Attempt to clear toilet blockage in the master Customer called us out for a toilet blockage. Upon arrival the customer stated they are experiencing a blockage in the toilet. We first started by testing the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on and after running water in the master bathroom for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We went over to the toilet and we flushed it and the water level came up but then it would slowly drain down. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We used our closet auger to attempt to clear the blockage and we were successful. We tested the toilet by flushing with and without toilet paper to ensure proper flow. The customer is satisfied and thank you for choosing Te Certified!

Arrived on site to replace customers leaking Recirculation pump. We cut out and replaced the pump, check valve, and ball valve. After work was completed, we ran water in the home checked the pump to ensure proper functioning, and set customer up on the app.

Today I came out to complete a duct repair. I installed a new 10-inch supply duct directly from the supply plenum to increase airflow into the son’s room. After completing the repair, I performed a two-system inspection. Both systems are cooling properly at this time. I flushed both drain lines, checked all electrical components and airflow settings, and replaced the upstairs system’s filter. Both systems lack an indoor air quality device, and biological growth was found inside the system. The upstairs filter was also heavily restricted. I recommended installing an APCO-X air purification system to help reduce biological growth, odors, airborne contaminants, and buildup inside the HVAC system while improving the home’s overall indoor air quality. There are no other issues at this time. Customer is happy.

Install new pvc 3/4 conduit, off of existing 3/4 pvc conduit 12-18 in below grade , with gfi breaker, new pvc tap box , garden post , new wr outlet , move lb to penetration in brick . Re feed circuit with Thhn , into existing splice box.

09/01 : Today Darien and I ran 3/4” EMT conduit and 1” EMT conduit 09/02 : Today Loghan and I ran 3/4” EMT conduit 09/04 : Today Gavin and I finished conduit runs and began a couple more runs. Panel has been installed and paired with main Sub Panel.

For this job, I worked on installing light fixture in closet

Today we replaced an outdoor hose bib and a valve serving it. The existing hose bib had a CPVC line break. Mounted the new hose bib and sealed it with hydraulic cement. Tested for leaks, purged air out of the line, and cleaned up the workspace Water pressure at 60 PSI Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Rewire some landscape fixtures and replace bulbs

For this job, I worked on replacing two smoke detectors and two combo smoke detectors along with replacing a box for a smoke detector

Performed 1 system diagnostic on main level unit. Customer had issues with breaker tripping during the hottest parts of the day. Inspected and tested compressor amp draw and starting amps and it is drawing high amps this morning. Compressor showing signs of failure. Recommend replace system versus replacing compressor due to age of system and major component failure. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Today we came out for second level not cooling 2017 carrier 2 ton with brand new Goodman furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found system low on refrigerant performed complimentary electronic leak search found no leaks at this time. Adjusted charge on refrigerant circuit will check pressures during next service left all equipment operational.

Install fixtures in master bed Rewire can lights

Met with the owner on site. They had several things to have looked at today. Firstly, they found the lav drain in the guest bathroom was leaking. I found the slip nut to the galvanized nipple was not tight and had no gasket. I cleaned and replaced the slip nut, washer, reset the plumbing and tested for leaks. In the same bathroom, the toilet was constantly running due to the fill valve not turning off. I replaced the fill valve, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. In the master bathroom, they had several slow drains. At this time, everything but the tub is draining properly. I ran my Milwaukee cable and was able to remove a large amount of hair. I ran the tub to test and confirmed flow. I also found the right-hand lav faucet drips from the cold stem when the hot water is turned on. I attempted to tighten the packing but it did not resolve the issue. They plan to possibly replace the faucets so we left it for now. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain cle

Today we came out for upstairs system not cooling 2010 nordyne 2.5 ton with 00 rheem furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found failed duel motor starter on compressor and system leaking refrigerant. Performed band aid repair for temporary cooling and scheduled install supervisor to quote both systems today 9-12 THERW IS NO WARRANTY ON REFRIGERANT AND IT COULD LEAK OUT AT ANYTIME. left all equipment operational although equipment could fail at anytime

Customer requested to have a gas shut off valve for the fireplace located due to no gas being at the gas logs. I found it in the basement ceiling and tested to make sure there was gas there. I recommended that the customer calls a fireplace company to further assess the gas lines and the line that is in the firebox.

Today we came out for the only system not cooling properly rheem 2016. Performed visual inspection found impacted condenser coil, failing condenser fan motor and chattering contactor. Gave client options and client approved cleaning condenser coil will schedule install supervisor to give options on updating ac and coil. Chemically cleaned condenser and left all equipment operational.

Customer is experiencing a tankless water heater leaking internally Today we performed a troubleshoot for a prestige tankless that was leaking from the mixing valve, contacted Rheem for technical support. This part was not readily available to pick up today so we ordered the part with expedited shipping. Collected a deposit for the order and will return as soon as the parts are delivered. Water pressure is at 55 PSI

Found tripped flood protection; unit not operating. I cleaned the condensation pump; pump was full of debris; previous tech didn't clean during homecare visit. I tested the pump and verified that it was operating. I wired in the water safeties for the pump; previous tech didnt wire them in. I had to replace the older model water safety due to it being wet and tripped (it would not reset). I tested the new flood safety switch and verified that it was operating properly. I ran the unit and verified that it was operating when I left. Conclusion: water was being caused by a leaking joint at the high pressure relief line for the water heater next to the hvac system. Water was running down one of the ducts into the emergency drain pan. The homeowner will call his plumber back out since he was the one that installed the water heater.

No cool: mainfloor 2020 goodman system Issues found: found oversized breaker. The capacitor for the outdoor unit had failed. The contactor had been damaged; probably during the installation process. With the homeowners permission I replaced the contactor and capacitor and the oversized breaker. I ran the system and checked the refrigerant pressures. I found that the refrigerant was contaminated and all new refrigerant will need to be installed to replace the old contaminated refrigerant (a vacuum will need to be pulled before the new refrigerant get installed). The homeowner gave the approval for me to replace the contactor, capacitor and breaker; which I did. I also installed Schrader caps for all of the outdoor unit (no charge); since previous company lost all of them. The systems were operating when I left (see video). I will also email estimate to level the condenser (they are not level) and to install 2 new refrigerant line covers. The condensation pump for the mainfloor syste

Provide and replace (9) smoke detectors in the home. (6) smoke only alarms in bedrooms (3) smoke/CO combo detectors in hallway locations.

Client is have low volume issue when more than one fixture is run at a time. I bypassed the whole home filtration system and that corrected the issue. Client contacted filtration system company who recommended new main filter but changing from .5 microns to 3 micron carbon filtration. They also recommended installing a booster pump. Client is going to order new filters and call us back out to replace them. Client was concerned that the newly installed water heater and ion6 may be contributing to the issue but in bypass mode we ran a shower, a tub and the kitchen sink in hot mode with no issues.

Replaced shower valve expansion tank and T and P valve for customer

Install a cs garbage disposal Customer called out for a garbage disposal. Upon arrival the customer let me know they were looking to replace their existing garbage disposal. They had a replacement disposal already. We took a look under the sink to ensure the new disposal was going to work and we confirmed it was. We also tested the sink to ensure there was not a blockage present, and after running water we did not get any signs of a blockage. The original garbage disposal is about 14 years old. We gave our customer an estimate and they agreed to replace it. We removed the disposal and the mounting bracket, and we cleaned the area and installed the new collar. We hooked up the new garbage disposal and ensured power to it. We tested for any leaks around our work and made sure everything was functioning properly.
