Dig up meter dig hole at foundation wall in front of home at Watermain service penetration. Trench from meter to foundation wall. Install new HDP water service between meter and home. Transitioned to soft copper through the foundation wall. Tie into existing copper plumbing system inside home. Install new watts 25AUBPRV on Watermain service in crawlspace, install new three-quarter full port ball valve for whole home shut off. Install courtesy valve box in front of existing meter for easy home shut off. Test new plumbing system for leaks Repair foundation on outside and inside crawlspace with hydraulic cement, tar inside and outside of crawlspace/foundation wall to seal. Fill in excavation holes/trench, and clean up. /LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!/

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 12 y/o Trane system that operates for upper level. Noticed water in pan. Pressure levels were normal. Electronic leak search found no refrigerant leaks. Evaporator pan was intact. Noticed that drain line was positioned at incline pitch and was clogged. Filter was clean. Repaired and cleared drain line. Installed wet switch for upgraded water protection. Thermostat was damaged due to water. Replaced with Ecobee thermostat. Main level thermostat was also replaced with Ecobee. Tested heating and cooling. Systems are currently working.

Customer called us out for bidet cover that fell into toilet. Toilet was taken apart by customer prior to arriving. Originally quoted to snake toilet but found that there was nothing stuck inside. Rebuilt toilet and reset it. Tested toilet and it is flushing fine now.

Troubleshoot jacuzzi circuit

Perform one system diagnostic for system that services whole home. Found thermostat non-operational. Customer just replaced a ecobee light with a Honeywell. Upon inspecting the wiring it only had four wires and the thermostat was not battery operated. Reconnected the ecobee and inspected the furnace found that the bus bar on the furnace for the W terminal was completely stripped and could not be backed out or tighten. There was a blown fuse, filter was in backwards, dirty blower wheel, the unit was also short 200 CFM’s on the return side for a 3 ton unit, no TE flood protection, no drain pan, improper pitch for the condensate drain line, the outdoor unit was also compacted. Customer selected to go with the bare minimum Band-Aid option and did the low-voltage wiring and fuse. Offered customer to join home care. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

For this job, I worked on starting the new electrical service after old service reach the end of its life. Old service was 60 years old and the sheathing came off at the weatherhead, where one phase made contact with the neutral causing the wires to arc and break off. came out Thursday evening and got approval Friday morning to begin the project from homeowner and insurance company. will return Monday and Tuesday to continue and finish the new service. house will be brought up to code electrically to DeKalb County requirements.

Upon arrival system had two psi in it. Perform leak search and found leak in the evaporator coils. System is from 2014. Furnace is from 1994. Gas valve on furnace is also leaking. Evaporator coils are available and in stock repair quoted but strongly recommend consider considering new system Due to overall age and condition of furnace and other components of AC. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 4 y/o 2-zone Carrier heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. Noticed water in pan caused by clogged drain line. Cleared drain line, however, recommend drain line replacement due to condition. Installed wet switch and SS2 water safety for water protection. Noticed that main level zone damper was inoperable. Replaced zone damper. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Customer signed up for HomeCare Program.

Performed no cool diagnostic.7 year old system. Found dirty blower wheel. Dirty condenser coil. Out of tolerance capacitor for outdoor unit. Also drain line has belly pitch recommend replacing with pump and tubing.customer didn’t go with any option. Recommended homecare.
