Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We replaced the return plenum, added an electrostatic filter, installed an I wave, cleaned the blower wheel, the evaporator coil and the condenser coils, we replaced the lineset insulation, and added a new pan switch to add some additional flood protection. This deep cleaning will significantly help system performance, and will keep the guts of the system nice and clean. The system is fully operational after the lengthy repairs today. Call complete.

The section of piping in the hallway when you walk in to the right where patients bathroom and doctors bathroom tie in is causing build up and back ups due to sanitary tee not properly installed. Will remove flooring, concrete, and dirt to expose piping. Remove defective section and install new wye connections for proper flow downstream. Will cover area back and pour concrete. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FLOORING, MOLDING, AND SHEETROCK IF NECESSARY.

The homeowner's water heater wasn't lighting, so I contacted A.O. Smith for assistance. They sent replacement parts. I drained the water heater and replaced both the gas control valve and the pilot assembly. After reconnecting everything, I tested the system for leaks, and now the homeowner has hot water again.

Dig area and expose piping where it exits home going into septic tank. Make new penetration from crawl space to exterior. Rerout around AC unit and tie onto existing piping at first clean out

Performed troubleshooting on fan

I was called out to Leonard’a house for a cooling issue. Leonard has lived here for about 3 years since the house was built. During the evaluation we discovered that the system isn’t working single stage with zoning which is a poor application that will wear down the system, the return ductwork is undersized, the flood protection is minimal, the drain at the coil isn’t sloped properly, the A coil is leaking, and the refrigerant is a little low.

Completed HC. Flushed and treated drain. Checked electrical, temp rise and drop. Changed filter. Cleaned condenser unit

Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Fill and test, clean up work area. L1 LOCATION:patient toilet

Client started Home care plan. found blower motor upstairs leaking oil and bearings are worn, capacitor for blower also out of tolerance and needs replaced. need to replace motor and cap. Replace blower motor and capacitor. System working well at this time.

Installed a new light fixture in the kitchen and replaced partially broken kitchen switches.

Picked up the material from Mingledorff’s Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Removed the refrigerant from the system. Used the torches to sweat the old coil out. Removed the insulation and mastic and completely removed the coil. Removed the old filter drier. Installed the replacement evaporator coil and filter drier. Pressure tested with over 200 psig of nitrogen. Pulled a vacuum on the system down to 600 microns and performed a decay test. Sealed the new evaporator coil to the furnace and plenum. Added 7.5 lbs of R-410A into the system and ensured it has the proper charge (sub cooling is now 10). Tested the temperature difference between the supply and return, which is now 17 degrees. Installed a wet switch and SS1 on both systems and tested operation. Reported the results to the customer. Signed the customer up for the Homecare maintenance plan and applied the 10% discount.

For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for a home that had smoke in the kitchen. I inspected the electrical outlets in the area and besides having backstabbed connections, they did not appear to be burnt. I also inspected the panel and bust bar but did not notice any burning. It appears that the smoke the customer had originated from the microwave.

The homeowner's toilet flush valve was broken, so I performed a complete toilet rebuild, which included replacing the fill valve, flush valve tower, and the bolts for the toilet tank. I informed the homeowner that there would be no warranty for the toilet rebuild. After completing the repairs, I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Remove car charging outlet. Installed hard wired wall connector.

Replace bad photocells for backyard landscape lights.

The shower strainer was leaking due to the putty seal, but the homeowner preferred to replace everything for peace of mind. I replaced the strainer with a new one and re-piped the shower drain, installing a new P-trap. After completing the work, I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no cooling on the main floor system. The customer also found water in the emergency drain pan. Tested cooling from the thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Ran duct load calculations. After finding the system is very low on refrigerant, performed a leak search at the coil. A leak was found at the evaporator coil. We will need to call Carrier in the morning to check on the availability of the replacement part. For the meantime, scheduled to return Friday August 22nd 8-10 (Kurtz #442340). This date will most likely change when the part is located.

Job complete

Customer called us today because they were having some alternating water pressures when running fixtures. They told it happened throughout the day but only after not running water for a while. We went ahead and tested the water pressure and my gauge read 55 psi. It did not change from this point indicating rising water pressure due to a failed prv. We then tested the thermal expansion tank and found it had failed. We replaced the thermal expansion tank and secured it to the structure with an approved mounting bracket. We set the pressure inside the tank to 60 psi. Restored water to the home and ran air from the lines. We had customer run fixtures as well to ensure the problem is resolved. They were happy with our work and our response time today. No issues when we left.

Customer called me out for a 2nd story back up in the toilet the sink and shower. Upon testing the shower was very clogged and holding water. I used the tub gun to clear the blockage. No signs of a mainline present during the visit involving other fixtures. Septic work done on customers home on aug. 12th 2025. Tested all fixtures in bathroom and all seem to be working correctly. Told customer to contact us if any further signs are to present themselves.

Troubleshoot lights not working.

Installed new GFCI outlet in master bathroom for bidet fed off of jacuzzi circuit, replaced flood light with Ring flood light and replaced GFCI in garage.

I cut sheet rock at the kitchen ceiling and saw that the leak was coming under the master bath shower drain. I left homeowner quote to reseal the master bath shower drain or for a piece of mind to replace the whole shower drain assembly.
