The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

Replace toilet in guest bathroom upstairs in children’s room where it had a crack on the bowl to tank (see in pictures) that was leaking water for some time and had caused water damage to the living room ceiling. New toilet is now working properly and not leaking water. Recommend having a remediation company come take a look at the water damage in the ceiling to prevent mold growth.
Performed a Homecare hvac inspection on two systems. Technician checked heating and cooling operations, changed 16x20x1 filter for the basement system, tested flood prevention devices, tested furnace safety components, and observed system performances. Technician noted that the capacitor (5mfd) for the blower motor and the capacitor (35/5) for the outside unit are reading below industry standards recommended by the manufacturer for the basement system. The thermostat for the basement system has failed. The thermostat is sending a signal for the auxiliary heating elements to operate during cooling mode along with other issues. The systems can benefit to have additional flood protection by installing a wet switch for the main floor system and a drain/wet switch for the basement system. Technician replaced the thermostat for the basement system and tested operations.
Customer got a new fridge and they would not hook it up due to no accessible shut off for ice maker, installed ice maker and ran line over to three-quarter line going to kitchen sink. There is no warranty for the gray poly connection. I let homeowner know this.
Home inspection on two systems. Filters are clean, drain lines cleared. Both systems are 19 years old and has some issues. Both heat exchangers are cracked, both systems are low on Freon (r22)), biological growth in the evaporator coil (affects the air quality in the house), main level dual capacitor is weak (reading 37 on a 40 microfarad), both outside condensers are dirty. Upstairs system has a burnt wire , from contactor to the capacitor and can stop ac to work anytime, and short the system. Main level system, located in the basement has flex gas line going into the furnace and flue pipe is single wall, rusted and taped in some parts . Due to the age and conditions of the systems, the best option would be to upgrade the systems, with 10 years warranty, and WiFi thermostat. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). Systems are working in heating and cooling mode, but with issues and not efficient. Humidity level in the house will be higher, specially on hotter days, and
Satisfied and would recommend

Service Summary – Heating & Cooling System Inspection Date: 4/24/2026 Technician: Tyson We completed a full inspection of the home’s heating and cooling systems, including multiple units serving different areas of the home. Systems were evaluated for safety, performance, cleanliness, and overall condition. Photo documentation was taken during the visit to support the findings below. ⸻ System #1 – Basement Heating: Lennox Furnace (Approx. 1998) Cooling: Trane AC (Approx. 2008) Findings This system is nearing the end of its expected lifespan. We found significant buildup and maintenance-related concerns that are impacting performance and reliability: Blower wheel is heavily dirty, restricting airflow Microbial growth present in the evaporator coil drain pan Missing gas sediment trap (important safety component) System lacks recommended flood protection safeguards These conditions can reduce efficiency, strain components, and increase the risk of breakdown or water damage. ⸻ Sy

We replaced the hose bib on the left side of the home, and replaced the multi turn shutoff for the hose bib with a quarter turn shutoff valve. We replaced the fill valve, yellow flush gasket seal, and supply line on an upstairs toilet. We also installed a new quarter turn shutoff for this toilet.
Client is experiencing a leak coming from the old cast iron drains in the master bath. Leak coming from under the toilet. Left quotes for band aid repair as well as replacement of the cast iron.
Arrived checked main floor system. Found dirty filter. Also high voltage wiring at capacitor and contactor, loose. Reconnected wiring. Changed filter. Checked amperage and pressures. System now cooling. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Customer called us out for another blockage of the master and hall bathrooms. On arrival I ran the shower a toilet until it started to gurgle in the master. Customer also had a clogged disposal that was 20 years old. She did not want it replaced today. I recommended pulling the master toilet and running a cable down the drain to clear the blockage. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and the stop valve was leaking significantly. I successfully cleared the blockage, tested the line while I was cleaning and reset the toilet. I shut the water off while setting the toilet and when I went to turn it back on it did not work. My manager came out and we replace the stop in the master bathroom and the house shut off. I turned the water on with no signs of leaks I then tested the shower and the clog was back. I ran a flex shaft down the shower clearing the blockage. I tested for 30 minutes while cleaning. Sewer supervisor is scheduled for Monday 11-2.
