I called to have the battery replaced in at least one smoke detector. I am unable to use a ladder, so I needed help. Your company was quick to respond and sent Jose Escobar to perform the work. He was very professional, courteous and understanding of my needs. He efficiently made the battery changes on the units that needed it and helped me to enroll in an annual plan to check all of the smoke detectors. I really enjoyed the manner in which he performed his excellent service.

Performed a one system $59.00 special inspection today and all operations are within parameters at this time. Condenser coil is dirty, the existing UV bulb has failed and the client provided Aprilaire 213 media was replaced today.
For this job, I worked on demoing hazardous light circuit exposed wiring tripping breaker in garage and safely re-running circuit and conduit.
Came out for no cool call on 2010 Trane AC/80% Furnace. Changed out customer-supplied 16x25x1 filter. Verified condensate line clear, pan switch and emergency line intact. No wet switch, recommend adding one for TE Standard Flood Protection. Verified cooling not operational due to system being very low on charge. For current system recommend nitrogen leak search to be able to pinpoint leak then quote repair. Found no UV protection and evidence of bacterial growth on indoor coil, recommend Blue-Tube UV Light. For outdoor unit found dirt and debris on coils, recommend chemically cleaning. Also for outdoor unit found weak 30/5mfd capacitor, recommend proactively replacing. Due to all findings main recommendation is to have Install Supervisor come out to discuss new system options due to age and condition of current equipment. Customer approved Install Supervisor visit. Set up for Friday 3/27/26 11am-2pm window. Left inspection report and quotes via email
David has called us out here because he noticed water coming from the bathtub down into the basement and not sure where it could’ve possibly come from. When going over the scenario with David of when the bathtub was last used was when Wilson (their dog) was taking a bath in there and a hose device that was purchased from an online app that attaches over the tub spout with a silicone seal like connection to clean the dog. When the hose is connected and water is running would shoot from below the connection to hit the back wall of the tile and would shoot water pass through the tub spout gap where the Allen set screw would grab on to the pipe. I advised not to use that hose to prevent that from happening. Water does not leak down to the basement when the hose is not attached to the tub spout. David is aware not to use that hose and would recommend a hose like connection that’s more compatible to connect to the tub spout if they wish to clean the dog in the bathtub. My other recommendatio

Replaced bad outdoor GFI
Customer called us out for a smell in the master bathroom shower that sometimes gets clogged. I tested the shower for 15 minutes and had no back ups. The line looked very clean. I did notice some of the grout was cracked which might be the source of the smell but I did notice a smell at this time. I recommended running a mini camera down to make sure the trap, which was not visible, was holding water and a bottle of Endure to possibly help with the smell. Customer agreed. I ran the camera down finding that the trap was holding water and there was cast iron. Everything looked good for the PVC but the cast iron was very rusted. Customer was not interested in getting a quote for replacement at this time.
Arrived on site for a 1 system Homecare. We completed a full system evaluation on a 2020 Rheem split system. We tested in heating and cooling, checking system performance, condition and safety. We flushed drain lines, changed the filter and tested all mechanical and electrical components to ensure all systems are performing within manufactured specifications. Performance of the system was good although there are some major opportunities for improving cleanliness by washing the condenser coil and completing a duct cleaning. We collected payment for both and completed the coil cleaning today and will have our duct cleaning division reach out to schedule the duct cleaning. System is operational upon departure. Call complete.
Customer wants to convert her electric cooktop to gas, and also needed a shut off valve installed for a dish washer, I cut into the hot water feed for the kitchen sink and up sized it to 3/4 where u added a 3/4x1/2x1/2 tee with two new shut offs, I also ran trac pipe from the crawlspace under the cabinets where the cook top is going to go, I installed a trac pipe termination kit and mounted it to the cabinet and installed a shut off valve
Client had the gas company complete some type of service at the gas meter requiring the gas to be turned off. Gas company checked appliances however the water heater’s pilot was not on. I relit the pilot and ran the heater through a heating cycle. I checked the gas meter for leaks and made sure that the appliances, including the heating system were working properly. After the water heater cycled through client checked to make sure hot water was coming out of the faucet. At this time all fixtures are working as they should.
Replacement of existing 240 breaker for a/c unit.
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed me to their master bathroom lavatory sink and stated that they had the faucet replaced and the drain has not drained properly since then. The drain is backing up and then draining slowly. I inspected and found that tubular was connected with a fernco to a copper drain going behind the wall. The tubular was being forced at a bad angle to fit into the p-trap. I gave the customer an estimate to repair the tubular piping under the sink and snake the lavatory sink to clear any blockages. Ran snake 15’ and pulled back a small amount of hair and fabric of some kind. Connected new tubular piping and tested thoroughly for leaks. No leaks found. Sink is now draining properly. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

Customer stated he had a high water bill. After an investigation in the home, I had found that the compression stop valve and fill valve for the upstairs guest bathroom toilet had failed. I replaced both and there were no further leaks. After checking pressure to the home, I found that the water pressure was at 120psi. I informed the homeowner of this and provided an option for replacement but he declined to move forward at this time
Removed and replaced leaking water heater located in outside storage closet. Turned on water and filled the tank, ignited and tested. No leaks detected.
Customer called out for backed up master bathroom toilet with symptoms pertaining to a mainline blockage, after investigation issue presented itself as a mainline blockage in master bathroom only, ran cable throughout main line to clear unknown blockage and tested throughly with water and several flushes, main line is clear and flowing. Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
Marco was very professional, worked quickly and gave me updates on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He provided me with pictures and a rational for the work so I was confident in the work he suggested. I’d use them again when an issue arises.
