For this job, we worked on installing GFCI outlets and smoke and Carbon detectors. We also installed Anti-Oxidant Compound on the main service wires in the electrical panel in the basement.

Installed 3 dimmers, 6 sconces, and fixed 1 receptacle

SYSTEM NOT HEATING DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE. FOUND INDUCER PORT IS CLOGGED UP & FLAME SENSOR IS DIRTY. AFTER CLEANING THESE OUT, SYSTEM STARTED WITH NO PROBLEMS. THIS UNIT IS LACKING TE STANDARD FLOOD PROTECTIONS WITHOUT A WET SWITCH, ADDING AN IONIZER WILL ALSO HELP WITH DUST/DIRT BUILD-UP ALONG WITH OVERALL AIR QUALITY.

For this job, we worked troubleshooting the home power outage.

Customer had a main line blockage , sewage was spilling downstairs when water upstairs was ran, saw some water damage in the floorboard and floor was warping up, so I gave a quote to pull the toilet and run my cable down the main line to clear that whatever is blocking it. I pulled the toilet and ran my drain cable down the line to clear the blockage. Blockage was definitely outside. Customer do not have a clean out. After I pull the cable back it was roots on my cable , I was able to clear the blockage after testing the blockage was nowhere to be found with no leaks scheduled for take to come out tomorrow to find out where the breakage is and give permanent solution to fix problem.

Upon arrival no heat for the system that serves downstairs. Inducer motor comes on and runs for about a minute then shuts off. Lots of rust inside flue pipe, recommend replacing, and rust in flue pipe is clogging inducer draft port. Flue pipe is how carbon monoxide leaves the house when using heat. Cleared inducer draft port and system is now on and heating. Noticed rust, but no cracks on heat exchanger, made homeowner aware that if heat exchanger cracks it can leak carbon monoxide in the house. Evaporator coil is also rusted, let homeowner know that after rust comes refrigerant leak. It is a good idea to replace system. Homeowner is considering remodeling and updating house next year and will consider at that time. Changed and dated filter on the system that serves upstairs. Let homeowner know about the issue with drain lines lying flat upstairs and that neither system has flood protection. Left estimate to replace drain lines lying flat with condensate pump.

For this job, we worked on running a new 4-wire 50A dedicated circuit for an oven. We used polaris connectors for the oven j-box. Installed a whole house surge protector and installed correct/same brand breakers in the main panel.

Replaced shower valve in master bathroom with new Moen attract shower valve. Supported and sealed with clear caulking at base. Tested to ensure proper function.

Remove the leaking flow control, coupling, and ran copper up to the PRV

Customer has 16 y/o Rudd furnace matched with 1 y/o Goodman AC that operates for whole house. System was not heating due to gas valve being placed in OFF position, due to poor combustion for area. Fresh air vent was recently installed. Placed gas valve in ON position. Tested heating. Replaced 20x25x1 filter. Inducer motor is failing. No water protection present. Condensate drain pump is bad. Bad run capacitor. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Flue venting is incorrect. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

No heat call. Furnace had a bad gas valve. Replaced gas valve, replaced gas connections and added a sediment trap. Adjusted gas pressure and checked for leaks. No issues as this time.

Installed customer supplied skirted toilet and installed new straight stop. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.

Installing two separate circuits for computer equipment and ac window unit

Troubleshoot parking lot lights. The wire in the fourth light was damaged. Attempted to clean up visible damaged wire in fourth unable use shorting circuit. Disabled fourth light so the other three lights can be used until necessary repairs to be done. Quotes was left to correct other concerns.

Came to diagnose leak from upstairs toilet into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. when testing found the sewer is not draining properly into the septic tank causing water to leak from underneath the toilet on the main level found raw sewage leaking into the crawlspace. Homeowner will need to get septic company to diagnose issue. Found issue with high pressure. found the heater located in the closet off of the back Porch is in awful condition. recommended replacing the water heater due to its condition. The pressure regulator will have to be replaced as well. The sewage issue will need to be taken care of before. Any work can be performed due to not being able to properly test without causing a sewer leak in the home.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 15 y/o Trane dual fuel system that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Water rinsed mesh filter. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Recommend water protection for ground. Recommend Apco Ultra for advanced air purification. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

Replace bad under cabinet light fixture , 2 single pole switches , and replace master fan light .
