Customer had pinhole leak above water heater on the hot side. Replaced pex piping with all copper piping. Recommend either a repipe or a water monitoring device due to continuous pinhole leaks. Replaced existing toilet in master bathroom with Kohler Kingston provided by TE.

Toilet in the basement was leaking from the tank bolts. I rebuilt the toilet with new bolts, flush valve, flapper, fill valve, tank gasket, handle, and supply line. The shower in the same bathroom had no water flow when the handle was turned to hot. I replaced the Moen cartridge and it resolved the issue.

Full system and a return cut in for main floor.

Installed new angle stop on kitchen hot supply for dishwasher. Also installed new expansion tank and water line for T&P. T&P was not connected to pipe going outside. Installed new fittings to re attach. Collected Zelle payment

Today we came out for the only system not heating 2016 arcoaire 70k btu with 2 ton Goodman ac 2016. Performed visual inspection found thermostat wired incorrectly, flue piping not up to code, gas piping not up to code and minimal flood protection. Heat wire was on w2 instead of w1. Moved wire to correct terminal and left all equipment operational.

Upstair master bathroom toilet turned off at the valve. When turned back on, it would constantly run. Customer agreed to doing a minor rebuild of replacing the supply line, fill valve and yellow Kohler seal. Replaced all parts and tested good.
