Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and stated that both upstairs bathrooms are affected by a blockage and they backed up. Causing water to leak onto the basement ceiling below due to the backup. I confirmed that this is affecting both bathrooms and the outside cleanout is not holding water. Presented the customer with an option to pull the toilet and clear the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Disconnected closet bolts and supply line and removed toilet. Ran k400 machine and made multiple passes downstream. I cleared the blockage inside but pushed it further downstream and the outside cleanout began to backup. I then continued running the machine while running water from the tub and fully cleared the line 60-70’ downstream from the toilet. I installed 2 outlets for the bar where the customer had already run the wire and had the boxes. I also replaced a breaker with a twin breaker and added a dual function breaker for that new circuit.

Troubleshoot bedroom, hall and attic breaker tripping as well as warm ac breaker that tripped.

I troubleshot and replaced 2 switches and 1 outlet in the upstairs hall and 1 switch in the living room.

Basement system. 11 years old. Outdoor compressor not coming on. Verified that the compressor is not grounded, the windings are fine and the crank case heater is good. Capacitor fine, contactor is sending the voltage and the coil is clean. Compressor is locked up internally, meaning the compressor has failed. Tech was out for no cooling checked system and found the following. System is new and just installed with another company. Attic is a very tight space , attic was just recently sprayed foamed. Code for a spray foam attic you would need a fresh air intake , to bring outside air into the home. A supply air vent needs to be added in attic. Emergency drain pan still has water sitting , this will trap moisture into the attic. System is needing to be tilted for water to drain properly. Drain line is needing to be corrected. System is not able to push water out of P-trap water is being sucked back into the air handler causing water in emergency drain pan. No safety switch on drain line or evaporator coil. Return Plenum is not sealed properly. Ductwork in attic some are smooshed and laying on the attic floor. This needs to be properly secure to rafters. Ductwork going to dehumidifier is needing to be replaced due to ductwork smooshed as well. Dehumidifier wiring is needing to be cleaned up.Al

Replace bad load shed module.

For this job I came out and replaced a p trap under sink and add two tubular extension pieces previous tubular did not have nut and gasket and was leaking.

Installed new conduit with new wiring from one side of the neighborhood entryway to the opposite side of the neighborhood entrance and installed new outdoor outlet locations to power the already in place landscape lighting system. We used a GFCI breaker to ground fault protect the outlet on the opposite side from the meter and a GFCI outlet below the panel on the meter side of the entryway.

Dig up area after leak detection has located the leak. Repair main water lines, back fill area We dug up the area marked by leak detection. No leaks were found. We continued digging because we could hear the leak. Did not find the leak but we did find the irrigation shut off valve that was buried in a box. The valve was off but not all the way off. So we turned it all the way off and water meter stopped spinning. It is an older gate valve. Recommended swapping it out with a ball valve but the customer declined. There is still a leak somewhere on the irrigation but the customer dose not use it and dose not want to have it located and fix at this time, the leak is currently not leaking due to the shut off valve being turned off.

Dig up area in front yard where previous repair was made. We dug area where previous water main repair was made. The previous repair is not leaking. Customer has a second leak somewhere on the water main. Recommended that customer have leak detection out to find the second leak or to completely replace the water main.

For this job I conducted leak detection services for original technician J. R. During my investigation, I noticed that I could hear water rushing just outside of a meter box that was to the right of the driveway about 3/4 of the property, I listened to with my sonar and discovered the leak in the yard underneath a bush about 3 feet from the hose bib coming off of the irrigation system. Area has been marked with paint.

Homeowner required about issue with PRV squealing. After further diagnosis, technician determine the pressure in the home was 100 psi. Technician also found water heater extremely aged and has never been maintenance along with multiple code violations. Homeowner accepted estimate to replace water heater and PRV. Technician installed new 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater. Install all code compliant upgrades. Checked and tested for leaks and functionality. Technician also installed new pressure reducing valve and pressure to 60 psi. As a courtesy technician also repaired pinhole leak in copper near PRV.

