Install fan box in guest room

Returned to job with longer trim screws and escutcheon sleeve for the hall bath shower. Installed shower trim using the longer screws and tested for leaks and proper operation. Caulked all 3 showers and verified no issues.

For this job the customer wanted a new smart toilet installed. A new flange was put in and the smart toilet was hooked up to power. I also moved the shut off valve in order to accommodate the new toilet. The toilet was tested extensively for leaks and proper function. I also disconnected a vanity they are having removed and capped both lines from underneath,

For the shower, I worked on a whole home re-device, ensuring all connections Inside box are not crimped with crimp sleeve and has a wire nut. This makes sure of all connections being secure and no space for these wires to arc

Expanded the existing 1-gang switch box in the upstairs bedroom to a 4-gang switch box to accommodate additional controls. Installed two new switch legs, including one dedicated to three new 4-inch wafer lights and one dedicated to a newly installed ceiling fan box and ceiling fan. In the adjoining bedroom, extended wiring from the existing light fixture to install two additional 4-inch wafer lights. All new wiring and devices were installed, connected, and tested for proper operation.

Completed a panel restoration and demoed old meter monitor to ac sub panel( lugs were melting in sub panel)

Replace keyless light fixture with pull chain. Upon arrival, Dale told me that the pool chain on the previous fixture was damaged and we would need to replace the fixture with a newer pool chain keyless light

I replaced the existing sewer ejector lid. The new lid had a gasket seal for the lid and seal’s for the 2” pvc and power cords. I also had to repipe the vent side of the piping to make it fit properly. Once completed I tested the pump several times with no issues.

We install two new ground rods outside by the existing meter, we land all grounds in separate ground bars leaving neutrals on its own. Re install existing surge protector.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue. Customer showed me downstairs to the basement bathroom. Customer stated the toilet is clogged and she has not been able to try plunging it. I ran other fixtures and confirmed the clog is isolated to the toilet. At the customer’s request I attempted plunging it and cleared the clog. Flushed toilet several times with and without toilet paper. Toilet is now flushing properly. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied. Customer will only be charged travel fee for today’s visit. Customer did not have any other concerns at this time.

Today we came out for upstairs thermostat not working 2011 Goodman 3.5 ton with 2004 trane 100k furnace. Found dead double AA batteries in thermostat client supplied new batteries and display was stored. Upon system inspection smelled strong gas smell in attic performed leak search found gas valve leaking by. Secured gas going into furnace and performed safety inspection on furnace inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found crack at 7 o clock tagged furnace unsafe to operate in heating mode due to potential carbon monoxide fumes. With furnace being 202 years old equipment needs to be updated. On ac unit condenser coil is impacted with dirt causing high head pressure.

Installed new customer provided Kohler faucet. Existing Grohe faucet was leaking from the spray hose. Stops valves were fully functional. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Replaced customer provided shower head in the master shower.

Found lennox unit on communication lock out. I checked all low voltage wire connections. I recycled power. Unit was running at the end of service call.

Inspection Customer called in about an odor admitting from his ductwork while the system is running. Performed a visual inspection and found what appears to be biological growth inside the supply Plenum of the main floor system. As well as there is a lot of of dirt, dust and debris inside the return Plenum. Plenum are duct board fibrous and original to the home. Therefore it’s highly probable they’re holding odors. Recommending some indoor air quality enhancements as well as new metal plenums.

We will replace the fan receiver for a new one. Note: Customer provided fan receiver did NOT work with the existing fan.

Came in today because there was water on drain pan. When inspecting system found that ductwork was sweating due to high humidity level, crawlspace is encapsulated but does not have a Dehumidifier to regular the humidity in the space causing humidity to leak in the main floor and also ductwork to sweat and create biological growth that is spreading. System also uses duct board which is absorbing the water and will fall apart if not solving issue soon. Let costumer know bout this issues and presented options. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor garbage Disposal failed and was leaking water into the basement drop ceiling And she is worried if the ductwork was compromised by water. After Complete troubleshooting I check the ductwork and insulation and I did not Find any moisture or damage on ductwork test cooling mode check system Test condensate pump check filter ok test outdoor unit check pressures are ok at manufacture specifications. After final inspection system is ok at this moment. Thanks for choosing t e certified.

Water service line was leaking at the penetration into the house. We removed the HDPE through the foundation wall and replaced it with 3/4” Type L soft copper. We reconnected to the existing water service line and distribution system. We sealed the inside and outside of the penetration with hydraulic cement and tar. Water pressure is at 68psi. Met with the owner and was shown to the master bathroom. Their master shower has been slow to drain. Service was on site repairing the water main so I could not initially test but I could clearly see hair and debris in the drain. With the owners approval, I ran my flex shaft down the drain, pulled back hair and grease. Once the water was back on, I was able to test and confirmed the line is open and flowing. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Today we returned to repipe the kitchen hot and cold water lines. The work included installing new supply stops for the kitchen faucet, ice maker, and new dishwasher, as well as a new shutoff valve located under the kitchen sink for the backyard hose bibb. We also replaced the dishwasher’s 1-1/2” PVC P-trap. The new dishwasher itself was not installed by us, as the company that delivered the unit will be completing the dishwasher installation. Upon completion of our work, we restored the water supply and thoroughly tested all new piping, valves, and connections for proper operation and leaks. All connections are secure and leak-free, and everything is working properly at this time.
