Today I replaced their old water heater gas with an electric hybrid 50 gallon water heater up to code. Inspection permit will be submitted and the office will reach back out to schedule with the homeowner for the inspector to look at the work. Check the operations of the water heater is working in operable conditions. Performed a walk-through with Angie and showed her the operations of the water heater and different energy modes that the water heater has and also smart phone capable to show diagnostics, alerts and power usages. Angie is happy with the work and we are all wrapped up for today.

Homeowner is in the process of remodeling his kitchen. During this process he wanted to have a gas line installed for a stove. I cut into the existing 1” gas line in the basement. Added a tee connection and then installed new 1/2” csst pipe up into the kitchen. This line was ran through the studs in the kitchen and attached to a new gas shut off valve. Pressurized the system and checked connections. Homeowner is responsible for the connection to the appliance. Lit the water heater and verified it was functioning.

Auger toilet to clear blockage Clear sink blockage Customer was experiencing intermittent blockage in master bedroom toilet. We ran water for a long period time to test for mainline. Upon inspection, only the toilet was being affected. We did auger on toilet and we were successfully able to clear blockage. Customer was also experiencing slow draining in sink. Cleared sink by pulling p trap and ran tub gun and we’re successful.

Customer called us out to go over his house drainage before family visits for the holidays. I checked the master bathroom shower, the jack and Jill shower and toilets, the single upstairs bathroom and the downstairs toilet. Everything seemed to be working well. Customer did want me to clear the showers still. I cleared all three. For the single bathroom upstairs there was what looked like a hair trap stuck in the drain. The overflow had a stripped screw that I could not move so I went in through the shoe. I did not retrieve any hair when running the tub gun down this drain. For the jack and Jill bathroom I pulled back a small amount of hair with the tub gun. With the master there was a good bit of hair that accumulated near the top of the drain but I did not pull any back on the tub gun. I cleaned and tested all three.

Replaced old leaking widespread lavatory faucet in main floor powder room. Removed pedestal sink for access to connections, disconnected old fixture and drain connection and mounted new customer supplied Proce Pfister faucet on existing pedestal. Remounted the sink and connected drain assembly. Tested system for leaks and proper function.

Replace bedroom outlet and bathroom switch.

Repair damaged half inch line to hose Bibb that froze over night. Water line was repaired and I showed homeowners how to winterize the hose Bibb so freezing does not occur again.

We came out today because Harvey had an issue

For this job I installed 2 cpvc cut off valves serving the garden tub valve inside the access panel.

Replace existing tank style water heater with a new professional grade 50 gallon water heater. Installation includes: new water heater, new thermal expansion tank, new gas whip, new sediment trap, new shut off valve for water heater isolation, new water heater pan and any necessary vent work required within 2 feet Includes removal and disposal of old water heater This is for a 6 year warranty water heater

Troubleshoot

Remove old failed 3 handle shower valve and install a new moen positemp shower valve and cartridge. In order to do this I will have to cut open the tile in the shower to install the new shower valve and install a new remodel plate. Also rebuild a 3 handle Pfister tub faucet with new cartridges and diverter.

For this job I replaced a 20 year old water heater that was no longer working, I installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater. Comes with a 6 year warranty. I also replaced the expansion tank and installed new tank and set the psi to 70. I secured the tank to the structure using a mounting bracket, I also installed a water heater pan and added a water alarm as a courtesy. I capped off Pan with cpvc cap. I lit the water heater and set temperature to 120. I tested and left work area clean. I also disposed the old water heater.

Homeowner called us out due to jacuzzi tub spout dripping. After checking the condition of the cartridges which were original from when the home was built. Replaced both cartridges for the hot/cold tub handles. Tested and checked for leaks. The house pressure is 65psi.

Provided and installed (5) under cabinet lights.

For this job, I worked on replacing the water heater with a new 10 year warranty heater. Also replacing pressure regulator and doing a hose bib as a courtesy. Went ahead turned on heater and tested for leaks

For this job we hung a chandelier in the dining room area. We connected and ran hose outside for a dehumidifier. We also took down and ran thermostat wire and moved thermostat to a different location around the corner where it originally was.

Add circuit for water heater

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 3 HVAC systems in the home (upstairs, main floor and basement). Tested heating, cooling and auxillary heating from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 4” air filters using ones provided by the customer. Reported findings to the customer. Installed a new Ecobee 3 Lite thermostat on each system. Tested operation to ensure they function properly. Helped the customer set the thermostat to the desired settings. Reported results to the customer.

I replaced PRV, installed new thermal expansion tank, replaced existing swing check valve with a new spring check valve on the 3/4” supply and installed a new 1/2” spring check valve on the dedicated hot water recirculating return line.

Troubleshoot dish washer circuit. Replace (3) breakers in main panel.

Add outlets and install outlets

Replaced a burning disconnect and whip removed damaged wiring

Replace (2) GFCI outlets in the home. Fix melted neutral wire in panel as courtesy.
