Client experiencing error code 11 on existing Rinnai RL75i tankless water heater. Performed diagnostics and tested for proper operation of the blower motor, ignitor, and flame rods as well as check for signs of vent obstructions. Flame rods showed heavy signs of carbon buildup which is the likely cause of the error. Cleaned the flame rods and reinstalled them. Tested unit for 30 min and no further error codes showed up at this time. Spoke with client about the units overall life expectancy and condition and left quotes for replacement.

Replaced thermal expansion tank and installed new one per local code. Ran water heater through heating cycle and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
For this job, I replaced the prv, expansion tank, a leak on a hot waterline line and a customer supplied shower valve. I tested thoroughly to ensure everything is working properly
Performed spring maintenance on 2 systems. Replaced all filters, checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. Upstairs drain line not secured The upstairs outdoor unit’s capacitor is bad Main floor does not have a drain pan. No wet safety switch. Homeowner said they never signed for a monthly in the past. So they said they wanted to enroll today. I told them they were in the program, they said No, and they never go charged monthly.
Located leak coming from connections to the toilet. Isolation valve and supply line both show signs of age and corrosion. Toilet was from 2005. Client opted for full replacement. Removed the old toilet and connections and checked for any damage to the mounting flange. Set new Kohler Kingston toilet with new wax ring and mounting bolts. Sealed base of the toilet with caulk. Tested for leaks and proper function. Old toilet was hauled away for disposal. During evaluation we noticed a leak on the water heater cold inlet as well as elevated water pressure. Thermal expansion tank on the water heater is also failed. Left quotes and options ranging from repair of existing system to full replacement.
For this job I worked on adding a new hose bib for the deck. Went ahead and added a new waterline to the system from under the kitchen. Went ahead and tested. Also checked for leaks and cleaned out area. Found a leak coming from the kitchen sink. Informed customer
I replaced a failed water pressure regulator, thermal expansion tank and repaired a pinhole leak in a hot side water line at the water heater. All air was removed from the lines, the system was pressurized and tested for leaks with no issues. Water pressure was set at 67psi
No immediate issues noticed with either system, although temperatures are still cool. Discussed potential options and recommendations. Cut and clear drain line for upstairs. Upstairs low-voltage wire to outdoor unit runs inside of drain line as well. Various estimates attached system is currently operating properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a shower that wouldn’t divert consistently and a kitchen faucet with a wobbly handle. Gave options. Replaced tub spout in upstairs bathroom and sealed around fixture. Took apart faucet and couldn’t get issue to resolve. Contacted delta and the will be sending the customer a new handle and cartridge.
Main floor inverter communication fault. Possible power surge. System does not reset without power reset. Reset and ran system diagnostics. System is cooling in 45 ambient outdoor temperature.
Found unit not operating due to a tripped breaker and a failed capacitor. The unit also has a broken duct that is leaking conditioned air into the attic. The air filter was dirty. The gas line entering the furnace is not to code. The system needs som refrigerant line insulation. The indoor unit also has black biological growth on it. With the homeowners permission I replaced the capacitor and added an APCO-X ultra to help treat the biological growth and to help prevent it from spreading. I also replaced the air filter. I emailed estimates for duct repair, gas line repair (bring gas line entering furnace to code), and to add some refrigerant line insulation.
Today we provided and installed new hammer arrestors at the washing machine and dishwasher. Tested for leaks and verified that the banging noise is finally gone. Purged air out of the lines and cleaned workspace
Replaced and installed 6yr Water Heater upstairs. This included new necessary safety updates, fittings, and seals. All work was tested and checked for leaks
Arrived for no cool found 40/10 capacitor at a 0.00/9.82 . replaced 40/10 dual cap . System working properly with 20degree delta T upstairs and downstairs.
Estimate is to install a single head minisplit in addition to be used as supplemental heating/cooling. Room has ducts but does not currently have enough and the minisplit will offset the difference. This option does not have a head in the bedroom so it will get what it gets.
For this job I replaced the kitchen faucet, I also performed a leak search as a courtesy and during my investigation, I had found that the tub shu was broken. I replaced it and thoroughly tested to ensure there were no further leaks

Removed existing rinnai tankless in garage and installed new Navien 240a2. Reworked venting, water lines, dedicated line, added new isolation valves, Ion-6, check valves and a drain down. Everything is working properly
Great professional service!
Installed new Bradford white 75 gallon gas water heater in the basement utility room. Removed old 50 gallon heater and set new heater in code approved aluminum drip pan. Modified all water, gas, and vent lines to accommodate the new water heater and secured new expansion tank with proper bracket. Set expansion tank pressure to 70 psi and tested unit for leaks and proper operation. Temperature is set to manufacturer recommended 120°F.

My client is experiencing issues with a banging noise in the wall when fixtures run. The PRV was replaced recently and bathroom renovations were completed about a year ago. The client first noticed this a few months out. The noise is most evident in the closet underneath the upstairs bathtub. We replaced a bad fill valve, a bad expansion tank, opened drywall to inspect the water lines in the closet and verified they are mounted properly. I tested vacuum breakers on the frost proof hoses. After everything we did today, the banging is less prevalent but is still noticeable. It happens on both the hot and cold side. Tomorrow we will install several water hammer arrestors to attempt at a full solution. Water pressure at 48 psi. Water heater is 8 years old

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a dripping shower head in the master bathroom. I ran some troubleshooting to determine if the main cause was a pressure issue , but found no issues with pressure the house. I the proceeded to check the type of cartridge and determined that the age of the cartridge had reached it life span and needed to be replaced. I successfully removed and replaced the cartridge , and checked to ensure no more dripping occurred .
