Repair the broken ice maker line and replace the valve with one that has a water hammer arrestor built in. Insulate this line with 1” thick fiberglass pipe insulation. The water pressure currently sits at 120 psi. This is very high and can damage plumbing. No warranty on this unless a new PRV (Pressure regulating valve) and expansion tank is installed. Full system insoection. Tested heating and cooling. Changed customer provided April aire 501 filter. Visually inspected equipment. Checked electrical components and safeties, cleaned flame sensor and vacuum tubing. Checked refrigerant. Found weak dual capacitor and high in rush amp draw. Spoke about media filter upgrade kit. Customer replaced dual capacitor with turbo capacitor and added hard start kit today. We tested functions afterward seeing improvement in in rush and draw and running amp draw.

Rerout basement bathroom and wet bar along wall then down below slab and tie in under slab with new penetration to exterior. Excavate area and extend new piping to current clean out location and tie in. Cap existing cast iron piping.

3 system home care. Replaced filters and checked equipment vitals. Flushed chemically all drain lines and pumps. Installed indoor air purification equipment and need to schedule 3 system duct cleaning.

Upon inspection of the Basement Heatpump System, found that the Fan Control Board was shorted and had a burnt electrical component smell. After receiving approval from customer, replaced the control board. After the new board was installed and verified it was sending voltage to the ECM motor, it has been proven that the ECM motor is also faulty internally and will not run. Which leads to the heat pump short cycling. The ECM motor will need to be replaced. This will need to be ordered, and we will need to return to replace the motor.

Troubleshoot why 2 breakers were tripped.

Installed 15’ of 1/2” gas line for a gas range. Shutoff valve before and after the Trac pipe, and installed a sediment trap. Tested for leaks and confirmed everything is installed correctly. Water heater is from 2022 Water pressure at 45 PSI Thank you for choosing TE Certified

We replaced the main electrical panel. We installed smoke detectors per code in every bedroom and main floors. We had a ground fault protection where needed. We also added a whole home surge protection.

We did an inspection on previous work we had done and left notes for customer to get his humidifier fixed

Properly Performed inspections of 2 systems. Replaced all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Poor ductworks condition on upstairs system No drain pan installed on main floor system No wet safety switches installed in any of the systems Dirty air ducts Upstairs system is R-22 refrigerant Both heat exchangers are rusty and weak. Gas valve not properly connected on upstairs system. Flex gas line going into furnace. Wrong gas tee.

Returned to reinstall drain lines, reattach duct work. Reconnect refrigerant lines and pressure test the system. Install dryer filter and pull a vacuum to remove ant contamination in the lines. Flushed and treated drain line on attic system.

Replaced aged leaking water heater with new 50 gallon gas water heater with 10 year warranty. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

I performed a tankless water heater flush, changed 5 water stop valves, pulled/reset two toilets with flange replacements, swapped out a master trap under the master bath sink, two minor toiled rebuilds, and changed the prv. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no leaks and everything is working as should

Redevice the garage and added GFCI protection for required locations, while also adding a light in the furnace room in the garage and conduit for exposed wires by garage door.

Dryer venting leaking. Roofer hired cap is stuck closed, wood shows water damage around termination. Suggest roofer to look at roof and do repairs if necessary before venting to be replaced.

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed us to the main level hall bathroom and stated that he replaced the parts inside the toilet tank along with the supply line and now the toilet is leaking. Upon inspection I found the red washer for the fill valve was installed outside of the tank instead of on the bottom of the fill valve inside the tank. Customer also purchased a Moen 3/4hp disposal that he would like an estimate to install. I presented the customer with an estimate to install the disposal and will move the fill valve washer for the toilet as a courtesy and stop the leak. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Disconnected supply line and fill valve. Reinstalled fill valve with washer in the correct position and reconnected supply line. Returned water to toilet and checked for leaks. No leaks found. Removed old disposal from under kitchen sink. New disposal was a plug in model and the old one was hardwired but the n
