The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 11 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 15 y/o Lennox AC that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to failed condenser fan motor. Replaced condenser fan motor. Noticed that dual capacitor is also bad. Water protection is poor. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

SERVICE CALL: Upon Arrival homeowner stated the Second Floor HVAC system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the second floor hvac system Trane 3 ton Capacity 20 years old is in poor maintenance conditions the metal auxiliary drain pan was full of water due to indoor evaporator coil Ice and and Then thawed out and leak condensation inside the gas furnace and drain pan check gas furnace is in bad condition performed courtesy leak search and I found the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant. Test outdoor condenser unit 3 ton R 22 refrigerant type which is already phaout by epa. Condenser coil is in poor conditions contact is pitted and may failed soon. System is 20 years old DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. HOMEOWNER WANTS TO GET A QUOTE FOR NEW SYSTEM. APPOINTMENT IS SET FOR. 6/27/26 from 12 to 5 TO DISCUSS DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THANKS FOR CHOOSING TE CERTIFIED.
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is struggling to keep up temperature inside the house. After complete Troubleshooting I found the hvac system Goodman 3 ton capacity 12 Years old is in poor maintenance conditions the gas furnace unit don’t have any plenums for the return was connected directly to the metal cabinet NO SAFETY FLOOD PROTECTION check blower wheel is highly impacted Check run capacitor is out of spec from manufacture. Performed courtesy leak search and evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant check inside the supply plenum is full of biological growth 2 of manual dampers were not fully open I adjusted and open manual dampers. Check outdoor condenser unit 3 ton Goodman after check refrigerant pressures I found the refrigerant Was injected with fluorescent DYE due to possible leak in the past. System is 12 years old contractor grade . Check return CFM ARE ONLY 780 CFM Are not enough for 3 ton system. Life expectancy on HVAC systems are 10 t
Our client has an unknown leak that’s beginning to surface in the kitchen near the island. Underneath the dishwasher was dry. Water meter was holding steady. Client stated they didn’t use any plumbing downstairs after nine last night, but only took showers and normal evening activities upstairs. They came downstairs. There was water surfacing in between the tile. Dishwasher was holding water as well as the kitchen sink. Leak locating has been contacted. A follow up call will be conducted in a few days.
Determined water was getting under baseboards of tub when water is splashed outside of tub. Caulked around tub and baseboards on the floor to properly seal affected area.

Repaired low voltage wire. Replaced 30/5 MFD capacitor. R22 based system. Pressure levels are fair. Replaced 7.5 MFD capacitor. Added wet switches to main and upper level systems. Replaced 16x25x1 filter for main level. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Replaced flue venting
Replace existing 3-wire dryer outlet for a new 3-way dryer outlet, install appliance cord on dryer to fit the new 3-wire receptacle.
6/17: LVM and sent chat to schedule. RW Add new flood light and a switch
Customer says will not turn off. Inspected trane furnace and found float switch not wired in. 1 duct needed to be sealed. Nest thermostat not terminated properly. Found contactor forcefully pushed in. Found low voltage outdoor wire faulty. Customer moved forward with running new wire and adding 1 lbs of r410. Customers vents are sweating. Informed customer she needs a dehumidifier. Also needs insulation in attic. Ran new wire. Adjusted AC charge to specs. Properly terminated thermostat. System is cooling properly at this time.
Today we tighten the bolts on the upstairs master toilet to stop the tank to bowl leak, and replaced the flush tower in the downstairs bathroom
12 Years Parts Warranty and unit replacement guarantee
Arrived found water in auxiliary drain pan caused by bad condensate pump. Condensate pump drain line going to outside is blocked. Also vinyl tubing is flattened. No in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. Bad run capacitor, and failing blower motor. Ducts are dirty. furnace heat exchanger is rusted as well as evaporator coil and burners etc. Ductwork is original to the home and not in great shape. Checked outdoor unit. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. Contactor is pitted. Compressor has high amps. Unit is low refrigerant. 2004 R22. Highly recommend system replacement due to age and efficiency of unit. Put estimate together to have idea of repair cost. TE certified will not do any repairs on system. Customer has second system that is the same age. Did a visual inspection and second floor system is just as bad as main floor system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Arrived for homecare. Checked all electrical, heating and refrigeration components. Changed filter. Added wet switch. Found system very low on refrigerant at a 1.5 sub cool. Customer wanted to add refrigerant first to see if the leak continues. Will check at next homecare visit. Cleared drain with 2 gallons of water with drain treatment solution aswell. System now has proper subcool and temp drop delta T of 16. System working properly at the moment.

SERVICE CALL FOR RENTAL PROPERTY: upon arrival tenants stated They were told by GAS COMPANY the gas furnace unit Goodman 3 ton Drive 60,000 Btuh 6 years old is not working properly on heat cycle. After complete troubleshooting I found complete system is in Poor Maintenance conditions plus the ignition cycle failed due to Bad gas valve And hot surface igniter is weak. Plus test cooling mode the AC AND COIL are 22 refrigerant type which is already phased out by EPA test refrigerant pressures are low condenser coil is highly impacted and slab evaporator Coil is rusted out and is leaking condensation inside the crawl space DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. Today we did a spot repair in the front yard to damage PVC to copper connection as well as replaced the ball valve in the home
I received confirmation of appointment and a call regarding ETA. Given name and picture of technician. Very thorough assessment. Explained each step. Didn’t take long to fix once part was obtained.
Replace the angle stop in the hallway bathroom Customer called us out for a potential mainline blockage. Upon arrival customer stated when they ran water in the master shower they would notice a water drip by the angle stop in the hallway toilet. We first tested for a potential mainline blockage and we ran water in all the bathrooms and didn’t notice any sign of a blockage present. We then ran water in the master shower and flushed the toilet in the hallway and we didn’t notice any water drip but after a few minutes we noticed the water appear. We noticed it was coming from the toilet angle stop and we investigated further and noticed it had the wrong angle stop for the water line material. Customer agreed to replace the angle stop with the correct one and we also replaced a failing fill valve. We installed the new parts and tested for any leaks around our work and we were successful. Customer was satisfied and thank you for choosing Te Certified.

Whole House Electrical Check-up. Includes checking of all major electrical components and spot checking existing outlets and switches. FINDINGS: this house has a serious neutral issue. 127 V to one phase 115 V to the second phase. I relayed the message to the buyers that they need to contact Georgia Power to confirm if the issue is on their side or the homeowner side we will only replace the panel only without touching the service wire and the meter if the neutral issue is on Georgia Power side. If it turns out to be on the homeowner side, a whole new service will have to be done for safety reasons. This current situation can fry out electronics throughout the home if not handled. The house has not been maintained since it was built. devices throughout the house are original during my buying inspection. I pulled out several switches and outlets that are backstabbed and falling apart to where the wire just pops out. The house does not have a proper grounding system, surge protectors
