Trade a diagnosis on the lighting over the island in the kitchen on the left on the main level, I found an improperly wired three-way system. I corrected it and installed a dimmer for those lights. And the kitchen on the right side of the house on the main level I changed three regular switches to dimmer switches. They are located on your right before you enter the bedroom.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. No heat main level found ignition system getting weak, draft inducer motor over amping, gas line not up to code and flue piping not up to code furnace is at full life expectancy and would not repair need to update will schedule install supervisor.

For this job, the customer showed us a leak coming from the upstairs guest bathroom shower. After cutting open the wall, and ceiling we found the waste, and overflow leaking when water was coming down the shower wall. We also noticed on our diagnosis that the pressure was to high to the home, as well as a failed expansion tank, that was also about the break off tee fitting on heater. The customer opted to go with option one to take care of all the issues, as well as moving the main shut off to the home closer to the crawl space door in case of emergency. We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. TE was quick to help and had Cory to our house in 2 hours. Cory was professional and quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I had never heard of or used TE before, but their rating on Google (5-star with over 6k reviews) made them an easy choice and my first call. No one likes plumbing issues, but if it happens to you, they should be your first and only call.

Replaced entire main water service line from the water meter into the basement. Both inside and outside of the new penetration was sealed with hydraulic cement and roofing tar. Water service was pressurized and all work completed was checked for leaks and proper functionality. Arrived on site and customer stated there was a leak coming from the shower in the master bathroom and leaking into the ceiling, in the kitchen. I went ahead and located the leak coming from the shower drain which I provided an option to make that repair. Once repair was made. I went ahead and sealed everything up and applied caulking around the necessary areas. I informed the customer to refrain from using the shower for at least 24 hours to allow proper seal.

Customer called us out for a whole home back-up. On arrival I checked the clean out near the front porch and it was holding water. I recommend running the k-750 to clear the blockage from the outside clean out. Customer agreed. I ran the machine and successfully cleared the blockage. I tested drainage with outside hose. I scheduled a sewer supervisor to come out November 20th between 8 and 10 am.
