Job Locations and Reviews
For this job I replaced a water filter supplied by the home owner, I also replaced the gate valve and installed a handle quarter turn ball valve for easier use. I replaced 2 water supply lines going to the basement bathroom faucet on the left side. The one on the hot side was leaking and I replaced the cold side as a courtesy. I tested and left work area clean.
Troubleshoot no power to kitchen lights
For this job I came to see a leak underneath the kitchen sink, after inspecting I have options for either re tightening connections or install all new components for a worry free solution with warranty. I tested and left work area clean. I also left quotes for a new heater with recirculating pump. I also left a quote for a zero maintenance full home water filtration system.
Today we came out for main level not heating 1993 carrier 66k furnace with 2018 nordyne ac 2 ton. Found rusted out safeties causing bad continuity on connections putting furnace into lockout mode. Performed safety inspection on heat exchanger found cracks at 7 o clock with digital camera. In addition found severe metal fatigue hot spots and rust. Tagged furnace unsafe due to potential carbon monoxide fumes and scheduled install supervisor for tomorrow 10-2 window.
Replace defective GFCI outlet in basement.
Rework navien fresh air intake venting so it is able to use air from the outside rather than the garage. Remove 2 sharkbite caps and replace with pex plugs. Hot water was ran for 10 ,minutes to ensure the tankless was functioning properly. No further issues were found.

For this job i replaced the toilet flush tower in the master bath that broke off when home owner replaced the fill valve. I also replaced the stop valve serving the master bath toilet that would not shut the water off, I installed a new quarter turn supply stop. I installed a new quarter turn ball valve for easier access to turn the main water off. I tested and left work areas clean.
Client had a lavatory sink in the master bath that was leaking at the drain tailpiece, this leak has been going on for a while and they just noticed some staining coming from the ceiling underneath. Cleaned up tubular connections and ran water for 10 minutes to verify the leak was gone. My client mentioned another stain coming from the attic. There is no plumbing or HVAC condensate drain in this area. There was a bathroom vent that used single wall metal venting. I reached out to an HVAC tech, who mentioned it was highly unlikely that condensation from this vent would be enough to leave a stain in the drywall. I didn’t see any stains or leaks from the 1 year old roof. I would consult an attic specialist / leak search to look further into this matter. It’s certainly not plumbing related. Water heater is from 2021, water pressure is 45 PSI Reached out to property medics to schedule a water damage visit
Found lennox heatpump outdoor unit tripped on low pressure lock out. Reset and ran heatpump in heat mode. I checked all indoor and outdoor starting components. I checked refrigerant pressures. I checked defrost cycle. I found that strip heat would not kick on due to w wire came off of t-stat. I reattached the wire and ran the strip heat. System was operating at the end of service call. I found biological growth in air handler and emailed estimate for UV light. I emailed estimate for updated flood Protection as well.
Today customer called us out to her home because she had a power outage in her living room. Upon my troubleshoot, I found that there was a backstabbed outlets, causing a loose connection. That loose connection is causing the power loss on the other outlets. Today we performed a re device in the living room. We also replaced the living room breaker with a dual function.
Installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater with extended warranty kit. Installed new upgraded PRV and installed new hot water recirculating pump. The lines were purged of air, the system was pressurized and tested with no issues.
Today we came out for main level not heating trane 2022 80k furnace with Goodman 3 ton ac 2010. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked all operations found failed HSI. Performed safety inspection on heat exchanger using digital camera found crack @ 7 o clock. Installed igniter, ignition module, gas valve and all wiring harnesses for temp heating until new furnace is installed Monday morning. Signed client up for homecare service and left equipment operational. Furnace could fail at anytime and there is no warranty on work.

Replaced control board and evap thermistor on Rheem Pro terra hybrid unit. Turned unit back on and everything is working properly.
Customer reported the outdoor tankless water heater was repeatedly shutting down due to the condensation drain line freezing during cold temperatures. Customer temporarily used a space heater to thaw the condensate line and restore operation prior to today’s visit. Upon arrival, confirmed the condensate line was exposed and susceptible to freezing. Today, we insulated the tank of water, heaters conversation, drain line, as well as the temperature and pressure relief line to help protect against future freezing conditions. System was checked after insulation was complete completed and is operating properly at this time. Customer was advised that extreme cold temperatures can still pull a risk and to monitor the unit during prolonged to freezes.
I replaced a customer supplied garbage disposal and 2 master traps under the kitchen sink. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no leaks. Customer also has water pressure above 100 psi, I gave pricing to fix this issue but the customer declined at this time.
