Customer called us out for a clogged toilet. The toilet had something stuck inside that went farther down than the customer could reach. Customer does have grey poly but does not want a repipe at this time. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the toilet removed and the item retrieved. I pulled the toilet and ran an auger up the bottom of the toilet pushing out an apple toy. I then reset the toilet and cleaned throughly. Tested for function and leaks and everything looked good.

Replaced all existing smoke alarms in home. Replaced switch for basement vanity and installed light fixture between basement doors.

We were called out due to a leak from uponor pex piping. The customer is in the process of going through the warranty process with uponor. We opened Sheetrock, found the leak and performed a 4’ spot repair and connected to previous repaired sections of piping on both sides.

Replace two wide spread faucets that are supplied by the customer and installed in the primary bathroom vanities

Overloaded furnace circuit was triple tapped. Furnace master dining room all connected tripping breaker. Relocated circuit from over loaded panel to sub panel. Protected circuits with dual arc and ground fault breakers.

Tech was out due to water in drain pan. Tech found the following. No heat strips in air handler , this needs 5 kw heat strips . This is a secondary heat for when outdoor temperatures are to cold for heat pump to run. Would need to replace whip at disconnect for proper wire gauge. # 8 , Drain line is clogged. No flood protection on drain line or in emergency drain pan. Need to vacuum out water in drain pan. Spoke with customer about repairs that are needing to be done. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Installed all new electrical outlets and switches in the home and completed a panel restoration on the main electrical panel with new safety breakers for almost every circuit to protect both the home and users.

No Cool - Upstairs Failed dual capacitor was the reason for the no cool today. The condenser coil is also dirty and needs to be cleaned. The system is a 4 ton requiring 1600 CFM‘s but it currently has 920 CFM’s of return air. The low airflow along with the location of the outdoor unit are likely the factors that caused capacitor to wear out early. The outdoor unit is sized for a max breaker of 45 A which was supposed to be changed to match the data plate August 2025. Repair was quoted and paid for but not completed at the time. I replaced the 25 amp breaker with a 40 amp breaker and increased the whip on today’s visit. I also cleaned the condenser coil and replace the capacitor today.

Today we were called out for for coldness in the hallway between the living room and dining room. We used our moisture meter on the wall to figure out where the highest point of moisture was and cut a roughly 1‘ x 1‘ hole in the wall and exposed a pinhole leak on three-quarter pex on the hot side customer agreed to our quote and we repaired a 1 foot section of three-quarter pex after draining the house down after the repair was finished. We re-pressurized and checked our work for weeks and found there to be none checked all fixtures and aerator in the house no further issues at this time thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs .

No Cool - Upstairs Failed to dual capacitor was the reason for the system not cooling. The equipment also has poor flood protection of stairs. The system and living space could benefit from additional indoor air quality enhancements.

2021 air handler/2016 heat pump system for upstairs has no refrigerant in it. Homeowners also concerned about upstairs, not cooling enough in certain bedrooms, which after inspecting ductwork return and supply are both undersize for the 2 ton system and will need to be upgraded for new system

Came out today to replace customers 40 gallon water heater. Removed heater from the system and installed new 50 gallon heater in a pan with a water alarm. Installed new piping, shut off valve and thermal expansion tank mounted to a bracket. Installed new gas piping to the down stairs line as there was a soft copper gas line running through the floor. Installed new gas valve, whip and sediment trap. Installed new venting and t&p line. Piping was insulated and valve tags were added. Lit pilot. Water heater was set to 120 degrees and showed customer how to adjust temperature to their liking. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a backup in the basement. The sewer ejector pump was humming. I unplugged and plugged it back in and it started working fine. I ran a bunch of water and flushed the toilet to confirm. I wrote estimates to perform work and did not receive approval at this time. The homeowner wants to do a follow up in October.

Installed New Tesla Universal Charger in Garage

For this job the customer stated they had a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen. Further inspection showed a large affected area that was damp to the touch. The drywall was removed and the pinhole leak was located. The old section was removed and replaced with new. I also gave the customer the contact information for property medics and they will be reaching out to them shortly. All work was thoroughly checked for leaks and proper function.

Tech was out for no cooling. The following tech has came a crossed . No flood protection on equipment however there is a safeguard on drain pan but only will shut system off when emergency drain pan is full of water. Tech recommended flood protection. Capacitor on outdoor unit is needing to be replaced rated 45/5 and reading 43/4.8. Condenser needing to be cleaned. Reason for system not cooling is a failed txv. Tech did check to verify if there was any leaks. None detected inside or out. Spoke with customer about repairs that were needing to be done. Customer declined repairs.

For this job, I conduct lead detection service for homeowner, when I arrived on the scene, the homeowner already had the main shut off, turned off in his basement 900 feet from the meter. However, the meter was flooded, which led me to believe that the leak was Either in the meter box or just beyond it. I discovered the leak in front of the meter on a previous repair area has been excavated.

Replaced worn out breaker for ac unit. Outside disconnect 30A breaker was not feeding power out. Replaced breaker and restored function and power to unit. Turned on unit and verified temperature was cooling.

Customer called us out for a clogged garbage disposal. On arrival I tested the disposal and it was fully jammed. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have it reset. I cleaned up the inside of the disposal and found a screw. I removed the screw. Tested the disposal and sink and everything was working well. Water heater was good and the water pressure was good. Left quotes for replacing disposal and faucet.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a leaking garbage disposal. I seen that the garbage disposal was leaking upon arrival. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I cut the breaker off to the disposal and I removed and installed a customer supplied 1/2 garbage disposal. I tested for leaks and made sure the disposal was operating properly after cutting the breaker back on. The disposal is functioning properly. I also did a super clean up as well the homeowner is now happy and satisfied. Remove existing garbage disposal, install new owner-furnished garbage disposal, connect electrical wiring, connecting all drain lines, test unit, clean-up, product overview and maintenance care with customer. Customer supplied unit

Relocate Tesla Wall Charger

Came out to troubleshoot the living room outlets and found that the outlet by the fireplace was burned and damaged. Recommended replacing the all the devices and installing surge protection. The customer accepted a temporary “band-aid” option to replace only the damaged outlet and will consider replacing the other devices and adding surge protection at a later time. Tested the outlet after replacement and confirmed it is working properly.
