Responded to no ac call. Found breaker off to outdoor unit. Once power was turned on checked pressures. Found pressure slightly off. Traced problem back to old humidifier, bypass was dumping cold air directly into return. Removed humidifier, patched up ductwork. Found dirty indoor blower wheel and some biological growth. Also noticed condensation drain line was pitched bad and reduced to 1/2 in. Removed gravity drain and added a condensation pump. Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. As a courtesy cleaned outdoor condenser

Came out no cool. Found that the system had a bad, capacitor and a failing condenser fan motor. The system also was amping high at the compressor and needed a hard start kit. The customer only wanted to move forward with installing the capacitor. I recommended that the customer customer had a hard start to the compressor because the current one she has on there has failed. I also recommended that she replaced the condenser fan motor because it can fail any day now. I lost my card reader so I couldn’t save the customers CC. The office will have to call and save it.

Homeowner had us out today because one of the systems in the home is not cooling. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that her thermostat has went blank after they experience a power outage and has not been able to reset the system. We noticed that there is two systems that are located in the crawlspace. We hard reset the furnace and everything started up properly. We also checked all electrical components and found that there wasn’t any damage to any major components on the unit. We did notice some biological growth inside of the system and recommended installing UV. We also recommended for homeowner to sign up for our home care Maintenance plan. 16 x 25 x 4 media filter need to be replaced. Homeowner will purchase her own filter and have us come back to install it.

Preformed leak search in upstairs hallway bathroom found shower-head was leaking into the escutcheon.

HVAC inspection for a system that is not working properly. Compressor and dual capacitor failed, so system not blowing cool air. Condenser and blower wheel very dirty. No flood protection. Performed routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Basement has 40 y/o Lennox heat pump system that has completely failed compressor. R22 refrigerant non-existent. Upper level has 2 y/o Rheem furnace matched with 14 y/o Goodman AC that has declining R22 refrigerant. System has bad dual capacitor. Bad contactor. Dirty condenser coils. Compressor is reading high amperage. Recommend replacement of AC for upper level. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Customer has 7 y/o Lennox system that operates for main level that was not cooling due to failed condensate drain pump shutting system down. Replaced condensate drain pump. Replaced 20x25x5 media filter. Performed condenser coil cleaning as well. Pressure levels were normal for main level. Water protection for all 3 systems was poor. Informed customer of all findings.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated both hvac systems are not Working at all. After complete troubleshooting I found both systems are In Poor maintenance conditions plus main transformer on each system Was burnt out. None of the units has Flood protection to prevent water damaged both blower wheel are extremely impacted. Test outdoor condenser units are in poor maintenance conditions dirty condenser coil, both contractors are pitted and refrigerant Charge are low it’s possible system may ICE UP and can be leaking refrigerant Systems already past life Expectancy from manufacture which are 10 to 12 years. Clear blockage in master bathroom sink

Basement system is a 2018 Rheem heat pump working great. The only recommendation for this system is to add flood protection to cut the system off if the drain line gets clogged before the house gets wet. The attic unit is a new 2024 Goodman furnace and AC that is performing great. The only recommendation for this system is to have the condenser coil cleaned. The main floor unit is a 2009 Rheem furnace and AC that uses r-22 refrigerant, a refrigerant that is no longer being made. It has a single wall flue pipe instead of a double wall flue pipe, this is not up to code. It also has a flex pipe taking gas into the system instead of hard pipe. The system vibrates when in use and this vibration can damage flex pipe and cause a gas leak. Building code requires hard pipe, not flex pipe going into the system. The blower wheel is dirty, causing a strain on the blower motor. The ducts are very dirty. There is lots of biological growth in the system negatively impacting the indoor air quality.

Replace existing circuit and replace both disconnects and whips
He moved heaven and earth(an apt name for 2 AC units) to accommodate us. We are truly blessed to have professionals such as this in existence because they truly dont make em like this anymore.

I did all of the repairs mentioned in the invoice summary. I also removed old furnace from the attic and installed cinder blocks under the outdoor unit to increase its stability. I tested both heating and cooling system after the repairs and verified that both hvac systems were operating at the end of service call.

Customer had an electric tankless water heater installed. The house service is rated at 150 Amps currently. The load calculation currently on the home is around 147 Amps. A sub panel was installed with 100 amp means of disconnect for that sub panel. The sub panel was fed with #6 wire in which is only rated for 55 Amps. The tankless water heater installed is rated for 113 Amps in which requires 3- 40amp circuits(each one of those circuits draw 32 Amps). The wires currently going to the water heater from the sub panel on #10 THHN in which only rated for 30 Amps. Wires and breakers need to be properly sized to NEC to prevent hazardous conditions. Recommendations: 1)Have a certified plumber install a gas tankless water heater 2)Upgrade service to a 300 amp service to accommodate current tankless water heater. ****I TURNED THE MEANS TO THE SUB PANEL OFF DUE POTENTIAL NOTED HAZARDS****

Performed 1 system diagnostic on main level unit. Found break flipped. Dirty blower wheel dirty coil, failed compressor, rusted evap coil, dirty return cabinet, unit is utility closet in garage. Due to age and major failure recommend replacement of full system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was not cooling properly. After inspection of 12 year old system found that the wire coming from contactor to power up capacitor was burnt due to a loose connection. Advised customer this wire would need to be repaired in order to finish diagnostics for system. Customer approved to have done today. Fixed wire and tested unit and everything came on. Checked outdoor capacitor and found no issues, checked capacitor for condenser fan motor and found no issues. Contactor in good shape. Advised customer that low voltage wire coming out from the wall to system is very brittle, to do a repair Sheetrock in basement would have to be cut, customer does not want to have repair made at this time unless it begins to give them issues. Checked indoor unit. There is no flood protection on equipment recommended adding, customer declined recommendations at this time. Advised customer of heavy dirt build up in equipment and blower wheel, recommended cleaning, cust

Used TE Certified numerous times for electrical and plumbing. The service is always very quick, professionally done, and at a reasonable cost. Harun was an amazing professional for this plumbing job. Did a great job, while being extremely polite, knowledgeable, and with impeccably clean-up afterward.
De André was more than amazing: he was prompt, attentive to all of my needs. He presented a proposal that was fair and it met my needs. I enjoyed his ability to do the job and making time to answer all of my many questions. He wasn’t pushy or over zealous with his proposal. He let the product sell itself. That’s what I enjoyed most about working with DeAndre: He’s a real jewel.
I want to recognize Pedro and his assistant Ma (I believe Ma is in training). They installed a new 80-gallon hybrid water heater, replaced four toilet pumps, and even fixed a leaking sink they noticed—without me even pointing it out. It was a two-day job for the three of them, and they worked incredibly hard. I especially appreciate that Pedro and Ma stayed until 10 PM to finish the job the right way, without cutting corners, even though they could have rushed and gone home to their families.
I had the pleasure of working with Wayne, the electrician. He installed seven ceiling fans, a couple of security units, and added some outlets in my garage. As you can imagine, moving is stressful—especially while trying to complete work on the house at the same time. Wayne was nothing but accommodating, respectful, and thorough in everything he did. I’m truly grateful for the peace he brought into my home during such a hectic time.
Demarco was thorough and offered helpful advice on my sink and also my water heater.
