The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

After calling the manufacturer tech was advised that the pressure that was installed by previous have company or builder installed the wrong pressure switch with lower pressure requirements to activate to cover the fact that they damaged the expensive inducer motor. Today we performed a home care inspection and this is what we found. We found that the thermal expansion tank and the pressure regulator had failed. We found that the water closet upstairs in the jack and Jill bathroom was rocking, and we also found that the flush valve assembly on the master bedroom and the powder bathroom were broken. We also found the P-trap underneath the kitchen sink had a small leak on it and was not properly installed. After providing options and upon approval, we rebuilt a total of three toilets. We are returning to do the other two toilets on Wednesday. We also replaced the pressure regulator and installed a new whole home shut off valve. We also installed a new thermal expansion tank, securely mounting it to the structure of the home. In the master bathroom, the shower was not getting all the way hot upon investigation. We discovered that the scald guard was not adjusted in order to allow the handle to go all the way to the hot side. Tested everything for l

Call out to address a gas leak to the fireplace. Upon arrival found that you gas had already been shut off to the home and the homeowner was requesting to either cap the line going to the fireplace or to install a shut off to isolate just the fireplace. Give the homeowner solutions for this repair and homeowner agreed and work was started. Cut out a section of old gas line serving the fireplace and install a new quarter turn gas shut off with a union and its place. Once work was complete re-introduced gas to the system and tested for leaks. No leaks. Gave the homeowner options to either repair the water heater or to replace. Homeowner chose to replace the water heater and work was started. Shut off water to the home and drain the system. Once water was drained cut out old water heater and replace with new six-year water heater with a four year anode ex

After draining the water heater I replaced upper and lower heating element and upper and lower thermostat control. The tank was filled and power applied. I let the heater cycle through heating the water. I tested the amp draw on each element with the upper drawing 18.6 amps and the lower drawing 18.7 amps. Both of these readings are within normal operating parameters. After the heating cycle finished I opened the kitchen faucet with the client to confirm there was hot water flowing.

Martin was very personable and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of what he was doing in each step of diagnosis and repair .
Both service technicians worked quickly to identify the cause if the leaky faucet. They quickly replaced the pressure regulator valve in hopes that was the cause of the leak. When the leak remained unresolved, Steve identified the parts needed to repair the faucet. Unfortunately, that didn’t work (no fault of his workmanship), and he presented options for us. Both technicians were polite and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
Easy to schedule, quick response, timely, and detail oriented! Will call again!
We recently got two plumbing jobs done from Stephen Matthews. Both were large jobs… heater replacement and a new gas line to the kitchen. He took his time to do a thorough job, no rush, no cutting corners and has the perfect demeanor. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are after completion of both. He also went over and above what he had committed to do. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work!

Ricardo came out today from TE Certified Heating, when we woke up to our furnace not blowing any warm air. Our appointment was originally for mid-afternoon, but Ricardo was able to arrive earlier than that. He came late-morning, quickly identified the problem, and our furnace was back to operating normally and warming our house within an hour. Just like all the other TE Certified technicians we’ve used over the years, he was courteous and professional. We appreciate his help today!
When we realized we had no hot water our first call was to TE Certified. Blake arrived that Saturday afternoon and after diagnosing the problem he told us we needed a new hot water heater. We were leaving the next day for a short vacation and he set up an appointment for us the morning we were back to replace the unit. Blake was there as promised and got us up and running in a few hours. He did a super job, was excellent at communicating how the new unit functioned, and was a pleasure to work with. He is a great member of the team at TE Certified.
He’s very polite and explained really well what’s going on and fixed the issue.
