TE certified will perform a drain re-pipe of the interior drains of the home, go through the penetration, then run a new sewer from the exit point of the home with a two-way cleanout, a sewer popper cap, and connect to the county tap with the 6 inch cleanout to meet code. In addition, we would also be installing a 50 gallon gas water heater for the customer. A Cobb county permit would be pulled.

We arrived on site to troubleshoot a receptacle not charging the homeowners laptop. Through an evaluation we found that the homeowner is using power strip that has SPD (Surge Protection Device) type 3 and the grounded light is on and the protected light is not. I checked with the manufacturer and due to the light not working the strip took a surge and it is also causing the on light to flicker slightly. I tested voltage at the outlet she is plugged into and I was reading a steady 120.3 volts so no issue was found with the circuit or the device. We recommend that she get a different surge strip. While going over the issue the home owner asked us to install a dimmer and a new decora style switch in her office. After installation we verified that the light was not flickering and showed the homeowner that it is working and where the slider is.

The homeowner wanted to get a quote for a compressor replacement for the upstairs system. Also, noted that the outside coil needs to be cleaned to prevent stress on the system. System is from 2013.

We troubleshot no power in the home. We found that the main breaker was tripped. We reset the main breaker and everything is working

Performed hvac inspection. Recommendations are to replace both contactors because of burn marks which is an indicator of partial electrical connectivity. Clean both blower wheels to prevent stress on the component and system. Clean both outside condenser coils to prevent stress on the cooling system. Install a drain switch for the upstairs system. Also, recommend to have routine inspection visits by joining our Homecare Membership that includes two hvac inspections, one plumbing inspection, and one electrical inspection within a 12 month period.

I arrived at the customers home and they asked for me to camera from a hall bathroom toilet instead of the main clean out. I saw there was some cast-iron in critical condition, but the unfortunate part of the pathway is it runs underneath the porch, which was newly built. Had a previous visit. I also talked to the customer about their water heater. An estimate was provided based off of permanent solution for the customers needs.

Replaced customer supplied toilet. New wax ring, bolts, and supply line. While testing work I noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing properly every time. Setting up appointment for drains to come out and check for a clog.

Perform three system home care, I replaced one 1 inch filter today on the basement system 16 x 20 x 1. I cleared all drain lines to ensure proper functionality. At this time, all systems are operating in cooling mode. I did find on the upstairs system had multiple faults in the past, I tested the system thoroughly to ensure that it is operating properly. Also installed flood protection on the upstairs system. At this time, all systems are operating properly.
