Arrived on site and customer stated there was a leak coming from the shower in the master bathroom and leaking into the ceiling, in the kitchen. I went ahead and located the leak coming from the shower drain which I provided an option to make that repair. Once repair was made. I went ahead and sealed everything up and applied caulking around the necessary areas. I informed the customer to refrain from using the shower for at least 24 hours to allow proper seal.

Troubleshoot for smoke alarms randomly going off, customer opted to move garage smoke detector into adjacent bedroom. Estimate left for panel change.

Customer called us out for a whole home back-up. On arrival I checked the clean out near the front porch and it was holding water. I recommend running the k-750 to clear the blockage from the outside clean out. Customer agreed. I ran the machine and successfully cleared the blockage. I tested drainage with outside hose. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out November 20th between 8 and 10 am.

Customers pressure regulating valve was leaking from the stem, and the thermal expansion tank was no longer working appropriately. The pressure was at forty p s.I. Customer agreed to have the leaking pressure regulating valve and thermal expansion tank replaced. No other issues with the water heater. I turned the water off locally underneath the p.R v and drained down the house as best as possible.And then replaced the pressure regulating valve.I then repip the thermal expansion tank in such a way that it is bracketed to the side of the water.Heater. Turned the pressure back on to the home and tested good.No leaks. Insulated, the new line going to the thermal expansion tank thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Today I was called out because the lights in the downstairs living room stopped working. Upon diagnosis I found a GFI outlet that was under the TV that was melted damaging some of the wiring in the box. Luckily, I was able to salvage the existing wiring by trimming back and rewiring The existing wiring with jumpers and I installed a new tamper resistant GFI.

Homeowner called because water heater was leaking. The water heater was six years old outside of manufacturers warranty and what was leaking was the T&P valve. I also checked the pressure and the pressure was sitting at 145 psi. I installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater, and a new PRV on the main line to bring the pressure down to 65 psi. All the work was tested for leaks to ensure proper function.

Performed 1 system homecare, replaced (1) 16x25x1 filter. Inspected the system in heating and cooling modes, cleared drain lines and tested all electrical and mechanical components. Today I installed an APCOX UV light in the system to prevent biological growth.

As we arrived today, we came to do a home care and we also performed a troubleshootingon a problem in the kitchen area. We found that there were three different double tap circuits in the electrical panel. They were not landed on the breaker, but they were tapped together inside of the panel. You cannot have neutrals touching each other from two different circuits going to the same breaker. This could make it trip quite frequently and is also a potential fire hazard. We did find that the dishwasher and disposal Were also on the same circuit, which is where the problem was taking place in the kitchen. Each of these according NEC (national electrical code) are supposed to have a dedicated circuit. Any licensed electrician should know better than this!