Upon arrival customer has a leak in water main leaking into the road, he also had the city out to determine leak was on homeowner side. Performed a digging diagnostic and found out water main was installed with shark bites that blew apart. Advised him to replace waterline due to improper installation. Will give 30 days to credit back repair for full installation on new water service

No Cool- 1994 Furnace/2009 Coil/2012 AC Was called out by the tenants to inspect an AC system that was not keeping temperature during the day. Since this was for the tenants I only checked what I could that was not invasive to the system. I checked the refrigerant, filter, ductwork and drain line. The refrigerant in the system is very low. Unit calls for 14° sub cooling and currently has 0°. System likely has a refrigerant leak. There are some duct runs that are coming loose, some are crushed and overall the system could benefit from new ductwork as the house is 2 levels and only one system. No zoning controls and thermostat is on the top floor. Air out of the vents is 75°-79° due to the refrigerant levels being low and attics air being sucked into the furnace from under the filter. I’d recommend at least adding the proper amount of refrigerant first. Then perform a refrigerant leak search to determine the location of the leak.

Fix another on uponor piping. Customer is moving forward with re-pipe. Payment of this invoice will act as down a payment towards re-pipe total and will be credited back to job upon start of work.

No Cool- 2, 2003 Bryant Systems Both systems not cooling. Water underneath both systems. Both systems have leaks in the evaporator coils, both systems have cracks in the heat exchangers. Both systems have contactors that need replaced. Upstairs needs blower capacitor and blower cleaning. Both systems lack TE flood protection standards. Presented the issues to the customer and recommended having a project manager come out to quote equipment replacement. Created estimates for repairs and emailed to customer. However, repairing current equipment is not recommended for reliability purposes.

I replaced a motion flood light with a google camera floodlight, replaced an outlet with a GFI device in the garage, reinstalled a chandelier with a box rated for the correct weight, separated the neutrals in the panel and installed a whole home surge protector.

For this job I came out and replaced fill valve for toilet, existing fill valve had failed and was not filling up tank with water.

Gen 2 breaker replacement for fridge , washer and microwave. Breakers are running self test overnight.

Upstairs System - Not Cooling System not cooling due to a failed compressor in the outdoor unit. The compressor is on but making a grinding noise from time to time and the compressor is not actually pumping and compressing the refrigerant. This is due to an improper match up and poor installation process. The indoor coil is an older Goodman coil with a fixed piston to regulate refrigerant flow. This outdoor unit was supposed to be paired with a Rheem coil that uses a TXV to regulate the flow of refrigerant. I have created an estimate to replace the compressor but recommended updating the system, this same problem will happen again if the coil remains the same and we cannot give any kind of warranty for this application. Updating the system would give a full 10 year warranty. The homeowner requested we send out an install supervisor tomorrow to go over updating the equipment. Thank you for choosing T.E. I replaced 2 lights with customer supplied ceiling fans.

This estimate is to rough in slab drain for sink for outdoor sink. Run drain from inside the wall mark under the slab until it extends past the edge of the slab. Leave ten foot head of pipe for testing purposes. Installation: For this job we roughed in a 2 inch kitchen drain under a slab for an out door kitchen. We ran the drain to the exterior of the slab and capped it off. For testing and inspection purposes we glued in a 10 foot riser and filled it with water. No leaks were detected and water level never changed. This quote only included the rough-in installation and no trim out.

We were out here on July 2 to fix an outside mainline leak. After the repair is done, we were unable to go inside and verify/flush any sediment or debris that may have made it into the line after the repair. The homeowner called us out to investigate why there was no pressure in the home and sediment coming out of the faucets. After removing the PRV and main shut off, I found dirt and sediment in the main line. We ended up replacing the PRV and main shut off but before that, I flushed out the main line of existing sediment to make sure the problem would not occur again. We set the new pressure to 65 psi. And flushed out the lines starting at the tub. All work was test, tested and checked for leaks.

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. They found the basement floor drain was backed up with water. This drain is tied to the utility sink nearby where the condensate lines drain into. We tested and confirmed no other drains are affected. From the PVC floor drain, we were able to run a cable and clear the blockage. We ran several fixtures and water directly into the floor drain to test and confirmed flow. Perform residential drain cleaning with cable machine through the floor drain. Clear drain only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain cleaning.
