Tech diagnosed mini split and notice normal R-410a pressures while system in operation heat mode… system was not heating up after 15 minutes of run time. Tech decided system had noncondensibles inside system. Tech left options to move forward with recovery and reclaim new refrigerant inside system. Our client reached out to us to have a water heater removed for the drywall crew, to hang drywall and repaint the area from a previous flood. Our client also had a sewer ejection pump that failed in the process, and would like to have both matters taken care of. The new pump is installed and was tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. The pump came was resealed. A client is going to schedule us back out in a couple of days to reinstall the heater after all painting is finished.

Removed and replaced one of the shower cartridges in the master bath. Provided estimate to replace Roman tub faucet.

Couldn’t replicate leak. Estimates sent.

Internet company hit the main water line when they were installing the internet and they improperly repaired it which is what caused it to leak slightly. Properly repaired the main water service line in the front yard.

Replaced water heater, Prv and installed new water heater shut off. Also we replaced the single wall vent with double wall vent and insulated the water lines to bring everything to code. The homeowner did also have a sewer backup which resulted in water coming out from the base of 2 toilets which was from when the homeowner was running the water to release the air from the system. I recommend they reach out to a septic company to inspect the septic tank/leech field.

Customer wanted to replace two toilets in the master bathroom and in the sons bathroom, customer supplied two glacier Bay power, flush toilets, and I removed the toilets and replace the new ones with the new wax seal caulk, and new nylon bolts in China caps as well after testing. It was no leaks in the toilets flushing perfectly, didn’t see anything wrong with the flange

Cut open drywall ceiling to search for compromised sections of 3/4” cpvc piping. Found sections of pipe that are stretched beyond the original manufactures design. Suggest repiping sections of waterlines with new piping.

Came out due to the ceiling falling from water damage. Upon inspection of the system found that the drain line was clogged up, and very slow to drain. Also found that this is heil air handler in attic and the extra PVC drain ports from the coil. We’re not capped off, allowing free flow once the water reached that level of the drain pan. Also performed a fully evaluation over the equipment found that the indoor coil was very rusty, the indoor blower motor had a large amount to build up, also found biological growth throughout the entire system in the attic. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found the condenser coil is dirty, the outdoor capacitor was bad and out of range from what factory says, also throughout testing the system found it as low on 410 a refrigerant. Due to the buildup on the system cannot get an accurate reading of refrigerant one system is cleaned. It would indicate the system is also lower on charge than what it is reading now. For this I worked on replacing breaker on main panel for AC unit that was downsized. Also replaced defective weatherproof outlet in basement entrance

Homeowner had us out today due to the main floor system not cooling. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a system that is from 2014. We noticed that the main breaker for the system trips after five seconds of runtime. We checked the electrical on the outdoor unit and found that the 45/5 capacitor was completely dead and needed to be replaced. We also noticed that the compressor amps were higher than listed on the data plate and recommended installing a hard Start kit. We also noticed some biological growth on the inside of the unit and recommended UVC light. Homeowner opted to replace capacitor and install hard start kit. System is cooling at time of departure.

Replaced 1/2 hp disposal with 3/4 hp disposal. Tested with no leaks and working properly
