The average cost to repair or fix an air conditioning unit near Roswell is around $350. On the low side the cost can be $50 for repairing a thermostat or $1,500 or more for more costly repairs. Consider signing up for a HVAC Service Plan so you can avoid more expensive repairs in the future and keep your home comfortable all spring and summer long.
The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews

I came out today to install (3) customer supplied fixtures on existing boxes in the following locations: (2) Foyer Hallway (1) Laundry room I replaced the fixtures in the hallway and opened the next box to find that the glass diffuser was shattered. I brought the customer over and showed her that the glass has been damaged and gave her the option to install the fixture in the laundry room and call the fixture company to have a piece of glass ordered, but she requested to have it be replaced at another time due to another fixture replacement in the office room to the right of the foyer. I installed customer supplied lamps and tested the fixtures to ensure the are working.

Install new smoke and carbon detectors throughout home and redo taps in all boxes

Perform a 2 systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Systems are working properly at this time, however notice biological growth is spreading around duct work in the upstairs system. highly recommend to add a germicidal device to the unit to stop the spreading and purify the air. Costumer decided to move forward with repairs and enhancements. Work was done and tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified,

Rewired doorbell box and transformer.

For this job, the customer smelled gas coming from the kitchen area. They called the gas company out, gas company marked leak under the stove in the kitchen on the flex connector. To fix leak we replaced the flex line with a shorter line to give more room under cabinet, and we also replaced the shut off valve going to stove. Once complete we tested our work with leak detection, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

No heat whole home. Found system to be tripping high limit switch resetting and starting back up. Found system to have cracked heat exchanger, dirty blower with borderline capacitor on blower and play in blower shaft. System lacked flood protection and has single wall flu pipe.. Ac was dirty with higher then expected amp draw on compressor and high inrush amp draw. Contactor starting to Pitt as well. Suspect system to be low on r22 based on pressures and current outdoor conditions, however no leaks found at this time. Informed customer of crack in heat exchanger. Advised not to operate heat due to safety concerns left thermostat in off position.

Tech arrived to do one time maintenance inspection on 3 systems in home. Systems are roughly 6 years old and reports nonissues outside of dust in home. Inspected systems. Found incorrect filter sized on main and upstairs. Previously was using 20x25x2 filter with a makeshift filter holder that wasn’t sealing blower entrance. Changed out to 20x25x4 for both units. Replaced 16x20x1 filter for downstairs. Downstairs thermostat was in cooling mode and dropped to 50 degrees, system was partially freezing. Added clean out to basement drain line. Flushed all 3 lines and verified draining/condensate pumps were working. All 3 systems lack adequate water protection. Cleaned flame sensors, inducer ports and furnace cabinets. Verified heating operations. Verified heat strips are operational. Checked outdoor units. All units in fair condition and full operational. No mechanical issues at this time. Brought recommendations to customer. Customer declined all options other than filters for today. Mad

Customer had a leak in the ceiling below the master bath shower. Upon further inspection,I found that the shower pan is leaking under the tile. Recommended that the customers call a tile company to further inspect/replace the shower pan liner.

Shut off water supply, remove all liquid from tank and bowl, pull fixture, verify if flange set is usable-if not, then flange replacement is necessary, remove old wax ring, install new wax ring with new bolts, build new toilet - which includes: setting toilet base, connecting tank to bowl with gasket and bolts, level toilet, add new braided stainless steel supply line, finish with hygienic seal around base, test and adjust if needed, clean up work area and take away old toilet

For this job customer had a water leak which ran down into the main panel. Customer was able to catch it as soon as it started minimizing the damage. Left estimates to replace all the breakers as well as install a new main panel. I pulled every breaker out and dries it out to the best of my abilities. Everything was working as it should when I left. No warranty on tripping breakers in the future.

Upon arrival and approval, we installed a new pressure regulator setting it to 65 psi installed an expansion tank setting it to 75 psi. We replaced the hose bib on the left side of the house. On this new hose bib, we installed a vacuum breaker. We also installed a Halo H2O Ultimate 100 On this filtration system reinstalled a bypass for the filtration system itself and another bypass for the secondary filter. In the invoice, there is a directional video on what to do with the secondary filter after one year of use. Tested everything for leaks and proper function, as well as did a chlorine and pH pool test to confirm the filter is operating properly.

For the system we installed a dehumidifier in the basement.

Excellent
TE Certified cancelled a previous appt with Marco due to another project. Marco arrived at the next appointment at the very end of the day. As a consequence I was unable to pay by phone. Marco gave me a link to make the payment but that link required me to enter my credit card info despite the fact that it is on file with the company (not good and annoying). I was told by Marco that the quoted amount for the repair had to be paid in advance despite the fact that I have a contract with TE Certified (not good). Marco did an excellent job on the repair.
Wayne did a great job installing a new outlet above my fireplace. A real pro at this!
As always, the service was exceptional. Roemello arrived within the given time frame, carefully analyzed my issue and clearly explained the solution to me. He was patient and courteous with me with all of my questions.
