Sewage ejector located in the basement closet has failed. Removed the pump and existing check valve. Installed a new sewage ejector pump with check valve combo. Filled the pit several times to test. The pump is functioning properly and draining. Tested with no leaks.

This estimate includes installing a surge protector, directly below the panel, installing a 60 amp breaker which will feed power for the new car charger, installing 6/6/8 electrical wire from the panel across the basement ceiling over to the wall access of the garage where I drill a hole to enter the wall and run my wire up to the location of the customer supplied Tesla car charger I will install.

Removed toilet in the basement to inspect and discovered the flange to be broken. I removed and replaced the toilet flange and reset it to the floor. Replaced the pressure regulator valve inside of the home. The water pressure is set at 60psi. **The toilet drain is holding water, when I turned on the shower the water began to rise. The drain department will come out on Monday to clear the line.

Responded to a service call to troubleshoot an outlet tripping a breaker. Upon arrival, the breaker was on and the circuit operational. The customer identified that a specific ticket printer caused the breaker to trip when plugged in, but requested I check the outlet and the breaker to be sure. The circuit is protected by a GFCI breaker due to its proximity to water sources. Inspected outlet connections, verified voltage readings, and confirmed proper connections and voltage at the breaker. No electrical issues were found with the circuit. Tested the printer on a separate GFCI outlet, where it immediately tripped again. Determined the printer has an internal fault and requires replacement.

For this job, it was required to me to replace a 13 year-old water heater, kitchen faucet, and a couple of service stops underneath the kitchen sink basin. All items installed with test for leaks and leaks were found. All waterlines, purged of air and debris. Water pressure is @ 50 psi. Our client is very satisfied with our service today!

As we arrived today, Mrs. Tomlinson explained to us she had lost power in her living room area after she had used her vacuum. She explained she went to the breaker and it was tripped, but once she turned the power back on the breaker, nothing worked in her living room still. We checked inside of the electrical panel and everything was working properly. Everything looked to be in good shape with no signs of burned or melted wires. We did find one receptacle in the living room area that looked slightly burned on the outside and once it was removed from the wall, you can clearly see where it was severely burned and melted. We replaced that receptacle and cover. Once that was done, all power was restored properly throughout the affected area. It was very nice meeting you today, Mrs. Tomlinson!
