Customer stated that they recently had a small fire in their crawl space and want an inspection of the wires. We performed a thorough inspection over the electrical panel, service, & crawl space wires. Our findings consist of; SERVICE: - Service wire from transformer is too low, vegetation and trees are surrounding live service conductors PANEL: - Split bus panel [ No emergency shut off, past age of replacement ] - Signs of overheating on service wires - Signs of burnt areas on Water heater breaker & hot service conductor - Multi-branded breakers that are not compatible with panel installed CRAWLSPACE/ AC EVALUATION: - AC disconnect is past the age of replacement - Breaker for AC is Oversized [ currently 40A - needs 25A ] - [ URGENT] Poorly installed spliced wires for AC junction box [ Origin of issue/ fire ] We informed the customer of our findings and proceeded to give options.

Includes Right side master sink Attempt to restore proper flow in hallway toilet on 3rd floor Hallway bathroom sink on 3rd floor Hallway tub on 3rd floor Customer called us out for a few fixtures that were experiencing a slow drain. Upon arrival customer stated they were experiencing a slow drain in two bathroom sinks and a toilet was not flushing properly. The customer showed me the fixture that were being affected and they were a right side master sink, hallway bathroom sink, and a hallway toilet all on the 3rd floor. We first started by testing the bathroom groups to ensure we were not experiencing a bigger issue, and after running water only the individual fixtures were being affected. We tested the bathroom sinks and they were slow to drain, and we flushed the toilet in the hallway bathroom and the water level would rise up and then slowly drain. During our diagnosis we noticed the tub in the 3rd floor hallway bathroom was also experiencing a slow drain. The customer expressed

Our client reached in reference to having low water pressure on a showerhead that look to be recently installed. After examining the unit, it appears that there was a lot of Teflon in the shower head housing. this was simply removed and the unit works fine. Clients water pressure 47 psi

Faucet change and toilet rebuild

Removed and replaced water heater. Purged all air from the water lines before igniting. Tested with no leaks.

For this job, I completed a quoted repair. This involved removing the single wall damaged flue pipe and installing new double wall vent. I then proceeded to hang and secure all of the ducts that were on the floor as well as re-correct the drain pipe giving it a proper slope. I also did a deep cleaning to the condenser coil as well as installed a wet switch and SS1 for water safeties. After all of this was installed, I proceeded to test the unit to ensure that everything was working. Thank you so much for choosing TE certified.

Installing circuit for mini split running through the basement. Installing a 15 amp Qo breaker. Installing a HVAC pull out disconnect and putting silicone around it.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replace broken cartridge in jack and Jill tub/shower

Customer has 19 y/o Rheem system that operates for upper level. System is not cooling properly due to bad compressor. Noticed that condenser coils are very dirty. Condenser electrical components are bad. Evaporator coil is rusted. Run capacitor is bad. Blower wheel is dirty. Significant rust inside furnace. R22 based system. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Bored New water service line from meter to inside home. Installed new shut off valve pressure reducing valve and strapped and insulated new water line into home .

Arrived on site for hvac call back. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat, set into call for cool, system came on, went into attic and found wet switch on condensation line to be open and full of water. Went outside and got mighty pump and pumped both drain lines. Was able to unclog line and a lot of water came out, both condensation lines are now open and draining properly. System is up and running at this time, drain line in unclogged and draining at this time. Leaving a quote to replace drain lines if this happens again.

Replace occupancy sensor and replace with toggle switch

Returned to relocate water heater into closet. Purged fixtures of air and powered unit on.

Water heater install in upstairs laundry room. PRV replacement in basement ceiling.

We replaced 4 existing smoke detectors with 4 new smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors and tested them.

Repaired tub, drain and repaired shower drain for customer

Upon arrival customer stated that system had been cooling very good but condensation pump stopped pumping. Found that motor for condensation pump has failed, pump was getting power from unit but pump was not activating. Advised customer of issues, recommended replacing condensation pump. Customer approved to have done today. Replaced pump and tested and system is back up and running with no issues at this time. Ballast bypass kitchen light

Did leak search found leak on toilet, pulled toilet, fixed the flange install the toilet back. Did minor repair on toilet and auger toilet to clean out the debris.

A client had a shower drain they had failed in the upstairs shower due to no putty and a bad seal. This issue has been addressed and solved. The application has been tested but positive results. I informed their client, the agent water heating and recommended replacing as soon as possible.

Our client had pinhole leaks that have been occurring in his water service and decided it’s time for a new line. Our client also had a failed PRV that blew out the expansion tank as well at the water heater. All three tasks have been complete and tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. The home has been purged of debris in there. A thorough walk-through was also conducted with our client after completion of work. Clients new water pressure is 50 psi.

Removed existing gate valve and pressure regulator. Installed new ball valve and pressure regulator. Purged fixtures with homeowner and tested for leaks.
