Performed no cool diagnostic for upstairs system. Found unit low on charge and txv showing issues added some refrigerant to check txv operations and found restriction before the metering device. Unit is still covered under warranty at this time. Unit also need blower clean, and has no te flood protection. Both of the units located in the attic drain into one condensate line that drains into the laundry. Unit is not operating properly at this time. Deborahpendleton85@gmail.com

Arrived to install two gas regulator for upcoming high pressure gas meter. While installing the new devices, I checked inside of the pool heater and noticed that the label stated that the unit is for propane fuel. The home is on a natural gas system, therefore the propane unit will not function. I recommend replacing the pool heater with a natural gas unit that will work adequately with the gas system.
Arrived spoke with customer stated the system for the second floor is not cooling as it once did. Check indoor unit. No in-line safety no wet switch. Failing blower capacitor. Dirty blower capacitor. No PVC clean out. Found extremely clogged and dirty condenser coil. Oversize breaker for condenser has 30 amp breaker rated for 25 amp breaker. Plenum and flex duct in poor condition. Customer approved condenser coil wash only. Removed motor top and panels. Removed leaves and debrisfrom inside condenser coil. Chemically wash condenser coil. Reinstalled panels and motor top. Cycled unit on. All systems operating.
Arrived for noise complaint. Inspected system. Found upstairs breaker tripped. Found faulty capacitor. Recommended customer also replace voltage distribution component along with a coil cleaning. Recommended TE flood protection safety devices. Recommended also replacing main floor starting components. Customer only moved forward with immediate repair. Replaced capacitor. Condensor fan motor is slightly over amping. Recommended replacing fam motor as well. Confirmed AC pressures/levels. System is cooling at this time.

Replace 8 light fixtures in the basement
Customer originally called us out for a clogged toilet, recommended toilet replacement so we went ahead and installed a Kohler Kingston supplied by TE. Upon removing original toilet noticed that flange was lifting with toilet. Notified customer that flange was improperly installed and was not secured to drain so I quoted to have new flange installed. Flange was replaced and new toilet was set. While testing new toilet we noticed that there was a leak dripping into basement closet. Observed slits/notches cut into drain and wet spot on ceiling tile indicating that it had been leaking for a while due to the improper installation of flange. Quoted yet again to replace defective vertical ABS pipe before closet bend with new PVC pipe as well as a new flange. Toilet was reset and tested with no more leaking.
Customer called about a leak in yard. TE arrived and located leak. Repaired water service and tested for leaks. No Leaks. Lifetime warranty on workmanship.
Here’s a cleaner, more polished version with tighter flow and wording: Our home is more than 25 years old and still has several original plumbing fixtures that are no longer available in their original color palette. I was able to find a suitable modern replacement for our double sinks and hired TE Certified for the installation. They arrived on schedule, assessed the project, and also reviewed the condition of other plumbing throughout the home. After providing a competitive estimate, we agreed on a clear plan of action. The technician promptly began work, installing the new fixtures and shutoff lines. He worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and completed the job exactly as estimated.
Troubleshot ev charger not working. When I arrived I found a breaker tripped in the panel for the garage and outside front porch outlet. The garage outlets are working properly however they are not Gfci protected. I tested the charger and it worked properly without tripping any breakers or anything at all. I found a broken wire behind an outlet in the family room, I went ahead and reconnected it back to the outlet and everything in the room works properly. They are renting and when asked if they were interested in having an actual wall mounted charger or a NEMA-50 plug they weren’t interested at this time.
Performed HC on Lennox AC system located in crawl space which services whole house. Inspected and replaced/cleaned filters. Treated drain lines. Measured amperage on all motors. Inspected ductwork for leakage/damages. Inspected electrical terminals and wiring and tightened if necessary. Inspected all starting components. Recommended outdoor coil cleaning and adding refrigerant charge. Customer only moved forward with replacing media filter. System is cooling at this time.
On this visit I… Installed 2 new flood lights, one on front and one on back of house, and installed new switch for each. I replaced 2 existing flood lights on back corner of house as well all with new led bulbs Installed new box behind floodlight if there is not a box already installed

Cycled condensate pump to ensure proper operation. Cleaned flame sensors. Checked evaporator coils and blower wheels. Checked outdoor units. Checked capacitors, contactors and pressures. Basement. No in-line safety no wet switch. Failing outdoor capacitor. Second floor. No in-line safety. Dirty blower wheel. 85% furnace in spray foam insulated attic.
Leak in the front yard. Dug up the area, extracted the water. Removed the damaged section of pipe and replaced. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.
Customer was using a hairdryer and tripped the circuit. They tried to turn it back on a the breaker but there was still no power. We recommended a diagnostic and the customer agreed. We performed a through evaluation on the panel and found that the breaker, for the bathroom outlet and a few other rooms, was tripped while still showing that is was in the on position. We check for voltage. We noticed that there where double tapped neutrals, a slight discoloration on the bus bar, and the panel was Westinghouse branded. We reset the breaker and tested for adequate voltage. Tested the remainder of the circuit. Informed the customer of our findings. Made Recommendations.
Upon arrival customer stated that upstairs system was not working and cooling. After inspection of system found no high voltage going to outdoor unit. Disconnect was not plugged in properly. Plugged system out checked system. Unit is 33 years old, system has a bad outdoor capacitor and contactor, condenser coils very dirty, compressor is pulling high amps. Terminals for compressor are burnt. Checked indoor unit, system has a failed rusted heat exchanger, evaporator coil is very rusted and system was starting to freeze after 10 minutes run time. Drain line is clogged with rust. Heat for furnace does not work. Due to system being obsolete and the numerous amount of issues with system. Customer approved to speak with install supervisor about updating equipment. Advised customer I turned system off at thermostat, do not recommend running due to freezing issues and there is no flood protection on system which will cause water to over flow in pan.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for the upstairs unit. Found pan full of water, oil in pan, dirty blower, rusted evap coil, no te flood protection , water damage and growth, unit is 17 years old, outdoor unit is dirty, drain line is clogged, no proper pitch for condensate line, dual run capacitor failed. Pressures show restriction. Due to the age of unit and cost of repairs recommended replacement. System is operating but not efficient and causing unit to freeze with no proper drainage. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Replacing the existing 200a panel box to 42 circuit panel box Dedicated circuit for the sound equipment Labeled the Panel B Same day discount Panel A & B Surge Protection Device
Today we met with the customer regarding adding a wet bar in the basement. There is an unfinished bathroom area nearby with exposed water lines, drain, and vent piping, which can potentially be utilized for the new wet bar installation. To complete the installation, portions of drywall will need to be opened in order to properly route the water lines and drainage to the desired wet bar location. I reviewed the full scope of work with the customer, including access requirements and installation approach. At this time, the customer is not moving forward and will reach out when ready to proceed.
