Disconnected temp water line. Installed water line via bore/trench underneath driveway tying back in to exterior penetration which. Ran separate 1” line after tee for future irrigation connections per customers request from irrigation company. Tested and checked for leaks.

Installed new Kohler Highline pressure assisted toilet in the guest bathroom of the home. Also replaced the angle stops for the lavatory faucet and the master trap. Checked for leaks no leaks present.

For this job, I worked on replacing waterlines to washer box and main cold waterline from the PRV. Went ahead and replaced old copper with new type copper lines. Went ahead and cleaned up area and checked to work.

Performed locate fault find for damaged wire

System Not Heating/Cooling. Water in the pan from the system not draining properly. The 90% furnace was not draining due to a clog. I cut the drain line, cleaned/flushed it, and put it back together. Also flushed ac drain line with hot water, mighty pump, and endure. Both drains are now clean and clear. System is operating properly at this time. Installed new shower handle trim kits in master and guest showers. Tested work for proper connections and temperatures.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot living room circuit tripping an arc fault breaker. While performing the troubleshoot, we tested the breaker to ensure it is functioning properly. The breaker is working as it should. We tested all of the lights and realized the outdoor light was causing the breaker to trip. The neutral wire on the light fixture was damaged causing the breaker to trip even when the switch was turned off. We disconnected the light and the breaker stayed on. We informed the homeowner to purchase a new light fixture and we could put it in. We also discussed correcting the issues with the back stabbed connections on the switches and outlets. Homeowners cast iron piping had failed and would leak into the crawl space. The kitchen and washing machine drain line was old and corroded. Dishwasher was draining into a p trap and the water shut off valve were in the crawl space. Cut out failed cast iron piping roughly 25-30 feet. Transitioned drain piping to 3 inch pvc. Strapped pipe and ran new pipe to the cast iron drain. Ran new drain piping from the kitchen sink to the crawl space. Installed a new p trap and Studor vent. Installed a customer supplied kitchen faucet as a courtesy. NO WARRANTY on the faucet. Ran new water line to the dishwasher and ran drain piping under the kitchen cabinet. Ran new pex water lines and installed new shut off valves. Tested and everything is working properly at this time. Left a quote to replace the venting for the water heater.

For this job the customer had a water heater that was greater than ten years old. Customer wanted to be proactive and replace with new water heater. Expansion tank was strapped to wall and set 10 psi greater than house pressure. PRV was also replaced and house pressure was set to 65 psi. Replace toilet flange in master bathroom.

Replaced 14 angle stop valves, installed 8 new faucet supply lines, added 1 vacuum breaker to the left side hose bib as a courtesy, installed 1 new hammer arrestor for the dishwasher line as a courtesy. Performed minor toilet rebuilds on 3 toilets in the home and located both shut off valves for the hose bibs.

Installed a new flat panel fixture in the primary suite closet, troubleshot an outdoor outlet not working and put in a new weather rated GFCI for the outdoor outlet on the front of the home and a new cover.

Installed GFCI breakers for the dishwasher, disposal, washing machine and Dryer, installed a whole home surge protector at the main panel and a low volt surge at the main disconnect and installed a second ground rod and low volt utility ground.

Customer had a main line blockage affecting the master bathroom, so we recommend it pulling the toilet and clearing the main line With our drain cable, also recommended a toilet replacement due to weaker flushing toilet that can promote blockages to happen more often, so we ended up replacing the toilet with the Kohler Highland pressure assist toilet , also we found out that the flange was too low that was causing a little bit of water to get on the floor when flushing, we saw once the toilet was being pulled. We were able to clear the main line. It kept blocking up a few times, but we were able to get it cleared. Have a camera tech coming out to inspect plumbing and to give a quote for the flange to be repaired. We put the toilet over the flange, but didn’t set it all the way, so Adam could come out and report to Camera the main line and reset properly after giving permanent fix for flange
