Today’s visit was for the main floor not cooling. When I arrived the customer said nothing would come on. Checked the indoor unit. No flood protection installed. Checked the unit not water present in pan. I found the thermostat is bad. I also found the unit out of refrigerant. I recommend replacing the unit. I also gave estimate for bandaid repair. Also gave estimate for flood protection. Customer opted for the bandaid repair at this time. I repaired the leak in the condenser unit on the high pressure switch. Leak tested and evacuated the system. Replaced the thermostat. Charged 8lbs of R410A. Checked system operation. It is working at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Customer has 250 gallon electric water heaters. The one on the left was leaking. Customer elected to only change the heater that was leaking. The other one is 10 years old, but it’s still working fine. Remove them replaced heater number two and bring up to code Added for your warranty extension for a total of 10 year warranty on heater number two

Came out today for a leaking master bathroom vanity faucet. The customer reported water leaking onto the countertop. Upon inspection, the Delta widespread faucet facing the bathtub was leaking from the hot side. The home’s water pressure was holding at 55 psi. I also evaluated the 14-year-old gas water heater and advised the customer that it is beyond its expected service life. Replacement was recommended to reduce the risk of failure and potential water damage. Same-day replacement was offered, but the customer declined and stated she plans to wait until the unit stops working. Today, we replaced both the hot and cold cartridges in the affected faucet. All repairs were tested, with no leaks observed, and the completed work was demonstrated to the customer. She is satisfied with today’s service.

Clesr shower drain with cable machine Customer called us out because they’re experiencing a slow draining shower drain. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage but shower was only drain affected. Ran cable machine inside shower drain to clear calcium blockage. Ran cable several times inside drain. Tested afterwards by running water for a long duration of time. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Clearing successful! During our walkthrough we tested pressure to house at water heater, pressure is reading 135psi. Informed customer that pressure to house is extremely high. Customer will call us back when ready for water pressure.

Upon arrival, met with the owner. They had purchased two American Standard toilets for the upstairs bathrooms. I shut off, drained and removed both toilets. Cleaned and inspected the toilet flanges and tested the drains. Assembled new installed oilers with new closet bolts, supplies and wax rings. Filled, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. Applied hygienic seal to bases and showed owner the final results.

Today I performed a troubleshoot on multiple outlets and lights not working properly in the master bedroom. I found one outlet that was visibly breaking and discolored for overheating and needed replacement. I noticed backstabbed connections in all the devices throughout the circuit and as I’d move outlets around testing connections, lights would turn on and off and voltage readings would change rapidly. I got the connections in the devices to hold well enough that the lights and outlets are working again, but there’s no guarantee for how long as multiple outlets were observed to be causing voltage and connection issues. Today one burned outlet was replaced however we cannot warranty this outlet as it doesn’t fix any of the underlying issues causing it to not work properly, we just replaced it for a non burnt outlet. I left multiple options to repair the circuit as well as a fluorescent light fixture but since she is going to be moving in a few weeks she wants to hold off on doing more

Today I performed a troubleshoot on kitchen outlets not working. I found the outlets to be original to the home and they were very sticky and hard to plug in. All the outlets but one were receiving about 30 volts. The outlet at the start of the kitchen circuit was found to be burned up with the wires disconnected and breaking. All 5 kitchen countertop outlets were replaced with new white outlets. Everything was tested and is working properly again.

I performed a troubleshoot on a circuit that would not reset after recent construction work in the upstairs bedroom. I found that even with all the wires disconnected and the breaker removed from the panel, the breaker would still trip and was needing replacement. I also looked at a 3 way switch in the upstairs bathroom and outlet that’s never worked in the upstairs hallway. The hallway outlet tones out and stops halfway up the wall. She didn’t want to cut to find it or to add any new wires to make it work so we just capped off the wires and installed a blank plate. I found that the 3 way switch in the bathroom was bad and needed replacement. Today we installed a new 15 amp dual function breaker, capped off the outlet wiring and installed a blank plate, and replaced the bad 3way switch. Everything was tested and is working properly.

Nathan was professional and very knowledgeable, as well as friendly. He went out of his way to help me save money on the Marathon water heater that I had by making a call to the manufacturer when I didn't have my original papers. Rheem would not warrant it because it never got registered by anyone, but it was the thought that counted. I ended up paying $400 more, 20% more, than a quote I got from Bynum plumbing via Home Depot.

I am used you all before for a few other things such as plumbing, electrical, replacement of water heater, etc. And each time the price seemed at least fair. However, this time around the price to replace two washers for leaking sheet/tub faucets was extremely expensive. I did a comparison for my ZIP Code and the average cost had a range of $150. to about $400. We paid close to $700. The technician was polite so it’s not his fault. However, this will be the last time that we likely use your services as this repair was far more costly than I ever would’ve imagined. Of note- I purchased the same washer off of Amazon for about $30.
