Job Locations and Reviews
Jeff did a repair for us in past years and I appreciate his honesty, thoroughness and willingness to get the job done right the first time! We had several items to repair: an indoor/outdoor leak, and expired water heater, a leaky tub faucet and some pipe valve replacements. Jeff is knowledgeable and skilled and made me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciated that he got the job all done in one day. Thank for your dedication to great service!!
Came out to inspect leak that was coming inside of the home. This was a previous customer from another company where I had installed a front yard hydrant. While I was on the property, I also let the customer know that their water heater was ten years old.And their pressure was a hundred and thirty five psi. As well, the customer showed me that they had a 3 handle shower valve. That very, very hotly hard to turn off. And in the same tub that the the tub drain was very corroded. A customer agreed to have used us dig up the yard hydrant and install a new hose bib and do a repair on the water service line as well as seal the inside and outside of the homem we also replaced the water heater and fresher regulating valve and emergency shutoff. We also installed a new set of three handle shower valves and tub drain. Water heater has a stand sitting inside of the pan. Thermal expansion tank that is bracketed to the side of the water heater. We also replaced the t m p drain line. All the way to t
Homeowner reported black residue leaking down kitchen drain lines. Upon inspection, discoloration was caused by an active leak at the kitchen sink basket strainer. Options were discussed with the homeowner, and she elected to proceed with a full rebuild of the kitchen sink drain system. Work completed as approved.
Installed the last toilet quoted for this house
Preformed inspection. Only issue found was failed garbage disposal. Left estimate for replacement.
Customer thought oven was a 3 wire circuit so wanted us to come take a look and see what needed to happen to convert it to a 4 wire circuit. In our troubleshoot came to find out circuit is already a 4 wire circuit just had a 30 amp plug and not a 50 so the solution was so remove 30 amp plug and install 50 amp plug.
Replaced 7 customer supplied toilets. Also replaced 8 supply valves and supply lines for toilets. 8th toilet was a 8 inch rough but the toilet was a 12. So customer will be acquiring a new 8 inch rough and we will return. Tested all toilets for proper function. No leaks. Sealed base of toilet per ipc.
Great job and patience to find what he needed to do to complete the job
Arrived on site and customer said that the shower was constantly dripping water and had a leaking sink. I went ahead and tested the house pressure and found out the pressure was at 110 which I also found the expansion tank on the water heater had failed due to high pressure as well. I went ahead and replaced the pressure regulator and set pressure to 65 psi I also replaced the shower cartridge put in a new expansion tank and replaced a pop-up assembly for the bathroom sink. Once all repairs were made. Hi did a walk-through through the house and confirmed my work areas.
I arrived to the customers home and they noticed that there was water coming up to their front yard. Initially, it was expected to be a water service leak between the meter and the home, but upon isolation and further investigating I was able to determine that this was a leak on the cold side past the main ball valve of the home. I did some thorough testing to find out that there was a half inch isolation valve going to the back of the house that would cause the meter to stop spinning. I figured out that the last homeowner ran a half inch soft copper waterline out the back of the home and made a DIY hose Bibb. I informed the customer that this is not normal practice and we need to be changed to get this issue resolved. In the process of doing a thorough evaluation of the system I was able to determine that the pressure in the home was being over restricted by the pressure reducing valve sitting at a static pressure reading of 40 psi. Thermal expansion tank is currently full of water an
Replaced existing garbage disposal and air admittance valve under the kitchen sink.
Very courteous, professional, and patient
No issue with the system. Customer has most of the vents closed and no air circulating in the house. Opened all vents and house felt better. Inspected heat pump. Newer system, 2 years old only. Filter is clean, drain line clear. System is located in the laundry room with no drain pan under. Recommend to install a wet switch, to prevent water damage on the floor, in case of drain line get clogged. System is working properly, with no issue.

No Heat - Only system System not heating due to age and worn components. Flame rectifier is weak and sooted up causing the system to ignite and shut back down. The inducer motor is weak and over amping. The igniter is weak and below operating parameters, the blower wheel is dirty, the heat exchanger is compromised, the burners are dirty and deteriorating, the evaporator coil is rusted and covered in debris. At 20 years old this system has exceeded its life expectancy and all parts are subject to failure at any moment. No warranty can be provided due to the equipment’s age and condition. I removed and cleaned the flame rectifier and the system is currently heating to its best ability. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great evening!
Very professional and detailed installer. Highly recommend the company and our I smaller Shuan.
Homeowner requested an estimate for a new water heater and water filtration system. Upon approval, we removed the existing 50-gallon gas water heater and salt-based water filtration system. We installed a Navien tankless water heater and a HALO 5 whole-house water filtration system, along with a new pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and main water shutoff. All systems were fully tested to ensure proper operation and functionality.
During our visit, the customer mentioned they had a high water bill. They also mentioned that Cobb county had recently come out and notified them that they have a leak somewhere. Upon inspection I noticed a small amount of water coming into the basement from the water service penetration. I spoke with the customer about solutions. An estimate was approved for a repair to be made. I dug up near the foundation of the home. A leak was located just before the water pipe enters the basement. The existing 1” pex pipe was improperly installed. Soft copper was installed through the foundation and wrapped in burial tape. Each side of the foundation wall was sealed with hydraulic cement and tar. A new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff valve were also installed in the basement. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!
I was called out to perform the quoted repairs for the upstairs and main system. We will be replacing the master heat exchanger as well when the part arrives.
Installed new oven outlet and safety breaker in kitchen. Replaced light switches for stairwell and breakfast room. Installed new outlet circuit in basement kitchen. Installed whole home surge protection on both panels.
Install surge protector and new circuit in basement kitchen
Technician found cracks and holes in the flue pipe, these defects can cause carbon monoxide to leak into the home. The system was completely empty of refrigerant, causing the system to not work in cool mode. A leak search will be needed to quote proper repairs for the system. The Static Pressure is too high on the supply side. This means that there is a lack of airflow for the system. This is caused by the combination of the dirty evaporator coil and the improper sizing of the ductwork on the supply side. There is a lack of combustion air in the basement, this would be addressed by adding a combustion air intake into the basement. A lack of combustion air will cause the furnace to have incomplete combustion causing carbon monoxide production, unstable flames, poor heating, and energy inefficiency. The blower wheel and condenser coil are also dirty. This will cause the unit to operate under stress causing higher power consumption and a lower life expectancy of the system. The syst
Customer had a leaky faucet in the upstairs primary bathroom. After discussing the options the customer wanted to replace them. We replaced three faucets, three p traps, and 6 angle stops along with new supply lines. Restored water and tested each sink for proper function.
Elliott was awesome! He was thorough and explained everything.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new furnace. Today we came out for main level not heating 2006 Bryant 75k furnace with rheem 2016 ac 3 ton drive. Cycled equipment from thermostat found seized up draft inducer motor. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found crack @ 7 o clock tagged furnace unsafe to operate in heating mode due to potential carbon monoxide fumes. Flue piping is not up to current code due to single wall piping and gas line is not up to code due to flexible gas line tied into gas valve must be hard pipe and client has minimal flood protection and no emergency drain pan.
Ryan was very professional from start to finish. He explained the process, gave me the options and executed the plan even though my house threw him a curveball. I highly recommend TE Certified to anyone.

Devin did a wonderful job explained every thing. Highly recommend him and his company
We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.
Chris and team were phenomenal from start to finish. He arrived so quickly and assessed the issue and provided us with great options explaining everything in detail. Within a couple days he and his team were here and completed the work so seamlessly. Great experience as always with TE Certified.
