Came in for a no heat call. System is heat pump, indoor was running but outdoor was not. When testing system found that outdoor system keep tripping the breaker due to compressor failure. Also found biological growth in indoor coil highly recommended adding germicidal light to avoid spread. Let costumer about this issues and presented options. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

During our diagnosis of circuits that were tripping, we noticed an outlet in the living room that was breaking apart. Customer asked us to go ahead and replace the outlet as a preventative measure. We discovered a slow leak in our basement on a Saturday afternoon…. never a great time for plumbing problems! It was stressful trying to figure out what to do, especially with water soaking into the carpet. The plumber we normally use couldn’t get to us until Monday, so we called TE Certified Plumbers, and thankfully, they had a technician nearby. Nicholas arrived promptly and was such a nice guy! He was friendly, professional, and reassuring from the start. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on in clear terms, and got everything fixed efficiently!
