For this job I came to quote and completed some fixture replacements and fans I also performed a trouble shoot for the front door outdoor sconces

Our client reached out to us in reference to have any garbage disposal that had electrical issues as well as internal leaks and has separated from the kitchen sink. A client also had high water pressure with a rating of 110 psi along with a 10-year-old water heater. All items mentioned were quoted however, our client only accepted the estimate for the kitchen and pressure issue. Those items have been replaced and tested leaks and no leaks were found. New water pressure reading is 60 psi. A follow would be conducted in reference to the water heater in a couple of weeks.

Customer had a mainline blockage that was making sewage come up through the basement toilet and shower so I gave the option to run a snake that ran a snake. I was able to get the water to drop and water to flow. Customer do have a septic tank that’s very close have cast-iron as well but the septic tank was pumped in 2022 and only two people living in the house. The clean out outside is not tied into the basement bathroom that is original to the house so camera from the basement bathroom to locate where that line runs and see what the issue was.

We ran water in other fixtures to test for bigger issue, but after running water for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We augured toilet to clear blockage and we were successful. Upon inspection we noticed the bathroom sink had a slow draining, we took apart pTrap assembly and cleared blockage. We ran water to test for leaks and everything is good.

Front Porch Light Fixture

Tech arrived to perform 1 system inspection in home. Home is roughly 1-2 years old and has 1 system zoned for upstairs/downstairs. Homeowner wanted to make sure system was perform as intended. Inspected system. Changed out 16x25x1 filter for customer. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer port, cleaned furnace cabinet. Noticed excess drain port was open, found plastic cap on floor and added back onto system. Flushed drain line. Noticed system does not have adequate flood protection or indoor air quality. Checked cooling. Cooling operations are within specs. System is cooling as intended. Brought recommendations to customer. Homeowner signed up for HomeCare maintenance. Customer had an issue with the downstairs toilet, after testing the main line I found out that it was just a blockage in the toilet after running my cable. I was eventually able to clear the blockage and after testing I got everything to flow normally. I told the customer that they still have the builder grade toilets and I recommend replacing the toilets with a better quality brand. I recommend Kohler Kingston, or a Kohler highline pressure assist toilet.

Leak search, ( I cut a hole in the ceiling and found that the leak is coming from the master shower shower pan and shower valve, I tried to repair the valve but the valve was plumbed in cpvc and I couldn’t get it apart and I didn’t want to bust a pipe, I also fixed two faucets

Run simulated higher voltage through whole circuit to detect any potential faults that could be throwing arc fault breaker

Called out for a back up toilet ran cable throughout and cleared object out of line. Blockage was unknown. Tested with paper and many flushes
