Troubleshoot tripping circuit breaker Install dishwasher circuit
Technician was very informative and respectful.

Came out to Joseph’s house to install three outdoor light fixtures and replace the old ones.

Troubleshoot lights not working

Came out today because the system was not cooling. This is the only system in home. This is a 2020 carrier heat pump/air handler that is zoned with two zones upstairs and downstairs. Upon arrival, found water inside of the drain pan and customer stated that this morning the system was froze up. Upon Inspection of the system found a fixed metering device, That is a piston. Offer found two Honeywell damper motors that when you close them, they would get stuck close and would not open back up due to the gearing inside being stripped out. The reason these motors failed is due to static pressure. When a system struggles to have the correct airflow, then it throws The entire system off. It causes the entire system to work much harder than what it is intended to do also upon inspection found the outdoor capacitor bad. This is due to extreme pressure on the system from the air flow. This system had no bypass damper and was also short on supply and return air. The hammer in the attic only had a

Homeowner had us out today because she noticed some water leaking on the ceiling. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a five year old carrier system inside of the home. We seen that the emergency drain pan was full of water and the primary drain was completely clogged. We also noticed some biological growth on the inside of the system. We unclogged the drain and poured 4 gallons of water to ensure that the system was no longer clogged. We also noticed that the system is not up to TE flood protection standard and recommended installing a wet switch. We checked refrigerant pressures which were with the manufacture specifications. We also checked electrical and found that the 70/5 capacitor was out of range and needed to be replaced. Homeowner approved to have drain cleaned and wet switch installed

Installed a new weather resistant outlet with bubble cover on the exterior of the house in the backyard.

For this job we removed and replaced water heater with a new electric water heater and brought it up to code. We also removed and replaced prv and main shut off valve set psi to 70. We installed new shutoff valve for hose bib as well. Water heater is factory set to 120. We checked our fittings and tested for leaks, conducted a super clean up and tagged our valves.

Run 5 cat 6 drops through the basement to the locations we discussed.

The customer had a hidden leak. They thought was the urinal. This was not the case after further inspection. I dismantled a wood panel that was covering the plumbing for both bathroom faucets, adjacent to the urinals and found water and staining on the back of the wood panel, I noticed that is the stop valve right. Was leaking right as well? There were supply lines that were bulging that needed to be replaced. Both faucets are leaking as well when in use. And the most severe is on the left hand side. Customer needs to have a grant from the company in order to replace the faucets. However, customer agreed to have the supply lines. And the cold side shut off valve on the left hand faucet replaced. Turned the water off to the building and uh, replaced, shut off valve and down. They're bulging supply lines, turn the water back on to the building and checked for leaks. No leaks, thank you for choosing and trusting te with your plumbing needs

came out to a no cool on a 1999 R410a system. After a full diagnostic check. I found that the indoor unit was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned. The filter was restricted and needs to be changed. I found that the unit did not have any Indoor Air Quality products on it. I found that the outdoor unit was also really dirty as well. I found that the capacitor and compressor were testing out of range. The refrigerant levels and pressures were good. The inside of the home is cooling but the thermostat is not registering the proper temperatures. We will need to change out the thermostat, clean the entire system and add a hard start for the compressor and a capacitor that will fail any day now.

Returned on site to install halo h20 ultimate 150 with a prefilter, we turned the water off at the meter box and drained the entire home down. We first began by cutting out the old main water shut off and prv and replaced them both. We then built up the bypass system and tied the filtration system in. Backwashed filter for almost an hour until water was pure and clear. Client is happy with work performed, as stated water is back on with no leaks.

Came back out today because thermostat was jumping around and not holding a steady temperature. Thermostat went from 72 to 77. Presenting the issue with the customer, customer agreed to replace the thermostat. When replacing the thermostat, we put silicone in the hole behind the thermostat to keep air from causing an untrue reading. Thermostat is now holding a constant temperature and is cooling.

Came out today because upstairs was intermittently cooling. Upon inspection found that the was clogged, outdoor unit had a wet capacitor, no UV protection on the indoor system, no what switch on system, the filter was completely clogged, the indoor blower motor had lots of buildup. Upon testing, everything found no other issues other than what is listed above. Upon presenting customer with options of repair due to the amount of money, he has spent with us in the last week waived service call. Cleared the drain line and ensure proper drainage. Customer approved all repairs at this time. Upstairs system is not working properly with no further concerns.

Main level and basement systems replaced.

came out to a no cool. After doing a diagnostic check I found that the capacitor at the indoor unit was failing and that the blower motor fan was seized up and hard to turn. The blower motor itself was extremely hot indicating a bad motor. The customer will need to make these repairs for the system to work according to specifications. The system is a 2009 R410 A system so I did ask to have an Install supervisor out to go over options to update the equipment. The customer declined both the repair options and the Install supervisor option.

Called out for low water pressure in the home. Found that prv was bad and also from 2005. Found that water heater also had no expansion tank. Turned off water and drained it down. Cut out old prv and installed new watts prv and new main shutoff. Also removed supply line on cold side of water heater and hard piped it. Cut in a new expansion tank as well. Restored water and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Cleaned work area.

Completed no cool call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the main floor was not cooling. Upon inspection system was frozen, this was a system from 2001, this is a R 22 system. Upon inspection of the outdoor system, found that the system was low on refrigerant. R 22 is no longer manufactured. Customer also wanted us to check the basement system. This system is from 2003, it is also a R 22 system. On inspecting the outdoor system, found that this system is also low on R 22 Refrigerant. We also found that the compressor is very hot. Customer did agree for a quote on both systems, customer also signed up for the homecare.

Called out for toilet issues. Upon arrival, found two toilets in need of rebuilds. Customer elected to rebuild toilet in main floor guest bathroom. Performed major rebuild on toilet including new tank bolts, flush valve, fill valve, flapper, handle and supply line. Restored water to toilet and thoroughly tested. No leaks were found. Cleaned work area. Water heater in garage is currently leaking. Customer was made aware and was told of the severity of the situation. Quote to replace heater was provided.

The leak was coming from a half inch hot waterline. I shut the water off to the building, and drain the water distribution system. After draining the water distribution system, I proceeded to repair the pinhole leak. After the repair the water distribution system was pressurized. Tested for leaks. My professional recommendation is to re-pipe the entire water distribution system of potable water because multiple repairs have been made with evidence to show, and the material used for the piping is recalled.

For this job I installed a customer supplied car charger.

Remove spout for upstairs hallway bathroom tub and repair seal. Found out the copper was way too. Short for the tub spout. There was already access to the shower valve from the closet. Remove to 90 for the spout and replace the section of copper so that it was longer and replaced tub spout and tested good. No more leaks! Thank you for choosing TE for your plumbing needs
Brandon was great, excellent customer service and quick service. Would definitely use them again

Installed Siemens level two car charger directly next to garage electrical panel.

Snake toilet with auger to clear soft blockage , toilet leaking from the bottom and leaking thru sub floor , mold is underneath the toilet down stairs , customer wanted to hold off on pulling the toilet , schedule for mitigation to come out .
Brandon was awesome. He was quick, polite, and did an excellent job
