For this job, it was required of us to replace our garbage disposal that had a mechanical malfunction between the motor and axel. The defective unit was removed and replaced with the new unit in which was tested for leaks and leaks were found. Our client opted out of having a PRV change and as aware of the high water pressure and what can happen with home. But our client was satisfied with the service that was provided today.

Customer have a main loan blockage that was affecting the entire house I ended up, pulling the toilet downstairs and running my cable, and I pulled out a bunch of wipes that was causing the main line blockage, after putting the toilet back on and running a bunch of water, I was able to clear the blockage and all the water was moving without no sign of backups, we have a camera tech coming out tomorrow evening to give a quote to install the clean out before the septic tank.

Performed home care on three systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain lines. Flushed and treated condensate pumps. Cleaned flame sensors. Changed filters. (2) 16×25×1 (1) 16×20×1. Check evaporator coils and blower wheels. Checked outdoor units. Checked capacitors, contactors and pressures. Replace blower capacitor for second floor and condenser capacitor for main floor. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Quoted for new water heater installation, washerbox, replacement of front hose Bibb, customer wanted a flush of the heater, was over 6 yrs since install, informed customer of the dangers of flushing out heater of the sedimaye flushing into the fixtures. Informed homeowner no warranty for the flush and not liable for any issues with fixtures after flushing heater. Homeowner wanted flush heater, replace washerbox, and install new front hosebibb. Flushed heater, drained house, installed washerbox and front hose Bibb, cut Sheetrock and took door off hinges to move washer out of way for the washer box, installed fixtures, pressurized house, purged lines, tested fixtures, tagged valves, no issues with any fixture, no leaks.

For this job, I worked on replacing one outlet in the upstairs bedroom. Noticed outlet was backstabbed and original to when the house was built so there were signs of overheating on the backside. informed homeowner about the type of connection they have there and left several estimates to replace more devices, including the whole house. On Thursday morning, my refrigerator repair person discovered that the water supply to it was leaking under the linoleum floor in my kitchen. Then we discovered that my gas water heater had recently begun leaking! I called TE then, and the schedulers were able to find a cancellation for Friday morning. Demetrius arrived about 11:00am, and worked, with Johan who arrived later, until 7:30pm to install a water box for the refrigerator and install a new electric water heater, for which Alex was assigned to do the electrical work. I really appreciate the long day that Demetrius and Johan put in to complete this urgent work in a timely manner.
