Complete a home care inspection up and downstairs system Inspected system by client concerned of registered dripping condensation when the AC is running and it’s around 90° outside throughout the inspection found that the system is not properly sealed all the registers are not properly insulated, causing the vent to condensate when the cold air coming out of the vent meet the hot air around the register vents. Also found a lot of grove bacteria inside return and supply plan. Client will need a complete ductwork replacement for upstairs system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why top bedroom was missing power. There was a loose connection at one of the boxes after homeowner installed switches and outlets. ended up installing all black outlets and switches provided by homeowner in the bedroom to confirm that all power would flow from beginning to end of circuit. Moved two gang box in the bedroom next to it from one wall to another so it can be closer to the door. had to cut sheet rock to get through blocking. homeowner is aware and gave us the greenlight. There was no other way around that. new switch box is working properly. Replaced a bad outdoor GFCI by the front door for a brand new one, tested it and it’s working properly. Also installed two keyless lights in basement. came off the same existing Switchleg in open basement.

Replaced a GFCI.

Found leak locate’s mark on the kitchen floor. Cut floor and jackhammered concrete, dug ground to find no pipe. Leak detect came out and couldn’t locate leak. Since the leak couldn’t be located, the slab leak fix was abandoned and a new trunk line was ran overhead. The line starts at the water heater and ends at the master bath manifold, backfeeding to the kitchen. Capped old line, replaced prv, repiped heater, replaced hot stops under kitchen sink.

Install Tesla charger next to panel with 60a circuit, mount and commission.

Performed all the repairs mentioned in invoice. I tested the heating and cooling at the end of the service call and verified that both AC and heating was working.

Perform a systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System is running , there are some issues with system that need to be address, let costumer know and left details on inspection sheet and options attach to this email. Home owner decided to move forward with repairs and enhancements. Worked was done and tested. System is working properly. The reason for coming out today Stated his AC was not cooling. Upon inspection the reason for no cool is the system is cutting on and off prematurely due to the contactor shorted out. Also upon inspection found that the system is very low on r22 refrigerant. Also on the outdoor unit, both capacitors are bad and no longer in range. Upon inspection of the indoor system found no UV protection. Also found no flood protection. That is TE standard. Upon inspection found buildup on the blower wheel, and a bad blower capacitor. This system is a 23 year-old gas, furnace and AC coil. Based on the findings, I have found today I recommend updating the system due to the age and refrigerant being outdated and no longer produced or so.

Installed a junction box, receptacle and dual function breaker for an existing hardwired garbage disposal. While here, I also removed one ballast for the fixture in the basement for retrofit LED lamps.

Performed customer spring homecare system maintenance care maintenance system check. 2 units The main floor unit is 6 years old The mini split systems are around 6/7. Customer supplied (16x25x1) filter Checked over all operations of main floor system, everything nice and clean inside cabinet, blower was mild dust build up, I wave working good with no issues. Made sure drain line was clear. Checked over outdoor unit, capacitor tested good, contactor tested good, advised customer of dirty condenser coils customer approved to have cleaned today, cleaned coils and started system to make sure everything was back working. Checked over mini split system with 3 heads in upstairs. Everything cooling, washable filters were clean. Units are cooling properly at this time.

Rebuilt all 3 toilets in home, replacing fill valve, flapper, flush valve, tank-to-bowl kit, supply line. Install homeowner supplied bidet on half bath hall toilet.

Troubleshoot wall sconces

Performed 2 system one time cooling inspection. Check and changed filters customer provided, check and tested electrical , inspected safeties, cleared drains,found dirty condensers, both units did not have te standard flood protection, upstairs unit also need a charge of 1 pound. Recommend joining homecare and condenser cleaning. Customer only wanted refrigerant at this time.

Leak from shower. Drain adapter cracked. Removed and replaced. Tested, no leaks.

TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING FOR MAIN LEVEL. 5LBS LOW ON 410-A & CUSTOMER HAS HAD TO FILL UP REGULARLY. CAPACITOR IS FAILING, COIL & CONDENSER IS DIRTY. COMPRESSOR IS HAVING TOUGH START -UP. TODAY WE COMPLETED BAND AID REPAIRS INCLUDING REPLACING THE CAPACITOR AND FILLING UP REFRIGERANT WITH 5LBS. TESTED FULLY AND NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME.
