The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

Install (3) 20a 120v dedicated circuits for gaming PCs in basement, install quad outlets at each computer. Install dual function breakers on circuits.
I replaced the kitchen faucet, replaced cartridges in the hall bathroom sink, and performed a leak search, during the leak search I found that the tub shu was leaking so I replaced it with also a new gasket. I tested thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks and everything is working properly
Town house 3 zone heat pump. When we arrived the heat strips breaker was off. From there we broke down the main air handling unit to do a full system evaluation. Upon looking we found the breakers mounted in the unit where dangling, after further searching we also found the heat strips wired in junction with 60amp breaker. With 15kw heat strips or above it needs a dedicated breaker circuit also W2 and E/Aux heat have to be wired independently at low voltage from air handler to thermostat or zone board. We notified tenants and performed the repairs of properly mounting breakers inside unit and rewiring heat strips. The unit is now able to use heat strips for the internal safety defrost board and can now properly operate heat/cool. —Notes besides main problem of heat pump/air handler not working— -spray foam attic with no moisture control (needs dehumidifier and or conditioning the space) photos have been attached of the biological growth occurring inside and outside of air handler in t
Installed iWave Air Ionization System
(No warranty on existing circuit power failure or fire)
Customer had a large amount of black biological growth. Customer wanted an estimate to clean out the furnace and fix the gas line entering the furnace. With the homeowners permission, installed a uv light in the return plenum, an Apco-X ultra. I installed a secondary transformer. I cleaned the outdoor condenser coil. I clean the blower wheel and the blower motor compartment. I sprayed down the evaporator coil with no rinse cleaner. I installed cast iron gas line entering the furnace and verified that there were no gas leaks on the gas fittings I installed. I tested the furnace and verified that the heat was operating at the end of service call. The homeowner signed up for the homecare program. No inspection performed. To cold to check the AC and raining.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about an instahot unit they wanted removed as they were getting new counter tops installed. The customer also needed to have the kitchen sink replumbed as they were moving from a double basin to a single basin sink. Gave the customer options. Customer decided to have the kitchen replumbed, 3 new service valves installed and the instahot removed. Removed instahot on the first visit to prepare for the new countertops. On today’s visit I removed old stop valves and installed new ones including a hammer arrester for the dishwasher. Reworked the connection for the dishwasher drain tube as it was leaking previously. Installed the basket for the garbage disposal and rehung the disposal which was reconnected to the drain system. Previous faucet was reinstalled and as a courtesy I reconnected the gas back up to the counter top range. The drain from the other basin was capped off. All work was thoroughly test for functionality and verified to have no drips, drops
For this job we installed a new outlet in the basement kitchen. Pulled power off of the switch box above it. We also installed a customer supplied ring flood light camera on the front corner of the garage where an existing flood light was installed. Everything functions as it should.

Installed a Navien tankless water heater, and Halo 5 whole home water filter in the basement/garage. A recirc tee was installed under the upstairs guest lavatory. All work was tested and checked for leaks Will return to install RO filter when brushed nickel faucet is ordered
Homeowner had tankless water heater installed last year and wanted to get the maintenance done on the unit. I flushed the unit checked the pre filter, and air intake filter. The unit had a code about 2 weeks ago having to do with the gas system. I checked and found no issues. We replaced the main shut off valve and valve to the front hose bibb. The standalone faucet in the master removed the handle and adjusted the escutcheon. Readjusted the handle and verified everything was operational.
Provide and install wall mount for 75” tv in living room. Install outlet and provide and install mount for tv in master bedroom
Customer had a complaint of a disconnected gas line that the exterminator early in the day reconnected Technician arrived and found the gas line, completely intact and secure with no smell of gas around Upon further inspection, the technician actually found that the flu pipe was disconnected The technician ran a service call in upon further inspection. The technician found that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. Definition also found that the outdoor unit would not turn on due to a failed AC breaker The furnace had an improper gas sediment trap The outdoor coil on the AC was dirty The system was missing TE standard flood protection There was electrical pitting on the contactor The dual capacitor was out of tolerance The copper line set was missing insulation There was a cut on the electrical whip Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
We installed a new whole house water pressure regulator, purged air from the lines and set the water pressure to 70psi. We removed three original lavatory fixtures and installed three client supplied widespread lavatory faucets for the upstairs bathrooms. Once installed we filled the basins and held water for several minutes while checking for leaks. We then emptied the basin and checked the drain and trap assembly for leaks. At this time everything is working properly.
Leak detection company located a leak underneath the slab in the kitchen. I have previously repaired the hot water line in the same location. Removed a section of flooring and concrete. Located a leak approximately 6 inches down stream of my previous repair. We removed a section of pipe and replaced it with a new piece of copper. When we turned the water back on we found another leak downstream of the repair. We followed the same steps and repaired that leak as well. We turned the water on and left the system pressurized for an hour to check for leaks. We then filled the hole with sand snd poured new concrete over the top. I explained to our customer that if there was to be another leak, replacing the line would be the only option. I provided an estimate for the replacement. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Customer was experiencing mainline blockage we pulled toilet and ran snake and was able to clear the blockage

Faucet Replacement
Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Alberto showed his skills in problem resolution, proceeded with the work, and then tested and retested it.
