Arrived to the customers church after the gas company shut off service as a precaution due to a gas leak at the adjacent church building on the same property. Customer confirmed that on the day of the incident, her building did not have a gas leak, the gas company turned off to supply strictly for safety and require an inspection before restoring service. I performed a full evaluation of the gas line leading into the church. All accessible joints and fittings were tested using an approved gas leak detection solution. No bubbles, odor, or indications of leakage were present anywhere along the tested section. At this time, the gas line to the church is holding properly with no active leaks detected. Customer has been informed of the findings and can now coordinate with the gas company to have service restored.

Upon arrival customer stated that main floor system was not working and not heating. Customer er stated that he has had a lot of issues out of this system before. Air handler is 4 years old, heat pump is 4 years old. After inspection of system found that main break at electrical panel was tripped. Did full elevation on system, blower wheel is dirty, blower capacitor tested good. (20x20x1) system filter was very clogged and dirty. Heat strips are coming on. Condensate pump has a lot of build up inside it and needs to be cleaned. Outdoor condenser coils were clean, ed good, contactor was very pitted and a loose connection made high voltage wire bad. The reason why breaker is tripping is due to air flow on system. This is a 5 ton system and has a two 12” return duct and one 10” return duct. This equals 1,260cfm. A 5 ton system requires 2000cfm in order to operate properly. System is short 740cfm. This will continue to make system over heat and have issues with main breaker tripping. With

Inspected two furnaces for heating inspection. Both blowers are pulling good amps. Pulled and cleaned both flame sensors. Both systems burners are clean. Ensured both upstairs drain and downstairs condensate pump are removing water properly. Changed 16x25x1 filter and 16x25x4 filter. Found systems have float switches but not TE standard wet switches. Brought this up to customer’s attention and he declined the installation of wet switches. Both systems are not protected by uv light. Highly recommended customer add uv lights to ensure system stays clean and air inside home stays clean. Both furnaces are operating and heating well at this time.

Made spot repair on pipe in ground, upon testing noticed another pinhole, roughly 10 inches from original repair. Customer will removing more flooring to access returning on Friday.

For this job I troubleshooted and repaired a tripping circuit by swapping out a old regular outlet for outside with a WR and installed a Bubble cover

Tech arrived to provide due diligence on three systems in home. Customer is buyer of home and home is not occupied. Upstairs located in attic is roughly 3 years old, main level located in basement is roughly 3 years old and master suite located in basement is roughly 20 years old. All 3 systems are operational in heating and cooling from thermostats. All three systems are no in code concerning flue pipes, upstairs gas line sediment trap is not up to code. None of the three systems are up TE standards concerning flood protection, basement systems don’t have any protection at all. Master suite furnace is in rough condition. Master suite AC system is also low on R22 refrigerant. All outdoor units needs to be cleaned. It is recommended that master suite system needs to be replaced soon. Diagnosed 1 system package unit. 12 year old system.found rusted burners assembly and inspected the inside of heat exchanger and found rust buildup and cracks inside . Pulled out blower and has Dirty blower wheel. Dirty condenser coil. Faulty gas valve is leaking when running on heat.capacitor was still in tolerance. Standing pressure is good . Inducer motor has rust building up. Also outside gas connections are rusted. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer had two sinks slow draining. One sink upstairs was draining slow due to hair and soap buildup. The other sink was the downstairs kitchen sink that more than likely a slow draining due to grease , I gave him the option to clean out the P-trap upstairs and I can try to clean out the P-trap downstairs to see if food debris got in the P-trap in the kitchen sink, gave them a option to run a cable if that don’t work if the cable don’t work, the next step is to do a Hydro jetting of the kitchen sink , he has some other appointment scheduled for today and wanted me to just clean the sink upstairs for now after cleaning the sink I was able to get the sink back draining properly with no leaks
