Replaced both lavatory faucets in upstairs master bathroom.

I performed a troubleshoot on multiple ceiling fans not working right. The basement Great rooms motor is seized and is extremely warm. Voltage is good and the fan wants to respond to the remote but as soon as it starts to try turning it seizes up. I recommended getting a replacement fixture. The basement family room fan works but was extremely wobbly. I tightened the screws at the down rod as well as repopped the bracket into place. The master bedroom ceiling fan has its lights shot. I tried hooking the wiring up directly with new bulbs and without the receiver and while the fan still works the lights do not. The fixture needs to be replaced. In the upstairs son’s bedroom the fan works properly however the wall control doesn’t allow the fan to change speeds. The receiver and wiring appear to still work fine so I gave recommendations to find a new wall switch to replace it with.

System Diagnostic for 1 system. System was not cooling. Compressor wires and contractor were both burned. Cracked flue pipe, no TE flood protection, no secondary drain pan. Dirty condenser coil, blower compartment, and condensate drain. Customer installed capacitor is over its rated capacity. Recommend: Home care, TE standard flood protection. Contactor and capacitor replacement. New flue pipe. Complete System cleaning. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Came out to investigate an issue with the circuit for the kitchen lights and the refrigerator in the garage tripping. It turned out that the issue was with the refrigerator either due to the fact that it is on a circuit with so many items and is not on a high frequency GFCI outlet or due to the fact that the fridge itself has gone bad. I installed a new circuit for the refrigerator in the garage so that it would have a dedicated circuit and be on a high frequency GFCI outlet and unfortunately a refrigerator is still tripping it due to an issue with the refrigerator. It does have its own dedicated circuit now so at the least when you get a new refrigerator, you should have no issues. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya

Performed leak search to find leak coming down into laundry room ceiling. Cut open ceiling and determined it was coming from upstairs master bath tub and shower unit. Found a pretty large crack underneath the overflow of the tub. All plumbing is operating fine, leak is occurring when water is getting through crack of the tub. Recommend either tearing out tub and installing a new one or contacting a company that repairs fiberglass to fix the crack in the tub.

Troubleshoot lights

For this job, I worked on doing a home inspection along with adding a surge protector and troubleshooting why the bathroom outlets would stop working found a broken wire in the main outlet. Fix the wire and installed a weather rated GFI. Everything is now working properly.

Performed Diagnostic on 1 system for main level. Condensate drain to pump was full of water. Cleared the drain, reset the safety, installed a Te. Checked refrigerant pressures, inspected duct work.

For this job, we worked on providing and installing a universal Tesla charger. We installed it right next to the panel. After installing it, we tested voltage and connections and even tested the charger by connecting it to the car. Everything is working properly. Arrived on site, homeowner showed me to kitchen where homeowner wants garbage disposal installed. Informed homeowner that we recommend replacing garbage disposal. Removed garbage disposal and noticed outlet was badly clogged. Replaced garbage disposal and properly secured. No leaks at this time.

Replaced and install new blower wheel and pleated filter for gas furnace amana horizontal position at crawl space I found the fiberglass return plenums is not sealed completely plus the main drain line from Evaporator coil needs condensate pump and vinyl tubing the pvc drain Is draining on top of the vapor barrier and will create paddle of water For outdoor unit replaced and install new 2 pole contactor new compressor hard start kit and clean condenser coil with chemical test cooling is little bit low the pressure system is up and running at this moment. Our client had a seven year-old AO Smith with premature tank failure. The defective unit was uninstalled and the new one was installed. Unit was tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Client’s water pressure 55 psi. Our client also has a small water leak at the basement wall penetration on the water service that will be scheduled in the days to come. Our client was very satisfied with the service that was provided today.

TE certified will perform a partial drain re-pipe of all of the existing cast-iron drain line, and correcting a section of double cross tee’s, perform the strapping as found necessary. 8-25-26 replaced cast iron from sub floor to penetration leaving house. Resealed drain to shower and cleared tub drain of hair.

for this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. The reason it was not cooling is because the outdoor unit was not coming on. After verifying voltage, I determined that the issue was a bad outdoor capacitor. I also noticed that there was an improper drain line out of the evaporator coil as well as I recommend upgrading the flood protection devices. There is also an improper gas sediment trap. I explained my findings to the customer provided Estimates.
