System is 23 years old. Unit came on and is heating did not cycle off during visit today. Ran combustion analyzer test and found 20% leakage. 5PPM CO detected. System should be replaced. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Did a diagnostic for 1system whole home. System is 43 years old. Dirty blower wheel. Rusted burners.Dirty condenser coil. No drain pan and no Te protection. Improper gas connection.improper flue pipe. Also R-22 system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Downstairs system has a failed compressor, likely due to insufficient airflow. Airflow is insufficient because return duct is too small. Plug is broken off of compressor, pic included. Estimates included for repair. Upstairs system also has insufficient airflow for the size of the system, but it is working correctly. There is no filter in the system. All amp draws and refrigerant pressures are normal. This system is operating correctly.

Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Units are running, however there are some issues that need to be addressed, let costumer know and left details and option on inspection sheet attach to this email follow with quotes. Performed 2 system homecares. I changed the downstairs air filter and left an extra air filter for upstairs. Checked both heating systems for proper operations. With the home owner’s permission I replaced the downstairs heatpumps capacitor. I left options for updating the flood protection for the systems; homeowner declined updated the flood protection today. I flushed the drain lines with water and enzymes.

Upstairs and downstairs systems tech did a full furnace inspection… major repairs is needed at both indoor furnaces. We discovered a slow leak in our basement on a Saturday afternoon…. never a great time for plumbing problems! It was stressful trying to figure out what to do, especially with water soaking into the carpet. The plumber we normally use couldn’t get to us until Monday, so we called TE Certified Plumbers, and thankfully, they had a technician nearby. Nicholas arrived promptly and was such a nice guy! He was friendly, professional, and reassuring from the start. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on in clear terms, and got everything fixed efficiently! He truly made a stressful situation so much more pleasant! We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call TE Certified Plumbers (and Nicholas!) again in the future. Highly recommend!

Jonathan arrived in the estimated time frame. Did a thorough inspection and evaluation, and proposed repairs and maintenance. Well, our water heater was pretty pretty old and due for a replacement. That caused him extra time and effort snd lasted till 8:00pm to get everything done, checked, and cleaned up. Really appreciated.
