Completed system evaluation found evaporated coil packed with ice due to the low refrigerator in charge in a leak at the evaporated coil. Client would like to get the evaporated coil replaced. I will need to contact Goodman Monday morning to check for availability and price of the coil.

Customer has 11 y/o 2-zone Goodman heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor caused by dirty condenser coils. Replaced 40/5 MFD capacitor. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Pressure levels were normal. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Evaporator coil cleaning needed. No water protection present. Recommend water safety and wet switch. Noticed no bypass damper present. Recommend UV BlueTube for mold prevention. Informed customer of all findings.

Replace stair landing light fixture with customer supplied chandelier

Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet to stop leak from spray hose. Installed new fill valve inside toilet to stop constant running.

Replaced all three hose bibs on house installed new expansion tank on water heater

Replaced front and rear hose bibbs. Replaced 1/2” shut off valve for rear hose Bibb inside crawl space. Removed dead end sections of copper inside crawl space as courtesy.

Replaced and installed a new kohler Kingston Toilet in Master Bathroom. Installed new wax ring with horn, new nylon bolts, and china caps. Thoroughly tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Super clean up

Customer wanted a toilet replaced on the second floor of the house, upon arrival, I pulled the toilet and noticed that the flange was too high and had a lot of shims underneath to make it stable, I brought it to the customers attention that the flange that high will make the toilet rock scheduled for a service tech to come out to address the flange, I said the toilet so he could still use the bathroom let the customer know I don’t recommend sitting on the toilet just strictly doing the number one, customer agree with that, and after selling the toilet, the toilet flushes normally and works normally only concern was the flange being too hard. We have a service tech coming out Friday between 11 and two to fix the flange.

Attempt to clear toilet blockage using auger Customer was experiencing a blockage in the hallway toilet on the main floor. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to ensure we were not having a bigger issue going on. I ran water in the sink for a long period of time and only the toilet was being affected. Customer stated this was a first time issue and they tried to clear the blockage and was unsuccessful. I used the closet auger to attempt to clear the blockage and I was successful. I tested the toilet for any backups and we are good to go.

Return visit to finish job, set up smoke detectors, label panel, finish redevice

Treated drain lines and changed air filters. Checked cooling and refrigerant pressures of systems. Everything running good today, thank you for being a valued customer.

Complete a four system inspection This is a zoning. System is missing the bypass shorted 400 CFM in the return system door. Do not have return vents in three of the bedrooms clients experiencing different temperature in each room due to the return not being added.

Troubleshot loss of power to pool pump switch. Found that the breaker was not sending over 240 volts and the switch outside was rusting and needed replacement. New breaker, and 240 volt 20 amp switch with bubble cover were installed. Tested the switch and it works properly, however the motor will run for about 10 seconds before tripping the breaker. I disconnected the wiring to the pump and the breaker held without tripping. Reconnected the motor and informed the homeowner that there is an issue with their pool pump motor. She is going to have plumbers come out and take a look at the unit.

For this job, I worked on installing a whole house surge protector on main electrical panel. left it with sheet rock box kit on because they will be finishing basement in the near future. replaced a mismatched breaker in the panel. ran circuit and left wires ready inside box for future smoke detector. it will be connected with the rest throughout the home per code. also added three keyless lights in the basement. broke up the original Switchleg and installed a new one so original one gang box is now a two gang box and the left switch controls left side of the basement while the right switch controls right side of the basement. Tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. left sticker and the card in panel.

Pipe fitting on the drainage line in the basement is leaking from a crack. Cut out section of the pipe and replaced. Flushed the toilet to test. No further leaks.

Service visit on Generac 26kw standby generator / mobile link installation

Customer was experiencing issues with kitchen sink as well an upstairs bathtub. Kitchen sink was draining fine. Upstairs bathtub had a stopper that was stuck, readjusted stopper and tub is running fine now.
