Customer had a whole house back up. I ran my 750 down the outside cleanout and was able to clear the blockage. I pulled out a bunch of wipes. Customer do have cast-iron. After testing the entire house, the water drains good with no backups present, camera inspection is scheduled for tomorrow between 12 and 3 o’clock

Arrived spoke with customer said in the middle of the day unit does not reach temperature. Check system and found low refrigerant. Performed quick electronic leak search. Got a slight hit at outdoor condenser. Could not pinpoint exactly where. Recommend nitrogen assisted leak search. Dirty blower wheel. No in-line safety or wet switch. Failing capacitor. Pitted contactor. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not properly cooling. Once I arrived, I put the system in cool and proceeded to inspect the indoor unit as well as the outdoor unit. Once I arrived to the outdoor unit i proceeded to hook up my gauges, and noticed that the system was extremely low on refrigerant. I Began to perform a leak search starting with the indoor coil. I noticed that there was a leak in the Schrader valve that goes into the indoor coil. Then began to go outside and verify that there’s no other leaks in the outdoor unit. This system is a 5 ton system which requires 269 ounces of 410 a which equates to roughly 17 pounds. I presented my findings to the customer and provided estimates. The customer currently just wanted to have the leaking schrader valve replaced and to add 2 pounds of 410 a. I explained to the customer that adding 2 pounds will not allow the system to cool and will cause the system to freeze. He completely understood and stated that he will reach b

Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!
