Technician replaced the pressure regulating valve on the home’s incoming water supply after determining the existing valve was no longer functioning properly. The water supply was shut off and the system drained before removing the existing valve and installing the replacement. Following installation, water service was restored, air was purged from the system, and all connections were tested for leaks. The new valve was adjusted, and final water pressure was verified at 60 PSI. Sheet rock was cut to gain access to existing valve

I replaced a Ring flood light and added a box for the flood light. The customer stated that this is probably the 5th light that Ring has sent him as a replacement due to the continued water damage to the flood heads. To best prevent a repeat issue, I cleaned out the gutter beside the light, siliconed every crack/connection point on the light and mounting bracket, installed a new angled mount that the customer requested, and informed the customer that if water were to penetrate the light at this point, it would not be TE’s responsibility to warranty it.

Troubleshoot beeping for smoke detector in upstairs hallway

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a clogged shower drain. I took a look and put together some estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my cable down the drain and cleared the shower drain. I also poured the first dose of endure down the drain as well. I did a super clean up after I finished completing the quoted work. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work completed.

Replaced and installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. We also replace the Pressure regulator valve. The pressure was over 120psi, but after replacement, the pressure is now. 65psi. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

I replaced a malfunctioning BR dual function breaker that would not test with the test function, indicator light would not blink, and the breaker would trip soon after turning on. I also replaced a WiFi bulb that was blinking above the shower with a standard bulb to remedy the lost connection blink since the customer did not want a smart bulb.

For this job the customer stated that it takes an excessive amount of time to get hot water at their kitchen sink and master vanity. The customer decided to put in a recirculating pump on their existing water heater and crossover tee under the master vanity. The pump was installed and set to 5-9 am and pm and the crossover tee was placed under the vanity in the master. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.

Homeowner has a toilet that is does not properly fill. The toilet does not shutoff and will constantly fill. The homeowner also has a wet spot on the basement ceiling. The wet spot is from a leak on the kitchen sink directly above. There is also a female adapter on the drain line that is meant for an AAV but there is no AAV. Disconnected and removed failed fill valve. Removed supply line and old flapper. Installed new brass shank fill valve. Installed new flapper and new stainless steel braided supply line. Homeowner has a bidet seat, reconnected bidet seat to supply line. Disconnected and removed tubular PVC for kitchen sink. Removed failed basket strainer. Installed new basket strainer. Installed new tubular P-trap. Installed new tee. Connected onto basket strainer. Cut out female adapter. Installed new air admittance valve atop 2” PVC. Filled sink basin and let drain multiple times to test for leaks.

For this job I tried to recreate a leak in the upstairs bathroom shower. Cut a hole where the water had previously come through in the kitchen, under the bathtub trap. Inspected all plumbing with water running and filled tub in an attempt to recreate. Could not make leak. Advised homeowner to leave ceiling open for a while and if it happens again, to make video recording. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Home inspection on 4 systems. . Both systems upstairs are working properly in heating and cooling mode. . Basement system (1998) has high amperage on the compressor and high head pressure, as well. Also, heat is.p not working due to water in the pressure switch. Heat exchanger is very rusted and compromised. System is 28 years old and works with r22(Freon), that has been phased out, since Jan 2010. . Main level system is not working on heat mode. Draft inducer motor is filled with water, and so both pressures switches. Also, heat exchanger is very rusted and compromised. . House had a flood in the basement. Water was coming from outside to the basement, and the outside termination for the pvc exhaust pipes was flooded and water got into the furnace and draft inducer motor, in both furnaces located in the basement. . I was able to remove the water from the draft inducer motor, but it has high amperage of 3.30 amps (shouldn’t be higher than 3.5 amps, by the label) and it’s overheating.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a small drip from the fire suppression. Advised customer to contact a fire suppression company to assess. Water pressure was 105. Gave options. Home didn’t have a pressure reducing valve so I installed a watts 25aub valve and added split ring mounts to support the line. Replaced the fill valve that was blown out from the excess pressure in the upstairs hall bath as a courtesy that carries no warranty. Left quote for toilet and service valve replacement.

Customer called us out for a clogged shower in the hall bathroom and a garbage disposal that was not working. I tested the shower and it backed up immediately. I could see lots of hair in the drain. The disposal had the button popped out and was 10 years old. I pushed the button and it worked after that. I did recommend replacing the disposal due to age and rust water heater is 14 years old. I also recommend having this replaced but the customer was not ready at this time. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the shower drain cleared. I removed the drain cover and removed all visible hair. I the ran a flex shaft down the line. I tested the shower throughly and had no issues. Cleaned up throughly.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. I tested the bathroom and only the toilet was being affected. Water heater venting was improper so I scheduled a service tech to come out later today. Could not test water pressure due to it being shut off with a gate valve. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to start with clearing the toilet with a closet auger. I ran the auger down but I was unable to get it past whatever was in the toilet. We changed to pulling and clearing the toilet. I removed the toilet and attempted to clear it from the bottom but was unable to. Customer had an old toilet in the basement that I went to switch out. After I had set the toilet and started cleaning it up I found a crack in the tank. Customer then went bd bought a new toilet that I installed. Checked for any leaks and cleaned up.

Customers water heater was leaking out of the back of the unit. We did a warranty swap on an AO smith water heater. We installed a new expansion tank strapped to the wall, 2 new check valves for the recirculating line and cold inlet, a boiler valve for easy servicing of the Recirc pump, and a new ball valve for the recirculating line and cold inlet line. We are returning tomorrow to install halo filtration system.

Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the garage half bathroom. Customer said the toilet had been backing up for about a year. I tested the faucet and found that it was only the toilet being affected. I gave the customer multiple options and she chose to have the toilet pulled and retrieving any item stuck in the toilet. I removed the toilet and ran a closet auger up from the bottom knocking out a small hardshell case. I then reset the toilet and tested throughly for any issues. Cleaned throughly. Water heater was 10 years old and the house was piped with Cpvc I recommended getting the replaced and a sewer supervisor will be out today.

Today we supplied, installed, and commissioned a Tesla EV charger.

Replaced main toilet. Replaced shut off valve to toilet. Applied silicone around the base to secure. Tested and working properly.

Troubleshoot dishwasher not working.

During My Evaluation I Was Un Able To Remove The Electrical Panel. Informed The Homeowner And Left A Notation On The Invoice. I Replaced The Faulty Switch And Tested Everything For Functionality.
