Mister Nathan, is a very kind and delightful techniciain. He is very knowledgeable in his area. He demonstrated that he knows the electrical system. He worked diligently, cleaned up all of the debris and made great suggestions to the customer as where the cameras maybe installed. He was gentle and patient with the customer. Mr. Nathan. has my trust. When there is a need for the electricity at my home, I will always welcome Mister Nathan for the services. He was calm and very manable.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 12 y/o Goodman furnace that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not heating due to bad ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Tested heating. Noticed that flue venting is incorrect, single wall and tape is used to secure. Informed customer of the danger of current flue venting. No water protection present. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Ductwork is inconsistent. Overall efficiency of system is declining. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Our client reached out to us in reference to have any high water bill and water running down the street. Our client had a broken pvc dresser coupling from a previous repair, possibly from the irrigation guys. The defective piping was replaced test leaks, and no leaks were found. All faucets were purged air and debris. Our client water pressure is at 65 psi. A toilet fill valve was replaced because of debris. Our client is very satisfied.
Provide and install new circuit for new quad outlet setup in the garage attic on a 20a breaker.
Call out for a back up upstairs fixtures were backed up after testing pull the master toilet and ran the cable to the line. blockage seems to be hair and soft tissue. Tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time..

Service upgrade to 200amps. New QO electrical panel, new outdoor meter with emergency disconnect, new grounding system, whole house surge protector, GFCI protection. Redevice house with new switches and tamper resistant outlets
Performed no heat diagnostic. Found a cracked inducer motor. Rusted and discoloration on burners. Failed pressure switch. Wire harness has many splices. Also condenser coil is dirty. Failed capacitor. Fan motor is drawing high amps. Recommend replacing system due to age and repairs. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshoot and repair on Generac 17kw standby generator
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 14 y/o AireFlo system that operates for upper level. System was not heating due to faulty flame sensor. Replaced flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Noticed that inducer motor is declining. Flue venting is single wall and incorrect. Installed wet switch and inline water safety for water protection. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Blower motor bearings are bad. Run capacitor is bad. Noticed significant biological growth presence on drain line entering evaporator coil. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Recommend thermostat replacement. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
Tested system not heating. Found the flame sense failure code on furnace. The gas valve pressure was low, set to 2.5 WC. I adjusted the gas pressure to 3.5 WC. Tested fully after adjustment and found no failures at this time.

I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.
