The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Finished running the Ev circuit to the garage and installed EV charger.
One system home care Thoroughly inspected the unit in both heat and cool from the thermostat Changed Honeywell media filter Flushed and cleaned the drain line Clean the flame sensor Inspected refrigerant and static pressures While on site, the technician saw that the unit did not have a secondary drain pan The unit needs a 32 x 32 secondary drain pan underneath it And then the condensate pump will need a separate secondary drain pan With the separate secondary drain pan for the condensate pump, it will need a wet switch inside of it
I came out to install some bidet outlets for you in the upstairs bathrooms. These are two brand new GFCI outlets, which I was able to pull off of the basement circuit. I also installed a new GFCI outlet in the downstairs bathroom, which is also on the basement circuit. Last I installed a new circuit for your treadmill since it is tripping when you’re also using the space heater. Those treadmills are recommended to have a dedicated circuit so now it has one. Since you already have dual function, arc fault, breakers for every circuit I did not need to change out your breakers for these new wire pulls. I am also including a price for installing four new can lights in your sewing room as well as the switch leg that would go from the lights down to the switch and I would expand that box to be a two gang box with an additional switch for those can lights. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
2 system homecare completed… flushed drainages and changed both customer supplied filters …UV light system for main level still operating after installation date ** upstairs horizontal furnace drainage is tied in series to main level condensate pump ** both Trane AC …checked start capacitors which are fine , run capacitors were getting weak, Need to be changed to prevent a possible service interruption **replaced both capacitors and tested units …no other immediate issues ..based of today’s inspection **
Installing new outlets for bidet
Performed inspection on 3 systems. Replaced all 3 filters. checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. All 3 systems are draining using only 1 condensate pump No wet safety switches installed
Homecare inspection. Checked electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, checked heat exchanger, checked delta t, checked ductwork, replaced filter, flushed drain, checked coils, tested cooling operation at thermostat. Found no wet switch, dirty ac coil, and slightly low refrigerant pressures, quoted repairs. System operational at this time.
Install customer assembled ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom. Install new single toggle switch in place of stack switch.
Homeowners called in with request to change cartridges in two faucets, one for a pedestal sink and another for a bedroom vanity. Technician was able to replace cartridges for faucet on the pedestal sink but unable to do so for the vanity faucet due to issues with the unit seating properly. Subsequently recommended proceeding with faucet replacement, unit to be selected and purchased separately by homeowner(s), and installed at a later date by T.E. Homeowner also requested that technician review their point of use reverse osmosis system in the kitchen, which had begun to demonstrate issues with dispensation of filtered water. After some discussion, homeowners decided to proceed with full replacement of unit, and conversion from their existing three stage filtration system to a HALO Reverse Osmosis Plus Ultra (4-stage) system. Technician to order parts and schedule job for a later date (preferred asap). Tested work for leaks and cleaned work area before departure.
Performed 2 system 59$ tune up of AC. I found flue at water heater not connected. I secured it. The main floor condenser fan motor is failing along with capacitor. The upstairs return cfm is almost half of what system should have, the return cutout is also not large enough. Recommend putting in new return plenum with exterior filter rack, and install another 10 in return at the top of the stairs. The flue elbow needs to be replaced and the system should have the drain redone with water safeties. The gas line upstairs is also not to code as discussed. If you would like to move forward please just give the office a call.
Returned to install two blue tube uv lights. Installed uv lights and tested for proper operation. Replaced indoor capacitor for basement system. Tested after repairs, everything working as it should at this time.
Premium service
At arrival on 04/14/26 Issue: no cool System: main floor Finding: blower motor is too loud, unable to run system. Blower motor and assembly are bad. Bad capacitor, no wet safety switch, potentially clogged up drain line, rusty furnace case, rusty heat exchanger. System is 18 years old. Dirty air ducts and blower wheels. Recommendations: - replace blower motor, replace blower wheels and replace blower’s housing. I called DAIKIN, but they do not have blower wheels and do not have blower’s housing. I made homeowner aware of the situation and only replacing the blower’s motor and cleaning the wheels may still have not resolve noise issue. Homeowner decided to go with a band-aid option which includes blower’s motor, cleaning the wheels, replacing capacitor, and cleaning the drain line. -or upgrade your system.
For this job I replaced an expansion tank that was beginning to leak on the water heater for the garage bathroom. I also installed a night eye liberty water alarm in the crawlspace serving the same bathroom in the garage. I set up the alarm with home owner. We verified that it is up and running. Alarms are set on the app and the pump itself. Tested several times.
Replaced section of recirc line due to second pinhole leak. Replaced fill valve and flapper in upstairs bathroom. Tested all for leaks and function. No issues.
We never came out to troubleshoot the light fixture not working and found that it was a bad bulb from the old fixture that was not working.
Returned to complete sold work. Replaced capacitor for upstairs and basement system, replaced condenser fan motor for basement system, added drain and wet switches for all three units, made proper drain repair for basement system. Need to return to install new blue tube uv lights due to customers current uv lights not being available at supply shops. Collected for work done today, will collect for uv lights when job is complete.
At arrival on 04/13/26 found upstairs system not cooling After diagnostic found the following: -bad compressor -dirty condenser coil -dirty air ducts -dirty air filter -potentially clogged up drain line -microbial growth in plenums Gave option to address the above findings or upgrade system Homeowner approved to only replace the compressor. Ordered the compressor and it should be here by Friday.
Provide & Install New Square D QO Type Panel in Open Space with less than 54 circuits. Includes Panel, Panel Cover, New Breakers, Labeling, and Disposal of Old Panel. Provide and install EV Charger, circuit and breaker in garage.
For this job I replaced an expansion tank that was leaking. I installed new tank and secured it to the structure per code requirement. I tested and did not have any more leaks. I left quotes on replacing pressure regulator and adding a smart water monitoring device.
Install a new hose been to a new location due to not have a clear access to old hose bid. Once installed I test for leaks no other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Customer had water backing up through the washing machine box due to lint buildup, so I ran my cable down the line to break up the lint and after testing, I was able to get the water flowing with no backup present
Today we came out for 2 system Home Care. For both furnaces we inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coils heat exchangers, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. For the main level furnace: the blower wheel and evaporator coils have dust and debris built up on them. There is biological growth underneath evaporator on drain pan. Both supply and return plenums are duct board. For both outdoor units we inspected all electrical components, coils, and refrigerant pressures. Both coils are getting dirt and debris built up on them. After going over all findings and options, Mason has agreed to move forward with option B. All work has been completed and tested. Both systems are operational at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet y’all today and we hope you have a great summer!
A thorough evaluation revealed that the drain pan water safety had been completely knocked loose. This triggered the safety, causing the AC unit to remain off. Secured safety back into drain pan and then system immediately came on and began cooling. Homeowner mentioned that they just had the roof replaced. This could have been the reason why this happened. Advised homeowner that the system is 22 years old, and has several potential issues already appearing. The refrigerant that the system uses is also no longer obtainable. Also explained that the main floor system, a 2015 Lennox, may soon have issues as well due to Their history with defective equipment. The decision was made to discuss further options with a project manager. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
We built scaffolding to remove the foyer chandelier. The chandelier we were going to hang back up was not fully put together. There were either pieces missing or they were broken from the owner previous that did not allow us to install the chandelier. We had to remove the scaffolding for this project and are leaving an estimate to return with another trip with scaffolding.
