2 system inspection complete. Checked furnaces only ($29 special). Cleaned flame sensors, inducer ports, and checked filters. Upstairs- found inadequate flood protection, dirty blower wheel, and microbial growth on evaporator coil. Also recommended UV. Main floor- found inadequate flood protection and recommended UV

Replaced leaking condensate pump. Tested to ensure proper function. Recommended hvac tech to replace or blow out drain hose

Completed work on both the main floor and upstairs unit. Today we added a hard start kit, capacitor, and topped off refrigerant charge on all units. We brought the upstairs unit to standards on flood protection and tested and insured proper operation. Customer‘s goal is to keep unit running as long as possible. The upstairs unit is a 2 1/2 ton heat pump and it is zoned between the third and second floor. Unfortunately, it’s only a single speed system and zoning is not functioning as it should due to limitations of system. The only correction is to upgrade to a multi speed system and to upgrade the zoning at the same time. Customer signed up on home care and today’s visit was completed.

Customer has sewage in the basement filled up the bathtub, upon arrival I diagnosed that they had a mainline blockage. Septic tank was pumped yesterday. Determined that was a blockage in between the septic tank and the basement toilet. First removed all sewage from the bathtub. next, I pulled the toilet and ran my k400 after multiple attempts I was able to clear the blockage. I said the toilet back and started running the bathtub and the sink and flushing the toilet and all water was flowing normally with no leaks or no back ups camera tech scheduled to come out tomorrow.

For this job, we worked on troubleshooting the garbage disposal circuit. We also replaced breakers in the main electrical panel with the correct brand.

Complete service upgrade and safety updates throughout the home

Replaced faulty 40 gallon gas standard heater for 6 year 50 gallon gas water heater. Tested for leaks, made sure water heater was functioning properly, and did super cleanup.

Home care visit for a house with a 2020 Amana heat pump. Changed and dated 20x20x1 filter. Evap coil has biological growth, if nothing is done it will clog the coil, recommend adding a medical grade uv light to permanently rid system of growth. Cleared drain line and poured treatment down the line. System does not have adequate flood protection to prevent floors from getting wet if the drain line gets clogged, left estimates for flood protection. Refrigerant pressures decent. Run capacitor failed, dual capacitor good, recommend replacing run capacitor.

Completed service call after performing diagnostic found a bad circuit breaker for the outdoor unit. Client will replace the breaker himself.

Completed furnaces tuneup After completed the tuneup for the two furnaces found the upstairs furnace is leaking, monoxide cavity present in the heat exchanger for PPM when the system was operating for two minutes, checked and cleaned all mechanical electrical components, tested flame sensor and clean it for up and downstairs Tested or let me switches test the condensing pump and gravity drain tested inducer motor amperage, and blower motor amperage Basement unit is a heat pump 2012 very low on refrigerator and charged a leak search we had to be performed before quoting for any repairs. All three system are missing flood protection switches.

Cut out and replaced leaking old slinky type ptrap in kitchen sink to install new turn and ptrap with extension to basket strainer. Ran water to test and ensure proper function.

Upstairs system isn’t cooling due to it being completely out of refrigerant (0 psi in the system therefore the low pressure switch is shutting off the power for the heat pump). I also noticed water in the pan (float switch isn’t shutting off the system), no ss1 on condensate drain, evaporator coil is completely rusted out, blower wheel is dirty, and run capacitor is out of manufacture specs.

For this job, we worked on finishing installing all devices and customer provided light fixtures.

Tech arrived to perform maintenance on two systems in home. Customer reports no issues. Inspected systems. Changed out 16x25x1 filter for both systems and flushed drain lines. Verified safeties are operational and condensate pump is operational. Cleaned flame sensors and verified heating operational. Water safeties are not adequate at this time. Gas line upstairs is not in code, no drip leg and union not allowed inside cabinet. For downstairs, there is an active gas line on street 90 connector at gas valve. Drain line upstairs runs flat against floor and has a slight belly across floor. Downstairs condensate pump safeties are not attached to system. Checked outdoor unit. Refrigerant pressures are within specs at this time. Outdoor units are dirty and in need of cleaning. No mechanical issues concerning outdoor units at this time. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer agreed to immediate repairs. Fixed gas leak on downstairs system with new street 90 and verified no leaks. Add
