Customer had ran a new gas line from basement to attic. All he was pressure test the line and make connection to main line. Customer is responsible for bonding the gas line. Once ever was complete I test and made sure everything was working correctly. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Today I came out and did a full inspection on two HVAC systems. Customer had a coupon so I granted it. I inspect the heat, extinguish, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I checked blower assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker, sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. I tested controls and safety switches and inspected for any potential safety or cold concerns. All systems checked out in are operating as designed at this time. They are a few issues that I talked to the customer about and quoted repairs. Other than that customer is happy.
Customer called due to a misaligned sink drain and a leak at an angle stop after a new kitchen sink installation. Homeowner approved the quote to install a customer-supplied faucet, add a new drain stack with P-trap and studor vent, and run new water lines with straight stops and a hammer arrestor for the dishwasher. Work was completed and tested to ensure there were no leaks and everything was functioning properly.
Adjusted shower valve temperature controller on pfister single handle shower
Replaced bad switch, ceiling fan box and ceiling fan
Met with customer and spoke with the, regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and to the main level hall bathroom. Customer stated the toilet is clogged. Customer states it has been frequently clogged but recently got worse. We inspected and confirmed the clog. It is a Gerber toilet and in fairly new condition. The tub drain in this bathroom is also draining slowly. Presented customer with options to clear both drains and/or install a new Kohler toilet. Customer agreed to clearing both drains and after getting signature approval we began work. Angered toilet and cleared soft blockage. Cleared hair buildup from tub drain causing it to drain slowly. Both fixtures are now draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied. Customer will be emailed copy of estimate for new Kohler toilet install.
Replaced outlet in master bedroom on left side in sitting area. Installed surge protector at breaker box in garage.
No heat on 2007 Payne system. Found furnace off on rollout switch error. Found rollout switch tripped. I reset rollout and system operated, however, burner box was extremely hot and flames looked unsteady. I scoped both primary and secondary heat exchangers. Secondary heat exchanger is compromised and primary heat exchanger has spots that are suspected to be holes. Exhaust of furnace is extremely potent and eye burning. Signs that the heat exchanger has failed. I did find CO in the house and recommended to the customer that the furnace not be operated. Project manager is scheduled for tomorrow to quote system replacement. Outdoor unit is from 2007 and R22.

Replaced aged water heater with new 10 year warranty Rheem gas was heater. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
We replaced the customers toilets with 2 kohler elmbrook toilets. We also took out the customers post carbon filter for a halo we installed years ago free of charge.
Replaced 2 bath fans and did 9 8’ ballast bypasses to convert the shop lights to LED.
Customer wanted their new gas barbecue grill, hooked up two their gas line. In conversation, customer stated that they had a whistling noise coming from their backyard fireplace. I stated to the customer that we may need to do a pressure test to make sure that everything is within range.Before installing a shut off, and the customer supplied supply line to the grill. Customer agreed.I checked pressure.Everything was fine. I then installed a new half inch gas, shut off valve and reduced everything down to 3/8 show that the quick connect fixture for the gas grill.Could we spun on. Afterwards checked for leaks. Primed, the grill and tested to make sure that it would start up. I then painted the new gas pipe. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Completed HC inspection. Compressor sluggish upon start up, recommended super boost. Indoor lacks sufficient flood protection and system could benefit from IAQ enhancements
Tech was out for no cooling . Found condensation pump tubing bad would need to run new tubing for the main level as well as the upstairs. Upstairs condensate pump is located in the basement where the main level system is located. On both condensate pumps vinyl tubing is tied into one another. This will need to be separated and have their own dedicated tubing for draining properly . there is no emergency drain pan under them. At any time they overflow there is nothing to catch the water or safety switch And the water will cause damage to basement that is finished. There is no flood protection on the evaporator coil. There is no wet switch in the emergency drain pan. Outdoor condenser is needing to be cleaned. Blower wheel is dirty on the main level. Spoke with customer about repairs customer is awear of repairs that are needing to be done. I also let him know on any repairs that is listed I would move the upstairs condensation pump to the ground and would courtesy out for repairs on
Service, repair
Homeowner's power-vent water heater was in system lock out mode. There are several implications that can cause it shut down. After running several tests, I took apart the burner assembly and flame sensor, cleaned and inspected all parts. I reset the heater and checked for constant firing. After turning the heater back on and testing its operation for 30 mins, I cleaned my work area. The homeowners were informed that this was a temporary fix don’t at NO WARRANTY and the heater could shut down again. I recommended permanent solutions.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about a toilet flushing weird downstairs. Changed out fill valve as it was making noises. Noticed the tank was 1.28 gpf and the tank was 1.6 gpf. Toilet isn’t getting enough water to flush properly. When I hold the handle longer it flushes as it should.
No cool demand call on upstairs system Technician arrived on site and found the system was extremely low on refrigerant The technician found a leak in the line set coming out of the wall near the outdoor unit The technician quoted repairs to the customer and advised against putting refrigerant into the system without repairing the leak The technician explained that putting refrigerant into the system without repairing the leak can cause the refrigerant just to leak out again Also due to the system not having a low pressure switch built into it there is possible damage to the compressor due to this the technician would recommend replacement over a repair During the inspection, the technician also found the following There was air leakage in the ductwork on the supply side The unit was lacking TE standard flood protection And the breaker for the outdoor AC unit was oversized The technician quoted repairs explained all the above to the customer and answered any questions they had at this
Today I came out and performed a two system inspection on two HVAC systems. I inspect the heat exchanger, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I checked blower assemblies and airflow settings. I also performed a condenser cleaning, blower cleaning and a capacitor installation. I also got customer to sign up on the two system home care. And collected payment via check. Customer will call and schedule to get on the auto pay for a home care.
Will showed up when expected and was both knowledgeable and polite. He quickly performed the work and I was satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend Will and TE Certified.

We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.
