We performed a Troubleshoot on the living room circuit. We found a burnt outlet by the stairs. We repalced the outlet and everything is working.
Today we replaced unsecured outlet boxes with new ones, reusing the existing receptacles. We also provided estimates for future lighting projects
Troubleshoot a disposable for a customer that wasn’t getting power to the unit, during the troubleshoot we come to find out that it has no switch leg not a proper box, or wiring ran to it
Called out for toilets gurgling. Tested with water and multiple toilets were observed gurgling and bubbling. Diagnosed that there must be a blockage in the main line. Ran Sewer machine to clear blockage of wipes. Drain is now clear and flowing and all toilets flushing properly. Sewer Supervisor has been scheduled to run a camera to see what is causing the blockage, potentially a belly in the line. Customer also wants an estimate to replace the angle stops on the toilets. One is confirmed failed and the others are the same age and same condition. Supervisor scheduled for next Monday 6/29 from 2-5. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Tech was out today and performed, all repairs, tested all work that was performed. Let customer know that supply and return plenum are in very bad shape. Had to move 8 inch duct from the top to the side of plenum to be able to install 10 inch at top. Tested all work at this time system is operating. This repair option will improve comfort and efficiency in your upstairs by fixing airflow problems and sealing air leaks. New Return Duct: We'll install a new return duct with flexible ducting, boot, and register to help air circulate better throughout your upstairs. After installation, we'll test the system to make sure air is flowing properly. Air Leak Sealing: We'll seal air leaks throughout your upstairs system using professional-grade tape and mastic. This keeps your heated or cooled air inside your ducts instead of escaping into the attic, and prevents hot attic air from being pulled into your system. Customer called us out for a clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal that was not working, a clog in the basement sink, basement shower, and the toilet in the basement wobbling. The disposal had all of the wires in the box under the sink disconnected. I attempted to connect them to test the disposal and the switch was off but it sparked. An electrician will need to come out and rewire the disposal before any work other than removal can happen. For the basement bathroom group, I tested both the sink and the shower both had clogs due to hair build up. The toilet is wobbly and high off the ground, I suspect a broken flange and included an estimate with both a repair to the flange and no repair to flange. The water heater does not have an expansion tank on it and the backyard pressure tested over 100 psi but the front was 50psi. Customer choose to have the toilet pulled and reset with the potential of a flange repair. I removed the toilet and the flange was broken. Customer agreed to the

Corey is a top-notch professional. He knows his business line exceptionally well. He has people skills, professionally friendly and can explain things in layman’s terms. He has patience with you. He’s not a snake oil salesman. He does not push you. He tells you what you need to know. Then it’s up to you. He is extremely knowledgeable. He replaced my entire waterline pipe system that all gray poly pipes that starting to deteriorate nationwide. I watched “the plumbing master magician” at work. Troubleshot the garage not working and found that the recirculating pump on the water heater is leaking and tripping the breaker.
Customer has light water staining. Coming from the living room ceiling directly above is a washing machine area. Customer had let me know that they saw some visible water on the floor when they ran the machine. I had the customer run the machine. I did see evidence of water before they turned it on. And there was any even larger amount of water after they turned it on and allowed it to run for a little while. I checked the connections in the back as well as allowed for the washing machine to drain. I informed the customer that this is indeed an appliance issue. While on site, I check their h v a c system in the attic, and they had a large amount of condensation building up on the drain lines.And they have h b a c scheduled out for next monday. As well, while on-site, I inform the customers that their thermal expansion tanks. Our original and 8 years old and gave them a quote to replace both of them. And there are pressure regulating valve. Added a bidet outlet in guest bathroom. Also replaced outlets in bathrooms with line side GFCIs.
Tech was out today for no cooling . found clogged drain Line and water in the emergency drain pan. Checked system and found the following. Furnace in poor condition, heat exchanger collector box rusted out. Blower wheel dirty , blower motor bearings bad. Emergency drain pan full of water, ceiling in hallway and a master bedroom have water damage due to emergency drain pan having holes . water leaking out. No flood protection on evaporator coil or drain pan , igniter is oxidized this needs to be replaced. both condenser needing a cleaning chemically. Spoke with customer about replacing furnace. Customer went ahead and went with Band-Aid option to get the system up and running. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Today’s repair vacuuming out water in emergency, drain pan , clearing, drain line 4 gallons of water and cleaner . adding a safety switch on the drain line at this time system is operating but not efficiently.
We installed a new 50 amp 3 wire system from the existing panel to the kitchen for the new electric range. We installed a new box, outlet, and cover. We also installed a new GFCI breaker for added protection. This includes a 100% workmanship warranty on all work.
Install customer provided Tesla wall charger in the garage by relocating circuits from the main panel into the sub panel and feeding the new charger out of the main panel due to the load.

Customer had a leak in basement switch stop on my arrival. After visual search no leak was found. With customer approval I cut dry wall the continue my leak search. Once the wall was cut, I found a leak. It was a small pinhole in three-quarter copper. I made all necessary repairs to the pipe to make sure the leak was fixed issue resolve. One system not cooling service call. Replaced bad capacitor on outdoor unit . Tested operation of heating and cooling. There was no other issues found other than minimal flood protection. The hvac system is a 14 seer 3 ton Lennox air with a 70 k 80% furnace . The equipment is a 2022 model . There is 2 zones and both are working correctly.
Today I responded to a no cool call. Upon arrival, I found the suction line frozen solid all the way back to the evaporator coil. After further inspection, I confirmed that the evaporator coil was completely frozen over as well. There was water present in the secondary drain pan, which appeared to be the result of the ice beginning to thaw whenever the system cycled off. I educated the customer on monitoring the drain pan closely during the defrost process, as continued thawing could cause the pan to fill and potentially overflow. I explained to the customer that in order to properly diagnose the cause of the freeze-up, the system would first need to be completely defrosted by operating it in heat mode and allowing sufficient time for the evaporator coil to thaw before performing any additional testing. I am very impressed with TE, and their employees. I especially wanna comment on Cory, who has now worked for me twice. He is such a true professional. The second time he’s back because I requested him. He is a true professional and every sense of the phrase. Courteous, thoughtful, can explain things i. plain layman’s language that you understand, not trying to “sell you anything not trying to overprice you.” Meaning, he’s not pushy. This is about as a square deal as I can get. I highly recommend the company TE and I highly recommend Corey. I do say I have had other Technicians other than Corey & I’ve never had a bad Technician come out from TE. But I wanna go back to tell you again Cory is exceptional.

Customer was digging in their front yard to install a raised metal pool And accidentally hit an irrigation line. Wine was for the most part, already uncovered, and customer agreed to our quote. I cut out a roughly one foot section of one inch PVC and install a dog. Leg repair and allowed it to dry for at least an hour before reapplying pressure. Slowly returned pressure with the hose bibs on and having the customer go through the house and turn each bathroom group on to get all of the air out of the lines. Technician performed the job of an electrician, but was lacking in the love your home experience. He exhibited a lack of self-awareness for items in the home that resulted in him once placing a ladder on an expensive jump rope, creating two holes in the wall and how to cavalier attitude like this was unavoidable. The job required two days which was not an issue, but the lack of transparency when he first arrived explaining what was gonna take place was not in line from previous experiences. I will be reconsidering using the service in the future, as I felt like not every employee shares the company vision.
