Travel fee Customer called us out for a garbage disposal that was making a weird noise when in use. The customer stated this is the first time they have had an issue with the garbage disposal. The customer took us over to the garbage disposal, and the customer went to turn on the disposal to recreate the noise and we heard the disposal grind something down, then the noise went away by itself. We went to turn on the garbage disposal again and it didn’t make the noise anymore, it sounded normal. We ran water in the kitchen line to test for a potential blockage and there was no signs of a blockage present. We performed a water pressure check and there is optimal pressure, we also noticed the water heater was about 7 years old and I recommended to the customer to have one of our sewer supervisor to come out and inspect the water heater. They will contact us back out when they are ready to proceed with that project. We will be leaving estimates to replace the garbage disposal in the near f
For this job I installed a customer supplied Tesla charger next to the main panel. Charger is on a dedicated 60 amp circuit everything functions as it should.
Found mainfloor unit was a 9 year old lennox system that had a blown compressor and a possible clogged evaporater coil. System is no longer under warranty. The evap coil and compressor will need to get replaced. I emailed a repair estimate. Install supervisor is coming out to give an estimate for a new system. System also needs better flood protection.
Today we came out for the main level not cooling 2000 rheem two ton with matching furnace. Found failed duel motor starter and pitted contactor, with part failing condenser fan motor has been compromised. Installed new filter addition system uses mandated r22 refrigerant that is obsolete as of 01/01/2020. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running and there is no warranty on work done today
Today we installed a valve for a gas stove my client is having installed. Tested for leaks and relit the pilot. Performed a HC inspection. Left several estimates for my findings. Water heater is 5 Years old, Pressure is at 55 PSI

Full system swap out
Homeowner has a Moen touchless faucet that is constantly running. The faucet will not shut off despite the position of the handle. There is also a leak from the faucet’s supply line. The homeowner states that there is also an issue with both the dishwasher and the icemaker, and that these two appliances do not have water. The homeowner already has a new faucet onsite. Removed and disposed of failed Moen faucet. Cleaned counter top of faucet. Mounted new customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet. Connected faucet onto existing stop valves. Pressurized water lines and ran faucet to test for leaks. Faucet is functioning as intended. I confirmed that the water is on to the icemaker and that the icemaker is pulling water, however it is not freezing the water. The homeowner asked me to test the dishwasher, the dishwasher appears to be functioning properly.
Today we performed a Plumbing homecare inspection. We checked the water meter, water lines, water heater, toilets, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, laundry connections, etc. Here are my findings: Client mentioned the water felt very hot coming out of fixtures. I got temp readings at several fixtures, reading anywhere from 125-128° F. I called Rheem, who confirmed in their operating manual that this is normal for the ‘HOT’ value. We decided to set the water heater function to ‘LOW’ which the Rheem rep said was around 120° F. All the stop valves in this home are either original to the home or use an inferior means of connecting to the plumbing system. Stop valves are used to shut water off to a fixture for service or in an emergency. I recommend replacing them all. The master and powder room toilets have tank internals that are aging. I recommend rebuilding the tanks or replacing the toilets. The upstairs toilet appears to have the newest internals. The master and powder lavatories use
HVAC leak basement mini split. Upon arrival found 2 headed tree 1.5 ton mini split. Upon investigation found systems to have dirty evap coils and drain. Theater head unit is on interior wall with condensate pump in closet behind unit. The mini split pump runs but is very loud. Quoted replacing out of precaution as I do not like how it sounds but it is currently functioning properly. Tested pump multiple times, safety works and pump functions. Pumped and cleaned main room drain line. Cleaned both evap coils rinsing multiple times with cleaner. Tested system after function and both system working as designed.
Arrived on site and customer had a leak coming from the overflow on her tub. Customer had cut out all the drywall below the tub the day prior so I was able to test the tub and found the leak coming from the overflow not being properly tightened down. I resecured the overflow and began testing the tub of several times to ensure no leak would occur. Once overflow was completed. Customer also stated she had a leaking toilet, which I found didn’t have a washer and nut, to secure the tank to bowl. She also had another toilet in the master bathroom with the same situation. Additionally, I installed washer and nuts on both the toilet in the downstairs and the master bathroom.
Great service.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that the AC/heat pump has been replaced for the lower part of the home. He would like to verify to make sure that the wire size is proper and there’s no underlying issues causing this breaker to trip. We will go through and determine if the wire sizes made proper if it has the correct overcurrent protection device and we will provide options to the customer if there’s anything that needs to be updated or corrected.
Today we came out for upstairs ac not keeping up 2016 carrier 4 ton ac with matching furnace builder grade. Evaluated system found system critically low on refrigerant. System has refrigerant leak with system leaking refrigerant compressor has been compromised. Client says he has never had any maintenance and he is the original homeowner. Performed band aid repair and cleaned condenser coil and adjusted charge. Scheduled customer with install supervisor to give options on updating. Left all equipment operational.
Customer was experiencing lights flickering throughout the house. We installed a new qo panel in 2022. At that time there was an issue with a factory tightened screw on the neutral bar that was loose. We reached out to come correct it, but were never scheduled. Since this was a known issue with those panels, I tightened the loose screw along with all neutral connections in the panel as a courtesy. In the hallway there was a switch that was broken so we Replaced the switch

System not cooling to set temp on tstat Upon arrival I noticed there was frost on suction line and checked EVAP coil which was frozen Cannot run any diagnostics due to coil being frozen We will have to schedule to come back out tomorrow Returned on 6/26/26 system is thawed out and after diagnoses it was determined the filter drier was severely clogged with a 20degree temp drop across it With homeowner approval we replaced filter drier and checked for proper operation and system is now running well. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Why can’t all companies be like this? Showed up early. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. Could not fix my problem due to it being something outside of the scope of the company, but did not charge me for a service that was not provided. Ended up being a septic tank that needs to be emptied. Many other companies would charge thousands and walk away with their hands up like “oh, not my fault, not my problem”. Kudos to you guys. Thank you so much. Bryan was awesome, professional and knowledgeable I appreciate finally having someone trustworthy to fix my issues.

Aidan and his assistant were amazing. They installed two toilets and repaired issues they discovered when the original toilets were removed. Explanations were clear and I had assurance the job was done well. Aidan’s personable demeanor made it all the better. TE Certified worked well with us. Two appointments were needed in order to coordinate with a flooring installation. Things worked out perfectly.
Excellent communication and service! TE communicated, from start to finish, in the best possible way before arrival. Once here, Veaya explained the issue and the options in a way that was educational and allowed me to fully understand what was needed and why. There is no doubt that I would use them again. I'll be a lifetime customer. This company understands logistics and communication and gave us the best service because of it.
