Initial observations of UL system revealed a clogged filter, drain line and heatpump circuit breaker was tripped inside at the main panel. When I opened the outdoor unit panel there was substantial water inside and it drained into the electrical whip. I drained the whip to ensure it would not cause an electrical short. Temperature/pressure correlation of the refrigerant charge revealed the system is overcharged with refrigerant. Design subcool for proper charge at 67 degree outdoor temperature is 5 degrees +/- 1 degree. System is currently running at 19 degrees with an 11 degree superheat. System is cooling in an inefficient manner due to excess refrigerant which is recommended to be recovered to adjust charge to proper manufacturer’s specifications. Main water line has a leak on the flo control compression fitting where main water service enters home at the penetration. We will attempt to clean up some of the hydraulic cement to give us enough room to replace the fitting and transition to copper with a new main shutoff. If this does not work we will need to excavate the penetration point outside, replace the section of piping coming through and rework mainline inside

Performed no cool. Upstairs system wasn’t cooling pressures were bad and found a leak on the evaporator. Design for system is bad. Short 600. CFM on both sides. Told homeowner I could check other three systems if he joined our maintenance. Main unit had a leak and is still cooling but it does have a leak. Basement unit is looking in great condition.

For this job I installed a customer supplied water monitoring system. I also replaced the old pressure regulator and installed a new watts PRV and set psi to 65. I helped home owner set up device to app. Tested and left work area clean.

I came out to install a new 60 amp circuit for a car charger as well as installing the car charger itself. I ran a six gauge wire from the panel through the basement area and then into the garage up the wall across the ceiling and over to the far wall where I installed the car charger. Because this charger has a cord that you have to use for hardwiring I installed that six gauge wire into a box which I used as a junction. I also installed a surge protector on each of your panels. On the subpanel, it is on a 50 amp breaker and on the main panel It is on the dryer circuit. I’m including some paperwork about our surge protectors but if you ever notice that the lights go out, please give us a call immediately and we will make sure it is working. Installing a new 60 amp circuit for a car charger as well as surge protection

Replace second gen Eaton ch breaker that has failed, and GFCI on back porch

For this job we installed a new flush mount kit with a whole home surge protector in the main panel. Installed surge protector on its own 50 amp breaker. We also installed two smoke carbon/ combos on each hallway of the home. Replaced the existing detectors. Also installed a chandelier in the dinning room as a courtesy. Discounted the price of the chandelier out of the total.

Demo ceiling fan, install 6in wafer light and replace light switch.

Troubleshot loss of power to multiple lights around the house. Found a junction box that was overfilled and had extremely loose connections. I installed a new 2 gang box with a blank plate and fixed all the poor connections. Everything is working properly again. I deleted power going to an existing outlet outside and converted it to an outdoor quad outlet on the wall instead. Deleting the outlet outside cuts power to two other existing outdoor outlets and she said that it’s fine because they don’t use them. Grounds and neutral bars were added to allow neutrals to no longer be double tapped, #4 ground was ran from the neutral bar to the ground bars since it is the first point of disconnect and a 3 wire system.

Pull toilet, clearing blockage Set camera inspection Customer called us out for bathroom partial blockage. This is the second time the bathroom clogged up in a year. Ran cable through toilet closet flange was successful clearing the blockage. Pulled back grease and tissue paper. Cam inspection scheduled for tomorrow to provide a permanent solution.

Cannot complete work until flare fitting adapter is located in order to connect propane line. Emailed accounting to let them know to refund the amount due to the customer paying beforehand and then us not being able to complete the job. Will locate adapter needed to complete work and reschedule job. Also emailed customer explaining what’s going on.

Attempted to locate the source of the leak. Flushed the toilet multiple times in attempt to recreate the leak. Tested connections for leaks as well. Toilet had a severe rock left to right on it which would indicate either a broken flange or a failed wax seal. Quoted client options ranging from repair to full replacement. Client opted for full replacement. Pulled old toilet and inspected existing flange for damage. Flange was in good shape and at proper height. Set new wax ring and mounting bolts. Installed new Kohler Highline Arc toilet. Sealed base with new silicone and verified no leaks. Hauled away old toilet for disposal.

Studs will be needed for every patch job. 3 patches in master closet. Pieces of drywall are here. 1. 12”x6” 2. 7”x7” 3. 24”x18” only piece to replace with new drywall. Reattach drywall in laundry room around new water valves. Pieces of drywall are here 1. 7”x5” 2. 10”x2” 3. 9”x5” Homeowner has paint for the ceiling and walls. I will need to paint both with a minimum of two coats.

Replaced 2 Vacuum breakers on the outdoor hose bibs. The hose bibs were not leaking, customer did not want to replace at this time. Gave estimates to replace the water heater, recirc pump, and tankless options.

Replace burnt out gfci

Customer had a toilet that was making a loud noise when flushed, upon inspection found it was the fill valve, she also requested I change the kohker flush seals in her two toilets while I was there

Installed blue tube. Tested in heating and cooling. Cleared drain line. Collected payment and signatures.

We were called out due to a sayco shower that would not shutoff. We gave repair and replacement options. The customer chose to repair the valve. We replaced hot and cold stems, diverter stem, handles and escutcheons. We were unable to replace the seats as they were seized to the valve. After repairs we tested the valve and everything is working properly.

Customer called us out for multiple drain clearings throughout the house. 1 . Kitchen Sink, 2. Hallway Bathroom Sink, 3. Master Bathroom Sink Used tub gun cable machine to clear drains. $73 special was applied for all drains. Customer also has appointment with service technician tomorrow to provide quotes on repiping garden tub.
