Upon arrival, customer notified me that their smoke detectors went off during the night last night. They removed the batteries and the smoke detectors from the electrical system, and they are persisting to still go off. After taking a look at the smoke detectors it appears that they need to be replaced and the other smoke detectors are at end of life cycle. The customers electrical panel is currently overloaded and has code violations that need to be addressed.

For this job, I worked on replacing a bathroom, fan motor and trim checked all connections and voltage. Everything is working properly.

Run cable machine Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage affecting kitchen sink and upstairs bathrooms, but basement was not affected. Cleanout was not holding water. We ran k400 through exterior cleanout and kitchen sink. We were successful on clearing blockage, brought back wet wipes. Ran water for a long period of time and did not get any backups. Good water flow outside.

Troubleshot outdoor outlets not working, replaced multiple outlets, installed new outdoor Gfci and bubble covers, new silicone around boxes, new switch in bathroom

Replace old toilet in hallway guest bathroom with new customer supplied kholer Highline arc. New wax set, nylon bolts, angle stop and supply line as well. Base sealed with clear caulking. Flush and tested to ensure proper function.

Ballast bypass and replace 2x4 emergency lay in fixture

Troubleshoot Ceiling fan in living room. Bulbs are flickering with this older Hunter fan it has an internal wattage limiter, which is designed for incandescent bulbs. The limiter is failing causing lights to strobe recommend to replace ceiling fam

Tested system with a gas leak. The gas company recently came out and flagged the furnace for leaking gas. Tested and found that the valve itself was leaking. Today we went ahead and completed repairs, including replacing the gas valve. Adjusted the gas pressure on the new valve and tested the system thoroughly. No immediate failures at this time. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Technician did a full system inspection and noticed duct work size is not correct at suppy and return. PVC drain line needs cleaning, evaporator coil dirty, emergency pan switch not in hvac industry code, indoor and outdoor components going bad. Troubleshoot and replaced two three way switches for foyer light.

Trench new water main service from existing meter to front left side of home underneath bay window at Watermain service penetration install courtesy valve shut off box in front of existing meter and sleeve new HDP Watermain service from there through penetration at foundation wall tie into existing plumbing system inside basement closet. install new watts 25AUBPRV where existing PRV currently resides install new three-quarter hole home shut off valve just before new PRV on water main service line inside basement closet. Installation: Successfully trenched and installed new main waterline. Sleeved the line with 2 inch pvc, installed a courtesy valve in its own box, and reconnected irrigation. Inside we installed a new whole home shut off and PRV. Set house pressure to 65 psi. Tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks. Backfilled and beautified trench.
