Removed existing rinnai tankless in garage and installed new Navien 240a2. Reworked venting, water lines, dedicated line, added new isolation valves, Ion-6, check valves and a drain down. Everything is working properly

Installed new Bradford white 75 gallon gas water heater in the basement utility room. Removed old 50 gallon heater and set new heater in code approved aluminum drip pan. Modified all water, gas, and vent lines to accommodate the new water heater and secured new expansion tank with proper bracket. Set expansion tank pressure to 70 psi and tested unit for leaks and proper operation. Temperature is set to manufacturer recommended 120°F.

My client is experiencing issues with a banging noise in the wall when fixtures run. The PRV was replaced recently and bathroom renovations were completed about a year ago. The client first noticed this a few months out. The noise is most evident in the closet underneath the upstairs bathtub. We replaced a bad fill valve, a bad expansion tank, opened drywall to inspect the water lines in the closet and verified they are mounted properly. I tested vacuum breakers on the frost proof hoses. After everything we did today, the banging is less prevalent but is still noticeable. It happens on both the hot and cold side. Tomorrow we will install several water hammer arrestors to attempt at a full solution. Water pressure at 48 psi. Water heater is 8 years old

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a dripping shower head in the master bathroom. I ran some troubleshooting to determine if the main cause was a pressure issue , but found no issues with pressure the house. I the proceeded to check the type of cartridge and determined that the age of the cartridge had reached it life span and needed to be replaced. I successfully removed and replaced the cartridge , and checked to ensure no more dripping occurred .

Install new customer supplied car charger directly next to existing electrical panel in garage. Includes mounting wall connector, circuit, and breaker.

Today we replaced a leaking cpvc tee in the basement with pex piping and a pex tee, and added a thermal expansion tank to the water heater.

Reworked water lines for master bathroom tub faucet and mixing valve, added isolation valves for the mixing valve, reworked drain, set new tub in mortar bed/leveled/tested/sealed. Tested new drain assembly and cleaned up work area

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They recently had a toilet clog in the upstairs cottage attached to the house. After plunging, they found the toilet below, beside the kitchen was also clogged and leaking from the base. The other bathrooms at the front of the home are unaffected. The cottage bathroom is also about 6’ higher than the kitchen level. I could not locate any cleanouts. I removed the toilet in the powder room and found standing water. I ran a flex shaft and cleared the blockage within 5-6’ and pulled back feminine product. While running water, I ran the cable 50’, pulled back and found nothing. The toilet flange is broken, with a repair done on one side. I was able to reset the toilet but advised it will need to be permanently fixed. A supervisor is scheduled to perform a camera inspection. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform

Arrived on site and customer stated the kitchen faucet was leaking . I found that the faucet was constantly leaking from the base of the faucet , and needed to be replaced . I offered to pick up the faucet for the customer as they did not have one on hand . Customer agreed for me to pick up a new Moen faucet and have it installed . Once faucet was replaced I turned the faucet on and tested the worm to ensure proper functioning. Left customer with box and receipt.

I’ll put arrival. Customer notified me that the kitchen outlets are not working on the wall through the microwave all the way to the outlet above the dishwasher. We will be checking the connection points at all the devices. We will check the wiring to make sure they are wired correctly. We will also check the electrical panel to make sure there is no hazards at this location. Replace all outlets at the kitchen location with 20 amp rated receptacles. Customer currently has a 20 amp circuit with 12 gauge wire, but the devices are only rated for 15 A. I let the customer know that he will have to separate the appliances when using because he’s got two separate circuits. Although we can maximize the use of the circuit by installing devices that are rated for the kitchen appliances

Single system zoned . Today system was faulting from a contactor welded shut. Homeowner cut it off at the breaker. After evaluating the system we replaced contactor and capacitor for the outdoor unit and installed a wet switch in the attic. Other quotes have been sent to rework and insulate condensation drain line and to add indoor air quality upgrades.

15 amp 120-volt electrical circuit for outdoor condenser unit, installing disconnect. (HVAC installers will install whip for the unit.)

Defective thermostat : was reading 45 degrees and my temperature probe registered 68 degrees despite original thermostat reading ** system is zoned ; ran other zone downstairs to verify operational unit to which it was ….provided an new thermostat / flood protection & and also an option to replace both …client opted to install flood protection and replace defective thermostat** For Bonus room upstairs ** Did complete single system Spring Homecare as well ** all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

I provided an estimate for a hosebibb replacement. The customer is going to talk to his wife before making a decision

Today I installed a new floodlight camera, two replacement light fixtures, and performed a troubleshoot on an existing floodlight.
