Install new TE supplied wafer led in upstairs bathroom shower off of existing switch for light on bath fan. Arc fault breaker will need to be installed due to modification of this lighting circuit. Provide and install new Panasonic Bath fan in upstairs bathroom. Replace (2) sconce lights outside with new customer supplied fixtures. Install (2) new switches and plate in bathroom as courtesy upon completion of this option.

Arrived on site to complete the leak on the waterline for the shower head in the master bathroom. I also went ahead and installed the customer supplied shower head/handle in the master bathroom . I cut out the leaking waterline, replaced the drop ear 90, and threaded in my shower head spout. I then finished the shower head install , and ran water to the shower for 15 minutes to ensure no leaks.

For this job, I worked on replacing a 13 year-old pump with a new liberty grinder pump went ahead and test it pump a couple times to make sure there was no leaks on the system. Then went ahead and did a super cleanup around work area.

Customer wants to replace old smoke detectors due to the age and the fact that they go off randomly. The smokes currently installed are from 2008 and have begun to fail. We recommend an ark fault breaker put on the smokes circuit as an added level of protection.

I replaced two ceiling fans in the upstairs bedroom.

Customer has a hose attached to a hose spiket that is stuck on the spiket itself. Customer would like to get it removed in order to be able to remove old hose. Was successful in removing the hose of the spiket. After removing hose from the spiket we then made sure hose spiket was working properly with no other issues

For this job I came about and replace a defective garbage disposal. Double checked my work and tested for leaks. Conducted a super clean up.

For this job, I worked on installing seven hardwired smoke detectors from scratch

Leak in front yard near the meter. Upon initial inspection I could see where the water was bubbling up through the ground. Performed a leak search and found the leak. The leak was coming from a compression coupling from a previous repair. Removed both of the couplings and replaced with PVC pipe and fittings. Pressurized, checked for leaks, and returned the home to service.

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around duct work, highly recommend to add a germicidal device to the unit to stop the spreading and purify the air. Installed Grundfos Alpha HWR. Drained down water heater in order to remove existing recirculation line tied into the bottom. Removed old pump and replaced it with a new Grundfos. Tied recirculation line in cold inlet in a manner that would better serve the parallel design of water heaters. Added check valves in correct locations on recirculation line and cold inlet. Tested thoroughly and ensured customer was receiving proper hot water recirculation.

Installed two client supplied pressure assist toilets in the upstairs and downstairs men’s room. The downstairs toilet flange needed to be replaced. Both toilets are functioning properly at this time. Completed minor repair on both Delta single handle lavatory fixtures in the men’s room downstairs. Repair included new seats and springs for each. Both are working properly at this time. I was unable to replace the thermal expansion tank due to the CPVC ball valve not turning.

Upon arrival and approval, we began the previously discussed work of installing a new shower cartridge in order to eliminate the cross connection. The manufacturer misidentified the cartridge and we purchased the wrong cartridge. We were not able to replace the cartridge. I had called the manufacturer and they did not answer and put me on a callback list. While I was waiting on the callback, I went ahead and emailed them the picture 30 minutes later they called me and wanted me re-email the picture to them. This is when they miss identify the cartridge and we ordered the wrong cartridge. This separate email that I sent was responded to a day or two after ordering the incorrect cartridge. The email had a link to the correct cartridge. We are sending the correct cartridge information to the customer as well as the manufacturers phone number so they can call and order this cartridge. This is the most cost-effective way for them to obtain the cartridge. The shower with the failed shower
