For this job i installed a customer supplied toilet. I also replaced and raised the new toilet floor flange to sit on top of new tile in the bathroom. I installed new wax ring, bolts, and water supply line. I tested and left work area clean. I sealed around the toilet with caulk.

on this visit, I evaluated customers floodlight for loose connections, and possibilities for why they are flashing. Unfortunately, both are faulty and need to be replaced.

Customer had water under sink when using kitchen faucet. After diagnosing, found that the sprayer hose came loose from the adapter. Unthreaded, cleaned and tightened back. Tested and checked for leaks.

Customer had water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Master bathroom is right above the kitchen where I noticed the leak. The leak was coming from the master bathroom toilet valve. Replaced old water stop valve with a new one and supply line. After install I turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks and proper function. Upon arrival spoke with customer about an upstairs toilet making a hissing sound. Gave options. Did a minor rebuild and replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. Water level was set and tested thoroughly for leaks/functionality.

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. We pulled the toilet in the main level hall bathroom. Our supervisor performed a camera inspection from that point and we found an object stuck in the vertical drop towards the slab. I was able to open the cleanout in the basement and remove a toy that was stuck in the top of the fitting. We continued the camera inspection and his findings will be found in his invoice summary. We then cut and removed the closet flange, cleaned and prepped the area and installed a new flange, secured into the subfloor. Set a new wax ring, closet bolts and reset the toilet. Filled, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors at this time. Pull and remove toilet. Perform camera inspection. Replace flange and attempt to create a barrier underneath to secure new flange. Test and reset toilet. NO WARRANTY DUE TO CONDITION OF FLOORING

For this job I replaced a customer supplied kitchen faucet. I also turned water off to the home, replaced the pressure regulator and set pressure to 65 psi. Old regulator had psi at 43. I also installed a new quarter turn ball valve on the water main. I tested and left work area clean.

Garbage disposal was not running. Disposal was jammed and installed roughly a year ago. Removed disposal and removed a drywall screw from the unit and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.

Install new light fixture in bedroom and in kitchen only

Technician performed a cooling inspection only. Technician checked cooling operations, tested condensation pump, checked refrigerant charge, and observed system performances. Technician noted that the system is low on R 22 refrigerant charge and has phase out by the EPA. The system will struggle to cool during the summer due to a low charge. The outside coil is heavily impacted by dirt and debris which causes stress towards the system. The outside fan motor is starting to decline in operation due to the bearings weakening the rotation of the motor located inside the motor casing. The technician noted that the gas line is not to local code located inside the furnace. There’s a flexible gas line located inside the furnace. This can cause a ruptured gas line because the furnace vibrates year round. The flue pipe has areas of deterioration cause rust and age. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

We replaced mini split for sunroom

For this job I replaced a failed dual temperature control cartridge in the master bath shower. I took apart shower trim, removed old cartridge, cleaned out valve, built new cartridge and installed trim back. I also replaced the master bath toilet seat as a courtesy. I tested all work and left work area clean.

Replace drywall around washer valves. Multiple coats of joint compound and sand. Multiple coats of paint. Paint match is provided by homeowner.

For this job, I worked on performing the electrical panel maintenance, I put four cover plates over junction boxes with exposed wiring, I ran bath fan venting up to the attic roof instead of insulation, I ran a new electrical wire to tie existing bath fan to an existing light. The panel maintenance included replacing all breakers with correct manufacturer, main breaker, labeling, and redoing of neutrals and grounds.

No cool on the main level system due to a bad blower wheel. Also, single capacitor is weak, blower wheel dirty and drain line clogged. Gave price for repairs (not recommend). At this age 11 years old and conditions, other issues may happen after replace blower motor. System has being working with no blower motor working and could have shortened the life of the compressor, or developed leaks in the evaporator coil. Will know only after replace motor and have the system working. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the main level system for today.

We were called out due to a leak never the kitchen sink. Upon closer inspection we found that the side sprayer for the kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet below when the faucet was turned on. It appears someone had removed the sprayer, and reinstalled it using pipe thread sealant. It appears it was overtightened which cracked the body of the sprayer. While onsite we also found that the pressure reducing valve had failed. Work performed: Replaced PRV, and installed a customer supplied faucet. We installed new hot and cold shutoffs for the kitchen faucet as a courtesy.
