Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2021 Amana heat pump. Customer states that the basement and the rest of the mainfloor was not cooling. I found a failed damper motor and the bypass duct had become de-attached. I also found that the outdoor capacitor was starting to fail. With the homeowners approval I replaced the damper motor and re-attached the bypass damper. Homeowner declined to have the capacitor replaced and said he will wait for it to fail completely. I also found that installers used the wrong collar on the basement duct run and because of that the damper will not close all the way. I will email a duct repair option for that run and an estimate for a new capacitor. I ran the system after the repair and verified that all dampers were operating. Refrigerant pressures were ok.

Customer called us out for a slow draining/clogged shower drain. Upon testing for a mainline backup I found it was just the shower drain itself. Customer asked if I could pull cover off and inspect and clean top cover. Customer did not proceed with clearing work. Shower was still holding water/ draining slow. Leaving estimates with customer for future work.

Install tub spout for customer and Delta cartridge for tub and shower. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 7 y/o Goodman heat pump system. Air handler located in attic. Checked amp draws. Heat strips are operational. Electronic 20x20x1 filter in good standing. Cleared condensate drain line. Installed wet switch for upgraded water protection. Blower wheel cleaning needed. iWave-R Air Ionizer operational. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.

This job was performed and completed over the course of several days due to scheduling, material complications, as well as weather complications. The start of the job proceeded with the arrival of the boring team. we proceeded in confirming and starting the bore. Due to the large amount of rock in this area, we were able to get most of the board to proper depth, but we’re short on both ending points of the run for being deep enough. It was not able to be hand dug due to the amount of rocks, so the solution of having poured concrete to proper depth required by the NEC will be our route for success. 5/4 At the next arrival point, the electrical system was finalized with all equipment, panels, and devices being mounted and installed. The system was tested for any fault or issues, and the install went perfectly. In addition, I plugged in the data system at the request of the data technician and ensure that the system was on. 5/8 Concrete was delivered and poured at a width of 16 inches and
