Hall bath toilet is leaking from the base into the hardwood floor on slab. Removed toilet and flange had failed. Removed angle flange and installed new flange and secured. Installed new wax ring and bolts and reset toilet. Turned water on and tested.

Discharge air sensor was kicking ac off and on, because dampers are getting stuck closed. Removed and replaced 3 dampers and ran new thermostat wire to dampers from zone board. Noticed supply plenum starting to rust. Checked operations.

Replace 2 faulty floodlights

Homeowner experience reoccurring issues with a 15 year-old tankless water heater. Following a thorough diagnostic assessment, the technician recommended a full replacement. The homeowner approved, and the team installed a new Navien 240A2 tankless water heater along with an ion six water conditioner. All necessary code compliant upgrades were completed, and the system was thoroughly checked and tested for leaks and functionality. Additionally, the technician replaced a broken hose bib at the homeowners request.

Combine 2 lighting circuits in main left panel to make room for new sauna circuit. Run new 20a circuit from panel to far side of unfinished basement approximately 40’ and install new box and outlet. We will be back next week for another project and install outlet.

Removed failed thermal expansion tank and installed a new tank. New tank was installed, properly secured, pumped to 5psi above house pressure and tested for leaks with no issues. Water heater was run through one heating cycle to confirm tank was working properly.

I replaced the prv and main shut off as well as 2 angle stops. I attempted to repair a bathroom faucet, I was unable to do so so I left an estimate for replacement. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks

Home inspection

For this job, I installed a closet light

Homeowners outside pool shower would leak and wanted to replace it. Also wanted to replace the laundry faucet and fix the basement tub spout. Shut water off to the shower and removed. Installed new shower valve and secured line. Tested and checked for leaks. Replaced the laundry room faucet with customer supplied delta faucet. Removed and reinstalled basement tub spout and properly sealed. Everything is working properly at this time.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The master shower is partially clogged and will fill up when used. Nothing else affected. I could see immediate buildup in the drain. Based on pictures from previous work, it also appears the shower drain is 1-1/2” PVC with two 90°s before the p-trap. I ran a cable through the line, was able to get past the p-trap and cleared the blockage. I ran the shower and simultaneously ran the lav and toilet to confirm all lines are open with no leaks or errors. I also offered Endure and provided a separate option for the future.

For this job we installed a new EV rated NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Previous installation did not tighten the wires down and melted the outlet. Also left estimates to install power for mini split of the meter base to the left hand side of the home.

TE certified will perform a full sewer replacement from the exit point of the home up to the county tap. We will be doing a sewer burst. In addition, we would also be replacing a pressure reducing valve, and strapping a thermal expansion tank with replacement. we will be also installing a new thermal expansion tank with it properly strapped to the structure of the home, also we will be installing a new ball valve and pressure reducing valve. The work performed by TE certified will come with a lifetime workbook warranty, That is then passed along to the next homeowner. I also did discuss with the customer how the price will not change for the scope of work we spoke about.

PRV was doing a really loud noise when running water, it was coming from the slab on a really tight spot inside of the pantry underneath the stairway, replaced the PRV itself and used existing unions, also replaced a failed expansion tank and strapped it to the wall. Customer had a mainline blockage when she was using water upstairs it came out through the shower on the main level, upon arrival, I ran a bunch of water to test the main line and the block it seemed to clear itself. Downstairs was not having any issues. I went to the cleanout outside and saw all the water I was running was making it out of the house customer said that she will wait and see if it happens again and if it happened again, we will have a camera inspection to make sure there’s nothing with the pipe, customer did say she used the thickest tissue paper. I’ll let her know trying to go to a thinner tissue and see how it goes from there but if it back up again, I highly recommend having a camera inspection.

Provide Endure drain maintenance cleaner. Alberto successfully cleared grease blockage from ABS drain for kitchen sink. I discovered that the water heater is 22 years old and is showing signs of failure. I provided customer with a solution to have the water heater replaced with a standard tank water heater or a tankless water heater.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and it backed up immediately, running the shower had no effect on the toilet. I also checked the son’s bathroom toilet and it was not having any issues anymore but it did fill slowly. I recommended running a closet auger down the drain to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I ran the auger down clearing the blockage. I then tested the toilet throughly and noticed the toilet was filling up slowly as well. I recommended doing a minor rebuild on both toilets but the customer did not want to today.

Customer had a mainline blockage in the front yard, they gave an option to run my cable and running my cable. I was able to clear the blockage a pulled back evidence of paper towels and grease on my line. But after testing everything in the house, drain properly and no way came out of the main line outside. Have a Camera appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

Service performed included the removal and replacement of an existing light fixture with a new unit, ensuring proper installation and functionality. Additionally, dip switch settings on the ceiling fan were adjusted to achieve correct synchronization with the corresponding remote control system. All work was completed successfully, and both the light fixture and ceiling fan were tested to confirm proper operation.

We performed an electrical inspection on a new home that was just purchased. We left multiple estimates for repairs.
