 11 and two to fix the flange.

Replaced arc fault breaker in position number 13

This is a new service I am doing at my mom‘s house. Got permission from Josh the owner. I just have to pay for the permit, which is Gwinnett County.
