Replace taco dedicated recirculating pump for Rheem prestige tankless water heater, replace check valve on dedicated recirculating line, install isolation valve for dedicated recirculating line, customer understands that even after we replaced the pump there is still a issue with the tankless computer board that is not letting the recirculating pump kick on correctly.
For this job the customer stated they had a leak showing itself in the ceiling. Upon arrival the ceiling was already opened and light signs of moisture were found on the gas pipe. The customer agreed to allow me to cut more holes to see if I couldn’t isolate the leak. Eventually I found the leak on the recirculating line located behind the fireplace in the living room. I gave the customer multiple options including a whole home repipe which he is considering.
Had gas line coming up through concrete patio for fire pit table. Capped gas line at house with 1/2 black iron cap. Cut riser in patio flush and sealed with hydraulic cement. Tested gas, relit pilot on heater.
Install gfci protection on two wires outlets
We replaced the ceiling fan in the living room
Homeowner called us out to address multiple plumbing concerns. Water pressure was checked and is good at 65 PSI, with the regulator located in the meter box. Replaced the master bathroom shower valve and shower arm. Corrected water heater concerns by installing and properly securing a new expansion tank, securing the vent flange to the ceiling, removing foil and tape, relighting the unit, and setting the temperature to 120°F.
Electrical Home Inspection
We replaced the light fixture in the hall bathroom and also added a outlet in the hall bathroom
Tech was out for no cooling. Tech turn thermostat on system came on. Tech checked the following, filter 213 ( clean) customer just replaced. verified all connections checked pressures ( passed) checked capacitor ( passed ) While checking system tech did notice condenser coil dirty. This can cause the pressure to be really high causing system to shut off during cooling. Spoke with customer about issues tech came a crossed. Recommend drain line clearing to verify no clogs and a home care. Customer signed up for home care. Tech went ahead with customers permission and cleaned outdoor unit chemically. Clear drain line as a courtesy today. Check system system is operating properly at this time.
Wayne took a late appointment on a Saturday to come look at our HVAC. He did his inspection and found that the issue with the unit was something different altogether. He quickly fixed the issue and was on his way
Upon arrival client stated he bumped the low voltage wire for the UL outdoor unit and it made a clicking noise. Shortly after the unit was struggling to cool but when I arrived the unit was operating properly and cooling at 20 degrees differential. 16x25x1 filter is clean. Blew through drain line and drain is clear today. With outdoor temperatures being in the 90s the system may struggle to maintain a low set temperature. The system can only maintain approximately 20 degrees from the outdoor temperature so at a set temperature of 70 degrees and a high of 93 today, 73 is the best it can attempt to maintain at the thermostat. Temperature/pressure correlation of refrigerant charge revealed to be low. Subcool is between 3 and 4 degrees and should be 11 degrees. Client approved adding refrigerant only today due to the late hours and will schedule a leak search at a later date. Added 3# refrigerant and system is operating properly at this time.
Awesome people and service!

We also installed a new outdoor GFCI and bubble cover, for use with decorations and other outdoor equipment. This receptacle is back to back from a garage outlet.
Return to install new p trap and shower drain for master bathroom shower. Uninstalled, the old shower drain and cut out the old p trap. Afterwards, installed a new P trap that was set back a little ways. So that it was not touching the floor joist. As the old one was and installed, the new shower drain. Allowed it all to dry and then filled up the shower pan with water and allowed everything to flow out. And test for leaks no leaks. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Tech was out for system not cooling on upstairs. Checked the system out and found the following. Both returns are not properly sealed. This is causing attic air to be sucked in to system. This is not pulling upstairs air. Returns are needing to be sealed. Drain line needs to be cleared to verify no clogs. Small repair to drain line to add unions for proper way to clean p-trap. No safety switch on Evaporator coil . This will shut system off if it detects clogging in drain line. Liquid Line set leaving to evaporator goes to 3/8 to 1/4 going outside and connecting to 3/8 again . Condenser is needing to be cleaned chemically. Tech hooked up gauges and seen the metering device ( TXV ) has failed . This is causing the Freon to come back to compressor as a liquid. This has Already harmed the compressor, due to Compressor is making a very loud noise this indicates future compressor failure. Let customer know that we would need to add 8 inch return at stair well to help with heat due to natur

