Leak in yard. Homeowner dug up the area and technician was able to find and fix break. Leak coming from failed shark bite fitting.

Found water heater to be extremely aged and gas control valve to have failed. Homeowner hasn’t flush water heater in the past several years. Recommended replacing water heater. Replaced water heater with new 50 gallon 10 year Rheem water heater. Install new thermal expansion tank and drip pan. Installed all code compliant fittings. Checked and tested for leaks.

TV outlet was not working properly, upon inspection I found that the exposed junction box in the attic was being feed by a switch leg so the TV outlet and closet outlets only worked when closet light switch was on. I installed a new splice box and cleaned up existing splice box. New splice box is being feed constant power from attic outlet.

Homeowner has a badger 1 garbage disposal that is 13 years old, the disposal seems to work fine. Homeowner also has a p trap connected to the disposal that is leaking. I replaced the badger 1 with a new Badger 5 1/2 hp garbage disposal and a new p trap and extension that fits properly. Upon removing the old garbage disposal, I found that it was not grounded, I informed the homeowner of this. The old p trap was cut too short. I filled the sink basin 3 times and drained it to ensure proper draining and no leakage. I replaced the old wire nuts with new wire nuts. New disposal is properly grounded.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replace both GFCI outlets.

1. Installed new outlet for mini fridge in basement hallway. Update breaker to a safety breaker. 2. Replaced outlet that burnt up charger in upstairs bedroom.

Replaced seal on flush valve canister.

Today David has called us out here because he wants some changes done to the kitchen sink by removing the basket strainers for the disposal and for the right side of the sink with fresh color finish and re-caulking sink as well. Performed the work to replace the basket, trainers re-caulking, the kitchen sink and partial countertop screwed the dishwasher back to no longer moving as a courtesy. Tested work and performed a walk-through with David. He is happy with the work and he has no other issues at the moment.

Zone board and having intermittent issues where it doesn’t pass power to the outside unit. Blower wheel needs to be cleaned. Drain line should be cleaned. Equipment lacks adequate flood protection

Upon arrival I was pointed to the back of the house where there was a hose bib that was leaking. After providing options for replacement of the hose bib and upon approval replaced the hose bib. We installed a new vacuum breaker as well. Checked everything for leaks and proper function

Replace the 2 bad outlets in the sunroom. One is broken and the other has a bad neutral connection which is starting to burn up.

I was called out toa’s house Mark’s house to clean the blower wheel, install a new bypass damper, and add a return run.

Customer called us out for a whole home main line blockage. The clean out in the back had standing water. There is a known belly and there will not be a warranty for this work. I recommended clearing it with a cable machine and the customer agreed. I ran the machine through the clean out successfully clearing the blockage and tested for 15 minutes. Customer has had previous estimates from us and wants to schedule a sewer supervisor to come out next year.

I replaced 5 failing second gen CH safety breakers. I also installed a whole home surge protector in the main panel with a flush kit.

Replaced two breakers

For this job the customer had a leak in the yard on their pvc main water line. Customer decided to replace the water line with a new one. Trench team dug from the meter to the penetration of the house. A new 1” hdpe water service was installed and backfilled. A courtesy valve and box was placed in front of the water meter and a separate box with a new ball valve for the irrigation. The penetration was sealed with hydro cement and roof tar. Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 3 systems. Replaced the air filters, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. Performed all options provided except for the ionizers. Tested all systems after job completion. All systems are working properly at this time.

Installed new Halo Reverse Osmosis filtration system at the kitchen sink. Removed the s trap at the kitchen sink and ran new drain with mechanical vent. Pressurized, filled the sink and drained to test.1
