The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.

Homeowner is replacing refrigerator and needed a code compliant ice maker box installed. The washing machine drain was continuously backing up when draining. Due to the old cast iron drain the solution was to replace the drain line with pvc. Cut out and removed section of cast iron. Piped in new pvc and connected to either side of the cast iron. New washing machine box was installed. Everything was tested for proper operation and found no leaks. Additionally ran both hot and cold water in the new PVC for 5 minutes without issue.
Arrived on site completed quoted repairs to fix/replace damaged flue pipe. We gathered materials before heading to the job site. Once on site we carefully removed the old 4” flue and damaged Y fitting and built the new flue and installed the new Y. Installed can lights and outlets on enclosed patio. Also ran circuit for mini split
Returned to property to continue investigation of reported moisture in bathroom wall. Two exploratory openings were made to expose the 3” drain stack. Moisture was observed on the drywall approximately halfway up the wall, while the upper portion remained dry. No active water was observed on the piping at the time of inspection. All fixtures in the upstairs master bathroom (shower, toilet, and lavatory) were operated for approximately 15 minutes to test the system under load. No active leaks were observed from the drain or water lines during testing. An additional exploratory opening was made in the adjacent living room to inspect nearby plumbing, including PVC and copper lines. No leaks were found, and the surrounding drywall in that area was dry. Remediation company has evaluated the area and is scheduled to remove affected drywall, flooring, and vanity to allow for further inspection and access. At this time, no additional areas of the home show signs of moisture beyond the bathroom
Homeowner wanted to install a vanity in the bathroom and the drain line had failed. Cut open section of drywall to access the drain piping. Secured the 4 inch cast iron stack in the attic. Cut out 4 inch sanitary tee and installed new pvc 4 by 1-1/2 sanitary tee for the lav drain line. Secured with husky bands and ran new piping to the lav sink. Cut out floor board ps to install the vanity and screwed into place. Applied silicone to secure the sink. Ran new P trap to the drain and connected the faucet. Tested and the drain is working properly. Secured vanity and everything is working properly at this time.

Replacing broken outlet,troubleshoot
I came out to investigate an issue with your kitchen outlets not working. After diagnosing the problem, I found that you had a bad outlet that was backstabbed instead of having the 12 gauge wires wrapped around the screw. It was also an older outlet. You also had a GFCI outlet that was not firmly attached to the wall because the box had broken. I installed a new outlet to replace the broken one as well as a courtesy GFCI outlet for the broken box since the current one is very old. I repaired the box and was able to attach the outlet securely. As I mentioned to you, your panel is older and very full. It also has a few issues that we could repair. I would not want you to waste the money on if you were going to replace the panel. Those issues are that your neutrals are all double tapped which means you have multiple wires under one screw, which can cause a lot of heat. This is the kind of thing that was done correctly for it. It’s time, but we’ve since learned that that is not the best
For this Job I worked on replacing a chandelier while also replacing existing electrical box, with a new one.
Troubleshoot ceiling fan and bathfan
We replaced 2 ballast in one of the offices
For this job I did a full toilet rebuild on a toilet that kept running and never filling up. I removed all hardware from toilet tank and installed new fill valve, flush tower, bolts and gaskets, and new supply line. I also replaced the stop valve serving that toilet. I replaced a faucet in another bathroom, I removed and installed new customer supplied faucet. I tested and left work areas clean.
Professional,knowledgeable and courteous.
We came out to diagnose an issue with an outlet that was not working. The outlet was tied into your master bath outlet, which had damage inside due to old wires and an old outlet. We replaced the outlet in the master bath and the outlet in the garage and waived the troubleshooting fee. Because of the age of the outlets in the home, it is likely more outlets will begin to fail, and we highly recommend replacing all outlets. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
For this job, I worked on adding an outlet in the closet

Faucet Replacement
Adam and his team were amazing! By 8:30 in the morning there were four trucks from TE and the guys really went to work. I needed to have two furnaces replaced and they had almost everything completed by 11 AM. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen complication that had nothing to do with the team or their work. An outside vendor will be needed to fix the problem. However, if it weren’t for Adam and all the guys being so diligent about checking and re-checking, I’m not sure the problem would have been found. They really are fantastic. Extremely polite and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Alberto showed his skills in problem resolution, proceeded with the work, and then tested and retested it.
We have worked with Marco a few times now and every time it’s been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable in complex projects and we really felt we could rely on his judgement on the best solution for us.
