Job Locations and Reviews
Customer has a leak that only occurs when running master bathroom shower. Water runs out of the wall in the garage. I opened the wall thinking I would locate a drain line but found nothing. I recommended either opening more drywall inside in the ceiling or having someone come preform a smoke test.

David and his partner did a great job replacing a toilet, kitchen faucet, and a water shut off under my kitchen sink. I always use TE Certified for my plumbing. They have never disappointed me. Very professional.
Homeowner had the toilet replaced in the first floor bathroom. Checked and verified that the flange was good. Set and sealed the new toilet to the floor. The kitchen faucet was customer supplied and was replaced and checked for proper operation. The piping up into the kitchen cabinet was replaced from the garage. This was accessed through the sheet rock in the garage. Pressurized water and verified all connections.

The homeowner’s master bathtub was leaking into the ceiling below, and he had already contacted previous plumbers to address the issue. After inspecting the situation myself, I decided to pull out the tub to check for any water damage from the drain or leaking pipes. I didn’t find any significant damage, but I did notice a very slow drip from the Roman tub valve. I informed the homeowner about the drip and recommended replacing the valve for peace of mind. He agreed, so I proceeded to replace the Roman tub valve with a new Moen model. I installed two shut offs for the hot and cold so we can isolate the tub for future purposes and still have water in the home. Additionally, I replaced the overflow gasket and bolts, secured everything back in place, and resealed the tub strainer using putty, silicone, and pipe dope. The previous plumber had only used silicone on the top as a temporary fix. After reinstalling the tub, I secured the faucet as well and thoroughly tested everything for lea

Perform leak search in the garage that has multiple stains in the ceiling. Found multiple pinhole leaks in the ceiling of the garage and in the basement. Highly recommend removing all the copper in the house and repipe with pex piping. We do have Rodney on the books to do the repipe at a later date this year in December. Recommend patch boys for drywall repair.

Troubleshoot and Outlet Replacement
Costumer had a leaking cartridge and high water pressure, replaced the Prv and main shut off on crawlspace, replaced the expansion tank and mounted to the wall, also replace the shower valve
The homeowner reported low water pressure from their front yard hose bib. Upon inspection, I noticed that the shut-off valve for the hose bib in the laundry room was not working; it might not have been fully open, and it was also leaking. Additionally, the front yard hose bib was quite old. The homeowner opted for a replacement of the components. I replaced the main shut-off valve, which was a gate valve similar to the hose bib, with a new ball valve and a new pressure regulator. I set the pressure regulator to 65 psi and relocated the hose bib to connect before the pressure regulator, allowing it to receive street pressure for the front yard. I also replaced the shut-off valve for the hose bib and installed a brand new hose bib with vacuum breaker. After that, I noticed that the backyard hose bib was dripping when turned off, so the homeowner requested a replacement for that as well. I replaced it with a brand new hose bib, which included a new vacuum breaker, and also replaced the
Homeowner had issue with expansion valve that was making a loud noise when the water was on. It was located in the kitchen and would not stop unless water was being used. I verified that the pressure regulator was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. In addition to the pressure regulator we replaced the main valve and the hose bibb shutoffs. Removed the expansion valve and capped off the line. Pressurized system and verified and adjusted water pressure to 65psi. There were many code violations on the water heater and sent an estimate to fix these as well.
For this job, I worked on a pinhole repair in the basement. This is the second pinhole leak. The homeowner has had within a short period of time. Recommended to the homeowner that due to the age of the piping it would be wise to consider a whole home re-pipe. I provided an estimate for the homeowner to look over. After the repair on the water line was done, the system was pressurized and tested for leaks.
I came out to conduct a home care inspection and spent about 45 minutes descaling the tankless water heater, allowing it to drain for an additional 15 minutes. During the inspection, I noticed that the kitchen had a slinky P-trap. The homeowner wanted to replace it, so I replaced it with tubular piping connections. Additionally, I found that the faucet in the powder room was loose; the homeowner indicated that he would address this after the inspection. I tested the fixtures and checked for any leaks.
Today I installed customer supplied kitchen faucet for Katie and Kyle. Tested work and found no leaks or issues with the faucet. Put a note of the brand for the faucet that we don’t recognize.
I received immediate email response from my yelp request from TE certified. Steve came out as promised within the time frame quoted. He was efficient
Today I was cold out because the outlet to the left of the garage stopped working. Upon diagnosis, I discovered loose connections inside the box which eventually damaged the GFI receptacle. I replaced the GFI with a weather resistant one and also installed a customer supplied heavy duty bubble cover.
The main floor powder bath sink was not receiving any water from the hot side. I disassembled the supply line to flush out the debris that had built up, and after testing it, the water was flowing properly. In the upstairs master bath, the left sink's pop-up assembly was not installed correctly. I reinstalled it and secured it, allowing the sink to hold water, which it now does. The right sink in the master bath had a blockage in the P-trap. I disassembled the P-trap, unclogged it by removing the debris inside the pipe, reconnected it, and tested it; the water was flowing fine afterward. In the guest bathroom, the widespread faucets were leaking from the cartridges on the cold side and were not mounted properly. The homeowner preferred to replace both widespread faucets. I went to Home Depot, purchased a new Delta widespread faucet, and installed it. After installation, I tested it and checked for leaks.
For this job, we came out to diagnose issue with the guest bathroom shower. The issue was no flow from the tub spout to the shower head. To fix issue we replaced the tub spout. After completion we cleaned up tested our work. We are returning on October 30th to install a new 50 gallon gas water heater in the garage.
They were timely and professional. The work was completed as expected. I will definitely use them again!
