Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home system. Found failed thermostat,found dirty blower housing, failed control board, rusting burners small crack tubing in heat exchanger, blower motor drawing high amps, failed caps, and failing inducer. Due to age of units and type of repairs recommended replacing system. Unit is non operational. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Tested system not heating for main level. Found system short cycling because of low refrigerant levels. Searched for leak and found condenser outside is leaking at the reverser valve. Other failing components due to age and mismatched systems. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced light fixture in office closet. Removed existing fixture in bonus room closet and installed 6” wafer light. Removed ceiling fan in bonus room and installed new one. The first fan hung too low. Homeowner had to go get one that hung closer to the ceiling. Tightened all the screws on the electrical panel. Everything tested and working properly.

This estimate proposes to hand dig where the leak has been marked in the front yard and expose the pipe. The service will be shut off, the failed section removed and replaced. We will pressurize the line to test and backfill. There is no warranty applied to a point repair **

Performed a water heater flush on the water heater. Removed and replaced improperly installed gas supply line and sediment trap. Existing thermal expansion tank is full of water and not functioning properly. Installed a new thermal expansion tank and properly secured it to a fixed structure.

Our client reach out to us in reference to water damage on the garage ceiling. Our client signed the drywall waiver and I continue the investigation which year a very microscopic leak coming from a PVC joint. Apparently this very minute drip has been going on for 14 years and just now showing itself. Our client is in the process of relocating and doing a remodel right now it’s not feasible. Separate neutrals in electrical panel, whole house surge protector, replace 3 switches, replace ac whip, smoke detectors & flood bulbs. When disconnecting wires at the time of ac whip replacement terminal broke, we replaced disconnect.

I arrived to the customers home and he had a cracked sewer line that was visible from the ground. I was able to find attachable piping in the basement before it takes the first 90 leaving the house, and also attachable piping approximately 20 feet from the exit point of the house part of the job will require the sidewalk to be cut out in order to gain access to the piping. There were several areas of bellied piping. We will need to run a new sewer line through the foundation of the home and create a seal preventing leaking from coming into the house. The work that will be done by TE certified will come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. The estimate provided will be good for 30 days.

System needs blower motor and capacitor. Furnace is 23 years old. Due to overall condition and age it is strongly recommended to upgrade furnace over repair Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Arrived for no heat and found relay on circuit board tripping, bad blower motor and failing run capacitor. Found condenser unit low on refrigerant and capacitor out of tolerance on compressor side. Outside unit showing low voltage and high voltage wires exposing out of whip conduit. Recommend replacement of blower motor failing,capacitor and circuit board. Also recommended outside unit refrigerant charge and dual capacitor replacement. Unit is currently not heating. Customer will reach out to approve repairs when ready.
