Homeowners kitchen faucet had failed and was leaking from the faucet neck water line. Homeowner had purchased a new faucet to replace. Shut water off and removed failed faucet. Installed new faucet and tested. Tightened the master bathroom faucets to secure and tightened the upstairs toilet tank to bowl bolts.

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance on a whole home system. Replaced the filter, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations.

Install Kohler Kingston with slow close seat and mini hydro jet the toilet drain line in powder room. Removed toilet, ran camera down the line and found that there was a blockage, cleared blockage with jetter, confirmed using camera and set new toilet.

Called out to address a leaking expansion tank. Upon arrival found that the expansion tank had a small pin hole leak. Gave the home owner the price to replace just the expansion tank. Advised the homeowner that due to the home being a condominium with a shared floor and ceiling that we would normally we would not be able to service the unit. After manager approval I advised the homeowner that we would do the repair today but we would not be able to perform any further repairs in the unit. Warranty will still apply to today’s repair. Work was started by removing old expansion tank and installing a new expansion strapped to the wall. Once work was completed, reintroduced water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. We returned to complete the project of adding a subpanel in the backyard. We completely wired up panel and it is now ready to be plugged into with the pumps for the pond.

We were called out due to a leaking washer box. While onsite we found that the water pressure was 125 psi. We replaced the home’s pressure reducing valve and main shutoff located in the crawslpace. We also opened Sheetrock behind the washing machine and replaced the washer box, valves, and washing machine hoses. Thank you!

Today I came out and completed full spring maintenance on two HVAC systems. I inspected heat, changers, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I checked blower assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker, sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. Systems, lack and indoor air quality device. One system no cool demand call Technician arrived on site and the customer had a complaint of the Google nest thermostat showing a E 74 error code Technician ran a system diagnostics and while on site, the issue did not persist The technician found that a rodent had made a nest in the furnace side of the indoor unit The technician found that the reason the thermostat was throwing this error code was because there is no common wire on the doodle nest thermostat causing the unit to not be able to charge unless the unit is off Technician also found that there was air leakage in the crawlspace At the time the technician left the property. The air conditioner was working. The technician quoted repairs and talked over them to the customer

Home is surging randomly, conducted multiple test and visual inspections. Very sparatic surges, visual inspection of overhead line and noticed one spot were it seemed broken or chewed on which would explain sparatic surge. Called emc out to inspect their side

We replaced a bad gfci breaker

We started the two day project today. We dug the trench to run the wires out for the subpanel. We backfilled the trench and we are going to return on Monday to complete the rest of the project.

Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed expansion tank, shut off valve, water piping, gas flex connector, sediment trap, drip pan, and leak alarm. The exhaust vent was changed from single wall to double wall pipe and fittings. All of the air was purged from the tank and the temperature was set to 120 degrees. Tech was out for no cool. Tech inspected system and found compressor failed.. system is a r-22 system and is not repairable. Spoke with customer about all issues with system. Customer is wanting install manager to come out and give quote.

Return visit today to install tub spout that was ordered from kohler on my last visit. Removed old spout, cleaned surface/pipe, sealed around fixture. Tested for leaks and functionality.

Customer requested service for a loose kitchen sink faucet. Installed a PVC shank underneath the faucet to allow the mounting flange to sit properly and secure the faucet in place. The faucet was tightened and secured as best as possible; however, due to the condition of the existing fixture, a full faucet replacement is recommended as a long-term solution.

Recommended replacement of the fill valve and supply line to correct the issue and prevent ongoing water waste.
