Attempt to clear toilet blockage Customer called us out for a toilet blockage on the main floor bathroom. Upon arrival customer stated this is the first time this toilet has given them issues. We first tested the bathroom group for a potential mainline blockage but after running water in the other fixtures for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We flushed the toilet and the water level came up but would slowly drain. The customer attempted to clear the blockage first but was unsuccessful. The customer agreed to attempt to restore proper flow in the toilet by using our auger. We attempted multiple times to clear the blockage with our closet auger but we were unsuccessful. We recommended to the customer to perform a pull and reset to clear the blockage and they agreed. We pulled the toilet and we found an object inside the toilet causing occasional backups. We removed the object and ran our auger to ensure there was not another obstruction inside the toilet. We i

Installed 1” dual check back flow and capped off 1 1/2” line for irrigation used by pump that was pumping water from lake into the irrigation line that was connected to the county municipal water supply. Capped off line removed line from water. Installed backflow, and new box with gravel for irrigation system. Pressurized house purged air out of lines from each fixture, pressurized irrigation, purged air out of lines. Irrigation working and shut back off. Checked the test ports. No leaks.

Customer called about a leaking garbage disposal. TE arrived and inspected leaking unit. Replaced unit and tested.

Bottle of endure for preventive maintenance Customer called us out for a potential mainline blockage affecting the 2nd floor. Upon arrival the customer stated that they heard the toilet gurgle when the shower was being used. The issue started a few days ago, and they have not ran any water since. We went to take a look at the cleanout outside and it was not holding water, we then tested the half bathroom on the main floor to ensure proper flow. We went to the 2nd floor to do our inspection and we were running water in the master bathroom and flushing both toilets on the 2nd floor and we heard the toilet in the master start to gurgle. The toilet was not flushing anymore and started gurgling, but a few seconds later we heard a gush of water drain. We went to the cleanout and saw all the water drain from the 2nd floor. We continued to run water for a long period of time in both bathroom groups to ensure the blockage was not present anymore. We left a bottle of endure for preventive main

Came today becuase system was freezing up and no cooling. Found system evaporator coil and line freeze up and a lot of water in drain pan. When testing system found that there was a refrigerant leak in corrosion from biological growth causing crack in evaporator. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Replaced (1) Customer Supplied Upstairs Bedroom Light Fixture Customer has some questions about getting her HVAC unit replaced - She is going to purchase the HVAC Unit -But have TE install it-No warranty on the unit-lifetime warranty on the installation

Performed 1 syste, diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found dual run cap failed, no te flood protection, wet switch out of pain, no inline safety, rusted drain pan with prior water damage, pitted contactor, compressor none operational , dirty condenser coil, would recommend cleaning blower as well. Recommend joining homecare for all systems. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not Working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the hvac system 5 ton capacity 2007 model about 19 years old r 410 a refrigerant type system is in poor maintenance conditions the auxiliary metal drain pan is full of water NO TE FLOOD PROTECTION the blower Motor is highly impacted the V/S blower motor failed due to internal mechanical failure the indoor evaporator coil is completely rusted out. Performed courtesy electronic leak search and I found the evaporator coil Is leaking refrigerant. Due to aged and conditions plus costs of Repairs I recommend to upgrade complete system. Life expectancy from Manufacture for heat pump systems are 10 to 12 years. Homeowner is Aware of the conditions of the equipment and wants to get a quote for New system.
