The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Troubleshoot light in laundry room.
System inspection completed. Minor wiring issue repaired that was preventing the air conditioner from coming on. Once the air conditioner came on, noticed that it is still not operating properly. The thermal expansion valve is beginning to have issues, and they’re also seems to be a restriction in the refrigerant line. Estimated repair costs could likely be getting close to replacement of air conditioner and coil. Due to the age and condition, the decision has been made to get a replacement estimate. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Customer called us out for a blockage affecting the wash room and both bathrooms. On arrival water was coming up from a floor cleanout. I recommended running a flex shaft down the floor drain to clear the blockage. I removed the cover and ran the flex shaft down successfully clearing the blockage. Customer watched it clear from the outside. I then tested the drain by flushing the toilets and running water in the wash basin. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come check the line for tomorrow 11-2. I also cleaned up the water on the floor.

Troubleshoot breaker tripping for hallway lights near garage
I came out to inspect an issue with the refrigerator, tripping the GFCI outlet. Because your refrigerator has a variable speed motor it can cause nuisance trips with a GFCI dual function breaker. In this case what I did was change out your dual function breaker to an arc breaker so it would still be up to code. I also installed a high frequency GFCI outlet at the beginning of the circuit, which should eliminate nuisance trips. If the GFCI continues to trip at this point, it is the refrigerator that has an issue as we discussed. I also opened up your panel to see if I could figure out if there was some issue with it being level that was causing that door to come open. The panel was slightly off level so I fixed that and it fixed the issue with the panel door. That door does have to be purposely latched, but now it does not come open unless you unlatch it. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
