Upstairs system: I checked the heating and AC system and the components on both. Findings: Furnace: The blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The flue pipe fitting where the flue pipe meets the furnace needs to be replaced. I also found that the blower motor capacitor needs to be replaced. Black biological growth was found in the supply plenum. AC system: The outdoor capacitor needs to be replaced its outside of the manufacturer specifications. The outdoor condenser coil needs to be deep cleaned. The AC system needs updated flood protection to prevent water damage to the home in case the drain line were to clog or the AC system were to malfunction. Mainfloor system: I checked the heating and AC system and the components on both. Findings: Furnace: The approx 4 ducts are not secured to the return and supply plenum and may/will fall off. Whole home inspection

Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed a new ball valve, spring check valves, expansion tank, gas flex connector, sediment trap, drip pan, and leak alarm. Installed new Grundfos Alpha recirculation pump. The return line ties into the cold inlet of the water heater. Both the cold inlet and the return line have a check valve installed. Replaced the PRV and set the pressure to 65psi. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Was called out about a bad cartridge on tub so I swapped it out also swapped out the PRV cause the pressure was 86

Replace box and reinstall light fixture for upstairs hallway light. Replace outlet in garage hallway.

Unit was operating upon arrival , so I did a inspection on heat pump ** relative humidity is about 26-29 % percent on main floor ** client changed filter and has a monitor on thermostat which indicates humidity * 4 ton airhandler / 3*5 ton Trane single zone for whole home ** property is located on shore off lake ** verified refrigerant pressures and witnessed defrost operations ** temp rise also indicated AUX heat is operating ** client also has defunct / non working humdifier installed on return plenum without a cover to prevent air leaking out on return side ….

Replace (2) AFCI breakers in main panel and replaced damaged outlet as a courtesy.

We will install 50 amp rated wiring for the basement indoor unit. We will also install a service disconnect at the unit

Replace PRV, replace main shut off valve, Replace both shut off valves to both hose bibs

I removed the flame ignition rod and both flame sensing rods. I cleaned all three rods and reassembled. The unit turned on and ignited the gas normally. Should TE need to return for further repairs within 30 days I will reimburse today’s charge .

Installed customer supplied Tesla universal charger

Single system inspection completed , flushed drainage and verified termination outside ** changed client supplied filter ** Honeywell 2 zone horizontal single stage furnace in attic / one damper looks to replaced ..older style present on other zone ** verified heating and cooling operations …noticed an immediate issue @ outdoor unit ** Capacitor for outdoor unit was severely undersized / incompatible ( still in box and not mounted as it should ) with outdoor unit ** 55 /5 mfd prior to my arrival for inspection on condenser / called mingledorffs, 45/7.5 mfd capacitor is what’s needed ( checked condenser motor plate ) ** provided an compressor and fan motor option in the event it fails due my findings today, regardless of system operations on 02/20/26 ** did verify system operations …did explain to client as why additional options was provided due to what I found ….new homecare member here …next visit will be in fall timeframe*** As always thank for choosing TE certified **

Replace waste and overflow gasket in master bathroom tub

Install 20a 120v circuit for pantry small appliance circuit. Install wiring in conduit in garage to get wiring to location. Install (2) devices and boxes for circuit in pantry. Install arc fault breaker on this circuit. Twin breaker must be installed in panel to create necessary space for breaker. Replace box, weather rated device, and bubble cover at back porch to secure back porch outlet. Replace light fixture above back door with new customer supplied fixture.

Shut off the water to the home and drain the system down. Remove the existing toilets and valve stops. Once the toilets were pulled found the flanges to be in good condition. Installed new valve stops and Kohler Kingston toilets, pressurized, and flushed multiple times to check for operation. Sealed the toilet to the floor.

For this job customer had two Gen 2 BR breakers for the dishwasher and the washing machine go bad. We replaced the breakers with new Gen 6 dual function breakers and everything is functioning properly. Also re installed the binding strap in the main panel as a courtesy. As it is the first means of disconnect.

We install three peco switches in the living area and bedroom, we also change out a GFI breaker for fridge(15A)

Today I came out and completed a full maintenance on four HVAC systems. I checked all electrical components on indoor and outdoor systems. One of the outdoor systems had a bad capacitor I replaced it. I also installed an Iwave today to purify the home and improve airflow for the system that needed it. I checked, Laura assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker, sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. I tested controls and safety switches and inspected for any potential safety code concerns. I also flushed all four drain lines and tested two condensate pumps. All systems are heating and cooling getting ready for the summertime. There are no other issues here. Customer is happy. Also all four filters needs to be changed, but customer said he will take care of it.

The homeowner had a toilet that would take 45+ minutes to refill the tank. Performed a minor toilet rebuild which includes a new fill valve, supply line, and flapper. Pressurized and flushed the toilet multiple times to test. ⁰The toilet is now operating properly.

Removed failed expansion device located on cold inlet for water heater in garage. Capped drain port for device that runs to the exterior and installed a new expansion tank. Mounted tank to the wall and repiped area in copper to accomadate new tank. Set pressure correctly and filled system back. Everything is working properly.

Replace whole home PRV with new shut off valve 1/4 turn, swapped out garbage disposal and replace fill valve for toilet that had failed due to high pressure as a courtesy. Advised to brandy that her water heater is about 20 years old and highly recommend replacing the heater and would need to up size the heater to two heaters that meet FHR (first hour recovery) requirements. Left qoutes to get the heater replaced down in the basement.

The cpvc piping on the hot side of the water heater broke and was gushing. The homeowner had the water off before I got here. Cut out the broken section of piping, adapted to the existing cpvc, and ran new copper to the water heater. Pressurized and checked for leaks.

Primary bedroom thermostat was not configured correctly for Rheem heat pump system. Tested heating and cooling. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance of two systems. Recommend Apco Ultra for advanced air purification for main/basement system.
