Replaced UV bulbs for customers existing UV light system on both systems which are in attic. Tested lights after installation and are working properly.

The main floor Honeywell Lyric Round Style Thermostat was displaying an error of Wifi offline. Technician checked all wire connections and confirmed secure connections. Technician power cycled the thermostat for one minute and the thermostat has regained normal function. Thermostat is online and receives software updates which may have caused the error. The thermostat is operating normal.

Today we came out for upstairs system not cooling 2012 Lennox 2 ton with 2004 Lennox furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked operations. Found contactor engaged but ac was not energized. Upon further evaluation of system found tripped breaker serving ac unit. Tested compressor found it shorted to ground. In addition contactor is pitted and chattering. Tested capacitor it was good and condenser coil is impacted with laundry lent from dryer vent. Due to manufacture warranty expiring and condition of equipment scheduled install supervisor for tomorrow morning to give options on updating left band aid repair option as well.

For this job, I worked on installing two whole house surge protectors, expanding existing master bathroom outlets, and adding a new outlet on the left side of the sink.

Diagnosed potential leak on tankless water heater and provided repair/replacement options.

Replaced failed whole house pressure regulator with an upgraded Watts regulator. System was pressurized and tested with no issues.

We came out to install a new three-way switch as well as the wiring for the basement bathroom. We also installed a wire to connect the two outlets in the basement bathroom and installed those outlets. For the bath outlet circuit we installed a dual function arc fault GFCI breaker. We also installed a new Arc GFCI breaker on the circuit that you had run for the basement and separated that out inside the GFCI outlet in the basement. At your request, I’m including a price for pulling a new circuit for a hot tub as well as installing the disconnect and the outlet which is required by code. I included the price for the whip which goes from the disconnect to the hot tub as well. Install wiring for 3 way switch

Replaced exhaust vent for downstairs furnace and water heater. Tested furnace operations.

Installed new quick connect fittings and regulator to pre-existing black iron gas line and grill. Hooked grill up to new fittings with included quick connect hose. Tested for proper operation of the appliance.

Restored landscaping as close as possible to origin condition, following generator install.

Customer was having water constantly discharge through a 1/2 inch Cpvc drain, I checked the water heater looking for an expansion valve and did not find one, I checked under the sinks and in the laundry room as well and was unable to find it, i cut open drywall in the ceiling around where the pipe went out the wall to the exterior and found a old expansion valve, I checked pressure which at 70 psi, the system already had a thermal expansion tank on the system so I cut out the tee where that expansion valve was tied off of and eliminated it, I let the glue set for approximately 45 minutes before turning water on and testing for leaks

Replaced isolation shutoff valve for exterior hose spigot on the left side of the property. Cut out old valve and installed new connections and a new section of copper piping. Tested for leaks and proper operation. Also spoke with client about the water heater as it is 10 years old. Provided options for replacement.

Performed two system maintenance new unit is looking great. Right duct work and pressures are well as well as electrical components. Downstairs unit has good duct work and pressures are a little high but delta T is within range. Only had a low capacitor outside. Offered a new system homeowner declined.

Install ceiling fan on a high ceiling and swap out 2 high can bulbs as a favor

Performed homecare and checked electrical,and refrigeration components. Changed filter. Cleared drains. Found failing capacitor outside (replaced today). System is working properly at the moment

Arrived to install three wide set faucets. Customer experienced a water leak last night which came from upstairs and went down a wall onto the main level laundry room ceiling and a closet ceiling. Also went onto the basement floor and the subfloor at the basement ceiling. Leak came from the hot side supply line from an upstairs lavatory faucet. It was leaking from the connection at the stop valve. The supply line was plastic poly with a plastic ferrul which creates a seal when compressed. The ferrul likely moved causing the leak to appear and water getting onto the cabinet bottom and then ran underneath the cabinet and/or into the wall behind causing water damage. Customer has been referred to Property Medic for mitigation. After getting signature approval we began work on the faucets. Removed the old faucets and installed new glacier bay wide set faucets and pop up assemblies. Installed new braided stainless steel supply lines for each faucet. Returned water and checked thoroughly f

We provide and install a garbage disposal Customer called out for a garbage disposal install. Upon arrival I tested for a possible kitchen blockage but after running water for a long period of time there was not a backup present. We removed the kitchen sink strainer and the pTrap, I inspected for any gunk buildup and cleaned the pipes. We installed a 1/2 hp badger garbage disposal and put the pTrap back together. We tested for leaks around our work and we were successful. I let the customer know they will need an electrician to install a switch for the disposal under the sink, but there is an outlet under the sink but we did not leave the disposal plugged in. They are scheduled for Friday from 8-10

A whole home water filtration system (halo 5) was installed per homeowner request. The installation included a bypass system to allow chlorination during vacations and isolation of the filter as needed. A splash block was added to the discharge pipe to direct water from the home foundation. The system was checked and tested for leaks. The technician also advised the homeowner to flush the water heater in three months, at which time the homeowner will initiate follow up contact.

For this job we provided and installed two new RAB motion flood lights on the front and back of home. Set the times to dusk to dawn on each light. Also purchased a light fixture from Home Depot that has a built in photocell and installed it next to the back door. That light does not have a warranty through us. HVAC is here and have two breakers turned off due to working on the units. We reminded them to turn the breakers back on when they are finished.
