Returned on site to complete insurance approved slab repair, today we busted down into the slab to the broken 1/2 polybutylene cold supply, cut the section out and went back with pex. Sleeved the repair with copper prior to pouring concrete back. Water is back on and pressurized with no leaks

Came out today due to customer keeps having to pull thermostat off the wall to charge it. Opponent inspection of the system found the nest thermostat did not have a common wire but the thermostat wire had plenty of wires to add a common. Performed full inspection over the entire system. Found gas furnace in the attic with AC coil. Upon inspection of the gas furnace found that the heat exchanger is very rusty, the indoor bar motor has large amount to build up, the capacitor on the outdoor unit for the compressor is bad, the system is low on 410 a refrigerant, there is no TE standard flood protection on the system, there is no UV protection on the system. Presented customer with all options and explain to her the condition of her system, and at this time, she only decided to wire and thermostat to have constant power from the system. Customer stated she did have carbon monoxide detectors. With heating season coming right around the corner recommended to homeowner to replace batteries and

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Customer stated they had r22 put in a week ago because they were low on pressure. Compressor is over amping. loil is very dirty. Indoor temp is88 low side is 72, if coil is cleaned Pressures will drop and not cool. Do not recommend Repairs

Came out for leak found leak behind water heater pressure is 120 gave estimate customer agreed cut out old pressure regulator valve installed new pressure regulator valve. Cut out leaking pipe behind water heater replaced tested no failure at this time.

Customer has us out today due to his system having no power, TE electricians came out and stated that there was power going to the system, and referred HVAC technician from TE. Upon inspection, found ice Co. air handler on the indoor that had been replaced and a gas furnace that was previously there, the old indoor coil cabinet was still used as supply duct, this caused the system to have many air leaks that is not proper. Upon inspection of the system, found a bad transformer on air handler due to no fuse protection on system and what visually appear to be a bad outdoor thermostat wire, this wire has been spliced onto multiple times and had several different chew marks from what appeared to be animals. The outdoor unit is a straight AC, ox box by train that was manufactured in 2022. Upon full system inspection of the outdoor unit I found that the capacitor was bad reading below 5% of what factory recommendation. The outdoor contactor was in good condition and reading properly. Flush valve located in the hall bathroom is broken. Shut off the water to the toilet and removed the tank. Removed the broken flush valve and replaced. Installed the tank and turned on the water. Flushed multiple times to tests. The toilet is now functioning properly with no leaks.
