Job Locations and Reviews
On this visit I tested voltage for door bell transformer. It was only receiving 3-volts. I replaced the transformer for doorbell.
Replaced two capacitors that are responsible for the blower wheels for each furnace. Without replacing the capacitor, letting it fall out of tolerance, you run the risk of the blower motor overheating.

Replace 2 fixtures
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 9 y/o Lennox system that operates for upper level. System was not cooling due to failed condenser fan motor. Replaced warranty condenser fan motor. System is currently working. Recommend condenser coil cleaning. Recommend water protection upgrade. Drain line pitch is incorrect for proper water removal. Media filter is dirty. Informed customer of all findings.
Great Service.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 4 y/o Rheem furnace matched with 5 y/o Lennox AC that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to bad contactor. Noticed burnt wiring on contactor. Replaced 2-pole contactor. Repaired wiring. Noticed that AC breaker is wrong size, which can affect system performance and components. Recommend compressor superboost. Recommend water protection. System is currently working.

Full system investment - complete package
For this job, it was acquired to install our clients 40 gallon gas water heater in which they have been without of for two weeks due to water damage from the previous one. The new item has been installed and tested for leaks, and no leaks have been found. Clients water pressure at 60 psi. Our client is very satisfied with the service that was provided today.
Replace all switches in home
Corey is an excellent technician. Professional and courteous, and honestly couldn’t compliment the quality and timeliness of the work done enough. In addition, the area was left cleaner than when he had started. Would highly recommend TE Certified and Corey Gomillion!
Upon arrival landlord stated that ac unit was not working and had not been working for a couple of days. Did full evaluation on system, found that the 24 volt side of system was burnt. There was a strong smell of burnt electrical components inside air handler, heat strip kit where high voltage is very rusted, the in line float switch was melted. System is a 3 ton unit with only one 12 inch duct return. System is very under supplied on duct work. The system does not have the correct size breakers at main panel. Checked outdoor unit, condenser coils very dirty, contactor is pitted. Advised customer that system does have some extensive issues going on, even with repair estimates present ed there is no guarantee that system will work. Repairs would only continue diagnostic, have not seen out door unit run. Recommended speaking with install supervisor about updating system, customer approved to speak with install supervisor before moving forward with repairs. System not working at this time
Install dining room light fixture and flip the switches in the dining room so the new fixture has the dimmer switch.
Troubleshoot

Replaced 40 gallon gas water heater with new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater.
Add new circuit and disconnect for the water heater
Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs unit found failed dual run capacitor, dirty condenser, no te flood protection, pitted contactor, improper pitch for drain, recommend adding pump for system,unit is out of warranty and would recommend consider replacement . Would recommend joining homecare. System is non operational at this time.

Inspected upstairs Goodman furnace located in attic which services upstairs and Goodman furnace and AC located in basement which services main floor. Inspected thermostat/calibration. Measured amperage on all motors. Filters were just replaced by home owner. Inspected electrical connections and tightened if necessary. Inspected capacitors/relays. Inspected refrigerant levels/pressures. Inspected coils. Inspected ductwork for leakage and damages. Found both blower caps out of specs needing replacement. Found burners and flame sensors needing maintenance for both furnaces. Found outdoor cap for upstairs condenser out of specs needing replacement and system needing 1 to 2lbs of refrigerant. Estimates will be sent via email.
Troubleshoot on Generac 17kw standby generator
Customer has 7 y/o Concord system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Bad evaporator coil. Noticed during inspection that condenser coils are very dirty. Low voltage wire for AC is damaged. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No water protection present. Flex gas line entering furnace is incorrect. Ductwork is in poor condition. Informed customer of all findings.
Replaced bath fan and installed new venting out of soffit.

Repaired section of poly that was leaking in ceiling of downstairs bathroom
Replace 3x ceiling fixture
Full system swap out. New clear tubing and drain pump installed. Flue pipe corrected with double wall. New return cut in.
Called out for backed up kitchen sink, tested for diagnoses and both sides of sink appear to be backing up, cleaned out the drain lines going out from sink and ran sewer machine through the drain line to clear blockage of food and grease, kitchen drain lines are now clear and flowing, customer used the $73 drain clearing special, Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

On Thursday morning, my refrigerator repair person discovered that the water supply to it was leaking under the linoleum floor in my kitchen. Then we discovered that my gas water heater had recently begun leaking! I called TE then, and the schedulers were able to find a cancellation for Friday morning. Demetrius arrived about 11:00am, and worked, with Johan who arrived later, until 7:30pm to install a water box for the refrigerator and install a new electric water heater, for which Alex was assigned to do the electrical work. I really appreciate the long day that Demetrius and Johan put in to complete this urgent work in a timely manner.
Alex assessed the functions of the panel box relative to the DeKalb county code, and worked up four estimates ranging from "must-do-now" to "should-do-future". I really appreciate him laying out these options so that I could make an informed decision relative to urgency vs. cost.
