The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

Job Locations and Reviews
Customer called us out for a whole home main line blockage. The clean out in the back had standing water. There is a known belly and there will not be a warranty for this work. I recommended clearing it with a cable machine and the customer agreed. I ran the machine through the clean out successfully clearing the blockage and tested for 15 minutes. Customer has had previous estimates from us and wants to schedule a sewer supervisor to come out next year.
I replaced 5 failing second gen CH safety breakers. I also installed a whole home surge protector in the main panel with a flush kit.
Replaced two breakers
For this job the customer had a leak in the yard on their pvc main water line. Customer decided to replace the water line with a new one. Trench team dug from the meter to the penetration of the house. A new 1” hdpe water service was installed and backfilled. A courtesy valve and box was placed in front of the water meter and a separate box with a new ball valve for the irrigation. The penetration was sealed with hydro cement and roof tar. Work was performed and thoroughly tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Today I replaced the ac breakers because there was no power at the disconnect. The old breaker was in the on position but tripped. After replacing the breaker, it tripped as I tried to start the ac system. I tested the wire from the panel to the disconnect for continuity between hot and equipment ground conductors and found no issues with the wire. I tested the wire from the disconnect to the ac for continuity as well and found no issues. I disconnected the ac unit from the circuit. I then tested voltage at the breaker and was reading 247. I tested voltage at the line side of the disconnect and was also reading 247. I tested voltage at the ac unit and was reading 247. The breaker is putting off proper voltage and the wire is carrying proper voltage to the unit. As soon as the ac is connected in cooling mode, the breaker trips. I tested continuity between the hot terminals inside the ac unit and the ground bonding lug and read continuity between the lugs and ground. This typically indic

We installed a new supply line a new quarter turn water stop valve and a new flush valve. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

For this job I did a repair on a hosebib that kept dripping even when turned off. I was able to remove handle and replace washer on the stem to allow for a full seal. Washer on hosebib is caused by normal wear and tear from the age of the device.
Called out to address an issue with a power vent water heater that would not light after gas company had shut off gas at home to repair a gas leak then re-introduce gas to the system. Upon arrival found that there were two power vent heaters in series. The first one in series was working fine, but the second one was not kicking on to heat the water. Spoke with Bradford white tech-support and they walked me through doing a full inspection of the gas control valve and blower motor. Found that everything on the electrical component side was working properly, tech-support stated that potentially due to the gas company, shutting off the gas, there could’ve been a small air pocket in the gas line. Tech-support walk me to the process of bleeding the gas system to make sure there was no more air in the system. After putting the system back together and initializing everything the heater was working properly. Manufacture is still going to send a replacement gas control valve in case of any furt
