I just call the York distribution center And they stated the parts needs to be order and will take 10 to 15 business days. Customer approved new thermostat and wants to get a quote For new system appointment is set for today from 11 to 2 pm to discuss different options.

RETURN VISIT TO COMPLETE REPAIRS: SECOND FLOOR SYSTEM : Replace and install new oem Control Board plus add safety wet switch and Deep condenser coil cleaning test heat and cooling mode. Test wet switch is ok. After final inspection system is Working ok at this moment. I worked on repairing the irrigation line and left the irrigation shut off valve on the off position per customer request

For this job, I came to do repair work. It was to move the outdoor unit over close to the brick wall. It is to make clearance for the contractor to add stairs to the back deck. I also mentioned about the high voltage splices that was found in the basement where the lineset exits. We will need to have an electrician to properly repair it to be in a junction box. I mentioned to the customer about the future complications with the outdoor unit being under the stairs. It will be hard to service the system when we need to do repair work on it. It needs to be relocated to the right side of the house by the outer wall. There will be a video of it explain where it can be moved to for a future project.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the mini split for bonus room is not working properly. After complete troubleshooting I found error code H3 is for outdoor heat pump unit the compressor is overheating due to low refrigerant charge I found the system is very low on refrigerant charge and I found the indoor evaporator coil is leaking and the suction valve Was leaking too system is contractor grade. I recommend to upgrade complete mini split for DAIKIN UNIT. Customer wants to get a quote for new mini split appointment is set for tomorrow to talk with consultant to get different options. Customer said that the Pond Pump Motor didn’t run I took my plug tester into the Outdoor GFCI Outlet-it’s working ok From the Previous visited the Second Outlet Box next to the Pomd Pump GFCI Box-needs to redone-the existing circuit in the ground was damaged from the home to Pond Pump Area-I left an estimate to replace the whole circuit Customer did his owner troubleshooting-by relocating the Pond Pump Motor Cord to another location in the Home-it’s didn’t work Determined - That the Pond Pump Motor-Isn’t working properly -Customer is getting the Pond Pump Motor replaced

Replaced Rheem 40 gallon gas water heater with new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. Tested and ensured homeowner is getting hot water.

SERVICE CALL: Customer noticed water damage coming on ceiling, the pan for the upstairs system was full of water. Customer turned off system for the time being. Upon inspection we noticed that the outdoor unit was running without a call from the thermostat causing the system to freeze up and when indoor coil thawed out and overflow the metal drain pan and float Switch did not work to shut off the system unit is 2 years old and the installation was not done properly no extra safety’s to prevent water damage the flue pipe connection was reduced from 4 inches from the inducer to 3 inches to the exhaust pipe the metal drain pan is. Customer is aware of the conditions and declined any repairs at this moment Thanks. By customer request we put back together all the wiring and thermostat Plus we disconnected the outdoor pull out 60 amps disconnect to prevent the outdoor unit keep running and ice up the system again. Customer called about a jammed disposal. TE arrived and found a few obstructions in disposal. Cleared disposal of obstructions and tested.

For this job, I proceeded to look at a unit that was not cooling. After a diagnosis I was able to determine that the contactor has burnt out. I noticed the high voltage wire going to the condenser as well was brittle. Here I also noticed that the condenser coil was extremely dirty. I provided an estimate to replace the contactor as well as deep, clean condenser coil and replace the high-voltage wire on the whip. The customer today agreed to just replace the contactor. I explained that due to the condition of that old contactor and the burnt wires that it’s very important to replace that wiring on the whip since it can cause more trouble.

Customer has 10 y/o 2-zone Carrier system that operates for main and basement levels. Performed routine maintenance inspection and found that heat exchanger is in very poor condition. Significant rust around burner box. Burners are also rusted. Inducer motor flue has rust due to water damage. Blower wheel so very dirty. Overall furnace in poor condition. Repairs will outweigh replacement, which is recommended. Poor water protection. Dampers are operational, however, seem to be overheating and slow to move. Pressure levels were fair. Dual capacitor is bad. Condenser coils are in poor condition. Advised customer to seek full system replacement due to compatibility issues with the upgrade of equipment and that system is no longer under warranty. Separation of equipment will cause issues down the line when comes to modifying equipment to match. Also, damper system will have to be superseded if equipment is replaced due to system communication. Informed customer of all findings.
