Customer requested service for a loose kitchen sink faucet. Installed a PVC shank underneath the faucet to allow the mounting flange to sit properly and secure the faucet in place. The faucet was tightened and secured as best as possible; however, due to the condition of the existing fixture, a full faucet replacement is recommended as a long-term solution.

No cool- 2016 System. Found bad blower motor. Inspected furnace and found evaporator coil leaking refrigerant as well as heat exchanger in poor condition. System is single stage and zoned and has put a lot of stress on the equipment. Due to repair costs and age of equipment, customer would like speak to a Project Manager about replacement.

Homeowner had 12 year old 40 gallon gas water heater that was not operating. Due to the age it was recommended to replace. The heater is located in the crawlspace and the existing water heater showed signs of water getting into it. I raised the new heater up on blocks and set in pan to keep it dry. The existing vent was single wall which was replaced with double wall. The crawlspace is an unconditioned air space and requires double wall venting and insulation on pipes. New copper piping and thermal expansion tank was mounted to the heater on a bracket. The t&p relief line was replaced with the Cpvc. The gas line for the water heater was connected to a saddle tap and had a wedge valve on the line. Saddle valves are only allowed outside and the wedge valves are not allowed by code. Everything was completed and systems were pressurized. Checked all connections and verified. Set heater to 120 degrees.

TE certified will pull a toilet, and perform a camera inspection to determine the source of the draining issues in the home. Upon performing a camera inspection, no issues were found within the drain lines apart from typical “sludge” buildup inside the piping. The customer has five bathrooms in the home and four of the five have build a great toilets which may not have an adequate flush strength. The customer was recommended to start drain maintaining along with upgrading the builder grade toilets to kohler Kingston toilets

Customer called us out for a clogged sink in the kitchen sink. I inspected the sink and it backed up fairly quickly. I gave the customer multiple options and she choose to start with cleaning the p-trap. I disassembled the trap and there was minimal debris inside of it. She then choose to have a flex shaft ran down the line. I removed the p-trap and ran the cable down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I put everything back together and tested the line throughly. No more backing up and no leaks in the basement or under the sink.

Completed one system maintenance verified filter filter did not need to be changed. Checked all safety and components clear drain line checked outdoor seeing that the condenser is needing to be cleaned. Also debris around condenser spoke with customer about chemical cleaning. Austin Newman is a trustworthy plumber. During the coldest days this winter, our water heater broke down and we only had bone chilling cold water. Austin took care of calling Rheem to order the needed parts. He prioritized us in his schedule and when the needed part arrived at their company, he promptly installed it the following morning. Cole did an excellent job upgrading my kitchen lighting today. He also installed outdoor outlets that I really needed. I had been running extension cords through the garage and basement for Christmas lighting. It was truly a “Griswold Family” moment when all the Christmas lights came on without all the hassle! Now I have safe lighting, professionally designed. Cole is a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call him again when needed.

Jeff and TE Certified is the most comfortable I ever felt with any plumber. He assessed my plumbing issues and thoroughly explained them. He was honest with what was going on, and how long the work would take. In another note, i personally attempted to replace a shower cartridge but forgot to put the locking pin back in. I mentioned it to Jeff the morning he arrived, and before he did any scheduled work, he told me the urgency the pin needed to attached , he he went of his way to attach the pin. I am greatly satisfied with Jeff’s knowledge, work, and helpfulness.
