Upon arrival, we performed a home care inspection. On this inspection, we discovered a few issues. The first issue was the kitchen sink had a leak on the tubular P-trap. The second issue was a gas leak on the gas fireplace. This leak was right past the shut off valve on the appliance connector. The third issue was that the newly installed toilet was wobbling. Upon approval, we replaced the P-trap and insured there were no leaks. We also unfastened the appliance connector on the gas fireplace and insured the flared fitting was clean and did not have any issues after this. We reconnected it and ensure that it was tightened properly. Before it was hand tight. We also shimmed and silicone the toilet in the master bathroom, which got rid of the wobble. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.

When the water to the rear hose bib was turned on water was spraying in the wall as well as water spraying from the control valve for the rear hose bib. Also found that the expansion tank is water logged/non-functional, and the water heater is approximately 16 years old.

Upon arrival we took a look at the pressure and found 120 psi inside the home after this we verified that the thermal expansion tank was still doing its job which it was. I provided estimates for replacing the pressure regulator which had failed as well as replacing the water heater due to age. Upon approval, we replaced the pressure regulator setting it to 65 psi and we set the thermal expansion tank to 70 psi. While restoring water to the home, a shark bite fitting that was on the water heater on the hot side, began to leak. We replaced the fitting and alleviated the binding that had taken place in order to connect the shark bite. With the high water pressure, there were two concerns, one of which was the taste of the water coming out of the refrigerator. We did a water test on the home and discovered between five parts and 10 ppm of chlorine inside the home. Closet auger toilet Cleared a blockage up toilet with closet auger. Ran multiple test with toilet paper and clearing was successful.

Inspection 1 system. Checked electrical components, checked blower wheel and cabin, checked heat exchanger, checked filter, tested heating operation at thermostat, checked coils and tested drain safety. Found cracked heat exchanger and no wet switch for main floor system. System is from 2000, recommended replacing system due to age and conditions. Advised customer not to run heat due to safety concerns with heat exchanger and possibility of putting CO in home. Left thermostat in non heating position.

Rewire burnt junction to oven that as improperly installed

Troubleshoot bath fan, fluorescent lights and main panel breakers tripped overnight. Replace bad ballast in fluorescent light.

Replace or install new 2" ball valve/check valve combo on existing sewage ejector pump discharge line. Replaced all of discharge line to the main drain

Completed inspection of the master furnace..Found heat exchanger cracked and flames distorting. Capacitor low, blower wheel dirty and equipment lacking adequate flood protection

1 system inspection, trans furnace and AC 2011. Checked electrical components, checked heat exchanger, checked flue vent, replaced filter, checked blower wheel and cabin, tested operation at thermostat. Found flue vent all single wall and cracked with big opening in garage, found cracked furnace heat exchanger, no flood protection, failing capacitor, burnt contactor, very dirty condenser coil. Recommended replacing system due to age and conditions. Quoted repairs, customer will look over and choose best option for them. Advised not to run heat due to crack in heat exchanger and crack in flue vent pipe as it may produce CO in home and create unsafe conditions.

Replaced failed pressure reducing valve. Replaced fill valve, flapper, shutoff valve and supply line for upstairs toilet. Replaced garbage disposal with a 1/2hp disposal. Thank you !

Upon arrival customer notified me that the switches by the back door are no longer working. This estimate includes diagnosing this location and restoring back if it’s a minor repair

Installed client supplied shower valve in main floor master bathroom. New valve was pressurized and tested with no issues.

For this job I performed a tankless water heater flush, cleaned filter and made sure water heater is running to optimal function. I also left quotes for some awesome upgrades to home water quality. Tested and left work area clean.

Located 2 minor leaks on cpvc glue joints connected to the tee under the sink. Lines fed both the cold side of the kitchen faucet and the rear hose Bibb. Removed section of piping and replaced with new cpvc tee, new straight stop for the faucet and new ball valve for the hose spigot. Tested for leaks and verified no further issues at this time.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system for the main level. Responded to main level furnace not heating 2007 amana 90+ 70k furnace located in the basement. Performed full system inspection found high limit switch open due to failed heat exchanger. Ran carbon monoxide text found 500 ppm. Tagged furnace unsafe and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment.

Homecare inspection 2 systems, and no heat for upstairs system. Found cracked heat exchanger, failing blower capacitor, inducer motor leaking oil, blower motor leaking oil, dirty blower, failed graphite igniter causing system not to run, no flood protection for second floor system. Found heat exchanger showing age, no flood protection, single wall flue pipe, and dirty blower for main floor system. Performed inspections on both systems for heating operation, did not check outdoor systems due to temperature outside and customer request. Checked electrical components, checked heat exchangers, checked blower wheels and cabins, cleaned flame sensors, flushed drains, tested condensate pump, checked coils, tested operation at thermostat. Quoted repairs and recommended replacement for both systems due to age and conditions. Install supervisor set to give quote tomorrow morning. Customer signed up for 2 system Homecare plan.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Remove old fan motor. Provide and install new OEM Induction Fan Motor Kit for 80% efficient furnace. Complete start up and test Provide and install new general purpose pressure switch as part of replacement. Wire and test unit for proper function

Dig and create a temporary spot repair at location of water seepage. Dug roughly 18 inches and found the cause of the leak was a sharkbite fitting. Fixed this area, then confirmed the meter was not picking up any usage. Backfilled and pressurized home. Customer has a water heater from 2011, He understands this and will call when he is ready to replace. Water service is 3/4” pex
