Called for replacement of shower valve in hallway bathroom gave estimate. performed work when installing showerhead arm informed customer that the cover was smaller than previous cover. Customer said he would take care of it tested everything no leaks at this time.

Came out today because the system was not cooling. Upon Arrival found breaker to the outdoor system tripped. Upon testing, found that the compressor tested good and was not grounded. Performed test over the startup of the system and found that the in rush of the compressor starting up was only 24 Amps, and then after system was running decompressor was pulling 11.4 amps. The outdoor condenser also had a bad outdoor capacitor. Found at the furnace control board was cutting on and off due to a bad control board, causing the contactor to basically chatter, which was causing the compressor to cut on and cut off which made the compressor tripped the breaker. Inspection the system had a hole in the condensate drain line every time the pump came on water dripped from the condensate pump tub tubing. Client has us out today because he has a leak out in the yard that’s causing damage to the yard. Client stated his water bill has been high but didn’t really know what the cause was until he seen the wet spot in the yard. After speaking with the client he is really wanting a repair done rather than replace, I did tell him we cannot warranty a spot repair. I presented options and today we went with the spot repair, dug the area up and found the 1” pex water service to be leaking. Cut out the section and went back in with pex an and repair couplings. Water is back on with no leaks. As stated NO WARRANTY on spot repairs.

For this job I worked on running 6/3 romex through the basement and poking out the side of the house with a junction box to convert to a 175 foot PVC run into a disconnect on the workshop in the backyard. We ran 6/3 romex from the disconnect into an existing subpanel in the workshop. Installed a 50 amp breaker for the circuit. Replaced an arc fault breaker and replaced an outlet in the basement that was damaged by lightning converting it to a GFCI outlet by code standards. Grounded the workshop by installing 2 8 foot ground rods and ran ground wire to the existing workshop subpanel. Tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Troubleshoot electrical outage

Homeowner had us out today because his main floor system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival Homeowner informed us that he heard a weird buzzing noise coming from the system in which he turned it off to prevent any damage. We set the system to cooling and heard that the outdoor system was trying to start, but wouldn’t. We checked electrical and found that the 45/5 capacitor was completely dead and needed to be replaced. We also noticed that the outdoor Coil needed to be clean. We also found some biological growth on the inside of the system. Homeowner approved to have 45/5 capacitor replaced. We also checked refrigerant pressure which were with the manufacture specifications. System is cooling at time of departure.

Homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a five year old split system inside the home. Homeowner informed us that they noticed that even when they set the temperature lower, it only increases and is currently at 83° inside the home. We checked the electrical on the outside unit and found a 45/5 capacitor completely dead and needed to be replaced. Homeowner approved to have capacitor replaced. We also checked the refrigerant pressures which were within the manufacture specifications. System is cooling at time of departure.

Called for pressure fluctuating gave estimate to disconnect filtration system. Last time verbally explained about the filtration system possibly being an issue. Preformed work and tested.
