I trust TE Certified. You get what you pay for. For my plumbing job they sent Isaac Daniels to provide me a quote after inspection. He said it will be 16k dollars. I asked him if he himself will be here. He said yes he will be here with his crew and will ensure the job is performed expeditiously. The job would take 3 days but they may be done in 2 days. Isaac showed up for a 20 minutes initially and I never seen or heard from him since. Apparently he is more concerned with closing sales than client communication and satisfaction. He did not deliver with what he told me. No integrity. I would give him a zero rating if I could.

Johan did more than just install three motion-sensor floodlights: -he drew my attention to the fact that he had brought two white fixtures (all that were in stock at his business place) to install on the Florida room, but had brought a black one to install at the garage, in case I wanted all three to be installed at the same time. I decided that I would like for all of the floodlights to be white, so he scheduled another date to install a white one on the garage. If he had just installed the black one, without drawing my attention to it, I would not have discovered it until after it was installed, which would have aggravated me, and make me feel like TE Certified was not looking out for my best interests. -he found that the previously-installed floodlights on the Florida room had not been installed according to electrical code, and supplied the necessary bases to meet code. -he repositioned one floodlight from its previously-installed location, which did not give 360 degree vision to the motion sensor because of a rain downspout. I really appreciate his pro-active actions to maximize the quality of the installation!

As always, excellent service. Harun showed up early and quickly diagnosed what he believed to be the problem, a leaky supply line in my first floor ceiling. He gave me a quote and went to work cutting through the sheet rock. The problem was exactly what he had thought. Harun repaired the leak quickly afterwards. Harun was careful to make sure our floors and furniture were covered before cutting the sheet rock, saving us a lot of work afterwards.

I want to recognize Pedro and his assistant Ma (I believe Ma is in training). They installed a new 80-gallon hybrid water heater, replaced four toilet pumps, and even fixed a leaking sink they noticed—without me even pointing it out. It was a two-day job for the three of them, and they worked incredibly hard. I especially appreciate that Pedro and Ma stayed until 10 PM to finish the job the right way, without cutting corners, even though they could have rushed and gone home to their families.

I had the pleasure of working with Wayne, the electrician. He installed seven ceiling fans, a couple of security units, and added some outlets in my garage. As you can imagine, moving is stressful—especially while trying to complete work on the house at the same time. Wayne was nothing but accommodating, respectful, and thorough in everything he did. I’m truly grateful for the peace he brought into my home during such a hectic time.
