Blinking light shows propeller issues. The body of the recirculating pump also has a small leak on it somewhere. I can see water on the outside of the pump. There’s also no check valves and no shut off valves on the original install of the pump we need to add ball valves and check valves onto the system to have pump operating correctly.

Installed gas line from attic on main 1” dropped down to stubb out for new oven/range. Tied into 1” main with 1x1x1/2” mega press tee. Drilled hole in top plate in attic space. Dropped 1/2” track pipe down wall, cut Sheetrock in kitchen were new line is going to be located. Connected to hard pipe then braced to wall stud. Added a ball valve and tee to put test on line. Performed gas gauge test, bubble leak test, and sniffer test. Pressurized line to 15 psi for 30 min. Removed gauge and capped off created a dripleg. Pressurized system with gas, tested fixtures again with sniffer, fired up water heater, piolet light on burner working normal. No leaks

Provided on-site electrical evaluation and consultation at the property. Reviewed the existing electrical system and A/C panel feeder installation, identified existing wiring and grounding concerns, and discussed available repair and upgrade options with the homeowner. Prepared multiple repair estimates outlining the recommended options, including GFCI outlet installation, pool panel surge protection and GFCI breakers, grounding electrode repairs, A/C feeder junction box repairs, and installation of a new four-wire A/C feeder. No repair or installation work was performed during this visit; service consisted of the site evaluation, consultation, and preparation of detailed estimates for the proposed work.

Quoted the EV charger installation on Monday, and the customer signed the quote on Tuesday. We scheduled the installation for Wednesday and completed the EV charger installation with the Magic Dock and a 60A breaker. Tested the charger and circuit, and everything is working properly.   As a favor to the customer, we also repaired a junction box with a 12/2 to 14/2 splice. I informed the customer that the breaker needs to be replaced with a new 15A breaker due to the 14/2 wiring, but the customer declined the breaker replacement and stated that he was fine leaving it as is.

Replaced the PRV, Expansion Tank, and Main shutoff. Replaced a redundant shutoff as a courtesy as it was in the way of the PRV. Set pressure to 65 psi and expansion tank to 70. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, set new wax gasket on flange, install new nylon bolts, reset wc on flange and tighten bolts, install new supply line shim to prevent wc from rocking, finish with hygienic seal at base, allow wc to seal for 4 hours before use, test and clean up work area. The homeowner wants to be scheduled 9/24/26 for a c/s toilet install.

Upon arrival, client directed us to an aging delta lavatory faucet in the guest bath that was constantly dripping. Performed an evaluation of the faucet as well as tested water pressure to verify there was no other issues contributing to the dripping fixture. Client purchased a faucet and wanted the dripping fixture replaced. We removed the old fixture and pop-up drain assembly and installed the new customer supplied Moen faucet. Tested fixture and drain assembly for leaks and proper function. Hauled away old fixture for disposal.

Customer had a dripping shower, he also had some concerns about the upstairs toilets and all the plastic supply lines throughout the home, I also had noticed the customer had a failed expansion tank, I wrote multiple options and the customer decided to do everything today, we turned water off to the home, we started by changing the shower cartridges the screw on the handle in the master bath shower had been stripped out, i had to drill it out to remove the handle to the cartridge, we removed the old cartridges, cleaned the inside of the valves, put faucet grease on the new cartridges before putting them into place, once installed we put the trim back on and caulked around the trim plate, we then removed the old expansion, we pumped the one up to 10psi above house pressure which put us at 60 psi, we mounted a bracket to the studs to support the expansion tank and then reconnected it to the system, we then cut out all the toilet supply stops which had built in supply lines, we replaced a

Only System - Not Cooling System not cooling due to a failed thermostat. No matter where you set the thermostat it jumps back to 85° even when you press the hold option. Remove thermostat wires and jumped out cooling wires at thermostat and system cycled on properly. Recommended replacing thermostat signing up for home care maintenance and getting options on updating the furnace. We preformed gas leak test on gas line to dryer in side laundry room. We could not determine if leak was on the line/connections or was internally in the dryer. We recommend to call an appliance company or professional to test further to determine it’s origin.

Today we came out for the main and upstairs system not working 2010 Goodman 3.5 ton single stage with matching furnace zoned. I will note This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying demands of multiple zones. Cycled equipment from each zone in cooling mode found condenser fan motor running but compressor did not energize and was locked out in thermal overload due to failed duel motor starter. With this part failing compressor has been compromised. Made band aid repair installed new 45/5 duel motor starter for temporary cooling and scheduled install supervisor to give options on daikin fit. I came out to investigate an issue with a GFCI outlet tripping when nothing is plugged into it. This is an old GFCI outlet and also is on a GFCI breaker as well. It looks like due to the age and due to the doubled up GFCI outlets it is nuisance tripping. I’m replacing it with a normal outlet since the GFCI outlet is not needed however if it does continue to trip, that means there’s an issue with the wiring and we will have to address that. I’m not charging you for a troubleshoot today since it looks as though this is just the outlet. I looked at your panel and the only issue with it is that you do not have surge protection and we do have a sale currently on our surge protector so I’m including a price for that for when you want to move forward. For this job, we replaced the old pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and expansion tank and rebuilt the toilet tank on the guest bathroom toilet. The client was still experiencing a squealing noise coming from the water heater area after previous attempts to diagnose. After a careful inspection, we came to the conclusion that the issue could be caused by either the PRV or the expansion tank going bad. The homeowner agreed to proceed with the replacements, and we explained beforehand that this may or may not resolve the problem. We were simply going based on the logic that either of these two parts could be causing the issue. While we were there, we also noticed that the guest bathroom toilet continued to run. We pointed this out to the homeowner, and they requested that we rebuild the toilet tank. Set new Pressure regulator to 65 psi, and new expansion tank to 70psi. Tested for leaks and proper function on the plumbing system.
