Removed and replaced tank from toilet in the back women’s restroom. The toilet is now working properly with no issues. Women's restroom in the front hall, removed the components and cleaned debris. Toilet is now flushing properly. I recommend keeping an eye on this toilet to watch for functionality.

Arrived on site to replace a failed toilet flange. While on location, a thorough plumbing evaluation was performed. During the evaluation, the home water pressure was measured at 90 psi, which is above the recommended range. Further inspection revealed the six year old 50 gallon electric water heater was actively leaking, the expansion tank was waterlogged, and the pressure reducing valve was original to the home and no longer regulating pressure. All findings were explained to the homeowner, including the risk of continued high water, pressure and potential damage to plumbing fixtures and appliances. The homeowner agreed and elected to move forward with the recommended repairs. Replacement of the 50 gallon electric water heater, replacement of the pressure reducing valve, installation of a new expansion tank, properly supported with a bracket secured to the structure, installation of a new toilet flange, installation of a customer supply, toilet, and installation of a new toilet supp

Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!
