Technician Cody, was prompt, courteous and most of all thorough. My relationship with TE Certified continues to remain cemented in my number one call for prompt professional service. Leaving estimates for shower blockage on the 2nd floor. Customer called us out for a shower that has a slow drain on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to ensure we didn’t have a mainline blockage present. We ran water for a long period of time, and only the shower was being affected. We also inspected the water heater to make sure it was in proper condition. We let the customer know it is recommended to flush the water heater once a year. We put a main water shut off valve tag to indicate where it’s at. We are leaving estimates to clear the shower blockage on the 2nd floor.

For this job, we worked on troubleshooting why downstairs basement area lost partial power. turns out the main breaker that is feeding subpanel lost a phase due to breaker overheating and burning up. replace main breaker and that restored all power. we still checked all connections and voltage across both panels. Everything is working properly. Left several recommendations from updating original panel to doing a complete new service 400 amp upgrade so both panels can have their own 200 amp service and disconnect, bringing the house up to code electrically with all Tucker city requirements.

For this job we worked on installing new 3 prong dryer outlet, box, and breaker. The old outlet charred up on one side, causing the wire to overheat and disconnect. old set up was original to the house so it was surface mounted. relocated box a little further up and installed new set up inside sheet rock and up to code. Tested voltage at breaker and outlet. Everything is working properly. Left recommendations to make the house safer and bring it up to code electrically.

Perform panel restoration. Installed safety monitoring breakers for all 120 volt circuits. Installed whole home surge protector. Troubleshoot multiple breakers tripping once the safety monitoring breakers were installed. Multiple boxes are not grounded properly. This can become a safety issue. We found a bad connection in the attic coming from the light fixture. This connection feeds the oven hood. Oven hood should be hardwired and have a dedicated circuit. The other breaker that was tripping went to a 3 gang box by the kitchen door to go outside. That switch was capped off but the neutrals were still connected. That was also causing a different breaker to trip. That switch was already taped off.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was freezing up when he tried to use about 3 times. We installed new furnace in October 2025. After inspection of system found that unit was very low on refrigerant. Did courtesy leak search on equipment and found several leaks within the equipment. The suction service valve is leaking, and the evaporator coil is leaking and very rusted. There is a lot of rust inside the drain pan that will clog the drain line. Furnace was in great shape with no issues. Advised customer that with outdoor unit being 3 years old, and the evaporator coil being 12 years old recommend updating ac and coil. The outdoor current system does not match customer current line set. There are. I issues found with line set customer could use with a new system and it would pair up. Install supervisor will speak with customer about update estimate for an ac and coil. Customer declined recommendations to do any repairs at this time.

Customer had a slow draining sink so we gave options to run a cable down the line to break up any grease or food that was in the line after running our cable I was able to get the drain flowing again. I had a lot of evidence of food particles in the line and do believe it was some grease as well. The customers drain pipe was not glued so I did glue it for them so it didn’t leak or pop off after testing. Everything is draining perfectly with no leaks nor backups.

For this job, it was required to me to replace our clients electric water heater that had apparently ruptured, including the expansion tank blowing completely all due to a failed PRV. New items have been installed and checked for leaks and the leak have been found. Client’s new water pressure is 50 psi. A new t&p relief line was ran due to the fact that the old one would not pass inspection. A new client was very pleased with the service that provided today.

On Thursday morning, my refrigerator repair person discovered that the water supply to it was leaking under the linoleum floor in my kitchen. Then we discovered that my gas water heater had recently begun leaking! I called TE then, and the schedulers were able to find a cancellation for Friday morning. Demetrius arrived about 11:00am, and worked, with Johan who arrived later, until 7:30pm to install a water box for the refrigerator and install a new electric water heater, for which Alex was assigned to do the electrical work. I really appreciate the long day that Demetrius and Johan put in to complete this urgent work in a timely manner.
