Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in basement. While inspecting I checked out the water heater and sewage ejector pump. Sewage ejector pump was not sealed properly and leaking. The gfci was tripped so I flipped it back and the toilet drained. Water heater had shark bite fittings, leaking expansion tank and no support for the expansion tank. Customer is possibly under warranty for his house, if not he will call back.

Customer had a pinhole leak in cpvc beneath vanity in powder room. The water damage was pretty bad and had caused the base of the cabinet to start swelling and it was leaking onto the carport on the other side of the wall. We turned water off to home using the meter as soon as we located the leak. The customer had mentioned some other leaks they have had in the past. I let them know this was likely due to high water pressure/ failed pressure reducing valve. I presented options to repipe home and replace all water piping and pressure reducing valve along with supply lines and other shutoff valves. I left the option to replace prv and main valve along with repiping the water supplies under vanity. And I left the option to only fix the leak. Since we could not test water pressure before leak repair I gave customer worst case scenario and told them if the pressure is over 80 that the bandaid repair will not be under warranty. Install customer supplied light fixture and replace existing junction box with fan rated box

Tech was out today for no cooling. When arrived customer stated that the system is working that she believes due to power surge system just took a little while longer to turn back on. Tech checked system out and seen capacitor on blower is weak / failing and would need to be replaced. Drain line tech recommended needed to be flushed. There is no safety switches on drain line . There is a safe guard safety switch in drain pan if water fills drain pan. This will then turn off system to let you know something is wrong with system. Filter is needing to be replaced. Spoke with customer about repairs that are needing to be done. At this time system is operating. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Customer has stated that after some storms some appliances didn’t come back after power was restored. Found that one of the breakers for the thermostat has failed. Customer called us out for two shower drains that are not properly draining. The Upstairs shower and master shower will both need to be snaked individually in an attempt to remove the stoppage. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and drain lines. Everything is draining and operating properly at this time. Homeowner wanted to replace the dishwasher line hose and it was being connected to a double sanitary tee so I replace the whole drain line for the kitchen with a new sanitary tee going towards the disposal and a new Studor vent install as well as replaced the 3/4 Pex line that was being used as a drain line hose, to a standard corrugated Dishwasher hose. I tested everything and checked for leaks.
