Arrived for thermostat replacement, had to add a coming wire and re break rc red wire to safety’s in furnace and match at thermostat hookup. Attic ladder stairs do not exist. Customer said attic ladder broke off a long time ago. System is heating properly now and I walked the customer through how to use the new thermostat.

1. Replaced washing machine outlet with new gfci outlet in laundry room. 2. Replaced garbage disposal switch 3. While taking a look at main electrical panel, I found that neutrals have been attached to the ground bar instead of neutral bar. I performed a troubleshoot to make sure that they were either neutral wires or ground wires that were not phased properly. 4. To resolve this I rerouted oven neutral wires tied onto ground bar and spliced and rerouted dryer Nuetral wire to proper bar in panel.

Our client reached out to us in reference to having water staining on the basement ceiling. It is unknown how long they’ve been there, but they are not wet and could be from a pre-is this an issue that was resolved some time ago. I’ve instructed the customer to constantly run water in the kitchen sink throughout the weekend to see if she developed a wet spot. A follow up call will be conducted on Tuesday.

Customer called us out for left side kitchen sink backup. Garbage disposal was jammed with food debris. Removed debris and restored function to disposal/drain

System not working in heating after zone repairs were done and thermostats replaced. Found configuration issues along with wiring issues. We had to rewire the thermostat, zone board, and outdoor condenser wires. After getting the system working properly, the unit has a failed damper to the downstairs zone which will not close. Whole damper will need replacing. Subpar flood protections, short on ductwork, bypass damper failed, and poor installation.

This job I rented leak detection service for homeowner. He has a small leak on his water main service. I did not detect the leak in any of the unpaved areas. Today we replaced two toilet supply stops per the homeowners request. During the visit, we discussed the condition and age of the remaining supply stops throughout the home. The homeowner is aware that the other supply stops may need replacement in the future and plans to address them gradually overtime, rather than all at once. The home is equipped with the 50 gallon gas water heater that was installed by us in August 2024. I advised the homeowner that the water heater should be flushed annually to maintain efficiency, performance, and manufacturer warranty requirements. A water pressure test was performed during today’s visit and the home pressure was measured at 55 psi, which is within the recommended range at this time, the homeowner elected to move forward only with replacing the two toilet supply stops. All work performed was tested and is functioning properly.

Install dedicated 20 amp circuit for treadmill and unfinished part of the basement with GFCI receptacle. Due to the nature of the treadmill of voltage filter may be necessary to avoid GFCI from tripping.

We ran water in sink to recreate blockage and after running water we noticed kitchen sink backing up. We ran k9 machine in drain to clear blockage and we brought back grease. We ran cable machine several times and were successful in restoring water flow.

Upon arrival customer stated that their upstairs system was not heating and had not been working for about a week. Gas furnace is 8 years old, ac and coil is 8 years old. System has a (16x25x1) filter. After inspection of system found that the inducer draft port was clogged. I cleared port restarted furnace and unit began working. Checked over all operations of system, flame sensor was clean, blower wheel was dirty, blower motor capacitor tested good. System does not have the proper flood protection, gave estimate to add wet switch to emergency drain pan, customer declined recommendations at this time. Recommended cleaning blower wheel and adding Uv light to system customer declined recommendations at this time. Gave customer estimate for two system Homecare maintenance plan. System is back up and heating at this time.
