Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival customer stated that main level system was not working and heating. System is 7 year old. Found that thermostat was satisfied at thermostat. Raised temperature and everything with heat came on with no issues and was heating home. System did have a clogged (16x25x1) filter. Recommended doing a maintenance for both systems, customer declined recommendations to have systems inspected only wanted to have both system filter changed. Requested I send over the maintenance information. Did not do full inspection for system, only changed filters per customer request. Main floor system is heating at this time.
For this job, it was required to me to replace a defective PRV that was restricting water pressure, an outdoor faucet they had frozen, and an annual water heater flush. All items have been installed and tested for leaks and no leaks have been found. The new water pressure reading is 70 psi… our client is very happy with the quick turnaround of service.

Called out for toilet running constantly master bathroom toilet running front bathroom toilet running gave estimate customer agreed in master bathroom replaced fill valve,supply line,tank to bowl gasket and bolts,flush valve,flapper,toilet seat.front guest replaced fill valve,supply line,toilet seat,shower head, tested no failure at this time.
Completed full inspection of single system for home. Found multiple major issues including CO leaking from vents due to a compromised heat exchanger, mismatched evap coil for a duel fuel system that is causing high pressures, furnace overheating after about 10 min of runtime due to lack of maintenance. Due to age and condition, it will be best to look at replacement at this time.
I removed and replaced a 10 plus year old water heater. The water heater was brought up to code and the installation was successful
Finished last half of electrical service upgrade
Customer experience in a mainline backup that was making the toilet overflow, after diagnosing it I diagnosed that it was a mainline blockage actively clogged, so I ran my cable and I was able to clear the blockage. I was somewhere in the yard, a lot of rough spots when I was sending and retrieving the cable, but I was able to get my cable back and after testing everything was draining perfectly with no more backups customer do have cast-iron in the home.

Cleared blockage in kitchen sink with cable machine, also replaced faulty garbage disposal with new 1/2hp Insinkerator. Customer is aware of remaining cast iron in drain line serving kitchen sink. Camera tech arrived onsite and gave options for future repair/replacement if issue persists.

Arrived to the customers church after the gas company shut off service as a precaution due to a gas leak at the adjacent church building on the same property. Customer confirmed that on the day of the incident, her building did not have a gas leak, the gas company turned off to supply strictly for safety and require an inspection before restoring service. I performed a full evaluation of the gas line leading into the church. All accessible joints and fittings were tested using an approved gas leak detection solution. No bubbles, odor, or indications of leakage were present anywhere along the tested section. At this time, the gas line to the church is holding properly with no active leaks detected. Customer has been informed of the findings and can now coordinate with the gas company to have service restored.

I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!
