Replaced front Hosebib and shut off valve to Hosebib .

Replaced 3 customer supplied faucets six straight compression stops And two vacuum breakers on both hose bibs

Performed minor rebuild on toilet. Installed new ball type cartridge in delta shower valve. Ran water and tested all work with homeowner.

Customer says upstairs thermostat is not operating properly. Inspected thermostat. Found thermostat not terminated properly. Terminated thermostat properly and confirmed operation. Found dirty coil for upstairs unit and recommended customer add a kickstart start to upstairs system. Customer moved forward with repairs. Installed a kickstart and cleaned coil. Customer signed up for 3 system HC. Inspected main floor and basement systems. Replaced x2 16x25x1 filters. Maintenanced furnace safety’s. Systems are operating at this time.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater. Water heater is installed with a dual anode rod to increase warranty by 4 years. Reworked vent piping to unit to correct. Installed new shut off valve to front hose bib.

Troubleshoot 3 different circuits, only made repairs to one of the circuits, replacing 2 GFI outlets.

For this job, my client needed me to relocate a pipe for construction reasons. This section of piping will be relocated back to his original location on the next phase of the job.

Inspected upstairs Goodman AC and found faulty dual cap. Recommended a tune up by replacing dual cap and contactor. Installing a kickstart and getting a coil clean. Customer moved forward only with dual cap. Inspected pressures and found system with high SC. Informed customer. Customer wants estimates emailed to him.

Completed system evaluation client explained that a different company came out and replaced the compressor that only lasted 10 minutes after completing diagnosis found a burner compressor. Excessive amount of heat were applied on the bracing, system Also missing 300 CFM of return both low and high pressure switch were eliminated advise client to replace compressor low and high-pressure switch. TXV hang out new filter dryer.

Customer experienced sparks when she tried to turn on a switch for the fan. After our evaluation, we found that devices were old and backstabbed with improper taps. We recommend revising the circuit, or at a minimum replacing the three switches in the problematic switch box. Customer did not want to complete any repairs at this time.

Today we came out for a leaking water heater that had ruptured and was leaking through the flue pipe into the burner assembly. Replaced the water heater with a new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater.

Came in today because system was not cooling.when inspecting system found that electrical components had failed and compressor is week. Also found a refrigerant leak in system. System is 20yo and uses r22 Let costumer know about this issues and presented options including system upgrade considering the years of the system. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs only, costumer does understand that Ther is a leak and there could also be more repairs only the future on this system from the wear and tear. Troubleshooting and repairs

CUSTOMER HAS A HOME WARRANTY. Found frozen coil for upstairs equipment. Circuit board has hot spots. Blower loosing lubricants. System is of r22. System is low on r22. Customer says she calling her home warranty.

Found faulty dual cap on outdoor system. Recommended replacing Aprilaire 413 filter. Recommended replacing dual cap, contactor and adding a kickstart. Also found system short on return ductwork. Recommended adding a 10” return. Customer moved forward with replacement of dual cap, contactor and coil cleaning. Replaced parts. Confirmed operation. System is cooling at this time.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and downstairs to the basement bathroom. There is a sewage ejector pump for the basement bathroom inside a chase in the bathroom. When I arrived the pump and high water alarm were unplugged. Customer stated they unplugged it due to hearing a humming sound. The pump was installed a few months ago and is a Zoeller pump. The lid is damaged but the company who installed the pump could not find the correct replacement lid so they taped and caulked the existing lid to seal it. I began by making sure the outlets are receiving power and the alarm and pump are getting power. I then plugged the pump back in and flushed the toilet multiple times to test it. The pump kicked on and off for me multiple times confirming that it is functioning properly at this time. The ejector pump is also vented to an AAV. I informed the customer that this is a code violation and the vent for these pumps should be ran

Customer called to have drain lines and water lines connected to new vanity. TE arrived and inspected setup underneath sink. Advised to replace angle stops and repipe p-trap. Replaced angle stops and installed new p-trap. Tested for leaks. Water pressure is high at 120psi. Customer approved estimate to replace PRV. Customer deferred for today and will schedule for a return visit. Warranty is not applicable to work done until pressure is corrected.
