Job Locations and Reviews
Landlord reached out regarding a second-floor bathroom tub/shower that was continuously dripping from the tub spout. Upon arrival, I performed a full evaluation of the fixture. Water pressure was tested and is currently holding at 50 PSI, which is within a normal operating range. The home has a 50-gallon gas water heater that was installed approximately 3 years ago by a different contractor and appears to be operating at this time. Inspection of the shower valve revealed signs of age and wear, which is likely contributing to the dripping issue. I explained to the landlord the benefits of replacing the entire valve to ensure long-term reliability. At this time, the landlord opted to move forward with replacing the cartridge and tub spout only. After installation, all work was thoroughly tested and inspected for leaks. The shower valve is currently operating properly and no longer dripping at this time. All findings and recommendations were explained and acknowledged.

Inspected coils and refrigerant levels and pressures. Inspected and treated condensation lines and pumps. On guest room unit recommended upgrading starting components. Getting coils and blower wheel cleaning. Adding 2lbs of refrigerant and installing a superboost for compressor. Customer opted out on repairs. Systems are operating at this time.
Washer machine breaker/ outlet
For this job, I worked on providing and installing flood lightbulbs in areas were extension ladder was needed. left several estimates with homeowner to redo landscape lighting, as well as safety recommendation.
The customer was experiencing a mainline blockage. I ran my camera 131 feet to an obstruction point that I cannot push past. The customer is given an option to permanently fix it, but the gray area with this job is the fact that the issue is on the neighbors property. Prior to us starting the work we will need written authorization stating that the neighbor allows us to dig in their yard.
Customer had a blockage in the toilet in the laundry room upon arrival. I saw that it was only the toilet blocked up so next I ran my toilet auger and after running my auger, I was able to clear the blockage and after testing the blockage just cleared with no sound or backups in. The main line is flowing properly.
My tech (Jonathan Williams) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived before his scheduled time slot and got the job done right. Thank you Jonathan and TE Certified for the great customer service and quality of work you provide.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 10 y/o Rheem system that operates for whole house. System was not working due to blown fuse caused by bad contactor. Replaced 1-pole contactor. Replaced 3A fuse. Also, replaced 20x25x5 media filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Recommend a Apco Ultra for air purification and UV protection for evaporator coil. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance of system. Pressure levels were normal. Other condenser electrical components are fair. System is currently working.
Came in for a no cooling call. When testing system found outdoor electrical component had failed also found bio growth inside the system blocking coil and compromising air flow making system over work. Let costuming know about this issues and presented options including a system upgrade considering the year of the system. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs and wait out before upgrade unit, costumer is also aware that there is no proper insulation in the attic which would cause system to not be as efficient. Work was done and tested, System is now up and running. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Leaving estimates for shower blockage on the 2nd floor. Customer called us out for a shower that has a slow drain on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to ensure we didn’t have a mainline blockage present. We ran water for a long period of time, and only the shower was being affected. We also inspected the water heater to make sure it was in proper condition. We let the customer know it is recommended to flush the water heater once a year. We put a main water shut off valve tag to indicate where it’s at. We are leaving estimates to clear the shower blockage on the 2nd floor.
Flushed 50 gallon tank type water heater
System poorly installed with many installation issues. We would need to reinstall the system in order to get it back in working order with plenums and refrigerant repairs. Gave customer options and install supervisor is coming out to give options as well.
Customer had concerns about pressure levels for upper level system. Pressure levels were normal. Replaced suction line insulation for main level. Systems are currently working.
For this job, we worked on troubleshooting why downstairs basement area lost partial power. turns out the main breaker that is feeding subpanel lost a phase due to breaker overheating and burning up. replace main breaker and that restored all power. we still checked all connections and voltage across both panels. Everything is working properly. Left several recommendations from updating original panel to doing a complete new service 400 amp upgrade so both panels can have their own 200 amp service and disconnect, bringing the house up to code electrically with all Tucker city requirements.

Recommended new outdoor capacitor, duct cleaning, and Uv light for system, customer approved to only do outdoor capacitor today. Made repairs for system, started system and unit is back up and running. Customer asked if I could turn back on water spigot in crawl space, did so per customer request. Advised customer that knob in crawl space is leaking when on, customer would like office to reach out about scheduling a plumber.
Performed customer hvac inspection for 1 system Supplied (20x20x1) system filter Gas furnace is 4 years old, ac and coil is 4 years old. Did full evaluation of system. Blower wheel is clean, inside system is clean, made sure all connections on control board were tight, drain line is clean, system has the proper flood protection and they are working properly. For this job we worked on installing new 3 prong dryer outlet, box, and breaker. The old outlet charred up on one side, causing the wire to overheat and disconnect. old set up was original to the house so it was surface mounted. relocated box a little further up and installed new set up inside sheet rock and up to code. Tested voltage at breaker and outlet. Everything is working properly. Left recommendations to make the house safer and bring it up to code electrically.
Removed and replaced existing water heater. Installed a pan, replaced gas valve, and thermal expansion tank. Filled the water heater and ignited. Tested with no leaks.
Perform panel restoration. Installed safety monitoring breakers for all 120 volt circuits. Installed whole home surge protector. Troubleshoot multiple breakers tripping once the safety monitoring breakers were installed. Multiple boxes are not grounded properly. This can become a safety issue. We found a bad connection in the attic coming from the light fixture. This connection feeds the oven hood. Oven hood should be hardwired and have a dedicated circuit. The other breaker that was tripping went to a 3 gang box by the kitchen door to go outside. That switch was capped off but the neutrals were still connected. That was also causing a different breaker to trip. That switch was already taped off.
Very personable and professional. Timely, informative and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.

Wayne was exceptional. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He communicated well and answered all my questions.
On Thursday morning, my refrigerator repair person discovered that the water supply to it was leaking under the linoleum floor in my kitchen. Then we discovered that my gas water heater had recently begun leaking! I called TE then, and the schedulers were able to find a cancellation for Friday morning. Demetrius arrived about 11:00am, and worked, with Johan who arrived later, until 7:30pm to install a water box for the refrigerator and install a new electric water heater, for which Alex was assigned to do the electrical work. I really appreciate the long day that Demetrius and Johan put in to complete this urgent work in a timely manner.
Alex assessed the functions of the panel box relative to the DeKalb county code, and worked up four estimates ranging from "must-do-now" to "should-do-future". I really appreciate him laying out these options so that I could make an informed decision relative to urgency vs. cost.
Arlon is so efficient and a superb problem solver.
Elijah was amazing! Very thorough and explained everything top to bottom with detail. Felt comfortable with my decisions with a way to proceed
