I arrived to the customers home and they are in the due diligence period of purchasing their home. I first did a walk around the home to visually see if there was any outdoor clean out access that was able to be used today to do a camera inspection on the outdoor sewer line. I was unable to locate an outdoor clean out, so I informed the customer the next steps would be pulling a toilet and performing at camera inspection from that access point. After running the camera from the toilet flange, I was able to find a clean out which was located as the sewer exit the home and I dug a small amount of grass out around from the cleanout to locate it. I performed the rest of my camera inspection from the outdoor cleanout and was able to find that the sewer line exiting the home is 4 feet deep. I ran the camera 10 feet and it drops down to a depth of 10 feet deep. 60 feet from the cleanout access point the county tap was located. The county tap is 8.75 feet deep. there was three sections of bell
Completed homecare maintenance for 3 systems in the home. Tested fully from thermostats. Found various issues with drain lines on all systems, all systems also have airflow issues, flue pipes are not up to code for main house systems. It will be best to have a 90% flue pipe for the main level unit in crawl space.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 28 y/o Carrier furnace matched with 9 y/o Lennox AC that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Noticed gas line is flex entering furnace, which is incorrect. Should be hard pipe extended out of furnace. No water protection is present. System has poor combustion. Inspection determined compromised heat exchanger. Flame is rolling out of burner box. Significant rust throughout. Humidifier is inoperable. Recommend Apco Ultra for advanced air purification. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. Informed customer of all findings.
Performed no heat diagnostic for whole home. 20 year old system was r-22 and was converted to 407 refrigerant also has leak seal injected into unit.system has 2 zones with no Te flood protection. Dirty blower wheel. Out of tolerance capacitor. Drain-line has no pitch to drain and drain line isn't inside drain pan. Inspected heat exchanger with camera and found pin holes in heat exchanger. Has short bypass.Failing gas valve. Dirty condenser coil. Pitted contacter. Recommend replacing system due to age of system and repairs. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

I am very happy with the service I received. The technicians responded within an hour the day after Christmas. I had two gas leaks and Atlanta Gas Light had shut the gas off, but I was grateful that TE Certified was able to come out so quickly to make the repairs. Matthew and Luke were very professional. Matthew answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. That was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Nick is the Best!
We have asked for and used DeMarco Harris for three different plumbing issues. He is thorough in his assessments, clear in communication and we know the price for the repairs beforehand. The repairs are completed in an excellent manner!
Great Service
Demarco Harris is careful in his approach to problem-solving. He communicates well to help the customer understand the issue.
Great work from David (+ his son) and Nick with the numerous projects in our new house. Took the time to walk with us through each of our wants, give us solutions, explain them and execute them without issue. They were able to work around us while one was working from home and not need hand holding while being communicative through out the process. Quick, efficient, competent work from these guys. We are already discussing specifically using them for future projects.
Jay was very personable, polite and explained everything to be before, during and after his repairs. His "helper", Joaquin (?) was also very businesslike and polite. I would recommend them both. The price was higher than expected, but thankfully I could pay it and the plumbing problems have been solved
Rudy is very professional as well as personable. Explains everything I needed to know.
Elijah was professional, polite and prompt, quickly assessed the issues, expertly fixed the issues and did not over charge or add unnecessary work. He indicated techniques to try before taking measures like toilet replacements. To the extent I need to swap the toilet, I will definitely call TE and can hopefully work with Elijah again! Thank you!
