When inspecting system found that thermostats wiring and furnace wiring was not done properly so system wasn’t able to call for cooling when needed and burning fuse and circuit board. Costumer has noticeable sings of biological growth spreading in system and has a device that is not working for years, costumer also does not count with flood protection. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer de died to only proceed with low voltage wiring repairs at this moment and will call prior company to check on the other issues. Our client had a 2yr old PRV that was wheezing. This defective item was replaced with a far more formidable,reliable equivalent. This item was tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. Clients water pressure 60 psi.

Relit pilot and waited until adequate hot water was in to all fixtures. After putting water back on to the house, did thorough evaluation of plumbing system to test for leaks and found none. Turned off supply lines to hallway bathroom toilet and downstairs toilet, as dehumidifiers were being run near them creating potential leaks/issues inside of the tanks.

Pull toilet and attempt to auger from bottom end to retrieve object and reset on a new wax ring *Update* We removed the toilet in the hallway bathroom and we augured the toilet from the bottom end and we did not feel any sorts of obstructions and our cable made it all the way to the other end. While we were removing the wax ring from the flange we noticed there was standing water. We ran water in the tub and bathroom sink to see if the water would rise but it did not. We recommended to the customer to attempt to removed the blockage but removing a section on pipe and they agreed. We removed a section of piping and all the water drained. We secured the pipe back together and we replaced the flange as a courtesy. We set the toilet back on with a new wax ring along with new closet bolts and China caps.

Performed visual inspection only. Customer said after she found unit frozen she replaced a filter she had in there for over 8 months, with the new filter unit was cooling. Check pressures and inspected unit visually. Found no te flood protections, no pan, evap painted over, flue vent not properly pitched and paint over. Customer did not want full diagnostic at this time but did sign up for homecare. Unit is cooling at this time.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Arrived cycled the power off. Removed motor top and side panels. Perform condenser coil wash. Removed bad outdoor fan motor and installed new outdoor fan motor. Installed side panels and motor top. Installed wet switch and tested. Removed bad insulation on supply vent and added new insulation. Cycled system on. Checked amperage and pressures. System now operating.

Customer says upstairs AC is not cooling. Inspected furnace. Customer does not have TE flood protection. Inspected outdoor equipment and found coil needing maintenance. Starting components needing replacement. Recommended installing kickstart for compressor. Customer only moved forward with immediate repair. Replaced 40/5 cap. Confirmed AC pressures. System is cooling at this time.

After customer removes vanity in upstairs bathroom, cut open drywall to access pipes for drain reroute. Once accessed, abandon drain for bathroom sink and reroute to 3” vertical cast iron stack on right side of wall. Repipe bathroom vanity sink. Replace stack from upstairs bathroom all the way down to the basement stubbed out a hot and cold for the bathroom sink and stubbed out bathroom drain connected it to the cast-iron in the basement going into the slab ran water backed up so we had a drain guy come out we camped it found the clog. Got the clog out. Whole house is drowning draining fine. 07/21 will need a return visit from Camera tech to scoop additional work

I spoke with customer stated system is not cooling. Checked indoor unit. No wet switch. Found dirty filter April air 213. Bad insulation on one supply metal duct. Checked outdoor unit. Dirty condenser coil. Outdoor fan motor not turning on with call for cool. Compressor turning on. Spoke with tech-support bad outdoor fan motor. Customer has not been home for a couple of months. Has bacteria growth on couch.

Customer called us out for a shower drain that’s clogged up. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage. Shower was only fixture affected. During our walkthrough we noticed shower drain had a hair catcher inside drain. Customer & I took off stopper from drain and drain appeared to be really clean, shower drain is only 1 year old. We did not put catcher back into drain. Leaving estimates for preventative cleaning. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

For this job, we worked on installing 2 customer provided outdoor mist fans. Ran power from existing circuits nearby to power up fans.

Customer had a washing machine, drained that was backing up due to buildup from condensation and running the laundry. So I ended up snaking out the laundry drain and after cleaning it out the drain is now flowing properly with no leaks and no backups present.

Replacing the flood light in the front of the house

Called out for tub on unit C leaking into the crawlspace found that drain was not sealed properly. Also found that hot water line in the crawlspace was leaking gave estimates to make repairs. Customer agreed cut out bottom part of tub boot and install new tubular underside and taboo on top sealed properly also cut out leaking section of copper on the hotline in the crawlspace and installed new fittings and copper tested. No leaks at this time.

Came out to complete quoted work of jetting the kitchen sink drain. I ran the jetter down the line clearing grease from the line.

For this job, I worked on installing a customer provided light fixture on the back porch. He originally had a pancake box instead of a recessed cut in box so I explained to the homeowner that the light fixture stuck out a little bit. I left a quote to install a cut in box so it can be flushed to the wall. for now, He just prefers for me to silicone around the fixture. checked voltage and connections upon completing, light is working properly. also left a few other estimates for projects He is interested in.
