Customer was experiencing leaking from kitchen ceiling that we suspect could be due to blockage in upstairs shower drain. Successfully cleared blockage in upstairs master shower drain with tub gun cable machine. I also applied extra caulking to edges of shower drain per customer request as a courtesy. If leaking continues I recommended having a service technician come out to perform a leak search.

On this visit I… -Replaced ceiling fan and switch for fan and light in upstairs bedroom -Replaced doorbell with new google doorbell and checked functionality with customer.

Installed new crossover tea for recirculation system removed and reset toilet in master bathroom and reset settings on tankless water heater to cycle every 15 minutes instead of every 30 minutes for the prime hot water mode…

On this visit, I replaced ceiling fan. I was here a couple days ago and evaluated the situation and found that the existing ceiling fan could not be repaired after falling apart. Customer ordered the new fan which I installed and synced the receiver and remote. Everything is tested and working.

Called out for a back up main floor toilet ran cable throughout toilet back up was paper and waste also inspected flange and replaced wax ring no issue with flange at this time line is also open and flowing. Thanks for choosing TE CERTIFIED.

Clear slow draining blockage in bathtub by running cable machine Customer was experiencing a slow draining bathtub on master bathroom bathtub. Tested for mainline but bathtub was only fixture being affected. Removed overflow pipe and ran cable machine in drain to remove hair/calcium blockage. Clearing successful. Service plumber scheduled for Saturday 9-12 for leak detection.

Tech completed a home care spring maintenance today… tech changed media Aprilair #213, tightened all connections, checked all safeties and components amp draws, cleared pvc line at condensate pump… checked all ductwork, zone board and damper motors for air leaks, did a low ambient check at indoor due to outdoor temperature conditions…. Installed a CS Koehler smart toilet upstairs 3rd floor master bathroom, expansion tank basement. During inspection noticed expansion tank malfunctioned, informed homeowner and explained about the functions of the expansion tank. Homeowner decided to install new one. Turned off water, drained house, moved copper supply line owner 1 1/2” from top to accommodate new toilet base. Installed toilet, partial drain heater tank, installed new expansion tank, pressurized house,filled heater, purged lines of air, fired up heater, tested hot and cold throughout home, tested new toilet, mounted remote were homeowner instructed, no leaks.

Called out for backed up kitchen and bathroom sink, took apart p-traps on both, cleaned them, and ran the cable through the drain lines of both, both lines are clear and flowing, Thank You for choosing TE Certified!

Drain Rework

Installed new circuit and outlets in garage and one outlet behind shed. Installed switch and circuit for attic fan.

Performance system diagnostic that services whole home. Found indoor unit operational however compressor for outdoor was not running. Found a failed dual run capacitor out of tolerance. The blow wheel was also dirty, flu pipe was taped together with massive tape, no TE flood protection, and no access to do a clean out. The outdoor unit needed to be cleaned as well as the contactor was starting to pit and char. Customer only wanted the bare minimum at this time and replace the capacitor. May be interested in replacing the flu pipe as well in the future. What’s that mean oh shit.

Replaced 2x4 light covers

Remove old light fixture in basement bedroom and install new modern fixture. In the upstairs living room we installed a recessed outlet for a new customer purchased smart tv. We also installed a new Ethernet wire for a hardwired internet connection to tv from router in media cabinet

Order and install 3 new 1000w incandescent dimmer. 2 in master bathroom. 1 at the doorway to enter the master bathroom. Replaced bulb for shower light. Provide multiple estimates for future investments in the home. Everything tested and working properly.

Raised hot and cold water lines and drain line for powder room vanity sink Installed new shut off valves also. Customer will install vanity and faucet

Performed maintenance on whole home system, checked all electrical components on the heat system and AC system. Washed the filter. Cleaned return grill in customer ceiling upon request for free. Found blower wheel dirty, inducer motor with oxidation and water rust run off the inducer housing and found flex flue pipe connection incorrect and needs to be adjusted to come right off the furnace. Ac system is new but the furnace is reaching the end of it life and recommend replacing the furnace.
