Install a whole home filtration system in kitchen pantry, main line is behind the pantry in storage closet so we’ll rework all of that piping into copper since it’s currently cpvc. Will add brackets to stabilize piping and then feed new lines into the unit. Will add a drip pan with sensor underneath unit for additional floor protection Customer originally had issues at the washer machine with debris/mold getting in the laundry, walked around home and noticed a lot of carbon buildup in toilets and coming out of the faucet. We installed the whole home filtration system with a bypass in order to get rid of any mineral buildup as well as protect the piping due to it being cpvc. We are still not 100% positive if this will cure the issue at the washer but it will definitely take care of the water quality issues around the home. Following up in a week with the customer in a week to see if laundry issues has been resolved if not I think flushing that line out by itself will do the trick. Ever

For this call, the homeowner was dealing with error code 10 on their rinnai tankless water heater. After inspection, we took off the panel to see the inside of the unit to determine what it could be. We have reason to believe the blower is starting to go bad as it was having surges when running water. We wrote up estimates to replace the part as well as estimates for replacing the tankless to a navien unit and another estimate with the ion-6 to which the homeowner decided on. We will be scheduling our return for next Monday, which we will be ordering the parts today so it will be ready for Monday. Thank you for trusting TE Certified with all your plumbing needs.

Ran a dedicated circuit for the back patio with new receptacles, a new switch and new lights.

System not cooling properly. Found filter dirty, outside condenser very dirty and system little low on Freon. Did a chemical wash in the outside condenser, replaced filter and added Freon , to bring pressures back to normal. Tested both zones and thermostats with no issue. System is working properly at this visit. Signed up customer for home care plan.

Today we removed the existing toilet to inspect the cause of water damage around the base. Upon removal, we found significant deterioration of the wood subfloor surrounding the closet flange due to a long-term leak. The subfloor is soft and no longer provides adequate structural support for the toilet. The closet flange was inspected and appears aged, and its condition will need to be evaluated further once the damaged flooring is removed. At this time, we do not recommend reinstalling the toilet until the damaged subfloor has been properly repaired. We discussed our findings and recommendations with the homeowner and provided options for the necessary repairs before the toilet can be safely reinstalled.

Came here for a no cool on a 2014 carrier AC and a 2021 Rheem furnace. I noticed that the system was on, but the outdoor fan motor was not running. I went ahead and tested the capacitor and it had failed. I went ahead and replace it with a new 35+5 capacitor, after replacing the capacitor outdoor fan motor still didn’t come on. I checked and tested to see if power was coming through the contactor and everything on the contactor was operating normally. I went ahead and ohm out the fan motor, which indicated me that the motor had failed. I called Mingledorff to get prices on the new fan motor and fan blade, I left the customer with the price to have it replaced. I did a vision inspection only on the furnace. Customer did approve our project manager to come out here tomorrow at noon.

Performed a full HVAC inspection on all systems. Inspected thermostat operation, electrical components, safeties, capacitors, contactors, blower assemblies, evaporator coils, condenser coils, refrigerant levels, drain lines, temperature splits, air filters, ductwork, and overall system performance/operation. Verified proper heating and cooling operation at each system and inspected systems for any signs of airflow restriction, electrical concerns, drainage issues, or abnormal operation. Homeowner reviewed available repair options and elected to proceed with the recommended solution. System was thoroughly tested upon completion and is operating properly at this time. Perfomed inspection on a 2022 rheem heatpump. I found that the condenser fan motor has failed. The fan motor will need to be replaced under warranty. Fan motor was receiving voltage but not running.

Tankless water heater maintenance. Descaled unit for 45 minutes with solution. Cleaned air fan and cleaned water intake screen. No warranty on tankless service due to age.

Put faucet handle on

I pulled and reset a tankless unit as well as added a second one to accommodate for the amount of bathrooms the house has. I also replaced 2 faucets, a water stop valve and did a minor toilet rebuild in the guest house as a warranty. I tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

At arrival on 07/30/26 Issue: no cool System: main floor Finding: someone wired wrong the outdoor unit contactor which damaged the contactor, weakened the capacitor and compressor. The condenser coil is dirty, dirty air filter and wrong size filter. System is r22 refrigerant and 19 years old. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade your AC & Coil. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job we installed two dedicated circuits from the main panel to the break room for the fridge and the microwave. Installed circuits on GFCI devices. Also installed a quad outlet for the computer desk and the treadmill section. We also installed an outlet for an open sign on the front wall of the store. We also bypassed the lighting controls and timers and installed a single pole switch for the outdoor sign. Everything functions as it should.

Hooked up dryer and washer in laundry room. Connected new water supply lines, steam water line, dryer vent, and drain to washer. TE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS WITH DRYER VENT FUNCTIONALITY. Capped off gas line. To old dryer.

No work was done here, it was just a tamper resistant outlet, and the homeowners had not heard of that before and did not know why it didn’t allow them to plug in their fan initially. For this job, customer stated the upstairs/main ex zoned system was not cooling. I turn the thermostat to cool. I found the outdoor fan motor was running. The compressor was not. I checked and saw the contactor was getting 24v. I turn the power off to the outdoor and checked the capacitor. I found the herm side was out of tolerance. I spoke to the customer to get it replaced. I replaced it and tested the system on cool. I took delta T of 20*f. I had 58*f in supply and the return of 78*f. I pour water down the drain line to test the condensate pump. System currently operable.

Today we came out for second level not cooling 2012 carrier 3.5 ton ac with matching furnace. Evaluated complete system found circuit critically low on refrigerant 410 system has major refrigerant leak. Performed electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil located in attic. Called carrier and evaporator coil is no longer being manufactured due to R410 phase out. Gave client option on rheem evaporator coil and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating.

Rinnai unit is experiencing fan blower issues again so turned dip switch one on the tan bank to increase fan speed and overcome resistance. This is not a long term solution but can buy them time until additional repairs need to be made or replacement of the unit entirely. Will discount todays charge on a future replacement

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak in the living room with the ceiling beginning to fall in. Water was off to the home upon arrival. Did a leak search and opened up the ceiling. The sub floor around the toilet had severe water damage and discoloration. Pulled master toilet to assess. Flange was below the floor and the wax ring was stuck to the bottom of the toilet making no contact with the flange. Toilet is old and in ruff shape. Fill valve is compromised and flapper is deteriorated allowing a steady stream to flow into the drain system. Gave options. Added a flange extension kit to bring the flange above floor level. Installed new wax ring, bolts, caps and supply line. Reset toilet. Flushed multiple times and no further leaking was observed. Customer opted to rebuild toilet himself and water was left off to the toilet at the service valve until he makes repairs on the internals.

Today we came out for only system not cooling 2012 ruud 3.5 ton single stage zoned. I will note that This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying demands of multiple zones. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found system critically low on refrigerant system has major leak in circuit. Installed new duel addition found condenser coil impacted with dirt and evaporator freezing up leaking water through furnace. Gave client options and she would like to do a band aid and get a quote to update. Cleaned condenser coil and adjusted charge left equipment operational. There is no warranty on refrigerant and it could leak out at anytime
