Called out for water heater leak and found that pressure was at 110 psi and the expansion valve was bad gave estimate to replace both and to replace the vent, pipe going to the water heater that was not code and to replace the water heater. Customer agreed to replace all of the above. Removed old items and installed new prv, expansion tank, water heater, vent going from heater to ceiling and pipes coming off water heater. Tested and working properly at this time with no leaks.

Removed and replaced price fixer shower cartridge in the primary bathroom checked water heater as she has stated that the pilot light has went out six times in the past couple of months If problem persists, we will have to do a warranty swap out on the gas burner and the gas control valve. Customer will pay labor.

For this visit customer needed front porch light replaced and needed us to take a look at a ring flood light camera constantly turning back on, to resolved this last issue we showed the customer how to change the settings of motion sensitivity in the ring app, we left it set at 3/4 of the sensitivity bar. Replaced front porch chandelier.

Adam and Moses did a superb and exceptional job in the removal and installation of my main AC system. They were very informative and quite friendly. I enjoyed both them and of course their work. I’m very pleased with the completed work and Ruben’s evaluation and discussion regarding the old unit’s issues and my options.
