Came out for leak customer tried to rebuild toilet. Gave estimate to pull and reset nd rebuild toilet customer agreed pulled toilet installed new wax ring flange bolts new fill valve tank to bowl bolts and gasket supply line. Tested no failure at this time.

Remove garbage disposal and install double compartment sink continuous waste. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks.

For this job, we replaced a fan box and installed a customer provided ceiling fan. We are returning with fan rated pancake boxes to put up two more customer for the provided fans.

Client has us out today because he is completing a remodel of the master bathroom, he is needing the cpvc lines under the slab moved as well as shut off valves installed for the vanity he’s installing. The client has the area busted up but I would need to chip away at the concrete in some areas to make proper connections. Client also stated the bar faucets in the master bathroom have no pressure. I noticed the client did make repairs already to get the water back on so I’m assuming debris and dirt got into the lines and have clogged the aerators in the faucets, I removed the aerators and blew the faucets out as a curtesy and they are now operating as they should with full pressure. I presented options regarding repairing the slab leak and today we went with chipping away more concrete and making the necessary repairs to get the water back on. I added two shut off valves on the stub outs, client opted for the option where we do NOT pour the concrete back so the repair is accessible. Wat

Upon arrival customer stated she don’t need her system looked at as she had another company out not to long ago doing repairs, stated she just wanted her vent reinstalled due to it fell out the ceiling, reinstalled vent by front door , checked filter, upon checking filter customer wanted to replaced filter grill due to it wouldn’t stay latched, gave estimate, customer approved , went to store and picked up new filter grill 20x20x1, returned and removed old filter grill and installed new one , spoke with customer about home care and indoor air quality, customer is very interested but wants to read thru brochure more, also spoke with customer about age of equipment, and she will reach out once ready to update system,

Came out for t & p line not connected advised customer water heater is not up to code gave estimate customer decided to replace t & p and connect pipe. Installed new t & p and connected pipe tested no failure at this time.

Came out for a no cool. Found that system is from 2005 and has R22. System is low on pressures. Tripping the low pressure switch. Fan motor is also bad. Contactor is pitted. Blower wheel is caked with dirt, dust and growth. System has no filter not sure how long it’s been running with out one. Lots of biological growth inside system. Basement also has standing water and is filling up auxiliary drain pan with water as well. Outdoor coil is dirty. Due to age and cost of repairs without warranty customer elected to have install supervisor come out and give estimates for replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed new kitchen faucet. Repiped drain and installed customer supplied garbage disposal. Also installed 2 faucets in upstairs bathroom.

Called out for leak on water service. Upon arrival, found leak on water service on grey poly. Let customer know about issues with grey poly. Customer wanted to make repair on grey poly. Cut out damaged section of pipe and replaced with pex. Restored water and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Cleaned work area. Found several other issues in the home. The water pressure in the home was too high and water heater has several code issues with it as well. Customer was made aware of all issues present. Cleaned all work areas.

For this job, I rendered leak detector services for service tech Nathan. I discovered the leak just outside of the meter box. Homeowner was losing approximately 1 gallon a minute. I have marked the area where the leak is for service tech.
