Replaced aged water heater with new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with 10 year warranty. Replaced Recirc pump with Grundfos comfort pump. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Estimate is to replace upstairs HVAC system, all new duct work/ add supply, new plenums, media filter and permit all work with Cobb County.

No cool. Found outdoor disconnect off. Flipped disconnect back on and ac ran fine, checked refrigerant pressures, checked electrical components, checked safety, checked coil, tested cooling operation at thermostat. Disconnect very old and is failing, recommended replacing ac disconnect. System working as it should at this time.

Conducted electrical troubleshoot of loss of power on circuit. Rewire all devices on both circuits, and install (2) safety breakers.

Service call upstairs unit . The water safety had unit shut off . Drain was full of water . I cleaned drain and removed extra tubing hooked outside. Tested drain and added endure cleaner . I was not able to do the full inspection customer had to leave on a trip .

Panel restoration and smoke detectors

Called out to address a gas line from the meter to the generator that was accumulating a lot of rust due to it not being painted when installed. Gave the homeowner an option for replacement of the gas line. Homeowner agreed and work was started. Began by shutting off gas to the generator and removing all old rusted gas piping. Installed new black iron pipe mounted to the wall. Once all work was complete tested for leaks. No leaks. Spray painted the entire section of replace piping to prevent rusting in the future. Replace garbage disposal Customer called us out to inspect a garbage disposal that was leaking from the bottom. Upon arrival the customer showed me a disposal that they had purchased. We tested the other fixtures in the home to ensure they had proper flow. Customer decided to go with the garbage disposal that we supply due to the other one was a direct plug in to an outlet and there was not an outlet nearby. We removed the old garbage disposal and we installed our badger garbage disposal. We tested to ensure we had power and we tested for leaks and we were successful.

Return to do partial repipe and water.Heater replacement. After cutting behind several areas where we would have been replacing pipe, we have found out that most of the fixtures on the 1st floor were actually not plumbed in from the slab. And we're actually plumbed in from above on the second floor leading down to those fixtures. The only fixtures that were still in the slab were the kitchen sink. We had to rework our quote, which entailed installing a new water service line and new water heater. Andrew rerouting the plumbing for the kitchen sink. We installed a new water service line from the meter. All the way, so the backside of the water heater. Cut a roughly one foot by thirty foot section of sheet rock to expose wall studs. We then drilled holes to run the new water service line through. Ceiling fan, switches, outlet, and ceiling fan rated metal box

Upon arrival spoke with the customers about some items that were requested to be fixed by the individuals purchasing the home. Inspected the laundry sink on the main level and no leaks were observed. Replaced the supply lines on both sinks in the master bathroom as one of the lines were leaking and sealed between the sink and the counter tops. No further leaks were observed. Replaced the tub spout and sealed around the spout in the main level bathroom. The sump discharge line was requested to be 5ft away from the house so I extended the piping to meet these demands.

For this job I came out and installed a reverse osmosis underneath kitchen sink. Customer preferred filters to sit on cabinet floor, I walked customer through RO flushing process step by step. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

I was called out to 11287 Bowen Road LLC for a Homecare maintenance. The house was rebuilt in 2017 so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the upstairs system looks to be low on refrigerant but the evaporator coil isn’t compatible with the outdoor ac since it is significantly smaller, the wheel and secondary need cleaned, the system is in a spray foam attic that needs a form of humidity control, the heat exchanger is significantly rusted which will make it unsafe soon, the supply plenum has significant biological growth, the condenser fan motor has leaked out its oil, and the ac needs cleaned, on the office system it is missing a pan safety to prevent the pan from overflowing, the breaker for the heat pump is oversized, and the iWave we installed was thrown out with the old system, on the main system the wheel needs cleaned, the coil safety is missing, the ac needs cleaned, the ac is overcharged on refrigerant, and the static pressure (airflow) is ver

Troubleshoot power to dishwasher Replace faulty circuit breaker

Today we came out for 1 system inspection. Furnace is located in attic controlling whole house. Blower wheel and evaporator coils have dust and debris built up on them. Blower motor is leaking oil and draining life of capacitor causing capacitor to be under tolerance. Heat exchanger has several small holes all throughout. I performed carbon monoxide test and picked up small traces of carbon monoxide all throughout home. Inducer motor is close to recommended amp draw. Drain line is not properly slopped and no flood protection on either drain line or in pan. Condenser coils are impacted with dirt and debris. Contactor is heavily pitted. After going over all findings and options, Suvanna is going to get back to me and let me know how she would like to proceed. It was a pleasure to meet y’all today!

Turns of conference room not adequately cooling. Recently installed ecobee thermostats. Conference room contains room sensor. Thermostat was set to run from the average temperature of the thermostat and the room sensor. Focused comfort solely on the room sensor. Noticed filter to be very dirty. Also noticed that system is far too small to cool the area that it is trying to cool. Currently a 4 ton heat pump system trying to cool the left side of the building. Advised that it needs to be at least double to adequately. Cool everything. Recommend adding ductless mini split to at least the conference room. System otherwise operating properly. Also noticed that the drain line has an extremely poor slope and could cause severe water issues if not fixed. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Replaced all 8 toilets in the home with new Kohler Kingston toilets. Replaced all toilet isolation valves with new compression 1/4 turn valves. Located 4 flanges that were broken and needed to be replaced. Set new flanges and anchored properly to the tile/flooring. Set new wax rings and mounting bolts and secured new toilets to the floor. Hooked up new braided stainless steel supply lines and tested for leaks and proper function. Hauled away old toilets for disposal.
