The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Surge protector/ smoke detectors.

Installed two outdoor outlets and dedicated fridge circuit.

Homeowner had leak in laundry room area with water dripping into garage area. Upon investigation determined that water pressure to the home was at 170 psi. Gave the customer options to correct water pressure and repair leak in laundry area with a code compliant washing machine box. New water lines were ran through the floor of laundry room and connected to new washing machine box rectifying the leak. A high pressure regulator was installed in tandem with a standard pressure regulator to step down the homes water pressure to a pressure within tolerance. The main shut off to the home was changed out to a quarter turn ball valve. A new quarter turn ball valve for the front hose bib was included complimentary. After work was complete water pressure was reading 60 psi and repairs were verified with customer.

Wayne did a great job installing a new outlet above my fireplace. A real pro at this!

Customer had a mainline blockage whenever they flushed the toilet so it started going back into the shower and leaking underneath the toilet, I pulled the toilet and ran my 400 down the line, my cable multiple times I was able to hit the blockage and clear it. I believe the blockage was in the yard my line ran about 50 feet before the water dropped down, this is the first mainline blockers customer suggested our camera inspection due to the blockage so close to outside, customer did not have a clean out. Blockage cleared after testing drain perfectly with no leaks.

We will replace the foyer chandelier. Along with the lighting on the stair case will be replaced with the two upstairs lights, dining room light and foyer light under the stairs. Add two dimmers to the job for upstairs lighting and stair lighting

Changed the PRV and main ball valve

I cleaned up the wiring in the main panel along with separating the neutrals and grounds on the neutral bar. I went through to each breaker to ensure that all connections were tight. I supplied and installed a new 15/20 tandem breaker to create the space needed to install a new Lifetime warranty home surge protector with a new 2p50 breaker. This circuit was labeled on the door. I supplied and installed a new Siemens 15 amp duel function breaker due to a non listed BR type being installed. After this work was completed I cleaned the dust and debris from the bottom of the panel. In the living room the customer requested to have the low voltage cut in box’s installed down low so I marked them out and cut out the hole needed to install the new box. I used my glow rods to run them up the wall and attached a new customer supplied speaker cable to pull it up into the attic and down to the right side bookshelf. I installed (2) low volt entry plates and while in the attic I installed a junct

Added tv outlet over fireplace

Today we came out for second level not cooling the system is a 2023 rheem 3.5 ton ac with a 2012 Rheem 70k furnace two stage natural gas. Evaluated complete system found impacted AprilAire 413 filter in attic and primary drain line tied into emergency drain line which is not up to code. Cycled equipment in cooling blower energized but compressor did not. Upon further evaluation of system found chipmunk has chewed through low voltage wires. Performed safety inspection on older furnace found severe metal fatigue and hot spots. Heat exchanger is compromised and could fail at anytime. Gave customer repair options and they approved. Installed new filter and ran new thermostat wire at outdoor unit. Scheduled install supervisor for this afternoon to give options on updating furnace and redoing drain line also attached flood note. Left all equipment operational.

Homeowner has two 7 year old 50 gallon electric water heaters. The expansion tank on one of the heaters was leaking. Due to age I recommended at minimum replacement of both. Gave options and homeowner decided to replace the t&p valves on both heaters as recommended every 3 to 5 years. New expansion tanks were mounted on brackets that we attached to the wall. Installed new copper piping to the expansion tanks. Pressurized system and verified everything was functioning properly.

Performed schedule repairs, replace special filters, add wet switches to man and upstairs unit, add a new dual run capacitor fair the upstairs unit , and chemically cleaned main and upstairs units.

For this job we installed a new frost proof hosebib in the front of the home, when testing the pressure we noticed it was above maximum allowance, customer agreed to replace the pressure regulator, we set pressure to a comfortable 70 psi. We tightened a faucet in master bath as a courtesy and also tightened the nuts on the kitchen waste line. Tested and left work area clean.
As always, the service was exceptional. Roemello arrived within the given time frame, carefully analyzed my issue and clearly explained the solution to me. He was patient and courteous with me with all of my questions.

For this job, we run lead detection services for homeowner and discovered leak approximately 16 inches off the right side of the driveway in a 36 inch diameter. We flagged the area and gathered all necessary pictures as well as a video of the meter once we isolated the water main service between the meter and the shut off Valve in the basement
Bruno was excellent! Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and polite. He explained things clearly, showed me pictures of what was completed, vacuumed after his work. He was very easy to have working in our home. I would definitely request him the next time we need plumbing service. Excellent job!

Homeowner had a leak on the main service line in the foundation wall, which was slowly leaking into the basement. I dug up the exterior to expose the service line and to make the repair. I reconnected to the existing plumbing inside and tested for leaks. I sealed the inside and outside of the penetration with hydraulic cement and tar.

Performed 3 systems one time inspections and one diagnostic for basement level unit.Inspected systems, check filters, heck and tested electrical components, cleared and treated drain lines, inspected outdoor units, checked pressures and inspected ductwork. Found main and upstairs filte completely compacted and needing to be changed. Filters are specialized filters would need to order, found failed dual run capacitor for upstairs unit, , dirty condenser for upstairs unit as well which cause capacitor failure. Main and basement unit condensation pumps are dumping into single drain hub above shelves held by tape. Recommend rerouting drains to outside. Diagnostic: Found basement unit not operating in heat mode with open high limit code. Inspected all limits and found failing wiring harness, blower motor drawing high amps and over heating, failed run capacitor for indoor unit, failing inducer motor drawing high amps and the seals found housing is eroding and causing calcium buildup. Bear

Customer called about a gurgling noise in the upstairs master bathroom. I found that when you flush the toilet you could hear it draining. I tested for clogs with the tub and sink, also flushing the toilet multiple times. After the test I found that the toilet could no longer be heard after flushing. The customer has not used this tub recently I concluded that the p trap dried out allowing the customer to hear into the drain. Customer called about a gurgling noise in the upstairs master bathroom. Great job

For this job, I worked on replacing a dimmer.

For this job, I worked on running a new outlet for a recirculating pump, performing panel maintenance and added a whole house surge protector

Kitchen trim-out: Installed faucet, garbage disposal, water filter, air switch, and rebuilt the sink drain.

3 System Inspection Cycled each system through heat and cool from the thermostat. Changed all filters, flushed drain lines, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, inspected heat exchangers, blower motors, and coils. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, used multimeter to check all motors, power enhancers, and high wear components. The upper level system is 18 years old and has multiple issues. The most concerning issue is the cracked heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has multiple cracks in it and is no longer safe to operate in heating operation. Due to the age, condition, and costly temporary repairs, I recommended updating this equipment. The compressor for the upstairs system is over amping and is at the end of its life expectancy. The main level and basement systems are both operating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great evening!
