The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Jake is amazing. I am so lucky to have found a plumber that is polished, detailed, honest, precise, caring, and just gets the job done timely and without complaint. He has managed to save me a fortune in potential future issues.
Arrived on time - great service!
For this job, I worked on installing seven smoke detectors. Four of which were from scratch.

Layer down B-armor and plastic. Made sure everything was covered. Cut out cast iron pipe (4”). And replaced with new 4” pvc pipe. Used coupling and waist adapter. Also used furnco. Tested multiple times for leaks. Cleaned up plastic and B-armor.
For this job we installed a full home water filtration system. We ran 2 new water lines to the closet where filter tank is installed. We tied into the main water line for that the entire home is running through the filter. We installed 2 service valves and a spigot to drain the unit. We installed a new pressure regulator, set psi to 65 psi. We also installed a customer supplied toilet. Toilet was installed in the basement. Flange was inspected and is in good condition. We performed a water heater flush. Drained entire system and performed 2 cycles for filtration. Tested all work and left work area clean.
This option is to replace the cieling fan, troubleshoot a switch the homeowner replaced herself, and change an outdoor outlet to a GFCI with a new bubble cover and silicone
For this job that came to look at a system that was leaking and the plumber mentioned that it’s very likely that it’s from the HVAC unit. Once I arrived, I proceeded to thoroughly inspect everything and noticed that the vent stack where the drain line is terminating to was clogged. After speaking to the plumber, he mentioned that he highly recommends that I reroute the drain because unfortunately, due to the gunk that the condensate drain line produces will constantly cause that vent to get clogged. After speaking to my manager, I explained that the best solution would be to run a new drain line terminating from the attic, running down the outside wall. I explained how this will be ran to the customer and the estimate was sent to him. While Here I looked at the main floor unit that was having issues starting up, and I explained that the capacitor can temporarily help it but ideally, he will need a quote for a new system due to the age, wear and tear and condition of that system. He agr
Replaced 2 shower cartridges and finished rough in from last week. I tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no issues
On today’s visit I ran a new wire and conduit from one exterior outlet to another and installed a dual function breaker on the circuit. While I was here I put in a missing smoke detector with a customer supplied one as a courtesy.
Customer had two broken flush valves in the men’s and women’s restroom. The technician replaced both flush valve and one fill valve. Water is on and everything tested okay.
We completed several repairs including: new whole house water pressure regulator set to 64psi, leak repair and repiping at and above water heater, 2 toilet flange repair pull and reset.
Our smoke detectors were old and needed replacing. Devin did a great job, explained everything and checked out everything.
For this Job I installed 2 Customer Provided Sconce Lights, 3 Dimmers, Added a Garage GFCI Outlet for alarm, Replaced a bad GFCI on main bathroom.
Replaced smoke/ carbon detectors, separated neutrals and installed whole home surge protection.

Cleared blockage in upstairs master bathroom jack and Jill sinks with tub gun
During the electrical inspection, several conditions were identified that should be addressed to improve the safety, reliability, and overall condition of the electrical system. A whole-home redevice is recommended to replace older or outdated devices and bring the home up to current safety standards where applicable. The pool panel does not currently have surge protection. Installation of appropriate surge protection at the pool panel is recommended to help protect the electrical equipment and connected components from voltage surges. Several GFCI receptacles were found to require replacement, and additional GFCI protection should be added in areas where it is required. This work is recommended to provide proper protection against electrical shock hazards and improve overall electrical safety. The existing meter housing is showing signs of age. Replacement of the aged meter housing is recommended as a preventative measure and to help ensure the service equipment remains in good cond
This price is for installing a new 50 amp circuit for your oven/cooktop. This includes installing a new breaker, pulling a wire from the panel to the kitchen and the stove area, and installing a stove outlet behind your stove. This is a six gauge wire so in the future, you need to raise the amperage all we need to do is upgrade the breaker. Thanks for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Client was noticing a gas smell outside the entryway near the covered carport area. I completed an electronic leak search on both sides of the entryway including the gas meter. I found the only indication of gas was coming from the two tankless water heater vents when they or running. When they are idle there is no smell or indication from the leak detector. When these units were installed this was the only location for the vents to be placed as I did look for other termination points around the outside. I have included video of the leak detector with the heaters on and one with the heaters off to show the difference
Install ceiling fans and bath fans

Upon arrival, I cut open the drywall and removed a section of the concrete slab to expose the water line. I located a construction nail that was driven through the main water line when Pulte built the house. The nail penetrated the water line and remained in place for eight years until the nail became heavily corroded from the water and started to leak. I cut out the damaged section of pipe and removed the nail from the wooden stud. Replaced the section of water line and turned on to test. No further leaks detected,
Today I Came Out To Address The Homeowners Concern Of The Downstairs Bathroom Outlet Not Getting Any Power. I Met With The Homeowner And He Showed Me The Area. I Performed A Troubleshoot And Determined The GFCI Breaker That Controls The Other Bathroom Outlets And The Garage And Outdoor Outlet Was Is The Tripped Position. The Breaker Was Tripped From A Loose Connection On The Upstairs Bathroom GFCI Or From When The Homeowner Tried To Use The Outlet To Charge The Car. I Informed Him Of How The Circuit Was Wired For Future Reference. After The Troubleshoot He Asked Me To Provide An Estimate To Install An Outlet For The Lighted Mirror In The Downstairs Bathroom. I Provided A Few Options To Accomplish The Goal And They Decided To Move Forward With An Outlet Below The Light Fixture And Protecting It With A Dual Function Breaker. I Laid My Plastic, Cut In My Box, Ran The Wire, And Terminated The Connections In The Light Box And Outlet Box. I Replaced The Breaker And Tested Everything For Func
Today I came out for a call where the condensate pump was continuously running and struggling to drain properly. After inspecting the system, I found that the two front rubber feet had fallen off, causing the pump to sit unevenly and lean forward. I reinstalled the feet and leveled the condensate pump. I tested the pump three times with the customer present and recorded a video verifying that it is now draining properly. Afterwards, I tested the system. The system is cooling and operating as designed with no issues at this time. Customer is happy.
For this job, the customer had recently had a home inspection for the new home they just bought, and on the inspection the inspector noted the washer box valve on the hot side was leaking. The customer opted to have the washer box replaced on this visit. We performed work, tested our work and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Came in today because costumer is having mold issues, when inspecting system found that there is extreme high humidity levels causing biological growth in system and showing heavy sings on wall inside the jackets closet. Costumer already had a mold remediation company to come in an assess the issues, they found no water issues and they pointed that could be the bathroom vent causing the problem however high humidity levels still a problem and will also p need to open up drywall with mold spot to check what else could be behind. Explain to costumer situation and highly recommended to add whole home dehumidifier to control humidity levels in home before proceeding with anything else. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
