The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Perform one system no cool. Bypass damper is not communicating with Honeywell zone board. Observed both zones open, bypass did not close. Supply air is reaching the cutoff point set in the zone boards configuration. This cut off point is set to 40°. What is happening is the unit will run for about 10 minutes reached that 40° mark a lot faster then expected than the zone board will cut out. Explain to service manager what I was dealing with. He explained to me that we will cover replacing the zone board with the correct one under warranty. Technician will need 10 inch Honeywell bypass damper assembly. Outdoor capacitor had a low rating on the fan side out of manufacture spec. Replace the capacitor at today’s visit. observed evaporator coil was very rusted. Did not find any leaks today. Homeowner says replacement has been brought up, but she is not interested in replacing the current system. System does not have adequate flood protection. Unit is located in the garage. Tested TXV sensi
Jason, the technician, was on time, pleasant demeanor, was kind in letting me ask questions without making me feeling like I was bothering him, and he seemed very efficient. I felt no pressure that often comes with repair and fix issues. Thank you Jason.
Performed two system home care. Perform condenser coil cleaning on the main floor unit. Replaced media filters for both systems. Air handler had a breaker size that was 10 A over maximum over current protection. Informed homeowner of what could possibly happen. Homeowner agreed to replace the breaker with the correct size. Replace 60 amp breaker with 50 amp breaker. Both units are cooling at my departure. Did not observe any low electrical readings. Both units are lacking adequate flood protection.
The homeowner stated that the Nest Thermostat isn’t working properly. Upon troubleshooting, the technician confirmed that the thermostat is receiving power and confirmed thermostat failure. Technician tested all flood devices wired in series with the thermostat. Technician confirmed a clear path for condensation water to drain outside. The system is a three ton 2009 Carrier system which consists of a furnace, a outdoor condenser unit, an evaporator coil, and flood protection devices. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system based on age and wear/tear.

Work Performed: Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They would like to have the master bathroom toilet replaced. They have a toilet on site and a bidet seat to go with it. I shut off, drained and removed the old toilet. Cleaned the flange, installed a new wax ring, closet bolts and supply line. Assembled and installed the toilet and bidet seat. Filled, tested and inspected for any leaks or errors. Shut off water supply, remove all liquid from tank and bowl, pull fixture, verify if flange set is usable-if not, then flange replacement is necessary, remove old wax ring, install new wax ring with new bolts, build new toilet - which includes: setting toilet base, connecting tank to bowl with gasket and bolts, level toilet, add new braided stainless steel supply line, finish with hygienic seal around base, test and adjust if needed, clean up work area and take away old toilet.
Installed recirculation pump on water heater in crawlspace, repiped drain in crawlspace where hvac and ice maker tie in to install a backflow prevention device, installed new sink, faucet and drain for powder room bathroom
For this job I replaced the tub spout in the upstairs guest bath. I also removed trashed from the cartridge in the same shower valve. Recommend replacing cartridge and seats and springs. Pulling cartridge was done as a courtesy and does not have warranty

