For this job I completed a 2 system full system inspection. I began by measuring all the indoor electrical components. I inspected the blower wheel burners and indoor coil. I cleaned the flame sensor and cleared the drain lines with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure its components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer.

For this job, I completed a two system homecare maintenance. I tested both units and all of its functions to ensure that everything was working. For the air handler I got amp readings on the heat strips inspected the blower wheel and indoor coil. For the gas furnace,I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower and burners and cleared both drain lines with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings as well as provided estimates.

Upstairs ductwork: supply: 12”, 10” ,6” - 855cfm Return 8”&10” 460 cfm 3 ton case coils 1.5 ton condenser Lineset 1/4” & 3/4” System had a standing psi of 30. Severely mismatched unit. Lineset small. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Attempted to repair upstairs master bathroom faucet (right side). Was not able to pair faucet and stop it from dripping. Advised homeowner to purchase replacement faucet to provide a permanent solution. Replaced p-trap to said faucet and cleaned to address slow draining.

Attempted to repair flushometer. Found inner workings severely corroded. Gave options to replace flushometer or to cap and plug water line and drain line.

Performed homecare on 2 systems. Checked all electrical,ignition and refrigeration components. Changed filters, cleared drains and system is operating properly at the moment. Found failing capacitor at outside unit that’s serves upstairs. Replaced outside unit with new capacitor.

Customer was having issues with the sink slow draining and over time stopped draining completely , I gave a option to run my drain machine down the line and after attempting I was successful with the clearing attempt and after testing the drain is flowing normally with no signs of blockage or leaking . Also gave the customer a bottle of endure to help prevent grease from building up, customer is happy and satisfied

Lower wheel is dirty inside system is clean, tightened all connections on control board. Cleaned drain line and made sure condensation pump was working properly. Uv light is working properly. System has the proper flood protection. Checked outdoor unit, contactor is pitted, capacitor tested good, hard start tested good, refrigerant levels tested good for this system. Condenser coils very dirty. Recommended cleaning coils, cleaning blower wheel and replacing contactor. Customer approved to have done today, made all repairs to system and unit is back up and cooling. Checked over all operations for the upstairs system. Gas furnace is 9 years old, ac and coil is. 13 years old. Blower wheel has mild dirt build up on it, inside furnace is very clean, tightened all connections on control boa
