Opened Sheetrock in garage ceiling and wall for access and drilled holes thru existing joists. Installed new 1” PVC drain line and stubbed out to exterior of the home. Also drilled subfloor in 2nd level laundry room and installed washing machine pan. Connected pan to new drain line and sealed all penetrations. Verified no issues with piping and checked for leaks.

Upstairs system is a single stage with 4 zones. 5 ton system. All 4 zones are 12 with a 14 weighted bypass that is broken. Plenums need to be replaced and properly installed as of right now only half of the filter racks are being used. The supply plenum integrity is questionable. I have unwired zone system and set all dampers to be open . Zones are disconnected and master bedroom is the only thermostat working. Quotes have been emailed.

For this job I replaced a customer supplied kitchen faucet and disposal as well as the cold side water stop valve and the drainage under the kitchen sink with a new Studor vent. I tested thoroughly to ensure that everything is working properly

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. We set up in the kitchen. From the kitchen drain, we ran our 400 and mini hydrojetter to remove the standing grease in the pipe and restore flow. We were able to fully restore flow and remove all standing grease and debris in the pipe and showed the owner the final results. We reset the plumbing and also raised the studor vent. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Install two customer supplied ceiling fans in each office. Ceiling fan boxes may be necessary

Re wire back porch in pvc conduit, run new switch leg for flood and wafer light, new smart breakers. Figure out why front flood does not work and back can light will not turn off

Dock Inspection and quote for repairs

Today we performed a leak search due to a water stain in the ceiling. We found a cut in a closet bend and replaced the closet bend and flange. Reset the toilet with a new wax ring, supply line, recaulked the base and verified there were no leaks. Water heater is from 2025. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

I installed a fan and bathroom vanity sconce light controlled by a TE provided dimmer switch.

Arrived at customers house, and found that outside hose hydrant had a hot water coming out of it. In the crawlspace, there was a crossover between the hot and cold lines that ran to the hydrant. We installed new lines on the hot and cold installed a new tee fitting and hooked the hydrant up to the cold line. Evrything is working at this time.

Customer called us out for a clog in the kitchen sink. On arrival I tested the sink and found that it was backing up quickly. Water heater is 14 years old and I recommended replacement. Customer will call us back out when she is ready. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have a flex shaft ran down the line. I ran my flex shaft down the line pulling back a good bit of grease. Tested the line for 15 minutes with no back ups or leaks.

Had leak search come out and found leak, leak was on a blue poly/barbed fitting with a hose clamp attached to pex A upanor. Shut down water service at meter, homeowner shut down water service inside house. Removed damaged section of pipe. Tied into upanor with pex B pipe and couplings. Pressurized waterline. Watched meter. After filled no movement. Informed homeowner line was good holding pressure and if they would slowly turn on the main supply inside their house, also if they would purge the air out of their fixtures. Homeowners would not let us access to inside their house, water heater unknown. Do not now pressure. Filled hole back, covered with mulch. No leaks

For this job, I worked on providing and replacing five smoke detectors and two carbon fire detectors

Today we came out for the main level not maintaining temp during the hottest time of the day 2016 carrier 3 ton ac single stage with matching furnace located in the attic. Checked refrigerant levels found extremely high suction pressure and an impacted condenser coil. Signed client up for two system home care and cleaned condenser coil. After further evaluation of equipment found txv not metering refrigerant properly damaging compressor. System is ten years old and manufacture warranty has expired. Left band aid repair options and scheduled install supervisor to give options on ac and coil. Customer would like another property client would like to sign up for home care
