The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

I replaced 15 toilets with new pressure assist toilets, I also replaced a zurn sensor for a urinal and installed 2 Sloan retrofit sensors for uninals. I thoroughly tested everything and ensured there were no leaks. Everything is working properly.
Install whole home surge protectors inside
Customer called us out for a back up of the whole master bathroom. They had a remodel done and they are already aware of incorrect grade in their sewage pipes and no venting for the bathroom. They will be getting this looked at next year. I also found that the flange for the toilet was set too high, there is a sharkbite angle stop, and the flange is cracked. Too relieve their blockage today I recommended running a cable machine down the toilet flange. Customer agreed. I removed the toilet and ran the cable machine successfully clearing the blockage. I then reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts and china caps. I also propped the toilet up with wedges but did not caulk due to the frequency of the issue.
Thank you for coming out and checking our electrical system. As always, TE does an excellent job. In checking the work when it was done, we realized one of the outlet covers was not replaced, and we are having a problem getting it back on. Please let us know if you can help with this issue. Thank you.
We did a proper grounding for the pool equipment in the basement and also added the correct size breaker for subpanel and proper ground and neutral lugs. Left future estimates for repairs

Single system Homecare. Flushed and pumped drains. Cleaned flame sensor, did not change filter as it was clean. Left new with furnace, checked electrical components and safeties. Visually inspected equipment. Checked refrigerant levels adjusted gas pressures. Performed carbon monoxide inspection. Found system to have cracked heat exchanger, that is back ordered 124 days per manufacturer. Ac is 28 years old and leaking r22, has leaking capacitor, pitted contactor, high in rush amp draw and dirty ac. Evap coil rusting so badly its falling apart, inducer motor was noisy due to high gas pressures, adjusted gas pressures and motor quieted up. Drain line has minimal pitch to it and needs more slope along with system has no flood protection.. Informed customer of cracked heat exchanger, advised due to safety concerns not to operate the heat. Left thermostat in off position. Quoted repairs. Customer getting quote on replacing system tomorrow morning between 9-11am.
Ductwork is undersized 900 cfm needs to be 1200. Re engineer air flow to evenly cool and heat upstairs. Replace registers
No heat. Upon arrival found system working as it should, checked electrical components, checked blower wheels and cabin, checked venting, found pvc flue vent not glued and leaking water. Sealed pipe to prevent it from disconnecting from unit and stop water leak. No other issues present at time of service.

Picked up the relay from Apex Supply Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. After installing the relay, discovered that the outdoor fan motor had failed and the relay was misdiagnosed. Spoke with a service manager (Eric Miller) and got approval to replace the outdoor fan motor at no additional charge. Picked up the replacement parts from Apex Supply Marietta. Removed and disposed off the old outdoor fan motor and control module. Installed a brand new outdoor fan motor and module under a part warranty. Removed the covers from the coil and performed a coil cleaning. Put the unit back together and tested operation, ensuring that the fan motor functions. Reported results to the customer.
Today Jim and Liz has called us out here for their shower in the primary bathroom. It will consistently drip very slowly and is a nuisance that it keeps dripping from the showerhead. I checked the pressure and looks to be sitting at a stagnant 60 psi so high-pressure is not the factor of why the showerhead is dripping. Concluded that the cartridge inside of the shower valve has gone bad and we just need to be replaced. I took the cartridge and swapped with cartridge is now functioning correctly and not dripping anymore. Performed a walk-through with Jim and Liz of the work that was done and they are satisfied that the trip has stopped at the showerhead.
Rewired GFI to feed power for microwave outlet.
We installed the flu, redid the gas line, and Rand a new supply
For this job, I came out for a yearly maintenance water heater flush no
Replaced ceiling fan in living room.
Customer called us out for a dishwasher drain that wasn’t draining. I tested the dishwasher four times and it successfully drained each time. The dishwasher hose was not in a loop so I did loop it. Customer had sharkbite fittings on their hot water heater and mostly cast iron for sewage pipes. They did not want to get them checked at this time.
I was pointed to the hallway, bathroom shower, where the tub spout had failed. The customer had provided a new shower valve. After providing options and upon approval, we opened up the drywall behind the shower valve and replaced the shower valve. We also resealed the shower enclosure, removing the old sealant cleaning the area, then applying white and clear silicone to appropriate locations. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
Kitchen undercabinet light far left corner is not working as intended. We will give the customer an option to get the light replace replaced. Back left corner of the home floodlight is not working as intended. Customer notified me that she had someone try to replace the bulb and the light fixture still did not come on. Customer showed me four light fixtures in her closet, location that are incorrectly installed. Three of the lights do not work as intended. There is not an existing light switch at this location so we will be giving the customer an option to have a motion detection light installed inside of the closet. Customer had a new electrical panel installed. Customer does not have whole home surge protection, so I will give them an option to get that. After removal of existing floodlight, we noticed that there was no junction box properly set for the new fixture to be installed into. They drilled directly into the soffit, which is not code compliant. We will be installing a new

Today I came out to replace single wall flue pipe for main level system located in the garage. Mr. Zach informed me the water heater was getting replaced and it tied into the flue pipe for the furnace which both had single wall. I replaced single wall for both furnace and new water heater. Given the age of the system, I also inspected the furnace and found several cracks in the heat exchanger. I showed Mr. Zach the cracks and explained how carbon monoxide can leak through the cracks getting into the home. I performed a carbon monoxide test in the main level and it got up to 5 ppm of carbon monoxide. This signifies there is in fact carbon monoxide leaking throughout. We got an install manager out today to quote replacing the systems. Mr. Zach wanted me to go ahead and replace the flue pipe today and worked has been completed. It was a pleasure to meet y’all today given the circumstances and I hope y’all have safe travels to Florida for Christmas and are back in your home quicker than ex
