Performed routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Customer has two 23 y/o Goodman systems that operate for main and basement levels and 9 y/o Trane system that operates for upper level. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Drain lines are clear. Condensate pump for basement is bad. Run capacitor for basement system is bad. Blower wheel cleaning needed for main and upper levels. Noticed buildup on bad ignitor for main level. Both main and basement levels have rusted evaporator coils. Pressure levels were low for main and basement levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Both systems are R22 based. Main level condenser has bad contactor. Suction line insulation for systems have deteriorated. Pressure levels for upper level are good. Coils are fair. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently operable.

Remove tile and concrete slab to repair copper hot water pipe burst in ground. Pour back concrete to rough grade. TE Certified is not responsible for repairs of flooring.

Install new 54 space qo square d panel , smart breakers, updated gfi devices, updated smoke detectors, and Gwinnett county permit

Tested system not heating for the whole home. Found thermostat failed. Tested CO coming from vents. Found up to 4 ppm after about 10 min of runtime. Informed customer of findings and recommended replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replace one single pole toggle switch Figure out why living room light out does not work

Checked tripping breaker for microwave. Also megged circuit to see any other possible underlying issues. Found 2nd generation BR was needing to be replaced along with the microwave.

Customer signed up for HomeCare Program. Noise being heard is the expansion of the flue venting as system heats. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

I removed an old malfunctioning or circulation pump it replaced it with a Grafos unit. I also removed and replaced a faulty expansion tank and set the expansion tank to 58 psi to match the house sent customer email estimate for Halo H2 zero system. Customer is interested in whole house filtration

Closet auger toilet Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet. Tested for mainline blockage, toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran closet auger and was able to relief toilet and get proper flow. Tested with and without toilet paper. Clearing was successful.

Customer had a mainline blockage so switch backed up in both showers and both toilets, upon arrival I ran water and the main line was still backed up . So I pulled the toilet and ran my cable down and cleared the mainline blockage, next I ran water to make sure the blockage is gone, and after testing all the water flow normally with no back ups and no leaks, inspection scheduled for tomorrow between 11 and 2 o’clock

Performed diagnostics with Rheem tech support and determined control board is bad. Part is no longer available per manufacturer. Water heater will need to be replaced.

Repaired kitchen sink drain right side bowl. Installed New strainer, disposal waste, p-trap, caulked undermount sink, minor kitchen sink faucet repair. Cleaned area, tested fixtures, no leaks
