Found water coming from tank to bolt being loose, tightened nut and replaced straight stop
Pulled toilet in basement bathroom to clear mainline blockage affecting basement bathroom. Camera inspection scheduled for tomorrow 11-2 to assess condition of the line.
Troubleshoot lighting concerns
Switches
Customer been having issues with the sink when I gave the option to run a cable after taking apart. The P-trap I saw the blockage was in the P-trap so after testing the water had released and everything was flowing. Normally, I let the customer know it seem to be a vent issue as well. Customer said that he would replace the air admittance valve And if it give issues again, we’ll go ahead and run the snake, but customer want to hold off on a snake since the drain improved after cleaning the pee trap.

Performed inspection system thermostats were not working due to flood protection turning the unit off. Found that the male adapter wasn’t threaded on correctly so it was effecting the pitch of the drain line. Fixed the pitch of the drain line and now is working properly. Homeowner had three thermostats that they wanted install so that was done as well.
As we arrived back here, January 8, we came back to fulfill the estimate of removing six defective lights in the electrical panel room area and install installing three new lights in the dock area. We first removed the sixth defective 8 foot lights in the electrical panel area and then replaced them with new LED 8 foot lights. Once all connections were made all six lights worked properly. Last we installed new 1/2 inch PVC pipe and boxes across the ceiling in the dock area where we installed three new 12 inch UFO LED high bay lights. As we were wiring in the lights, we found that there was no ground wire installed in the lighting circuit, which can be very dangerous. I installed a ground lug onto the building, still which is bonded and from there I ran a ground wire into the lighting box of the circuit that we were adding the lights to. Customer called us to diagnose a load moaning sound in their pipes. After some testing we narrowed the issue down to the PRV. We tested the pressure multiple times with different readings each time. We removed and replaced the old PRV with a new one.
Leak detect.

For this job, it was required to relocate the PRV in main shut off valve for home that would be in a reachable location for our client. Our client also had a pinhole leak in copper line in basement, which was resolved. The client does have a hose bill that is not in working conditions by the garage which estimate has been left for the replacement of it along with.

Troubleshoot
Replaced existing 50-gallon gas water heater. Installed a new gas shutoff valve and upgraded the exhaust vent piping to meet current code requirements using Type B venting. Insulated water lines serving the water heater. Installed a new water heater service shutoff valve, pressure-reducing valve, and main water shutoff valve. Installed a new thermal expansion tank, securely strapped to the structure, along with a water heater pan and a water alarm beneath the unit. During installation, it was discovered that the attic HVAC system condensate line was improperly routed into the water heater’s T&P relief valve, which is a code violation. A new PVC condensate drain line was installed and properly routed to the exterior of the home. System tested with no leaks present, and hot water is operating correctly.
Changed out the stops under the master tub
Once again, Johan was true to his word. He arrived today and completed the work. He explained every detail regarding his assignment. He was extremely maticulous as he completed the job. My husband witnessed Johan’s professionalism and great work ethic today! Gavin was extremely nice too.
For this job, I worked on replacing a regular dimmer with a ELV dimmer, and also installing two new 6 inch cans with trim. Everything has been checked and tested and is working properly.
Replaced kitchen outlets with GFCI protected in black color, grounded boxes and installled matching covering plates.
Panel inspection and switch replacement
Troubleshoot and replaced a switch and an outlet in living room.
Replaced customer supplied through the manufacturer gas control valve and burner assembly for two year old water heater. The water heater is still failing to properly ignite. Replaced the water heater completely, authorized by Rheem. The water heater is heating properly. The signs of a backdraft can be noticed. Both vents from the water heater and furnace are hot to touch. There is a possible blockage inside of the exhaust going out of the roof of the home.
Inspection and panel restoration
Upon arrival customer stated that main level system was not working and heating. System is 7 year old. Found that thermostat was satisfied at thermostat. Raised temperature and everything with heat came on with no issues and was heating home. System did have a clogged (16x25x1) filter. Recommended doing a maintenance for both systems, customer declined recommendations to have systems inspected only wanted to have both system filter changed. Requested I send over the maintenance information. Did not do full inspection for system, only changed filters per customer request. Main floor system is heating at this time.
For this job, it was required to me to replace a defective PRV that was restricting water pressure, an outdoor faucet they had frozen, and an annual water heater flush. All items have been installed and tested for leaks and no leaks have been found. The new water pressure reading is 70 psi… our client is very happy with the quick turnaround of service.

I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.
