I reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts, and china caps. I then cleaned up and tested the toilet throughly.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. They also had 2 shower head filters they wanted installed in the master and son’s showers. I presented their options and they chose to have the toilet cleared with an auger and the filters installed. Before work began the toilet cleared itself. I removed the shower heads in both bathrooms and installed the filters. I then tested for any leaks and everything looked good.

Opened drywall to perform leak search in kitchen from bathroom above. After opening drywall I was unable to reproduce a leak. Instructed homeowners to leave hole open and monitor area for the remainder of the week. Assessed the existing water heater and found a gas leak from the gas whip. The nut on the whip connecting to the coupling was loose. I fastened the nut and relit the gas pilot.
Came out today to replace expansion tank and pressure reducing valve. Removed existing expansion tank, cut in new tee, mounted tank to a bracket and reconnected to the system. Removed sharkbite on main, removed existing pressure reducing valve and shut off, relocated closer to the service entrance of the home, installed new pressure reducing valve and shut off, added support to piping. Tested for leaks. Pressure reducing valve was set to 65 psi.
Installed three new customer provided flood lights, two 2-story flood lights and one mid level along with a new large ceiling fan in the family room.
We arrived today to look at plumbing problem that ended up with water damaging drywall and flooring in the basement. After doing a thorough inspection of the area and the key components of the system we found that the water pressure coming into the home was above 90psi. This pressure caused the fill valve in the basement toilet to break and flood the basement. This level of damage required mitigation. Servpro was here already had done demo and set up fans and dehumidifiers. We replaced the fill valve in the toilet. As for the high pressure, we found in our inspection that this particular townhome unit had no means of pressure regulation inside. The only regulator is outside for the entire community. We added one inside our customers home and also replaced the thermal expansion tank. New pressure is set to 65psi.

For this job, the customer had Atlanta gas light out to find a leak which has been taken care of. They showed her that the tankless was missing a sediment trap, and one needed to be added. The customer opted to install the sediment trap. I installed the new sediment trap, and gas whip. I tested all of the fittings with leak detection once complete, and the gas was back on. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Noah was great to work with!!
Great experience!
Leanne was great! Very knowledgeable, took her time, and let me ask plenty of questions.
Louis M. was amazing and if I need any electrical issues….I’ll call him again!!
Great service, arrived on time and completed project within a hour. Pricing seems excessive for the work done….when you break it down to hourly rate charged over $500/hour.
Your team is amazing and you got 5 stars but one got 4 stars because you guys are bit expense for a small job but you saved me a lot of time if I did it myself.
TE electric is always our “go to” for electrical issues. Caleb immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Austin Newman is a trustworthy plumber. During the coldest days this winter, our water heater broke down and we only had bone chilling cold water. Austin took care of calling Rheem to order the needed parts. He prioritized us in his schedule and when the needed part arrived at their company, he promptly installed it the following morning. Now we have hot water again! I highly recommend TE Certified for reliable plumbing and HVAC repairs.
Joshuia showed knowledge and caution with his work. He let me know what to expect and provided a completion ETA. When posed with risky challenge of a thin toilet connection, he calculated that he may need support of another technician rather talking on a potential risk of it breaking. P
Very quick response and incredibly knowledgeable. Cody not only resolved my issue but checked all other areas for potential issues and recommendations. Will use again!
Great job