Today I came out due to condensation coming from drain line. System is a 2021 Goodman Furnace located in attic servicing whole home. Drain line was clogged causing water to condensate on drain line. There are to drain lines running from both ports of the evaporator and they join into one line. This line is improperly slopped as it’s just a long flat run until it terminates down and out of house. There is no flood projection in the drain pan or on the drain line. Blower wheel and evaporator coils are extremely impacted with debris. Biological growth is starting to form underneath evaporator. Heat exchanger has several hot spots throughout. Condenser coils are impacted with debris. After going over all findings and options, customer has agreed to go with option A. I unclogged drain line, poured 2 gallons of water to ensure drainage, and dropped a couple of condensation tablets to help clear up any more gunk. System is operating at time of departure.
Install charger on garage wall
Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner regarding a failed toilet supply line. According to the homeowner, her dog had chewed through the supply line, resulting in water damage throughout the bathroom. The toilet emergency shut-off valve had already been isolated prior to our arrival. The homeowner expressed interest in replacing the damaged supply line and valve and also requested information regarding newer toilet options. We presented several options to address her concerns and discussed available toilet upgrade solutions. At this time, the homeowner elected to proceed with replacement of the emergency shut-off valve and supply line only and will contact us in the future regarding any additional plumbing projects. To complete the repair, we shut the water supply off at the meter and drained the home's plumbing system. During our evaluation, we informed the homeowner that the home's water distribution system is plumbed with grey polybutylene piping. Polybutylene is an outdated plum
Install new 3 way switch for garage lights. Move irrigation control wire to opposite side of garage. Install conduit for irrigation company. Install new outlet for new controller location.
Arrived on site and spoke with the homeowner regarding a failed kitchen sink drain assembly. The existing drain piping beneath the sink had been disconnected and taped together. The homeowner advised that the problem had been ongoing for approximately six months. Performed the following repairs: • Replaced the Studor vent beneath the kitchen sink. • Replaced the left-side basket strainer. • Tightened and secured the loose dishwasher drain hose. • Removed and replaced the existing drain assembly with new drain components. After installation, tested the system by filling both sides of the kitchen sink and observing drainage performance. During testing, food debris was found within the drain line, causing restricted flow. The sink initially drained very slowly; however, repeated filling and draining cleared the soft obstruction and restored proper drainage. The kitchen sink is currently operating normally with no leaks observed. Homeowner was advised of the food debris found in the dra
Homeowner called us out for a suspected leak coming from the toilet. I inspected the toilet then pulled the toilet to inspect the flange. Both the toilet and flange are in good condition and do not seem to be the cause of water loss at this time. I did notice that the fill valve nut was not fully tightened which may have caused a minor leak. The tank to bowl seal was recently replaced. I reset the toilet and tested for leaks.
Returned to pour concrete after passed inspection. completion of work.
Customer had mold above sink in downstairs half bathroom. Cut drywall, discovered screw in pvc drain pipe. Cut out damaged portion and repaired. Leak tested all work. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Laura was prompt, personable and proficient. She corrected the mistake a couple of times-worked made and resolved the issue timely. She also took the time to explain every step of what she was doing. Laura also provided me with tips for future reference. I will definitely request Laura in the future.
I had two leaks, one was pretty significant at the side of my house and took major work. Although it was expensive, the cost was hundreds cheaper than another plumbing company. Ricky was extremely professional. He was also very comprehensive with his explanations which gave me a better understanding of the issue and what it would take to complete the job. I feel confident enough that if I had future plumbing issues they would be my only call and that says a lot.
Great with providing options and delivering service

Nate came in and rewired both electrical panels and installed dual surge protectors that have insured that our house will be safe and secure for years to come. Nate’s team also installed dimmers in our kitchen that will help us set a nice mood. We love the lifetime guarantee too!
Excellent service
Jeremy took the time to educate me so I could make informed decisions and understand the process better. All key elements for homeownership. I have requested him specifically on other occasions for this very reason.
Jeremy was such a pro I thought he might be the owner. It’s those subtle mannerisms that cannot be taught but acquired with years of skill and aptitude. Very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring that everything would be addressed properly.
EJ was upfront and honest about everything and let me know what and what was not necessary for my repair. He was quick and polite! Give him a raise or 2.
Ricky was polite, explain the work that needed to be done and how much it would be, expedient with his work and did a great job. We will use this company again way to go Ricky!

I am very impressed with TE, and their employees. I especially wanna comment on Cory, who has now worked for me twice. He is such a true professional. The second time he’s back because I requested him. He is a true professional and every sense of the phrase. Courteous, thoughtful, can explain things i. plain layman’s language that you understand, not trying to “sell you anything not trying to overprice you.” Meaning, he’s not pushy. This is about as a square deal as I can get. I highly recommend the company TE and I highly recommend Corey. I do say I have had other Technicians other than Corey & I’ve never had a bad Technician come out from TE. But I wanna go back to tell you again Cory is exceptional.
