Rebuilt the toilet in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Also I replaced the Prv and the hose bib shut off valve because I didn’t have enough space to replace the Prv alone. I was going to replace the main house shut off and Prv so that would give me enough play in the pipe to put the new Prv but the meter didn’t have a shut off valve so I had to leave the main house shut off valve.

Tech diagnosed full system, tech noticed filter past due, 20x20x1. Flood safety switch not in code of the hvac industry. Ductwork and zone system is not properly adequate for this hvac system. Duct cleaning is needed, tech noticed outdoor coil is dirty, and ac pressures needs topped off to systems functioning. Outdoor voltage components are bad. Customer is moving forward with replacing one of the outdoor components 45/5 with a turbo capacitor. System is back running in cool mode. Please see via email for tech’s estimates/recommendations. Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!
