Today we installed a new fan in the primary suite enclosed porch

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a leak at the kitchen faucet , which I located under the sink, and the shower head ,outside, near the deck was dripping. I put a pressure reader on the back hose and found that the pressure was over 90 psi. I explained to the customer that the issues were caused by high water pressure. I replaced the Pressure regulator, shower cartridge, and kitchen faucet . Once work had been completed, we turned the water back on to the house , set our regulator to 65 psi , tested our shower , and kitchen faucet.

Wire in and install a new generator inlet utilizing a #6/3 NM-B cable on the right side of the home through the crawl space and into the panel. We will have to double up on a 4 circuits in order to create enough space for the new breaker. Provide and install a CH manual transfer switch (interlock kit). Wire in and install a new location receptacle outside of the home where the generator I let is located. This outlet will be used for the trickle charge for the generator

Service visit on Generac 26kw standby generator

Arrived on site and installed a new ice maker box for the kitchen refrigerator, as well as ran a new water line. Customer also wanted their garbage disposal installed. After ice maker box and disposal were installed , customer asked to be quoted to move his electric water heater further back in the wall cut out in the basement. customer agreed to do the work today , so I cut back the heater set it further back in the wall, and strapped the expansion tank, as the tank was not strapped. I also found the main line house shut off valve was leaking, so customer had me replace the shut off valve as well.

Afci breaker for upstairs bedroom and office tripping breaker, sold troubleshoot to figure out what’s going on. Found issue in bedroom closet light where neutral was stripped poorly and making contact with ground. Repaired nick in insulation and remade connections.

Install a new circuit for sewage pump and pump alarm Separate grounds and neutrals and bond neutral bar to enclosure

Provide and replace existing sewage ejector pump in exterior pump can to the left of the home. Will install new ball/check valve with riser lid assembly. TE is not responsible for any pump malfunctions or failures as this pump is undersized for the whole house.

Install 1 new outlet in the garage for freezer

We supplied and installed a new location floor outlet in the living behind the couch. We came off the receptacle just the right of the A/C intake and installed a new 14/2 in the crawl space and brought he wire up. The circuit is already on a 15 amp duel function breaker number 5

Toilet had a bolt that was broken off. Pulled and reset toilet. Inspected flange which was good. Turned up water temperature from 110-120. Tested everything for proper function. Thank you for choosing te certified

Came back on 01/30/26 and properly installed a soft start kit on Main floor system. Tested system and compressor started with about 4A and went up to 10A. System is working properly at this time.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed band aid and charged system. There is a know leak and refrigerant could leak out at anytime. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON REFRIGERANT

Dedicated 120v circuit for exterior receptacle

Customer called us out for a clogged entry way toilet. I tested the toilet on arrival and it was clogged inside of the toilet. I asked how she felt about the toilet and she did not like it. I recommended replacing it and she agreed after we measured for the fit of the toilet in the bathroom. When I pulled the toilet the flange was sunken about an inch below floor level. I let the customer know that the flange would need to be raised by a service plumber and was asked to stop work while the customer talked to their spouse. They decided they would pick a different toilet and have the flange fixed and the toilet installed at a later date. I cleaned up throughly.

Installed cover on junction box, installed ceiling fan in bedroom and installed breaker on outside panel for circulating pump

Customer’s kitchen sink was gurgling and backing up on both sides upon arrival, after diagnosing I determine that it had to be some grease or buildup in the line so I ended up running my cable and after testing I was able to get the water flowing perfectly again. I did have grease specs on my cable, but after thoroughly testing, the drain is working normally let the customer know if they did have issues again we could try to run the cable again or go to the next step running a Hydro Jetter

Arrived on site and customer stated that the disposal was turning on , but a metal on metal sound was occurring while it ran. Customer asked if I could take it apart and save the unit , which I went ahead and proceeded with. I took apart the disposal and found debri that may have been related to the issue. I also noticed some rust occurring which also could be related to some of the noise as well. I then went ahead and installed the disposal back in place and tested it a few times while running water, which seemed to work. If unit continues to grind , I would recommend replacing as the rust could be breaking down.

The customer had a faulty duel function breaker (6 blinks) that controls the microwave. I supplied and install a new BR 20 duel function breaker for the microwave which is on circuit number 19. I turned the breaker on and tested the microwave I also tested the safety feature of the breaker as well. I informed the homeowner to get in contact with Eaton to send them some newer generation breakers the ones with TL written on the breaker. I have listed below the count and types of breakers needed. Type BR Single Pole 20 AFCI breakers-7 Type BR Single Pole 20 Duel Function-2 Type BR Single Pole 15 AFCI breakers-9

Second floor system : Removed 1 heat 1 cool thermostat and installed 2 heat 1 cool heat pump thermostat. Installed TE Certified flood protection. Installed locking caps. Basement system : Sealed supply plenum with screws and mastic tape. Noticed no collar for 14 inch flex. Installed collar for flex. Main floor system : taped off return pulling air from mechanical room. This was un healthy and could be dangerous.
