For this job the customer had a water heater that was greater than ten years old. Customer wanted to be proactive and replace with new water heater. Expansion tank was strapped to wall and set 10 psi greater than house pressure. PRV was also replaced and house pressure was set to 65 psi. Hot and cold lines were insulated and a leak alarm was placed in the pan. Work was performed and thoroughly tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Replace toilet flange in master bathroom.

Replaced 14 angle stop valves, installed 8 new faucet supply lines, added 1 vacuum breaker to the left side hose bib as a courtesy, installed 1 new hammer arrestor for the dishwasher line as a courtesy. Performed minor toilet rebuilds on 3 toilets in the home and located both shut off valves for the hose bibs.

Installed a new flat panel fixture in the primary suite closet, troubleshot an outdoor outlet not working and put in a new weather rated GFCI for the outdoor outlet on the front of the home and a new cover.

Installed GFCI breakers for the dishwasher, disposal, washing machine and Dryer, installed a whole home surge protector at the main panel and a low volt surge at the main disconnect and installed a second ground rod and low volt utility ground.

Setup HomeCare plan today and completed HC inspection. Biological growth found inside the air handler, blower wheel is dirty and condenser coil could use a cleaning.

Customer had a main line blockage affecting the master bathroom, so we recommend it pulling the toilet and clearing the main line With our drain cable, also recommended a toilet replacement due to weaker flushing toilet that can promote blockages to happen more often, so we ended up replacing the toilet with the Kohler Highland pressure assist toilet , also we found out that the flange was too low that was causing a little bit of water to get on the floor when flushing, we saw once the toilet was being pulled. We were able to clear the main line. It kept blocking up a few times, but we were able to get it cleared. Have a camera tech coming out to inspect plumbing and to give a quote for the flange to be repaired. We put the toilet over the flange, but didn’t set it all the way, so Adam could come out and report to Camera the main line and reset properly after giving permanent fix for flange

Homeowner has a failed pressure regulator in the crawlspace. Turned water off at the meter and drained water system. Removed old pressure regulator. Cut PEX piping and installed new pressure regulator and approximately 6 inches of new PEX piping. Homeowner has a kitchen faucet they would like replaced. Removed old kitchen faucet and installed new customer supplied delta kitchen faucet. Homeowner has an Ispring RO500 that has failed. Homeowner contacted manufacturer and has a new unit ready for install. Installed new Ispring RO500 along with new supply lines provided by manufacturer. Pressurized system and tested for leaks. Ran kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis water filter faucet to ensure they are working as intended.

Clear blockages in bathtub, shower drain and sink Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance. Cleared hair /shower gunk blockages in two shower drains. Ran k45 cable inside fixtures to remove gunk/hair. Master bathroom shower drain had a bunch of calcium buildup. Cleared another sink blockage causing slow draining in jack and Jill bathroom.

Installed customer supplied garbage disposal and kitchen faucet on newly installed kitchen sink. Made alterations to the drain lines beneath the sink to accommodate the double sink. After installing all parts and redoing the drain I tested for leaks and proper operation. There are no leaks present and the disposal is functioning properly.

Repair two vents that have come loose and secure correctly . Tested heating and cooling. Performed home care . The ductwork is to small and is not in good shape. Would recommend replacing unit with a more efficient model in future and ductwork.

For this job I came out for a 3 handle shower that did not turn off, washer inside of stem was broken causing the water to not stop, changed out all 3 stems. Inside of valve it is very corroded and not smooth causing the washer inside to break. Tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
