Use hydro jetter to clear out debris from trunk line I was successfully able to use mini jet and clear the drain line. I thoroughly tested by running all the sinks in both the women and mens restroom. I flushed every toilet at least four or five times. Everything is draining properly. Customer is very satisfied.

Toilet leaking from the bottom when flushed. Pulled toilet from the floor and discovered the wax seal to be deteriorated. Replaced the wax seal and flange bolts, reset the toilet. Flushed multiple times to test. No further leaks detected.

The customer had a broken section of PVC on the main waterline supplying the commercial preschool. I excavated the dirt, repaired the 2 inch main PVC line, I re-pressurized and flushed all air and dirt out of the lines. The repair has been made, and there’s no movement on the water meter.

Leak from washing machine hose & shut off valve. Replaced entire washing machine box & supply lines.

Inspected 2 units upstairs and downstairs. Both R22 and 32 years old Upstairs: found unit inoperative, dirty blower, failed control board, failed capacitor, rusted coil, improper gas connections, no sediment trap. Main: inoperative. Customer had cousin disassembled it and was not reassembled. Would like replacement estimate for it. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshoot no power to outdoor outlet

Water heater not igniting. Shut off the gas to the water heater removed the burner assembly and replaced the thermocouple. Resealed the burner assembly and secured all connections. Turned on the gas and ignited the unit. The water heater is now heating properly. No leaks detected.

Tested system not cooling for whole home. Found failed ECM condenser fan motor. Today I replaced the condenser fan motor and tested fully after repair. No failures at this time.

Correct issues from report

Tech completed a 3 system home care spring maintenance. Tested tstat in cooling modes. Tightened all connections and checked all components. Main level filter 20x25x4 and basement filter 20x25x4 is good until fall. Replaced upstairs filter 16x25x4 with customer’s approval, added flood safety switch to upstairs furnace, added Apco-x Ultra to upstairs system and cleaned outdoor coil. Topped off basement system refrigerant levels with 3lbs of R-410a. And replaced main level system outdoor capacitor 45/5mfd. Customer chose best option for all 3 systems. All systems are operating good in cooling mode at this time. Please see via email for pictures on repairs for today. Customer has 19 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for main level. Air handler located in garage. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating refrigerant loss. R22 based. Rusted evaporator coil. Water in pan triggered float safety switch shutting off nest thermostat. Significant biological growth presence. Bad condensate drain pump. Informed customer of all findings. Customer will call in for quote. System is currently not working.

Expansion tank and toilet replacement

Customer had a drippy tub, shower faucet mown type, and two customer supplied toilet seats. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Arrive perform inspection on one system main floor/basement. Found system not cooling properly and not reaching temperature due to compressor overheating. Hose down compressor and cooled off with water hose. Cycled system on and foundlow refrigerant. Performed quick electronic leak search found refrigerant leak at evaporator coil. Scheduled replacement for Tuesday, June 17 202511 AM through 2 PM Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival customer stated that neither ac unit was coming on for the upstairs or the downstairs system. After inspection of both systems found that both units were empty on refrigerant. Advised customer of findings with systems. Did full elevation of both system. Downstairs system furnace is 17 years old and ac and coil is 9 years old. Found that systems had a very dirty blower wheel, blower capacitor is bad, furnace is not insulated good shape a lot of rusting at flue pipe, the drain line was never connected to system and draining into the crawl space, outdoor condenser coils are dirty, bad outdoor disconnect, bad outdoor contactor, bad outdoor capacitor. Gave customer estimates for what can only be tested today, recommended updating system due to age,efficiency and cost of repairs, customer does want to speak with install supervisor about updating the downstairs system, called office to schedule.
