Customer has newly installed Goodman heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System was not running upon arrival due to matched set/room temperature. System runs until room temperature passes set temperature on thermostat. Explained to customer the operation of thermostat. Made consideration of thermostat replacement for simpler operation. Noticed that system has inadequate return for system size. Water protection is deemed poor. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. System is currently working.

Replaced two supply lines to kitchen faucet

Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. System is approximately 15 years old located in attic servicing entire home. Inspected system system. Found indoor unit running with electric heat, but no indication of outdoor unit. System lacks adequate water protection. Checked outdoor unit. Unit was not operational. System was out on low pressure lockout. Used nitrogen to determine where leak was because system was flat and refrigerant oil was visible near distributor lines on condenser. With nitrogen was able to determine that two distributor lines had rubbed through letting out refrigerant. Spoke to homeowner about repair options. Added a new 50 amp circuit and Gfci breaker for a standard car charger outlet right below the panel. Tested the charger and everything’s working great

For this job, we worked on securing a light fixture that was damaged by a semi trailer. Used Concrete Rated Screws.

Performed scheduled repair, pull and clean blower,evap coil, repair drain line with proper clean outs and vents, replace capacitor, reran ducts and cut in new supply for master bedroom. Test pressures and unit. No other issues found at this time The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

System needs a new compressor, maybe slightly low on refrigerant. Talked to homeowner about everything with system and is looking at repair versus replace options.

Performed main system diagnostic. Found high pressures, not enough duct work dirty blower, dirty evap coil, and no te flood protection. Also would need to repairs drain line and get pitch correct. Also performed 1 system inspection for main unit that is zoned . Found no te flood protection, failed outdoor capacitor, and disconnect shorted and melted. Recommend joining homecare and IAQ. Replace shower drain for fiberglass stand alone shower. Replace tub drain and overflow for hall bathtub. Replace pressure regulator valve and main shutoff valve in crawl space. Move pressure regulator valve and main water shut off closer to entrance of crawl space for easy access of water shutoff.

Tech arrived to no heat call for entire location. This is a office building with residential equipment. System is zoned for entire space. System is roughly 21 years old. Inspected system. On arrival, inducer motor ran as intended but system never moved to ignition phase. Removed inducer tubing and found inducer port clogged with debris. Removed debris and watched operations. After a few minutes of runtime, inducer motor started making a loud grinding noise as if the bearings are going bad. System does not have any safeties whatsoever. Highly recommend water safeties as well. Found upstairs damper motor not operational. Brought recommendations to customer. At this time, property owners have not responded back so only cleaning the inducer port was done today. Inducer motor may give out in due time and upstairs damper motor has failed. Bored new 1” water main from water meter to basement. Imstalled 2” sleeve approximately 150 feet. Imstalled new water main shut off and pressure regulator regulator.

Troubleshoot Partial Power

Replace 2 valves in primary bathroom Provide, remove & replace shower valve. Delta oil rubbed bronze finish also installed shut off valves for hot and cold lines Provide, remove and replace tub valve. Delta oil rubbed bronze finish and also installed shut off valves for hot and cold lines. Installed access panel for the tub valve in the closet Left additional access panel for the shower valve in the water heater room. Customer must do additional work to use the excess panel in the water heater room.

For this job, we installed a full new system for the main level that is located in the crawlspace. Also added a new supply and return Plenum and all new duct work. New line set as well as a brand new drain line, gravity fed out of the house, tested heat and cool and all operations are operating properly at this time.

Customer had installed his two new faucets in his primary bathroom He could not figure out what was leaking on the drain I found there was no putty or silicone on the drains Remove both drains and put silicone on the pop-up assembly and reinstalled No more leaks

Run k400 in closet bend to clear mainline backup. Customer was experiencing a partial blockage affecting only one side of the house. House is on a septic system. Other fixtures did not affect problem drains. Customer also popped lid on septic tank and there was flow. Ran k400 cable In closet bend to clear blockage. Brought back an abundance amount of soft tissue. We were able to successfully clear blockage. Set toilet on wax ring and tested for leaks. Clearing successful. Recommended customer to call us back out if blockage occurs again and if so we’ll set up a camera inspection.
