The average cost to repair or fix an air conditioning unit near Roswell is around $350. On the low side the cost can be $50 for repairing a thermostat or $1,500 or more for more costly repairs. The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Vincent was very professional. I appreciated how he carefully protected my floor by wearing shoe rubber shields. He thoughtfully investigated my ceiling and arrived at a decision. He then showed me the pictures of a dry attic and explained his decision.

The technicians did a safety inspection on the entire plumbing system and found that the water heater is 11 years old and it’s out of warranty after explaining this to the customer he approved the estimate for us to replace his 50 gallon water heater with a four year extension on his warranty. We began by draining down the water heater and we’re moving the old system and installing a new pan with the new 50 gallon water heater with the four-year extension on his warranty a new ball valve a leak alarm and a new expansion tank after everything was installed. The technicians made sure to test the system afterwards And everything is working as designed. We did offer a filtration system to the customer but at this time they want to try to get the filtration system on their own and they’ll call us back out to install the system.

Arrived on site and customer stated that Parris had previously quoted this job to cut and remove ceiling tile in the kitchen ceiling, because there appeared to be a leak coming from the bathroom above. I went ahead and cut open the identified area and begin running water from all the fixtures in the bathroom, and flushed the toilet for several minutes. I found no leaks or any water stains in the area that was exposed, even while cutting the kitchen ceiling out, when I turned the drywall board over , there were no water stains or soft spots. I continued to run water, and still found no water leaks. I did however notice about a few feet over where the stubbed out waterline were feeding the vanity. There was an old water spot. When I went in the bathroom to look at the vanity I found that the stubbed out CPVC water lines had a pretty significant amount of room for water to seep through. There was also bubbling inside the cabinets around the waterlines, but appeared to be aged. I just

Performed diagnostic on 2018 carrier furnace and AC system. Upon arrival found unit circulating air condenser had a fan running, but compressor was not running. Found capacitor to be completely failed on herm side as well as Contactor in bad condition as well. Installed cap to test system. System shows a lack of air flow. With age customer would rather wait to correct these issues. Condenser coil is dirty, blower capacitor is out of spec. There is absolutely no flood prevention on this system. With customer approval replaced Contactor and capacitor. System is cooling after repair.
