Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak one the washing machine valve. Water was off to home upon arrival. Washer was being fed off boiler drains on the water lines and draining into an 1.5 in pvc line terminating into the back yard. Advised customer I would not be able to warranty any repairs as I could not bring it up to code with the status of the drain. Gave options. Installed a new washer box, ran water lines to the box, mounted/insulated piping and connected new washer machine with stainless hoses provided. Water was restored and work was tested.

I was called out to Kelly’s house to replace the master heat exchanger and perform the Homecare maintenance. During the evaluation we discovered the ac for the main, master, and upstairs needed cleaned which we did, we replaced the air filters, but otherwise the systems are working well. The generator part attached to the master system looks to be malfunctioning because the light was staying off even when power was being supplied. We will set up an appointment for a generator tech to come out to fix the issue.

Garrett did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the scope of his work. He even showed me several photos of the process.
Customer called regarding toilet needing to be reset as they had the floors replaced. Found that the flange was about two inches off the new floor. Flange was also cracked, cut out and replaced the flange to fit right above the floor. Reset the toilet and put in new shutoff and supply line for the toilet. Tested for leaks and everything works as it should. Thank you for choosing TE Certified for all your plumbing needs.

Customer called us out for a clogged sink and shower in the spare bathroom and a clogged sink in the master bathroom. I recommended clearing all three and the customer agreed. I removed the over flow on the shower in the spare bathroom. and cleaned out the trap of the tub. I also adjusted the overflow a bit. I ten ran a tub gun down the drain successfully clearing the blockage. I tested the shower and it was holding water when stopped and draining well when open. I then removed the trap on the sink in the spare bathroom and cleaned it and the stopper. I put it back and tested it with no issues. In the master sink I wiped the hair off the shower drain for the customer then cleaned the stopper on the sink I ran water and had no back ups.

No cool visit. The outside unit isn’t receiving low voltage from the inside equipment to provide cool air. The furnace is a 2025 Rheem with two Rheem thermostats with an Econet Zone Board which is all communicating equipment. However, the 2017 Goodman outside unit is non-communicating. Technician was able to access the Rheem application for troubleshooting assistance via Bluetooth. After diagnosis and talking with Saturday supervisor, we will need to order a circuit board. Once replaced, we will need to call Rheem Technical Support.
The customer called us out to their home because they’ve experienced a sewer back up with sewage seeping out of an outdoor cleanout. The customer has told me that they have been having repeat sewer backups for 12 years and told me the last plumber diagnosed there to be roots in the sewer. I strongly encourage the customer to consider instead of repeat drain clearings to consider a permitted option that we would offer a lifetime warranty on. I also told the customer in my opinion repeat drain clearing would be a waste of money if the root of the issue will continue to come back over and over. The customer still requested for me to attempt to clear the blockage and use my camera to locate where the blockage was. I first located where the yard the obstruction was then ran my drain equipment. I found a section of piping with tree roots inside of it at a depth of 6 feet deep approximately 6 feet away from a large tree. I then attempted to clear the blockage with a sewer machine for an hour

Upon arrival spoke with customer about high water pressure concerns and noises occurring with the plumbing system. Checked water pressure and got a reading of almost 150 psi at multiple locations. Thermal expansion tank was blown and water heater was from 2014. Gave the customer options. Installed a new 50 gallon water heater with a 10 year warranty, b vent modification and a new watts 25aub pressure reducing valve that was set to 65 psi. All work was thoroughly tested and installed to code. Heater was insulated and valve tags were added. Heater was set to 120 degrees.
Technician performed the job of an electrician, but was lacking in the love your home experience. He exhibited a lack of self-awareness for items in the home that resulted in him once placing a ladder on an expensive jump rope, creating two holes in the wall and how to cavalier attitude like this was unavoidable. The job required two days which was not an issue, but the lack of transparency when he first arrived explaining what was gonna take place was not in line from previous experiences. I will be reconsidering using the service in the future, as I felt like not every employee shares the company vision.
We are sorry to hear that expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so we can learn more about this.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about her garbage disposal that was no longer working. Gave her options to replace. Upon investigation determined the pressure reducing valve had failed as the water pressure was 95 psi and the thermal expansion tank was also failed. Customer declined to replace at this time.

Customer had ran a new gas line from basement to attic. All he was pressure test the line and make connection to main line. Customer is responsible for bonding the gas line. Once ever was complete I test and made sure everything was working correctly. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Today I came out and did a full inspection on two HVAC systems. Customer had a coupon so I granted it. I inspect the heat, extinguish, burners, and ignition components for safe operation. I checked blower assemblies, airflow, settings, electrical connections, breaker, sizing, and motor amp draws to verify proper performance. I tested controls and safety switches and inspected for any potential safety or cold concerns. All systems checked out in are operating as designed at this time. They are a few issues that I talked to the customer about and quoted repairs. Other than that customer is happy.
Customer called due to a misaligned sink drain and a leak at an angle stop after a new kitchen sink installation. Homeowner approved the quote to install a customer-supplied faucet, add a new drain stack with P-trap and studor vent, and run new water lines with straight stops and a hammer arrestor for the dishwasher. Work was completed and tested to ensure there were no leaks and everything was functioning properly.

We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.
