Our client reached out to us in reference to a very small leak coming from the cold water valve body on a Delta 8 inch spread faucet. This faucet is under warranty by manufacturer and replacement parts are being mailed to the homeowner. our homeowner will schedule me back out once they arrive.

Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. Electrician was out today due to same call as customer suspected something to do with the electrical. Electrician found that it was a HVAC problem instead. Checked system out. System located in closet. Found flood pan full of water. Pan safety was tripped which was tapped into Y circuit. Removed water and checked pressures. Refrigerant pressures were within specs at this time. Outdoor capacitor was also within specs. Indoor blower wheel and outdoor coil were dirty. System does have secondary safety and pan safety. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer agreed to sign up for HomeCare monthly on one system in home. Additional mini split in master bedroom is not serviced and not on plan. Customer also agreed to add wet switch safety into home, and flushed/unplug drain line. Tech unplugged drain line and added wet switch into system. Found that the line was also not secured to the communal line behind wall and had no access. Customer

Called out for a backed up sink and guest toilet. Cleared food from sink and toilet cleaner from toilet. Tested thoroughly lines are open and flowing at this time

Called out for mainline backup tested all fixtures and found no indication of blockage at this time.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 20 y/o Trane system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in garage. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Condensate drain pump operational. Water rinsed mesh 20x25x1 filter. No water protection present. Blower wheel is dirty. Buildup on declining inducer motor. Evaporator coil is rusted. Condenser fan motor is overheating. Run capacitor for condenser fan motor is bad. System is R22 based. Informed customer of all findings, Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replace current disposal with more powerful option and replace fixture stop for the dishwasher

One system homecare complete. Checked heating and cooling. Cleaned drain and flame sensor. Checked temperatures and pressures. Changed filter. Homeowner approved replacing contactor. No issues at this time.

10 year electric water heater not heating. Shut off water to the home and removed the water heater. Installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater and made all plumbing code adjustments. Filled the water heater and turned on, water heater is now heating properly. Tested with no leaks.

For this job, it was required to me to replace a leaky 40 gallon gas water heater and a PRV they have failed. There was a small modification down to the gas line as well as a bathtub drain that was loose. All items were tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Current water pressure is 55 psi. Our client also has a galvanized waterline. An estimate has been left to replace the water service as well.

Replaced all the ductwork for the hvac system in a crawlspace.

Excavated and exposed 2” water main break in grass area in between chain Int fence and driveway. Repaired 2” water main. Energized domestic water line, flushed air out of line. Tested line under pressure for 45 minutes before backfilling. Backfilled, compacted dirt and cleaned up area.
