I arrived to the customers home and previously saw we had one of our drain professionals come out to attempt to restore water flow with a drain machine but it was unsuccessful. Today I pulled a hall bath toilet and ran a camera up to the obstruction point and provided options to permanently fix the obstructed pipe. The customer also wanted jetting for tomorrow.

Replace expansion tank and T and P relief valve on water heater. Set expansion tank to 75 psi. Home water pressure is at 55 psi. Thoroughly tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Purge out air from waterlines. Did walk-through with homeowner.

For this job, we provided leak detection services for a main service line leak and was able to locate the damaged waterline about 4 inches outside the penetration of the home.

For this job, I worked on landing the wire that was left rolled in the ceiling into the main electrical panel in basement. provided and installed a dual function GE, which is now ABB breaker. AFCI and GFCI protection is provided by the breaker by electrical code since the outlet that was installed by homeowner is in a finished livable basement. Checked voltage and connections upon completing, outlet is working properly. We have 120 V at the breaker and at the outlet and it is wired correctly. Homeowner ran a 12/2 romex and requested a 20 amp breaker on 120 V. Left estimates with homeowner due to circuit installed has now filled the panel completely, so the estimates are to install a larger 54 space panel for future work or to go up to 400 A and have your main disconnect outside which will bring the house up to code electrically.

Disposal jammed with bones, removed visible blockage. Gears within the unit are not moving. Removed and replaced the disposal with a 3/4hp unit. Tested with no leaks.

Two toilets leaking from the flapper area of the toilet. Removed and replaced each flapper, turned on the water to test. No further leaks detected.

Cut 2 drywall holes in garage and 4 drywall holes in foyer Cut out old failed T&p drain line and install new drain line from heater all the way to the outside. Tested for leaks. All good

Checked evaporator coil and the blower wheel. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked outdoor unit. Checked capacitor, contactor, and pressures. All systems operating. Short on return and supply. Condenser max breaker 25 amp has 30 amp breaker.

Replaced 20 gallon electric water heater in upstairs utility ceiling.

Troubleshot loss of power to kitchen outlets. Checked connections at the panel and at the recepticals in the kitchen. Found one of the Gfci outlets was completely burnt up and causing loss of power to the rest of the kitchen. Outlets were original to the house over 20+ years old and were showing some signs of charring so we Redeviced the entire kitchen. 6 new ivory outlets, 2 new ivory gfcis, and 4 new ivory switches. All the devices are tested and working properly

Customer recently had floor replaced in main level bathroom and had to remove toilet and vanity. Toilet flange was left too high so in order to properly reinstall toilet we went to the unfinished basement below to lower the toilet flange. Upon installation of vanity and toilet everything was checked for leaks and caulked around both fixtures.

Replaced a faulty Gfci in the powder bathroom downstairs. Outlet was tested and is working properly.

Replaced 4 outlet and two boxes with new. 2 outlets in the kitchen were changed to gfcis since they were not Gfci protected previously. Estimates were left to separate the double tapped neutrals, add surge protection, and install Gfci protection at the breakers.

Clear blockage in shower Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Sewer supervisor visit Customer called us out due to clogged up shower drain. Tested fixtures for mainline blockage but shower was only fixture affected. Cleared blockage with k45 cable to remove calcium buildup. Tested drain and shower now has proper drain flow. Setup sewer supervisor to provide estimates on water filtration system, water heater maintenance, and shower head quote replacements. Also set TGL for HVAC, customer wants smart home thermostat.
