For this job, I worked on troubleshooting cat six cable connection and reconnected cable to panel
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the AC/heat pump has been replaced for the lower part of the home. He would like to verify to make sure that the wire size is proper and there’s no underlying issues causing this breaker to trip. We will go through and determine if the wire sizes made proper if it has the correct overcurrent protection device and we will provide options to the customer if there’s anything that needs to be updated or corrected.
Today we came out for upstairs ac not keeping up 2016 carrier 4 ton ac with matching furnace builder grade. Evaluated system found system critically low on refrigerant. System has refrigerant leak with system leaking refrigerant compressor has been compromised. Client says he has never had any maintenance and he is the original homeowner. Performed band aid repair and cleaned condenser coil and adjusted charge. Scheduled customer with install supervisor to give options on updating. Left all equipment operational.
Customer was experiencing lights flickering throughout the house. We installed a new qo panel in 2022. At that time there was an issue with a factory tightened screw on the neutral bar that was loose. We reached out to come correct it, but were never scheduled. Since this was a known issue with those panels, I tightened the loose screw along with all neutral connections in the panel as a courtesy. In the hallway there was a switch that was broken so we Replaced the switch
Installation of Lights and Fans
For this job, I worked on troubleshooting major power outage.
Performed two blower wheel cleaning and added a gas sediment trap. Tested both systems in cooling to make sure everything is working at departure. Blower wheels are now clean and the gas sediment trap for the LS unit is up to code. Collected signatures and payment today.
Replaced existing toilet in upstairs master bathroom with customer supplied toilet
I provided a homecare inspection and performed a troubleshoot in the guest bathroom. I found that the faucet had a blogged filter so I replaced it along side of replacing both hosebibb on the outside of the house.i tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues. I left additional estimates for my findings and will follow up with the customer at a later date
Dead leak search found leak on tub shoe replaced tub, shoe and overflow pulled, and reset toilet.
System not cooling to set temp on tstat Upon arrival I noticed there was frost on suction line and checked EVAP coil which was frozen Cannot run any diagnostics due to coil being frozen We will have to schedule to come back out tomorrow Returned on 6/26/26 system is thawed out and after diagnoses it was determined the filter drier was severely clogged with a 20degree temp drop across it With homeowner approval we replaced filter drier and checked for proper operation and system is now running well. Leak search
Panel and Meter Base Only (per customer). Buyer wanted inspection done of main panel due to it being a challenger panel. Panel is in good condition with double tapped neutrals and small burn mark on top right corner of buss bar. Other than that everything seems to be in good shape. There is one space left to add another circuit.
Why can’t all companies be like this? Showed up early. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. Could not fix my problem due to it being something outside of the scope of the company, but did not charge me for a service that was not provided. Ended up being a septic tank that needs to be emptied. Many other companies would charge thousands and walk away with their hands up like “oh, not my fault, not my problem”. Kudos to you guys. Thank you so much. Bryan was awesome, professional and knowledgeable I appreciate finally having someone trustworthy to fix my issues.
Customer called us out for a clog in master, hall and daughters bathrooms. Customer is on septic. On arrival the master bathroom was taken apart for remodeling. In the basement there were signs of lots of water leaking from above. I recommended running a cable machine down the master bathroom toilet since it was already pulled and the customer agreed. I ran my cable as far as it would go and did not touch the blockage. Customer had stated there was no clean out. I searched around and found a crawlspace that had a clean out. On inspect The clean out was dripping water. Due to the proximity to the septic I recommended having it checked first.
Install one new 30-amp, 2-pole GFCI breaker in the main breaker disconnect panel. From the disconnect, install new wiring in electrical conduit to a new 30-amp RV receptacle mounted in an approved weather-resistant enclosure. All conduit, conductors, fittings, connectors, and mounting hardware required for a complete installation are included. Upon completion, the circuit will be tested to verify proper voltage, grounding, GFCI protection, and safe operation. A 30-amp, 2-pole GFCI breaker is required to provide ground-fault protection for personnel and to meet current electrical code requirements where applicable. Running the conductors in conduit protects the wiring from physical damage and environmental exposure, ensuring a safe, durable, and code-compliant installation for powering the RV receptacle.
Excellent service and professionalism
Found that the outdoor unit was not receiving 240 volts. I checked the refrigerant pressures (resting). I verified that the capacitor was good. The blower motor was operating. The customer has a smart electrical panel. The panel had turned power off to the system; homeowner had to turn it back on through his phone (breaker not tripped). The homeowner turned it back on. The ac system was operating when I left The outdoor ac disconnect needs to be replaced.
Received call regarding leak in ceiling and in wall. Upon arrival, found active leak in wall on main level, with evidence of water traveling down behind the wall from above. Upstairs, and almost directly above, noticed stain in ceiling next to bathroom fan, along with stains along wall and in corner. Homeowner approved verbally via phone to proceed with leak search, with the understanding that price may be subject to change as things develop. — Upstairs, entered the attic to look for signs of leaks from above. Discovered very minor evidence of streaking coming from 2” PVC vent pipe for the offending bathroom. From my observations, I would guess that during very heavy rainfall, there might be some minor water intrusion from the vent penetration through the roof. This would potentially explain the stains in the corner and wall, but not necessarily the stain by the bathroom overhead fan. The latter may be an issue of condensation pertaining to the duct work overhead in the attic.
System was functioning upon arrival. Preformed hvac system inspection
For this job I worked on, running a new ev circuit. As a courtesy, I replaced 9 bulbs on a high chandelier, reinstalled a fan and replaced a bad breaker
Customer had a upstairs bathtub that was slow draining due to hair so we ended up running a cable to remove the hair from the drain and after testing the bathtub is flowing properly with no backups present in the same bathroom. Her daughter sink was slow draining as well too due to hair after taking apart the drain I removed all the hair and the drain is flowing properly with no leaks and no backups present. .

Customer called us out to his home because he just bought a Tesla car and wanted a wall connector installed. Today we installed the circuit also provided the wall connector
Installed new 80% gas furnace and cut in a new 10” return to the master bedroom. We began by removing the old furnace, strapping the coil up out of the way and removing old gas lines, secondary pans, electrical and debris from the old unit. Once the old unit was removed we placed the pan, set the furnace, ran the gas line to the gas valve, cut in the new ducts, built the plenum and tied in all electrical and safeties. I ensured each gas line connection, drain connection and duct connection was sealed, secured and supported. We tested the system upon completion. I set blower speed, checked static and made sure the system was cooling and heating effectively. I set gas pressure for the furnace and added a new filter to the newly installed filter cabinet. We tested the drain upon completion and collected payment via credit card. Call complete.
