Job Locations and Reviews

Water leaking in the yard behind the meter. Dug down into the ground and found the leak to be coming from the main line and irrigation connection. Shut off the water and removed the damaged section of pipe. Installed a new section of pipe. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.

Performed home care on two systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Cleaned flame sensor. Changed both filters April air 413. Flushed and treated drain lines. Flushed and treated condensate pump. Cycled condensate pump to ensure proper operation. Evaporator coils and blower wheels are good. Checked outdoor units. Checked amperage and pressures all are within manufacture specs. Check both heating and cooling. All systems operating.

Shut off water to the home and drained the system. Removed and replaced the back hose bib and isolation valve. Properly sealed and tighten all connections. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.
Knowledgeable, professional and a friendly personality

Tested system fully in heat and cool from thermostat. Found biological growth inside the unit and today we cleaned it off along with installing a UV light to prevent further growth buildup. No failures or concerns at this time.

We have used TE Certified for years now, including Heat & AC service, Electrical work and Plumbing repairs. We are very satisfied with the work and the customer service. Ben recently came, did plumbing repairs and did a great job. He was on time for our appointment and went out of his way to give us wonderful customer service. We will continue to use TE Certified.

Cable kitchen sink with sewer machine cleared blockage line open and flowing at this time.

Water line on the outlet side of the water heater is leaking. Removed and replaced the section piping. Turned on the water and tested. No further leaks detected.

TE replaced faulty switch for disposal on this visit and second switch for light above sink. We checked connections and voltage and tested disposal before departure. 🙂

Main bathroom toilet rebuild toilet Main bath faucet hot side, replaced washer.

Water was showing in the kitchen area beside the cabinet, removed drywall to inspect behind the toilet and ceiling. Traced water to the jack and Jill bathroom coming from the faucet with a steady drip on the right hand side. Customer will be replacing faucet himself.

Main waterline repair

Cut and replaced customer existing shower valve with new delta shower valve. Cut out and capped existing waterlines in customer’s closet. Pressurized system and checked for leaks.

Replaced fill value for hallway bathroom toilet . After install tested now toilet fills like it should

Electrical work

HVAC inspection on three systems. Condenser coil for the main floor is dirty, recommended cleaning, cleaned today. The basement unit does not have adequate flood protection, recommended adding it. The apartment above the garage does not have an air cleaner like the other systems, recommended adding one. Homeowner also talked about the air in the house being dusty, recommended adding electrostatic filter to eliminate even the smallest particles of dust that will make it through a regular filter and keep circulating and accumulating in the air in the house. House has 4 systems, 3 are covered under home care membership, basement unit is the only system not covered under membership.

Installed evaporator coil for main level system. Pressure tested. Pulled complete vacuum. Charged 6 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Replaced 7.5 MFD capacitor. Installed wet switch and inline water safety. System is currently working.

Install water heater

Customer called us out for a bad smell coming from kitchen sink when clothes washer is ran. On arrival she informed me that the utility sink in the laundry room had also started to back up today. I tested both the utility sink and the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink started to back up after about 5 minutes. I recommended clearing the line of any grease using a k-400 cable machine through the kitchen sink and using Endure to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Customer agreed. I removed the ptrap from the kitchen sink and ran the k-400 down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I tested the line by running the utility sink for bout 10 minutes and did not have any back ups. I reinstalled the ptrap for the kitchen sink and ran both the kitchen and utility sink for an additional 15 minutes while I cleaned up. Tested the p trap and had no leaks.
Jonathan arrived in the estimated time frame. Did a thorough inspection and evaluation, and proposed repairs and maintenance. Well, our water heater was pretty pretty old and due for a replacement. That caused him extra time and effort snd lasted till 8:00pm to get everything done, checked, and cleaned up. Really appreciated.

We had a leak from a condensation pipe that was hard to find. TE Certified sent someone out very quickly and our technician, Armando, did a great job of inspecting everything carefully. He provided lots of pictures and documentation and did a good job of explaining what the problems were and how to fix them, and also was careful to double check whether the completed work actually fixed the leak. I'm very glad for the work he did.

The tech was good at the technical aspects of the work, but was sloppy. He left me with a non-working water heater, and an unusable hose bib. He was sloppy, leaving stuff behind. The replacement of my pressure valve and expansion tank were done well.
