Super service and professionalism
I installed a new april air e130 dehumidifier on the basement system with a new condensation pump, water safety pan and switch. I added a new thermostat to the basement to a different area of the basement. I tested the new pump and thermostat and dehumidifier. I checked all the refrigerant pressures for all three unit and changed their air filters. I checked capacitors for the outdoor units. All AC were operating when I left. Mainfloor system is a 4 ton system with only a 10" duct and a 12" duct (return). The mainfloor system is way short on return duct work. The basement system needs a return duct run added to the main room where the homeowner had me move the new thermostat to. The thermostat for the basement system will not be getting accurate readings without a return duct added to the basement room where the thermostat is now been moved too. Homeowner has been advised and wants to office to call him next week to get the estimate for duct modifications.
Replacement of main meter and smoke detetctors
Replaced evaporator coil, rebuilt drain, tested drain and tested system in both heat and AC mode . System is working properly. Supply AC temperature is 57 degrees.
Came back behind install. check static pressure after replacing ductwork. Signed homeowner up for HomeCare. Sub cool is within range of manufactures recommendation.
Estimate is to replace basement HVAC system, new return plenum and permit all work with Forsyth.
Replaced cartridge assemblies, seats, and springs in 3 separate delta widespread lavatory faucets that were leaking around the handle. Tested repairs for leaks and proper function of the faucet. Advised client that the hot side handle on the left hand sink in the master bath is broken causing the handle to not come to a stop when it’s all the way open or closed. Advised them to contact Delta to have a new handle sent out for their faucet. Also spoke with them about abnormal water pressure and an aged PRV as well as aged water heater. Spoke with client about different options and left quotes for additional work.
Main floor system not cooling. Bad capacitor on compressor leg. Replaced contactor, capacitor and over amping condenser fan motor. Recommend having homecare performed on all 3 systems.
For this job the customer stated they had a shower that was constantly dripping and a kitchen faucet that was leaking when turned on. Checking the water pressure showed high pressure and I advised the homeowner the issue was pressure related which caused the shower cartridge to fail. The homeowner agreed to replace the pressure regulator as well as the shower cartridge and kitchen faucet. Water was shut off to the house and all items were replaced. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.

Extended diagnostic performed on the 2018 Daikin ductless mini-split system serving the sunroom. The system was installed in 2020. The customer’s main concern is that the system has not been cooling well and is struggling to keep the space comfortable. During testing, the system was operated in cooling mode and monitored while running. Diagnostic readings recorded included 95.3 psig suction pressure, 24.9° superheat, 29° vapor saturation temperature, 53.9° suction line temperature, 65.1° liquid line temperature, 71° return air temperature, and approximately 55° supply air temperature. The Daikin remote self-diagnostic/control module did not indicate an active fault or error code at the time of our service diagnostic. A complimentary leak search was performed using an electronic leak detector. No confirmed leak was located during this visit. For this job, I worked on replacing a 30 amp single pole breaker with a 20 amp single pole GFI breaker for a sauna. I also ran a dedicated 20 amp dual function circuit for the basement refrigerator and separated all neutrals in both panels.
I replaced the prv, main shutoff and expansion tank. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues. I also left an estimate for a tankless water heater upgrade

Install a Tesla Wall Connector / Whole Home Surge Protection / Neurio Metering Kit
We had to have switches replaced for a hall fixture. We also needed lightbulbs to be replaced for an inaccessible light. We thought the suggestion of replacing the fixture for one that could use LED bulbs was great! Everything was done quickly and neatly.
Install a new hose bib with a vacuum breaker on the left side of the home. Cut into the drywall behind the hose bib, install a new one with the piping, test for leaks and confirm the new hose bib is functioning properly. Water pressure is at 45 PSI Water heater is 14 years old. The homeowners have sold the home and aren’t interested in an estimate. Declined sticker.
Homeowner is having issues with water pressure. Whenever a faucet or any other fixture is ran, the pressure drops drastically, to the point of practically no more than a drip. I found that by testing the water pressure, whenever a fixture is ran, the pressure drops to 0 PSI. I also found that the thermal expansion tank has failed. Unthreaded and disposed of failed NR3XL. Cut out Zurn style unions. Cut PEX piping back to make room for new pressure regulator. Installed union for Watts style pressure regulator. Installed new Watts 25AUB pressure regulator. Installed approximately 4” of new 3/4” PEX and connected onto existing plumbing system. Cut out and removed failed thermal expansion tank. Mounted new thermal expansion tank bracket on adjacent wall. Mounted thermal expansion tank to expansion tank bracket. Connected onto existing plumbing system by water heater. Pressurized water system and tested for leaks. Confirmed with homeowner that water pressure throughout house is adequate. Pu
Performed a full HVAC inspection on all 3 systems. Inspected thermostat operation, electrical components, safeties, current controllers, contactors, blower assemblies, evaporator coils, condenser coils, refrigerant levels, drain lines, temperature splits, air filters, ductwork, and overall system performance/operation. Verified proper heating and cooling operation at each system and inspected systems for any signs of airflow restriction, electrical concerns, drainage issues, or abnormal operation. *Main condenser was not cooling upon arrival, came across dirty condenser coil and dead capacitor. Informed homeowner about his options and my findings and homeowner agreed to go with one of my quotes. Performed coil cleaning on upstairs and main level condensers. Lights not working in foyer
2 toilets
Two Lennox R22 units that show low refrigerant pressures ant coil temperatures that will cause a cooling issues. The temperature of return air and supply air are below manufacture recommended delta t. Potential R22 leak in refrigerant loop. Inspected furnaces and found no faults in heat exchangers. Blower capacitor is below manufacturers recommend value. Drain lines have basic flood protection. Gas sediment for one system is not to code. Homeowner at this time does not want to go over equipment replacement options. Today I’ve inspected heating and cooling on both systems and repaired gas leak and brought sediment up to code.
Performed schedule repair. Replaced fan motor and added a complimentary capacitor for inconvenience. Tested unit and is it operational at this time

Our hot water heater stopped working and i tried to reset the pilot light multiple times without success. I was going to wait until Monday to call thinking that no one would be available today, Saturday afternoon. My wife decided to call and low and behold we had service men at our house within 3 hours. We got our hot water back within 3 hours and the service men were very nice, polite and competent. I feel very good about the work they did and very pleased with the quick response from TE Certified.
