Customer has intermittent leak that occurs around 12 AM. Water usage reports show that it is roughly 20 gallons around this time period. Customer has had several other plumbers come out to investigate, the only work having been done to solve the issue being replacing the expansion tank. Customer states that after turning the shutoffs off for the toilets, the water ceased to run at night. Customer put dye in all of the toilets and the only one to have the dye come through was in the main floor master toilet. All toilets have been replaced within the last 3-5 years and the flappers for all toilets have been replaced this year by the homeowner. Ran test for pressure for PRV. Static pressure was 55 but would drop down to 18 psi if multiple fixtures were being used, meaning a faulty pressure reducing valve. Replaced supply line, fill valve, and flush tower in master bathroom toilet and replaced Apollo 3/4” PRV. Set pressure to the home to 65 psi.

Replaced compressor for main level system. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Installed wet switch and inline water safety for main level system. Recommend water protection for upper level. Pulled complete vacuum. Charged 9 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working. Customer signed up for HomeCare Program.

Performed a leak search on upstairs en-suite bathroom tub n shower unit. Ran water in tub and on shower for 20 min. Sealed hole behind tub spout and recaulked. Left direction of showerhead same. Felt tile in ceiling. Damp feeling, cut Sheetrock in kitchen ceiling were leak was located. Found tub drain area. The leak was coming out of vent hole for bathroom group. Replaced tub waste n overflow and new rubber washer. Then ran shower some more leak continued, cut Sheetrock in master bedroom closet looked under tub, noticed tub on drain was dry and the far back left and right side of tub on floorboard were water was accumulating. Cut Sheetrock in closet of bedroom adjacent to other side of tub drain. Seen water all around back side area appeared to be dripping down from the vent hole for the bathroom group. Removed the sticky pad for no slip and paint from the tub came up with it. See pictures, gaps in tile along side and back wall. Caulked the tiles (no warranty) on caulking due to tempor

Met with the owner and set up in the laundry room. I disconnected and pulled the washer out. Cut open the wall below the washer box but found the vent stack is in the wall of another room. I cut into the horizontal section of drain from the washer box, installed a cleanout. I ran the hydrojetter from the cleanout, made several passes to clear the line. I also ran the washer to confirm flow and no leaks or errors. I set an access panel at the cleanout and reset the washer and cleaned the area. Informed the owner of final results. Remove a 14x14” piece of drywall behind washing machine and install a test tee clean out on wash box drain stack. Install an access panel once complete. TE is not responsible for repairs to drywall. Use mini jetter to blow out all debris from washing machine drain pipe through test tee clean out

-replace bad arc fault breaker with new arc fault breaker -install new dedicated circuit for garage outlets -install gfi outlet for garage door -pull new wire from attic and splice damaged wire -replace bad dimmer causing breaker to hum

RETURN VISIT: Return to complete repairs for basement heat pump unit replaced and install new true suction port pressurized with nitrogen performed vacuum at 500 microns recharge system with 9 pounds of refrigerant test complete system I found the defrost control board failed I bypass the control board at this moment and homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment and I will return to replace the board the day we will do the HOMECARE visit. Sewage injector pump went out and didn’t have power to it at all , we ended up switching out the pump brand new and repiped the discharge to eliminate all the unnecessary turns, after installing and testing the pump , its pumping properly and everything is flowing normally , a few bolts was rusted out and I had to caulk the hole due to be rusted out , but 5 bolts were able to go back and I caulked all around to be sure no sewer smells come out , customer was happy and satisfied with the work

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater in basement.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system for first Floor is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the heat pump system Goodman 2 1/2 ton Capacity 21 years old r 22 refrigerant type which is already phased Out by EPA. Complete system is in poor maintenance conditions the upflow indoor AIRHANDLER Goodman the blower wheel is highly impacted The aluminum evaporator coil is completely rusted out NO T E SAFETY FLOOD PROTECTION The evaporator coil it’s dirty. Test outdoor heat pump unit 2 1/2 ton test contactor failed is pitted test dual run capacitor failed is out of spec from manufacture. The second floor heat pump unit the compressor is making loud noise that system is 2016 model. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment. Performed courtesy leak search and I found the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant and can’t be repaired DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. HOMEOWNER

Attempt to clear laundry drain using drain machine Bottle of endure for preventive maintenance We came out today for a laundry drain that was experiencing a blockage. We had our service department out today for a leak and determined there was a blockage in the laundry drain. We first started by ensuring there was not a bigger issue going on and we determined it was just the laundry drain being affected. We recommended to the customer to restore proper flow and they agreed. We noticed there is an hvac condensation drain line going into the laundry drain and we let the homeowner know about this. We ran our cable machine in the drain multiple times and we were successful in restoring proper flow. We ran some water from the supply line and then we did two quick cycles on the washing machine and we saw all the water drain with no issues. Replaced customers, shower and tub cartridges

Leak in front yard past the meter. Has massive roots going all throughout where meter is toward potential leak source. Ground is infested with the roots making it impractical to dig up by hand for repair. Recommended to bore or trench new line.

Installed new PRV valve, 3/4” main shut off ball valve, (2) 1/2” ball valves for H/C on master shower, expansion tank mounted to foundation, Delta, monitor series cp tub n shower valve and trim for hall bathroom, shower trim for master shower. Drained house, installed fixtures, pressurized house, adjusted pressure. Tested fixtures and caulked, no leaks

For this job, I came out to replace a compressor. I began by shutting off the power and removing the old damage compressor. Then proceeded to properly install the new one as well as a new filter drier. Insured that all the braces were purged with nitrogen, as well as pressure, tested the unit to ensure that there was no leaks. Once that was successful, I proceeded to perform a deep vacuum under 500 microns. Then proceeded to add virgin refrigerant to system per manufacturer specs. The customer has an electric tank water heater that kept tripping the breaker. Upon inspection the technician found that the top and bottom heating elements along with the thermostat had to be replaced. The technician replaced the thermostats and both heating elements. The water heater is on and everything tested okay. No warranty on the material due to the age of the electric water heater.
