Pulled the water heater out to allow the insulation of a HVAC unit and then reinstalled later in the day.
Replace ceiling fan, replace switches, install fan rated box
For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why dining room light fixture and living room ceiling fan weren’t working properly. The dimmer in the dining room went bad so we replaced it and it’s working properly now. the switch leg that controls the ceiling fan in the living room was tied onto a three-way that controls the foyer light fixture so we had to separate it and give it its own switch. Replaced three other devices and installed a ceiling fan rated box in first bedroom that did not have one, which was causing the fan to wobble. Left estimates to replace and update his service and bring his house up to 200 A or 400 A. he is currently sitting at 150 A coming into the house.
Perform one system diagnostic for whole home. Inspector unit located in attic found ductwork non-insulated and evidence of rodent. Supply Plenum was also not sealed. No TE flood protection. Incorrect gas connections and gas settlement trap. Dirty blower wheel blower motor draw high amps And filled blower capacitor. Outdoor unit completely compacted. Dual capacitor outside fail and has a pitted contactor. Due to cost of repairs and age of system recommend replacing system. Unit is also double filtered. Unit is operational at this time however not efficiently cooling lower level. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Replaced basket strainer in right side of kitchen sink. Replaced tubular and trap as well.
Replaced main water service line. Added shut off at meter box. Moved water line and added shut off valve inside crawlspace. Replaced prv and hose bibb. Reinstalled water heater. Replaced cpvc line and added pan and leak alarm. Installed cs kitchen faucet and water filter as a courtesy. Replaced a section of pvc drain for kitchen sink. Replaced basket strainers and added a garbage disposal. Swapped a 3 handle and a 2 handle shower valve, replacing both with a 1 handle shower valve.

Replaced water heater and water heater shut off valve. Also removed old copper gas line and replaced it with new black iron gas line.
For this job, it was required of me to replace a CPC hose bill that was broken off. Either due to the fact there was not supported to structure or it froze. This particular item was replaced as well as a new ball valve for the fixture. It was test for new leaks And no leaks were found. Our client is very satisfied with our service today.
Upon arrival tech diagnosed upstairs furnace only. Tech noticed flame sensor and inducer draft port elements needed maintenance. Tech also noticed major issues at condensate pump and drain line connections not safely routed to proper connections. Also clear tubing is warped eventually causing ceiling damages. Tech left recommendations/ estimates to help bring system back to best peak performance and safety. We replace a service mast that was damaged by a falling tree. We installed a new eye bolt securing point, new pvc service mast and weather head, and new service wire in mast.
Customer has 5 y/o Rheem system that operates for main level. System was not heating due to faulty control board. Replaced furnace control board. Recommend water protection upgrade. Dirty 20x25x5 media filter. Recommend advanced air purification replacement. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program.

For this job, it was required me to verify that a thermal coupling was tightly secured to the gas valve on our clients water heater and was safe to light. Second item was high water pressure management. Our client has great poly pipe within home. Most of the fixtures have been re-piped except for the items underneath the slab. At the beginning of the visit, the water pressure was 80 psi and after the replacement the new water pressure reading is 50 psi. A client is very satisfied with our service today
Upstairs and Downstairs systems in poor conditions. Tech was out for upstairs system noticed lots of repairs needed at furnace. I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!

He gave me a quote and went to work cutting through the sheet rock. The problem was exactly what he had thought. Harun repaired the leak quickly afterwards. Harun was careful to make sure our floors and furniture were covered before cutting the sheet rock, saving us a lot of work afterwards.
