Customer needed a homecare maintenance and while we were here customer stated the thermostat was rebooting itself a lot and when looking at the error codes and times we noticed they were at times when temps were really cold so water from 90 percenter was freezing inside drain line causing inline safety to shut system off. We also notice 2 cracks in drain line. We rerouted new drain tubing from pump to waste line in attic and insulated tubing and pvc waste line. Completed maintenance.

Simply adding a piece onto it would not allow it to be connected properly. Spoke with Eric Miller about the best methods to bring the dryer vent up to TE standards. This would functionally include replacing the full length of the vent, the exhaust and add a dryer vent box. Reported results to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan. The customer will discuss the estimates and sign it at a future date.

Technician found leak in basement bathroom. After further diagnosis and cutting open the ceiling technician found that leak was coming from master shower drain. Technician went upstairs and unclogged master shower drain. Leak stopped after technician cleared shower drain but leak is still present and homeowner is contacting company who installed shower to fix drain. Shower drain is encased with grout and tiled shower pan.

Replaced leaking Moen shower cartridge. Water heater is flashing a code for failed gas control valve. Rheem is closed today for MLK day so I was unable to talk with them about a warranty replacement part. This part is not available at supply houses or big box stores. Move main water shut off from under crawl space, to underneath kitchen sink. Added a main shut off valve at the point where all the main service lines for the units penetrate into the crawl space. Added a main shut off and PRV under the kitchen sink. Tested thoroughly ensuring no leaks. Cleaned up work area.

Customer had an unidentified leak brought to their attention, and by their water provider. I checked their meter inside of the crawl space to find that it was leaking at .16 gallons per minute. Checked all four toilets within the home. They're upstairs, guest bathroom toilet was running constantly, and the water could not be shut off at the shutoff valve. I also explain to the customer that their p r v.It was thirty years old and was in need of replacement. Customer agreed to have the toilet rebuilt and the shut off valve replaced, as well as having the p.R v replaced. I did so, by turning the water off. Inside of the crawl, space and draining the house after unplugging the.Recirculation pump at the water heaters. After the house was drained, I replaced the toilet. Shut off valve and rebuilt the tank with a supply line fill valve.And flapper. Afterwards, I went into the crawl space and replaced the p r v. Primed and checked for leaks. No leaks. Once back up to pressure, I ran the water

Relocating and installing outlet on existing dishwasher circuit. Installed GFCI breaker to protect dishwasher outlet.

Troubleshoot

Today I was tasked to install a customer supplied vanity and faucet and a new customer supplied toilet. While unboxing the new vanity I discovered that the vanity that was supplied by Kim was the incorrect measurements and would need to return that vanity and get one that does fit in the parameters of where the vanity would be installed. For the technician that will be coming out since I will be out on a presold job, would need to put the vanity together. I written up a separate estimate for Kim to install the vanity that they signed on to do the work. I did get the new toilet in there that is working fine and functioning. I have them on the schedule for Tuesday morning for a different technician to install the vanity and faucet customer supplied.

Returned to complete quoted work. Replaced 50 gal electric water heater. Added new water heater pan, new thermal expansion tank strapped to wall, new shut off valve and new prv set to 60 psi. Restored water and tested for leaks for proper function.

We troubleshoot outlets not working in the bathrooms. We found that when the cleaners pulled the plug out of the outlet. The vacuum is still on and created a trip in the breaker we quoted multiple estimates to fix this issue and we replaced the downstairs bathroom GFI outlet and replaced a wrong size and wrong brand breaker in the panel And we installed a whole home surge protector

Retro fitting kitchen prep light and pre school light converted. Replaced switches that were wired for three way set up in Juniors and Pre school rooms and replaced switch for kitchen.

For this job, we replaced six outlets, two switches, and five boxes, we also fixed a burnt up splice in the ceiling light box.

Call out for a toilet issue. Customer wanted us to replace the master toilet ,pulled the master toilet. Assembled in build the new toilet set a new wax ring and T bolts . set the toilet tested thoroughly working properly at this time.
