Returned to replace faulty txv. Replaced txv, pressure tested at 400 psi for 30 minutes, vacuumed system below 600 microns, charged system with about 6.8 lbs r410a refrigerant, checked delta t, got subcool up to 11 degrees, issue with system turning itself off and not cooling is no longer present, everything working as it should at this time.
I replaced the prv, thermal expansion tank for the water heater, a shower cartridge and performed 2 toilet rebuilds. I set the new prv to 65psi and thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no leaks and that everything is working properly
2 system homecare. Flushed drain lines. Media filters were clean. Checked both heating and cooling systems. No issues found. Left estimates for UV lights, homecare program and water safety relays.
Estimate is to replace main AC and Coil only leaving existing furnace and permit all work with Forsyth.
Customer called us out for a toilet that was clogged in the kids bathroom upstairs. Customer also had me look at the hall half bath toilet that was slightly off center, the kids bathroom tub wasn’t holding water, there was water damage from a known leak behind the shower, and the sink in the kitchen was leaking and had a s-trap. Customer only wanted a quote for the kids toilet and to stop the leak in the kitchen sink. I tested the toilet and after the third flush it stopped flushing. I thought the issue was a minor blockage in the line. I went to clear it from the shower over flow and tested the toilet again before I started and it flushed fine. I tested it more and every other flush it would only drain half of the bowl. I recommended changing to using a closet auger in the toilet and customer agreed. I ran the auger down the toilet and felt no resistance but the toilet did not have anymore issues draining afterwards. I then removed the leaking basket strainer and installed a new one.
Install (2) customer supplied ceiling fans, replace (2) GFCI outlets and install new dedicated circuit in basement.

The customer is having intermittent issues with the Nest door bell not causing the chime to go off. I removed the door bell and checked the connections and when moving the device around the wires broke off so I made new hooks on the wire and attached it back. At the chime the wiring is correct and I am getting a little over 18v at the transformer indicating that the transformer is good and is providing enough power. I also made sure the connections were tight on the unit. Other troubleshooting that we did per manufacturer is I had the customer turn off and back on the chime in the settings. After further investigation I made the homeowner aware that it could be the puck or the doorbell itself and if he orders another one we can come back out and install it

New system (454b) Freon cooling properly at this visit. Did a home care inspector, as well. Rinnai RL94i showing code 10. Disassembled blower and found very light debris. Check intake and exhaust and found no blockages. We discussed the state of the existing water heater and we decided that replacement was the best option. Installed new Navien NPE240A2. Installed new ball valve, service kit, expansion tank, condensate line, venting, gas flex connector, and sediment trap. We purged all air from the water lines and tested the unit for function. Water heater is set to 120 degrees. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Homeowner had leak in front yard. Technician dug down and found two flow control fittings leaking. Technician removed section of pipe and replaced with pex. Technician installed burial tape on fittings. Re-compacted dirt and re-placed sod. Checked and tested for leaks. Leak not due to homeowner negligence.
Replace doorbell chime and transformer and replace panel
Water service repair. Homeowner dug up water service, cut out 3 one inch sharkbite fittings and replaced with copper per homeowner request. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.
The customer had (3) things to be troubleshooted as to why they were not working and they are as followed: *Chime for doorbell *Floodlight corner of garage *Laundry room light. We completed the following repairs: -Chime- The issue with the door bell was due to a faulty chime and after removing the cover I see the left plunder stuck in the closed position and after further investigation I noticed that it was seized in that position. We removed the old chime and exposed the transformer which we replaced and after the installation we installed the new chime and tested it. -Floodlight- The floodlight on the corner of the garage was not working due to faulty bulbs. After installing new LED bulbs we found the switch to be located by the garage door in the 3g switch box, center switch. We tested the bulbs and showed the homeowner that they are working. -Laundry Light- Upstairs in the laundry room is a 4’ (2) lamp T8 fluorescent fixture that was not working. We checked power at the switch
Devon was professional and very knowledgeable of what we had going on. Would definitely have him back again! Great service!!
On this visit, customer called us because they had two GFCI receptacles side-by-side that are two separate circuits that were tripped. I reset those on this visit but further troubleshooting may be needed if they trip again or replacement. I then removed broken bulb socket in vanity fixture in basement.
Relocated the gas lines for the fireplace and range. Moved the gas line for the range from the floor to in the wall. Added a new gas shut off valve outside of the wall. Line is installed on the left side of the space for the range and is angled to the right for easier routing of the flex connector upon appliance install. The stone step in front of the fireplace was removed leaving the gas line exposed. We routed the gas line in the crawl space and into the opening behind the fixture. We moved the key valve to flush with the floor and hard piped from the fireplace to the valve and connected to the existing gas line. The gas has been turned back on and tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Estimate to Replace a flush mount led fixture on a 20+’ ceiling. All the smoke and smoke/carbon alarms are about to expire. I reccomend replacing them. Replace a flush mount led fixture on a 20+’ ceiling.
Jodie has called us out here because she would hear a loud noise coming from specifically the guest bathroom on the main floor. I took a look at the faucet and the stop valves that maintenance the faucet and notice that the cold side stop valve was not open all the way, and which is why it was making rumbling noises inside of the house. I check the water pressure as well just to eliminate variables and found that the pressure was sitting at a stagnant pressure of 65 psi. This has solved the loud noises that are causing from that specific sink. I also noticed that the water heater is seven years old and recommend replacing in the nearby future. I also have some add-ons for a recirculating, hot water pump to bring instant hot water for all plumbing fixtures inside of the home. Estimates are good for 60 days and if she wants to move forward with the water heater and recirculating pump pump, I can replace the valves in the master bathroom as a courtesy..
