Full system change out
Installing 5 flood lights outside and running wires to them. Demo old flood lights. Replaced 2 switches and replaced plate next to back door. Replaced ceiling fan box and fan in laundry area. Installed dual function Siemens 15 breaker.
For this job, it was required to me to replace our clients electric water heater that had apparently ruptured, including the expansion tank blowing completely all due to a failed PRV. New items have been installed and checked for leaks and the leak have been found. Client’s new water pressure is 50 psi. A new t&p relief line was ran due to the fact that the old one would not pass inspection. A new client was very pleased with the service that provided today.
Reset toilet and properly leveled base with shims, installed new supply line. Opened drywall to expose cast iron drain. Rerouted and installed new 1.5” pvc drain for lavatory. Installed customer supplied vanity and wide spread faucet. Ran water from both sides and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Installed UV Bulb replacement. System is currently working.

Spoke with Deeana ( realtor ) and Suzanne ( owner ) on phone. Suzanne provided Main Level Evaluation Replacement Quote. At some point the home was vandalized. The copper lines for min level and old u/s are cut and missing in basement. There are 2 supply ducts damaged in basement also. The electrical panel cover was left off. I found screws and was able to put panel cover back on. Upstairs unit is 2021 furnace, ac, and coil. I recommend the buyer gets the unit inspected and maintained at least once per year.
Troubleshot exterior outlets and replaced two outdoor outlets
Take apart ptrap assembly and clear blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in basement sink. Tested for mainline blockage but sink was only fixture being affected. Took apart pTrap assembly and removed sink gunk/hair from drains. Reassembled drains and tested for leaks. Clearing successful.
Tested system not cooling for whole home. Found refrigerant error on thermostat. This was due to indoor furnace blower not ramping up. We found a failed EEV board to indoor coil not communicating and allowing the blower motor to go into higher speed. We ordered the board and will return in the morning to replace. Customer signed up for maintenance plan while we were here.
Provide quotes for multiple repairs. When I opened the panel to check for grounds I realized that there was a wire that was burnt up. The breakers are also the wrong brand for that panel. The breakers should be GE. Everything tested and working properly.

Excellent Service
Customer has 7 y/o Goodman system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in basement. System was not cooling due to damaged low voltage wiring for AC. Blown 3A fuse. Repaired low voltage wiring and replaced 3A fuse. Noticed during inspection that system does not have water protection. Drain line is not secured properly. Flue venting is incorrect. Recommend iWave for air purification. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Recommend disconnect replacement. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.
PRV replace
For this job, we worked on returning to service that was started last week to label the panel and run smoke detectors to all required areas such as all bedrooms and one per floor. they are all interconnected. Checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Performed home care plumbing inspection. Replaced fill valves in basement and 1st floor toilets also replaced flapper in 1st floor toilet. Work complete.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Troubleshoot breaker tripping for the Radeon fan and basement outlets
Upon arrival customer stated that system for downstairs was not working and that he was. hearing noises come from attic. Did full inspection of system, furnace is 20 years old, ac and coil is 20 years old. Turned on downstairs system and found that unit has a failed blower motor. Blower motor has seized up, blower motor capacitor is bad. Evaporator coil is rusted, blower wheel is very dirty. System has no flood protection.Outdoor unit has not ran yet to check refrigerant pressures. Advised customer could check the upstairs system, while on site. Gas furnace is 20 years old, ac and coil is 20 years old. Turned system on to heat inducer draft motor windings are failing and very loud. Blower wheel is dirty, blower motor capacitor is bad, there is no flood protection on system. Evaporator coil is rusting. Checked outdoor system, contactor very pitted, capacitor is bad, condenser coils are dirty, refrigerant levels are low and will start freezing system. Advised customer of issues with bot

On Thursday morning, my refrigerator repair person discovered that the water supply to it was leaking under the linoleum floor in my kitchen. Then we discovered that my gas water heater had recently begun leaking! I called TE then, and the schedulers were able to find a cancellation for Friday morning. Demetrius arrived about 11:00am, and worked, with Johan who arrived later, until 7:30pm to install a water box for the refrigerator and install a new electric water heater, for which Alex was assigned to do the electrical work. I really appreciate the long day that Demetrius and Johan put in to complete this urgent work in a timely manner.
Alex assessed the functions of the panel box relative to the DeKalb county code, and worked up four estimates ranging from "must-do-now" to "should-do-future". I really appreciate him laying out these options so that I could make an informed decision relative to urgency vs. cost.

He worked diligently, cleaned up all of the debris and made great suggestions to the customer as where the cameras maybe installed. He was gentle and patient with the customer.
