During our diagnosis of circuits that were tripping, we noticed an outlet in the living room that was breaking apart. Customer asked us to go ahead and replace the outlet as a preventative measure. I mentioned to the customer that a red device of the entire home would be wise at some point just based off of the age in the connection point on the outlets.

For this job, I rendered leak detection for homeowner and discovered leak on water main service PVC line just off of the front of the meter at the top of the yard

For this job, I worked on Redevicing the circuit that lost power. this area consisted of the hallway and the bathroom and the bedroom and installed a dual function breaker due to redevicing.checked all power and connections. Everything was working properly.

Water stains on the ceiling below the shower. Cut open the ceiling to find the source of the leak. I traced a pipe up to the attic and going through the roof. Water is leaking through the roof of the home and traveling down the pipes. Recommend having the roof inspected.

For this job I replaced a three prong dryer cord for a four prong dryer cord Checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Redevice home. Fix light in foyer(stays on all the time) Arrived to the home to performed quoted work, redevice of the home, troubleshooting a light, separating neutral that are double tap, installing missing smoke detectors and securing an open splice in the attic. While performing redevice we found a circuit with a open ground, we were able to find the source of the issue, switch in powder bathroom was the first point of connection for the circuit ground was cut short and not connected, we reconnected said ground while swapping switch and circuit now has ground continuity. We also troubleshoot light constantly on and discovered that light was connected to a constant energized wire inside of the electrical box instead of connecting the light to wire that was being switched. We also installed AFCI outlet at the beginning of every circuit to protect the home, GFCI was installed in kitchen where GFCI was missing. We also noticed that box for outlet inside of powder bathroom was broken,

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

For this job, it was required of us to replace a toilet in the primary bathroom as well as a PRV and re-pipe the kitchen sink basin. All work is documented with photos. Clients previous water pressure was 100 psi versus the new pressure of 60 psi….. all components were tested for leaks and no leaks were found. I informed our client about the missing expansion tank on their tankless. She said that she will reach out to us in the new year for the installation. Our client is satisfied with the service that was provided today

Upon arrival, customer notified me that their smoke detectors went off during the night last night. They removed the batteries and the smoke detectors from the electrical system, and they are persisting to still go off. After taking a look at the smoke detectors it appears that they need to be replaced and the other smoke detectors are at end of life cycle. The customers electrical panel is currently overloaded and has code violations that need to be addressed.
