I replaced 3 bathroom center set faucets with new pop up assembly’s, re-water piped a fixture in the master bathroom from cpvc to pex, and changed 2 pex straight stops under the guest bathroom sink. I tested everything throughly and ensured that there were no leaks

First I removed and already cut piece of drywall held in by six drywall screws to poke my head in the ceiling and see a leak after locating the approximate area of the leak. I cut and removed a section of drywall in order to be able to access the leak determined the leak was Coming from the supply lines to the Roman tub valve for the garden tub in the master advised customer that there would be more cost incurred as there is more work and we would also have to cut into the tub at this time in order to replace that line gave customer the option to cap off the line in order to restore water to the rest of the house and be able to use the plumbing fixtures like normal customer accepted this option. Water is back on meter is not running with system. Fully pressurized leak appears to be caused by an old supply line bursting.

For this job I came to see why water was coming out the side of the house. The pressure relief valves failed and allowing hot water to spill out of the tmp drain non stop forming a huge puddle outside. I checked the house pressure and it is at 60 psi which is an acceptable level. Temperature at the water heater was at the max and home owner turned it down recently. High temperatures will also open the relief valve to release pressure. I tested the expansion tank and had also failed. I replaced the pressure relief valve and I also replaced the expansion tank. I secured new expansion tank to the structure using a mounting bracket. I set the psi on the tank to 70 psi. Tested and left work area clean. No more water was spilling into the yard.

Troubleshoot bathroom gfi’s in master bath and basement bathroom not working. Replaced master bathroom gfi. Customer stated he’s moving shortly and wasn’t interested in replacing the other ones. I replaced the basement gfi for safety precautions at no charge. We replaced all the smoke detectors throughout the home. Everything tested and working properly.

Homeowner had water leaking from the bathroom on the 2nd floor into the garage through the ceiling. Opened ceiling and found that an electrician drilled through a joist to run a line and gouged the water line at some point and finally gave way and started leaking. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system. Cut out the damaged area of piping and installed a new section. Pressurized and removed the air from the lines.

Tech arrived to perform HomeCare maintenance on two systems in home. Customer had no concerns at the moment. Inspected systems. On arrival found a small amount of water in main furnaces pan and small amount of water inside furnace cabinet for upstairs furnace. Corrected upstairs furnace inducer/drain connections and is no longer leaking water. For main level, outside connection is not glued properly and leaking water out of the bottom of the connection, PVC is special order and order is placed for work at a later date. Removed water from furnaces. Test fired systems and furnace and are operational and heating. Flushed drain lines and verified condensate pump is operational. Verified cooling operations. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer agreed to add UV purifiers into system and add wet switch to main furnace. Performed work and verified operations on system after repairs. Ordered parts for return on Tuesday 11-2. Thank you for letting TE Certified service your home.

Replaced PRV and set pressure to 70psi. Relocated the main shutoff and the water pipes running to the water heater. I added an expansion tank to the water heater as well. I replaced the gas fittings at the water heater to add a sediment trap and to relocate the piping.

Install 3 outlets total in the basement. 2 in the office area and adding an outlet in the basement bathroom.

Fixed a pinhole leak from copper on well water. Cut and installed a copper to 1” pvc transition fitting and reduced to 3/4, pressed fittings and waited 45 minutes for glue to cure. Pressurized system and found no other problems

Install a grundfos up-10 pump in replace of the failed recirc pump

Performed a home care inspection, we found no surge protection at the main distribution panel or meter, while performing smoke detectors test, one the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors started beeping, showing signs of malfunction by the light blinking, replaced said detector on the main level hall outside of bedroom.

Removed aged water heater, recirc pump, and prv. Replaced with new Rheem 10 year warranty gas water heater, new recirc pump and new prv. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

For the show, we did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner and discovered this is not a Watermain service issue. The leak is on the irrigation system and leaking from a PRV right before the main shut off.

Home care inspection of one system. The ductwork is in need of cleaning. Gave quote on ductwork cleaning. Cleaned dirty condenser coil . There wasn’t any components that were bad . Added endure to drain line and cleaned . Tested heating and cooling.

I did a home electrical inspection and replace several breakers as well as adding a whole home surge protector . Future estimates are in email

Install (2) new customer supplied 3 way switches in basement stairway. Install new outlet in garage on existing circuit. Install gfi breaker on circuit.

Replaced faucet with same one because the old one was constantly running

Leak search cut Sheetrock in ceiling, seen copper to grey poly line. Line was for basement toilet supply. Cut capped off line in ceiling. Toilet has another 3/8” supply line that connected to the lavatory. Quoted for new line for basement toilet and 2 water stops. Turned water onto house. Static pressure at 50 psi. Tested fixtures no leaks.

Replaced inducer motor, control board, and run capacitor for main floor system. Let system run for 15 minutes and there’s no further issues.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for only system not heating 2018 carrier 90k found code 31 open pressure switch. Upon further evaluation of equipment found failed control board in furnace not sending 120 volts to inducer motor. Performed safety inspection on furnace checked heat exchanger with digital camera found crack at 7 o clock through high limit switch. Client has a home warranty and will call us back left options with client.
