Knowledgeable and nice
For this job, the customer started the pump in the lift station on the exterior of the house was not working, and causing the high water alarm to go off. After taking a look at issue we noticed that the float had a crack in it, and the pump pit was full of grease. We cleaned out the grease, and also replaced the float in the pit. Once complete we tested our work, and cleaned up.

Arrived on site and met with the homeowners , who stated their Master Bathroom Toilet would run every few minutes. Upon inspection, I provided the customer some options and they agreed on having just the valve replaced, since they just sold the house. I proceeded to replace the flush valve on the existing Kohler toilet only, and after replacements I waiting around to ensure the toilet would no longer run. Toilet is no functioning without issues.

James and team did a fantastic job. We will use him and TE to do all our electrical work.
We complete the following work. In the main panel we preformed a wiring clean up and made sure that all the connections on the breakers, neutral bars were correct. We utilized junction boxes to move circuits from the main panel to the sub-panel due to the main panel being over full with tandems breakers installed. These breakers were broken to make them fit on the straight buss bars inside the panel. Inside the sub-panel we installed tandem breakers for the pre-existing circuits along with the circuits from the main panel, separated the neutrals and grounds as to not create objectionable currents, which is a violation of 250.6 of the NEC. We installed a new 6/3 feeder to the sub-panel to achieve the separation of the wiring and we also installed a new two pole 60 amp breaker to feed the sub panel from the main. We were able to locate all the circuits except for one which was toned out to the master bathroom and stopped behind the drywall. We flagged the breaker with white tape and le
Customer called us out to snake their compressed mainline. On arrival customer said they are new to the house and the inspector said they have a compressed mainline. Customer is not currently experiencing any blockage. One handle needed the set screw redone and the other the customer wanted removed. Customer did not want us to do those. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out and give the customer a quote.
This option is us providing a tesla charging station in garage by the door to provide options in charging
James provided Excellent service. Really like that he took the time to explain everything to us.
In the basement I removed the ceiling fan that was above the little bed and found a plastic fixture box which is not rated for fan support. The customer requested a fixture to be installed at that location and to move the new fan to the location above the other bed where an existing fan has been. After removing the other fan I found that the box is rated for fan support but was not bonded and drywall screws were being used to secure the box. I bonded the box and used 5/16 hex head screws before installing the fan. Upstairs in the loft the customer had another contractor install the fan and it stopped working. After removing the fan I found that it was not installed on the box, the box was not listed for fan support and they took the motor wire off the receiver and attached it to the receivers equipment ground causing irreversible damage to the receiver. I supplied and installed a new side mount fan rated box, assembled, installed the new fan and tested it via the switch and the remote
Today Melanie has us out here to repair her mainline water supply that had a crack on the pvc fitting threaded to the meter. It is not good to put plastic to metal together for these leaks do happen. Removed the fitting and replaced it with new fittings threaded back with metallic fittings and adapt to the pvc piping that runs to the house for water service. Tested work and found no leaks on the pipe or fittings.
Complete the following work: Replace the main breaker in the panel to a 150 amp and apply a new main bonding jumper to the panel. Replace the 2p60 GE breaker to a manufacturer type BR at the top right of the panel Wire in a (2) dedicated GFCI protected circuit for the green house out back. We will need to utilize conduit, junction boxes and outdoor rated wire. In the green house wire in (4) new location receptacles. Complete a back to back installation from the basement living room to the outside. We will install a weather resistant GFCI and a new bubble cover. After digging the trench and laying the conduit we back filled and smoothed the area out to the best of our ability. We terminated all the devices and tested them along with testing the safety feature of the breakers. We walked the homeowners through everything and verified that we are cleaned to their satisfaction

Quote for drain work.
Customer called us out for multiple fixtures backing up in the house. The mainfloor hallway bathroom was experiencing backups ups in the bathtub and in the sink. Previously the daughter’s bathroom downstairs was experiencing the same but not at this time. I double checked that the sewage ejector pump was working correctly. The back ups for the main floor hallway bathroom were both cause by the drain stoppers catching hair and forming gunk. I recommended clearing the tub drain stopper and running a tub gun down the overflow to clear any obstructions and removing the sink stopper and p trap and clearing any build up. Customer greed. I started with the sink and removed the stopper and the ptrap cleaning both throughly. I then pushed a paper towel down the stopper assembly to clear any build up on the sides. I put it lol back together and tested for leaks. I then removed the stopper and the over flow on the tub. I removed all hair from the drain and ran a tub gun down the line to clear any
Replace bathrooms fans and wire and install
I’m here replacing bathrooms fans and wire new ceiling fa in living room
Customer called us out for a slow draining bathtub in master bathroom. On inspection I noticed it was a freestanding tub. The house was newly built and has only been lived in since January of this year. When tested the tub was very slow to drain. I recommended using a plunger to see if anything would come up first and if it worked treating the tub with endure. Customer agreed. I used a plunger for 10 minutes and nothing came up. Issue is most likely due to improper plumbing on either the trap or venting. Customer has a warranty on the home still and will be going through them to fix the issue. Customers water heater does not have a drain pan or an expansion tank either.
Tyler is efficient and thorough. He completes the job in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable. Everything was totally cleaned up after the job. I will call Tyler for all my plumbing needs.
Install customer supplied lavatory faucet in half bathroom. This incokudes installing a new pop up assembly with new faucet. Install 3 customer supplied toilet seats in all three bathrooms. Install a customer supplied shower grate
For this job, the issue was due to high water pressure to the home, and a failed thermal expansion tank. These issues caused the tnp valve on the water heater to blow and the master bathroom shower to leak from shower head. To fix issue we installed a new pressure regulator and thermal expansion tank to fix pressure issues. Then we also replaced the tnp valve on the top of the water heater. To stop the shower from dripping we replaced the moen 1222 cartridge in the shower valve. Once complete we waited for the water heater to heat up and tested the water pressure and set the new Prv to 65 psi. After testing our work we cleaned up and checked everything one more time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
I removed the ceiling fan located in the living room and found a UL approved fan rated pancake in the ceiling that was bonded properly per code. I assembled and installed a new customer supplied ceiling fan with a receiver behind the canopy. The switches are located by the foyer in a 2g switch box to the left and the other switch is down the walkway to the rooms. The homeowner is aware of the switch locations. I made him aware that if the fan stops to check the switches before calling us out for a troubleshoot. After installing the new fan I tested it and the fan is working well. I left the instructions for the homeowner and showed him how the remote works.
Very nice work
Customer wanted work performed in hallway bathroom. Replaced old three handle shower valve with new customer supplied delta shower valve. Removed old tub waste and overflow and installed new shower drain for walk in tile shower. Installed shower cartridge in customer supplied shower valve as a courtesy to prevent cross connection between hot and cold water lines Verified with customer that the location and height of the drain were adequate before finalizing drain install Tested work and everything is working as it should at this Thank you for choosing TE Certified
Efficient and the work was excellent. Clean up after was immaculate. Price was fair. Will always call on James for all my electrical needs.
After removing the ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom it was determined that the box needed to be replaced to a listed fan rated pancake. After installing the box I assembled and installed the customer supplied ceiling fan with a receiver. I tested the fan and it is working. I made the homeowner aware to leave the center switch on and just use the remote to control the fan. I installed some 6” customer supplied led retro fit trims at no additional cost throughout the home.