Return to install 50 gallon electric water. Heater in upstairs utility room. Started by draining the house and water heater down. Once this was done, we removed the water. Heater and put a new one and with a local disconnect and an elevated pan. Install new shut off valve as well. And thermal expansion tank that is bracketed to the side of the water.Heater. After that, we turned the water back onto the house and slowly primed all of the air out of the lines. And water heater checking to make sure that no fixtures are clogged. Turned the power onto the water heater and allowed for it to heat up one full tank of hot water while waiting for it to heat up. We adjusted the height of the temperature and pressure line on the outside of the home as in its original state. It was way too high. Thank you for choosing and trusting te with your plumbing needs
Homecare inspection 2 systems. Checked electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, checked heat exchangers, checked delta t, checked ductwork, replaced filters, flushed drains, tested condensate pump, checked coils, tested cooling operation at thermostat. Found pvc pipe for upstairs ac system leaking in wall and pitched upward outside. Customer cut sheet rock and we made repair on drain lines to ensure proper drainage per customer request, spray foamed opening after repair as well. No flood protection, failing contactor, and dirty ac coil for upstairs system. main floor system is very low on refrigerant and is not properly cooling, customer would like quote on replacement ac system for main floor due to age and issues.
Eliminate shark bit fitting at water heater
Upstairs system near empty on refrigerant. Due to the age and immediate issues, the decision was made to just upgrade to something more efficient. Project manager scheduled to discuss options today. Also signed up for three system home care, with the full scope to be scheduled at a later date. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Manually move blades, clear blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in garbage disposal causing slow draining after accidentally throwing down small pebbles in system. We removed remaining pebbles from garbage diposal and manually moved blades. Also took apart drain connection from garbage disposal to drain to make sure visible pebbles were present. Clearing successful.
Arrived on site to complete a 2 system inspection. It was our first time out and both systems were fully operational on arrival. Client explained that she hasn’t had Maintenace in a while and had filters ready for me to replace. We inspected the systems fully to determine condition, performance and operational standard. We tested everything and signed them up for a Homecare plan and cleaned the condenser coil and blower wheel.
Technician was helpful, informative & friendly.
Re-plumb current water heater that is currently in place and run new relief drain line to the exterior of the home and modify the cold line to the back of the cabinet so office supplies do not impede the space around the pipe. All these were done as listed from the inspector had marked as of concerns. Tested relief line and waterlines that were modified for leaks and found no issues. Damage form was submitted due to accidental drilling through the crown molding and will be in contact to have someone repair the hole in the crown molding.
Today we came out for second level not cooling 2019 carrier 4 ton infinity with matching furnace. Found communication fault at thermostat, diagnosed fault found failed inverter board. Called carrier for availability and warranty status, equipment was not registered so system only had 5 year warranty. Gas piping going into furnace is not up to code sediment trap was installed wrong and condenser coil is impacted with dirt and degree. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. In the basement main level and basement systems flue piping is not up to current code single wall piping must be double wall piping. Left band aid repair option and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating due to price of inverter board.
Install two furnaces. Run separate drain for attic system. Bring the flue on the downstairs system, up to code.
We installed a new customer supplied tesla charger and ran a new 60a circuit for the charger. We put the charger on a new 2p 60a breaker. We also ran 5 new Internet drop to various locations around the house. We also tested and labeled all drops. We also added a TV receptacle in the master bedroom.
Repaired issue with loss of power to circuit and installed smoke/ carbon detectors
Today I came out and completed a full spring maintenance on two HVAC systems. Customer had a coupon. Both systems are over 10 years old and have issues. Both systems needs a blower cleaning and condenser cleaning. The outdoor contactor on the 2004 train condenser is bad and faulty. Also that system is low on refrigerant and is R-22 and that refrigerant is phased out. I flushed both drain lines and checked filters. They did not need to be changed. Both systems heat exchangers are showing their age and are very rusted and have potential leaks/cracks. I talked to customer about all the issues and he wants to get a free quote on the upstairs system. Since we are out, I would like for the install supervisor to give him a quote on the main floor system to due to his age also.
Arrived on site for 1 system Homecare. 2021 carrier infinity system. We tested the system operations in heating and cooling and did a blower wheel cleaning. I ensured the system was clean, safe and without faults or failures. Clients have issues with pollen and indoor air quality and we spoke about the Apco x and the Iwave to assist with their symptoms. They also want the outdoor unit cleaned but are going out of down and want to wait until the pollen becomes less of an issue. She would like us scheduled Tuesday 28th for the first appointment of the day.
Remove and replace smoke detectors throughout home
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Called out today on a second option for gas furnace. I did locate small crack forming at the beginning of heat exchanger. Also found eyelet starting to rust. This in my professional opinion is the start of a more serious issue in the future. Scheduled installed supervisor to go over equipment replacement options for March 31st 8-10. System is located in the basement and services main floor. 3 ton system has only 900 cfms of duct work, duct board plenums and blower wheel is covered in dirt and debris, the underside of the indoor coil is cleared of debris. The system does not have water protection or a pan in case of pump failure.
Home inspection on two systems. Replaced min level system (customer provided). Drain lines are clear. Both systems are well maintained and working properly at this visit. Upstairs drain line is connected to a vent stack, in the attic, and it’s clogging one toilet in the house, in the summer time. Old drain line is completely clogged and that’s the reason the drain line was rerouted to vent stack, by other company. It shouldn’t affect any toilet or plumbing in the house. Customer will schedule a plumbing to take a look and other plumbing issues she is having in the house. Recommend to install blue tube uv light, to give better air quality to the house and to prevent equipment from building up biological growth. **59,00 special
Troubleshot outlets in the basement not working. They have a water pump bellow their sink that has a ground fault in it. Whenever it is plugged into any Gfci outlet or circuit it trips immediately. When the device is unplugged it all the other cords plugged in work perfectly fine. He never uses the unit and was advised to either not plug it in or to have a plumber come out to replace the device.
As has always been the case when TE has done work for us, Cory was totally professional, answered all our questions, fixed our broken water main. Always a pleasure to work with this company!

Great job by Rusty and Cruz! They were very thorough, and explained everything.
Took great care of us
Jon came to the house because replacing my thermostat batteries did not go well. We finally concluded that there was something wrong with the thermostat (could not clear why it was "holding"). Next day he was able to install new thermostats. These were Honeywell and were only three years old so very disappointed in the lifetime of these units! Trying Ecobee!
Very personable, friendly, competent and thorough. We appreciated his review and suggestions.
Great service
