Upon arrival, I met with the owner. Both bathrooms on the main level recently started backing up and have been leaking from under both toilets onto the floor and through the ceiling. I found the main drain exposed in the basement where it drops into the slab with a cleanout however the entire stack was full. Just outside the foundation is an exterior cleanout that was dry. The basement bathroom is also unaffected. I first attempted snaking in reverse from outside with little affect. I pulled the master toilet upstairs, snaked from there and was able to clear the blockage in the slab. I reset the toilet with a new wax ring, bolts and supply, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. I also pulled the other main level toilet in the hallway but found the flange is broken on the right side and is very crooked. At their request, I temporarily reset the toilet with one bolt but they understand a supervisor will provide options for long term repairs. They will also perform a camera inspectio

I was called out to Jamie and Jennifer‘a house for a Homecare maintenance. Jamie and Jennifer have lived here for a long time so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the upstairs system is from 2013 making it past normal life expectancy, the heat exchanger has a visible crack with rust and corrosion as well, the flood protection needs updating, the plenums are duct board, the wheel, coil, and ac need cleaned, the ac is missing locking caps, the whip wire is losing its insulation, the condenser fan motor has leaked out its oil, and the filter can be upgraded to match the main floor, on the main system the plenums are duct board, the wheel needs cleaned, and the ac need cleaned. Due to the cost of potential repairs, reliability, and lack of warranty replacement is a viable option to update the upstairs system to today’s standards.

Outlets, lights, doorbell.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The kitchen sink recently started backing up in both basins. They attempted to snake with no resolution. I found the plumbing is hard piped in the cabinet with no visible p-trap. There is an access panel in the basement ceiling where I found an in-line 2” p-trap before it ties into 3” PVC. I advised I can attempt snaking but re-piping would be a long term solution. I was able to run a cable from the sink cabinet, through the p-trap and clear the blockage. I ran water to test and checked for leaks or errors. At this time, the line is open and flowing. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Hall bath toilet is leaking from the base into the hardwood floor on slab. Removed toilet and flange had failed. Removed angle flange and installed new flange and secured. Installed new wax ring and bolts and reset toilet. Turned water on and tested.

Discharge air sensor was kicking ac off and on, because dampers are getting stuck closed. Removed and replaced 3 dampers and ran new thermostat wire to dampers from zone board. Noticed supply plenum starting to rust. Checked operations.

Replace 2 faulty floodlights

Homeowner experience reoccurring issues with a 15 year-old tankless water heater. Following a thorough diagnostic assessment, the technician recommended a full replacement. The homeowner approved, and the team installed a new Navien 240A2 tankless water heater along with an ion six water conditioner. All necessary code compliant upgrades were completed, and the system was thoroughly checked and tested for leaks and functionality. Additionally, the technician replaced a broken hose bib at the homeowners request.

Combine 2 lighting circuits in main left panel to make room for new sauna circuit. Run new 20a circuit from panel to far side of unfinished basement approximately 40’ and install new box and outlet. We will be back next week for another project and install outlet.

Removed failed thermal expansion tank and installed a new tank. New tank was installed, properly secured, pumped to 5psi above house pressure and tested for leaks with no issues. Water heater was run through one heating cycle to confirm tank was working properly.

Original basement office outlets circuit fed from furnace and was removed. Install new wire for basement office outlets from main panel. Install breaker on circuit. Install new outlet

I replaced the prv and main shut off as well as 2 angle stops. I attempted to repair a bathroom faucet, I was unable to do so so I left an estimate for replacement. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks

Home inspection

Replaced leaking hose bib and 1/2” shutters off valve for that line, it’s located in the basement in the drop ceiling, also had a leaking moen posi temp cartridge on master bathroom shower. Everything tested and properly working! Thank you for choosing trusting TE with your plumbing needs!

For this job, I installed a closet light

Homeowners outside pool shower would leak and wanted to replace it. Also wanted to replace the laundry faucet and fix the basement tub spout. Shut water off to the shower and removed. Installed new shower valve and secured line. Tested and checked for leaks. Replaced the laundry room faucet with customer supplied delta faucet. Removed and reinstalled basement tub spout and properly sealed. Everything is working properly at this time.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The master shower is partially clogged and will fill up when used. Nothing else affected. I could see immediate buildup in the drain. Based on pictures from previous work, it also appears the shower drain is 1-1/2” PVC with two 90°s before the p-trap. I ran a cable through the line, was able to get past the p-trap and cleared the blockage. I ran the shower and simultaneously ran the lav and toilet to confirm all lines are open with no leaks or errors. I also offered Endure and provided a separate option for the future.

For this job we installed a new EV rated NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Previous installation did not tighten the wires down and melted the outlet. Also left estimates to install power for mini split of the meter base to the left hand side of the home.
