Returned to replace ejection pump in basement and replumb vent to outside as well as replace the ejection line from the pump to the main. Installed new liberty pump with weep hole pointed towards float. Ran rubber foam around the inside of lid and silicone as well. Secured lid with new lid screws. Cut out the wye that the old line was connected to and insured new line would fall into the main at least at a 45 degree angle. Checked for fall and secured the line with 2x4 and j hooks. Ran the vent from the well to the outside of the home ensuring that it was at least 36 inches from the gas meter regulator. New vent exits the right side of the residence where there are no doors or windows and is well away from the front of the house. Installed j hooks to secure vent in the basement. Plugged in and ran fixtures in the basement and allowed pump to turn on multiple times. No leaks. Thank you for trusting te with your plumbing needs.

Service call, found the mini split downstairs was improperly installed, and the drain goes uphill inside the wall before exiting the structure lower in the wall. Causing water to rush out on occasion from the front of the unit inside. Would need to get into the bulkhead wall to rerun piping for drain. Customer declined at this time.

Upstairs master bathroom toilet was continuously running. Toilet is around 20 years old. Homeowner had shut the water off at the emergency shut off valve. Drained toilet and removed the fill valve and flapper. Replaced the toilet supply line and installed new parts. Tested and the toilet is working properly. The emergency shut off valve is old and should be replaced and might not cut the water off when valve is turned off.

Completed HC inspections. Both condenser coils are dirty and both systems could benefit from IAQ. Blower capacitor low for main unit. Heat exchanger is rusted inside and out on the main floor unit. 19 years ago with no active warranty, would be a good time to look into replacing system.

Customer called me out for a clogged toilet. Upon inspection I tested for a mainline blockage and found no signs of one. Flushed the toilet and found no signs of a blockage present. Travel fee charged. Customer satisfied.

Upon arrival I met with homeowner Josh, where he showed a break in a 1/2 cpvc 90 that was connected to his hose bib line. I conducted a thorough diagnostic of the problem. With the homeowners approval I removed and replaced entire cpvc line connecting to hose bib. And ran a complete new line to the exterior of the home connecting to a brand new hose bib in pex-b I secured hose bib with screws and siliconed and filled open spots. Also per code added a vacuum breaker to the hose bib as a courtesy for the homeowner. Checked and tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Came out to find that the twist-and-set flange installed in to the lead riser was warped and catching debris, as well as a broken stop. We replaced the stop with a new CPVC quarter turn valve, and removed the old flange. We found that the lead riser had globs of old lead protruding into the pipe and rounded out the riser to get a new flange in and secured to the ground. Found that running the bathtub caused a backup in the toilet and suggested customer have line camera inspected for any issues.

For this job, I replaced a bad switch in the kitchen.

Evap coil has a leak, condenser coil is dirty. Zoning setup without a bypass damper and with single stage equipment.

Service had us come out for the toilet leaking when shower was ran. I tested the shower and saw where the leak was coming from. Due to how close the septic tank was I recommended the customer have that checked first and then have us camera the line. To stop the leaking today I recommended a pull and reset to keep the water from leaking out of the toilet. Customer agreed. I removed the toilet and found that the flange was an insert that wasn’t properly sealed allowing water to leak from the underside of the flange. The gate valve for the toilet was leaking slightly when I removed the supply line. When testing the flange it got worse. I scheduled an install guy to come fix the flange and the shut off for the toilet. Water to the house is currently off.

Replace 5 lavatory pop up assemblies, 3 lift & turn tub drains and 1 roman tub faucet trim. Polished Brass Completed all approved work. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks.

Tightened faucet handle on upstairs shower in master bedroom.

Performed 1 system maintenance cleared drain line with 2 gallons of water. Changed filter that customer supplied. Tenant stated that the upstairs stays hot. Checked thermostat not properly functioning only shows temperature in the home. Tech continues checking system found supply and return plenum needs to be replaced. Furnace would need to be moved to the floor instead of standing on bricks. There is no emergency drain pan under system. No safety switches on system to let customer know if system ever floods. Flex gas line is in gas bath is is incorrect would need to add hard pipe the. Flex gas line. No light switch on furnace to shut system off. Recommend a dehumidifier for basement. Customer stated the bathrooms in the basement wouldn’t flush and would back up out of the floor drains. The sewer injection pump failed making everything backup. Found that the check valve and ball valve on the water heater was leaking and replaced them. Water was leaking from the 2nd floor bathroom into the basement from the flange being too low. Also replaced the fill tower in the toilet tank because it was the incorrect. Fill tower caused water to flow out at the tank to bowl gasket. The sewer injection pump keeping turning on very 5-10mins do to the amount of water backed up. Technician checked this morning and pump is running properly and water from back up has subsided. Checked and tested for leaks.

I replace the weather head in the meter that came off loose as well as the eye bolt attach, we re connected meter power as it was and left estimates for future repairs.

Service plumber had us come out for a toilet that wasn’t flushing in the main floor half bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and it immediately backed up. I then ran water in the sink to see if this was a drain line issue or if the clog was in the ptrap. Over 10 minutes there was no rise or gurgling in the toilet. The toilet water level was lowering leaving me to believe the issue was in the trap of the toilet. Then the toilet cleared itself of the blockage. I flushed the toilet 12 times with varying amounts of toilet paper and it struggled with large amounts. I checked the tank components and the flush lever was able to swing over the canister stopping it from fully rising. I bent it out of the way slightly and the flushing improved. I recommended the customer use 4-6 squares of toilet paper at a time and hold the lever down fully.
